Working with Ebbony was an absolute pleasure. From the very first phone call, we could sense her professionalism and exceptional communication skills. She guided us through the process of creating a bespoke ceremony, providing us with all the necessary information to file for our marriage license. Ebbony effortlessly alleviated the stress we were feeling about planning a wedding by meticulously detailing every aspect and answering all our questions. She even brought up a few details that we hadn’t considered ourselves, and we’re so grateful for her insightful suggestions based on her expertise.
On the day of the wedding, Ebbony ensured that we were well-prepared and confident. She printed out a backup copy of our vows, allowing us to practice them right before the ceremony. Ebbony truly thought of every detail, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.
The ceremony was perfectly paced, and we felt that Ebbony beautifully shared our story. We wouldn’t change a thing about it. Not only did we feel like she did an incredible job, but our guests did as well. We lost count of how many people approached us to express their admiration for the ceremony. Connecting with Ebbony was seamless, as her website easily allows for booking check-in sessions and communication is timely. She is knowledgeable and clear about the process, setting us up for success from the very start! On the day of the ceremony, Ebbony ensured that the logistics were taken care of and orchestrated the ceremony with confidence, which relieved so much stress. Her bespoke script for our ceremony was beautiful. It captured my husband and I so well. We received endless compliments from guests about her excellence as an officiant! Ebbony was such a treat to have as our officiant! Throughout the process she made us feel so comfortable and guided us through every question we had, and she worked with us every step of the way to make sure we felt ready for our big day. By the time the wedding day arrived, it felt like we were greeting an old friend. She prepared a wonderful story using the information we provided her with in our questionnaire, beautifully narrating our love story while integrating bits of our personalities to make it really personal. We cannot possibly say enough good things about Ebbony, absolute pleasure to work with! -

Ebbony was amazing - she made our special day even more special! ❤️
We got married at fairly short notice at San Francisco City Hall with a small number of family flying out for our ceremony on the Fourth Floor Balcony.
We chose Ebbony because we could see that every ceremony she hosts is a labour of love to make the day personal to the new couple. It was also important that we had an officiant that brought real energy to our small wedding - the Aussie accent and broad life experiences were a plus!
Even though we had a short turnaround time, Ebbony went into real depth from each of us to understand our relationship history and what we underpinned our love for each other. She crafted a beautiful, fully personalised ceremony and was receptive to some small tweaks we wanted to make.
Before the big day, she made sure we knew everything to expect to help manage our nerves. On the day itself, she was amazing and was able to help troubleshoot an issue (my fault!) without derailing proceedings - an absolute pro’
We couldn’t have asked for more in an officiant and it is testament that our family were talking about her role for days after the wedding’. 💒 ❤️

We had a great time with Ebbony. She's very knowledgeable and flexible on how the ceremony can be conducted. She helped guide us on what type of ceremony we wanted and was willing to make edits to her script to best fit our vision for the wedding. We had a wonderful time working with her. -

What I hoped she was like was exactly what she was. Her energy is so loving, she’s funny and makes you feel like you’ve known her for years!
She brought comfort when I felt a little anxious. She was so calming. Her script for our wedding was Perfect! She nailed it. I felt so much gratitude for her presence on my special day that i had to make sure we had a picture with her. It says a lot when even my parents loved her!!! Since we were having a small intimate ceremony with only our parents at SF city hall, she gave us a heads up and pointers which definitely helped. She honestly made everyone feel like she was family. When it was time to say goodbye, it didn’t feel right.
Ebbony was the perfect officiant to my wedding and I would suggest her a thousand times over. -

The whole process was very smooth and organized. She was very responsive throughout the whole process. She was at the venue early and she did submit the marriage license back to the county in a timely manner. -

So lucky to have found Ebbony! In planning our San Francisco City Hall Wedding she was an invaluable resource, available when we needed her. She was easy to talk to and always had time for questions and was super patient with changes and updates. I struggled with what I thought ceremonies "had" to be like - formal, certain words etc. and Ebbony allowed me to think outside the box while still retaining the special traditions I felt important to include. Although she shared her script with us beforehand I tried to only skim it and to hear how she put our story together on our wedding day was awesome. Our guests really enjoyed the ceremony as well and remarked on Ebbony's beautiful ceremony after our wedding was long over. We had a small group and could have done the quick civil ceremony, but Ebbony made me grateful we decided to do the private ceremony because of how special she made the ceremony. -

Great experience!
Ebbony was wonderful to work with. The process was easy and she really put us at ease (especially when we encountered rain the rehearsal day and wedding day - I really appreciated her kind and comforting words when I was disappointed the day was not going as we had planned). She put together a lovely and personal ceremony, which included a handfasting ceremony. I definitely would recommend Ebbony to anyone! :) -

We had several zoom calls with her, and she provided a step-by-step questionnaire that guided us through the entire process. She created a custom wedding script that perfectly captured our love story and completed it quickly.
On the day of our wedding, Ebbony was punctual and professional. She has a kind and warm demeanor that made us feel at ease. Not only did she deliver a beautiful ceremony, but she also made our wedding at the San Francisco City Hall a truly lovely memory.
