The best DJ in the Annapolis area!

We hired Tommy for our wedding on 10/7/22 and it was honestly one of the best decisions that we made in our entire planning process. Tommy, Valerie, and their team are professional and extremely easy to work with. We told them exactly what we wanted (and didn’t want!) and they made our vision truly come to life. Many of our guests told us that we had the best dj of any wedding they had attended this year. TGE has also worked with our venue (Celebrations at the Bay) for many years, which elevated any worries that we had about how the venue staff and the TGE staff would work together. Tommy actually DJed our homecomings and proms in high school, which, as high school sweethearts, made this experience extra special to us. Thank you x10000 to Tommy, Valerie, and your team! We highly recommend them for any event, but especially for your wedding!!

Absolutely Amazing

I cannot recommend Tommy Gatz Entertainment enough. As I was in the early stages of planning my wedding the nerves began flooding into me. I grew more and more nervous with each phone call to a new vendor. I came across Tommy Gatz via Instagram. 5 mins into speaking with Tommy Gatz Entertainment I started to feel a little relief. The planning process became so much easier once my husband and I decided to use Tommy Gatz entertainment for our photographer, DJ and up lighting. Fast forward to our wedding day. The confidence I had from knowing that Tommy Gatz’s team was in charge of capturing my important day and helping create those moment was something I will never forget. After the wedding we received our photos very quickly. As I was reviewing our photos, I couldn’t help but smile and shed some happy tears. EVERYTHING WAS CAPTURED!!!! Precious moments with mine and my husband’s Grandparents, Parents and whole family were all there. Pictures were a huge priority for me because I knew I would not be able to get those moments back! Also, huge bonus having them as a one stop shop!

Perfect DJ and Team!

When my husband and I first got engaged, one of the first things we agreed on was that we needed Tommy Gatz to be our DJ. We had both known Tommy for quite some time and his reputation speaks for itself. He is simply amazing. Along with his team, they go above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect. From multiple meetings to go over song choices and lighting colors, to mapping out our day of timeline, which was flawless, everything was so easy and seamless. We truly felt like part of the family and that Tommy wanted our day to be the best day... and it was! We can’t thank Tommy and his team enough for our wedding, lighting and music! When my Wife and I were looking for wedding vendors for our wedding we went to an Expo in Baltimore and immediately fell in love with what Tommy Gatz Entertainment had to offer. We compared the services, customer ratings, and prices of many companies and at the end of the day no other company could compare to what Tommy Gatz Entertainment had to offer. Honestly, we were amazed from the beginning at the arrangement Tommy Gatz had at the Expo and we knew we were going with him for our wedding. My wife and I have been married for almost two months now and we have received numerous compliments on the DJ and photographer we had for our wedding. We got our pictures very fast and are actually having trouble picking which pictures to frame because there are just so many great pictures! Our wedding was just the perfect day and it is all thanks to Tommy Gatz Entertainment. Having Valerie help us with the itinerary and ensuring that all of the required pictures got taken and helping us organize our wedding day was amazing because it took a lot off of our shoulders. Tommy was the best DJ and our dance floor was always filled. Our friends and family had an amazing time and Tommy really knew how to “engage” (pun intended) them and play music that kept them dancing all night. Looking back on our wedding day I can honestly say that going with Tommy Gatz Entertainment was one of the best decisions that we made and it was a day that we will never forget.

I (Bride) had met Tommy through a mutual friend, so I naturally set up a meeting to hear about his services. Choosing his entertainment company for our special day was the piece that pulled our wedding coordination together. From our initial meeting, I felt a genuine connection with Tommy and Valerie and just knew that they cared as much about putting on a great production for our special day, as we did. The ease of having our Dj, Photography, Cinematography, and Day of Coordinator come from one group was so convenient and they worked seamlessly with our other vendors. Our wedding night was filled with love, laughter, and fun. Tommy had the dance floor packed (with multiple generations!), the music and special moments flowed effortlessly. Tommy and Valerie were amazing to work with! From the start, planning a wedding on the opposite side of the country can be difficult but they ensured that everything on our wedding day would be perfect and it was! We used Tommy Gatz Entertainment for our DJ, lighting and day of event coordinator. After doing some research on DJ's in the Annapolis area and after following Tommy on Instagram and Facebook, I knew he was exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We even got a private session at their office were they have a booth set up, after hearing him in person, it sealed the deal! His work is seriously the BEST! I cannot tell you how many compliments we got from our wedding guest that they had the best time and that the music was perfect!! The dance floor was packed the whole night! Tommy did not play one song I didn't like! I even had a special request for a 90's compilation and it was one of my favorite parts of the night! We also used their light package and it completely transformed our venue! Tommy and Valerie worked very hard with us to find the perfect light color to use for our wedding. As our day of coordinator, Valerie worked with us and the venue to make sure everything was just how we planned. It was absolutely perfect! We would 100% recommend Tommy Gatz Entertainment! Working with Tommy Gatz Entertainment was a no-brainer for us when looking for an entertainment vendor for our wedding. We have very good friends who had used Tommy Gatz for their wedding and we remembered how organized and overall well done their wedding was - from start to finish. From the minute that we reached out to Tommy Gatz, both Tommy and Valerie, were down-to-earth, family kind of people. Just what we had envisioned for our wedding day! We knew that they were going to really get to know us as a couple and make sure the wedding day was fitting for our personalities and our wishes. As the process went along, they well surpassed just that and became friends of ours that we enjoyed planning our best day ever with. We also loved that it was a "one-stop-shop" where we were able to do the music, the lighting, the photography and have an event planner all wrapped up in one venue. Our biggest desire for our wedding day was to create a day where we, our family and our closest friends were able to truly able to enjoy and have a stress-free day. Both of our parents, were able to spend time with us during the day and not worry about all of the setup and timeline of the day - it was truly incredible for us to be able to share in our day with them without the stress of the event. For that we will be forever Grateful to Tommy Gatz. One of the COOLEST things from the day of the wedding was that everyone was on the dance floor thanks to Patrick and his DJ-ing. That's when you know you have a good DJ and one heck of a party! Lastly, when our pictures came back we just could not get enough of them. We knew that they had done an incredible job with them but they were breath taking when we began to go through them. We cannot thank them enough for allowing us, our parents and the guests to just relax and enjoy our best day ever!

We chose Tommy Gatz Entertainment for our lighting, DJ music, photography, cinematography, event planning and coordination. Tommy Gatz Entertainment did a phenomenal job! Our wedding day definitely would not have been possible without them. From the first moment we met with them, they made sure we were comfortable and were very willing to work with our needs. We were a young couple and they were very catering and helpful in guiding us through all the works. They had lots of experience doing weddings and were able to give us advice and suggestions. On the day of the wedding, they provided coordinators that made sure everything went smoothly behind the scenes so that we could actually enjoy our own wedding stress-free. Valerie, Rachel, Tommy, Mike, and the rest of TGE crew did an amazing job! The photos came out beautiful and the video captured all the right moments. There were some moments that we didn’t even notice them capturing! The venue was gorgeous with all the up-lighting and the music was on point. Tommy Gatz Entertainment provided all the key things needed to make a wedding perfect. As they said at the very beginning, they don’t just treat us as clients, they treat us as family, and they truly did just that.

Tommy Gatz Entertainment provided everything we could ask for and more for our wedding. Valerie was awesome to work with in coordinating the events and really made it simple for us to plan the timeline of our wedding ceremony and reception.
All of our guests had a wonderful time, with many telling us that it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. A large reason for that is the great atmosphere and music provided by DJ Tommy Gatz and his associate DJ Schemes.
I've known Tommy since elementary school and knew the person to call when looking for a company to provide entertainment and organization to our wedding events. Tommy Gatz Entertainment did not disappoint. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for people who not only know how to put on a wedding celebration but also know how to throw a true party.

"TGE was great to work with from day one! They tailor the entire ceremony to you and make sure everything happens on schedule, all while you are listening to great music played by their very talented DJs. They are a one stop shop for your wedding entertainment and have a clearly defined process that makes planning your wedding surprisingly easy. The inclusion of a day-of coordinator is a huge plus and helps ensure the entire ceremony and reception run smoothly. Their DJs are amazing and do a fantastic job of incorporating songs you request and generating the rest of the playlist based on what you like! Tommy did an amazing job DJing our wedding. Having the Tommy Gatz Entertainment team to DJ, coordinate, and light our wedding was the best decision we made. Working with Tommy was an easy choice as I knew him from high school. It was very special to have him as a part of the wedding. Working with Tommy and his mom Valerie was a breeze. Tommy and his crew made our wedding reception flow with continuity and seamlessly. Valerie did day of coordination, which gave me about a million less things to worry about, and kept everything flowing smoothly. Tommy did an amazing job DJ-ing the "party" mode of the reception. He did a great job reading the crowd and playing the songs that would get people dancing and having fun all night. Our goal was for our wedding reception to flow as a fun event for everyone invited, and Tommy and his crew created an ambiance that gave all of our guests a wedding to talk about weeks later.

I knew that I just had to have Tommy Gatz Entertainment as my videographer when I was brought to tears while watching one of their wedding videos. They have a unique ability to capture the excitement and love encompassing a couple on their wedding day so that it becomes palpable to the viewer, and no other videographer I considered could match their talent. Working with Valerie, the coordinator, was amazing because she kept everyone on the same page and managed all of the potential problems that arose. Valerie is very knowledgeable and will help you make a realistic timeline for your wedding day that also allows you to achieve all of your goals for that day. She thinks about all of the little potential snags and helps you come up with solutions. Our final videos were incredible. As I had hoped, I could not stop crying. I am going to cherish these videos for years to come and can't wait to show them to my children and grandchildren one day.

We wanted to ensure our guests had a wonderful time at our reception, and we knew the music would play a large role in that. Tommy Gatz Entertainment was absolutely fantastic, and we couldn't be happier that we chose them for our reception! We had some extra challenges in planning our wedding. Not only were we planning the wedding from Alabama, and were only able to come up to Annapolis just one time from the time we got engaged until our wedding weekend, but we also planned the entire wedding in 4 months! It was so nice to know we were in good hands with Valerie and Tommy and had no worries that the music would be great and the reception would flow smoothly.

One of the great things about Tommy Gatz Entertainment is you not only get a fantastic DJ but you also have a reception coordinator. Being able to plan out the flow of the reception and knowing we would not have to worry about making sure that things like toasts, the first dance, cake cutting, and the send out would happen when they were supposed to really allowed us to just enjoy the reception and celebrating with our guests. It was very clear that the Tommy Gatz Entertainment staff put in a lot of time and effort in preparing for our reception, and we are so pleased Tommy Gatz Entertainment was a part of our wedding day! Tommy Gatz Entertainment should be everyone's first and last stop when beginning their search for wedding entertainment. From the moment you first meet them all the way through to the end of your event, they treat you like family. Unlike other companies where you are simply a number, they treat you as if your a member of their family, hugs included. When you need to ask them a question you always get a response. All meetings are conducted in person, not via telephone or chat or video conference but in person at their studio. The first meeting including meeting the founder, Tommy Gatz and Valerie his head coordinator who doubles as his mom as well. This is truly a family operation at its finest. Tommy asks you simple and fun questions about what type of music you like and then right there mixes stuff for you live so you get a feel for what they offer. Valerie, is top notch and so very clutch when its crunch time. If it was not for her, our wedding would most likely have run over and we would have lost precious moments towards the end.
But she kept everything moving and even during the most stressful parts she was a cool as a cucumber.
My wife and I would 100% recommend Tommy Gatz Entertainment for all your music needs.
They are wonderful, caring people who truly want your event to be special. We cannot thank you enough.

10/01/2016 will be a date I will remember for the rest of my life. My name is Eddie Conway I am the owner of Garry’s Grill & Catering in Severna Park. In my years of catering I have worked alongside many different DJs, and wedding planners. Therefore choosing one for our day was a tough task. Choosing TGE was the best decision we made.
From the first sit down with Tommy and Valerie they showed the utmost professionalism.
Every bride and groom going through the “wedding process” knows how stressful it can be.
Finding a purveyor that can relive just a little bit of that stress is an incredible partner to have.
Our back story; Oriaginally, the Winery at Elk Manor was our Venue. The gentleman who ran the winery took our money and ran. This all happened 60 days before our wedding date.
We went to Tommy and Valerie to explain the situation. Without missing a beat Valerie stepped up, took the reins, and helped us plan the whole wedding.
One of my biggest pet peeves is when people are late in general. Tommy and his Team were “on time” by an hour to ensure all services were in place . I asked Tommy why so early. His response is something I remember, “I’m early to every event, you never know what could happen and you always have to be ready." Did I mention it rained from morning to night and nothing missed a beat.
Tommy’s Djing was absolutely catered to the crowd. He played every song Allison and I requested.
Tommy sent us pictures and the video in 4 weeks!
We watched the video, and Allison and I relived our night. It was amazing.
Tommy wanted to make sure we had it before Thanksgiving to show our family and friends. It shows how much he really cares.
A true testament of a professional is not being seen or heard during an event.
This allows the guests of honor feel truly that, honored. I can say TGE 100% made our wedding what it was, Perfect!
For all the reasons listed above is why I think TGE is the best around.

Hiring Tommy Gatz Entertainment was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

We had a very accelerated timeline (thanks to our procrastination) but Tommy and Valerie were both totally engaged in making sure everything was done right. They helped us to get our plans together and kept us on track during what would otherwise have been a very stressful process. Their expertise was invaluable to us during the planning phase.

The end result of their hard work was a wonderful event. We got to enjoy our wedding and our guests had a fantastic time... they loved the lighting effects at the venue, the music was terrific, and we continue to get compliments about how much fun the wedding was. The photos are beautiful and we will cherish them for years to come. The video is truly amazing and we love being able to share it with family and friends.

Wow this was a great experience to have Tommy Gatz entertainment take care of the lighting and DJ services. We got way more than that that! A professional staff, Valerie the Day of Coordinator who made sure we were on time for all portions of the wedding. DJ Tommy Gatz who is not only one of the best DJs we worked with but had fun during the entire night setting the tone for the evening. Without DJ Tommy Gatz and his all inclusive services (photography and videography) our wedding would not have turned out as perfect as it did!

From the moment we met with Valerie and Tommy from TGE we instantly clicked. We referred by family friends to use Tommy Gatz for our June 2016 wedding. Our first meeting was great and we really got a feel for how family oriented and caring the company was. Most companies give you a quote without ever even having a meeting, so we felt that Tommy was really taking the time to get to know what kind of people we were and our taste. The process from there on was simple leading up to our wedding. Valerie and Tommy were always responsive when we had questions via emails or phone calls. The walkthrough at our venue with Tommy and Valerie went smoothly thanks to TGE. We were in great hands! We absolutely loved working with this company! My wife and I knew we were going to be doing the lion’s share of the planning for our Navy daughter’s wedding. We were a little overwhelmed, but then we met Tommy and Valerie from Tommy Gatz Entertainment. We were immediately impressed by their professional presentation, and by how welcoming they were. We learned that Tommy’s company offered almost all of the services we wanted. We were hooked.
Over several planning meetings we also learned that Tommy and Valerie were as interested in getting to know us as we were in getting to know them. Our planning sessions usually ended with a personal chat, and we count Tommy and Valerie as friends to this day. We decided to have Tommy provide most of his services: DJ, lighting, sound, event coordinator, photography, videography, MC; and we saved money by going with Tommy for everything. It was such a simple decision.
The day of the wedding was incredible for all the reasons you’d expect but also because Tommy, Valerie, and their entire crew of amazing professionals did everything possible to make it special. Part of that was the detailed planning we'd all done. From the moment we met Tommy, we could tell what passion and energy he brings to his work. While he came highly recommended by another bride to DJ our wedding reception, we knew from the first meeting that he would guarantee a great time on the dance floor. During the planning meetings it became evident to us that his passion for detail transcends into all of the services offered by Tommy Gatz Entertainment to include creating the perfect atmosphere for all stages of our reception with tailored up-lighting and a sound system to fit our venue layout. On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax knowing that the event would stay on schedule and that Tommy and his team had everything under control working closely with other vendors when needed. DJ Tommy Gatz and DJ Schemes kept all of our guests energized. We’re pretty sure all 180 guests were on the dance floor. We all had a blast and we are still getting compliments on how much fun our wedding reception was we give most of that credit to Tommy Gatz Entertainment. We love our candid photos taken by Tommy’s crew! They truly show how much fun everyone was having and gave us an opportunity to see so many great moments that we didn’t get to see in person that night. To top everything else, our short video and cinematography products that captured the highlights of our wedding ceremony and reception were perfection and will be cherished for years to come. From the moment we met Tommy, we could tell what passion and energy he brought to his work. While he came highly recommended by another bride to DJ our wedding reception, we knew from the first meeting that he would guarantee a great time on the dance floor. I originally looked into TGE for their DJ only but was compelled to use them for more. When all was said and done, they gorgeously transformed our venue with lighting and took the most amazing photos that even our photographer missed because they had gone home by then. The candid photography caught the fun stuff that only happens at the tail end of the night (or I should say tale end). Tommy kept everyone on their toes all night all over the musical spectrum and it was awesome! Thank you again to the team. TGE was absolutely the right decision for us, you should absolutely go see them if you’re in Annapolis!

It was great working with the entire Tommy Gatz Entertainment team. With us getting married in such a short time (apparently), they were able to pull all of their services together to help make our “to do” list a lot shorter. We were able to not only use them for a DJ, we were also able to use their Day of Coordinator, their lighting people, their emcee, their photographer and their videographer! This company came as a recommendation from our Reception venue, and I am so
glad I went with Tommy Gatz Entertainment. From the beginning, I started
working with Valerie who was so responsive anytime I had a question. Our DJ
for the night was Tommy and Schemes and they were an amazing duo! They got
everyone dancing and kept the timeline in check (even though we have some
long winded relatives who really love to go on and on). I also LOVED their
chemistry... between the two of them I don't know if it was more fun being

TGE was great! They kept everyone on the dance floor the night, and they were great as MC for all the special moments. I didn't really get what "special moments" were until we sat down and started to really plan our music out. They were very professional and easy to work with. The coordinators were very responsive to any questions we had, and did a great job helping us plan for our entire night. We attended a wedding that Tommy DJ'd before we hired him for ours, and he was just as good if not better (lol... he was awesome for both... I'm just kidding). I highly would highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding entertainment, their team is awesome.

Tommy was amazing!! After talking to quite a few DJs we choose him because his passion and excitement for music and entertaining was apparent. My husband and I are so glad we booked Tommy Gatz Entertainment. It really
was a magical night and their team were amazing, I never even knew they were

All I can say is WOW! I know I booked a fairly standard ballroom for my

Tommy was by far the perfect DJ for us. He was the first DJ we met in person, and we knew we needed to look no further. He was incredibly flexible to arrange meeting times and the first with an actual office for us to meet in, and he was our most responsive vendor throughout the planning process. We merely provided him with a list of our favorite party songs and our “do not play it your life depends upon it” songs, and he had everything he needed to wow all of our guests. Tommy and his team did everything we requested the night of our wedding, and our dance floor was packed all night. Everyone commented on what a great job he did.

With everything that goes into planning your wedding, knowing you have someone by your side through the process that isn’t your mother or sister (who will just tell you you’re right), having someone who will give an honest opinion and tell you when you’re trying to do too much is a godsend. Working with Valerie at Tommy Gatz Entertainment and being able to use her for her years of knowledge was priceless. I think I read one too many “add this to your wedding pinterest ideas” but she brought me back down to earth and made sure we remembered what was important. The Gatz Team ‘aka the A-Team’ was amazing. The hotel where my wedding was held even complimented their staff when we were packing up at the end of the night. Everyone danced and was on the floor the whole time. That’s all I wanted was a night that everyone had an amazing time and the Gatz Team did just that. We are so glad we chose Tommy Gatz Entertainment (TGE) . The
entertainment provider at a wedding of course needs to be able to provide
the right music and create the right atmosphere for the event. TGE did a
terrific job in doing this from the lighting to the music, to the flow. But
they also were outstanding in the planning and coordination. Planning a
wedding is quite an undertaking and TGE was invaluable in ensuring that our
reception was what we wanted and hoped it could be. They worked seamlessly
with our other vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. And even when
the unexpected happened ,(Like the President of the United States crashing
your reception!) Valerie and Tommy were able to adapt on the fly to make
sure everything happened as we wanted while still being able to accommodate

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and a huge part of that is contributed to DJ Tommy Gatz and his crew. From the music to the lighting to the photography, everything was amazing. Tommy is very passionate about his work and it definitely shows. Guests of all ages were on the dance floor the entire night - Tommy even had those that don't normally dance out there!

The candid photos were amazing and some of our favorites from the entire night! All of the TGE photographers were very courteous and really captured the essence of the night. Everyone loved the photobooth too!

We still continue to receive so many compliments on our wedding day and we know it would not have been possible without Tommy Gatz. The entire TGE crew was beyond fantastic and we can't thank them enough!

Tommy Gatz Entertainment (TGE) did an excellent job with our wedding reception. Everything from working with our song particulars to the logistics at the venue, Tommy and Valerie made our evening as seamless as possible – and WE as the bride and groom didn’t have to worry about transitioning from formal announcements to the cake cutting to all of the dancing! TGE provides a professional service demonstrating attention to detail and organization. We were very thankful for the pre-wedding meetings to go over all of the details to make sure our reception was just how we wanted it to be. Having a “day of” coordinator for the event was such a blessing (I’m so glad that we had Valerie)! Picking Tommy Gatz Entertainment for my wedding was the best decision I made next to saying "yes" to my hubby. Tommy, Valerie and crew exceeded all of our expectations. I wish we could do it all over again. They helped make our day the best day ever! They are the best of the best. Any and every problem we ran into, Valerie had a solution. Any request we had, Tommy could do it. They work with any crazy schedule. At one point my priest was no longer available that day to marry us and our wedding coordinator had quit that same week. I called Valerie almost in tears. She worked with my venue, my church and even my photographer. There was literally no wedding drama. I can not say enough good things about them. Very personable and productive. We were treated like family. They even helped me get a wedding planner (Rachel was wonderful). No bridezilla will be let down. I recommend doing the videography. I have watched our video countless times. I think about that day all the time. After we showed out video to friends, everyone commented, "I wish we had done that for our wedding". I'm so glad we did! My wife tells me that I'm terrible about getting out of my own way and that I need to stop micromanaging... she's right (I don't tell her that but she is). I think I was more involved in the details of our wedding than any other friend or family member of mine, If you asked I could tell you the exact color of our dinner linens (champagne and persimmon lol) and every song on our 'must and don't' playlists were. My wife found Tommy Gatz Entertainment and after some serious hand holding I gave way to Tommy's team of experienced professionals against my will. Lauren (the wife) really had to talk me down from the ledge but, clearly this is why I married her, because she was right. Ok, I admitted she's right! Tommy's team was punctual, efficient, knowledgable and customer oriented like none other. There wasn't one moment I had to worry about what was going on because they anticipated every flux in the crowd, gave way to toasts on time and never skipped a beat (pun intended). Just when I thought everything was going wrong, something went so completely right that I am eternally grateful to TGE and their team of experts.

From the time I was little I knew just what I wanted and within a month of my wedding everything went wrong. My florist went under, my pastor was transferred to a new mission and my coordinator I was working with at my venue for over a year was let go. I knew TGE offered experienced coordinators and I was so thankful their best and brightest was available.

She did everything from pick up my flowers (at the last minute florist I found that (lol) ...doesn't deliver!) to get us all through our rehearsal with a new pastor to completely setting up our reception and making it run flawlessly. Everyone commented after the night was over that they wished they had her for their own wedding. My husband and I were able to completely enjoy the whole night.

I am glad she was available and know now that peace of mind comes from having someone else handle your stress. I love you TGE! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I hired the Tommy Gatz Entertainment team for my parent's surprise 40th wedding anniversary party and considering most of their team are (I'm guessing) mid twenties to mid thirties, they killed it with my parents 60's crowd. When I finally get married next year I have already hired them to do my wedding too. I'm super excited too because I've used their "one team" approach and I've hired them for my videography, lighting, photography and music! And I love that I'll be working with them again.

If there is one thing I've learned in life, its that I am by no means an expert at everything, its why I hire a mechanic, a plumber, an electrician and Tommy Gatz Entertainment. They are a team of experts in everything "party" and that's just what I needed on my wedding day.

I have personally recommended them to close friends and family who have also been blown away by the level of commitment to their craft, as I urge you as well. This will be a wedding decision you certainly won't regret, I sure didn't.

So I'm supposed to go on and use this opportunity to help other brides.

When I was going through this process I wish I had paid more attention to Wedding Wire and the reviews.

I wish I had used Tommy Gatz Entertainment for ALL of my wedding details because after seeing their team in action and dealing with their coordinators I know that my videographer was a bit of a spaz and I wished I had just gone with them.

They are right, their motto is "one team of professionals for one perfect event" and clearly all of their stuff went right. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I wished I had hired their team for everything (I will next time around ...kidding! LOL love the hubs).

But I will certainly recommend them to anyone I know getting married in the future.

From our first time running into the Tommy Gatz Entertainment Team at the bridal show to the end of the night hugging and thanking them for making our day amazing we are ever grateful for the entire team and everything they did for us.

Additionally, I would like to point out that our videographer was in total stealth mode and was everywhere and never in the way and when we got our video I can't believe everything she captured and it was like having our own Hollywood movie of our love story <3 Best gift to ourselves ever!

I was reminded this weekend about our candid photos and such that Tommy Gatz Entertainment took at our wedding. We were packing and we were going through some albums and found the disc of candids they took. My husband and I just sat back laughing in total disbelief of all the things we missed that day and how thankful we are to have had these. To say that the "wow factor" was at an all time high would be an understatement. From the moment we first met with the Day Of Coordinator to the day of our wedding we have been nothing but pleased. When you walked into the room and the whole place was lit in pinks and purples I couldn't have been happier. My friend's parents even noted how cool it was to see turn tables again! After my husband and I met with (what felt like) a million and one DJs, we finally met the team at Tommy Gatz Entertainment. Bingo! Click! Check! Done! We had an instant connection and could completely see them doing our wedding. We went back and forth quite a few times with us adding "wish list songs" and they played everything we wanted and more. They even introduced us to some really great music we continue to listen to. Our guests had a fabulous time and everyone hit the dance floor in what was only to be described as true dancer fashion. We had the best wedding I could have ever envisioned.

We used Tommy Gatz Entertainment for our spring wedding and thought we were going to drive them crazy with all of the song diversity (we love what we love and we're all over the place). We were so entertained during the "sample" they gave us at the studio that we knew we needed to book them immediately. I mean, who can really go from Wilson Pickett to Snoop to Ben E King and swing back right on through to Fergie without breaking a sweat? Apparently these guys is the answer. We have since recommended TGE to others and they have been just as happy. We're glad we found them at the Baltimore bridal show :) They did a great job for us and I'm sure they'll do it for anyone else too... you can see the passion for the music in everything they do.

Well, lets just say that my "theme" was Winter wonderland, what I got was white hot! The DJs let this girl get back to her Latina routes and kick it with her girls all night long. It was like we were back in the clubs in 2000... I can't believe still how talented these two guys were, you would think they were DJing in a NYC club. Champagne taste on a beer budget and I still came up with bubbles ;)

The DJ's at Tommy Gatz Entertainment were the absolute hit of the party! The DJ was interactive with my crowd and they knew how to keep them riled up for the night! I loved every minute of it and so did everyone else. What a great team. I would recommend them a thousand times over!

Their coordinator caught things I would have to correct for the day for other vendors and they all loved working with them. My vendors were happy to have someone to go to (not to bother me) and I was happy to enjoy my time and not have to worry about anything but fun at my wedding.

Tommy Gatz Entertainment helped create Our Wedding Day to be Picture Perfect. The DJ was wonderful and on queue with everything. Point by point on the theme of our wedding day as well as the announcements and special traditions. The DJ kept everyone on the dance floor with his beats, music mixing and flow the entire night.The up-lighting and 7' lit totem towers matching our wedding colors of true red and white, added such a beautiful elegant glow to our reception hall. The dry ice fog was over the top during our first dance together as well as our theme dance, dancing to "Thriller." It truly appeared like we were dancing on clouds. As a bride that wants to have everything in order, Tommy Gatz Entertainment stays in touch from beginning to end, makes sure everything is precise, meets with you personally, contacts you by telephone or e-mail all the time.

I honestly cannot thank Tommy Gatz Entertainment enough for ALL of their hard work and sincere dedication in making my dream wedding come to life. They were a real pleasure to work with throughout the whole entire process of planning 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding'.

We used Tommy Gatz Entertainment for their DJ, lighting, and videography services, and everything was simply amazing. Tommy (the best DJ around) kept everyone on the dance floor the whole entire time, playing a variety of music appealing to all ages and to both Greeks & Americans. I loved that he got everyone involved and kept everyone on their feet. The lighting was absolutely STUNNING. My jaw dropped when I walked into the hall for the first time; it was so beautifully set up, adding to the elegance of the ballroom. The videographers were as sweet as can be. They were there to capture everything from the first moment I saw my dad at the church, to the first dance, to the cake cutting, to the Greek dancing, all the way to the end of the evening. We were blown away by everything and the overall experience was AMAZING.

We were treated like family, instead of regular clients and we could not have asked for a more tremendous group of people to work with. Our wedding day was truly perfect! Tommy was the DJ during our reception last 3/23 in Annapolis, MD. Since he started playing music, guests were NONSTOP DANCING on the dance floor. He can gage the audience music preference and can keep the rhythm of the party. Many of our guests were Spanish speakers and he had a fantastic variety of spanish songs (salsa, merengue and some hip hop) to take into account the diversity of the guests. From Michael Jackson, to Gangman Style to Victor Manuelle and LMFAO, if you can think of a great song for your wedding, Tommy has it and will make sure you hear it, dance to it, and never forget it!

The team was very flexible, and the wedding went exactly as the bride and groom had planned. The music won praise from the guests young and old and it did not interfere with conversation, as was our experience at other affairs. The whole reception flowed, with continuity and every detail was delivered as we wished. We were totally satisfied with the quality of service. Although we were working here with a tough crowd, meaning many guests who did not usually dance, I was astounded by the number of people who were lured out on the dance floor.

Gulianna & I hired Tommy Gatz Entertainment for our wedding after a referral from another couple. Like us, they needed to integrate multiple cultures into their wedding and reception. Tommy Gatz's team melded my quite caucasian (play that funky music white boy) friends and family's tastes in music and my beautiful puerto rican wife's latin culture into one grand night that will live in infamy. Its Maggie (yes Maggie May) and we're reviewing Tommy Gatz Entertainment. My husband and I had an awesome New Year's Eve wedding and we utilized all of their services (what can I say other than I love one stop shopping!). Having a point of contact (company provided Day Of Coordinator) made this process flow so simply that I kept thinking I was forgetting to do something (lol). Our video was amazing (a friend joked that it was the best mini movie they've ever seen "Sundance here we come!") and our photos were so good we had them enlarged and are displayed as art around the house! The night was amazing from a music standpoint, we clearly hosted the best New Years Eve party in history! We have used Tommy Gatz Entertainment for our wedding the evening of August 6th 2011. We used the team for our music and entertainment as well as the lighting for our outdoor venue. To say they "lit up the night" would be an understatement. The edges of the deck were lit up like crazy and it lit up the trees on the perimeter of the property and it was amazing. Their lighting specialist was truly a genius! Our wedding was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen and I was reminded of how truly amazing it all was when we were looking at our photos the other day. Someone suggested using an iPod for my music. "Who in their right mind uses an iPod for the most important day of their life???" I read the reviews here on Wedding Wire and heard from a couple of friends (thank you FB friends) that Tommy Gatz Entertainment was the way to go. Yes! Agree! I concur! All my guests are now fans! Amazing! Simply Amazing!

Tommy Gatz Entertainment performed at our wedding this Saturday and EVERYONE was on the dance floor all night (including my grandparents and great uncle!)! I would recommend Tommy Gatz Entertainment for DJ-ing, Lighting Services and Photographer. We used them for all three services and couldn't be happier.

We were able to meet with all of our service providers in advance to make sure our plan was being put in place the way we wanted it to.

Our photos were gorgeous and the candid photos were unexpectedly beautiful as well, I'm glad they told me to skip the throw away cameras on the tables. They did a beautiful job with the indoor and outdoor lighting and everyone was amazed.

We came upon Tommy Gatz Entertainment at the recommendation of our venue. When we went into (I admit) I was a little skeptical about the space but they showed me some past events and the gorgeous lighting that helped add color and dimension to the whole place. A lot of the work had been done by Tommy Gatz Entertainment and so I called. Boy am I glad I did... They turned our space into a beautiful icy blue winter wonderland! Not only that but they provided outstanding entertainment that kept our ginormous guest list on the dance floor all night (we all left without coats in the middle of January because we had been dancing all night!). When your wife tries to convince you that she knows something about music and entertainment and that "she" should pick the DJ, try not to laugh. Now, if she tries to tell you that "she picked Tommy Gatz Entertainment" just give'er a high five and call it a day!

When Erin told me she and her mom had it taken care of I was a little nervous, so they let me set up a meeting to meet the DJ, cool guy, and he knew what he was talking about, did a full demo for me (slick). When it came to the day, of course my guys were ragging me to see how this was going to turn out, I told them I trusted her and it looked like it was going to work out. Every single one of them (I admit... I did it too) was on the dance floor, grinding it up all night.

You guys are awesome and she did good! I would hire Tommy Gatz Entertainment again in a hot minute. They are worth more than they charged... (I probably shoulda tipped the guy!) The night will go down in history that's for sure. My "wife" did awesome! Thanks again Tommy Gatz Entertainment! Thanks Erin for picking them!

My husband and I have wonderful things to say about every experience we have had with the entire staff at Tommy Gatz Entertainment. I truly believe we were meant to meet. Our DJ, Videographer, Photographer and I clicked at our very first meetings and they provided what I can only describe as perfection for our event. We have received about a thousand compliments on their professionalism and performance from our friends and family since the wedding and they really did create a perfect environment for everyone to have fun. Our photos and video are amazing and Chandler and I are thankful to everyone at Tommy Gatz Entertainment for helping to create our perfect day.

Last minute since all of our family was going to be here for Thanksgiving we finally (engaged 4 years) decided to throw the party and make it official! Needless to say it was a bit of a rush since oh, wait, we decided to do this about Halloween?! (lol) When I called around I got the most exuberant response on the phone "Of course we can help!!!" and the rest is history! Tommy Gatz Entertainment totally came through for us and faster than I ever imagined. It was 1-2-3 meetings and done! PARTY! The lighting was perfect (hid the fact I found an off the rack dress lol) and the party rocked. Joe and I are so happy with everything! Thanks again to an out bounds awesome entertainment team at Tommy Gatz Entertainment!!!

My husband and I used Tommy Gatz Entertainment for our vow renewal (25 years!) this past summer. The company did everything we asked and more. We're old hippies at heart and Tommy Gatz Entertainment was able to pull together every single song on our wish list and then, to our surprise, turn it into something our kids (and grandkids) enjoyed dancing to. Saturday in the Park (Doobies) all the way to Jeremiah was a Bullfrog (3 Dog Night)!

We can't say again how very much we appreciated the entire staff at Tommy Gatz Entertainment for making our renewal party a success!

Fireworks and Fantasy...

First of all, every time I told a vendor my theme for my wedding they pretty much rolled their eyes at me, but not Val! The first time I met with the Tommy Gatz Entertainment team she threw her hands up and said "that's awesome!" I knew we were going to hit it off from there.

We had a few challenges with our outdoor space and lighting but the crew totally made it work and when the sky fell dark and the party really hit its stride they gave me everything they promised and more. All of our special moments were perfectly on queue and when it was almost time for the fireworks to start for the 4th their team made sure every last person was outside to see them.

I don't know how to say thank you for everything you did other than gladly boasting here on WW but... amazed and grateful for your service, we're just so thankful for everything you worked on to make our night magical!

Hey, Ellie here! I can't say enough good things about my experience with the whole team at Tommy Gatz Entertainment.

They were great to work with on my music and lighting. I really had no clue but after seeing other photos from my venue without the extra lighting and what the Gatz team did with it, we're really glad we did it. The whole room was draped in icy blues for our winter wonderland wedding... it really made it more magical than I could have ever imagined. Seeing it at the studio helped but when we walked in and saw the whole room lit up I nearly started to cry I was so overwhelmed with the transformed space.

Every single person I dealt with at Gatz was fantastic and we couldn't be happier with how they helped to bring our day together!

Married on St. Patty's Day and the luck of Tommy Gatz Entertainment was clearly with us! I'm not someone who normally writes reviews but I can't help myself. Lots of green and my DJ even came dressed to match, that's what I call paying attention to what I asked for! We danced, we laughed and everything was perfect. I can't say thank you enough!

Tommy Gatz Entertainment provided my daughter and son-in-law one of the most memorable events I've attended in my 50-something years.

After meeting with Ms. Gatz at the office I was reassured we were dealing with a professional firm and that our needs would be met without question. As a mother I was initially nervous as most of the team we had met until then are fairly young, but after assurance from my daughter and seeing their presentation, I trusted their abilities. I'm glad I did.

From the moment we arrived at the reception it was apparent they had been their for hours and were completely set up and waiting for us. We introduced the rest of the family and settled in for our introductions, little did I know the kids had planned something fun for us with them during our entrance. When the bride and groom came out, the Gatz team had helped them orchestrate a special dance for their friends and the entire guest list roared. I have to say it was quite entertaining.

All in all I have nothing but good things to say about our entire experience as the mother of the bride on behalf of our daughter's wedding. The event was flawless and I have them to thank.
