Punctual, professional, polished and safe!

I have trusted Today's Limo FOR YEARS with everything, from birthdays to anniversaries to special occasions and now, my wedding! Our driver was punctual, professional and polished, as always, and most importantly SAFE! She even insisted we even take a certain route since my wedding was in Lake Placid and navigating those curves and bends in an extended Excursion is no easy feat! Not only that, but I worked with two of Today's Limo's reservation specialists and they had our timeline perfected. With several different places to be and a strict time schedule, they ensured me everything would be absolutely perfect, and it WAS. Brides, book Today's Limo for your special day because you can trust them with one of the most important days of your life! They say the bride is almost always late, but you don't have to be!

Perfect for a quick ride

We didn't need limo service for our wedding because our ceremony and reception were at the same location. Last minute (about a week before the wedding) we found out that it would be impossible to get a Lyft or an Uber, and that shuttle services for us or our guests was out of our price range. Today's Limousine offers sedan services, so we didn't have to worry about a minimum amount of time like most companies do. Our ride came early to pick us up, and he was very nice and helpful! We only needed a ride from our venue to our hotel, and I'm glad we were able to hire them.

My wedding was not the first time that I used today's Limo. In fact I use today's limo for all my transportation needs. All the staff at Today's Limo is courteous and professional. They truly go above and beyond to meet all your expectations and make you feel at ease. I would highly recommend then to anyone and everyone!! Thank you Today's Limo for all you did for us!

Today’s Limo provided the best transportation for our bridal party! Marty, our bus driver, was so nice and accommodating, and he really helped make our day more special with his kindness, positivity, and sense of humor. The luxury bus we booked was very comfortable and equipped with coolers and a bluetooth speaker that worked really well. Marty greeted us after the wedding with champagne, which was so nice and special. We could not be more pleased with the service Today’s Limo provided, and I’ll definitely book them again in the future!

We hired a 6 passenger town car (for the groomsmen to the church and bride and groom after the church) and an 8 passenger limo (for the bridesmaids to the church and the bridal party after the church). Both cars arrived on time and were very clean. They also provided a bottle of champagne in the ride after the church. Both drivers were incredibly friendly and well prepared. They opened doors and helped me with my big poofy dress getting in and out of the limo. They were very aware of where they parked the car - in position of the doors so no one could see us getting out or around puddles so we didn't get wet. Very accommodating during phone calls and helpful with trying to decide on which cars to rent and for how long - they helped us get the most use for our money.

I used Today's limousine for my wedding. Our driver (Wayne) was very helpful and very professional! He even fluffed my dress for me right before I walked down the aisle with my dad. He taught us how to use the stereo system and had plenty of water, soda and champagne on ice whenever we wanted it! It was a very hot day and he had the limo nice and cool for us when we got in. He did an incredible job maneuvering the 16 person Escalade Limo and knew where he was going all day. Thanks Wayne!

Very professional and extremely helpful staff. Our spring wedding was perfect. Our party bus was so fun and fit everyone very well. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you for making our day so special.

Carl the limo driver showed up on time and was somehow was able to keep my daughters dress clean during the snow/ slush storm. He was very polite and willing to do whatever she wanted. The business was easy to book and even changed the time of pickup two weeks before the wedding.

Today's Limousine provided us with 2 limos for our wedding this past weekend, and my husband and I were very impressed with their services! Both limos arrived on time, with complimentary champange, soda, and water which the limo driver served for us. At the church, both drivers went above and beyond to ensure that I, as the bride, was able to make my entrance without being seen by any guests and even volunteered to hold the church doors closed until it was time for me to walk down the aisle with my father. The prices were reasonable and the company was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Today's Limousine to anyone planning a wedding or event in the future!

Our driver for the day was Greg. He was so polite and prompt, we arrived to each destination without issue. He was more than happy to assist with anything needed, right down to the fluffing of my dress! The company as a whole was professional and accommodating with speedy response times to any and all questions or requests presented to them. I'd recommend them to anyone regardless of event!

We used Today’s Limo for our shuttle service for our rehearsal dinner as well as for our wedding day. I cannot speak enough about how happy I was to have been able to work with this company as they treated us extremely well! The office was very easy to work with throughout the inquiry and booking process! Wayne was our driver for the day of our wedding and he was AMAZING! He was very professional and our bridal party loved him! After we arrived to the church he waited to ensure that everything went off without any issues and even ended up fluffing my dress prior to me walking down the isle! We would highly recommend them for any transportation services and cannot wait to use them again for another occasion.

Today's Limo is amazing! smile emoticon We loved our hot pink stretch limo at our wedding in August. We also used their shuttle services for our wedding guests. Everything was fantastic and I will recommend them to everyone!!

There is a great selection to chose from and the prices are very reasonable! The staff at Today's were great to work with during the planning process and were attentive to our needs. Our driver arrived to both locations (picked up husband first, then came to get me) on time and ready to go. The car was clean and we were provided with champagne and refreshments. Our driver was great - he came right into the church with my father and I, and fluffed my gown for me before I walked down the aisle! He was extremely professional and offered his assistance in whatever way possible. Today's was a great choice - I highly recommend them!

Had a fantastic experience with Today's Limo and our driver Dave. Dave showed up right on time for both my husband and the groomsmen and myself and my bridesmaids. He was also very attentive to me, making sure that I got in and out of the limo without ruining my dress, and even giving me a last minute look in the mirror to see if everything was in place before I walked down the aisle. The limo was fantastic...we did the 14 passenger Lincon Navigator. All 10 of us fit in comfortably and we had a great time with the complimentary champagne on ice after the ceremony. We also rented shuttles for our guests that needed to be transported to the reception from the hotel. These arrived in a timely manner, and they did keep in touch with me along the way. I would recommend Today's so your transportation can go smoothly on your special day.

Today's Limousine provides a high quality of service that I was very pleased with. My sister used them for her wedding and they were undoubtedly our first choice. Our driver was professional and helped me with my dress and veil whenever it was needed. The SUV limo was immaculate and the champagne and drinks were high quality. I was very impressed with Today's Limo, they called me to confirm all of my details about a week before the wedding. On the day of the wedding they made me feel like a true princess. The driver was on time picking up the guys and the girls. The driver helped me into the limo with my dress, and then at the church he fluffed my train before I walked down the aisle. After the wedding we had a receiving line outside, and it started to rain, he promptly grabbed an umbrella and made sure my husband and I stayed dry. He made sure we had water during the receiving line, and once we got into the limo he poured us champagne. Overall, he made my wedding magical.

I cannot say enough for Today's Limo and our driver, Bob. He was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond the duties of a limo driver. He even helped direct the ceremony, by helping the bridesmaids and myself know when to walk down the aisle so we were not seen until the last moment, and he even helped block windows to protect guest views of me before the ceremony. He was courteous and extremely professional. I HIGHLY recommend this company for ANY occasion.

I've used Today's Limo before and always with a great result. So when it came to my wedding I knew I needed them again. I rented one of their SUV Limo's to bring Me, the ladies and my parent's to the wedding. It was beautiful and the driver was great. He did everything he could to make everyone happy and comfortable. He literally put himself between the limo tire and my dress to keep it from getting anything on it. I also booked another Limo for the end of the night to take my parents and two sons home. Best decision I could make I had no worries that everyone would get home safe and sound. I've will definitely use them for all my Limo needs.

After my initial phone conversation with Today's, I was more than impressed. They were able to accommodate exactly what I wanted and needed. Our driver, Joe Marando, was on time and such a gentleman. He carried out my heavy wedding gown to the car and helped all the girls with their bags. After getting us all settled in he took us from Schenectady to my venue, The Old Daley Inn on Crooked Lake in Averill Park. Upon arrival, Joe again carried my gown inside and hung it up for me. Joe then turned around and went to pick up the guys to bring them there as well. He was perfectly on time and professional for both transports.

After the reception Joe came back for us and even went inside the venue to get our boxes and load them in the car. I feel that Joe went above and beyond the call of duty and was a great person to deal with on a very exciting and nerve racking day! I can't thank him and Today's enough!

Best limo company...EVER! We had 2 limos booked for our wedding and they both did a stellar job! One driver in particular, Bob, was amazing! He showed up just a little early to make sure everything was on time, he was so helpful and friendly and polite, I knew right away that we would be happy with his service. We took photos in the rose garden in Schenectady, and I was wearing very high heels that kept sinking into the grass, he helped make sure that I didn't fall and he helped keep my dress from dragging or getting dirty. You would have thought he was in the wedding party! It was warm and one of my bridesmaids was 5 months pregnant and he was constantly checking on her to make sure she was comfortable and was always checking to see if she needed water. He even drover her to the bathroom while we were still at the rose garden to make sure that she didn't have to walk far. When we got to the church he went in and helped straighten out the train of my dress. I never imagined that we would get such an attentive driver! If I ever have need of a limo again, I am 100% going through Today's Limousine and I am definitely asking for Bob!

Today's was really dependable and very responsive, even on a Sunday when we emailed them with a question. Our limo driver was Rob and he was amazing! He was really personable and professional. It started pouring right when my ceremony was about to start, and he made sure that me and my bridesmaids got inside without a drop of rain on us, and directed us as to where to go once we got to the ceremony, which was really helpful because I was in a daze at that point. He was almost like a day of coordinator in addition to our limo driver and made a difference in how well our day went. Just based on Rob's service, I would recommend Today's and would use them again.

These guys are great! I've used them once before for my sisters bachelorette party. For my wedding, everytime I spoke to them on the phone they were super nice. They even would share their personal wedding experiences and were interested in my weddign planning. We got a 16 passenger SUV limo. The driver was awesome. He was always making sure we were comfortable and alright. He held the train of my dress where ever i walked. He helped me up and down stairs. He was great!

We used Todays Limo for my bachelorette and wedding. They are absolutely professional and 100% reliable! We had a blast with Walt at the bachelorette and requested he be there the day of my wedding - we had 2 cars, a 14 passenger SUV for my groom and the bridal party and a 6 passenger for myself and my sister. The drivers were fantastic! The one driving the car I was riding in was very polite and Walt even stopped for one of the girls in the SUV to get headache medicine on our way to the Palace for pictures - I can't imagine any other driver taking it upon themself to stop along the way without anyone even asking. They really are a great company and we had no problems at all - probably one of the easiest vendors we worked with!

We used Today's Limo for our wedding. We rented the limobus, which was so fun. Kenny was our driver and he was fantastic. He made the day so fun. He was professional and assisted with the church ceremony line up, even opening the doors before we walked down the aisle. Today's have a working knowledge of weddings and special events and are able to provide the service for these types of events.

Today's Limo is the BEST. We even called 2 hours before the wedding to see if there was any way they could come 25 minutes sooner and they did everything they could, and made it there even with a last minute request! The driver was so nice, and let me tell you the HUMMER limo we got was SIIICCKKKKKK. So glad a friend recommended Today's to us!

Today's Limo did a great job of accommodating my needs. They called me to confirm a week before the wedding with my services. The limo drivers gave me their cell phone numbers when they picked us up, there was free champagne, water, and soft drinks. They were all very professional and made my day more relaxed. One limo driver even showed me how to hold my dress so it wouldn't drag on the floor so I didn't look ridiculous.

We decided to utilize Today's Limo for our wedding transportation. We have to say that Today's Limo was the easiest, most affordable, and most professional limo company around in the Albany area. They were extremely easy in developing the contract, flexible when we needed to adjust the timeline before and even during the wedding, and extremely professional throughout the entire wedding planning and wedding process! We had a wonderful driver, who helped the entire bridal party into the limousine, and also helped the bride with an umbrella, when it was drizzling outside! He was quick to ensure that we always had water or champagne, and riding in the limo was a blast! We were able to play great music, and also control the temperature in the car, so if we were too hot or too cold, we were able to turn the AC on or off. A really great experience, they were on-time, courteous, the rides were smooth, and the entire experience with Today's Limosine was an incredibly positive one!

Today's limo did an amazing job! You always think well, what really goes into a Limo. The driver was awesome and came early! We has a fantastic limo and they were on top of their game. They called me a few times before the wedding to make sure everything was correct and they wanted to make sure they had all the events so there were not any flaws in timing. I would use them again for anytime we need any type of transportation. Thank you so much!

We called many, many limo companies and found that Today's Limousine was the cheapest and most efficient for us. Many companies have a minimum of four or five hours. We only needed the limo for an hour (the drive from the church in Loudonville to the Stockade Inn in Schenectady).They charged us just for the one hour.
We needed a 10 passenger limo and the one we had was a beautiful white one. The driver arrived on time and gave us a more scenic route to the Inn. The ride also included champagne and soda. We had fun and it was well worth the price.
We would highly recommend Today's Limousine for your transportation.

Russ was our driver but he was more than that! He was grooms men tie checker, bride's train carrier, grandma helper and much more! He had a wonderful smile the whole time! He was early, had the champagne ready when we got out of the church, he took the ladies around town to pass time before the ceremony, the helped me figure out how to get in and out of the car with my puffy dress and was just a great help! Wonderful experience!!

We ordered the 30 passenger party bus, and it was beautiful. We asked that it show up at 1030pm to take guest's back to our hotel. We spoke to a few guests that used the service, and they stated it was great. At about midnight the driver took my bride, a few of our guests, and me back to the hotel. He assisted in loading the party bus with our stuff, and was very nice in helping all the ladies get on and off the bus. The bus came with soda and Champagne, which was a nice touch. We used Today's Limousine for our October 8, 2011 wedding. They were on time and very professional. We used the new 16 passenger white Expedition they had. It fit our wedding party perfectly, we had 10 in our wedding party including me and my husband. The limo was really beautiful and clean. The driver was very helpful and stood in the back of the vestibule of the church with me so no one would see me before I walked down the isle.

Today’s Limousine was great. I could not have asked for anything better. They were on time, professional, and very nice. They fixed my dress for me before I walked down the aisle, we had arrived at the church a few minutes early and people were trying to look into the Buick classic car we rented and the drivers blocked the windows so people could not look in (this was so nice). Our wedding was on a big prom weekend and most other companies wanted to charge us extra but Today's Limo was very reasonable. It helped that we booked well in advance. We had one of the white stretch hummers which was just the right size. Tony was our driver and he was a lot of fun!

Today's Limo was an absolute perfect choice for our wedding! Everyone was so helpful and very friendly. We were just recently married and when we went to other Limo companies we were told our wedding was during prom season and would be charged like twice as much! Today's Limo did not do that and the prices were extremely reasonable. We even got the little Buick, such a nice car! The drivers were very polite and even helped us all in the church, got us lined up and helped with with sending the bridal party up the aisle. After the wedding, they had refreshments ready for us, just an all around good experience!

My Dad booked Today's Limousine after we researched the capital region. They had the best quality for the price! Very affordable. Our limo driver, Joe, was WONDERFUL!! I have worked with other limousine companies and he was above-average and just top notch! He was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. We didn't have a lot of need for a limo, only to get the girls and brides parents to the wedding then couple to hotel and bride's family home. The hour before the wedding the stretch Hummer came (which was awesome) and the driver was very nice, stocked the limo for us, ended up driving around Albany since we had some time. At the end of the night we had a shuttle van to take us where we had to go. The driver was early/or on time and both drivers were very nice and helpful. Would definitily use them again.

I waited way too late to reserve limo transportation for my wedding (2 weeks before a holiday wedding) and they gave me no problem at all about it. They were friendly, professional, and early for everything. Our limo for before the ceremony was fully stocked, even after dropping off the boys and coming back for the girls. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. And the 1930 Buick as the get away car for after our reception was such a hit with all our guests.

Todays Limo was an awesome limo company to work with. They are definitely professionals in this area. The service we received on the day of was superb. In fact, the limo driver actually helped out with my dress right before I walked down the aisle. Wayne the driver went above and beyond for us to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time. I was SO pleased with Today's Limo and definitely would recommend them- they was SUPER responsive and answered my every email. Rick even called me to confirm all the details before the wedding!
Walter was our driver and he was so incredibly nice and professional, dressed up in formalwear and very patient. I just asked my hubby about how the limo got up to his house on a dirt road (!) on a mountain in Lake George.. he said Walter arrived 25 minutes as he'd "rather be early than late". He backed the Limo up the driveway!! Let me tell you, it is a very difficult driveway. I was impressed.
Walter then proceeded to pick up other groomsmen who were not where they were supposed to be haha! They made a little detour for 2 of them. So unexpected and nice and thank god he did this!
We had 3 bottles of champagne in the stretch black Navigator. 14 of us were a tad squished but my dress was big and we had a big groomsman lol.
I also found out the limo stalled on the Northway. Walter pulled over, turned it off, then it restarted. Yikes! Glad I didn't know this the day of but everything turned out just fine!
I would recommend Today's Limo.

I'm so glad I went with Today's Limo. The driver was fantastic. There was a huge concert in town on our wedding day- knowing this we expected some delays. The driver called 15 minutes before he was supposed to arrive to say he hit some traffic and was running behind- he'd be there 10 minutes late. Well he made it on time and was exceptionally professional. It was raining- he made sure to always have an umbrella and to make sure my dress didn't end up in a puddle. He was more familiar to the area than our photographer so he gave her suggestions on places to take pictures that wouldn't be affected by the concert. The only reason Today's Limo didn't get 5 out of 5 was that I called twice asking for quotes. Each time I talked to a different person, I got a different number. I documented the conversations so I was able to get the best price that was quoted- but it just seemed strange to me. All of my other contact with the company was professional and friendly. I always got prompt responses. They were also by far the cheapest limo company in the area. I was very happy with them.

These guys are a tiny bit expensive, but worth every penny.
They were extremely professional and managed every change I threw at them.
The driver, Jordan, was fun and upbeat even though we were a pain in the neck!!

Top notch service from beginning to end. My son and now DIL used one smaller limo and one Excursion for the wedding. Drivers were so awesome. The one that drove the bride to the church ( maybe Nick?) stayed with her while her parents walked in, and held her dress as she exited the limo to make sure it didn't drag. He was very calming and professional at just the right time. After arriving to the reception, there was a mix up and they were asked to wait for almost a half hour before they could leave for the night because the envelopes with their payment in them were in another guest's car. Despite the wait, they stayed friendly and accommodating. Just great drivers and beautiful limos. Highly recommend!

Toady's Limo was responsive and flexible when booking. They also seemed to be the best value in town -- nice fleet for reasonable rates. The driveway at our venue was very tricky and they handled it like pros. We had one of the cars leave slightly before our 3 hours were up but we believe it was a communication error with our coordinator. I would definitely recommend booking Today's Limo for any occasion.

We had originally gotten a 10-12 person Ford Explorer, but were called a couple days prior to the wedding, and they upgraded us to a 14-16 person Hummer for no extra charge, which was awesome! Today's Limo did a great job at our Saratoga Springs wedding. We rented a limo for the wedding party and a bus for transporting guests. The timing of pick-ups was on-time and guests enjoyed their experience. We had a slight hiccup with one of the vehicles but it was remedied quickly and we hardly missed a beat. Coordinating the timing of pick-ups was easy and the office was patient dealing with all of the modifications to the schedule. Definitely recommend!

We booked Today's Limo two weeks before our wedding, based on Wedding Wire reviews and the flexibility to book by the hour. We booked a white, 10 person limo for 2 hours. We booked it over the telephone with a charge to our credit card and no signed contract. Our driver, Robert, was professionally dressed and arrived on time. He helped us in and out of the limo. We had the limo stay at the banquet hall, so that we could take photos in it after the ceremony. Robert opened and poured our champagne for us. We had the limo pick us up after the reception and drive all of the children home. They loved the lights in the limo and thought it was quite impressive. The limo was very clean. The seating was spacious and allowed 3 people in the seat next to the door, 7 people in the long stretch seat, and 3 more people behind the driver to ride backwards. There was a bottle of pink champagne, bottled water and sodas. I give a 4 star rating for professionalism and flexibility because the person handling the telephone booking was not that friendly. When I asked what the seating arrangement was inside of the limo so that we could determine if we needed an 8 person or 10 person limo, he said he couldn't describe it and told me to look at the website. When I told him that we were only a few minutes away from the banquet hall and asked if we could use any portion of the unused first hour if we went over when we were bringing all of the children home. He said no, if you use 10 minutes of your first hour, you cannot apply any portion of the other 50 minutes to the second hour. I'd also suggest that they allow the customer to select the beverages they wish to have in the limo. We didn't like pink champagne.

Today's Limousine was quick with all forms of communication and arrived on time and ready to work on the day of my wedding. The driver was very professional, helpful, and kind. Everything was flawless on the day of my wedding & we did not have to worry about a thing in terms of transportation! We did feel that it was on the more expensive side for the amount of time that we used the vehicle. However, we know that summer time prices are higher as are limos seating more people. We were impressed and would recommend this vendor to others!

So this is a two part review. We used Todays limo two different times for our wedding and the level of services was worlds apart.

Initially we booked a 14 passenger SUV (navigator or excursion) this was for bringing groom and groomsman plus family to church and then bride and such to church. The driver showed up early to my house, was very professional and the limo was immaculate and clean, he even overlooked my messing with my future wife and having country on the radio (she strongly dislikes) and blasting the heat in the back. He was very helpful with my wifes long train in assisting her in and out of the limo, the service was impeccable.

So on to our second adventure, and an adventure it was. We ordered a 8 or ten passenger limo cant remember to bring some of the wedding party and bride and groom back to the grooms/brides house for an after party. This driver showed up only a few minutes late, however he clearly was not comfortable driving the vehicle as he was afraid to drive around the circle at MRCC to pick us up. As he exited the vehicle he stated he wanted to be here earlier however in an attempt to turn the vehicle around he backed into a ditch and needed to be pulled out. The drive to our house made multiple people almost throw up, ironically it was the sober ones that almost got sick. He was very hard on the gas and even harder on the breaks. To realy drive home the roughness of the ride multiple people in the limo were paramedics who are very used to ridding in rocky ambulances with horrible suspension backwards and sideways at sometimes high rate of speeds and NEVER get sick. ( cant have the medic treating you also vomiting on you at the same time, its bad for business). When we finally arrived at my house i have a 400 foot long driveway that is perfectly straight. We needed two people to help back him up after a short pep talk telling him he can make it, and he almost ran mailbox over and put it in ditch. (first guy did it by himself)

Quality of Service/Professionalism: We gave them 4 stars for this because the driver upon arrival was not professional looking. The driver was polite and friendly, got our doors four us, but for my husband and I he just didn't come prepared. He wasn't shaven, his suit was all wrinkled, it basically looked like he just rolled out of bed.

Responsiveness: They are great when it comes to responding by emails. I do have to say though, this was their off season. We got married in Feb, winter (with snow all around lol) so I can't say how they are when it's in the middle of June and July. I will say that everyone staff wise that works in the office is awesome. Very friendly, great personalities and I never felt like I was just another "paycheck" in their books. I was very comfortable with all of them in the office.

Value: We received a discount because we were getting married in the off season, so that is a big plus to them!!! If you're on a discount, this is definitely the place to go.

Flexibility: Awesome but again we got married in the middle of winter, the off season, so I'm not sure how they are during peak season.

Other Pros:
1) We were given the option to ask for a non-smoking driver. They do not allow anyone, even the drivers, to smoke in the cars. I have a heart condition and it was going to an a 50 minute car ride up to the reception location, I didn't want to have to breathe second hand smoke if I could avoid it

2) Ride was very smooth and relaxing. Hubby and I ended up falling asleep on the drive up, we were just so exhausted and the car was super comfortable!

Other Cons:
1) We were told that water, soda and champagne (which would be opened and poured for us) would be available inside the vehicle for us and it was part of the package deal when we booked with them. There was nothing, only champagne, which we had to open ourselves.

Watch out for the party bus

I used Today's Limo for transportation to my wedding on May 4, 2019. We used their Hummer SUV limo and their Party Bus. The Party Bus wouldn't start when we were trying to leave the church and go to the reception. Tom, the driver, was very nice and assured us it would start "eventually". It did start after about 20 or 30 minutes but it did not run properly... we were afraid we weren't going to make it to our reception as we slowly puttered up the Northway and Route 9. I only leave this review to make others aware of this issue... I recently read another negative report about Today's vehicles breaking down and I don't want another couple to have worse luck than we did.

Great company, but our driver was very pushy and kind of rude. No champagne was offered, was telling others in the bridal party that they couldn't get in the limo on the way back to the reception when that was not what I wanted. The driver asked blatantly where his gratuity was (it slipped my mind and was rushing) but it was how he asked for it that I didnt like. I asked to make sure the seat belts were in the limo and was told yes, when the limo arrived the driver told my girls some are not accessible and he didnt really want to take them out of the seat being they were buried. I felt the driver was very pushy and bossy.

I love the limo that picked us up....the driver that picked up me and the girls was not a very good driver he kept slamming the brakes on every time we came up to a red light and almost made me fly on the floor from my seat. The guy that picked up all the groomsmen was awesome and was really good especially with my ring bearer. I would recommend this company just be careful of the driver.

I wish I had a better experience with Today's Limo. Each time I had called whether it was for a quote or to change our itinerary for the day I received pretty cold-shouldered customer service. I spoke with one gentleman, Rick, who was very kind and helpful and didn't make it seem like I was inconveniencing them if I had called to ask a question.

On our wedding day the limo showed up 15 minutes late without any excuse, just an apology to one of my bridesmaids. This had made me make a last minute decision of hiring a local transportation company to pick up the groomsmen from their getting ready location to keep our itinerary on schedule. My men were picked up in a Mercedes and not the 14 passenger Navigator and I had to pay another $300 to another company to pick them up - not a happy bride. To make things worse - as I was getting into the limo with the help of one of my bridesmaids the limo driver had cautioned me to be sure my gown doesn't touch the door as it is dirty.

So, the limo was late and dirty and inconvenienced myself and my groomsmen by having to hire another company to finish the job.

Overall, this place was pretty good, but I was pretty upset by the professionalism of the drivers. They showed up, asked me to sign the contract, and then demanded a tip. In my book, this was completely unacceptable and rude. After reading all the positive reviews of this place, I was so upset that the driver could be so unprofessional. They also claim that the limo is stocked with champagne, water and soda, but we only had two bottles of champagne. We had 14 people in our wedding party, so this champagne did not go very far.

I called and spoke to the operations manager about this, but he didn't seem too concerned about what happened. Oh well, at least we didn't the limo for more than a couple of hours.

Pretty disappointed this how management acted after we had an issue on our wedding day. To make a very long story short my bridal party was pulled over in a rest stop (not any fault to the limo driver, promise) and waited there for 40-50 minutes. My wife and her bridal party was still at my house and had to be picked up after. We asked him to turn around so we can all just get down there together and he said no. My wife had to DRIVE HERSELF DOWN TO HER OWN WEDDING and we got 0 refund back. Management blamed us and seemed to not care about customer satisfaction. When booking I was extremely pleased and they seemed friendly. But when we asked for even 25-50% they said “they’ll call us back” and we had to call multiple times. Said they have never given a refund. Well...they only did half their job. That’s the biggest disappointment I had was management and the way they mishandled the situation.

The limo driver called us a few days before the wedding and his exact words to my husband were "if I'm not there by 12 o'clock I'm late!" assuring us that wouldn't happen. Low and behold Saturday traffic apparently wasn't taken into account and he was about 30 minutes late, causing the ceremony to start about 20 minutes late. No apologies, just excuses. Rough start to the perfect day.

We hired this company for our wedding night and were told we would have a limo with a divider/privacy glass between us and driver, bluetooth music system and complimentary champagne. What we got was a 1980's limo with NO bluetooth, a 1980 add on car radio, champagne was kept in the trunk in a cooler and NO PRIVACY window. The driver, although a nice guy, decided to join our party and inserted himself in the conversation. To top off the night, there was this MOST HORRIBLE EGG smell in the car. When my husband asked the driver what the smell was, he said it was a catalytic converter and he had spoken to the owner about it already. WHAT? When we called and spoke with the manager, he basically said - we don't guarantee the divider, they would look into the smell and most cars have bluetooth he couldn't be sure if our limo did. Basically they're response was we don't guarantee anything. THE WORSE EXPERIENCE! DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They don't deserve your money.

We hired Today's Limo for our wedding day limo and transporation to and from the airport for our honeymoon. To make a long story short, our driver overslept his alarm and was 3 hours late picking us up at the airport coming back from our honeymoon. He then drove recklessly going 90 miles an hour the whole way home. I contacted the company to complain and for a week straight was told we're working on it and someone would be in touch by the end of the day, but no one would call back. All we were asking for was a refund of the 'minimum driver gratuity' that's factored into the fare and they refused to even address the situation. I have an inquiry and complaint pending with the better business bureau, and once I filed it I noticed they have several other complaints outstanding that they still have not resolved (some from 2005).

Choose another company from the large pool of reputable limo companies in the area, I would never wish this upon another bride.
