  We finally decided to have a wedding cake.. I did a little research and located this wonderful pastry chef, Elizabeth Todaro. Turns out she is a classically trained pastry chef who is now a stay at home mom. Liz was extremely flexible with our schedule and budget. She helped us design and plan what were looking for in a cake. The end result was not only beautiful to look at but VERY tasty!! Liz is professional, friendly and a master at her craft. Thank you so much for helping our day be deliciously happy!

  We had gone on a few cake tastings. Elizabeth's cakes were by far the tastiest. She recreated and put her own spin on a design that I brought her. She is super talented and sweet. Best of all...she is the best deal in New York! Run, do not walk, to book an appointment with her for your wedding cake.

  I have nothing but good things to say about Elizabeth of Todaro's Exquisite Cakes. Oddly enough, I found her on Craigslist while trying to find a cake baker who fit into our budget. Not only were her prices EXTREMELY reasonable (especially for our area!), she was also one of the nicest people I have ever met. My husband and I did our tasting in her home (also where she prepares her confections), and Elizabeth was extremely accomodating of any requests or changes we wanted to make. The cake came out exactly like the photo I showed her, and it tasted delicious. I would highly recommend her!

  Elizabeth was the only baker we met with. We liked her cake flavors a lot and we loved the canolli cream icing. Elizabeth was pretty flexible about the few changes we made and didn't charge us extra. The cake was beautiful. It did not look exactly like I expected but it was pretty and tasted great. I thought the canolli cream could have used some more chocolate chips but overall we were happy with the cake.

  Brooklyn isn't all about the grimy parts of the city because at Todaro's is a beautiful experience with delicious, incredible cake and frosting.
