  Loved the Wedding Favors

  TOBG Engraving was my one stop shop for wedding favors! I got everything from my bridesmaids gifts to the gifts for our parents to the gifts for my ring bearers and flower girls. They did such an amazing job accommodating all of my wants and needs and everything turned out AMAZING! I couldn't recommend TOBG enough!

  We LOVE our champagne flutes. They are custom to us and have our wedding date and my new "name" on them. We also love our tree guest book- we know it is going to be a unique addition to our wedding and home once everything is said and done. They were so easy to work with and prompt to responding to our questions! Cannot wait to use them in the future- thank you!

  I am upset with myself for not writing a review for them sooner! TOBG was just amazing with a very large order I had to cover just about my entire bridal party PLUS our parents and a few other helpful people for our wedding. It was a lengthy process since it was a large order but we anticipated that and everything was done in more than enough time for the wedding. We even ran into a problem with our bridal party part way through everything and had to make some last minute changes and they were more than accommodating. They went through every single piece of the order with us and even showed us some easy basic care instructions for our grill sets to keep the box looking sharp and brand new. It was a bit of a drive for me to get here from Rolling Meadows but it was well worth it and I would definitely do it again if I need anymore gifts like they offer. Fantastic!

  We selected TOBG after attending a Bridal Show and we were not disappointed. They were very helpful with selecting the perfect bridal party gifts. We were able to show them some things we found ourselves online and they were very accommodating to use those ideas to make sure the gifts were exactly how we wanted them. They also made our cake topper out of wood and it turned out amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for personalized gifts, weddings or not.

  Very disappointed with our experience with TOBG. We ordered 4 engraved beer glasses and 2 picture frames from them and for a while we were wondering if we would ever get all our items. One of our frames arrived damaged, one of the glasses was scratched during the engraving process, and one was completely forgotten. Once our items were actually done, we were told we had to pick them up THAT DAY because they were going on vacation until after our event. For some reason no matter how many times we told them where to email us, they kept emailing my husband's account that he does not use and then calling us wondering why we weren't getting their messages. For all our trouble, we were told we'd get a 10% discount but only ended up getting 5% off, less than sales tax. Very upsetting.

  Horrible Communication

  We drove from the western suburbs to purchase our family and bridal party gifts from this company. The initial visit was good. Ann gave us suggestions and the store was opened just to us. We spent close to $500 that day. During the proofreading process, I caught many errors in the proofs before the production started. However, I missed an error for my MIL picture frame. I called and emailed the vendor multiple times. After finally getting a hold of the owner, he told me this week is the busiest week in the year. He would call me back. Nope. Not an email or phone call. I understand it was my fault for not catching the error, however, their communication was HORRIBLE. The product quality is not that great. The picture frame window is plastic, not glass. The mason jar mugs have a cheap plastic top instead of metal. $18 a piece for that. I ended up going to Things to Remember for my MIL gift. I received great treatment there and received my item within 24 hours.
