Amazing Experience
We cannot recommend Tyla highly enough! She did such an amazing job with our cake, perfectly capturing our vision of a simple, elegant design. She also made delicious cupcakes (that looked and tasted exactly like what we had at the tasting). After the wedding, people could not stop talking about how good all of the desserts were. At our request, she even set up our entire dessert table, complete with candy and other treats. Thank you so much, Tyla! -

Terri Sent on 07/19/2018Tyla's cakes are amazing! I was immediately drawn to how beautiful they are, that was the first thing to catch my eye. They are literally works of art! You can tell how much pride she has in her work. But I had no idea that they would actually taste just as good. When I met with Tyla I tried a variety of her most popular flavors... and O.M.G! Sooooo good! All of them... it was so hard to decide which to go with. I ended up choosing the coffee caramel, it was a two tier cake and she had the caramel drip down the sides. Not only was this our wedding cake, but it was also our gender reveal! Tyla was not only excited to add this to the cake, but offered ideas and inspiration to make it that much more special. She was the only one who knew the gender of our baby, I drove the results over to her in a sealed envelope and she filled the inside of the cake with the correct frosting (blue for a boy or pink for a girl). I have to say out of all the vendors for my wedding, I think my cake was not only the most popular and most talked about, but the most anticipated! I don’t know if I was more excited to marry the man of my dreams or cut our beautiful cake! I will be recommending her to all my friends and family. Thank you Tyla for sharing your passion! You truly are a cake guru! (By the way... IT'S A GIRL!!)

Kathryn Sent on 04/18/2018I couldn’t be happier with choosing Tyla! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, she worked with my budget, and she is the absolute sweetest! My husband and I are not cake people (dessert people at all really) and she made both of us believers lol! Hands down best cake I’ve ever had!!

Stephanie Sent on 01/21/2018Tyla was absolutely AMAZING!! She was so professional, accommodating and just overall the best. I was so overwhelmed with planning all the details of my wedding that I had asked her to make most of the decisions regarding our dessert bar. She didn't hesitate for a second and made me feel totally at ease. She made us an amazing donut cake, donut holes, pumpkin spice cupcakes, cookies, and even caramel apples! My guests are literally still talking today about how amazing her desserts were (especially the caramel apples!). Here is a picture of our dessert bar... I would use her a million times over again and want every bride to have the same experience!

She made the most delicious couples cake and dessert bar for our wedding that included cookies, brownies, caramel and chocolate covered apple slices, cupcakes in various flavors and more. Our guests were obsessed with the flavors and aesthetics of every single piece. Tyla made this one of the most fun parts of the wedding planning processes by keeping everything sweet (all puns intended), seamless and smooth. She is a doll of a human, so easy to work with and creates the most beautiful cakes and treats. Highly, highly recommended for your Southern California based wedding! -
User2864358 Sent on 11/15/2016First of all, we served the leftovers of our wedding cake the following day At brunch where half of our guests attended... Everyone RAVED about this cake. I received compliments all morning- it was the best wedding cake they've ever had. It was incredibly moist, delicious, made with real butter, fresh strawberries and beautifully done. We did the champagne, strawberry cake and it was to die for.
Tyla is so sweet, professional, responsive, incredibly talented (at flavors and creatively in execution and design). She nailed our vision, hit every one of our requests. She also happily created a small ring pull cake for us, one of my family's wedding traditions. It was seamless with Tyla.
She does beautiful work. I can't wait to order another cake from her!
