Jen and Hannah took care of all our hair and makeup needs for my daughter’s wedding. There were 8 of us. We had to start early, 7am. Everyone was on time. We kept on schedule throughout the morning Jen was very flexible and reworked the schedule for one of the bridesmaids that had a family medical issue come up. Everyone looked made up but natural as requested. They listened to everyone’s requests, looked at pictures they brought and everyone’s hair stayed put and/or curled for over 12 hours! As M O B, I was hesitant but would love to get made up again for a future event.

Amazing, patient, and detail oriented!
Jenn and her team were amazing! We had 12 girls getting their hair done the morning of the wedding, and two of us have very long hair. They did a great job with everyones' hair and kept us on schedule. I had an idea of how I wanted my hair done, but I couldn't find any example pictures that were exactly like what I had in mind. Jenn was very patient and worked with me during the trial to get the style perfect and on the wedding day it turned out even better. Thank you all so much!

Jenn is amazing, quick and her prices are very fair. A few days before my wedding, I decided to go with a completely different hairstyle than what we did at my trial. When the wedding day came and she started to do my second idea, I got nervous. I wasn’t sure but didn’t have time to change my mind again. Her and the makeup artist told me to go get my makeup done and see the whole thing. Once everything was put together - it was magical. I’m so glad I trusted the vision and did my second idea. I loved my hair! And all the bridesmaids did as well.

Hair and makeup was the vendor I was most nervous about booking. As someone who wears makeup 2-3 times per year and whose hair is either in a low side bun or, if I'm feeling sassy, a low side pony... I had no idea what I wanted or needed.
Jenn was understanding, kind, and approachable throughout this whole process. She took the feedback from my trial and applied it beautifully on my wedding day. And then when I had more notes ("I feel like this piece of hair is too long...") she adapted to that as well. She and Lisa kept us on-time with getting ready and listened to everyone's preferences and ideas. My #1 stressor became the most chill part of the day.
As someone who has sensory sensitivities with things on my lips, lip stick or gloss wasn't going to cut it. I picked up a few different tinted chapsticks I knew I could tolerate and showed them to Jenn the day of the wedding - she was THRILLED for me, then gave me excellent advice about which one to use.
I could truly be me. I will never forget what my husband said to me during dinner: "You look beautiful. You look like yourself."

I was introduced to Jenn through a friend of mine who's makeup she had done for her own wedding. I was having the hardest time finding someone who was equipped with the right palette for someone who was Indian. I did a few trials with other people and it just wasn't working. Then I found Jenn. I expressed my concerns and she went to work - I believe my parent's used the phrase: "she makes magic happen". Throughout the entire process Jenn was there to answer every small and big question and I felt so confident in her work that I asked her to do my hair, as well as all my bridesmaids makeup. The portfolio of her work is robust and she can truly accommodate any skin tone and complexion. Jenn was so communicative, knowledgable, reasonably priced and flexible. Between my frizzy curls, my sister's thick and fried hair, my bridesmaids LONG hair and MOB's bang, everything they did was a try masterpiece. They were open to realtime feedback to help create my vision real.
The make up was the real fear for us, as we've seen MANY over-caked, scary brides but not here! We all felt natural, comfortable and beautiful all night without being washed out in photos.
Jenn and her partner were so fun to get ready with. 11/10 would recommend to anyone!

Simply the best
Kristen and Jenn are the best! As a long time client, I knew I wanted them to be a part of my special day. They did the hair of 7 bridesmaids, flower girl and my mom all beautifully and promptly. I was obsessed with how everyone looked and we all felt beautiful. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!

Amazing Wedding Hair & Makeup Service
Jenn provided hair and makeup services for me and 3 others in my wedding and did an amazing job. She was so easy and pleasant to work with and travelled to my venue in Manchester, VT. She worked efficiently, but made everyone look beautiful with ease. She absolutely nailed the natural makeup look I was going for and my hair held up all night. I could not recommend Jenn more highly!

Beautiful and natural looking make-up that lasted all night. I am not someone who wears make-up regularly, but I was able to wear it all day comfortably. They helped my bridesmaids learn how to take out my veil without messing up my hair too. They were able to do the hair and makeup of nine females smoothly.

Worry free wedding day thanks to Timeless Updos!
Jenn and Kristen were fantastic to work with, and I could not recommend them more strongly. They are extremely communicative and were able to help me translate abstract ideas and pinterest pictures into a real vision for my wedding day look. All of my ladies also looked beautiful! Two things made Timeless Updos really stand out though:
First, after completing my hair/make-up trial, I saw a video online of a completely different hairstyle that I wanted to try instead. Kristen was totally flexible. She didn't ask me to come for another trial (I don't live locally), instead suggested that we try it first thing on the wedding day, and if we didn't like the results we would go back to the original plan. It turned out really perfect!
Second, the night before my wedding I got the call that all post-2020 brides dread: Jenn had COVID and would be unable to do make-up for me and my girls. Before I even had a second to start to panic, Jenn had already found not one but TWO reliable replacements to come make sure everyone looked beautiful, and provided the understudy stylists with detailed notes about the look I wanted to achieve to make sure that no one missed a beat. Seamless does not even begin to describe Jenn's handling of a really tough situation-- something that could have been extremely stressful for me turned out to be a total non-issue, thanks 100% to Jenn and Kristen's professionalism. Also, I am really grateful to Jenn for taking the precaution of testing for COVID in the first instance, rather than risking exposing me and my guests. Even though it created some anxiety in the moment, it was the right thing to do and I'm so thankful that she made the choice to protect the health and safety of my friends and family.
Bottom line, I am very happy with my decision to use Timeless Updos for my wedding day!

You want them on your wedding day!
I cannot recommend Timeless Updos enough! I only booked their hair styling services but they were absolutely amazing! Jenn and her team are not only talented and thorough but they were a blast to hang around with the morning of my wedding! Jenn and her team got through 9 people in 2.5 hours without sacrificing any quality, so if you've got a lot of people who are getting their hair done, they've got you covered! My makeup artist even commented on how quickly they were able to get through my bridal party and how beautiful all our hair looked. They were consistent from my trial to my wedding day and made sure that we knew how to put my veil in and take it out before they left. My hair stayed intact throughout the entire day and when I finally took it out at the end of the night, it was easy to work a brush through. Cannot express enough how thankful I am to have had them as my hair team! Thanks Jenn!

Working with Jenn at Timeless Updos was such an easy and rewarding experience. Jenn is talented, experienced, and personable. She crushed not only my wedding hair but also all of my six bridesmaids and did it ALL herself! She made my extensions blend perfectly into my hair and even offered suggestions of what type of extensions to get. She offered advice at my hair trail that helped prepare for the big day and made the experience so easy and full of trust. Listen ladies, you have enough on your plate for wedding planning and worrying about your hair can consume you. Beautiful work, friendly, and attentive
They worked fast, but without losing quality. There were 5 of us to get through (2 mothers, 2 bridesmaids, and me), 1 hair stylist and 1 make up artist, and we started at 10am. We were all finished by 1pm as scheduled, even though I opted for a slightly complicated 'do and fake lashes. Jenn and Hannah were both happy to work with us all of us, even with me translating for my MIL who doesn't speak English. They were happy to work with any style we requested. We all came out really beautiful!

I discovered Timeless Updos from a friends wedding. From the start Jenn was very friendly, professional, and talented. I went to a trial and my hair was exactly what I asked for, and somehow it came out even better on my wedding day. Jenn was extremely fast and was able to do hair for 9 people in NO time. Truly wonderful experience
This review is a bit late. We hired Jenn and Kristen for our October 2021 wedding, and we couldn't have been happier. We had a tiny wedding, so as a treat we decided to have hair and makeup done for all of the ladies of the family and myself (7 people total). They are so skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient, and their work is both beautiful and long-lasting---I have very oily skin and I don't think I had to powder once. They were both warm and friendly, and they made each person feel beautiful and special. Hire these two professionals, you won't regret it!

Timeless Updos was such a great choice for our wedding day! Jenn and Kristen were such a calming presence in the morning as we got ready, and did such an incredible job on our hair and makeup. I was certainly a "nervous" bride, and they worked with me at my trial to ensure I had a look I was happy with-- and I was thrilled, as were all my bridesmaids. We all wanted something different-- from high ponytails to smooth updos, and Kristen delivered on it all. Jenn also gave me the natural makeup look I was looking for! I cannot give Kristen and Jenn enough praise for how great they were for me and my tiny wedding party. Of all times, during a pandemic, they were thoughtful, considerate, and always encouraging that somehow we would find a way. With things so up in the air leading up to our day, they stayed flexible and supportive through it all! They gave us a clear timeline and they were spot on, were punctual and very professional. Superb hair!
My wedding anniversary is coming up (10.27.18) and I wanted to thank Timeless Updos Hair. Kristen is absolutely AMAZING and I am so thankful that she was available on my wedding day. She made me look and feel absolutely beautiful and did my hair exactly as I wanted. Because I live in Boston and was having my wedding in Manchester, VT I was not able to do a trial with Kristen before my wedding day. After looking at photos online of hairstyles that she had done for other weddings, I was certain that she’d be able to give me what I wanted even without the trial---and I was right! My bridesmaids, MIL, mom, and flower girls also looked stunning. I LOVED the hairdos she crafted for them. In particular, the braided crown-like updo she did for my flower girls was a huge hit, even guests commented on how amazing their hair turned out. All of my bridal party told me how much they loved working with Kristen (as did I). She is so nice, professional, responsive; she made us feel comfortable and was receptive to ideas and feedback. If I had to choose a hairstylist again for my wedding, I would (without a doubt) choose Kristen! Thank you for making all of us look and feel so BEAUTIFUL, Kristen!

Amazing and Beyond Expectations!!!
I can’t say enough amazing things about Timeless Updos!! After getting several quotes and pictures from other vendors,
I found Timeless Updos pricing to be very reasonable for me, bridesmaids, mom’s, Jr. Bridesmaid, all with traveling to our hotel in Saratoga Springs, working on 10 of us. Jenn and Kristen put together day of schedule, aligned to photographers schedule, making sure we would all be done in time, and it was perfect! They arrived on early to set up, 100% professional, and we had the best time getting ready!
Kristen did an amazing job with my mother, who was having some challenges with thinning hair. As mother of the bride, it was stressing her out. Kristen did a trial on her and my mother instantly felt 10x better about pictures, on wedding day, she felt beautiful and looked gorgeous!! As for me, I kept changing between updo and down. They both worked with me through all of my questions and concerns (rain, humidity, frizz, etc..)and my final decision was down, and I felt gorgeous!!

I hired the Timeless Updos team for my wedding at the Grafton Inn in Grafton, Vermont. Despite being pretty far from their home base in Saratoga Springs, they were right on time at 7:15 am and got set up and ready to go immediately! They were so patient with us as my bridesmaids and other ladies arrived at different times throughout the morning for their services, and took great care in ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and beautiful with the looks they had envisioned for themselves. Everyone's makeup turned out PERFECTLY and looked so natural, which is exactly what I had been hoping for. The hairstyles were effortlessly beautiful and I am so thrilled that we were able to have the team help us feel our best for such an important day. Kristen was extremely communicative leading up to the wedding, answering countless questions and keeping us all organized. Kristen and Jenn!!! Amazing- as all their reviews show these ladies are the best!! I found them through others reviews and so so so happy I did! Kristen is now my new hair cutting lady for life! From the first email I sent them I was so IMPRESSED, their response time is unreal, they are pleasant and flexible. I set up my hair trial with Kristen and it was such a great experience, she cut my hair ( which somehow I always hate my hair cuts----- I LOVED it) you can tell she knows what she’s doing. We chatted as if we’ve been friends for years! We kept in great contact till my wedding day, they were on time of course- and did such an amazing job with all of our hair. Each of my girls were SO happy with their hair which is equally as important as my hair and Jenn and Kristen made sure they were taken care of. Then I made a last minute change and did the exact opposite of my trial- I didn’t even look in the mirror until Kristen was done because I had full confidence she would do a great job! Awesome hairstylist
I had 2 hair trials with Kristen and she was there to do my wedding hair and the hair of my bridal party. I couldn’t have asked for a better hair stylist! She is sweet, skilled, and very personable! I loved my hair on wedding day! I would highly recommend her!

So amazing - Love!!
Loved Jenn and Kristen and the rest of their team. They were great, quick, and made everyone in my wedding gorgeous! They were super flexible. They had to wait around the area, so they could do my second look for my reception, and they delivered. Love them! :)

Blown away!
I was blown away with the Timeless Updos team on my wedding day. They worked so fast and all of our hair and makeup were flawless. The makeup and hair stayed perfect despite the hot and humid day and a lot of dancing! I would highly recommend Timeless Updos for your wedding day.

I highly recommend Timeless Updos! Kristen is such a sweetheart! Very prompt in emailing you back and very accommodating. During my hair trial I wasn’t a huge fan of the first hairstyle actually on me, without hesitating she took it apart and tried something different which I absolutely loved! On my wedding day she arrived early and did 6 girls plus me with extra time to spare. Everyone loved their hairstyles and they all stayed in place all night even through some crazy dancing! I would recommend Kirsten 1000 times over again!

Jennifer did a makeup trial with me and she was very open to hearing opinions and gave me some advice with my make up and timing and stuff I had no idea about. She was very helpful. On the day of my wedding she was supposed to come an hour after the guy doing my hair. Well the morning of my wedding the person who was supposed to do my hair canceled. I was so upset. I reached out to Jenn a few hours before she was supposed to come and asked if she could come earlier to do my hair. She was so accommodating!!! She came early listened to what I wanted for my hair and made me feel so beautiful!!!! She did more than I could’ve imagined it was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Jenn!!! Seriously my day would’ve been awful without her!

Loved working them!
Kristen and Lisa where such fun to have to do our wedding hair and makeup. I felt they brought out everyone’s beauty without making us look “made-up” They made everyone feel at ease, they laughed with us and did just beautiful work. From my trial appointment to the wedding day Kristen was so welcoming and easy to work with. My hair looked perfect and was everything I dreamed of! I had 5 bridesmaids, my mother and mother in law and not one person had a complaint! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Timeless Updo's Hair and Makeup for your next important upcoming event. Jenn came to Manchester, VT and got myself and my bridal party looking beautiful for the special day. Jenn took great care of everyone's visions and made it a reality. As a bride, I was so happy with my hair and makeup and I truly felt like a princess. My 79 year old grandmother even got false eyelashes for the first time in her life!! There were so many memories made and everyone felt beautiful after Jenn worked her magic! Kristen, Jenn, and Lisa from Timeless Updos Hair and Makeup truly made my day beautiful. All of my girls, mother in law, mother, and grandmother felt flawless and confident. Their patience, knowledge, and professionalism far exceeding any expectation I had for my wedding day. I have received and continue to receive compliments on how beautiful my hair and makeup was and how perfect is went with my dress. From the trial to the day of, these ladies made me feel comfortable and confident, which is SO important on your wedding day. Communication was easy and I received prompt responses. In addition, they eased any concerns I may have had, for example, my mother has eczema, sensitive, and dry skin, they listened to her concerns and due to their knowledge and experience with various skins types, they made her feel comfortable, and she had no issues on the day of the wedding which allowed her to relax and just enjoy the day. Choosing Timeless updos for my wedding day was one of the best decisions I made and I highly suggest you choose them for your event!

Jenn and Kristen did the hair and makeup for my recent wedding in Lake George, New York, and I cannot recommend their services more highly. They are both immensely talented, and work so efficiently - we had six bridesmaids and a mother of the bride in addition to myself, with an ambitious "go time" of 11:00AM, and they executed everyone's hair and makeup beautifully with time to spare. They are a calming, easygoing presence on what could easily be a stressful morning, and, in addition to providing the beautiful, natural, and understated hair and makeup aesthetic we were going for, were just lovely to spend time with. They were also extremely accommodating with my schedule (I live in Massachusetts, so was planning the wedding from afar) when it came to a hair and makeup trial back in May (I went straight from the trial to my engagement photo shoot and was so pleased with the results!)
They're wonderful, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of hair and makeup services.

Kristen and her team were professional from start to finish, they helped me organize a schedule for hair / make up appointments for each individual bridesmaid that required hair/ makeup 2 weeks prior to wedding. They arrived on time ( even 10 minutes before start time) with all equipment, make up chairs, hair chairs included. My bridesmaids looked gorgeous ! And my hair and makeup made me feel like a princess. I love this team and highly recommend them ! - Jillian ( Bride)

From the very beginning, Kristen was quick to respond and help me plan for the morning of my wedding. We were from out of town so did not have the chance to do an in-person trial. I did do a local trial and send my pics which Kristen was very comfortable with. My bridesmaids, matron-of-honor, and my Mom had their pics (pins) ready for Kristen the day of and she was so confident and calming about the whole morning. She made everyone feel special and beautiful with her conversation and genuine interest in getting to know you - all the while working her absolute magic with our hair! Jenn Walsh and her team are absolutely incredible! I had initially hired Timeless Updos to do makeup for my wedding, and after meeting Jenn for a makeup trial the day of our engagement photos, I knew I had made the right choice! The makeup was flawless, and also very natural looking. My cousin was supposed to do hair for the wedding and when she backed out about two months before, Jenn made every attempt possible to accommodate our needs on short notice.... and she did not let me down! As a very indecisive bride, Jenn helped me choose a hair style that fit me best based on my personality and the dress I was wearing. She also worked her magic on my stepmom who has short, very thin hair. My step mom was concerned about giving it body and it holding a curl, but Jenn never wavered - she knew it was possible and it came out better than we ever could have imagined! The day of our wedding was above 90 degrees and with an outdoor wedding ceremony, our hair and makeup held perfectly (even with all of the many happy tears). My girls and I had so much fun getting ready - Jenn and her team made us feel incredibly special and beautiful. Thank you thank you thank you!

I went through so many hair and makeup trials so many turned out awful and all the money I spent on them was starting to wear on me. That’s when I found Timeless Updos they were a little further away then I was looking, but they were the perfect fit. Jen and Kristen were so nice and responsive it was great working with them. All the girls looked amazing. They even took care of the groom and another groomsmen as well as my aunt at the last minute all of who appreciated their help. Looking back I’m so glad I decided to try them and wish I had found them sooner in my search.

Jenn was a total pro. We didn't have time to do a trial because I had flown in the day before, but on her first attempt she completely nailed my hair and makeup on my wedding day -- my mom and I have been replaying just how great she was because we couldn't have expected it to go so well. Same was true of how nicely she did hair and makeup for my mom and our aunts. It's also important that you like your hair person because you'll be spending a big part of the most important day with them -- and for this, Jenn is 10/10. She's fun and easy to hang out with so she fit right in with my girlfriends. Would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Jenn and Hannah were awesome! While talking and planning with Jenn beforehand, she was always calm and accommodating to all of my requests. I had a large group (10 people) with various hair types, with a LOT of different opinions, and she handled everything with ease. Every style was different, and every girl looked amazing! They were quick and efficient, and always professional. At the end of the night, after a day of humidity and dancing, not a hair was out of place. I would recommend Timeless Updos 1000 times over, and cannot wait to hire them again for another event.

If I wrote a one word review it would be “FANTASTIC.” Thankfully, I don’t have to just do one word, so let me elaborate. Kristen and Jenn did my bridal party’s hair and makeup (four bridesmaids, my mom, and me.) Let’s start with how professional they are: they answer every email and phone call, they arrived on time, they made a schedule (one less thing for me to think about), and they had us ready on time (actually ahead of time.) They have great personalities too: they are down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and fun. I wanted to enjoy who we hung out with when getting ready and everyone loved them (I was ready to have them stay for the wedding!) Most importantly, they made each of us look and feel beautiful. My sister and sister-in-law both said their hair and makeup looked better than their own wedding day! I danced A LOT that night and I still looked fantastic at the end of the evening. Two thumbs way up.
How we found and chose Timeless Updos: finding the right vendors are hard. My husband and I were married in Chittenden VT (Mountain Top Inn) last August. When I looked for hair and makeup stylists near my venue, the vendors were overpriced and the quality of the work seemed poor from the photos online. My mom found Timeless Updos from reading reviews. We liked how professional they were with their responses and the beautiful photos posted online. How crazy would it be to get Timeless Updos to come from Saratoga, NY to VT? As it turns out, not a crazy idea at all and the pricing was very fair. I went to Saratoga NY for my trial, and I knew right away I was in good hands. We are so glad we asked Kristen and Jenn to travel to VT to do our hair and makeup!

I recruited Jenn to do my hair and makeup for our engagement photo shoot. She came to my house (super awesome and convenient) and did a fantastic job. She understood my concerns on my eye makeup from a trial I had already had and adjusted the style accordingly and it came out wonderful! My fiance was even impressed with how natural the lashes looked over the ones used previously. My hair and makeup held up perfectly all day and I haven't seen the pictures yet but I felt like a super model at the shoot! She was easy to talk to and we had such fun - I would highly recommend working with her. I know who I will be calling if we get pro pics taken again!

From the very beginning, I knew timeless updos would make me and my bridal party shine! I heard within a day that Kristin and her team were available for my wedding day. I booked her right away based on raving reviews. As we got closer to the day, it was relieving to have the answers to my questions within 24 hours. Kristin is a great communicator!
They work beauty magic!!! Kristin gave my hair the vintage look I was going for. There was so much volume and the curls lasted all night which was huge for those late night dance shots.
I loved my makeup by Jen. She gave me a natural look and enhanced my features. The pictures are amazing and I actually looked like myself in person which was key. The makeup held up for over 10 hours and I kept my lashes onfor 3 days ; ) Thank you Jen!!
Every single one bridesmaids and my mother were very happy and beautiful throughout the whole day. These ladies know what they're doing and I highly recommend using them! Best Glam Squad Ever!!!

Kristen was amazing! First, she spent so much time with me during my trial updo, trying out 4-5 different styles! She would say, "Oh let me just see this real quick" and make a tweak here or there and my style would have a totally different look. I felt this was so helpful because instead of just trying out 1 or 2 hairstyles I could really hone in on "the" style for my big day. She really worked with me until I was perfectly happy with it. Second, she was awesome to work with day of. She arrived at my parents house right on time and set up downstairs, even after she'd started to unpack her things upstairs because I thought upstairs was best, but my maid of honor said to move things downstairs to be near the food and drinks, and to be more sociable. Her work was fantastic, I loved all of my bridesmaids' hair, my mother got her hair done, and I was so so happy with my own hair for the day. I would definitely recommend Kristen to anyone looking for a hair stylist day of.
