Very experienced and fun. Jay was so helpful with navigating how the ceremony was going to flow. He had terrific ideas due to his many years of being a professional DJ. His son James interacted with the crowd and got them on their feet dancing. Highly recommend!

Jay was amazing to work with, feiendly and accommodating. He had great timing for what songs play and when. Stayed on top of schedule, and helped myself and my groom to stay on schedule. He was key for everything moving smoothly. Would 10/10 recommend for any event.

AMAZING! Look no further!
Hiring Time Passages Mobile DJ Services was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. Their pricing is incredible - especially when considering the level of professionalism and service they provide. DJ Daum and DJ Apex we’re both so personable, fun and professional. Everyone loved them! My husband thought it was so cool that the DJs made a point to talk and connect with him, and at one point DJ Daum came up to him to see if he wanted a beer or anything.
DJ Daum was so communicative and helpful. My coordinator was super impressed and was raving about how instrumental he was in keeping the wedding on track with the timeline, while also being flexible enough to allow for unexpected situations. Also, if you are like me and didn’t hire a planner and have only a vague idea of how to make a timeline THIS IS THE DJ FOR YOU. DJ Daum made the entire timeline for my reception and it was amazing.
If I had to redo my wedding and could only keep one vendor the same, it would 100% be Time Passages. Seriously can’t recommend them enough!!!

Jay was absolutely amazing with everything. I wasn't sure how the timing and music was going to stay on track and he took care of all of that. We had a small ceremony with a lot of children and he was so patient and I knew I could be at ease with him making sure we were doing what we needed to. When I am in need of a DJ in the future he will be the one I call every time.

Jay was absolutely fantastic to work with from begging to end! You can tell that he really has a passion for his work. He is extremely knowledgable about the industry and was very helpful with many wedding planning aspects over than DJ-ing! Jay really listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly what we asked for. Jay does a great job from start to finish – he's well organized, he takes into account your wishes and preferences for music selection and special pieces through the reception (e.g., father-daughter dance, toasts, anniversary dance, etc.), and he did a great job through our whole event with keeping things moving on schedule and keeping our guests engaged and active throughout the reception.

Jay Daum with Time Passages Mobile DJ Services llc is one of THE best. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. He met with us early on, helped ease my nerves with planning, and was an integral part of the wedding. I had already booked a lot of my vendors but he had a list ready of his highly recommended ones too. He was one of the first at the venue our morning of and one of the last to leave. He made the process clear and easy, give him a list of songs you want and he'll play what you want in the given time slots. Not only does he have the standard musical equipment but he also set that stage with lighting, disco ball, and props to dance with! On top of playing the music, his lively personality and emcee skills made the day. Thank you Jay for helping us have such a memorable day! Our family and friends 6 months later still rave about how wonderful our wedding was!

If you are looking for an amazing DJ for a reasonable price look no further! Jay went above and beyond to make our day special. Anytime I needed to get a hold of him he responded usually the same day and if not the following day. I would recommend him hands down!

A big thank you to Jay Daum and his son James. From the first time we met Jay we knew we made the right choice in hiring him for our wedding. It was easy to see Jay loves what he does and knows the business. He streamlined the process and was always available for advice. Not only with choosing the right music for our day but also creating a timeline specific to our wants and needs He was able to make recommendations for other vendors and gave his valuable input on flow for the day and venue setup. The day of our wedding Jay was there not only as a DJ but also to help facilitate, making the evening go smoothly. The dance floor was full all night long thanks to Jay. Jay was so easy to get along with, work with and knows the ins and outs of weddings and receptions like the back of his hand. He was very responsive to e-mails and texts anytime we had a question. When we sat down for the finalizing of songs for the wedding/reception and a timeline for the day, he had everything estimated almost to the minute - he knows about how long every aspect will be and was great about working with us to make sure everything went down without a hitch! The music was great - he had us make a playlist on Spotify where we gathered ideas of what we liked/wanted and he drew from that to make a great reception to dance at. Loved every moment!

Truly 5 stars and more if I could!
It’s taking me forever to review my vendors, but I wanted to review jay first.
I can’t speak enough about his character, and about how much of an important role he and his son were in our wedding. He kept my wedding moving along, he saved us from a disaster event conflict, and his experience and his suggestions were the very reason my wedding turned out PERFECT. From start to finish. He introduced me to the wedding planner we used, and even pulled off an epic surprise matron of honor skit with my sister and dad for us during the wedding. He is an expert in improvising, he’s funny, respectful, and everything you’re looking for in a Dj in your wedding and so much more.
On top of being just a wonderful person, and us gaining a friend for life I can’t thank him enough for all he did. If you hire him, he will not disappoint.
