The venue was amazing. The earth sanctuary is so beautiful and really connects you with nature. It really was the perfect atmosphere for our wedding. We had the venue for the weekend and my wife loved the tree house for the girls and I loved the barn for the guys and the tents are a nice touch for our friends to stay aswell. There were so many compliments on the venue from our guests, alot of them want to move to NC now. The crew were all very nice and accommodating. They were so much a help with golf carting our guests who needed assistance traveling from different areas, communication was amazing and from the beginning of this process they really showed us that they care so much for this area. We had the perfect wedding here and I think it will be a place we will visit to just walk though again from time to time.

We’re so glad we chose Timberlake Earth Sanctuary for our wedding — it was truly the perfect place to celebrate such a special day. From the very beginning, working with Cyndy was so easy. She was friendly, responsive, and made the whole planning process feel smooth and stress-free.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. We loved being surrounded by nature, and our guests were just as wowed by the peaceful, scenic setting. There’s so much to explore on the property, which made the whole day feel like a little adventure. It felt personal, magical, and completely us.
We also appreciated how much was included in the price — it really felt like great value for everything the venue offers.
To top it all off, we spent the night in “the treehouse,” which was such a fun and cozy way to end the day. It gave us a quiet moment to just breathe and take it all in after the celebration.
A huge thank you to Cyndy and the whole team at Timberlake — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a wedding venue that’s peaceful, unique, and full of heart. -

We absolutely loved this venue and the staff. We had a very small and tight budget for the entire wedding process and they were able to accommodate to our needs and support us in payment plans even when needing adjustments!

Dream weekend in the woods
My daughter was looked for woodland wedding vibes and this delivered and more. We booked for the weekend package and had a smooth transition from rehearsal to rehearsal dinner at the venue to wedding and reception followed by casual brunch Sunday. Cindy and her team were superb in planning, contact, assisting with all the details including golf cart transport for 8+ hours on wedding day. The venue is gorgeous and the value including accommodation for 12 people in treehouse, barn, and tents could not be beat. -

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about our experience at Timberlake. My husband and I got married here on May 3rd and we chose their destination package. We were able to stay for the whole weekend with our closest friends and family and it was the most dreamy weekend. Also, considering we were there from Fri-Sun on this beautiful land, it was very affordable! We worked closely with Cyndy and Carolyn and they were so accommodating and sweet as well as the rest of the staff. I never felt as if I was a burden with them, and they are truly what made our wedding so relaxing. I would relive that weekend over and over again if I could. I promise you won’t regret booking Timberlake as your venue if you love a nature-inspired and relaxed wedding. It is simply perfect. -

We had such a positive experience having our wedding at Timberlake. The land is absolutely stunning - it was such a unique experience to have our ceremony in the woods. So many of our guests have shared how memorable the evening was. From a planning perspective, it was also really great to have access to the space for the entire weekend to allow for flexibility in setup and cleanup. The staff at Timberlake were incredible - they were very responsive throughout the planning process and did everything they could to make our experience positive. On the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond to make sure our guests were comfortable, offering golf cart shuttles and directing people in the right direction. Despite not having a wedding planner, we felt so supported by everyone - we wouldn't change a thing! -

The crew at Timberlake Earth Sanctuary is the absolute BEST. Cyndy is super friendly, responsive, professional and a delight to work with. The facility is absolutely MAGICAL. We rented the entire property for a 3 day weekend -- from noon on Friday to 2pm on Sunday. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The venue was perfect!!!! -

At Timberlake, the venue itself is the real star, with beautiful woodland, gardens, lakes, trails, and natural beauty galore. On top of that, the owner and staff made us feel very welcome from the outset, and our needs were well-tended. I found the responsiveness to be very prompt, and the staff worked with us to make sure planning was well-established, while not being excessive in having every little detail accounted for (by us). Would definitely recommend! -

What a wonderland for a wedding
The professionalism of this team is immaculate. Cindy and the team are very kind, hard working, and quick to always respond to emails with any questions I had. The venue speaks for itself and if you are contemplating touring, you MUST. It is entirely its own plot of land that is private, magical, and so peaceful. Having your ceremony in the woodlands is truly feeling like you are in another part of the country! The garden is an absolutely stunning area for a cocktail hour and for your guests to take photos and the reception tent is plenty large enough to host your guests for dinner and dance the night away! If you’re looking for any outdoor wedding venue, this is a place you must consider! A hotel for your guests is also just 4 minutes down the road which is SO convenient. -

Bliss Tranquility
From inquiry to celebrating our first year wedding anniversary, choosing Timberlake Earth Sanctuary as our venue is by far one of the best decisions we made regarding our big day. We loved how “bare bones” the venue was. We had a very specific vision of our ceremony and reception, so having a venue like Timberlake where it was possible to start from scratch and make it our own was vital to realizing the vision. Cyndy, TES’s Director, was extremely responsive, organized, kind, and accommodating. She ensured all our questions were answered and really shared in our vision of make Timberlake a whimsical wonderland for our day. Some key things we loved about Timberlake was the use of the Treehouse and ceremony site for the weekend for the rehearsal dinner, as well as golf cart shuttles and tending to the fire on the day of the wedding. We look forward to returning to the grounds and walking through to appreciate it’s beauty again, but in a different light.

Timberlake Earth Sanctuary was an absolute dream come true of a venue for our November 2nd wedding. My partner & I knew we wanted nature and the outdoors to be part of our special day and Timberlake was the perfect venue for us to feel connected to the Earth while celebrating our union with our loved ones.
We booked their destination package so we were able to be on the grounds for the entire weekend -- it was incredibly special to gather all of our closest friends and family together to disconnect from the rest of the world and share community in celebration. We enjoyed meals at the barn overlooking the picturesque fields, crackling campfires out near the glamping tents, and hiking the leaf-peeping trails near the Treehouse. The Woodlands was a gorgeous setting for our ceremony and the space around the wedding tent was perfect for all of the ensuing reception celebrations.
Our wedding weekend was truly perfect and I can't imagine it having happened anywhere other than at Timberlake Earth Sanctuary. All of their staff are also so kind and helpful, they really make you feel like part of the family. We already are wishing we were still there and will surely come back and visit!!! -

This was the only venue I looked at because when I got to the ceremony site, I fell in love with it. The woodlands ceremony site was so beautiful with large mature trees and wooden benches. The best part of the venue is their mission statement, they use the venue profits to run educational programs to get children back into nature. This sealed the deal for my husband. We couldnt have been happier with our time there! -

Timberlake was the perfect place to have our wedding. Their woodlands ceremony spot allowed us to have the enchanted forest wedding of our dreams. Their garden was adorable for our cocktail hour and the tent is large and twinkles with market lights for a romantic reception. The whole property makes you want to slow down and relax, which is much needed on such a big day. Cyndy and Carolyn are such kind people and made us feel like family. One of our favorite things about Timberlake is that you have access to the property from Friday - Sunday, allowing you to prep the day before and spend the wedding night in the Treehouse with your new husband/wife. The Treehouse is cozy and quiet, making for an easy place to get away after the wedding. We absolutely adored Timberlake, everybody who works there, and the magical memories we made in such a gorgeous place. We will be recommending it for years to come and will definitely be going back to walk the trails and reminisce. -

Amazing Venue with wonderful staff
If you're looking for a magical place for your wedding or group adventure, I highly recommend Timberlake. We were married at Timberlake this summer and booked their destination package to turn our wedding into more of a celebration weekend. We had the best weekend with all of our friends who stayed in the glamping tents. The barn is an amazing space and is perfect for games and group meals. The reception and ceremony spaces at Timberlake are magical, and there are so many places to get away and connect with nature, friends, and family. The Timberlake family, especially Cyndy, and neighbors were very welcoming and hospitable, and made sure we had everything we needed, even late at night. We could not have picked a better place for such a special moment in our lives. -

Best Weekend Ever
Timberlake Earth Sanctuary provided the most beautiful dream wedding weekend that we could ever ask for. The staff is responsive, attentive and some of the kindest people we have ever met! We did a weekend retreat and stayed in the Treehouse, while the wedding party stayed in the Tent Village! We had a beautiful rehearsal dinner in the Barn, Ceremony in the Woodlands and Reception at the Tent and the Gardens! The entire property is just beautiful and so well maintained. I have absolutely no complaints about choosing Timberlake Earth Sanctuary for our perfect wedding weekend and would highly recommend them to anyone! 10/10! -

The Best Experience You Could Ask For
After looking through over 50 venues, I felt at a loss. I knew the vision I had in mind, but couldn't find the right place to tie it all together. I searched "woodland wedding venue" to try and find the venue I was looking for, and Timberlake was the first suggestion.
From the first contact with Cyndy, I knew this place was definitely something special. They answer all of your questions in a friendly, timely manner. The pricing is amazing compared to other venues in the same area. Once you see the venue in person - you're sold.
We went with the destination weekend package, which includes plenty of time for set up & take down, plus some extra time for just relaxing before the big day. The reminders sent by Cyndy were incredibly helpful in making sure we were on track with the planning. We have gotten so many compliments on this amazing venue. If you're looking for a beautiful, natural venue, this is the place for you. -

There is not a single thing we would change about this venue! From the incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful staff to the absolutely beautiful land, Timberlake was the most perfect place for us to get married. We received so many compliments from guests on how perfect the venue was, and how they enjoyed exploring the trails and gardens during the cocktail hour. You are able to rent the venue for the entire weekend so that saved us so much stress and hassle! We absolutely loved having our wedding at Timberlake Earth Sanctuary; it felt like a dreamy fairytale. We had our ceremony at the "Woodlands" location under the beautiful trees. The tent and patio along with the firepit made an excellent environment for cocktail hour and our reception. We stayed in the treehouse for the wedding weekend and it was amazing to be surrounded by nature. There were so many good photo locations on the property, we're going back to stay for our 1 year anniversary to enjoy the land and take more photos! The staff at Timberlake are just incredible. They were great to communicate with and treated us and our guests with such kindness. Thank you to everyone at Timberlake for making our wedding better than I could have imagined and for welcoming us back with open arms! This will be a place we will treasure for years to come. -

Fantastic fantasy wedding!
My husband and I chose this venue to host our Lord of the Rings-inspired wedding because of how magical the property looks and feels. The woodlands is breathtaking in the Fall and the reception tent made us feel like we were the guests of honor at Bilbo’s 111th birthday party. The staff was so incredible and attentive throughout our planning process. I’d highly recommend checking out this venue if you are looking for a whimsical, deeply nature-driven wedding experience. This place really made me feel like an elven princess. -

If you’re someone who loves and feels a true connection to nature you should definitely consider Timberlake Earth Sanctuary. We found TES in 2019 and immediately fell in love with the ceremony space. Cyndy and her team were so kind and communicative. You can tell they really cherish the space and want to help make couples visions come to life.
Like many couples we had to postpone our 2020 wedding and Cyndy and here team were so compassionate and understanding. They made postponing as seamless as possible and you can tell they truly cared about our feelings on health and safety for ourselves and our guests.
To begin: the space is absolutely beautiful. When looking at outdoor venues in this region you’re choices are typically fancy mountain top vista or rustic barn. TES is different. It offers a peaceful tucked away area where you and your guests feel you are part of the nature, not just a visitor or observer. The pine tree cathedral ceremony space is so unique and beautiful. It feels like a woodland fairytale. Walking down the “aisle” to my now husband while my dress rustled through the leaves and pine needles is a moment I’ll never forget.
The reception area is equally beautiful with trees, flowering plants, and fairy lights bordering the outdoor dance floor. Our guests danced the night away under the stars. If you want an all outdoor wedding. This is it. Our wedding was in August and I was so worried it would be too hot. It ended up being 95 degrees and I believe relaxed vibe, shade from the trees, and welcoming nature of the venue helped our guests (literally) kick off their shoes, throw their hair up, unbutton shirts and just have fun and connect with each other despite the sweaty weather.
The treehouse was a perfect getting ready space with beautiful porches to relax on and plenty of living room and kitchen space to entertain me and my bridesmaids. We ended up having our rehearsal dinner on the grounds just outside the treehouse and had a wonderful night. Having the access to the venue space and treehouse for the whole weekend really make setup and clean up so much more relaxed. My husband and I got to take a nature walk through the trails the morning of our wedding and it is one of my favorite memories of the day.
Can’t recommend this venue space and team enough. I hope to come back and visit TES many times in the future! -

Where do I even start. Everything about Timberlake was absolutely perfect! The communication from the being was phenomenal. We started planning 2 years out and we are from Tampa, FL and Cyndy was extremely accommodating and flexible. They make sure that every part of your special day is thought through and executed to your vision. They are the perfect amount of hands on while also giving you the space to make the area really feel like yours for the weekend. We instantly gravitated to Timberlake because of the blissfulness of the property and the ability to immerse in nature, but Cyndy and the staff really sold it for us. They helped to make every single one of my dreams come true, from the send off to letting us plant a tree for the Unity Ceremony. The day of, they helped to move everything along on our schedule. Sandy and the other staff driving the golf carts were so helpful and we received such praise from our guest. Sandy even went to get a sign for me after dropping me off at the reception area when I realized it was left at the ceremony site. I could write an entire paper about how amazing that weekend was for us, but I will end with this, if you want a magical and perfect wedding with a venue you can 100% trust, choose Timberlake. If you are reading this review right now, you already know that planning a wedding can be a stressful process. If you choose Timberlake Earth Sanctuary to host your wedding, your stress level will be significantly reduced. Not only will you feel completely at peace in the gorgeous wooded setting, but the team at Timberlake is able to put you at ease through the entire planning process. Cyndy was very attentive and was able to guide us through the process of developing and executing a vision for our day. If we needed anything, we were always responded to promptly, and the entire process was seamless.
The property has plenty of room to spread out and a variety of different spots to utilize depending on the size of your guest list. We had around 135 people, and we were able to comfortably accommodate everybody for a ceremony under the pines, and a reception under the included tent. All of the parking and golf cart shuttling was taken care of on the day by the very attentive and professional staff.
After a night of eating, drinking, dancing, and running around taking pictures, we were able to retire to the tree house. It was so peaceful to slowly wake up the next morning with my new wife, drink some coffee and reflect on the whirlwind we had just been through while plotting out our honeymoon plans.
If you are looking for incredible value in a secluded setting with plenty of room to spread out, this is absolutely the perfect venue for your wedding. We never even imagined that our wedding would be as perfect as it was, and the folks at Timberlake helped to make it that way.

We just had our wedding on 11/13/21 at Timberlake Earth Sanctuary and it was our perfect weekend.
Our wedding in the woods was absolutely perfect! We booked the renovated Barn area for our rehearsal dinner, and the aesthetic and functionality of the space was exactly what we wanted. The Woodlands was our perfect ceremony location with a background that was naturally gorgeous.
Cyndy and her team were simply amazing on our wedding day. They helped transport guests in need from our ceremony to reception, as well as, kept the fire going during our *brisk* disco party reception all night long :).
We had the most amazing time! Nothing but amazing things say about TES.

Enchanting Wedding in the Woods
The most BEAUTIFUL wedding ceremony venue! Timberlake Earth Sanctuary is a beautiful experience both as the bride and groom and as a guest, the woodlands are so breathtaking and the venue of our dreams! This venue was perfect for our big day and Cyndy and Carolyn were such a pleasure to work with, great communication, and anything we needed or asked they were right on it with answers and tips! I recommend this venue to anyone looking for an enchanting woodland wedding and plenty of space for dancing, decor, and fun! The only suggestion is that if you're getting married in the hot summer months to be aware that the barn doesn't have the best AC unit and you want your bride to one perfectly cooled on her day! -

OH MY GOSH. I can't say enough fantastic things about Timberlake, or about Cyndy.
My fiance (now husband?! Aahh) and I have always been nature folks, and we knew that we wanted to get married in a location that really captured this part of our relationship. Timberlake was PHENOMENAL in this regard; located just outside the city (and less than 30 mins from an airport), but it offers complete seclusion. We really felt like we had an entire forest to ourselves for the weekend.
The venue itself - gorgeous. We chose the Woodlands ceremony site, which was everything I could have ever wanted for our sacred ceremony. It's right outside the Treehouse (which the couple gets to stay in for the weekend, if you get the weekend package!), making it perfect for my bridal party to use to get ready before stepping out for the ceremony.
Cyndy and the rest of the team were absolutely incredible. Two facts about me: I micromanage and am a perfectionist with myself, and I can get burnt out pretty quickly because of this. Since my fiance and I had a three year long engagement (thanks, Covid), by the end of that engagement period, while I was excited, I was also pretty done with everything. I still cared about the small stuff, but I didn't have the energy in me to confirm all the small details I would usually have been triple-checking. POINT BEING, I had absolutely no reason to worry about a thing - Cyndy and the team had EVERYTHING covered, venue-wise: on-site parking? check! wedding sign out in front of the venue so drivers knew where to go? check! Golf carts managed? check! Fire pit maintained throughout the night? check! Watching for our shuttle, which wasn't even a responsibility we discussed? check! For someone who typically has every detail discussed and planned out, it was such a relief for me that they had absolutely everything under control with practically no input from me.
This is to say nothing of Cyndy as a person. Cyndy is delightful, incredibly helpful, and one of the most friendly, welcoming people we've ever met. She is also incredibly responsive, and any last-minute questions I might have had regarding the wedding day were answered promptly. I couldn't be happier about having her involved in our wedding. -

Timberlake is indeed an earth sanctuary, intentionally cared for and offered to guests by its human hosts to those seeking to create a meaningful and lasting experience in a very special environment. Hospitality abounds and is felt with every step you take on this land. From the Woodlands ceremonial space, to the beautifully appointed “Treehouse” nestled in the woods by the lake, to the moss covered trails with resting perches along the way for reflection, conversation, or quiet, the invitation for celebration and communion with family and friends or to make new acquaintances (with other humans, nature or yourself) is palpable. I was recently there for an envisioning and planning gathering held at the new and spectacularly lovely “Barn” and platform tent area of Timberlake “North.” The mindfulness to every detail, warmth (personal and a great fire pit!) and safety (covid distancing and protocols) made for a truly welcoming space for listening, thinking and sharing with others. Timberlake Farm is an extraordinary venue. There is nowhere else on earth where the Beauty of the natural world is a part of every moment you spend there. The hosts are gracious, lovely, and have thought of every detail to make your time there special and filled with beauty. There are meandering paths through the woods where you or your guests can take pause. There is enough space to be together safely and celebrate life and love. My experience there has been the best experience of my life and I highly recommend it. -

Where do I even begin?! I had been searching vendors and finally, I came across TES. Instantly, I knew this was our place. I had always dreamed of a woodland wedding. On top of that, you get the entire venue for a weekend and there is already a tent for the reception area!
It was the most beautiful day. It even rained but you know what? It made it better! There was a glow to the land. I will let the photos speak for themselves but I honestly could not imagine getting married anywhere else. We even had our reception at the treehouse, and it was such a cool, intimate, laid back vibe- it really felt like we were uniting our families. Even when we visited prior to booking, you can feel it in the air how peaceful and magical this place is. The two women Jess and Michelle who run the property, as well as Cyndy, the wedding coordinator, are absolute gems with the kindest souls. They truly care about each of their couples and do everything they can to make your day one of a kind.
The woods, the trails, the ceremony sites they offer, the reception, the open spaces- TES has it ALL when it comes to an outdoor wedding. Visit here and it will speak to you and you will know this is the place for you!
I am so looking forward to coming back to this special place to bask in the memories of our beautiful day!

Timberlake was such a perfect venue for our nature themed wedding. There are not enough words to describe how beautiful and amazing this place is. We got married in the woodland site and it truly embodies the word sanctuary. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the tall trees and wooden benches. Everyone was able to disconnect from the chaos of the world and totally focus on the peacefulness of being in nature. Staying in the treehouse for the weekend was also a huge perk! It allows the couple to connect with each other and the venue before everything gets busy. It was so peaceful to wake up surrounded by trees and the sound of birds. We were able to have meals there, get ready with everyone, and cool off throughout the day. Jess and Michelle were also so helpful throughout the whole process. They were so kind, down to earth, and readily available to answer our questions / let us come visit the venue. On the day of the wedding they helped set things up, drive us around on golf carts, and made sure everything was in order. It was so lovely to have them be apart of our special day. We really feel connected to Timberlake and will definitely be visiting in the future. It is a very affordable venue for such a large, beautiful space. If you love the outdoors, this is the place for you! -

Timberlake was a dream.
The word that come to mind when I think back to our wedding day- a dream. Timberlake was exactly what we were looking for and the kind souls that keep it running were a total bonus. There is an immediate sense of peace as soon as you step on to the property- and I felt that peace the entire day leading up to the wedding. Everyone was so accommodating- even through the rain all day! We couldn’t recommend Timberlake more! -

Timberlake Earth Sanctuary was absolutely amazing! We booked a year and a half in advance since we knew how special this venue was. Jess and Cynthia were so helpful and knowledgable about wedding day logistics. We chose the full weekend option and were able to hold the bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception on site. If you want and outdoor/ woodsy wedding look no further! -

We spent two days visiting all of the venues on our wishlist. After seeing seven places, it was obvious which venue we would get married at. From the moment we drove in, we felt overwhelmed by how sacred everything seemed. The owner of the property, along with her sidekicks Jess and Mei-Ling, made us feel welcomed and present. We were barely down the driveway before my fiance and I blurted out that this was the place.
Besides the fact that you get to take over the property from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, the people made it worth it. We visited several times and emailed often over the next year of planning. Each time made us more excited.
Being able to set up home base at the treehouse was a real treat. After we were married in the woodlands (so beautiful!), we snuck away to take some photos on a bridge by the lake. When we got back, our wedding planner had set up our dinner in the treehouse for us to enjoy alone. That ended up being one of most cherished memories from our wedding day.
We had some rain and cold weather that week and made the decision to rent space heaters. If you need to do the same, I'd recommend getting three space heaters for the corners of the patio. We put the walls down on the tent (except for the part between the open patio and the covered part), which helped keep the warm air in. Also, our guests were treated to golf cart rides if they needed one. Jess and Cyndy were taking laps all evening for us. We invited 160 people and were nervous that we'd run of out space if it were raining. We ended up with 113 guests and the space was great. We had plenty of room to spread out.
I have to say that I appreciated how much freedom we were given. We were able to decorate and set up any way we chose. We also hosted a big welcome party Friday night and a brunch on Sunday, and were able to extend our rental an additional 2 hours to clean up on Sunday afterward (although honestly, we didn't need it).
Hands down, Timberlake Earth Sanctuary was the best decision we made for our wedding. It set the theme for everything else - to be calm, present and sacred. We are so thankful to the whole crew at Timberlake for making our wedding the best weekend of our lives. -

The beautiful land owner, Carolyn, is one of the most amazing women we have ever met, and graciously performed our wedding ceremony at our request. Everyone is so warm, inviting, and always willing to help from their heart. We heard so many compliments from our guests telling us that it was the best wedding they had ever been too. We believe a very large part of that is the sanctuary itself. We are already planning to return for our one year anniversary celebration and would highly recommend this breathtaking land for any couple wanting a one-of-a-kind nature setting.

Grace Sent on 12/31/2017Choosing Timberlake Earth Sanctuary as the site for our wedding was the first choice we made in our planning, and it stands as the best decision we made. From the moment you first step onto the land, it's clear that it is a very special place. I would personally encourage couples to spend some time walking on the trails and soaking in the beauty before your wedding day - it is a joy to be connected to this place.
Working with Carolyn, Emily, Roy, Jess, and Michelle was simply wonderful. At every step of the process they were not only helpful and professional, but we felt supported and encouraged by them as if we were family.
Timberlake was well suited to accommodate our wedding of 115 guests. We had our ceremony in the Orchard, and reception under the Tent with dancing and a live band at the pavilion. The lighting and sound system provided worked great. Parking was well coordinated by Timberlake staff, with a golf cart transport available for those who need it. They provided signs around the road directing guests, and bathrooms were kept clean and accessible.
The TreeHouse was a wonderful place to be the "epicenter" of activity all weekend - we had many friends and family helping with flowers, linens, and reception preparations on Friday, and the Treehouse kitchen was the perfect cozy place to gather. We stayed there Saturday night and hope we will return for future anniversaries. We also had our engagement photo shoot at Timberlake a few months before the wedding.
Simply put, I can't imagine having had our wedding anywhere else. Timberlake Earth Sanctuary is so much more than a wedding venue, it is a very special place we will always treasure and feel connected to.

The staff here waits on you hand and foot and the level of flexibility in decoration and catering allows you to make your wedding day truly your own. Anny Sent on 11/15/2017Where do I begin?! I was searching for a venue in a woodland area and couldn’t find any I really wanted. When I came across Timberlake I was in complete awe!! Not only does Timberlake Earth Sanctuary have many ceremony sites to choose from they have a straight forward rate that includes all of the ground and the treehouse from Friday afternoon till Sunday afternoon. It’s the absolute best value I could find anywhere. But aside from the price there are many more important factors that drew me to this place. When Carolyn took us on the initial tour of Timberlake we felt something so special, almost magical. I thought it was just me, but my guest have mentioned similar things when describing TES (magical, whimsical, spiritual).
My ceremony in the woods was beyond perfect and the reception was a great time.
Emily (site coordinator) and her husband did everything in thier power to make my night absolutely perfect. From driving us back and forth to passing along messages, to very professionally handling a situation that came up toward the end of the night.
The team at TES is golden. From the moment you meet Carolyn you feel right at home. Emily is another absolute gem and her husband was behind the scenes making things happen. Loved my wedding night, the venue was perfect, the people were simply amazing, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to have one of the most important nights of my life.

The venue is beautiful, well-priced, and the staff is excellent. We chose the package where you had full access to the venue for the entire weekend, which was really convenient. The staff really care and are very responsive. The ceremony site is STUNNING. They also care about sustainability which was important to me as well. Overal, I'd choose them again without a second thought -

This venue is a beautiful natural wedding setting and has many options that can accommodate many different budgets. We enjoyed staying at the venue for the weekend in the cozy treehouse and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our pictures were beautiful and even with Covid-19 and rain threatening the event, we were able to have our dream wedding in a gorgeous setting that our guests seemed to enjoy as well! -

Let me start by saying 48 HOUR RENTAL- hire a food truck (or caterer), have your rehearsal ON-SITE, and party on!
If you are the type who wants a magical, natural backdrop for your wedding, Timberlake is it. Dan and I first went out to Timberlake in the late winter months when everything was brown and not blooming. Even then we knew that this place was exactly what we wanted. Acres of land to take pictures, a “treehouse” with a full kitchen and room for all of the bridesmaids to get ready, an awesome barn for the guys to put on their finishing touches, gardens and flowers everywhere; nothing could make this place better. Oh! And the tent for the reception is included!
There are 2 fire pits that they will stock with wood. They allow the rentals to be dropped off Friday and picked up Monday, so no extra fees from the rental places. The area is so full of natural beauty, it allowed us to spend a little more on things that would truly make this a memorable night (the outdoor chandelier/living room was something I wanted so badly!)
The managers are amazing. Super sweet and will help you in any way possible.

Timberlake Earth Sanctuary is an incredibly breathtaking property! My husband and I found this venue online and decided we would take an adventure to North Carolina to see if it was the venue for us. (We reside in MN) From the time we entered the property, it was a special place to us. Jess and Michelle were so welcoming and let us explore as much as we wanted. That same day, we decided to commit to it as our wedding venue. As the months went on, and covid became more and more prevalent communication was huge! Whether it was with Jess, Michelle or Cindy, the staff was very professional and timely. A switch in staff did occur during our planning phases, but Cindy did well to answer all of our questions. Our special day came and it was beautiful. The property helped us have a intimate outdoor wedding with our families. We will be returning to the beautiful property when we travel their again.
