Timber Hill Farm is the BEST. Every part of the experience of working with Isaac and Jen and Sage was incredible. They were always down for a last minute stop by the venue, answered all of our questions quickly and so thoroughly, and made sure the day of the wedding ran flawlessly. They reviewed all of the details for the wedding with us in depth and made sure we knew all the right things to ask and tell other the other vendors. There was a hurricane that narrowly missed Gilford the day of our wedding and Jen and Isaac and Sage were so helpful in dealing with the resulting wind. By the end of the process, it felt like we had made friends as well as had just the absolute best wedding. Also! It is beautiful! So beautiful! I really can't recommend Timber Hill Farm enough. -

We love Timber Hill Farm!
We got married on June 24th, 2023 at Timber Hill Farm - it was the most perfect day that we could've ever asked for.
How do I put into words how much this venue (and the owners - Jen & Isaac) mean to us - I'm seriously speechless. I was crying happy tears the night of my wedding in awe of how perfect everything was, and shed some tears packing up our stuff at THF the next day (it was tough to leave the venue, & Jen, Isaac, and Sage who were with us every step of the way). This is the most amazing hidden gem and if you haven't looked here yet for your venue, you definitely should - if you're looking for a barn venue with the most gorgeous views of Lake Winnipesaukee, this is it! Our guests were amazed at every aspect of the barn and there is SO much to take in. From the ceremony site overlooking the mountains and Lake Winni, to the chandeliers in the barn, to the barn that was built with so much love, to the grounds and the beautiful patio - every space at THF was touched with love and perfection.
THF checked all of our boxes, not only was it the most perfect venue, but the owners/family that run THF make it even greater and THAT much harder to say goodbye to our wedding weekend. Jen & Isaac (venue owners) along with Sage executed the most perfect wedding that we could've ever asked for, answered every silly or crazy question that I may have had along the way, brought a curler for me when my bangs were becoming straight AND picked up seltzer and limes for the bar when we were running low (talk about going above and beyond), they were patient, and so calming throughout the entire process - everything went off without a hitch. We couldn't have picked a more spectacular place with the most supportive team in the entire world. We couldn't have done it without them.
We would choose Timber Hill Farm again, and again, and again.🤍 -

Our wedding at Timber Hill Farm could not have been more perfect! It was the first (and only) venue we looked at and we were immediately sold. Jen and Isaac are a dream to work with -- they were so helpful with vendor recommendations, decor from their wedding pantry, and they went above and beyond on the day-of to ensure everything ran smoothly! It's a family-run establishment, and they take such care to make sure you (the couple) and even your guests feel cared for like family, too.
We wanted our wedding to feel really personal and had several "custom" elements. Jen & Isaac gave us great advice, kept us on schedule, and ensured everything was executed to perfection. As a result, we were able to focus on having the best day of our lives with each other and our guests...totally stress-free.
Now let's talk about the views! Since most of our guests had to travel to attend our wedding, it was important to us to show them gorgeous lake views. Boy, did Timber Hill deliver. The lake, the mountains, and the most stunning sunset all almost looked pretend.
It's been nearly a year since our wedding and every time we see our guests, they STILL rave about the venue and remind us it was the best wedding they've ever been to!
For anyone who is looking for a breathtaking barn venue, unforgettable views and coordinators who truly care about their couples, we can't imagine a better place than Timber Hill Farm. -

We absolutely loved our wedding day at Timber Hill Farm! Jen and Isaac were phenomenal, they went far beyond our expectations and are very much worth the investment. While any venue can be beautiful, Jen and Isaac are the true winners for the farm - as their family owns the working farm, they are truly invested in the success of each and every wedding, and it shows. We also loved the conservation aspect of the venue, with farm to table vibes, and the wood in the barn being taken from the land itself and milled and constructed on site. The barn was beautiful and everything we imagined for our day! -

Perfect wedding venue
I recommend THF to anyone searching! The venue has a beautiful farm on acres of property overlooking the mountains and lake. It is so amazing. The views and landscape make for a romantic day, wonderful photos, and add to the experience for guests. Our day was predicted for heavy rain and we had a great plan in place, although it did end up being sunny. We invited about 160 guests and had about 130. The barn supports so much flexibility with table set up to make any guest count feel meant to be. I loved how they have different spots for guests to feel included during the reception like the dance floor or bonfire outside. I loved how all is included like ceremony space, tables and chairs, outdoor games, and décor. I felt they provided the great support during the planning process then they coordinate your wedding day completely! We visited a few times, communicated by email and phone… every question was known and answered, every idea was pulled off. Looking back, we would not choose anything differently. Thank you THF!! -

We visited Timber Hill Farm and met with Jen & Isaac in May 2020 before the construction on the newly built barn started. Right away the owners, Isaac and Jen, seemed like friends that we trusted and we could see their vision for the barn. We already fell in love with the location and the amazing views of the property and took the chance of securing the venue without the barn built - and are SO glad that we did!! They were super helpful in planning our day and always made us feel at ease; we always felt that we were in good hands. During our wedding day they went above and beyond to help make sure every detail behind the scenes ran smoothly. We loved how customizable and flexible Timber Hill was in the entire process and how we could tailor everything to our vision. Our family and friends were amazed how beautiful the views overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee and the mountains were and how amazing the new barn turned out! We can't thank Timber Hill enough for hosting the best wedding we could've asked for! -

THF is truly top notch from start to finish! After a small covid ceremony in 2020 (also at THF!) we got to have our dream reception in 2021 in their new barn. Cannot share enough praise for this place and what they do...Amazing staff, unbelievably beautiful setting, so much freedom in setup and timing, coordination of local produce/meat with our caterer (it's farm-to-table), etc. I could go on and on! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a barn wedding! -

Timber Hill Farm was everything we wanted for our day! We planned our wedding from Florida and booked Timber Hill without ever visiting in person, it’s just that beautiful (even over Zoom)! We set our date before the barn was built and it surpassed every one of our expectations. Jen and Isaac were amazing every step of the way and made sure everything ran smoothly. We had a small problem with the bus company the day of and it was taken care of before I even knew anything was wrong…they made sure we had ZERO stress and could just enjoy every moment. They were super accommodating to every idea I had, from the temporary tattoo station to the hanging neon sign and flower installation (thank you for letting us hang things from the walls of your brand new barn)! Our friends and family all had wonderful experiences as guests of Timber Hill and could not stop taking photos of the gorgeous view. It was perfect! Thank you so much Jen and Isaac! -

Stress free and stunning!
Stunning venue and awesome owners! We had our wedding here July 2021 after having to postpone from 2020. The barn is extremely impressive and the views are unbelievable! My husband and I can’t say enough good things about this venue. All of our friends and family loved it! -

Couldn’t have asked for a better venue and team to host our wedding! The barn and grounds were flawless with beautiful landscaping. Every person who walked into the barn was blown away by the architecture. This isn’t your typical “barn”. The barn can be dressed up or down! It has breathtaking with a view of the lake and lighted by incredible chandeliers. The owners, Jennifer and Issac were there every step of the way to ensure things ran smooth leading up to the event and we’re there the entire day of the event to ensure we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Can’t say enough about how perfect this venue is and highly recommend to any future bride and groom. -

Picture perfect
My husband and I got married at Timber Hill Farm in September 2020. Words cannot express how absolutely amazing our wedding was from start to finish. Let me first start by saying that Issac and Jen who run the venue are an absolute dream team to work with. They are professional, personal, flexible and truly care about each and every wedding they do. Our original wedding date was in June and when we decided we could not go with our original date due to the pandemic, Issac and Jen were supportive and made our changing of date an absolute breeze. My husband and I knew quite a few other couples whose weddings were affected by the pandemic and heard horror stories of what they had to go through to change their date. We were truly so lucky to work with such a great team at Timber Hill. We went to the farm twice before our wedding and they were always willing to meet with us, talk about our ideas and take care of whatever we needed. Wedding day, Issac took care of everything behind the scenes and Jen took care of making the venue look absolutely stunning. She listened very closely to our vision for wedding day and made it even better then we could have imagined.
Secondly, the venue itself is downright stunning. All of our guests (and vendors) could not stop talking about the beauty of the farm. The view from the ceremony site, as well as the reception area is breathtaking. Cocktail hour on the patio, lawn games, as well as a dusk bonfire all added to our dream wedding. Our reception was held under a gorgeous sail cloth tent, but next year they will be building a barn for receptions, which will just add the the beauty.
Our wedding at Timber Hill Farm was everything we could have dreamed of and more. We cannot thank Issac and Jen enough for the experience we had and would recommend anyone and everyone to get married here!!! -

Unique and beautiful venue
Words cannot express how magical this place is. My husband and I had the best experience working with Isaac and Jen. Our wedding day was amazing and everything I ever dreamed of. I knew after meeting Isaac and Jen the first time that this was going to be the venue for us. The views are amazing, the people are friendly, and the cost is adorable. Isaac and Jen are the best! The wedding site was beautiful and the views fantastic. The food was so healthy and delicious and so far above and beyond the typical. Actually, every single thing I can think of was far above and beyond and absolutely personalized. What a wonderful day we had on the farm! -

Unbeleivable rustic venue
My wife and I got married here in the Fall of 2019 and we cannot say enough about this venue! The views are unparalleled and absolutely breathtaking. The moment we stood at the venue site overlooking the mountain range and lake Winnipesaukee we were sold. It really is something that you could not explain until you see it. The only thing that outperformed the venue were the owners of the venue themselves. Jen and Issac are two of the most genuine, caring, fun to work with people we have ever been grateful enough to meet. They provided the perfect balance of freedom and direction to help make your vision a reality. It didn't feel like we were working with a venue but a couple of friends to give us comfort that the day would turn out perfect. If you are looking for an outdoor wedding with rustic feels, an amazing backdrop and a family run venue, this will be the perfect option for you! -

My Husband and I had our Welcome/Rehearsal Dinner at Timber Hill Farm in August of 2018. Our plans were pretty last minute for a wedding and Isaac and Jen were incredibly gracious and accommodating in helping make sure everything was perfect for us!
We chose to have our event held in the Pavilion next to the farm store as we had a relatively small group. The day before the event, we were able to come to the farm and make our own centerpieces from the gorgeous cut gardens. The day of, Isaac and Jen made sure that we had absolutely everything we needed (and then some!) and that the night went smoothly.
Our guests really enjoyed themselves, and still talk about what a great time they had two years later. From photo ops, to decor and menu options, Isaac and Jen went above and beyond to give us a gorgeous, memorable experience.

Isaac and Jen from Timber Hill were amazing to work with. They were good communicators about the fine details of our wedding, and gave great suggestions on how to make our day extra special. The barn of decorations and other wedding goodies was also fun to sort through and added to the rustic feel. My husband and I were married 3 years ago, and our family and friends still comment on how beautiful and perfect our wedding day was. The tent was gorgeous and airy, the food was delicious, and the wedding day itself went incredibly smoothly, allowing us to fully focus on our love and enjoying our guests. We owe that in part to the dedication and support offered by Timber Hill. Highly recommend! -
