Absolutely loved this venue tucked away in the mountains with so much to offer! Best bang for your buck for sure. Can’t beat having a wide selection of decor to use for your big day along with all the tables, chairs and linens you will need. -

My husband and I got married at Timber Hall on Oct. 25th, and it was absolutely superb! And all of our guests were blown away by how gorgeous the venue was! Throughout the entire planning process, Cheri was available to give us recommendations, answer our questions, and she let us stop by multiple times to plan decor. She is fiercely protective of her couples and ensured that we didn't pay for things that Timber Hall could provide and that everything went smoothly on the day of. She was also very communicative while we were deciding whether or not to reschedule our wedding because of Hurricane Helene. The hurricane hit WNC on Sept. 27th, and by Oct. 1 Cheri had already emailed to say that Timber Hall was undamaged, the roads were clear, and they were hopeful for getting power and water back. She also emailed on Oct. 3 to say that she'd be happy to reschedule for Sundays in 2025, and on Oct. 11 to say that they officially had water, power, and internet back. Recovery after the hurricane has been extremely stressful for everyone in the community, but Cheri did everything she could to help make our wedding day full of joy and love - and it was! -

I had my wedding at this venue on June 7, 2024. Cheri is absolutely incredible. She is extremely prompt, readily available, happy to help, and will always support you in having your vision come to life. She made the entire process completely smooth and eliminated almost all my stress! The day of was perfect, and in large part that was due to her, her staff, and her list of preferred vendors. I literally just went down the list she provided and every one of my vendors was absolutely fabulous. I worried about literally nothing. My only regret is that I booked a wedding planner before reading her website in detail- with Cheri's help, you really don't need one. As far as bang for your buck, this is 100% the best deal that my husband and I were able to find in Asheville and all surrounding areas. The venue is absolutely breathtaking. Cheri and her fam are always making the cutest additions. And the best thing about the entire experience is that Cheri has become a friend. -

Timber Hall is one of the most beautiful spaces available for weddings in WNC! I cannot say enough about Cheri and her team! The venue is stunning and Cheri offers not only a spectacular space, but experience and expertise to help guide you through the wedding planning process! The grounds are expertly landscaped and maintained, the ceremony space is intimate and inviting, the hall itself is incredibly impressive and cared for with love! They have a ton of decor available for brides to peruse and use at no additional cost on their big day! I never expected my wedding day to run so smoothly and it was all due to Cheri’s help with day of planning and execution. Thank you Cheri, for your help, guidance and genuine care and concern when it came to making our time with you perfect! We would definitely recommend Timber Hall, over and over again! -

I cannot say enough about Timber Hall and the owner Cheri! Cheri has created the most perfect wedding venue. I am so thankful that I went with Timber Hall for my wedding. Not only is the venue stunning, I found that the services Cheri provides made planning less stressful and our wedding day less stressful too. I planned my wedding by myself and with the package I chose the table settings, linens, chairs, tables, catering materials and more were all included so I didn't have to worry about renting. And I was able to use the decorations she already had so I got to save money on decorations that I wouldn't use again after the wedding. With the wedding package I purchased, we were able to spend the day at the venue Friday before the wedding to set up everything to our specifications and have our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. The view from the porch of the reception hall is beautiful and all of our guests took amazing photos in front of the surrounding mountains. The venue is far from busy roads so the whole site is very quiet. We got so many compliments on the venue and many said that it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to. And that is all thanks to Cheri! My favorite part of the whole venue is the outdoor ceremony location. The pictures speak for themselves. And last but not least, Cheri also acted as my day of coordinator and made sure everything ran smoothly and our day went off without a hitch! I would recommend this venue to anyone who is interested in having a stunning wedding and saving themselves some stress and money!

Our wedding at Timber Hall was perfect! Cheri and her team have done an amazing job creating a beautiful space for weddings. The hall itself is gorgeous and the patio/porch are amazing outdoor spaces with great seating. The landscaping is absolutely stunning against the backdrop of the beautiful mountains. Cheri was super flexible when we wanted to do food stations instead of the typical buffet. She is so down to earth and easy to work with. TImber Hall accommodated our every need and more! Timber Hall provides a great value in a super pricey Asheville wedding venue market - amazing bang for your buck. We were so lucky to find Cheri and Timber Hall - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! -

Best decision I made for my wedding day!
I can honestly say that choosing Timber Hall and working with Cheri was the best decision I made for my wedding day. I visited 15+ venues in the WNC area and Timber Hall was by far my favorite for several reasons. This spot is absolutely stunning and made for the perfect mountain wedding venue. I have had so many guests tell me that it was the prettiest wedding they have ever attended. It was only 20-25 minutes to the greater Asheville area which is far closer than a lot of other venues (which is very important for guests). I could tell immediately that working with Cheri would be drastically different than working with the money making operations that were most the other venues I visited. Cheri is in the wedding industry because she loves what she does. She truly loves making this experience as special for her brides as possible and works her hardest to make your dreams come true. I am so grateful for Cheri and for everyone at Timber Hall and cannot recommend this spot enough. Thank you so much for everything -

Cheri and her daughter went above and beyond for us on our wedding day and the planning to make it happen. Cheri let me come to the venue several times to figure out my centerpieces. She tossed out many suggestions and helped me figure out what I truly wanted. The venue is beyond gorgeous somewhere I would love to live. I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. I love Cheri and her daughter and would recommend them to any and every one who was looking for a venue! You get a great deal for a decent price! And a bonus you get two people who do this to make others happy and not for the money that’s involved. 10/10 would do it all again if I could! -

Amazing Venue
My wedding was AMAZING in every way. This venue is beautiful. I will recommended this venue to anyone. I have 3 friends from the wedding that wants to have there wedding here as well. Cherri the owner is amazing & helps with everything. The price is excellent. She has tons of decorations already and the view is awesome of the mountains. I loved this venue so much. Birthday parties , Weddings , Get togethers this is the place !. All my friends and family loved it so much as well. I can’t say enough about this venue. -

We were most certainly on a budget and Cheri helped us every step of the way. You can tell that she's in this business because she loves what she does and has a passion for helping people celebrate. Of course the venue is gorgeous as well! Our guests loved it! -

I’ve said it many times during the wedding planning, and I will tell everyone I ever talk to about my wedding: Cheri and Timber Hall helped save my wedding. After my previous venue decided that they were closing, and making excuses about what they could and couldn’t do (including asking us to change the date of our wedding); my fiancé and I were out $1000 and a venue.
Through a recommendation of a friend, I reached out to Cheri and asked her what she was able to do with what our budget was and what we were looking for. Instantly, we were treated like family, and I knew we couldn’t even consider anywhere else.
After we booked, Cheri made sure to stay in touch – even calling just to ask how my planning was going, and checking in on how I was doing, making sure I wasn’t stressing myself out too much. Day of, her and her daughter went above and beyond everything even I could have thought of to make sure that my day was perfect, including picking up where other vendors were slacking. I cannot overstate how much they’ve done, and how much I recommend them to anyone considering an outdoor/barn/wooded venue.

Marquita Sent on 06/07/2017We got married here in October of 2016. It was everything I had every dreamed of for our wedding. Cheri and Robert are such genuinely kind and big hearted people. Cheri was great to work with and Robert let us borrow one of his family's heirloom because (of course) someone in my family forgot ours. He saved the day! Cheri was encouraging, patient, and loved by my whole family. The location provided an amazing mountainous backdrop; which added to our romantic and rustic wedding. I highly recommend this place. The people there are great! Thank you Cheri and Robert for making my day so beautiful and one I will never forget. We love you guys! XOXO
