I cannot recommend Tiffany’s Bridal enough! As Sharon's great niece, I was proud to continue a family tradition of being a Tiffany’s Bride, and Sharon’s help made finding my wedding gown an unforgettable and meaningful experience.
Sharon goes above and beyond - not just for me, but for all her brides. She genuinely wants every bride to feel special, and her expertise and guidance are unmatched. She patiently helped me try on 28 dresses, always encouraging me and providing honest feedback.
I remember trying on dresses that I thought matched the atmosphere of my fall venue, but none of them felt quite right. Then Sharon said “You’re not meant to blend in—you’re the bride! You’re there to stand out—you want people to see you.” That advice gave me the confidence to go big, and I ended up choosing a Sincerity ballgown by Justin Alexander that was perfect!
On top of that, Sharon has fantastic connections with her seamstress, who did a wonderful job making any necessary alterations. Everything fit perfectly and looked flawless on my wedding day.
If you want to feel truly special while finding the gown of your dreams, Tiffany’s Bridal is the place to go.

I Said "Yes" to my Dress at Tiffany's!
Tiffany's was great! I made an appointment online for a date and time that worked for me and my friends. On the day of, we came in and they led us back to a fitting area with a stage and seating for my party. The woman I worked with was delightful - she got a feel of what I was looking for, offered a few suggestions, and gauged my reactions, then came back with several wonderful suggestions. Once I found THE dress, she helped me pick out a veil that worked with it and then told me the process of ordering the dress, the estimated timeline, the next steps to come back and try it on when it arrived, and several suggestions of alterations specialists who could help me shorten the sleeves, hem the dress, and add buttons/loops so it could bustle. When I returned, they were equally as helpful, and I had a lovely overall experience.

Tiffany's Bridal was an absolute gem to work with in finding my perfect dress. My mom and I went and were taken care of by Karen, who took it upon herself to commit to my vision of a floral embroidered dress. My stand-out moment at Tiffany's was when Karen asked her coworkers to help find the perfect veil for my dress, and all of the employees cheered me on as I did a practice walk with a pretend bouquet. A core memory! Tiffany's held my dress for 10 months (since I was super early in going dress shopping) and were super accommodating by letting me come back to show my maid of honor the dress. Every bride needs a Tiffany's dress!

The perfect dress for the perfect day!
I loved being a Tiffanys bride. From trying on countless dresses with my mom, mother in-law, and girlfriends (we had so, so much fun!), to the first fitting, to prep for travel, to the final dressing – with impeccable alterations by Aksinia at AG Bridal! – my journey to “I do” was a dream. The thing I was most anxious about – finding *the* dress and having it fit *just so* – turned out perfectly, becoming a centerpiece of our wedding. What a joy!

A wonderful experience!
I went to this place because my mom got her dress there over 30 years ago, and my experience was just as lovely as hers all those years ago! We worked with Jessie and she was INCREDIBLE. She was very patient, very professional, and always remained neutral but supportive with all of my comments on each dress. She had a great way of staying nearby and listening to things I'd like to try differently but also giving me and my family space. She was very skilled at her job and each new dress I tried on included the things I mentioned wanting to change/try out/adapt. When I liked the top of one dress and the bottom of another, she found a dress that was the perfect combo. She also looked at photo inspo I provided and found almost the exact matches to many of the pictures. She also always ONLY pulled dresses that were in my price range and if she had in mind a dress that was out of price range (only happened once and was only 100$ over) she asked first if we were interested before showing it to us to try on. A wonderful, professional, financially-respectful, supportive environment. Not pushy in any way. SO many fantastic options and great people to work with.

Excellent Wedding Dress Shopping
As someone who doesn't like to be the center of attention, wedding dress shopping was something I was nervous about. From the second I got to Tiffany's, I didn't feel any pressure or nerves and was able to have fun with the my family & friends. I ended up choosing the third dress that I tried on - which was amazing! They recommended a great alteration shop, AG Alterations, pressed the dress for me, and held onto my dress and veil until I was ready to pick it up for the big day. Very happy with my purchase and experience with Tiffany's!

My sister upcoming Wedding
My 5 sisters and I along with one of my sisters friend and our mom came across this place when we couldn’t find any bridesmaid dresses after going to many places and finding no luck for my sister’s upcoming wedding in November . Upon arrival we were greeted by this very nice lady who works there. Her name is Jessie she was very professional , very helpful , very nice and answers all of our questions . She help us all with our dresses and making sure we felt comfortable and making sure we got all the right measurements and making sure we were all taken care of from the time we were there until the time we were all checking out and paying for our dresses and getting everything ready she was very professional and calm throughout the whole time . Jessie is such a great employee to this company and it shows. Don’t let her go She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion as well. I can’t thank her enough for all her help and time that she put into this . She’s truly is a hard worker and have such heart for others. I will definitely be going back here again and requesting her to help us next time and telling my friends as well. She’s truly did went beyond . Im serious Jessie needs a raise

After going to many shops we finally found this place and it was perfect!
Jessie, was exceptionally friendly and helpful in every way! She helped find 6 bridesmaids dresses that were unique and fit each of our personalities. She was so helpful and quick to help get things done. No matter what we needed she was already there with the item or the answer! I’m sure no matter who you have will do the same but if I send someone there I will have them ask for her! Please give her a raise because she also made this happen in under two hours kept everything in order so when it came time to check out it was all done so quickly. Raise or promotion are definitely in order!

Truly amazing experience.
Sharon helped my daughter pick out the perfect dress for her upcoming October wedding. She listened to my daughter's thoughts about what she was looking for and after seeing her in a few dresses told her she may have just the one for her and brought it to her to try on. My daughter simply said she didn't want to take it off. She knew what she wanted and found it! I just found my "mom of the bride" dress there too! Sharon is amazing and so caring. She has all the accessories there to compliment your dress as well.
Her staff are all very professional and eager to make the whole experience wonderful. Don't go anywhere else. Tiffany's Bridal will take good care of you!

My sister, the bride, was visiting from NYC and fortunately I was able to obtain an appointment during her visit. I LOVED shopping at Tiffany’s bridal! Each person there were out of their way to make every interaction great! I purchased my wedding dress and all the men’s suits through them. I had been shopping at a couple other bridal stores before coming to Tiffany’s and let me say- Tiffany’s is absolutely the best. The other stores made me feel bad about my budget and my size, but my experience at Tiffany’s was wonderful! They made me feel beautiful! Super flexible dream experience!
I had to reschedule my bridal appointment several times because of illness, schedule changes, and finally weather. Every time I called these ladies were so kind and happy to help figure out a new plan. When a snowstorm closed the shop on my appointment day, they opened special on a day they’re normally closed to accommodate me and other brides. Let me tell you, I worked with Becky that day and she was an absolute delight! When the dress I had been dreaming of was discontinued, she helped make what could have been a plus-sized girl’s nightmare a dream appointment. She helped me find options by the same designer that were similar, eventually lead to finding MY dress with just a little trial and very little error. I can’t wait to come back when my dress is ready!

Tiffany’s Bridal is by far THE BEST bridal salon around! My experience from day 1 was better than I ever expected, especially during a pandemic. Becki was the sweetest consultant and always made me feel welcome from day 1. She really cares about all of her brides and it shows. The salon was extremely accommodating. I called during my lunch on a Wednesday and went in that same day after work and bought my dress. Sharon, the owner, also helped and I found the perfect dress for me. The dress was absolutely gorgeous and in my budget. It was exactly what I was looking for and they made the process so easy. I never felt rushed or like just another bride. You will feel special from the minute you enter the salon. Bria helped my bridesmaids with dresses and husband with suits. I have recommended other grooms as well because she made the process so easy. She was very knowledgeable and so kind to work with. I had a complete Tiffany’s Bridal wedding and I wouldn’t have had any other way. Everything was beautiful and better than anything I envisioned.

Perfect Dress
I looked at wedding dresses before I went with my family in order to get an idea of what I liked. Tiffany’s Bridal happily accommodated my two appointments just one week apart. They saved my favorite dresses for me and never made me feel rushed or pressured into a dress. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout it all. I lived in Richmond but was getting married in Pittsburgh, my hometown, all during COVID. I was worried my dress wouldn’t be ready in time as I needed it earlier than anticipated since I was quarantining in Pittsburgh. They rushed alternations and the pressing of the dress so it would be ready in time and without compromising the quality. I was worried my belt would not be in on time due to COVID as it was coming from India. They worked with the company to get it in on time. Overall, I was thrilled with my dress and the selection I had to choose from as well as the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff.

My wedding was rescheduled to next year due to covid-19, however we decided to still get married this year in a small, backyard wedding. Tiffany’s Bridal was so accommodating and helpful in finding me ANOTHER dress for the backyard wedding that was on sale and still so beautiful!! Every single stylist at Tiffany’s is so sweet and welcoming, there is no other place I would’ve rather gotten my wedding dresses from!!

I found my dream dress!
My maid of honor and I have been scheduling spontaneous bridal appointments over the last few months. Because my wedding is pretty far out, I went to Tiffany's with NO intentions of purchasing. Prior to my visit at Tiffany's, I had David's bridal appointment that resulted in a disappointing experience. As I searched for a nearby bridal shop, I called Tiffany's to see if they did walk-ins. I was told that it was appointment only but because they were having a floor sale, I could come in and take a look. Mind you, they closed at 5:00 pm and I made this phone call at 4:25 pm. I arrived at approximately 4:35 pm and I was greeted at the door and invited to look around. As I scrambled through a few gowns an associate told me I could try on a few if I liked. Six gowns later, I was given a dressing room and consultant, ready to assist me with anything I needed. Note, by this time, I'm sure it was about 4:50 pm. As I slipped into the first dress (chosen by my maid of honor) I immediately fell in love!! I was overcome with emotion and a little upset because I had no intentions of finding my dress that day, especially with the absence of my mother, grandmother, and sister. Long story short, my consultant, Becki, made arrangements for me to come in the next morning (BEFORE OPENING), with my family now present, to say yes to this dress!!! Becki was the sweetest, most amazing consultant and made it her duty to be sure I got the dress of my dreams! Side note: My dress was originally $1350 ... I paid $480.

I cannot thank Tiffanys Bridal enough for helping me find my dream wedding gown, Mother of the Bride dress and Mother of the Groom dress! I traveled 3 hours to visit Tiffanys and am so grateful I did. Not only did Sharon (the owner) open the store for me on a Sunday in the midst of COVID but she spent hours with me finding the perfect dresses and even helped my soon to be husband get an idea of Tux possibilities! I had tried my dream dress on at another salon but it was unfortunately out of my price range and the consultant never asked me for my desired
price range. However, Tiffanys had the same gown (+ more veil options) within my budget and with the veil included it was less than the dress at the other store! Not to mention, this salon had more options than the other two salons I went to combined and Sharon did not pull a single dress I could not afford!

Gorgeous dresses and selection!
Jennifer was my stylist at Tiffany’s Bridal and she was AMAZING! In addition to taking a dress out of the widow, she really listened to exact style I wanted and picked out the most beautiful dresses that fit my taste. When I was struggling to make a final decision, Jennifer calmed the noise in my head and walked me through visioning which dress I could see myself in on my special day. In that moment my choice was clear and I choose the dress in the window. Jennifer also recommended I switch the champagne undertone to ivory to make the sparkles pop. Without knowing how it would turn out I trusted her judgement and I’m so happy I did. The rest of the staff was great to work with as well from scheduling appointments and fittings to pick-up and preservation. I absolutely LOVE my dress!
P.S. It was also special for me to purchase my dress from Tiffany’s Bridal since my mother-in-law purchased hers at the same shop 40 years ago.

Great for Bride and Groom!
We used Tiffanys Bridal and The Groom's Corner for my wedding dress and tuxedo rentals. Not only do they have great inventory (and my dream dress), but they also have the best staff. Trying on dresses was actually fun, and the alterations process was a breeze. For the men, they were able to coordinate measurements and order properly fitting tuxedos with ease. I loved being able to buy my dress from the same store where my mom bought her dress.

Wonderful experience!
I scheduled an appointment with Tiffany's Bridal after previously going to a different boutique without having any luck. Before arriving, I was not very excited and just wanted to get the appointment over with, however the customer service and friendliness I was met with the moment I walked through their doors turned my mood around immediately. My stylist, Amanda, was absolutely wonderful. She really listened to my likes/dislikes, and worked within my budget to find dresses that suited my taste. After I had tried on numerous dresses and Amanda had noticed features I really liked about certain ones, she was able to suggest a dress that I had not picked myself, and it turned out being the perfect match. She was also able to work out a plan so that I could purchase the dress for an upcoming sales price instead of full price.
I scheduled my appointment on a Tuesday, and nearly had the shop to myself. I cannot speak to how busy they are on the weekends, but my weekday experience was calm, quiet, personal, and un-rushed. I could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend both Amanda and Tiffany's Bridal to any bride searching for the perfect dress.

My consultant Jennifer went above and beyond to make my experience absolutely perfect! I can't thank her enough for making my say yes to the dress moment happen. I went to three other bridal shops and no other appointment came close to the experience I had at Tiffany's. The dress selection was amazing and there were so many options and styles. Great first experience
Bria-Nicole was my consultant for my first ever wedding dress shopping appointment. I wasn't sure what style I wanted and she did an amazing job helping me find different things and narrow down what I was looking for. They even offered to get a dress that wasn't in the store loaned to them from the designer so I could see it. My experience here was great and I would definitely go back.

Hands down tiffany's is the best place to buy a dress. They have all different price points and even more dresses. I went to 7 different shops in search of a dress and tiffany's was by far superior over all of them! Great service with a great selection!

Amazing Experience!
I had been to a few other bridal shops with no luck. I was getting a little discouraged and felt like I’d never find my dress! My consultant, Amanda, was great. She showed me around the store and helped me pick out dresses based on what I truly liked. I had about 20 dresses to try, the second one I put on I knew was the one! I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service, kindness, and patience of the whole team! Thanks Tiffany’s Bridal for helping me pick my dress!

I had an appointment at Tiffanys Bridal on a busy Saturday, and I was given all of the attention I needed for a successful day. Sharon took me around the store to find all of the dresses that matched the style that I told her I wanted, and she made other suggestions as to dresses that would be very pretty that I previously didn't think of trying on. Sharon also respected my budget and stuck to dresses that I was able to afford. After an hour and a half, and trying on about 15 dresses (!), I bought the very first dress that I tried on. I highly recommend Tiffanys for their huge dress selection, accommodation, and professional assistance.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this Bridal shop is. Let me tell you about how accommodating they are. My wedding is this December. I walked in there on my lunch break to ask them if they have dresses I can buy off the rack or they can rush ship. Most shops look at me and tell me that they can’t help me because I am planning a last minute wedding. Not Tiffany’s. Amanda, the stylist, had an hour break and said, let me see what I have right now and I can fit you in quickly. This is a place that goes above and beyond in my opinion. She had me try on a few dresses in the style I was looking for! If you are a future bride in Virginia, especially in Richmond, you need to go here. You will be treated with respect, kindness, and understanding. Thank you Amanda and April for taking the time to help me and being so understanding. First class service!

I went to Tiffany's bridal this past Fall and had my follow ups this spring. I worked with Jennifer, and was so happy I did. I went in not knowing what I really wanted, but Jennifer was able to help me out and pick out the perfect dress. She is so nice and down to earth. She never made me feel uncomfortable, and was so patient. I feel like I picked out at least 50+ dresses! After trying on several dresses, Jennifer was able to take some out of the running based on my choices, which I appreciated. Tiffany's bridal has so many choices, which I loved because I didn't want to feel as if I could only pick from a select few. All the ladies that work there were so kind. I'm so happy I chose my dress from them!

I went to David’s bridal and tried on 15 different dresses. No luck. Went to Tiffany’s two days later and worked with Amanda. My experience was nothing short of perfect. She listened to my wants and concerns like they were her own. She made me go out of my comfort zone to see if I was missing out on a style that maybe would have been perfect. Which happened. I went to Tiffany's Bridal for my fourth wedding dress appointment. I had a very specific dress in mind and have not been able to find what I was looking for anywhere, online or locally in other shops, so my expectations were not super high going into this appointment. My consultant was Jennifer, who was funny, personable and above-and-beyond helpful. After trying on the 6th or 7th dress, I was already expecting to go home without a dress again and then like a mind-reader, Jennifer suggested we look at custom options since I was having so much difficulty finding what I wanted. She said that since I have already tried on so many dresses without success this might be a good idea. I agreed, even though internally I had instantly written this off as surely too expensive and princess-y.
A few minutes later, I was seriously starting to get excited. I was in an even-better-than-imagined version of my dream dress from the waist up, but did not want a fitted bottom, as this dress had. Jennifer went and brought the in-house tailor to give us a quote for making an A-line boho-type chiffon bottom from scratch, which actually still would have been within my $2,800 price range (for both dresses). Despite this, she worked even harder, and without me asking, she went rummaging in the depths of the store and came back with THREE clearance dresses that featured the bottom I liked. All of these dresses ranged in cost from $100 to $400 dollars. I tried on all of the bottoms and settled on a $100 option.
I felt so much more taken care of and indulged at Tiffany's with Jennifer than on any other appointment I had been to in the Richmond area. And I finally found my flattering, affordable ($1,300 for both dresses!!!) and beautiful dream dress. I am super grateful to Jennifer for being patient with me and suggesting custom options, which I never, in a million years, would have thought I could afford or that I would even want, frankly. I have always known that I would love wedding dress shopping, but as a bride who had lost weight before her appointment, I was nervous about what types of gowns would look good on my figure and what would best complement me. I met with Alaina and showed her a few dresses I enjoyed, including one dress I'd seen at the RVA Bridal Show a few weeks before that caught my eye. She was incredibly attentive to my needs and picked out that dress, as well as others for me immediately. I tried on different dresses, but I kept coming back to the Justin Alexander dress that I loved so dearly. She gave me the confidence and all of the help that I needed getting in and out of dresses, helped pull my hair back when it was time to try on a veil, and respected the fact that I didn't want to have one of those cliche "Are you saying yes to the dress?" moments with the tears. Each and every time I went back to the salon, she was there, asking about me and how wedding planning was going, and checking out my dress during fittings! Carly was SO helpful as well, and I really feel as if she and Alaina helped me feel like my dress choice was perfect for me. When I went to pick up my dress, I didn't realize that the store didn't open until 12 and both Alaina and Carly opened the doors early for me, hand packed my dress, and loaded it into my car for me. They made my experience at Tiffany's one for the books & I am forever grateful for them! Thank you, Tiffany's!

I said yes to my dream dress yesterday with the amazing help from Jennifer Eubank. My consultant Jennifer has been wonderful throughout the entire dress buying process! She gave me her personal number and quickly responded to many of my bridezilla moments and helped get my dress closer to budget when I insisted on trying on something that was more than I originally hoped to spend. I was lucky enough to work with Sharon, the co-owner, at Tiffany's Bridal. She was fantastic, helped me understand what type/style of dress would work best for me, and she made sure to help me stay in budget. They have a fantastic selection, and the staff is great. I visited several bridal shops in the Richmond area in search of my dress, and Tiffany's was by far the best experience I had. The staff was so kind and helpful. I worked with Jennifer to find my perfect dress and she was AMAZING! I never once felt like I was being rushed and I tried on so many dresses during my initial appointment. As I happened to be dress shopping alone so she graciously took pictures of me in each dress so I could show others. I came back for a second appointment to retry a few of the dresses I preferred from the first appointment and Jennifer was thoughtful enough to present me with another dress she thought I'd like. In addition to being personable and patient, she also gave me great advice--pointing out various things I had not considered.
My husband and his groomsmen rented their tuxes from The Groom's Corner and their experience was equally as pleasant.

I cannot thank Wendy enough for helping me find the PERFECT wedding dress! I found my dress about a year and a half before my actual wedding. Wendy was my consultant. She listened when I explained what I was looking for. There was really one dress in particular I knew I wanted to try on at my appointment. But Wendy pulled a few others she thought I would like. And turns out, she knew what she was doing! I picked one of her picks, a gorgeous ball gown with a beaded belt. And the best part was it had POCKETS! It was a great price too for such a beautiful dress. When I went back a few months later to pick out a veil, Wendy remembered who I was and helped me with that too! She also came over to say when I went in for my first fitting. She was so incredibly nice. And the alterations department was just as nice and accommodating! They made everything so, so easy and stress-free! I would recommend Tiffany's Bridal and Wendy's help to anyone looking to find their perfect wedding dress!

Our search for the perfect wedding gown for my daughter was extensive. We were blessed to find the perfect one at Tiffany's! Jennifer was so kind, patient, helpful, and determined to make sure my daughter was happy and excited about her gown and her dream wedding day. She went above and beyond, and has since become a friend of ours that we are so thankful for. Definitely recommend this shop!

This shop is incredible. I actually bought my gown at a shop closer to where I live. When that shop abruptly closed its doors unexpectedly, I was left uncertain if I had a gown just 8 weeks from my wedding. Being the next closest store (a 2 hour drive!) who carries the designer of my gown, I desperately called Tiffanys Bridal for help. They welcomed me and immediately jumped into action for me. They worked quickly with the designer to locate my dress and instantly began the process to transfer the order to their store. They made this process so quick and hassle-free, considering the nightmare the other shop put me through. Within 10 days of my initial contact to them, they had resolved the matter and my dress was shipped to their store. I am eternally grateful for their above and beyond customer service. This has been my worst bridal nightmare come true and Tiffanys Bridal helped bring me resolution and peace. In the simplest of words, thank you. I truly recommend this shop to anyone. Their willingness to extend a helping hand to those in need shows how much this shop values the customer.

Jennifer was awesome! She sat down and went over what I wanted and my budget. She made sure I got what I want. She pulled different dresses so I can try and I ended up with something different then what I came in wanting! She was very friendly but yet very professional. The best place I've been too!

I'm writing this slightly late; however, on August 4th, myself and my bridal party and family pretty much took over the entire bridal shop. Jennifer Eubank and the rest of the staff were so accommodating and made sure everyone had a place to sit to see each and every dress I tried on. Jennifer was my consultant and she helped me to find my dream dress! The dress I said yes to was one that she picked out for me while I was in the midst of a very full dressing room already! I had such a wonderful experience at Tiffanys. I cannot wait to go in when my dress comes in for my fitting!

Tiffany's was wonderful to work with all around! The owner, Sharon, was so sweet and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our consultant Jennifer was amazing- I couldn't have dreamed up a better bridal salon consultant! She was helpful in her recommendations and so encouraging. She helped my mom and aunt find dresses for the wedding, and found my sister a gorgeous wedding dress! She is genuine and funny- everything you want when you're looking for a dress. Highly recommend going to Tiffany's and working with Jennifer! I can't wait to pick up my dress and veil. :)

My bridal consultant, Jennifer Eubank, was a dream to work with. She gave me her undivided attention and included my mom every step of the way (which meant the world to me). I said yes to my dress during my first real bridal appointment all thanks to Jennifer. The dress I picked ended up being one she pulled for me when I wasn't even looking. I cannot recommend her or Tiffany's Bridal enough! The other employees working today were also amazing and eager to help in any way possible.

I was caught up in the Alfred Angelo bankruptcy saga in July, and found myself 6 months away from my wedding without a wedding gown. Tiffany's was super accommodating and got me in the next week to try new dresses on. Jenn was absolutely incredible. She took the time to find dresses that fit my style and was sensitive to the fact that I had to find a whole new wedding gown. Shopping for dresses the second time around was even more fun than the first! She has the best sense of humor, did not impose her opinion as I tried dresses on, and asked the right questions to make sure I was in a dress I loved. She knocked it out of the park - she put me in a gown I loved even more than the first one! I had to wait for my bank to approve the new purchase because of the AA situation - and she helped me purchase the dress over the phone due to my hectic work schedule. I couldn't speak more highly of Tiffany's - and Jenn in particular. Everyone should get their dress from here!

My consultant Jennifer provided the most outstanding customer service to my family and I! She listened intently to my needs, and helped me select a stunning dress! She was extremely personable and friendly, and shared her own wedding experience with me and my mom and sister. Jennifer made sure I left the store beaming from ear to ear!

I had the best experience with Jennifer. She was so helpful and calmed my nerves. I was able to open up with her and she bent over backwards for me to find my dream dress. She never got frustrated and at the end of the dresses we picked she knew that my dress was still out on the floor. The very last dress that i tried on was the best feeling ever. She made me feel like a true bride and made the experience something I will never forget!!! Would definitely recommend Tiffany's to anyone for their dream wedding dress!!!!!

I came to Tiffany's to look at dresses and I was super nervous. It was my first time trying on dresses! As soon as I met my consultant, Jennifer, I was instantly put to ease! She was super thorough and took the time to understand my vision. I ended up finding my dress and couldn't stop glowing with the thought of the dress I will wear. Jennifer was absolutely the best to work with! I never felt overwhelmed with options, and her personality put me at ease and made me feel like I was working with my best friend!

I can't say enough great things about this bridal shop. Jennifer, the bridal consultant, was a sweetheart and very professional. I did not feel at all like I was being pressured into a decision. She listened to what I was looking for in a dress and did a great job of selecting options that were well within my price range. I had a wonderful time with Jennifer E.! The customer service I felt was so different from other bridal stores I had been to. She was so easy to work with, worked with my budget and was very mindful of that, was very knowledgable about what worked and what didn't work with my body type while keeping in mind the style I was interested in. I went to Richmond from DC to dress shop with my best friends. Tiffany's was the 3rd and final shop we visited and it was the best out of those and DC shopping.
The initial appointment was effortless. The lady helping me clearly was a pro, so nice, patient and knowledgeable. Sher really listened to me and never rushed me. Staying late with me - turns out I lucked out and had the owner formy appt. The last dress I tried on was my dress but I needed it in two months. She jumped through hoops with the designer, kept me updated on progress as it was shipping.
Then she went out of her way to meet me at the seamstress with my dress to accommodate my travel from DC. She buckled my shoes for me, she took photos for my mom that couldn't be there, she offered earring options. I could go on forever.
Sharon and her staff are amazing, attentive, sweet and genuinely interested in making you feel beautiful and perfect.
I made 3 trips to Richmond from DC and every drive down 95 was worth it! She instilled trust from the first appt and delivered on it all the way through - carrying my dress to my car and sending me off with a hug!

I absolutely LOVED my time with Jennifer! She made my special day of wedding dress shopping with my Mom amazingly smooth and just an overall great time.
She was honest and open when it came to her thoughts on how the dresses looked and that was extremely appreciated instead of saying everything looked good.
Jennifer is professional, yet able to have to fun and by the end it felt as though we had known each other for years.
There are several boutiques in and closer to Virginia Beach, but I am blessed and stress-free knowing the service that I will get for the fitting(s) once my dress comes in!

I was just looking to just try on 2 dresses to satisfy my need that I made the right choice. Thank goodness I came in because the dresses here are stunning and nothing like I've ever seen. Tiffany's was the fourth bridal shop I visited in my search for my dress and I wish it had been my first. Jennifer was incredibly helpful, fun, and knowledgable, and was able to find the perfect dress for me. Not only this, but there is a great selection of styles, prices, and so on at the shop. I have to admit, I have NEVER written a review! But I have to give a shout out to am AMAZING consultant JEN! The day that I received my dress she went above and beyond to make sure that I found a dress. After going place to place I was discouraged but she was so helpful in so many ways and worked magic to make my dress come true. After that she has been to EVERY fitting to make sure that everything was going smoothly and also to make sure that it was everything that I wanted. I believe people are placed in our path for a reason in our lives and Jen was placed in my path to help make my day special. Even though it is three weeks away, I couldn't be happier for a person who is so understanding and goes above and beyond for me!! When you go to Tiffany's ask for her if you want to not only feel special but to be treated like a friend/queen and someone who actually cares!!!!

I said YES to the dress on Saturday!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Tiffany's this past weekend. I had previously been to one other boutique and left that appointment feeling disappointed that the dress shopping experience I'd always fantasized about was probably only ever going to be a fairy tale on a TLC reality show. However, I'm so happy to say that's actually not the case at all! Jennifer, my bridal consultant, was so personable and made sure that I had the dream experience. Also, girlfriend seriously knows her stuff! I originally had my heart set on the Bohemian feel of a simple lace Maggie Sottero, but I trusted Jennifer's judgement when she handed me a gorgeous David Tutera schiffli lace flare gown and I'm so glad I did! This dress felt out of my comfort zone, but when I stepped up to the mirrors and saw myself, my mom dissolving to tears behind me, I had that actual magic moment of instantly knowing that you found the most perfect dress! I can't say enough good things about Jennifer and Tiffany's Bridal... Now bring on October 14th!!!

My first experience trying on dresses at another well known salon left much to be desired. However, I came to Tiffany's for my second dress shopping attempt and found the one! Everyone was so nice to work with, especially my consultant Jennifer! She listened so well. She pulled dresses that were spot on what I asked for and some just for fun. I felt like I got the full bridal experience here. The selection was huge! I am so happy with my dress and can't wait to go back and put it on again. I will recommend Tiffany's to every bride from now on.

Tiffany's Bridal was the second store I visited on my wedding dress hunt! After visiting the store to try on dresses three times, on my fourth visit I was finally able to narrow my choices to one gown that I said yes to! The service was amazing, the quality of the dresses was by far the best I had encountered, they had plenty of choices within my budget, and even though I'm super indecisive, they allowed me to return and try on as many dresses as I felt I needed! If you are looking for an AWESOME consultant, that will literally help you into and out of every gown, tell you the honest truth, be your back up, make you laugh, and hug you when you cry from being overwhelmed or from happy tears of finally finding your gown, ask for Jennifer!
