Hillary was great. She was on time and very professional. She will come to your location. My dress looked absolutely gorgeous after she steamed my dress. It enhanced my dress even more. I would highly recommend Tie the Knot Bridal Boutique!

My experience at Tie the Knot was exceptional. I had never been to a bridal shop that was so personal and one on one. Their “method” of getting you matched with the perfect dress is amazing!! I went into the shop totally frustrated and thinking I had NO IDEA what kind of dress I wanted and walked out in shock feeling nothing short of STUNNING!! Jakulyne and Hillary were an absolute god send and I feel so lucky that I was able to obtain my dress there. For any future brides that are looking for a personal, one on one, flawless, and exceptional experience when dress shopping, Tie the Knot is the ONLY way to go!!

This company was one of the best experiences i had with planning my wedding. If there is anyone who has planned or is planning a wedding they know first hand the stress behind it...but i tell you this company really will make your experience great. Thank you so much for helping me in planning my wedding. I will never forget the professionalism and attentiveness you gave to me.
And i will use this platform to also bash efavormart. Please do not purchase a grain of rice from this company. They take advantage of vulnerable brides. They bring down their prices only to scam you!!! This company needs to be ashamed but thanks to websites as weddingwire we can be aware of these frauds!!!

Hilary is truly magical :) This was the first and only location I visited and bought my dress on the spot. The consultation was wonderful. Everything ran smoothly and on time. I also customized a veil through Hilary/team and was unable to pick it up during store hours due to my travels. One of the staff members drove my veil to the alterations shop (which Hilary connected me to) and dropped off my veil to be picked up together the next day. SO AMAZING!

I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Tie the Knot. Jakye and Hillary were so wonderful to work with and helped me pick out the dress of my dreams. Although it was nothing like what I had in mind, this dress was beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I would recommend this place for any and all brides!

Hilary and her staff ARE AMAZING. Like, AMAZING. I remember walking into one of her pop up events and telling one of her stylists that I wanted to only try on 6 dresses today and gave her my tastes preferences. The stylist was so good at understanding what I liked and disliked that I picked my wedding dress within 30 minutes! I know my experience doesn't happen for everyone, but I loved how much care from the moment I bought my dress all the way to when I came in to have my fittings that Hilary and her staff showed me. I was treated like an old friend and the experience was smooth and easy. She has a lot of wonderful hidden designers next to celebrated wedding dress designers so there was a lot of choices to fit within my budget. I found such an amazing wedding dress from a designer only she carries, and now I have a one-of-a-kind dress just for me. If you are having problems trying to find a wedding dress - just call Hilary or one of her girls and they will DEFINITELY help you out!

Hilary & Jackie were the best! I went to numerous dress stores and found they were the most helpful and kind. They are so friendly and welcoming, they are professional and fun to work with. They both did such a great job helping me find my wedding dress and also had a great alterations person for me to use (Sherri). I would highly recommend them to other brides. You will not be disappointed with Tie the Knot! Thanks for all the help!

I don't even know where to begin! I went to a few different dress shops before I went to Tie The Knot and none of them compare to tie the knot. Hillary is who I had my appointment with and I could not have asked for a better, kind, sweet, and funny women. She asks you a few questions to get to know you and your style (which is different from most deess shops and not overwhelming) and budget that you'd like to stay in, from there they pick out dress for you based on the info. I have to say she was dead on with all of the dresses she had picked for me, all of them were beautiful and she made sure not to bring you anything over your budget. Ironically I ended up picking the first one I tried on. Hillary and Jackye were both so accommodating towards scheduling appointments especially with a busy schedule like I have and always willing to go the extra mile for anything you may need. I don't think I could ever say enough good things about them or thank them enough for there great service and for helping me find the perfect dress. Hilary and the Tie the Knot Bridal team is amazing! They were always quick to respond, proactive, and so lovely to work with. Hilary took a genuine interest in me and my style, before even bringing any bridal gowns out. Hilary at Tie the Knot in Naples was wonderful! I found my dream dress, a gorgeous Lazaro off the rack, that looked almost identical to a dress I had seen years ago. It was absolutely perfect. From the initial visit to shipping my newly cleaned dress to Alaska (that's right!), she did a wonderful job! She's fun, easy to work with, and truly wanted to find MY dress.

I am an out of state bride (I live in Kansas City but my wedding was in Florida) and I had tried on dresses at every single shop in KC and still hadn't found the dress for me before I went to Florida for my site visit. I had tried on every style, every fabric, even dresses I thought would be perfect for me (and I know what I like) were so different and wrong once I tried them on. I thought I was a lost cause, then Tie the Knot was recommended to me. So I called the week before I was supposed to be in FL and after talking to Hilary for 5 minutes I knew I had to go to her shop. Once I got there it was the best experience and I would recommend any bride, in any state, to go to Tie the Knot! When we arrived for our appointment, Hillary was nothing but amazing and definitely knew her way around dresses and she did a great job getting to know me and the type of wedding I was having, and picked out beautiful dresses that matched my body type. She is seriously great and she really listened and made it such a fun and easy experience. But the best part was that I didn't have to try on 20 dresses that day. Hilary found my perfect dress after I only tried on 4. I purchased my dress that day and I came back to Florida 3 months later for my first and only fitting. The dress looked gorgeous, and only needed slight alterations. Sherri, the woman who does the alterations, even fixed a slight flaw in the design of the dress and when I came back in May for my wedding it fit perfect. Hilary and Jackie and the rest of the Tie The Knot staff were so kind and accommodating with my schedule and worked with me to make sure I got back in exactly the day and time I needed to and I can't say enough great things about this shop and its people. I love my dress and so did my groom and I'm probably going be wearing it on my anniversary (at least put it on for a few minutes) like Hilary says she does with hers every year. ;) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks Hilary and everyone at Tie the Knot!

Everyone at Tie the Knot was extremely friendly and very knowledgable! They work really hard to customize the experience for their brides, and go above and beyond to find the perfect dress! The whole process was seamless and and exciting, just the way it should be!!

We looked all over Kansas City and my daughter tried on many wedding gowns. She couldn't find anything she liked much less loved. We got a lead for Tie the Knot Bridal and called them in Naples. Hilary guaranteed us that if we made the trip to Naples, our daughter would find the perfect wedding gown. We went and the fifth dress was "the one". Great customer service!

Wonderful to work with. From the minute that you walk in, you feel taken care of. After an interview, Hilary starts bringing in dresses to try on that she feels would work with your body frame. You don't ever have to feel bad about your body type because they can make any body look beautiful. I had such a nice time working with them even after the alteration "almost nightmare" after losing 40 pounds after getting measured. It all worked out great and the dress was just beautiful. We also got the bridesmaid dresses there and everything was made easy even for the out of town girls. I would recommend them without reservation for any wedding gown. Just elegant dresses.

I had always heard that brides on their search for a gown always ended up at Tie the Knot and that was where they found their dream dress but, they had searched other places prior with no luck. So I decided to go there first and boy am I glad I did. The ladies there were absolutely wonderful and Hillary was a dream! She dedicated all of her attention to helping me find what best suited me. It is funny because I had in my head that I definitely wanted a lace dress and after several questions she had asked me about my personality without me telling her I was thinking a lace dress she had brought out every lace dress she thought fit my personality. It was as if she was telepathic. However she insisted I try on another dress completely opposite to what I had been looking at to be sure of what I didn't like. She brought out this dress that I immediately said no to but, tried on as a "no thank you" gesture but, as soon as I tried it on I was in love! It was a mix of everything I loved! Fun, flirty and southern! SOLD! So little did I know Hillary knew more about what I wanted than I did! So ladies save yourself a trip and just start at Tie the Knot!

Hilary and her staff were so helpful with our dresses! My wedding dress was amazing and they all took wonderful care of all 8 of my bridesmaids with their dresses! It is hard to find a dress that looks good on 8 girls of different sizes, shapes and ages, but we made it happen! Each one looked beautiful and were complimented very well by the same dress! I had heard stories of brides that got swept up with wedding dress shopping and bought a dress that they didn’t absolutely love and then ended up buying a second dress. It never occurred that it could happen to me… But it did. Like a fool, I got swept up in the moment of trying on dresses and bought one that I didn’t absolutely love. I was so mad at myself (all the money I had wasted was like a bitter pill).

I called and spoke the owner, Hillary, and from those very first moments explaining my predicament I knew I was in good hands. She immediately put me at ease, said this type of thing can happen to any bride and that she was there to help. At my first appointment, we sat down and discussed my sense of style (I am a die-hard preppy and as we were having a Lilly Pulitzer themed wedding, I wanted something classic and timeless). The very first dress she pulled and I tried on was perfect! The classic lines of the dress and beautiful organza were exactly what I had imagined on my wedding day.

The dress needed a few alterations which is when I met Sherry. She is the salon’s expert seamstress and designer gowns with intricate lace, ruffles and pleats are no stranger to her. During my appointment we worked together to add a little flair, a sweetheart neckline and French bustle. Her prices were very reasonable. When I walked in for my final fitting, I shrieked with joy! The dress was absolutely gorgeous! I wish I had gone to Tie the Knot to begin with. Hillary has such knowledge of matching the bride with the right dress by taking into account your own style, type of wedding and venue. And once you have chosen your dream gown, Sherry will be there to help with alterations.

We went to Tie the Knot after a disappointing visit to David's Bridal. The exeriences couldn't have been more different. Hillary was very understanding about our budget and didn't bring out anything we couldn't afford. She also listened very closely to my comments and adjusted her selections accordingly. I didn't expect to find The Dress that afternoon, but she nailed it. I was able to get my fitting done a couple days before the wedding with no problems (we came from out of state). The dress looked absolutely amazing. I couldn't be happier with it.

I purchased my wedding dress from Tie the Knot Bridal Couture & from the beginning they went above & beyond to make my dress buying experience stress-free. I live in Tampa and had already been to all of our local boutiques when I found Tie the Knot on the Watters website.

On a whim, I called to ask if they had the Watters ‘Palm Springs;’ they did not, but took my information and the next day they called to say that they had made arrangements to have the dress shipped to them! I made the trip to Naples that weekend – I was a bit apprehensive to go alone, but I was only going to try on the one dress, so could not justify forcing anyone else to make the 6 hour trek with me. Hillary made me comfortable immediately and I ended up purchasing the Watters Palm Springs that day.

I was a bit nervous about purchasing my dress 3 hours from home but Jakye kept me updated on the arrival of my dress and accessories & kept my appointments to a minimum. Their seamstress, Sherry, did an amazing job on my dress and created me a veil that matched my blush Palm Springs perfectly!

I highly recommend Tie the Knot – all and all I could not imagine a better buying experience!

Hillary and her staff were such a pleasure to work with. I went in by myself, initially drawn to one style of wedding dresses that I found in the magazines. Hillary asked a lot of questions about the venue, the wedding style, and my overall personality and made some wonderful recommendations that I wasn't sure about at first, but I learned - you always trust the professional. I bought the 3rd dress I tried on a year before the wedding and basically loved it more every time I went back for a fitting. The seamstress was also great to work and one of the staff even came out to the wedding to help dress me and teach my maid of honor and bridesmaids how to correctly bustle the gown. I loved my dress so much, I would quite honestly wear my dress again every day of my life, if I could get away with it :) The service overall was fantastic.

All the ladies at Tie the Knot are wonderful, especially Jackye! I was so nervous to go gown shopping and went by myself to Tie the Knot and had an appointment with Jackye. She calmed me down within minutes of meeting her! She is so fashionable and knowledgeable. I kept going back and forth between 2 dresses and she asked me 1 question that helped me decide "Are you more Ann Taylor or Anthropologie?" and that was that.

After I decided which dress, she helped me with how my hair should be, jewelry, shoes, etc. I left there feeling so relieved and happy that I had gotten such a great person to help me choose my wedding attire!

I highly recommend Tie the Knot and especially Jackye! Thank you for making it such an easy and wonderful experience!

The staff was very helpful and sincere. The owner is vet hands on and a great imagination and helps visualize from head to toe! Never felt any pressure with purchasing top of the line dresses. Priced right and quality from head to toe! The owner even let me borrow a head piece for "something borrowed" ensemble! We highly recommend this business!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!! They have such a unique way to find your perfect dress, by far the best experience I had! The staff are all so wonderful and personable! Hillary and Maria are professionals at what they do! I went to several shops and the attention and high level of service that you receive at Tie the knot bridal far surpasses any other local boutique.

They can work with any dress budget and will help you find EXACTLY what you are looking for.

They girls are wonderful and their dresses are spectacular. Also their seamstress is very talented as well.

While I did not buy my gown at Tie the Knot Bridal, I cannot say enough about their customer service. I live in Washington, DC, and had to carry my gown on an airplane to Ft. Myers (by stuffing it in the overhead compartment). Despite several last minute, somewhat desperate, searches for a place that would steam my crumpled gown in time for my wedding, I found Jackie, at Tie the Knot Bridal. Whew - what a relief! She accommodated my last minute request and had my gown ready within 24 hours, and it looked PERFECT. Other dry-cleaning places offered to steam my gown for $250.00, with several days notice, but Jackie handled it promptly for a fraction of that price. She is awesome - so friendly and courteous. If I ever was to buy a wedding gown again -- hopefully not though :) -- it would be from Tie the Knot Bridal, based on the amazing customer service alone (and, well, the beautiful salon and gowns displayed too). THANK YOU Jackie for making my dress look gorgeous, and for putting me at ease!

I cannot say enough how much I love Tie The Knot, and how much I LOOOOVVVEEEE my wedding dress and veil!!!!!!! I want to wear it forever!!!

They were the first and only Bridal place I went to! And my dress was the 3rd dress I tried on! Everyone there was so amazing to work with! I could call anytime I needed to and talk to any of the staff members, and they were ALWAYS welcoming and so nice to me!

Words can not express how thankful I am for the beautiful pieces and customer service I received while working with all the lovely ladies at Tie The Knot! Each of them are so talented and very creative in their own way. Hilary was such a joy to work with as she always has an up-beat and positive personality. Hillary the owner of Tie the Knot is amazing! When starting out searching for wedding dresses I ended in tears after every shop we went it to, until my mother and I found Tie the Knot. I had a Lazaro sheath dress in mind when I went into the store. Hilary sat my mother and I down and did an interview with us which was so fun and unique to get a feel for my style/personality. Then took us into a cozy fitting room where she gave me a slip to wear (as opposed to every other store I went to where I was in my panties feeling umncomfortable with a stranger!). Then she brought in about three dresses based upon her analysis of ME and....one of them was the Lazaro dress I went there to see!

Amazing! The whole experience, so personal. I ended up with a dress I never would have imagined me in, but Hilary found the true me!

Tie the Knot Bridal was amazing. The ladies were so helpful and sweet. It was taking me forever to find a dress I loved when I went into Tie the Knot. I tried on several dresses that I liked but none that were "the one" The girls told me that there was a trunk show coming into town the next week and I should come in to check out the dresses. At that point I was getting tired and discouraged. The weekend of the trunk show came and I was too busy to come in, the girls told me that they knew what I was looking for and instead of coming in they'd check out the dresses when they arrived and let me know if there was one they thought I'd like. They called and told me to stop in quick to look at two dresses, I did and low and behold "the one" was there!!! I ended up with a beautiful Pattis tulle ballgown that was exactly what I'd been looking for. I was so happy that the girls at the shop put in so much effort to find me what I wanted. In addition their tailor, Sherry, was also amazing. She created a really unique and fun bustle and altered the dress to add little details that were important to me. The dress turned out ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! I'd recommend Tie the Knot to anyone.

I have nothing but good things to say about Tie the Knot. Jackye sat down with me for 10 minutes and talked about my style, and the second dress she pulled for me (NOT what I would have picked off the rack) ended up being the one. She really knows what looks best on each body type, but was still patient with me wanting to try on other styles. The dress was only slightly more expensive than if I had purchased it online, and the service is 100% worth it.

I was in FL for the weekend visiting my fiancés family. We were newly engaged and I wanted to experience dress shopping with is mother and to have her help me pick out my dress. I was interested in a Lazaro gown. I found Tie the Knot on the Lazaro website store locator. I called the shop and spoke with the owner and indeed they had the dress I was looking for. I booked the appointment for the weekend we were visiting FL. The owner knew I was from out of state and was incredible helpful and accommodating.

We arrived for our appointment and the owner took me for a consultation. She spent time talking to me and asking me questions about the wedding venue, my style, my body type and my preferences. She used the information to help her decide what gowns I should try. She pulled about 6-8 gowns including the Lazaro I liked. She took her time having me try on the gowns and let me show my mother in law only if I liked the dress. She spent about 2 hours with me and would have gone longer had my mother in law not pooped out! We had a lot of fun and I can tell that she really wanted me to find a dress I LOVED! She was not going to pressure me into buying a gown. She even pulled some samples that I might like to buy as is for some savings.

I ended up changing my mind on the gown I liked and purchased locally since she didnt carry the gown I wanted. Honestly, I wanted to give her the sale, she worked so hard. I highly recommend Tie the Knot. The shop also sells higher end gowns which I think are hard to come by in the area. If you are in the area or a reasonable drive, please visit this shop. You will receive great customer service from a shop owner who loves what she does for a living.

After going to to a "chain" bridal store and being frustrated we decided to visit Tie the Knot. My daughter's friend had recommended this bridal boutique. They know how to make you feel special. Jakye asked my daughter about her style and budget and brought out 3 dresses for her to try. We liked the first one, the second one was even better and the third one was PERFECT! It happened that fast. Jakye and Hilary were very warm and made you feel special. The veil and headpiece were also gorgeous. Drinda did a wonderful job altering the gown. We ordered a petite size in hopes of not having to hem the dress. It worked for my 5'4" daughter who only had to wear a low heal and was then able to dance comfortably all night. Jakye, Hilary and Drinda, thank you for making my daughter's vision come true. She was so happy and my daughter really "wore" that dress. It was the perfect match for her personality!
Moms..... my advice is to let the bride pick the dress... she will amaze you as she is wearing the dress she feels the most beautiful in. It's magical to see your daughter becomes a wife. :)))))

Hilary and staff at Tie the Knot are wonderful! Tie the Knot was the first & last store I went to, to look for a wedding dress and I’m a very picky shopper! From the time my mom and I stepped into the store we had one on one 5 star treatment. Hilary was able to find a style of dress that worked with my body type, my day to day personal style & my venue. I was an out of town bride and the staff were quick to respond to my emails and even arranged for me to head straight to the seamstresses’ (Sherry) house for my final fitting when I arrived in Naples. Sherry also did a great job because I only needed the one fitting and my dress fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend Tie the Knot to any bride to be looking for their dream dress!!!

Tie the Knot is a small shop but has a nice selection of dresses seen in popular magazines. We had quite a few problems with the dress selected as changes were both promised and paid for. Unfortunately, the changes were not as requested and it was quite troubling to deal with, especially since the shop is located about 40 miles away. However, the shop and HIlary really came through, providing first extra seamstress time at the shop and then additional time from their second seamstress at our home and at the last minute - all at no charge to us. It was nail-biting but the final alterations done by the second seamstress were nothing short of miraculous! A gift of a beautiful organic silk and ostrich feather hairpiece from Hilary was also very much appreciated! I know they felt badly that the dress did not initially meet expectations and came in later than promised. While it was extremely stressful in those final days (something that no bride or MOB needs), the dress was beautiful and perfect and everything the bride had hoped for!

Loved my dress! Hilary is wonderful-however she is only there for the first appointment and then you deal with the not so personable seamstress Sheri. Although Sheri wasn't the most friendly person I had ever met she knew how to sew and made beautiful sleeves and back for my dress. Every single person commented on how beautiful my dress was- old and young -female AND male. :)

We used the seamstress at Tie the Knot Bridal to do the wedding dress fitting. The dress was an expensive dress, and required some care with the alterations (the ribcage had to be taken out, the waist had to be taken in, and the lace bodice had a bit of tearing). The seamstress was quick, but also willing to steam and store the dress until we needed it. I was a little disappointed that she did not realize herself that the dress needed to be taken in at the waist -- it was heavy and was sagging a good bit. Her solution was to add padded cups to the top, which did not solve the problem. But if you are savvy about explaining how you want it fitted, this seamstress does a great service for a very very reasonable price.

I adored my dress by Watters from Tie the Knot Bridal. Hillary is a pleasure to work with and really knows how to dress each body type to make it look the best possible, all while getting what you want.
I was disappointed after I purchased my dress and went online and realized I was overcharged quite a bit. The price I was charged was over suggested retail value from Watters. I also had to purchase a special bra to put in the dress that was about $300 and then my alterations were about $500.
Overall, I would recommend Tie the Knot to brides, just do your research before you purchase the dress and make sure you are getting the best value!

My Brides' Maids dresses were ordered from here and they did a great job. Waters & Waters was the company but the women at TIE the KNot were very helpful, responsive and we ordered them only 3 months in advanced!!

Very unprofessional team here. I spoke with them twice on phone about getting an estimate to have my dress altered but on neither occasion did not tell me until I was in the dressing room that there was a $25 admin fee to have the dress altered there (plus $475 in alterations) and when I chose not to have dress worked on here they still cashed the $25 check. There was never any contract signed for me to be obligated to pay $25.

We had a horrendous experience during our appointment this morning. I arrived with my mother and cousin to try on dresses and we were very excited as the reviews we read were wonderful. The stylist instantly showed very minimal interest in trying to find something the bride loved. She was clearly aggravated after a few dresses were tried on and it showed to all of us. My cousin stepped out of the salon as I was trying a dress on and I wanted to wait to show her because although I didn't love the fabric I absolutely loved the style. The stylist replied sharply "is there even a point in showing her if you don't love it?" Wow. My cousin then pointed out a dress she thought I would like and the stylist claimed I had already tried it on but with different sleeves. I saw it on my way out and it was something I would have been very interested in (and had not tried on) but at that point I felt very defeated and just wanted to leave. It was very clear that was exactly what the stylist wanted as well. She also made a rude comment about my figure when I voiced a concern about how a dress fit. She did not ask if I wanted to try anything on again or if I wanted to look around the store to see if anything caught my eye. All of this within thirty minutes. She sat right down at her desk and barely bothered to look up at us when we left. Her cell phone was also going off during the entire visit and she made no effort to silence it. I've never been treated so poorly, especially during such an exciting time in life. I would hope this review steers any and all brides away. It was truly an upsetting, horrible experience.
