I originally had an appointment set for a Tuesday, but Mother Nature had other plans and decided to dump a historic amount of snow on the entire state, but we ended up easily rescheduling for the next day, giving more time for the roads to clear up. This was the first and only store I went to, so I didn’t know what to expect. I went in with somewhat of an idea of what I liked, but wasn’t sure what I would like on myself. Sydney helped me pick out a variety of dresses to help narrow down what kind of silhouette I like on myself and would ask what I liked and did not like about each dress I tried on. If I pulled a dress that was over my budget she would let me know and would check if I still wanted to try it on or not, which I greatly appreciated. My budget was $3,000 to $3,500 and I didn’t have a problem finding plenty of dresses within my budget. She ended up picking out a dress that I wasn’t too sure of at first glance, but it ended up being the one and it even came in under my budget, even with the preservation package added on. Also, the natural lighting in the store from the windows lining the wall is amazing. I would definitely recommend this store to any other brides to be.

hitney was AMAZING!! I had 2 appointments with her! The whole experience at TTK was a dream! We went to 2 other places in town and they didn’t even compare. The vibe when you walk in makes you immediately feel like the most special girl. They give you champagne. You have your own try on stage and they help

I looked at their dress selection online before my appointment and didn’t think I was going to find what I was looking for at Tie the Knot. I went in with a very specific vision in mind that no local bridal store had been able to accommodate thus far. The second we walked in the door, we were greeted happily and warmly by staff, offered champagne, and I even saw several dresses on mannequins that matched the style I had been trying so hard to find. Turns out, a whole new huge shipment had come in and they hadn’t updated the website yet. I was thrilled and nearly brought to tears before trying anything on. My consultant was Whitney and she was an absolute rockstar. The best I’d worked with in the 7 (!!!) stores I’d been to. She listened, supported, encouraged, and offered solutions/options to customize dresses. She even was in a text conversation with a designer over the possibility of customizing my dress to what I wanted. I ultimately said yes here, and would recommend it to any bride and their crew.

I would recommend every single person to at least schedule an appointment with TTK. I had found a dress I loved but was not ready to say “yes” to until I tried at least one other place I had an appointment with that same day. I found a dress I loved more at the second place, however because I loved the service and my overall experience with TTK more, I reached back out (via text, which was so simple) and provided pictures to see if they had something similar I could try. They got me back in that same day with 3 more dresses to try on and I ended up falling in love and saying yes to the second one I tried on. The consultant who helped me that day went over and above any expectation I had and made saying yes so simple.

I had such a great experience with Tie the Knot! I went into my dress appointment feeling uneasy – I wasn’t very sure what style of dress I was looking for or even what would look best on my body. Bekah was incredibly kind and patient as we worked through a few different styles. After finally settling on what I thought was “my dress” she really sealed the deal by going above and beyond. The sample dress was a different color than I was looking for. Bekah found an extra piece of fabric in the color I was looking for so I could actually see what MY dress would look like! Tie the Knot also offered so many great extra services like holding my dress until I was ready to take it in for alterations as well as offering a package to get my dress cleaned and preserved after my wedding day. I would highly recommend Tie the Knot to any bride looking for their perfect dress!

I worked with Ashley who has 9 years of experience working with brides, and it was very, very clear she knew what she was doing and she loved doing it. Hands down the best bridal service of all the stores I have ever been to. My bridal consultant was so down to earth, professional, had great knowledge of the dresses and designers, was so pleasant and easy to talk to, valued my opinions and worked off of my likes and dislikes and payed attention to the fine details, she was fast and incredibly efficient at pinning the dresses behind me so I could really get a feel for how the dress would fall on my body. The lighting was spot on, my dressing room was perfect, myself and my guests never had to move.. only had to open the curtains. Nobody was pushy for a sale, but they all knew how to really sell a product very genuinely. The organization of the dresses on the racks was by far the most organized I had seen and was very helpful. My overall experience with my 2 guests was absolutely perfect…. It was everything a girl could imagine of having that very special and personal moment when you find ‘the’ dress, and say ‘yes’ to the dress! I worked with Whitney and she was amazing ! I came In with a vision in my head and after trying on the dress I thought I would love it looked HORRIBLE on me. She did a fantastic job of going back out on the floor grabbing different styles and eventually finding me my dream dress. The quality of their dresses are superior to every other bridal boutique. Absolutely amazing
I call Tie The Knot alittle last minute to see if they had any appointments for Saturday and there was actually one left! We immediately felt welcomed as we walked in and were introduced to Bekah. She made the whole experience so comfortable and smooth. As we tried on dresses she was so nice and listened when I was going through what I liked and didn't like about certain dresses. With that she went out to grab a few more dresses and ended up bringing in the dress I fell in LOVE with! Another great thing that I'd say about this store is the price and quality of dresses, I went in and gave Bekah my price range and we stuck around it! Such an amazing experience and I loved every second of it!

The best experience!
I had an appointment at a different bridal shop before my appointment here and let me tell you… my experience was night and day different! Tie The Knot has a great selection of dresses and tons of bridesmaid dresses. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and accommodating. My consultant Macy was phenomenal. She made me and my guests feel so comfortable, and she really took my opinions/preferences into account and helped me find the perfect dress. Go to Tie The Knot!!! You won’t regret it!!!

The perfect dress!
Jessica helped me find THE one! I found it during my second appointment. She had me try on material that I didn’t think I’d like and that’s what I fell in love with. She was so easy to communicate with and reassured me when I needed it! The quality of the dress are all amazing and you can tell the difference from other bridal shops. I 100% recommend this place!

Awesome Service!
I loved my experience with Tie the Knot Bridal Boutique! I tried two other bridal stores and just did not get comparable service… I struggle to make tough decisions sometimes and finding my wedding dress was no exception. Due to it being the most photographed day/outfit of your life and people telling you you’re supposed to cry when you put the perfect dress on only added pressure. I did not cry but I’m also not an emotional person, So my experience was very different. I needed to return to Tie The Knot three times to try on all the possible dresses I could. I was so unsure about what I wanted to wear for one of the most important days of my life and Whitney was so unbelievably patient with me and never made me feel like I was a burden. She asked me probing open ended questions about how I felt in dresses I was struggling with deciding between but never pressured me one way or the other. I would absolutely go back to purchase a wedding gown, although I sincerely hope I never have to!

Simply Amazing!
From the moment I walked into the bridal shop I had a feeling this could be the place i could finally find my dress. After going to three previous bridal shops & no success in finding a dress, subpar customer service, and overall not the best experiences I’m so happy I made the choice to come to tie the knot. Whitney was my stylist who was more than helpful, answered all of my questions, made me feel extremely comfortable, and was overall the BEST to work with. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family who would ever need a wedding dress! I can’t say thank you enough to making this experience so great. I can’t wait to get my dress & feel my best come the wedding day!

Beautiful dress and great experience
Absolutely love my gown and I am so excited to wear it on our big day! I worked with Ashley and she made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on even if it wasn’t my favorite. My dress is the perfect mix of unique and classic. Ashley found my dress in the back room specifically because she knew it would check all my boxes. My dress is through a private label that is only sold by certain stores; it is not sold online and cannot be found on Pinterest. I am so happy I went to Tie the Knot to find my perfect gown!

Great Visit
After a not so great experience at a different shop, Tess was able to provide me with an excellent bridal experience! Tess was very personable and knowledgeable, and she made me feel heard when talking about what I was looking for. Everyone at TTK was so friendly! Tess was super helpful with finding dresses - she actively listened to what I liked and disliked about dresses as I tried them on, and used that to steer me towards dresses that helped check all my boxes. I have since returned with a friend who is looking for her own wedding dress and she worked with Ashley, who just like Tess, was able to point us towards dresses that had all that she wanted, and nothing that she didn't!
In addition to the excellent service and wonderful team, the dress selection is awesome! They have a wide variety of styles, designers, and sizes to view and try on - they have something for everyone (yes, even princesses).
I've been to a handful of other businesses for wedding dress shopping and Tie the Knot has the widest selection, demonstrated the utmost care, and has provided the best experience overall! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

My experience at Tie the Knot was amazing from the time I stepped in the door! Whitney helped me find stunning dresses within my price range, made me feel comfortable, pushed me to try on a different style (which I ended up with), and truly made my experience. My name on a welcome sign, the complimentary bottle of wine, and cute atmosphere where all appreciated touches to the day. Such a inviting environment, where I did not feel overwhelmed and the staff did not seem pushy. I’m felt very welcomed. I loved how the area where I tried on dresses was more private compared to other bridal stores.

Bekah was SO WONDERFUL helping me find my dress. I had picked out so many to try on, but ultimately she was the one that picked out my dress - on the hanger I wasn’t sure about it, but I trusted her judgement and was SO glad I did. She truly knew what I was looking for and made me feel so comfortable. I wouldn’t have wanted anybody else to help me say yes to the dress!

Tie the Knot is amazing! So many different styles of dresses with so many options! The boutique is very clean and organized. Whitney is amazing to work with and made the process so smooth. When I was there, there were 2 large discount rack and then 2 full walls of made to order dresses. I 100% recommended Tie the Knot and 1000% recommended Whitney as your stylist!

11/10, Outstanding Customer Service and Value!
I could not wait another MINUTE to write and tell you about the amazing experience I had at your boutique this past weekend. While I did find the most perfect dress, I could not have done any of it without Whitney! She was incredibly knowledgeable rattling off price pints and different color names as well as personable! I could not believe how well she kept my entourage engaged, calling everyone by name. She was also not at all pushy, and even suggested I come for a follow up appointment the next day to try on my top contender again. When I came back the next day, she knew my guest by name even though she wasn’t at my previous appointment. I was again shocked by her professionalism yet friendly, happy go lucky nature and I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant to help me navigate dress shopping. 11/10 experience!

Everything about my experience at Tie the Knot was nothing short of amazing! My bridal consultant, Mackenzie, was very sweet, personable and extremely helpful. The first two dresses that I tried on were the two that my decision came down to. I had some concerns about one of them being a little too revealing for me, but Mackenzie came up with some great ways to alter it so that I would be comfortable and confident in it on my wedding day. I'm so happy with the one I chose! I had one other appointment at a different boutique shortly after and quickly realized that the quality of dresses and the professionalism and kindness of the staff at Tie the Knot was beyond compare. I'm so glad I made an appointment here and would absolutely recommend Tie the Knot to any future brides looking to find their perfect dress.

Mackenzie was Amazing!
Mackenzie was amazing! The sample size of the dress I ended up choosing was twice my actual size which made me question how it looked on me. To help me envision the dress I loved, she pulled multiple dresses in my size all with similar components of that dress. It really helped me feel comfortable choosing a dress with detailing and a shape I loved but struggled to see through the excess fabric from the sample.

The best experience we could have asked for!!
Whitney was such an amazing person to work with! She listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect dress! She emailed me prior to my appointment to ask what I was looking for! She had dresses pulled and ready to go for us when I got there!

Great service
After going to another bridal store I was discouraged but going to tie the knot was phenomenal. My consultant Tess was amazing! She helped me pick out a variety of gorgeous dresses and even chose the one I decided to pick when I wasn't even going to try it on!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tess and tie the knot!

I said “yes”!
My dress selection experience with Tie the Knot was exceptional in every way. The day before my appointment my consultant, Whitney, called to confirm my appointment and discuss what I might be looking for in a wedding dress. She also asked me to email her some pictures of dresses from their website I would be interested in trying so she could have them ready when I arrived. Whitney was incredible to work with. She was so personable and made the whole process seamless. I could not be more happy about finding my perfect dress!

I love my wedding dress from Tie the Knot!!
Their dresses are top of the line quality for and are pretty reasonably priced! This was the first place that I went to try on dresses and after trying several other places, I ended up going back and purchasing my wedding dress from Tie The Knot! Their dresses are so beautiful and do not compare to any other dresses that I tried on, very high quality material and so comfortable!

Bridal dress appointment
I went to 4 other bridal shops looking for a perfect dress before coming to Tie The Knot. Once I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces by all the girls. Mackenzie was my stylist and she did AMAZING! Answered all of my questions, gave me tips, and most importantly found a dress that I absolutely fell in love with and could see myself walking down the aisle in! I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to all my future brides to be! 10/10!!!!

Beautiful place and loved the intimate beautiful areas each bride gets to try dresses on in. So many beautiful dresses I had so many favorites. The help was so kind and wonderful and helpful!
