From the very beginning, she made the effort to truly understand what we wanted, taking the time to learn about our Indian culture, the significance of our events, and every little detail that mattered to us. It felt like she genuinely cared about making our wedding as special as we had envisioned.
Dana has an incredible eye for detail and an organized approach that made everything feel seamless. She didn’t just focus on the logistics—she brought creativity and thoughtfulness to every aspect of the planning. Whether it was working with our vendors or making sure every timeline was perfectly coordinated, she handled it all with ease and professionalism.

Thyme and Details-Amazing!
Dana and her team were worth their weight in gold. As the MOB I did not worry about anything. I truly enjoyed the entire day and the bride was happy and relaxed all day. The FOB was very impressed. Our biggest suggestion we offer to our family and friends is to hire a wedding coordinator and we have highly recommended Thyme and Details. -

Dana and her team went above and beyond to ensure planning my out of state wedding was exactly what I envisioned! From the start of our planning period, up until the day of - Thyme & Detail made me feel loved and had the day running like well oiled machine. If any day-of issues would arise, this team was ON IT! Dana also offered multiple centerpiece rentals and had insight to other vendors that help bring my vision to life. There are no words to describe how much we enjoyed working with Dana for our wedding. She made our wedding planning experience the most fun, enjoyable and stress-free adventure.
From our first introductory call, we could tell that Dana is an extremely capable individual who can understand wedding visions and make them happen. And she definitely delivered. She was present throughout the wedding process assisting with vendor booking, reviewing contracts, sitting in vendor meetings and discussing details of the wedding design. She would always give her advice in a professional way and explain all options to us.
Closer to the wedding, she took care of all the details and was always a step ahead preventing issues and fixing problems before they even arose. And finally, on the wedding day, Dana and her team made our wedding dream come alive! The whole day was perfect, everything ran smoothly and the wedding design was exactly what we wanted!
Above all else, Dana is an honest, intelligent, kind, creative and hard-working professional who strives for perfection and pays attention to every single detail. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner!!! We highly recommend her!!!

This review is long overdue! My husband and I hired Dana as our day of coordinator for our 10/22/22 wedding, and looking back it was the absolute best decision I made while wedding planning!! From our first phone call I could tell how passionate Dana was about her job & learning more about my vision as a bride. Throughout the entire process Dana understood what I wanted and never made me feel like I needed to change my vision, which I loved! She was kind to offer advice when needed. Dana’s attention to detail and thorough questions helped me feel confident in her being in charge of my wedding day. Dana and her husband were quick to find solutions to problems the day of, and our wedding day ran so smoothly because of their hard work. 10/10 would hire Dana again!!
Dana was absolutely wonderful to work with. We planned our wedding from out of state and she made the process so seamless and thought of every detail we would not have even known to bring up! She brought us the most wonderful vendors and helped guide us through each decision over many months. She even repaired my bustle after someone stepped on my dress and broke it during cocktail hour! Beyond her expertise and guidance we truly valued Dana for her kindness, she immediately put us at ease and her warm energy was evident throughout our planning and especially on the day of our reception. Would HIGHLY recommend Thyme & Details to anyone planning a wedding!

The only two words you need to read are HIRE DANA. Thyme and Details was the picture of professionalism from the first consultation call to the follow up discussion following our special day. Dana made everything so easy! We planned our 200 guest wedding in Ohio from Maryland and it was not the easiest task. (Especially since we had never planned a wedding and being 6 hours away did not help.) Dana immediately put our minds at ease and made the process actually FUN instead of just anxiety inducing. We hired her for the month of services and it was absolutely everything we needed for it all to come together on the day. Of course, we had hiccups come up the day of but I never heard a peep because Dana was putting out fires before we could even stress. She is truly everything you could want in a coordinator. We could not recommend her more!! -

The most amazing and perfect day!
I got married on 10.21.2022 at the Franklin Park Conservatory and hired Dana as my Day of coordinator over 2 years ago. We immediately clicked both having a love for Peru and both getting married in the Palm House. Honestly Dana made my entire wedding day flawless, we had meetings and she was so organized. She knew the venue well, and she set up our decor for us and knew my vision exactly. She is kind and very thoughtful and pays attention to details. I could not have made it through the day without her. She went to our walk through at FPC and gave great suggestions! she also texted me and emailed me to remind me of things I might need or want to consider. Dana is amazing and she is worth every penny and then some. if you have not hired dana as your wedding planner or coordinator you absolutely should do it. If you have any hesitancy on getting a day of coordinator do it, and let it be Dana!

I kept putting off writing this review because there are not words to describe how amazing Dana and her team are. I only hired a day-of coordinator because my venue required it ... but thank goodness they did. Not only did Dana make sure everything was on schedule, decorated how I wanted, vendors knew where to go and everything went smoothly, but she worked with me and vendors for months prior to the wedding. We sat down and laid out every small detail. She called vendors to confirm, checked contracts, all the boring things that had to be done that I was dreading. I had literally nothing to worry about on wedding day because Dana and her team made my dreams come true. Please hire Thyme & Details ... you'll be so glad you did. -

When my partner and I were starting to plan our wedding we had really big ambitions for a Halloween themed wedding, and Dana delivered more than we could have ever hoped for.
Dana listened to every idea we had, no matter how crazy or unconventional they would be, and always took us seriously. She gave us such a well thought out design that was so personal to us, but seeing her work in other weddings I know that's just how attentive and creative as she is with every one of her clients. Our wedding could have been silly or tacky if handled with a less attentive person, but Dana delivered such an elegant and fun atmosphere that we heard from so many people that this was one of the most fun weddings they had ever been to.
When she brought us vendors she would bring 3-5 of each. If those didn't work she would bring 3-5 more. If we ever had a problem it was taken care of swiftly and she always made sure we were aware of any others that could arise. She was honest with us about our budget and kept us on track. Dana would often go out of her way to save us money in places so we could do more with it in others.
On top of being incredible at her job, she's also very passionate about sustainability and brings Eco-conscious thinking to a normally wasteful industry. She donated our floral arrangements to a charity so they had a second life, and composted all of the food waste and excess pumpkins we had for decoration. Dana even donated one tree for every guest we had at our ceremony which ended up being an excess of 200 people.
We would recommend Thyme & Details to anyone looking for a wedding planner. No matter what ideas you have for your wedding, she'll make them into reality and deliver a personal touch in all facets of the job. Words cannot describe how thankful we are to have run into Dana when we were looking for our planner because without her, our Hallowedding would never have been as incredible as it was. -

You NEED to hire Thyme & Details for your wedding! Choosing Dana—owner and creator of Thyme & Details—as our wedding planner was the best decision we could’ve made. She has industry experience, great client service, and problem-solving skills that make her an incredibly talented planner. Dana helped us navigate the difficulties of planning a wedding during the pandemic (including the process of booking a new venue and creating an entirely new vision after our first venue closed due to pandemic hardships).
She went above and beyond every step of the way. Her deep connections within the Ohio wedding industry meant that she gave us excellent vendor recommendations. Months after our wedding, we’re still getting compliments on all the little details at our wedding—we have Dana to thank for that!
Dana understands the importance of creating a wedding that is personal to you and your partner, but she’s also practical. She was very considerate of our budget and she helped us prioritize the things we cared about most. She had creative and cost-effective solutions. She also plans everything with an eye towards sustainability. As an example, she personally donated all of our flowers to a local assisted living facility after the wedding.
We could not have been happier with the way our big day turned out and we know Dana was an essential component. If you’re in need of a talented and trustworthy planner with incredible connections in the Ohio wedding industry, Dana is your woman! -

Dana is the most incredible, thoughtful day-of wedding coordinator I could have ever hoped for.
She ran our rehearsal in the most kind and organized way - helping us all to feel prepared for our ceremony. On the day of our wedding she and her team did an outstanding job setting up and finalizing all the decor and other final details - in some extreme heat, too. She handled a challenge with our shuttle company in the most calm and professional manner after which my mom said, "Dana is unflappable." She worked so well with our other vendors and helped maintained the timeline of our event, checking in with us at appropriate times. I trusted her and her team entirely.
I was so impressed by her commitment to sustainability and love the fact that a tree will be planted for each of our wedding guests. I would highly recommend Dana to anyone not only because she's an incredibly talented wedding planner, but because she's an amazing person - one I was happy to share my wedding day with.

We couldn't have done it without her!
Dana is the consummate professional. It was such a joy and a stress relief to have her coordinate our wedding celebration. We were immediately impressed with her attention to detail and she really helped us stay on track. On the day of the event, we had an isue which required a little improvisation to solve. We stressfully texted Dana asking if it could be fixed and without a hiccup she said "no problem" and it was done.
One of Dana's gifts is her diplomatic spirit. As always, there are multiple personalities involved with coordinating large family events and she was a constant in the midst of all discussions. She even tolerated my sense of humor as I told her I was working on an "interpretive dance" for the reception (don't worry, the outfit didn't come in time).
Bottom line, our celebration was a wonderful evening. We have memories we will cherish forever. We couldn't have done it without her. -
