I’m saying this as a retired wedding planner, making my daughter’s wedding at Three Waters was a WONDERFUL experience! The Staff, the Venue, the Service, & the Food, were absolutely fantastic! The Bide and Groom couldn’t be happier!
We had a rehearsal dinner, the wedding ceremony, reception, and breakfast. It was entire weekend. Everything was seamless and we were in great hands with Amanda Kupke & Michelle Tur! Their coordination of the event was right on point and everything was exactly on time. They worked very hard keeping us on budget and were very creative. They helped us execute all of the Bride’s ideas. They know their stuff! The food was amazing and the Chefs worked closely with us.
The hotel is so great! Walk-in beach, pool, marina, great dining options for guests etc.
The rooms were beautiful and spotless. Our guests had a GREAT time! Some have already made reservations to go back!
Three Waters is the Complete package! HIGHLY RECOMMEND having your event there!

I had my wedding at Three Waters and I would highly recommend! Three waters is a beautiful resort with many options for great pictures along with a great place for guests to enjoy all weekend long. Majority of our guests were from out of state and all loved Three waters. Planning a wedding from out of state was made easy with the professional and caring staff especially Allison. Allison went above and beyond for my family and I. From speaking over the phone, emails, to finally meeting in person Allison was so helpful and sweet I feel so lucky to have gotten to work with her throughout the wedding planning process. Allison made sure the welcome party and wedding all went smoothly. We had our welcome party also at Three Waters. All of the food and drinks both nights were all so good! Both nights everything ran so smoothly. I feel so lucky to have had my wedding at Three Waters and could not imagine having it anywhere else!

Our wedding turned out to be everything we dreamed of. Everyone was on time and very professional. Andrea was attentive and answered all our questions. Highly recommend ☺️!

I can't recommend this place more for your dream wedding. Dawn Rodriguez is AMAZING. I couldn't have asked for a more detailed wonderful person to work with. She was communicative, kind, detailed and responsive. Christian the Banquet Captain for the evening was amazing too. The venue was perfect and I wouldn't have changed a single thing about the whole evening. If you have a ton of people staying with you here the only down side is that the staff at the restaurants don't seem to be able to separate checks which makes large dinners very hard unless you plan on picking up the check. That was the only thing at the actual resort that I would have loved to change. Having said that it had nothing to do with the resort as a wedding venue as it seemed to be completely separate almost. I can't thank Dawn enough for her detail, communication and just being overall one of the best parts of my wedding without question. Come here for your wedding, you will not be disappointed.

Everyone at the post card inn truly made our day better than we could have ever imagined. They were so helpful with the planning and were there for us throughout the whole event. This is the prettiest venue I have ever seen and I am so thankful I was able to get married here!!

Perfect destination wedding spot. There is something for everyone there.

Planning a destination wedding is never easy, booking and planning a destination wedding just prior to the COVID pandemic taking over the world even less so, however, having the right event manager and right venue is key. Fortunately for us, we had both! Andrea Hammet, and Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina were a dream to work with. It was incredibly difficult living in the unknown of the past year. We are both healthcare workers from the metropolitan NYC area, which was an incredibly hard hit area and working in an incredibly hard hit field, so saying that planning a wedding despite the horrors going on in the world was a difficult, emotional, and stressful is the understatement of the century. For a while the Keys were completely shut down to visitors, hotels who thrived on tourists closed for a time, and our venue contacts furloughed. However, we never felt abandoned by Andrea. Andrea stayed in near constant communication with me over the past two years since we booked our wedding. She answered my MILLION emails and questions and concerns, she worked with us to make sure everything we wanted was just right, and when some very unexpected things occurred less than two weeks from the wedding, she was gracious enough to make sure we were accommodated. The venue is so incredibly beautiful, there were so many incredible spots for photos. We held almost all of our wedding weekend events on site: from the rehearsal dinner on the Bimini Row marina, the ceremony on Rum Runner beach, cocktail hour on the Celebration Island dock, reception under Celebration Tiki, and farewell brunch under Rum Runner Tiki, everything was exceptional. The food was incredible. Linda, who was our bartender for several of our events was AMAZING! Every single person raved about her! And Veronica, who helped to ensure everything went off without a hitch could not have been better! She even helped shuttle me and my husband around on golf carts throughout the day to get around the large venue grounds to get the best spots for pictures. The penthouse suite where the bridesmaids got ready and then my husband and I stayed the night of our wedding was absolutely stunning. The view was out of this world – you could see the ocean and the bay from the wraparound balcony – I do not know of anywhere else in Islamorada, or the Florida Keys for that matter that has that type of view. And during our reception, housekeeping even came and straightened up the mess of the room we left getting ready so it was neat, clean, and welcoming for us to return to after the wedding! There were a few minor hiccups with some guest room accommodations, but nothing that Andrea did not fix for us, and I do not feel that it was a reflection of the venue itself, rather corporate reservations. We had a perfect wedding, in a perfect location, and we would not have changed a thing!

On a scale of 1-10, (1 being the worst and 10 being the best) I give this resort and the entire staff a 10!!!! They made our wedding day from start to finish absolutely PERFECT!!! I was SO skeptical With me being extremely OCD and planning a wedding in another state at a resort that I had never even been to before. However, we are SO glad we chose the Post Card Inn in Islamorada, Andrea who helped coordinate our wedding and then connected us with our wedding planner, Peggy and her husband Chuck, whom married us. They are wonderful! Peggy recommended several local vendors that she connected us with. We also had the pleasure of working with Veronica who was more than helpful and truly excited for us although she had never met us. We are 100% pleased with every single person who helped with our “very welcoming arrival”, every detail of our day and literally their communication with each other amongst their staff inside as well as poolside... every one knew who we were and went above and beyond to welcome us and congratulate us. We truly didn’t expect it but are truly thankful!!! We plan on returning for anniversaries and anytime we can get into the Post Card Inn. We’ve already recommended to so many people and will continue to do so.

Our wedding was definitely not easy to plan with the pandemic happening and there were a lot of changes and adjustments along the way but the staff at Postcard inn really went above and beyond. The communication between the wedding coordinator and us was for the most part (many of the hotel were out of work because of the pandemic) was easy and pleasant. My husband and I love islamorada and we couldn’t have imagined having our wedding anywhere other then Postcard Inn. We can’t wait to come back and celebrate our anniversary and to of course go to the famous tiki bar with the best drinks!

Postcard Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding! We had the welcome dinner at Bimini Row, the ceremony on the beach, cocktails on Celebration Island, and the reception under the large tiki hut. Everyone was very pleasant, helpful, and everything turned out very beautiful! Andrea Hammet was great and our bartender was the BEST! Everything was set up perfectly, our cottage was ready 6 hours sooner than when we were supposed to check-in, so we essentially got a free half day at the resort, and the food was fantastic!

Where to start?! We hosted our destination wedding at the newly renovated Postcard Inn. The place is absolutely stunning and our guests had the most incredible weekend from paddle boarding, listening to live music at the pool, chowing down at the new Raw Bar, and partying at the Tiki Bar. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Our venue planner, Andrea R. was the ABSOLUTE BEST. She was incredibly professional, always available, and exceptionally efficient. She worked with us from day one to create the destination wedding of our dreams. From our toes-in-the-sand ceremony on the beach, to the cocktail hour on Celebration Island, to the reception in the glowing tiki hut, Celebration Tiki - this site and staff was superb. The lighting, the food, the attention to detail, it was all just perfect. Did we mentioned the food? Our guests told us that it was the best food they've had at a wedding EVER! The front desk team also blew us away with their organization - they went above and beyond to make sure our guests had everything they needed for a welcomed stay. Overall, 5 exceptional stars for Postcard Inn! Thank you, Andrea, for everything!!

My husband and I got married at Postcard Inn in December of 2019 and it truly was so much more beautiful than we ever imagined. We had visited the property while it was under construction in the summer and we were nervous booking it since we weren't sure everything was going to be done, nor did we know what it was going to look like if it was done. We took the risk and we were SO glad that we did. The ceremony in the sand with the turquoise water as our back drop was a dream, and our reception on the dock was so unique and beautiful during sunset. Every staff member we met at PCI was so incredibly happy and helpful. The suites were large enough for the bridal party to get ready in and had the best views. There is so much for your guests to do on the property in the days before or after the wedding, we never felt like we had to entertain anyone. The restaurants and Starbucks on property were also VERY convenient. We did our rehearsal at Ciao Hound and proceeded to eat there 2 more times during our stay. The rest of our meals were enjoyed at the Raw Bar with the most beautiful views and great fresh seafood. We feel so lucky to have had our special day here, and we can't recommend it enough!

We had an oceanfront ceremony and tiki brunch reception at the Postcard Inn and could not have asked for a better wedding day. The resort is beautiful and because we and our guests stayed on property we were able to take full advantage of the pools, beaches, kayaking, and other amenities.

Andrea was our event manager and she truly made our wedding day unforgettable. From the very early planning stages she was always available to answer our questions, recommend vendors, and make the entire planning process easy and stress free. On the day of, she was there throughout the entire ceremony and reception to ensure everything ran smoothly. It is clear she is passionate about what she does and she was an absolute joy to work with.

If you are looking to have a laid back, romantic, and fun wedding weekend, I highly recommend the Postcard Inn.

Our experience at Postcard Inn could not have been better. Andrea and her team were absolutely incredible and so responsive. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful. We had a great experience all around at the Postcard Inn. Even though we planned an intimate wedding, there were so many details, it started to get overwhelming. But Amanda and her team made it SO EASY. They kept in constant communication with our wedding planner and I. We held our ceremony was on rum runners beach following a private dinner on celebration island. The entire night was stunning. The food, drinks were so delicious! The staff was helpful and always one step ahead of the game. Our guests absolutely loved the staff. They were involved with our guests and had a great time. It was comforting to see they were enjoying themselves just as much as we were. I could not have asked for anything more. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! Not only did we enjoy our wedding, we enjoyed our entire stay! We arrived a couple days before the wedding. All of our rooms were incredible with amazing views. Before the big day, we had the opportunity to go explore on the resort kayaks and chill by the bars. They had it all! Thank you!!!

We just got married at this venue. We cannot ask for a better place for our big day. Thank you Samantha for all your help and the employees. Everyone was great, and our guests had a great time. This is a magical place to celebrate such an important life event.

My husband and I recently had our wedding at Postcard Inn. With the threat of Hurricane Matthew off the coast of Florida we were horrified that the wedding may not happen. Samantha Klipp and Leanne (Pelican Cove) were the most amazing to my husband, myself, and my guest. They went above and beyond to my make our day happen and make it special. They spent time helping us come up with back up plans and even just giving us positive thoughts. With so much stress because go this hurricane the day of the wedding was PERFECT!!!! The staff was so accommodating and they made our dream happen. We booked another week stay for our one year anniversary and we will be there every year because this place is amazing !!!!!! We had a great experience all around with Postcard Inn. We did an intimate wedding and it was beautiful. They took care of everything. And our overall stay was great, service at the resort and at the Shulas2 restaurant was great as well! We did dinner there after the ceremony and on other days and they were very accommodating!

We planned our destination wedding with Wendy and Postcard Inn and she was great! She provided us with all of the information we needed and made planning so easy. The whole catering and sales team made our wedding day so special, everyone was there to help us and give us whatever we needed. All of the catering staff were extremely nice and so fun, and the food was great. Planning a destination wedding was hard but luckily Wendy and Amy were there to help and were very responsive to all of our emails, calls and questions we had. Our wedding was small, around 50 people and almost all of them stayed at the hotel and we all had so much fun using all of the amenities there. We would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I wanted a beach wedding and after spotting the Postcard Inn, we immediately fell in love with the venue! The Beach & Beach Pavilion are breathtaking!

We worked with Kera, the on-site wedding coordinator who was great! She thought of every detail and made sure everything went smoothly the day of our wedding.

All of my guests had a great time at the wedding and all commented on how amazing the food was!! Weddings are always a good time but rarely do the guest rave about the food!

The only criticism I have if that the rooms need a little more TLC, the decor is updated and new but the window trims and tub needed a little bit of fixing, HOWEVER, I would still recommend coming here to vacation or getting hitched because every corner of that piece of land is beautiful!!

We were really nervous to put together a destination wedding without a day of coordinator, but when PCI tells you that you will have a designated resort employee to help you through any last minute planning, they mean it. From a lot of homemade signs/lawn games to a seaplane entrance, the resort helped us tie together every detail for what was the perfect, relaxed wedding. All of our friends and family commented on how great of a time they had and how beautiful the setting was.

We loved the price range for the open bar packages and the Key Lime Colada was the perfect signature drink. We weren't able to do a full taste testing prior, and were pleasantly surprised at how great of a job the resort on the dinner menu. Some staff even put aside some of our cocktail hour appetizers for us to try, which were also delicious. If you have room in your budget, ending the night with a sliders and fries station is the way to go. After an open bar, end of the night munchies surely saved our friends as our reception ended 2 hours before the bars on property closed.

Overall we highly recommend PCI as a wedding venue! Wendy, Jill, Alan and the whole team did a fantastic job!

Postcard Inn was my dream venue and it turned out to be a magical day!!! The staff was incredible, the food was outstanding and the scenery, well its just priceless! My guests had a blast and many stayed for the whole weekend and it was great to see them really enjoying themselves. Theres no place like Postcard Inn!

Cara was our wedding planner at PCI, she was great. It was a very easy process and she pretty much did everything for us. All we had to do was pick out what we liked. The food was amazing. The staff and caterers were very friendly as well. It was a great time, and PCI has some really great vendors they can refer to you.

We chose Postcard Inn for an early November destination wedding, hoping for a beautiful,fun and relaxed wedding venue. We got all that and more!

Postcard Inn was perfect. The setting was amazing, and the entire event team (Jill, Amy, Wendy, Kim, etc.) treated us with respect -- answering all of our emails and phone calls as we planned from our home state.

Once we arrived, we literally had nothing to worry about. The team had it all taken care of, but reviewed our plans with us and made last minute adjustments to make sure everything was perfect and to finalize the decisions that we had wanted to make on-site.

On our wedding day, the set-up, organization, and food were fantastic (food portions were HUGE for a wedding!). We used Rum Runner Beach and the Beach Pavilion for our location, and it couldn't have been better.

We had absolutely no complaints as the bride and groom, and our guests had nothing but rave reviews about their time at Postcard.

My daughter got married at the Postcard Inn on September 20th this year. I now know why this hotel gets 5 stars for weddings. It was everything she imagine her special day would be. Her wedding coordinator from the hotel, Melissa, could not have been more professional and helpful. Because of the iffy weather, the outdoor reception was moved upstairs, which had the most incredible views......The food was excellent. I want to go back just for their coconut shrimp appetizers....so yummy!!. Every one of the staff members were so kind and friendly. We had alot of out of town guest staying for a long mini-vacation and I did not hear one complaint from anyone. I would HIGHLY recommended if you are planning a tropical beach wedding to consider the Postcard Inn. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. The Postcard Inn made her special day even more special!

Postcard Inn was the venue for my daughter's wedding and Catered the Reception - WOW the food was incredible! So many of our guests went out of their way to compliment the food. Couldn't have been better. Not only did the food taste great but the catering staff was fabulous as well. Very professional and responsive to everyone of our needs and requests. We were recently married at Postcard Inn, and it far surpassed our already high expectations. In our work with Jill Campbell and Amy Cornaire, we were constantly impressed by their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. The entire staff provided outstanding hospitality, and special thanks to Kim and Joe who made the food service/bar aspect of our wedding reception perfect. In addition to the beach wedding itself, our room was perfect, the pool and staff there were incredible, and the amenities and activities were plentiful. We love Postcard Inn and highly recommend it for a visit...and if you are looking for an amazing place to be married, this is definitely it!

The Postcard Inn in Islamorada, Florida was indeed the perfect spot for my daughter's wedding. The setting is magnificent, the staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful.
The food was delicious and the room was set up beautifully. Catering manager, chef, Jill and Wendy Medeiros were delighted to make our Alice in Wonderland Tea Party reception a reality. Menu suggestions and details were amazing.

My wedding was everything I ever imagined and wanted it to be! Thanks to the Postcard Inn in Islamorada everything went smoothly and easily! The food was delicious, I was always able to reach someone with questions and never felt like I was bothering anyone no matter how minor the detail was.

Amy was so fabulous the weekend of the wedding, she dealt with every member of my family and I felt like she really understood the craziness.

We honestly had the perfect wedding day!

From Day one of contacting PCI in regards to planning our wedding there they went above and beyond to make sure we had all the info and tools we needed to plan from a distance. They were in touch often and super helpful with any questions we had along the way. Once things got closer they ensured that we had everything we needed. We did our final walk through the day before the wedding where Amy (our catering manager) explained how everything would be setup and everything else. During the day of the wedding one of our Crystal Champagne flutes broke they immediately brought us down some of their own so we wouldn't have to worry. They added extra decorations to our cake table just to make it look even nicer than it already did. They even gave us a bottle of champagne in our room for our wedding night to enjoy later. The FOOD was to die for. Everyone was raving about it all night! The staff went above and beyond during the reception and they even had staff walking around and gave us the butler service for our appetizers even though we didn't have it included in our package. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great venue and AMAZING staff.

My husband and I chose PCI in Islamorada as our wedding venue for our April 2014 wedding, and just recently returned from our 5 night stay. To say we are pleased that we chose PCI as our venue is an understatement! We had previously visited PCI in October of 2013 and absolutely fell in love with the hotel, property, atmosphere, view--everything. Although they offer several beautiful locations on their property for weddings, we had our hearts set on the stretch of beach between Rum Runners and the beach pavilion. It took a few days working with the sales managers to reserve a date, since we were originally looking for a May or June wedding, but ultimately were able to get a date in late April which turned out to be perfect timing and gorgeous weather. Once the date was booked and we started working with Amy in catering, everything was a breeze. At first I was concerned that I might need a wedding planner, since I was planning a destination wedding from afar, but PCI offered a list of preferred local vendors who work closely with the hotel and I am so glad we chose those vendors for our photography, cake and DJ. Amy was on top of everything from start to finish, even as I was changing my seating chart just hours before the ceremony! She easily accommodated my last minute guests (apparently that happens when you get married in the Keys) and she was calm and assuring through all my stressful moments, taking careful consideration to answer all of my questions and to address each of my concerns. The day went by without a hitch and everything went exactly as I had imagined. Our guests raved about the beautiful venue, the food, the catering staff, etc. and several said it is the best wedding they have ever attended. If you are thinking of booking your wedding at PCI…do it! You will not regret it. The venue was perfect, the staff was amazing, the catering team was awesome, and working with Amy was a dream.

The Postcard Inn was so incredible for our wedding, it was really a dream come true. We looked at places in Key west, and other resorts in the area and this blew everything away! The service was incredible, Wendy was there through every part of the day and every detail leading up to it. The food was amazing everyone was taking about it for days after the wedding!

If you are considering another location, don't!

Jill was a blessing to have ...I can be overbearing: tons of emails, and calls.. she always answered me right away, I was very pleased with her and the entire staff at Postcard Inn. Honestly, we keep talking about how amazing the staff at post card inn was during our wedding.

For a Florida Keys wedding with an upscale touch, Postcard Inn was exactly that. The remodeled venue made my guests feel comfortable in their guest rooms and feel the beauty and love of our wedding union by the ocean with its natural backdrop. The sales team drew up the contract quickly and made themselves available for our many site visits. We had friends who got married on the same evening at Cheeka Lodge and had many issues, in addition to the outragous price. Our wedding at Postcard Inn, however, was flawless. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding!

I love the location and the views

I cannot say enough great things about the Postcard Inn. I went there expecting a beautiful setting, based on the pictures on the website. I arrived to a setting that far surpassed my expectations. The entire day was perfect. The ceremony site was simple and beachy. The pavilion for the reception was amazing. We wanted a simple beach wedding and it turned into a simply elegant beach wedding that every single person in attendance stated was the best wedding they had ever experienced. Jill and Wendy were great to work with, the food was great, they accommodated every detail (or lack thereof) that we imagined, and the resort itself was everything we wanted it to be. We will absolutely be back for vacations in the future.

Jill made it so easy for me to have my Wedding at the Postcard Inn. We live 3 hours away and I had to make all my decisions through vendors Jill recommended and I was not disappointed. She answered all of my questions very promptly and was always there when I had an issue, even when I asked the same question a dozen times. Amy and Wendy were also a very big help. Wendy calmed me down a lot before the ceremony. Amy put up with me and my crazy family which is a feat in itself. I cannot thank everyone enough for making my day so beautiful and special!! Excellent location and service

Working with Wendy and Jill from PCI was a great experience in planning our wedding. The customer service that all of the staff provided on the days leading up to the wedding and the day of the celebration was over and above. The food was excellent and our guests were very happy

Postcard Inn was the perfect place for our wedding. Jill and Wendy made everything so easy on us, especially since we live four hours away. The communication was fantastic. We never worried about a single detail. We would recommend this venue. I also recommend the getting the large suite to get ready in. It was worth the money. Our wedding was on celebration isle and ceremony in the horizon room. Both locations met our expectations. All of the staff on site were great. We even had our rehearsal dinner on site at Shula 2. It was great having restaurants and activities on site for the guests. We're so glad we chose Postcard Inn!

My wedding at the Postcard Inn was gorgeous. The staff and wedding coordinators (Wendy and Amy) were such a pleasure to work with, and I could not have asked for a more perfect day. We are already planning a trip back for vacation! I recommend this venue for any bride looking for a beautiful Keys wedding.

I had never been to Islamorada so I was very nervous planning a destination wedding there. I decided to use The Postcard Inn because they were the cheapest per person! Well I am SO glad I chose them. The venue was the BEST location out of any hotel in Islamorada (including the luxury hotels). The service and staff were great. My guests loved the fun atmosphere of the hotel and the price point didn't break the bank. Overall, I am SO happy with this venue. It was the best decision I could have made.

We chose the Postcard Inn for our January wedding and it was soooooo perfect. The hotel is really nice and the rooms are new and decorated really beachy and nice. The different locations for weddings there are really nice. We chose the "Celebration Island" which was definitely the most perfect place for a wedding. The ceremony was in front of the Island on the beach and the reception was on the island (which is a pier with a pavilion on it). The location was simply perfect and the service was very good. Although the contract said that we would be responsible for any extra decoration, we barely had to do anything because the crew that set up the place did all of that for us. Also since it was kind of windy on our wedding day, they organized extra shells and a basket for our guestbook and for our wedding gifts so that nothing would be blown away by the wind. We also had the most amazing bartender and really great drinks.
The planning process was so easy and it was such a pleasure to work with Maggie, our coordinator. She had wonderful ideas and helped us a lot with the planning process. The day before our wedding, we met her and went over all the details and she had everything planned very well and was so prepared and professional. On our wedding day the organization was flawless.

This was the perfect place for our wedding and I would definitely recommend the postcard inn.

The resort is fabulous!! We could not have picked a better place for our wedding. The ceremony was on Celebration Island and was perfect. It was magical, better than we could have ever imagined. Romantic and quaint and right before sunset, the lighting was amazing. Candles everywhere, it was incredible. The cocktail hour was at Rumrunners Tiki and was great. The Tiki hut offered just the right amount of space for all of our 65 guests and the band. The lighting was great, with candles and tiki torches everywhere. The reception was was in the Horizon room and was magnificent! The room is rather long, but we made it work. The lights were dimmed and we had candle everywhere, it was breathtaking! The staff at the Postcard Inn are wonderful. Maggie and Diane were so helpful in planning the wedding and the hotel staff were all very accommodating! The beach, pool, restaurants and bars are great. You do not have to leave the resort if you do not want to, everything is there that you need! Great memories, and we will certainly be celebrating our anniversaries here!!!

We are so happy that we chose Postcard Inn for our wedding venue! First off, we started working with Wendy(who is no longer there) and she was awesome. Very helpful and always responsive. Then we were paired with Samantha, who is AMAZING! Samantha was with us every step of the way(literally she drove me in a golf cart and walked me and my dad up to the entrance of my wedding!) Samantha made sure that all of the boxes were checked and we felt like the wedding was a breeze. The food was great, everyone really loved the chicken and the mahi mahi, the desserts were awesome and the appetizers were excellent.

Our guests loved the all inclusive feel of the resort. The only suggestion they had was they wish there was a continental breakfast. There is a Starbucks within walking distance though so it makes it so easy for you! We didn't get to use the Tiki Bar but the Raw Bar was great. The water sports were a big hit with our family and friends.

Strongly recommend if you are looking for an all inclusive deal for your venue. We will return for a trip in the future!

Our ceremony took place on Rum Runner's Beach and the reception was steps away at the Beach Pavilion Tiki. The staff was very professional and their recommended vendors were amazing. They all had tons of experience with the venue and each other so they all worked together to make our day stress-free and picture perfect! I highly suggest hiring a steel drummer for the ceremony and cocktail hour music - our guests absolutely LOVED IT! The food was delicious although it did take a while for them to serve it. We had 8 tables (79 guests) and they started serving the entrees around 7:45pm. We were scheduled to start dancing at 8:30pm but the last table did not get their food until 9:00/9:15 so unfortunately that set the dancing back a bit. But to be honest, we were having such a good time that we didn't notice until later on. I would highly recommend Postcard Inn!!

We had a beach ceremony and reception. Everything turned out beautiful. The food was very good and the waitstaff was wonderful to work with. Very helpful and right on top of things during the cermony. The beach area and pavillion area were clean and ready right on time. Wendy was very pleasant to work with and very accomadating as well with some last minute changes we had. I would reccomend having ceremony during the week. The weekends are alot busier.

Our daughter's wedding was here on April 21, 2012. Although it was suppose to be at the Tiki Hut on Rumrunner's beach, a terrible, terrible rain storm hit and it had to be moved to the Horizon Room. All in all it was a great wedding and reception and we didn't let the torrential rains stop us and the bride and groom from having a terriffic reception and wedding. The staff were so much help! Stephen Donahue is awesome to work with and ask for Kim Hepler to be your bartender!! She is the best!!

Three Waters Resort and Marina is a beautiful location for our wedding weekend and the food was absolutely incredible!! Although there was some changeover with who would be running our day, we ended up in the very capable hands of Amanda and Michelle, who were both absolutely wonderful! Along with William, our banquet captain, the three of them went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They even saved the day by providing last-minute table numbers and lending us their own personal blender so we could make protein shakes while at the hotel. We’re so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. It truly made our experience amazing!

I booked Postcard Inn for our wedding site unseen due to the travel bans still in place during the pandemic. I had been to the Keys and Islamorada several times, but never to this resort. I had envisioned a place where my guests could stay for several days to make it a vacation with all of our friends and family, with a wedding to top it off. Everything was exactly how I'd pictured it to be- an unpretentious and somewhat quaint resort that had everything you needed on site. Andrea was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process, answered all of my annoying questions, and happily accommodated my requests pertaining to our wedding block. Our wedding day was incredible!! The scenery is unmatched- you don't get beaches like this in many areas of the keys. The wedding and reception were incredible from the staff, food, cake, bartenders, etc. I could not recommend this venue enough and cannot tell you how many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We can't wait to visit for many anniversaries to come :)

Couldn’t have picked a better place for our wedding. We absolutely loved it and it was by far perfect!

The resort and Andrea Hammet were wonderful to work with!! The resort was beautiful and location could not be better. We stayed in the cottages and loved it. We had our rehearsal dinner here. The only critique is that the food was about a 4/5 and left a little to be desired for the price, but service and staff were beyond amazing and willing to go out of their way. Would do it again here!

We recently had our son and new daughter's wedding at the Postcard Inn. If you are looking for the perfect place to host a beach/ destination wedding this resort checks all the boxes. The stunning views for the wedding ceremony to the exceptional services you will not want to every leave. The chef made food for our bridesmaids brunch,welcome party and wedding reception was 5 star cuisine. The events director Jenn went above and beyond to accommodate our elderly guest with golf cart shuttles. The charming rooms and guest cottages are perfectly located for friends and family to have a memorable weekend. Our wedding at The Postcard Inn was literally "picture perfect"! I worked closely with Amanda who was the hotel event coordinator. She was absolutely amazing! Amanda always responded in a timely manner and made the whole process very easy. Once we arrived, we were greeted by an amazing staff who were all very welcoming. While staying at the Postcard Inn guests had access to paddle boards, kayaks and several bars and restaurants. Our actual ceremony and reception were held at celebration island and tiki. The views were breath taking! I couldn't believe how beautiful everything turned out. All of our guests are still talking about how they attended the more beautiful wedding ever! I highly recommend the Postcard Inn!!

We got married on Sept 24, 2016, and could not have asked for a better location! PCI is an oasis in the Keys - many of our guests (50 total) had never been to the Keys, and PCI gave them an amazing impression of it.
The hotel itself is very recently renovated, so the rooms feel new and clean, the beds are insanely comfortable. The suites were perfect for the wedding party to get ready as well.

Amy, the event coordinator, did an incredible job helping us plan and making sure that everything went smoothly. We met her once 6 months before the wedding, but not again until the day before the wedding - she made it easy to do everything from afar. She worked with us to plan the details of the day, and also contacted all our vendors the Friday before to confirm everything. We were concerned about rain (it was hurricane season in FL!), and she helped us put together contingency plans.

PCI did a great job keeping the wedding private - while it is in a resort and other hotel guests could've wandered through, they kept it secluded and even yelled at kayakers to move out of the background of wedding photos :).

We got married on Rum Runner's Beach, which is a gorgeous, open beach with lots of palm trees to frame the wedding. The reception was in the Beach Pavilion less than 100 feet. The lights outside the pavilion made the whole beach beautiful at night as well. The food was delicious, and the catering staff were amazing. Lionel, the head caterer, was incredibly helpful with making sure everything was set up exactly as we wanted and the buffet was well-stocked. My biggest regret with food is that I only got to go through the buffet once.

We also had breakfast in the Horizon Room on the top floor of PCI the morning after the wedding, which was a great way to spend a little more time with everyone. It's one of the tallest buildings in Islamorada, so the views are incredible in every direction. Amazing experience overall, and I'd highly recommend Postcard Inn!

I had my wedding at the PCI on August 9, 2015 and it was SO perfect! Everything came along together perfectly. Wendy is the best. I emailed her basically up to the day of the wedding and she did everything I had asked. Food was delicious and the cake was very good as well. My aunt told me she went around eating people's cakes because it was so good. The best part of having our wedding at the PCI was having all our friends and family there before the wedding, spending time with each other and catching up. The water sports were fun as well.

Everything was neat and professional. Nothing bad to say about the PCI.

Everyone in the Event Planning/Catering department was either perfect, or better than perfect!
My wife & I planned our wedding in Islamorada from Michigan, having never been there, and everything went off without a hitch, thanks to the hard work of the tremendous staff!
The beach where the ceremony was held was spacious and had a natural isle of palm trees that was beautiful!
We were able to get a beautiful buffet for 18 guests and the food and service could not have been better!
The only thing that is a slight negative is rooms and suites for the guests were a little overpriced, but the resort did have a lot of amenities.
I highly recommend The Postcard Inn for a wedding venue to anyone!

I am so happy we chose Postcard Inn to host our wedding. Everything went off without a hitch and I attribute this to the professionalism of the PCI staff. If you are considering a Keys wedding, I highly recommend you checking this place out. My guests still tell us, this was the best wedding they have ever been to. If I could do it all over again, I would still chose Postcard Inn.

I was thrilled with our wedding at the Postcard Inn. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and our guests had the best time spending the weekend at PCI. The wedding (on Rum Runners Beach) was beautiful and private. The staff, especially Wendy, Kim and Eddie, were incredible on the night of our wedding! Everything was seamless and beautiful. We had the best time.

We LOVE the Postcard Inn in Islamorada, FL and would not have been as happy getting married anywhere else! The staff at this resort is amazing and so easy to work with. This was a destination wedding for us so all of the planning was done via email or phone. Someone was always right there to answer any questions we had a long the way. We were booked to have our ceremony on Rumrunners Beach and have the reception under the beach Pavillion. Due to a very rainy day, the staff was able to move the ceremony to the quarter deck and the reception to the horizon room. Even though it wasn't what we had planned, we still had such an amazing day and the staff kept us calm. Our wedding was beautiful and unforgetable! We were not able to taste test the food beforehand but everything was so delicious! Our guests were very happy with the food and we received so many compliments. Thank you so much to the Postcard Inn for making our day so amazing! See you all soon on our next trip back!

The view is breath taking and the venue is very well maintained!!! They were able to take care of any problems that came about! I would recommend them for any event!

I had the wedding of my dreams at Postcard Inn! I found this venue thanks to my wedding planner and had never seen it in person before the wedding week and am so happy we chose this venue! While it was the wedding of my dreams and I would 100% do it all over again there was a little room for improvement on their end.

PROS:
-GORGEOUS venue. Looks even better in person than it did in the pictures online. My wedding photos were stunning.
-The resort itself is somewhere I would enjoy staying and plan to stay
-Everything went smoothly day of.
-This is 1 of 3 sister properties in the Islamorada area and it's the same price for all of them. You choose from the same food options, cake options, and drink packages. I chose Postcard Inn because of the beach front ceremony with a tiki hut right next to it for reception. The tiki hut is great to have in case it rains and you don't have to worry about renting a tent.
-If you book the penthouse to get ready in it provides a beautiful backdrop for some pre wedding photos of yourself and the bridal party getting ready. Has to be some of the best views you can get in Islamorada.
-There is a bar on the property which was the prefect place to keep the reception going after our time was up.
-There is a wedding cake included in the package and it was delicious! We got carrot cake and everyone loved it.
-They had the perfect beach to go swimming in at the end of the night with the wedding party. My husband and I ran into the ocean in our wedding clothes and we got some more good photos and had a blast.

CONS:
- Pretty pricey but that's just how it goes in the Keys. Was hoping I would save a lot of money with a small wedding (24 people) but I maxed out my budget.
- I got zero VIP treatment... No Congratulations at check in, no welcome note it the room. I was expecting to feel a little more special and was let down. For the price you pay they should have some sort of welcome basket for the bride and groom.
- They don't have an area for the bride or groom to get ready, you have to rent rooms for that. I personally wasn't planning on staying at the resort because we had a large house rented for the week of the wedding but we had to rent 2 rooms for 2 nights so that bridal party and groom party could get ready during the day and they did not offer a discount. I rented the penthouse which was recommended for the bridal party and would highly recommend it. The air conditioner in the room was barely working though and even though we asked nobody ever came to fix it. For the groom we got a beach front room which was quite small but it had a sliding glass door that opened right up to the beach and pool area making it easy for them to hang out in the room or outside and mingle with others.
-The food was good but not great.

Overall it was still one of the best days of my life and the Postcard Inn will always be a very special place to us.

The PCI was the perfect venue for our dream wedding. Private beach setting, highly professional team and a delightful ambience. Every single aspect of the event was highlighted by this magnificent venue.

The food at both the reception and day after brunch was absolutely amazing. I am not exaggerating when I say every single guest complimented us on the food and told us it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. In addition to how delicious the food tasted, the wait staff was equally as good and very attentive.

We picked the Post Card Inn initially because of the location of the ceremony. It is absolutely beautiful and a large space to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We originally signed the contract with Wendy who made certain commitments that were not met (discussed later). She left before our wedding and was then transferred to Sam who was helpful and responded to my calls and texts in a timely manner most of the time. She worked well with my wedding planner in keeping everything organized and on time the day of the wedding.

We knew that PCI was undergoing construction and would be fine, the suite I booked ended up not completed and had to be downgraded, and the Tiki Bar wasnt done either. The room was sufficient, but, would have much preferred the original larger suite that I wanted. Having our after parties at the raw bar instead was ok but it that closed much earlier (midnight) than we were told, totally killing the party both Friday and Saturday nights. If we know this we could have at least brought more liquor or something for our guests. These issues could have been handled much better both during the sales process and afterwards on-site as new things came up.

The completed renovations were very nice and made PCI a more desirable place to stay in Islamorada. There were a lot of activities for people to do and all of our out of town guests had a great time and loved the property. The front desk staff were pretty bad for a hotel, even a keys hotel.

Still happy we did the wedding here as the big things went right.

I planned my wedding all from reviews and the website pics from Minnesota. I cannot be happier about how it all went. Every single staff member involved in planning, communicating and executing my wedding was fantastic. I would do it over again in a heartbeat!

We got married down at the Postcard Inn a few months ago, and now we're that annoying couple who can't stop talking about how beautiful their wedding was. But it's true. There's little in the world better than a pink sun setting over the ocean, warm breeze in the swaying palms, and the echo of steel drums to help shake your cocktail and your booty. We had the greatest time at our happiest day. The secret's that Amy is our gal down there, so if you happen to stop by this gorgeous place, please tell that lovely lass that Tom and Nadia say hi, and we'll be back real soon. Have fun!

Everyone I worked with was VERY friendly and made the process incredibly smooth. We had inclement weather the day of our wedding, which SUCKED, but the staff was very flexible in getting us into a backup space and made our day absolutely gorgeous. I think the only negative thing about Post Card Inn is the price for the value. After a few friends got married after our wedding (for which I helped coordinate), I was able to see what they were spending on food & beverages and I was FLOORED at how much cheaper their costs were. Of course, with PCI, you're also paying for the location which I wouldn't have changed it for the world. :) All in all, it's a day we'll never forget - if you're quirky and LOVE to have fun, this is the place for your wedding!!!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect. The staff at Postcard Inn made planning very easy and were very accommodating to our wishes. We would recommend this location to anyone who wants a destination wedding in the Florida Keys.

Our wedding was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!! It was a little pricey, but Wendy, our coordinator really did everything possible to work with us and whatever we wanted. It was such a great weekend and most importantly all our guests had a great time. It was a lot of fun, beautiful scenery and lots of drinks. We love the TIKI BAR!

We held our wedding at the Postcard Inn on January 13th, 2013. The wedding morning had some minor snags, due to no fault of the resort, but the ceremony and reception were absolutely perfect. The guestrooms have been updated, but not quality work- they were still nice enough, but could use someone to give them a QUALITY overhall. We also had a breakfast for all our guests the next morning at the reception venue and the service and food was amazing. I would recommend this place as a great place to get married! Joe at the front desk, Diane in catering, and Maggie in event planning are all wonderful to work with- especially JOE. He was a huge help and was aleays happy to help! Kudos to Joe!

Highly recommend Three Waters Resorts & Marina if you're looking for a Florida Keys wedding venue. Talk to Amanda Kupke and Allison Morales. They delivered on everything they said they would. I was impressed with the communication from start to finish. They were always quick to respond back. The wedding was absolutely gorgeous, and the photos turned out even better. We really enjoyed the property. It's perfect for a family vacation.

We had a very small intimate, elopement style wedding and the Postcard Inn Beach Resort and Marina was the perfect spot for our wedding, even during a pandemic! We were a little hesitant on how everything would turn out with planning the wedding states away, during a pandemic, not knowing what the state of being was at the resort. The staff was great from the start. The resort itself was very clean, friendly staff from the very second you walk through the doors to check in, and such a relaxing, fun environment for our closest friends and family to join in celebrating us! Thank you Postcard Inn for accommodating our family and friends the weekend of our wedding!!!

My husband and I just got married at the PostCard Inn and we loved it! Everything was beautiful and we got so many compliments from all our guests. This is the perfect location to do a "destination" type wedding because there are various food and bars at this hotel and in the surrounding area...all of our guests enjoyed that. The views are also beautiful!! If we could do it all again we would get married here every time. The only negatives I could say were that being an out of town bride I wanted a little more communication with the hotel to calm my nerves ( however if it were a normal event and not my wedding day, the communication would have been fine, but being stressed and not living in Florida put a little extra strain on my nerves, as it would any bride!) But after everything was over and looking back on our wedding, we couldn't have wished for a better day! I would definitely recommend the PCI if you are looking are a great wedding venue!

We found the Postcard Inn through an unconventional way of searching and we are so happy that we did. The location was absolutely perfect for a destination wedding and honey / familymoon. We received outstanding service from all that were involved in making our Rehearsal / Wedding and Familymoon perfect.

We had a few minor hiccups in the days leading up to our wedding, but Andrea H. helped get those sorted out. At our reception, the food arrived a few minutes late, but it didn't seem to bother the guests.

Calvin at check-in was superb along with Lauren the front desk manager. Andrea & Linda our rehearsal and reception bartenders went above and beyond for our guests. And Andrew, one of the resort supervisor / managers for the outdoor activities helped find my husband's apple watch after it had been submerged in the ocean for 2-days (still working).

Overall it was a wonderful location and would highly recommend that anyone choosing a wedding destination in the Keys consider the PCI. I should also mention our wedding was not the "norm" for the PCI as it was their first "Sunrise" wedding ceremony.

My name is Ashley, and I got married at Three Waters on 4.3.26. I want to start by saying this review is not meant to bash the hotel or staff, but to help future brides who may be going through the same process I did.

We toured several venues throughout the Keys and ultimately fell in love with Three Waters, especially the ceremony location. It is truly beautiful and has so much potential for an amazing wedding weekend.

However, our experience working with the resort while was still a great experience fell short of a few of our expectations.

Communication throughout the planning process was slow. It was not uncommon to wait weeks for responses, which added unnecessary stress during an already busy time. As the wedding got closer, responses became slightly more frequent, but overall communication was still lacking. We were also switched last minute from working with one wedding planner to another and unfortunately, the level of communication improved but only slightly.

Regarding the resort itself, several of our guests had complaints about their rooms, including rude staff interactions, TVs not working, and even furniture issues like drawers coming off. At nearly $700-900 a night, I do not feel this reflects the level of quality that is being advertised.

Our suite was beautiful, but the elevator was not working the entire time. This meant I had to walk up and down four to five flights of stairs, even in my wedding dress, which was incredibly inconvenient. Staff did offer to help with transporting items but still was an inconvenience that we didn’t know about until we arrived and lasted throughout our entire 5 night stay.

We also experienced issues with room assignments. The mother of the bride’s suite was initially incorrect, and while it was eventually fixed, the room had a strong sewage smell for the duration of the stay. Again, at this price point, that is very disappointing.

At one point, when we brought up concerns to the on-site planner, we were offered a complimentary conference room to get ready in. While appreciated, we did decline as we wanted our getting ready photos to be on the balcony with the resort backdrop and not in a conference room.

Day-of coordination with the resort felt very unorganized. While I understand that unexpected weather can happen (we had 25mph winds and a rain storm that came through for about an hour), the lack of preparedness was disappointing given the cost of the venue. When rain came through, our planner requested fresh linens for the tables, and it took a very long time for the hotel to provide them.

One of the biggest concerns was the tiki structure used for the reception. This space was specifically marketed and presented to us as a weather-resistant option, with side flaps that could be lowered to protect guests from wind and rain.

Unfortunately when we did run into the instance of a storm unexpectedly passing through . The flaps were in poor condition, the zippers were broken, and the structure did not function the way it was promised. Guests were being hit by loose flaps, and areas that were supposed to be protected were left exposed. Behind our sweetheart table in particular, I was getting soaked, and despite multiple requests to have the sides lowered, it took a significant amount of time and effort to get staff to respond. Finally I made my maid of honor find someone to help before the flap was fully secured.

The bartenders were also not very welcoming. I had multiple guests mention that they seemed unpleasant and did meet my guests with attitude.

I do want to highlight that the food was amazing. This was definitely one of the best parts of the experience. We had many people express to us how much they enjoyed the food.

We did also want to note our on site planner Michelle, was super sweet and personable and very willing to help and make accommodations for any hiccups we did run into.

Overall, I consider myself a very easygoing and understanding person, and I truly try not to complain. In the end me and my husband made the best of every situation and had an amazing time celebrating our marriage at this gorgeous location. We also completely understand that if certain occurrences that were out of the venues control (wind and rain) did not occur we may not have experienced a few of the negative instances highlighted. We also understand that the issues with rooms and building inconveniences is out of control of the wedding department and what they can do. However, when you are spending as much money as weddings do cost especially in the keys, we were hoping for a little a little bit of a better overall customer experience.

I hope this review helps future couples go into the process fully informed.

Everyone at the postcard inn was very helpful and professional. The food and venue were wonderful.

Pros:
- Wonderful place for your guests to have a vacation experience. Jet skis, Boat rentals, kayacking, and fun activties
- Different areas of the venue allow you to have different functions onsite

Cons:
- It is HOT in the summer. We scoped out a wedding in July one year prior to our wedding, and felt the breeze was wonderful on the Rum Runners beach. HOWEVER, under the pavilion it is a hot sweaty mess! There are shrubs blocking the breeze into the pavilion. There are zero fans circulating air. Our photos have everyone drenched in sweat.
- The front desk is VERY disorganized. We were charged $4 a welcome bag to have them given out to our guests, and we had over 10 bags not given out to guests. If you are going to charge an absurd fee to hand a bag to a guest at check in, please do it the right way. Also, we had asked for the Master Suite to get ready in. Granted, there was no guarantee that the guests would leave prior to 11am the day of my wedding. We checked with Wendy and the front desk several times, so that the minute the guests left, we would be notified and the room would be cleaned immediately. Day of the wedding, it's 11am and we hear from no one. I go to the front desk, and they say the guests are still there. We go upstairs to the room, and see the cleaning staff. No communication with the front desk. The cleaning crew said it would take at least 2 hours. It took my maid of honor to sweet talk the cleaning crew to get me in. Wendy did not help with this matter.
- Your day of wedding planner is a joke. The only thing she does is take you down in a golf cart, and keep timing with dinner, Hire someone else or be very organized. Have someone do your decor day of.
- Wendy was not very flexible with timing, decor, etc. I had to argue to get the prices and timing I wanted.
- You have to clean up your decorations the night of the wedding.
- The onsite bar wanted to close at 11pm night of the wedding, So much for an after party option on site.

Working with the sales team at PCI was extremely frustrating. We worked with three different women over the year we spent planning the wedding. They were unresponsive at times and did not pay attention to detail. The wedding coordinator from the resort left before the cut was cake and that caused some confusion with the staff. However, the wait staff was very professional and friendly. Overall, your wedding will be beautiful because the grounds at PCI are breathtaking but you will be extremely frustrated working with the sales staff.

Where do I start with the postcard inn? We booked our wedding about eight months in advance. Since the start of booking we had three different wedding planners who all ended up forgetting very important details. being asked what the grooms name is two weeks before the start of the ceremony is frightening for any couple. The location was beautiful. The staff who served us was awesome and our guests loved the food. But the planning was another story. The wedding planner who helped us the day of our wedding must of had more important things to do because she left before the cake was even brought out. Without her being there the staff was lost with the process of when we should cut the cake. Time passed and the cake collapsed, causing our porcelain cake toppers to fall to the ground and break. Very unprofessional and disappointing to us. The view was great. The weather turned out great. The bartenders and servers were super friendly. But the planners, nope they failed us. We must not have been too important to them with only 35 guests.

I had my wedding here two years ago. Since then my husband and everyone who attended have talked about PCI fondly. We've even recommended it to other engaged couples. That'll stop after today. Anyone who thinks so belittling of such a momentous moment has no business in the wedding or hospitality industry.

My husband and I have been counting down the days for your reopening. After we just had a baby we were unable to stay for our anniversary as planned but decided to come down for our 2 year anniversary for the day since we couldn't for our first anniversary(that was the initial plan but Irma prevented this). Before having lunch we stopped at the beach to take a photo at the spot we got married. We had no intention of hanging at the beach or pool and did not have coolers swim suits etc. there was no events going on. instantly the director of events walked over to us. I excitedly told her we were at the spot where we got married two years ago and would she take our photo. I was shocked and appalled to hear her refuse and tell us to leave immediately. I explained that we were heading to the tiki bar but just wanted one photo with our new daughter. She still refused and threatened us with trespassing. She was rude and condescending and repeatedly told me she follows "rules". Well, rules are rules, but there is also customer service and manners. We not only hosted our wedding there, had almost all our guests stay at your property, and have anxiously awaited your reopening, we've recommended it to multiple friends including one who is having their upcoming wedding there. My husband went to the front desk and explained the situation and rob, who was amazing, apologized and walked us out to take our photo.
We've waited for your reopening for a year. We still talk fondly about our wedding and that weekend spent at PCI to anyone and everyone. That stops today. We've been looking forward to our two year anniversary at tiki bar and showing our new daughter the spot we got married. It would have taken five minutes tops to let us relieve a beautiful moment. My nostalgic touching moment with my new family was instantly shattered and dampened the rest of the day by a rude member of your staff. So thank you, PCI. Suffice it to say this place lost a bit of its magic today. It’s clear once the wedding is done and paid for how you treat your couples.
