Our wedding venue was absolutely incredible! Since our wedding I’ve been recommending both the venue and Lessings as a whole to everyone I know. The venue itself is beautiful plus the staff and vendors were a breeze to coordinate with. You can tell they really know what they’re doing.
The only complaint I have is that I wish the night didn’t fly by so fast but that’s what happens when you’re having fun!

In June, I hosted my mother’s Celebration of Life at Mirabelle at the Three Village Inn, and I truly could not have been happier with the entire experience. From the very first planning conversation to the final heartfelt moments of the event, everything was handled with such care, compassion, and professionalism.

Tom Wright is absolutely amazing. He guided me through every step of the process, ensuring every detail—no matter how unique—was executed perfectly. From planning the menu to honoring special touches like a cola toast and a custom cheesecake made from my mom’s own recipe (beautifully recreated by the chef and topped with her favorite candy, Peeps!), the team went above and beyond to make the day feel personal and special.

The room setup was flawless, the food was absolutely delicious, and the entire staff was kind, professional, and attentive. It was clear that everyone involved genuinely cared about making the day memorable in the best way possible.

This day was incredibly important to me—it was the final gift I could give my mom, celebrating her beautiful life surrounded by loved ones. I am so thankful I chose Mirabelle to host this event. It was truly perfection, and I will be forever grateful.

My wife and I got married at Three Village Inn on 5/3/24. From the day we first visited TVI we knew we wanted to have our wedding there - the venue was quant, yet elegant and offered everything we were looking for in a package deal. When the big day finally arrived, everything went flawlessly in terms of order of operations, delicious food, helpful staff. Absolutely would recommend going with Three Village Inn if you're looking for a venue!

Beautiful scenic village greeted our guests and as they walked into the 18th Century Inn, we all knew this was going to be special. It started with Tom Wright who guides us along the way and gave us the perfect package for our budget. Then the rest of the Three Village team did their magic to make one special evening for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding celebration. From my first phone call to Tom at The Inn I was impressed. The professionalism and follow up questions via phone or email was always answered promptly. We booked the Stony Brook Room for my daughters Baby Shower and it was PERFECT!! The food was delicious and the staff did an amazing job. We also used their referred bakery The Rolling Pin for the cake. David at the bakery was amazing and the cake was precious and so yummy too. I would highly recommend the Three Village Inn. FIVE STARS!

Tom made wedding planning very easy. He was able to accommodate all of our requests and made the day very special. We were there for the new renovation, the space was so bright and light!

From the moment we sat down with Tom, we were in! He was attentive, thorough, responsive and down to earth. He flawlessly went through every detail with us and kept everything organized and coordinated. We were looking to have a small wedding and Three Village Inn was right up our ally; it was historical and quaint- they needed to do emergency renovations and even though things became more modernized, they still kept the antique-historical look and the renovations came out absolutely amazing! We also dealt with Nicole, the hotel manager, and RaeMarie, the general manager; both extremely responsive and handled our slight hiccups with ease and efficiency. The day of our wedding went seamlessly as well. The food was delicious, timing was perfect and we partied hard! We had Whinny as our Maitre ‘d and Hannah as our bridal attendant and damn they were amazing!! They both made sure we ate, stayed hydrated and had fun. They’re a huge asset to have and we were privileged to have had our wedding there!

From start to finish our experience with Tom and the rest of the Three Village Inn was absolutely perfect! Tom was super responsive to every email and phone call and made sure every detail was taken care of. We had the most perfect day and our guest could not stop raving about the food and venue!

I had the most beautiful wedding this last June at three village inn. We got married on site in the garden with its magical lighting, and enjoyed a fun and delicious cocktail hour. The entre was amazing and the Matr’d Tom made sure everything was exactly how we pictured it!

My wife and I had a great experience working with TVI for our wedding this past May, especially Tom and Winnie. Tom walked us through the process from Day 1 and was extremely responsive to our many questions and Winnie helped ensure the day itself went really smoothly. One of the things we loved about TVI was how allowed us to use their different spaces (cottages and bar space) before the ceremony for our pre-wedding religious rituals. We are also so appreciative in how TVI worked through last minute changes and circumstances that may have otherwise disrupted the event. The venue itself is everything we wanted: bucolic outside and rustic inside. TVI also offers so many delicious food options and we felt that all of our guests, including those with dietary restrictions, were able to have something they enjoyed. Thanks TVI!

From the start, my husband Jonathan and I knew we wanted to have our wedding reception at Three Village Inn. We were married on November 25, 2022, and knew that Three Village would be the perfect place to kick off the holiday season and celebrate our wedding! From the second we walked into TVI to meet with RaeMarie to go over our options and start planning we knew we had made the right choice. RaeMarie was so communicative and professional throughout the entire planning process and made sure to always get back to us with our many questions. We had a few guests coming from out of state (Rhode Island, Connecticut, Texas) and wanted to be sure we had plenty of spaces for our guests to stay. Nicole was a huge help with the room block and booking process and ensured that everything went smoothly and that our guests staying at TVI were well taken care of. My husband and I opted to stay in one of the cottages the night of the wedding and we were so happy we did! The cottage was comfortable and clean and so convenient after a fun night of celebrating with friends and family. When it came time to select our menu, my husband and I were thrilled with all of our options. Our cocktail hour was a complete knockout! All of our guests were raving about the selection and variety of our passed hors d’oeuvres such as duck tacos, baby lamb chops, bacon wrapped scallops, and patê! The stations at our cocktail hour were also a hit! We selected a BBQ Chef’s Action Station with Pulled Pork and Macaroni and Cheese, WOW it was delicious. Our guests could not get enough! As if that wasn’t already enough, our guests enjoyed a delicious broken burrata salad with entrée options of chateaubriand, stuffed chicken breast, herb crusted striped bass, and a stuffed acorn squash. My husband and I were thrilled that we were able to try all of the entrees the night of our wedding as our bridal attendant Alana, brought all of them out to us at dinner. The meats and fish were delicious and well-seasoned, veggies fresh and flavorful, and presentation absolutely superb! The staff working our event were also incredible, Winnie our maître d’ was nothing short of amazing. She ensured timing of everything from cocktail hour to cake cutting went off without a hitch and truly was such a kind and wonderful person to work with. As I said, our bridal attendant, Alana, was so attentive and helpful, she ensured that my husband and I got a chance to eat, our glasses were never empty, and that we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves at our reception. A special shoutout to Alana since she helped me, a slightly clutzy bride, get a spill of penne alla vodka out of my gown before the reception started! She was truly wonderful!

Now, the actual space where the reception was held at TVI was absolutely beautiful! Our florist decorated the tables with simple greenery with accents of white flowers and candles, and the room looked perfect. When Winnie and RaeMarie got my husband and I before the reception started so we could see the ballroom all put together, I actually got teary eyed! I could not have asked for a more beautiful space! Everything was perfect! We also brought some of our own décor a few days before our wedding, I came in with totes full of place cards and faux greenery, candles, lanterns, a welcome sign and photos to decorate the hutch that is in the cocktail hour area. I went over everything with RaeMarie and Winnie and what I had envisioned for the items I brought, I could not have been more thrilled with how our pieces were incorporated into the overall décor of the space. The next day after our wedding, all of our items were neatly packed back up in their original boxes and ready for us to take home with us, a totally perfect and seamless process!

My husband and I truly had the absolute best night of our lives and that was in large part due to our amazing experience from beginning to end with Three Village Inn! RaeMarie, Nicole, Winnie, Alana and the incredible culinary team, truly made our wedding what it was. Three Village Inn was the most perfect place for our reception and we look forward to going back for years to come to celebrate our anniversary and other special occasions! Thank you for everything!

From the start my husband and I knew we wanted to have our wedding at Three Village Inn. Tom was great and walking us through our options and was always available to answer our many questions. We ended up booking for our wedding and engagement party. Tom and Winnie were especially great when we decided to cancel our wedding and turn our engagement brunch into the actual wedding. With just a few months to plan the entire team was super helpful. Day of the party, Winnie handled everything and walked us through the day. When the florist didn’t deliver our flowers for the cake, Winnie took some left over flowers we had and placed them on our cake and made it perfect for us. She even coordinated and handled the refund from the florist which meant we didn’t have to do a thing! We couldn’t have asked for a better day and a better experience. I had my wedding at TVI in June of 2022. It was beyond my expectations- hands down the best day of my life. From the staff to the food to the vendors (Absolute DJs), my guests and I enjoyed the most amazing wedding I have ever been to. The food was amazing, the staff was so accommodating- Tom, in particular was such a big help throughout the whole process. I will definitely be recommending here for weddings and choosing TVI for my future events- baby showers :)

We would like to thank Rae Marie and the entire 3VI staff for making our new daughter in law and son’s wedding so very special. We felt safe and pampered! During these very difficult times it was a PERFECT Wedding Experience with no glitches, including a beautiful sunny weekend!!

Everything was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was great and extremely helpful. Great venue for a small wedding we had only 100 people it was perfect didn’t feel crowded or like it was too big. Very accommodating. Highly recommended!

The Three Village Inn had to everything we wanted and dreamed of working with Stephanie was so easy and the made accommodation's for not only my sever allergy but also for my family members who had gluten allergies. The inn and cottage rooms were amazing to stay in and we were able to have the time to get ready and know everything was on site. overall I couldn't think of a better place to have out wedding. Ryan ,who is the manager of the front desk, is truly a saint door putting up with all the questions my mom asked him (I think by this point he should block her emails lol) and honestly everyone from Stephanie and Dan to the waitstaff and beyond made it the most magical day ever.

When I started venue shopping all the way back in early 2016 the Three Village Inn was my second and LAST stop. I knew as soon as I walked into this quaint venue that this was where I wanted our wedding.
My husband and I booked for November 2nd 2018 but that was too far away so we went and got hitched on November 2nd 2016.
So the Three Village Inn hosted the wedding we never had and little did I know...the wedding of my dreams.
There was so much anticipation leading up to the day but all of our TVI contacts were beyond amazing and were there for every step, email, idea change...you name it.
A HUGE thank you goes out to our Maitre D Stephanie, who was literally there for me in every way from dress malfunctions, champagne pours, happy tears, bathroom breaks...EVERYTHING!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart your hard work and dedication to your role did not go unnoticed!!
Ryan, TVI’s hotel manager, his communication and follow up skills are on point. Being a very responsive person myself; I really appreciated this trait of his.
Staff, although we may not have spoken, your hard work showed and you all were complimented by our guest for your outstanding service.

Cake, I didn’t get to eat it that night, but Stephanie sent us home with the whole top to eat- NOT FREEZE and to contact them before our next anniversary and they would supply us with our identical cake. WHO DOES THAT!? Besides that great news, when we did eat that cake, we couldn’t stop.
Limo service, although we didn’t use much of their service. Our driver was so sweet and wanted to be there for me in every way. I didn’t get to thank him for that so I hope he reads this one day!

The way they set up all of our wedding decorations, blew my mind. It was better than I had imagined it being and that is so special to me.
The Three Village Inn exceeded our expectations in so many ways and we will be forever grateful.

TVI was the absolute perfect wedding venue. I was a little anxious choosing a venue from a "catering" company, as we did not want something cookie cutter, and I have to say - they did an amazing job helping us make our wedding the most personal and wonderful celebration. We highly recommend this venue for an inclusive, rustic/cozy wedding that feels old world. While the room fits 180, if you have a big dancing crowd, 160 is probably the comfortable max with a good dance floor. We had 160 guests and the room was perfectly sized and comfortable. There was definitely a little anxiety when in the 10 months we had planning our wedding, the sales woman we signed our contract with, and the maitre d we started with both left, but Stephanie took over without missing a beat, and truly helped make our day wonderful. She answered all our emails, followed my crazy diagrams for item placement, and did everything she could to provide us with all we needed/wanted. She even worked with my mom secretly who was planning a few surprises, and executed them into our vision seamlessly. The food was wonderful, and the hotel was great! The only thing - if you have a lot of out of town guests and your wedding is on a Sunday, it may be difficult to get a room block for Saturday night if it is prime wedding season. If this is something very important to you, double check with the inn before you book, especially if it is prime wedding season, but Ryan - the hotel manager, is amazing to work with and allayed all our nerves. Other than that, everyone there was great, friendly, and I only hope to go back as a guest to experience the inn again!

This venue was absolutely amazing and the maitre'd Stephanie and Evelyn were absolutely amazing. They catered to our needs all day and made the entire day go PERFECT and smooth. The food at this venue was soooo good. Thank you Three Village Inn for making our day perfect. My husband and I really appreciated all the accommodations they made for us and we highly recommend them!

My wedding went flawlessly. All my requests were met. The staff was super attentive. Everything was amazing!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the TVI on 7/14/17. We could not have asked for a more perfect day.. Our wedding day was everything we expected, and more. Th food was delicious, the decor was beautiful, the house vendors worked together flawlessly, and the service was amazing. All of our wedding guests had a wonderful time celebrating with us at our wedding, and we are still getting compliments on how special the day was. I am so thankful for all of the personalized effort the TVI put into our wedding day and the endless support each staff member provided in the months leading up to our wedding. My husband and I can't wait to return to the TVI for our anniversary next year!

Our wedding at the TVI would not have been perfect without the dedication and attention given to us by our Maitre D, Evelyn. She was such an important part of our day, that she deserves her own review. Evelyn was supportive and attentive to me every step of the way in our wedding planning process. She answered every question I had and even met with my husband and I on her day off when she knew we had come from out of state to work on some wedding details at the TVI. On the day of our wedding, Evelyn worked endlessly to make our day special. Other than checking in on my husband and I throughout the reception, she went out of her way to fix the bustle on my dress when it was torn, helped my bridesmaids find my headpiece so I wouldn't have to look for it, and set up champagne in our hotel room for my husband and I to have after the reception, among many other things. The attention that Evelyn gave to us on our wedding day was beyond what I expected. She is the reason my husband and I and our families were able to fully celebrate our wedding without any concerns. Because of Evelyn, our reception was flawless and even more perfect than what we had hoped for it to be. We could not have successfully planned and executed our wedding without her! Evelyn is the best!!

My bridal shower was hosted at The Three Village Inn for a Sunday Brunch. Everything was fantastic from the room, the staff to the food. We couldn't be happier that we chose The Three Village Inn!

My husband (Ryan) and I got married here on June 3, 2016. What an amazing venue! We couldn't have picked a more perfect place! We loved everything about it from the delicious food, beautiful grounds, adorable cottages and warm atmosphere. Evelyn and the TVI staff are wonderful and were so helpful every step of the way. We knew we were in good hands the minute we walked in there and we were right! Nothing but love for this place and thousands of beautiful memories of our special day. I highly recommend this place!

I can't even begin to describe how absolutely perfect my wedding at at the Three Village Inn was. Every single detail was exactly how I wanted it. The venue is beautiful and rustic all on its own without needing thousands of dollars worth of flowers and decorations. It's intimate and warm and everything I imagined my wedding to be. The entire staff was SO helpful and friendly, and Evelyn the maitre D was just phenomenal. I wouldn't change one thing.

We are so happy we picked Three Village Inn as our ceremony and reception venue. They did an amazing job with everything. The whole day went so smoothly. Everyone loved the place and raved about the food!

Fabulous wedding venue. The gardens and the Inn are beautiful and old world charming. Family and wedding party stayed at the Inn and in the cottages which were gorgeous. The food was plentiful and delicious. THE STAFF WAS AWESOME! No exceptions, they were there to make things perfect. The only drawback was the Red Carpet Limo company, which we used as a shuttle service for our guests who were staying at other hotels. They sent a driver who did not know the area and at least 17 or 18 of our guests would have missed the ceremony except for the kindness of the Hilton which shuttled them over in their own bus. If someone is getting the wedding package from TVI, I would recommend switching out the limo for the ceremony fee. Other than that, it was a perfect wedding weekend at Three Village Inn.

The three village inn is so beautiful and everyone working there was so nice! We worked with John and Evelyn and our day was so wonderful because of them!

We had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding here, and I cannot say enough good things about this place! We looked at it for our wedding and absolutely loved it, but it was just a little too small for our wedding. We ended up getting married at the Mansion at Timber Point, and had our rehearsal dinner here (and got 10% off for being a Lessings customer). It was perfect for a rehearsal dinner since it's a wedding venue, we had our rehearsal out in front where couples get married. The staff is wonderful and the food is to die for!! LOVE this place and highly recommend!

Faith and Evelyn were wonderful in making this a truly wonderful occasion. We entered the day confident that all would be coordinated professionally and tastefully, and it was.

I don't even know where to begin in writing this review because everything at the Three Village Inn was BEYOND!! anything my husband and I could have ever dreamed of when we pictured our perfect wedding day.

First, we knew The Three Village Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding because it had everything we were looking for... a rustic/intimate feel (we did not want gold, mirrors, flowered rugs, and multiple ball rooms), located in the harbor of Stony Brook with beautiful views of the water (perfect for sunset photos), a tavern for our guests to hang out in before and after our wedding and a hotel for all of our guests (which turned our wedding into a weekend of fun instead of just one night!). We also used another room at the Three Village Inn for our rehearsal dinner which was super convenient because our family and bridal party were all already staying on site.

I can't say enough about how amazing each and every member of the staff at The Three Village Inn are! They all went out of their way to make sure every single part of our wedding was perfect. Faith, Evelyn, David, Ryan, Abby and everyone else was just so helpful, organized, and put me at ease knowing they would make everything perfect for both our reception and rehearsal dinner.

The food... omg, it was unreal. The cocktail hour was beautiful, everyone loved all the choices and the food during our reception was unbelievable... people are still talking about it!

The TVI was absolutely the perfect choice!

Evelyn and the entire staff were flexible in fulfilling our needs and desires. The event was warm and lovely. I would not recommend this event for more than 150 dancing guests.

Every person we encountered at the Three Village Inn, from the Catering Coordinator to the Banquet Manager, from the valets to the innkeepers, from the bartenders to the wait staff, was professional and amazing. We would recommend this venue to ANY couple looking to get married - it was the perfect blend of cozy and elegant.

My husband and I could not have been happier with everyone that we dealt with at Three Village Inn. From the moment we walked into the Inn, sat in the sitting room by the fireplace and looked around and then met Faith, we knew we were going to get married at the Inn and it was absolutely the right place for us.

From the moment we started planning, Faith was wonderful to work with. Faith worked along side us in planning everything and was always so cheerful when answering my vast multitude of questions either via phone or email. As our planning moved forwards, Faith was nearly as excited for our wedding as we were, even as she was planning her own wedding!

Once our date got closer, we began working with Evelyn as well as Faith, and the Inn's wonderful customer service continued to stand out. Evelyn was also incredibly welcoming and always very responsive to any question posed, regardless of how silly it seemed or how many emails I sent in a day! She was always cheerful and so incredibly helpful.

Wedding weekend, the entire staff, from the front desk staff up, was just incredible. From David and Sean at the front desk to all of the bar and waitstaff, to of course Evelyn, everyone was just wonderful. Evelyn was so incredibly on top of everything, from the family wrangling to the train of my dress as we walked to the garden, to making sure my husband and I ate!

Most importantly, we had an amazing time at the wedding as did our guests! We had multiple people come up to us during the wedding to comment on how amazing the food and the staff were all night. It was an amazing night, thanks to the staff of the Inn, but especially Evelyn and Faith!

Evelyn and Faith were joys to work with! My fiance and I planned our wedding at the Three Village Inn from across the country and Evelyn and Faith were flexible and accommodating. They understood our vision and bent over backwards to make it come true. Leading up to our wedding day, Evelyn (our wedding coordinator) was very responsive. By the time our wedding day rolled around, I felt like I had a new friend and was confident that she would ensure our day was beautiful. Here are just a few of the ways the Three Village Inn went above and beyond: (1) they took doors off the hinges during our reception to make the space feel more open, (2) they specially ordered liquor for our signature drink, (3) they let us replace station h'ors d'oeuvres with more passed h'ors d'oeuvres, per our preference, (4) they let us walk through the space multiple times to figure out the optimal seating arrangement, and (5) they put out gorgeous, heaping bowls of whipped cream to accompany mini-pies that we specially ordered for dessert (our guests LOVED the mini-pies). They saw that all of our personalized touches were perfectly executed.

Our guests also loved the venue. They said it was a reflection of us - elegant but warm and down to earth. The band members even said it was one of the warmest weddings they'd ever been to. Our guests really appreciated the history of the venue. With the dark floors, exposed ceiling beams, and iron chandeliers, our guests said the Three Village Inn felt more intimate than your typical catering hall.

Our guests also loved the ceremony space. We did our ceremony in the Three Village Inn's garden. We were wary that it would feel too exposed because the garden is right off of the Three Village Inn's driveway. But we put up a white tent in the garden and this made the garden feel very separate and the ceremony space feel secluded (plus, the added bonus that the tent was beautiful!). It was gorgeous and really convenient!

My husband and I loved 3VI from the moment we stepped foot on the property. It offered us that outdoor country cottage feeling while still being close to the city. The prices are amazing compared to NYC prices (which we wanted to avoid). Everything was included, food, open bar, tables, chairs, linens, etc. We didn't have to rent ANYTHING!

Evelyn was our Maitre'D and we couldn't have asked for a better professional, she laughed with us and made us feel comfortable and really helped us put our day together. She was fun and super super sweet. The food at 3VI is outstanding, and the portions are perfect. We loved the food, every time we had a meeting or just happened to be out in Stony Brook for other wedding related things, we always ate at the Tavern and we have NEVER had a bad meal, which played a major role in us choosing 3VI as our venue, nothing worse than bad food at a wedding (tarragon chicken - tender and juicy, swordfish - has an amazing salsa served with it, and Chateaubriand - perfectly cooked and tender).

The rooms at the Inn are beautiful, the rooms in the Main House have a bit more character keeping with the feel of the house, with exposed wood beams, and beautiful colors unique to each room. The cottages are more updated and are decorated differently and they really are beautiful. All of our photos were done on or walking distance from the Inn, which shows how many beautiful sights there are within a short distance.

If you're looking for great views and a relaxed feel for your wedding with outstanding service and food, 3VI is the place to be.

Everyone at the Three Village Inn that I worked with was amazing and extremely accommodating. Every detail of my wedding was beautiful. The menu they provide is so different from your typical wedding food and so very delicious. They were very reasonably priced and the services they provided made it a no brainer to choose their venue for our wedding . I can't wait to come back on our one year anniversary and celebrate at their restaurant. I will absolutely use them for future events.

We got married at the Three Village Inn on 12/14/13. The Inn was also rented out in full by our families and friends that were coming to the wedding. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful staff. Evelyn was amazing, she could sense when I was stressed and she fixed it. Carrie was so helpful and kind every time I had a room list change. We got married in a snowstorm, and TVI made my wedding magical. The place was made for a winter wedding with all the fireplaces and rustic charm.

The food was amazing, I wish I could have had more time to enjoy it. The bartenders were great and kept the alcohol flowing. The only thing they could have done better, was keeping Mirabelle Tavern open later after the wedding. We had a few guest that did not want the night to end, but to be fair they were used to bars being open till 4am, which was not going to happen at the Tavern. The bartender did make me an amazing cup of french press coffee and for that I am eternally grateful. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants a intimate, and cozy wedding in an an area where you will find many, what I call, "wedding factories". Once again the food was great!

From the second my fiancé and I walked into The Three Village Inn we feel in love with the venue, staff and everything about this location. This is such a special, charming location for your wedding or any special occasion. We loved that this venue only holds one wedding at a time. They were able to dedicate all of their attention to our important day. Faith and Evelyn were amazing!! They were really there for me every step of the way. Any question or concern I had they were there to answer and reassure me everything would be perfect and it was. Our wedding turned about to be more than I could have ever imagined. I love that we have such a special place to return to year after year!! I cannot say enough positive things about this venue and staff.

The staff at Three Village Inn is amazing!! We were planning our wedding for two years, I would email Faith back and forth about every little detail, she helped me with everything. On the day our wedding it was suppose to rain, the staff let me make my decision up to a half an hour before the ceremony was to start (needless to say we ended up having it outside). Our guests raved about the food, it was out of this world! A huge plus was having the bed and breakfast. We had a lot of guests coming in from out of town, and the staff even accommodated my husband and his groomsmen to check in early to get ready before the ceremony. We had such an amazing day and can not wait to spend our anniversary there as well. If your looking for an elegant venue with 5 star food and a place where your guests can stay over, Three Village is your place!!!

We had our wedding reception at the beautiful and elegant Three Village Inn. Such a wonderful picturesque setting on Stony Brook Harbor with the New England feel of the surrounding woodland area. DELICIOUS, AMAZING food!!! Every bite made me smile! I cannot stress enough how perfect the food was- everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Having a professional French chef apparently makes all the difference! Also, the staff was wonderful; they made us feel like family, especially Faith and Evelynn- it was so much fun planning with them. We also stayed at the Tallmadge cottage on site for our wedding night, which was immaculate and cozy! I wouldn't have changed a thing! Can't wait to go back for future celebrations!

We were married here on August 24th and had the most amazing day!!! Thank you so much to John, Faith, and all of the staff for taking such good care of us and our guests. No detail was left out. They let us drop off tons of stuff the Monday before the wedding, including live plant favors, and set up everything the way I had specified. The attention to detail was clear, and eveeything was handled in a prompt and professional manner. We pretty much had every hotel room booked up for the weekend, which made the event even more special. I absolutely loved the quaint, rustic feel but that we were able to personalize the space so much as well. And of course the food- everyone is still raving!! Many guests have said our wedding was the best they'd ever been to and a big part of that was because three village inn is such an amazing venue!! We also did a brunch there the next morning which everyone also loved. Thank you again for everything!!

From our first meeting with the Three Village Inn staff, we knew we were in good hands and booked our wedding date that day. All the staff including Dan, Faith, Evelyn, & Carrie were always available to assit with our planning inquiries & sent us reminders when important deadlines were coming up. We loved the idea that we could have our ceremeony, reception, and hotel accomodations all in one place so our guests did not have to travel. Our guests loved the food which was very important to us as we've been to too many other weddings where the meal was a disappointment. All but one of our vendors were "preferred" by the Inn and we were impressed with everyone. If you are looking for a historic venue with charm, great food, and great service I highly recommend checking out the Three Village Inn!

All of my guests fell in love with the Three Village Inn just as I did. A beautiful venue, with kind and attentive staff, and delicious food. All of my guests remarked they were surprised how great the food was. Many said how cute and intimate it felt. (I should note that that was ambiance not tight quarters. It was spacious for a crowd of 150). The cottages were great, and the tavern for the after party was fantastic. A perfect way to end the night.

Three Village Inn made my wedding day perfect. Everyone raved about the food, it was a beautiful venue, and the service was excellent. The hotel was also great, and all the guests loved their rooms. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple.

I had my ceremony and reception at Three Village Inn and it couldn't have went more perfectly. There were gorgeous pictures locations because of the water right behind it. The ceremony was set up outside and was very simple and pretty. We were very unorganized the few days before the wedding which led to my husband and I still dropping off items and ironing out details with the event planners at 10 pm the night before. They set up everything beautifully and seamlessly. Our maitre d was amazing and met every need before I could even ask such as meeting us at the end of the aisle with champagne and she even bustled my dress outside in the grass so I could go take pictures. I didn't have any food during the cocktail hour but I heard it was very good and the salmon and steak we had was amazing. Our cake was even included and it was beautiful and delicious. I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful day and I am very thankful to three village inn for making it all possible.

What a wonderful place to have a wedding. Everything is there. I had my rehearsal dinner there the night prior to the wedding, a beautiful ceremony sight, Fabulous cocktail hour, wonderful reception room, and a bar after to keep the party going. AND on top of all of that they have about 20 guest cottages so many of my friends and family started the rehearsal dinner through the whole weekend. Stony brook is beautiful. The service was outstanding the food was exceptional and my day went perfect!

The Three Village Inn is an active inn and restaurant that was built in the 1700s. The place is oozing with history, charm and character. It is located in the quaint and picturesque Stony Brook Village and has gorgeous views of the Long Island Sound. The food is cooked by one of the best chefs on Long Island, Guy Reuge, and our guests were blown away by the quality and the quantity that was served on our wedding night.

As the bride, I had three people from the Inn looking after me, my coordinator Kim, the maitre-de and an appointed server. They were there for me a 100%. Kim even dressed my wedding barbie doll that was going on top of my cake!

After my wedding, the party continued at the Inn's historical bar. The next day guests who were staying at the Inn had a free delicious breakfast together. It was very much a destination affair even though it is just an hour from NYC. Everything was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks, Three Village!

We just had our wedding at The Three Village Inn (Nov. 11th) and my husband and I were thrilled! It was the best day of our lives!
We worked with Tom, who was a SAINT patiently dealing with every question and email we had for him. They were communicative and responsive.
We did NOT have a day-of-coordinator, but it was not needed. Our Maitre d’ (Winnie) was professional, attentive, and organized. Our bridal attendant was the only one with the key to our bridal suite so all of our belongings were safe and secure the entire night. Everything ran smoothly the entire day. My husband and I never NOT had a drink in hand!
We stayed at the Inn (Suite #16) the night before our wedding day. The morning of the wedding, we used this room for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. It was spacious enough for 10 women to get ready in and had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient! It was centrally located between the main building and all of the guest rooms (not to mention, walkable to the water/marina across the street).
We also utilized the attached tavern for our after-party.
The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful! The bar well-stocked and bartenders worked quickly. The building itself has old-timey, rustic, classy charm with original architectural features.
The grounds lent itself to stunning photos with little nooks and crannies to hide away to but also had the scenic water and marina across the street.
Our entire wedding from start to finish took place at this venue and we couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out!

Three Village Inn was such a beautiful, charming venue for our wedding. The food was outrageously good and our guests were raving about it. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to my husband & I and our guests. The maitre d, Stephanie, was constantly checking up to make sure we had enough food, drinks, etc., and figured out how to bustle my dress quicker than anybody! They were very accommodating with allowing us to hang our own greenery in the chandeliers, and even worked with me to move our reception up a half hour to close a chunk of time between my church and our cocktail hour! They only do one wedding at a time which is great, and have the tavern attached to the venue where our guests and ourselves enjoyed an after party with more catered food. Having the inn attached is a HUGE bonus and our guests bought out all of the rooms! It was such a beautiful day with a great staff who aim to please!!

When I first began looking for Wedding Venues, I did NOT want a ballroom wedding and this was very important to me. I wanted a venue that was rustic and had a warm feeling to it with GREAT food and most importantly where my bridal party and family could stay on site. Three Village Inn fit all of these requirements. The property is quaint and historic and there are some GREAT places to take pictures.

The Food was amazing! Everyone at our Wedding and after kept saying how amazing the food was. Thank you Chef Guy. We also had our after party at the bar and ordered some finger food which was great!

The Service was also superb! I was so impressed with the waitstaff on the night of Wedding. Our Maitre D-Evelyn made sure she took care of us on the night of our Wedding and for that, I can't thank her enough. Between her & the DJ they coordinated everything so well!

We were married onsite in the garden and I highly recommend getting equipment from your DJ for your ceremony/vows so all your Guests can hear you.

The contract process was NOT fun...I felt that they were pretty unreasonable with some of the wording that was put in the contract...The whole contract was protecting them and not us, so we made sure to change some of it around...They pushed back several times-but my advise to anyone planning a Wedding- make sure you read every word on the contracts you are signing. Weddings are ALOT of money and you deserve to know what you are committing to.

The hotel rooms could use some updating, initially they look nice but they were updated pretty cheaply-knobs fell off, rugs were tattered on the edges...ect. Their rooms are WAY too pricey for what they are...It was nice to stay onsite and get ready at the place where we were getting married.

I highly recommend Three Village Inn- it was such a memorable day. Thank you Faith, Evelyn and Chef Guy for making our Wedding fantastic! We can't wait to visit for dinner in the Spring!

When we were looking for wedding venues, we couldn't believe how friendly and accomodating the staff at Three Village seemed. They made us feel so comfortable right from the begining that we knew they were the right place for our wedding. John and Dan who handle all of the wedding bookings were amazing all the way through the planning process. They always responded to us quickly, were helpful and pleasant, and great at reassuring us that everything would go smoothly. The service at the Inn is impecable, the food is amazing, and our guests loved the charm of the location. I can't say enough about Evelyn and Kim, the event coordinators for the Inn who made sure everything was perfect! They went above and beyond to take care of every little detail, made sure the groom and I got to eat, had everything we needed, and even coordinated our morning-after brunch. I've never seen a more professional staff, that at the same time manages to make you feel like family! You won't be sorry if have your wedding here! We also booked the entire inn for our guests for the weekend and everyone loved it.

Overall really loved our wedding ceremony and reception which was held here. The maitre d, Evelyn, was highly professional and responsive to our questions and anytime we had a concern. There were a few times where little things had to be addressed on the day of (took a few requests to get the wine/cheese plate to the bride/bridesmaids as a part of the package day of, issues w/ car service promised to be provided by hotel to transport people to/from the venue who were staying on site, etc.), but none of it compared to how happy we were overall with the planning and day of experience. The ceremony was great, food was outstanding, open bar, etc. People RAVED about the quality and amount of the food and the open bar. Note, this place offers many options. The one we chose was a package deal that included (from a set selection of vendors) reception site, ceremony site, food, open bar, flowers, cake, DJ, limo service, etc. We also loved that our loved ones could stay on site and the hotel had a bar to keep the party going after the reception was over. One somewhat larger issue we had was with getting out cake topper sent to us after the front desk forgot to provide it to my mother. Still waiting on this to be fixed, but I am hopeful that the maitre d will work with us. Great experience overall and I highly recommend.

The Three Village Inn was the perfect location for our wedding. Evelyn and Faith did an amazing job putting together my vision for the ceremony and reception. The service from the staff was great. The food was absolutely delicious. My guest raved about how beautiful and intimate the ceremony and reception was. My husband was blown away with how beautiful everything looked. It misted on the day of so i thought we were going to have a rained in ceremony, but Thank God it didn't. Everything was perfect! The staff was really help full with any and every questions that we had. Shout out to Evelyn our maitre'd for the event. She was AMAZING!!! we ran a little behind schedule to start the ceremony ( my fault) and she and my husband came up with the idea to have the cocktail hour before the ceremony so that the guests weren't waiting outside for a long period of time. She made sure i had everything I needed! I couldn't have asked for a better person!! The food was delicious, the views lovely! I say give them a call, they will really work with you. Had our wedding here and it it just perfect for what we wanted. The place is so beautiful and adorable. The people were so helpful and great. We worked with Evelyn and Faith as our wedding coordinator and event manager and they are just amazing. It rained at out wedding and they made every arrangement to make our day the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES! And it sure was! We wouldn't change a thing!

If you don't want a typical Long Island wedding factory and don't want to waste the money on the wineries, Three Village Inn is an awesome option. Everyone my husband and I worked with was awesome and responsive. Prices were reasonable, or as reasonable as can be expected on long Island. The food is positively awesome. Everything was delicious and they were accommodating to our guests with dietary restrictions.

They provided our cake, but we requested that they use their alternate bakery, rather than the default bakery that serves the TVI. I'm incredibly happy we did. Black Forest Bakery- one of their partners, did an amazing job. Not only was the cake beautiful, it was the best red velvet cake I've ever had.

All in all, I'm super happy with our choice. Months later, our guests were still raving over the food and how good of a time they had.

I am so appreciative to Evelyn who was our Maitre D and day of coordinator, as well as the rest of the staff. They answered all of my questions and granted almost all of my wishes without too much hassle. Evelyn was my hero that day, no joke, she even sewed my ripped bustle back together! She took me and my husband into the quiet and empty reception room during cocktail hour and let us sit down, relax, and served us plates full of cocktail hour food and signature cocktails to ensure we got to have some and we were starving so I was so grateful! The Three Village inn is extremely accommodating and a great place to be to celebrate. The location is amazing, the tavern is a blast, the facilities are beautiful, the area is so quaint and sweet but not at all boring! There is so much to do, you can easily make a weekend out of it. Everyone of my guests told me how much they loved the food, the decor, and the venue. The food is really awesome! My only negative reviews: The rehearsal was a confusing mess. There was another rehearsal scheduled right before our rehearsal (for which we paid for a rehearsal dinner party for 75 people, also at the TVI) but that one started and/or ran late which made us late to start our rehearsal party. We were just standing around and waiting outside for almost an hour confused. It was stressful and I just wish it was communicated better to us what was going on. Also, I had a whole bunch of framed photos of parents and grandparents on their wedding days that I wanted displayed on the nice hutch. This was discussed multiple times and written in emails as well printed in my detailed outline of instructions which was send and copied for Evelyn and others. After I saw that this was missing during the reception they displayed them on a table by the bar so it was eventually displayed but... not quite how I wanted.

Our wedding day at the Three Village Inn was everything I could have hoped for and more. We moved our original wedding date due to COVID, and the team there made the process super easy. We opted for their complete wedding package, which I HIGHLY recommend as it took a lot of stress off finding vendors (plus the ones in their package were amazing and super familiar with the venue). The planning process went incredibly smoothly, and RaeMarie was very helpful along the way in answering our questions. The day of the wedding, we did not have to lift a finger; our maitre d and bridal attendants were fabulous. Our guests have been raving about how beautiful the venue was. And staying on premise in the cottages made the weekend extra special and convenient. We are so glad to have chosen 3VI to host our special day!

When we began to plan our wedding, my husband and I both agreed that we wanted something different. We had been to a hundred "Long Island" weddings, and it always seemed like they were all exactly the same. We played with idea of having a barn wedding, a vineyard wedding, or maybe even a beach wedding but in the end decided that it would have been way too expensive and way too much extra work. We randomly stumbled upon Three Village Inn one day, and immediately fell in love with the room. It was different! It was rustic, simple, and beautiful. It really had everything we were looking for. Our wedding was beautiful! When I walked in to the room for the first time it actually took my breath away. The food was amazing! People were so impressed with Three Village Inn. So many people told us it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. It's also a nice touch that there are rooms, as well as, a bar - it made for a very nice after party experience. We had a blast! The only reason I am not giving them a perfect score is because during the planning process - we were bounced around to MANY different people with MANY different answers to our questions. I actually had to say something at one point because it became flat out confusing. One person would tell us one thing, then somebody else would tell us something completely different. I also felt that there were some things that they kind of put up a fight with us about, when it really was just a simple fix. In the end, everything turned out perfectly and we were happy. We just had that one little complaint. Also, just to let you know - we had about 130 people. I was REALLY concerned about the dance floor but believe me when I tell you EVERYONE got up and danced. It got to be a tight squeeze at times (especially during the tarantella!) but for the most part people just spread out and danced wherever there was space. I think 120-150 is probably a perfect amount of people for that room/dance floor.

I must say that the Three Village Inn did an exceptional job for my husband and I. Their team was great from the beginning of the day all the way to the end. They did a beautiful job decorating and handling all the stress that comes with the day, including dealing with the bride. My husband have and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone future bride. Good Luck and may you have as wonderful a day as we did.

We chose TVI because of it's location, food quality, and value. The place is cozy and classic. Food is amazing being associated with chef Guy Reuge of Mirabelle. The venue is right next to the shore so we managed to get a few amazing pictures despite the December chill. This place is a beauty in warmer months (we witnessed a gorgeous outdoor wedding in Oct). It was a positive experience overall but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and professionalism. Emails usually take two days with vague answers. We dealt with quite a few people in the catering department but none of them worked at our wedding or spoke to us when it got closer to our date. The entire process felt a little like this: they sell you hard and get you booked (at a great value), then they moved onto the next event until the maitre d finishes you off. I know they are professionals who can do weddings with their eyes closed and hands tied but we definitely felt we had to fend for ourselves in the process, being wedding newbies. The main reception room is classic and warm, no high ceilings or tall columns. For our indoor ceremony (used partitioned reception room), it was super cozy for about 140 guests. They do run Mirabelle Tavern and Mirabelle concurrently with your wedding so you will be seeing restaurant patrons around the Inn while your wedding is going on. TVI's front desk staff range from super helpful (on night of - helped us with cabs and taking care of guests) to clueless (the morning after - reiterating multiple times that our check out time has already passed on a Tuesday).

Overall A pleasant experience. Guy the Chef was amazing and really worked with us on having a menu that would not only please our palate, but that of our guests as well. The Venue at Three Village Inn is beautiful

-Our aisle runner wasn't unrolled fully and my Matron of Honor had to kick it under our "alter"
and
-Lastly our children used our room during the evening to nap and one had an accident... this was brought to the staff's attention several times during the night ( and we were told it would be taken care of by them) we thought it would be remedied before the night was finished so the bed could be remade- it never was. My husband and I slept in a wet bed the night of our wedding.

Beautiful unique setting sold us on Three village inn. However VERY disappointed on level of service on the day of the event. Did not hear from anyone on the event staff until an hour and a half before the wedding. After calling down to find out why we were forgotten about was told Evelyn was meeting with another bride. Hmm? Several things we spoke about in our final meeting were not followed through on during the event and instead of solving it Evelyn responded with "it's not in your contract ". Extremely disappointed. Did not feel like she was attentive upfront or on the day of. Would not recommend at all.

This place is HORRENDOUS!
I stayed at the Inn the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and I should have known right when I checked in that this place would be a disaster; Wedding Wire doesn't provide me with enough space to air out all the grievances so I'll skip to the wedding.

We had the maximum amount of guests the venue says they can hold (180) but it was tight and cramped and too crowded. If you decide on this venue (which I DO NOT advise. At. All.) I would not have more than 120 guests. At the cocktail hour, there was no one serving guests at the pasta or hearth station. Because it was so crowded, people were eating in the hallways & near the kitchen. The thai dumplings I had switched out for the bacon wrapped scallops was never honored. The baby lamb chops didn't make an appearance until 10 minutes before the cocktail hour was over. The floor plan I had worked out with Evelyn she changed without notifying me or my fiancé. As a result, her team members messed up the table numbers resulting in the mother of the groom & her entire family being shoved in the very back corner. The food was bad & the time between the first guest being served and the last was roughly 45 minutes. By the time the last table received their food, it was cold & inedible. Evelyn was no where to be found throughout this all.

THE WORST PART—Evelyn told us we could leave our belongings in the bridal suite until the next morning. When we went to get our things, everything had been cleared out and thrown in a bag and shoved in a corner in a public space near the front desk. As a result, things were STOLEN; cards containing cash gifts amongst other things. When I emailed Dan & Evelyn about this matter, I never heard back from Evelyn & Dan's response is that they did this to be "helpful." I had to call the corporate office at Lessings to get a response from Dan. I still have not heard from Evelyn. VERY DISAPPOINTED and embarrassed because I worked really hard on this wedding.
