Best Cake EVER!
We got our wedding cake from Three Brothers Bakery, and we could not have been more pleased with it! They listened to our ideas and were lovely to work with. People RAVED about the taste of the cake as well! Could not recommend this bakery more! -

Wedding Cake Hero!
Y'all, my original wedding cake vendor didn't show up on the wedding day, and as my family was calling around trying to figure out what to do (without telling us - bride & groom - that there was an issue), 3 brother bakery came through in a major way! When they got the phone call at 5:30 on a Friday night, the day after July 4th, they got us 7 cakes delivered to the venue within 1 hour!!!!! I still can't get over it - they were decorated like wedding cakes and tasted delicious and cost less than $250, which for a wedding cake is unbelievable. If i could do it all over again, I would have started with them. Thank you thank you thank you!!! -

We did a three tier wedding cake plus a grooms cake through Three Brothers and were so happy with our choice. The cakes were both perfectly baked and delicious, and they looked beautiful. Our only snafu was that two of our flavors were flipped on our tiered cake, but it was so yummy we didn’t care. The entire cost of the cakes was a fraction of what we were quoted at other bakeries. We would highly recommend Three Brothers Bakery, and can’t wait to use their services again for other life celebrations. -

We got married on 11/4/2017. The Three Brothers team made us beautiful, delicious cakes that stole the show! My husband got a kick out of his surprise grooms cake. They also gave us a lovely Challah bread that my New York in-laws LOVED! -

We had a wedding cake and it was sugar free. The guest loved it and it was healthy, you couldn't even tell it was sugar free.

#BB went out of their way to provide us with exactly what we wanted for wedding cake! The raspberry filling was AMAZING!!! Our guest loved the variety that the three tier cake (white cake with raspberry filling, chocolate cake with raspberry filling and then white cake with raspberry filling) offered.Thank you for making our wedding day so special. Ordered a 3-tier cake with Three Brothers Bakery and it was delicious. I had a consultation with Jasmine weeks before the wedding and she was great at helping with the selection of cake. The design on each of the tiers turned out beautiful. It was not an over the top cake, it was simple yet elegant. Jasmine also helped me with dimensions when I decided to order my cake topper via Etsy, which she suggested in the first place. Definitely recommended. -

We ordered a 2 tier cake and a sheet cake and was able to get 3 different flavors. They were all so tasty we couldn't figure out which one to pick so this was perfect. It was super affordable and delicious. We wanted the ombre color with butter cream and it was perfect. I had some friends go to pick up the cake and they helped transfer the cake into the car. I have no complaints! -

Three Brothers designed our cake, made our cake, and delivered our cake with not one challenge and it was AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL and even better TASTED AMAZING! We even asked for a special cake to commemorate both our anniversary and our wedding day which was not a challenge for their team. Three Brothers Bakery did much more than just create a beautiful and tasty wedding cake, they made our day extra special by creating a work of art for our perfect wedding! After having a bad experience with another bakery that was very snobby and rude. It was very refreshing when I got to 3 Brother Bakery that was so friendly. I met with their coordinator Jasmine and she was so sweet and made the process for picking out wedding cake so easy! When I saw the cake on my wedding day I was blown away how beautiful it was. On top of looking gorgeous it tasted so delicious. We still have cake left over and can't get over how delicious it is. -

I have been a loyal Three Bros eater since I was very little, so it was super easy to pick a baker for my cake! They provided TONS of options, had reasonable prices and gave us an awesome tasting. Everything turned out beautiful! My wedding was now two and a half weeks ago and I am still reaching in the freezer for some cake! :) -

The cake was amazing. The allowed me to take the Death by chocolate cupcake and make into my grooms cake with a camera design. Everyone loved the wedding cake and the grooms cake!!!!! -

I called a lot of bakeries for quotes on a simple vanilla buttercream frosting, 3-tiered wedding cake (no decorations). Three Brother’s Bakery’s quote was almost half what the other bakeries quoted me, AND it was the best wedding cake I’ve ever tasted. We live out of town, and were not able to set the appointment for our tasting until a week before the wedding. They had no problem putting our order together within that time frame. They also baked a scrumptious groom’s cake that looked like a monster. We would definitely use them, again!! -

Three Brothers Bakery made us the most delicious, magnificent wedding cake I've ever seen. Four tiers of perfection. They delivered the cake as promised and set up the topper perfectly. It was exactly what we ordered and was beyond delicious.
Additionally, they made our groom's cake: a two-tiered golf-themed delectable chocolate cake. Richly decadent chocolatey are only some of the words we could think of to describe this wondrous cake.
Choosing Three Brothers Bakery to make our wedding cakes was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. Choose them. You will not be disappointed. -

Our cake and cupcakes from Three Brother Bakery were - first of all - gorgeous, but they also tasted amazing. I don't think there are too many things that taste better than their amaretto icing! They did a beautiful custom cake for me, and at the last minute, I had to add more cake and cupcakes and they were so professional and met all my needs. I would not hesitate to use them again! -

We decided to do cakeballs rather than a traditional wedding cake. After many taste tests, it was hands down Three Brothers Bakery that had the best. They were incredibly professional, and easy to work with. Our guests raved about the cakeballs, and they were eaten up quickly! -

We used Three Brothers for our wedding cake and cake balls for a groom's cake. At our initial meeting, the person we met with really helped us choose a cake design that fit our personalities. They were very flexible at allowing us to modify our order up to 2 weeks before the wedding. They were reasonably priced and the cake will feed a ton of people if you just slice it a bit thinner than recommended (they use 2 inch slices to calculate how many people the cake will feed). All I had to do was provide the supplies to create our cake and a few instructions on how I wanted everything to look, and they took care of the rest. They were easy to communicate with through email and asked questions when they weren't sure how I wanted something. I will definitely use them again in the future for other special events! -

Erin with Three Brothers was great! Her enthusiasm for my event told me I had made the right choice. I had scheduled tastings with two other vendors, and Three Brothers was the second vendor I had met. After meeting and talking with Erin, I decided I did not need to meet with a third vendor (my own set rule).
The day of my wedding, the cakes arrived as promised, and the delivery man was nice and set up the cakes wonderfully. The wedding and groom's cakes looked and tasted wonderful! The aroma from the cakes almost made me think about skipping everything and just diving into the cakes! The cakes were moist and melted in your mouth. The frosting was perfect. Sometimes frostings can be grainy...not these. The men LOVED the groom's cake! It was the best German Chocolate Cake I've tasted since my mom's. I will call Erin next year for our next anniversary cake. No, we did not freeze the top, we ate it, too!

Wow!!! This cake went above and beyond our expectations both in design and taste. Our cake designer was very receptive to our needs and helped to keep it under budget. My husband and I took a bite of our cake the following morning and thought it was sooo delicious that we ended up eating the whole top tier within a week! For our 6 month anniversary, he requested a mini wedding cake again and it was still amazing. I love this bakery. -

Three Brothers Bakery did an amazing job on our wedding cake and groom's cake! Our cakes were exactly what we had hoped and dreamed for! We met with the cake designer and described what we wanted and man did she follow through! On the wedding day, our cakes stood out and shined on the cake tables. Not only did they look absolutely gorgeous, but they tasted incredible! Our family and friends just raved about the cakes and how gorgeous and delicious they were. We used pies instead of cake for our "wedding cake", and neither me nor my husband had ever had Three Brothers Bakery before, but reviews said how amazing their pies were. We ordered pecan, apple and cherry for the wedding, and they were delivered to the venue the day of, and they were AMAZING!!!!!!! I could not have asked for better!!!!!! I am never a fan of pecan, and out of all three flavors, pecan turned out to be my favorite BY FAR!!!! Delish! I cannot imagine how delish their cakes even, but for a unique idea, try pies instead! -

I LOVED my wedding cakes! My husband wanted a cigar box with cigars placed in it. It was even better than we ever imagined!!! They had put his initials on the top of the cigar box as well as on each individual cigar. I can't tell you how wonderful the cake also tasted!! For my cake we gave them a picture of what I was wanting and it turned out beautiful!! I still get compliments on my wedding cake today. I thought most people forgot about the cake at weddings....not at mine! I am so pleased with their service and how they listened to our wants. We have been back several times just to get desserts or pastries because we love them! Their staff is soooo friendly and I will use them for years to come. -

This vendor treated us like friends. The cake was beautiful, and was the best I have ever tasted. They suffered major damage the month before during Hurricane Ike, but fulfilled my order while the business was closed for renovations. Amazing vendor!!! -

Three Brothers did an awesome job working with us for our wedding cake and our cookie favors for our guests! Consultation was easy to set up and Leo was great to work with, plus who doesn't want to go try a bunch of delicious cake?! He worked up our cake design from a picture we had and it looked perfect when it was delivered for our wedding. The cake was delicious, we decided to choose 3 different icing flavors to have different sections of the cake and they were all so good! We ordered chocolate chip cookies for our guest favors and were able to pick them up the day before our wedding - no wait when we got to the bakery. Everyone was helpful and quick to respond to our questions throughout the ordering process. -

We used Three Brothers for both our wedding and grooms cake. We wanted a SF Giants baseball jersey for the grooms cake. I sent them a picture of what I wanted and it came out perfect! We had some of our cake the next day at my parents house and the chocolate cake was amazing! The actual wedding cake was a little on the sweet side but still very good. I had another bakery in mind that I wanted to use, but Three Brothers won out as they deliver for a fee and the other bakery did not deliver at all. I've been going to Three Brothers for as long as I can remember and I enjoyed our wedding cake as much as I enjoyed their gingerbread men as a kid. -

We visited another bakery to do a tasting and were shocked at how uninterested they were in our business; NOT the case at Three Brothers Bakery! The employee asked us a few questions about ourselves individually as well as us as a couple to get an idea of what we liked. We viewed a few pictures, but we were tired of looking at pictures thanks to the first company. (The first company had 10 3-in binders FULL of pictures that she expected us to go through. No, thank you.) Three Brothers Bakery NAILED IT! He actually told us to put the book down then walked us over to the front window display case and said "something like this?" and pointed to what then became our wedding cake. It was us! A little modern for my now husband, but yet simple and elegant for me, the bride. The cakes were beautiful and delicious! My only complaint is that they didn't have a cake stand for us to use and we had to rent one. Very affordable. -

Three Brothers is awesome! They really are the best value! Delicious cake but not outrageously overpriced like other places. We had already loved the bakery for their cookies and treats, and we were not disappointed with their cakes! They have a few locations in Houston, but they do all of the wedding cakes at their Braeswood store. The cake tasting was really fun. Jasmine does all of the orders and is really sweet. She was very upfront with costs and I never got the feeling that we were being haggled. The cakes turned out great and everyone loved them! -

My family has grown up with Three Brothers Bakery so it was important to me that they make my wedding cake as well. They have a wonderful history and presence in the local community and I wanted to show support. I ended up doing a dessert bar at my wedding but still ordered a small two tiered cake so we could cut the cake and have some cake available. We did one tier of yellow cake with amaretto filling and another tier with chocolate cake and black raspberry filling, buttercream icing all over. They used ribbon to make it look exactly like a cake I saw on Pinterest and it was delivered on time and in perfect shape. My point of contact through the ordering process was very helpful but would get confused or mixed up about my order when I met with her. It wasn't a huge deal, I just had to clarify that we had already talked about it and she had my order on file, then it was straightened out. The cake wasn't inexpensive but not over the top either. My guests RAVED about the cake so it was money well spent. -

Erin and the rest of the staff at Three Brothers were so much fun to work with. They even let us have two cake tastings since my wife could not make the first one. Our wedding cake looked like a million bucks, and exactly the way we designed it with them. The dulce de leche filling was a crowd favorite. We also ordered some Mexican wedding cookies from them on shorter notice, and they were DELICIOUS! -

Bakery recieved my order a week before the wedding. I had an idea for a groom's cake but didn't know exactly how to make it work. They made the most beautiful cake I could have asked for. The groom's cake received more compliments that the wedding cake!!! Plus it was delicious. -

It was beautiful and delicious! We had asked for there to be navy ribbon around each tier, and I dropped the ribbon off to be used, but it wasn't. I think it worked out for the best though, because I'm not sure how I would have cut the cake with the ribbon on it. -

My cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious! One of the most moist wedding cakes I've ever had. The grooms cake was the same, absolutely perfect!
My only issues were that 1, they failed to mention to me until 2 days before the wedding that they would not put the flowers on my cake. This is something that should have been mentioned to me when I had my tasting and showed them a picture of a cake with a ton of fresh flowers on it. I did my own flowers, and had no clue what to do with the cake. Luckily, my amazing catering company, Jim Benton Catering, came to the rescue, again! The owner, Jim, came up just to put the flowers on my cake and it was perfect! The other issue was the delivery. I needed the cake delivered between 6-7pm. At the tasting, they said it was no problem. When I made final payment and confirmation the week of the wedding, 6 pm was the agreed delivery time. I arrived at my venue at 3:45 and to my surprise, there was my cake, all set up with no place to go yet. They did not contact me, just delivered it 3 hours early. Because of this, it had to be moved around several times. I was not happy about this at all. Please honor delivery times in the future. -

Three Brothers was AMAZING. I haven't heard more positive feedback about any wedding cake before now - I honestly cannot wait until my first anniversary when I can dig into my top layer that's in the freezer! Not only were they immensely easy to work with, on the day of the wedding they came and delivered my cake, put it on the table, and quietly left without even a whisper - it was SUCH a relief to have a capable, experienced, efficient vendor. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism but once you taste their cakes, you won't be able to pick anyone else. -

We have used 3 brothers many times in the past and frequent them often. We knew we wanted to use them early on in planning. Scheduling a consultation was easy and Jasmine listened carefully and made suggestions as to what we wanted (consultations are $25, which is applied to your cake cost if you select them). We ultimately changed from a larger order to a smaller ceremonial cake due to our venue. Again, Jasmine was easy to get on the phone and modify our order. I only have 1 complaint- I never received a second invoice after the reorder, which apparently was supposed to include the final payment date. About 1 month before our wedding, I called to expand our order to add a few side desserts. I was informed that I had missed the payment (mind you I had already paid >60% of the total cake cost) and that I should have known this based on the invoice (which I had not received). Upon pick up, I noticed that our cake was missing the top icing. Fortunately, Jasmine was there and showed them where it had stated the need for icing on the order form. The bakers fixed the cake while I waited. Everything looked beautiful and tasted delicious. The staff was otherwise friendly and willing to help. I would (and most likely will) use 3 brothers again for future cake orders. -

We love Three Brothers Bakery, so naturally it was our only choice when we got engage. The cake tasted great at the wedding. Now here are the many problems we had leading up, our first consultant left, they did not inform us and the new consultant had our cake all wrong (I am so happy I checked in with them before the wedding day), we met with the new consultant and thought we were all good to go, that was not the case. The wedding cake was still missing one of our fillings. After, they did not offer too much in making up for the mistake. Great tasting cake but I would stay on top of them like glue. -

The best thing about this bakery is the price of their wedding cakes. They are very affordable while still looking and tasting great. Unfortunately, the service was sub par. On two different occasions, we arrived for our appointment with a cake consultant only to be informed that they must have forgotten about our appointment... because they were not at the bakery. The first time I forgave (especially because they gave some free cupcakes) but the second time was just frustrating. They employees were always nice and apologetic but it still made us feel like our business was not valued. We were willing to look past these mixups (they are a very busy full service bakery) because of the value and quality of the cake... however, when the finished product arrive at our wedding it was the wrong color! We ordered a very simple tiered cake with purple flowers. The flowers on the cake were different shades of blue. No, it wasn't the end of the world, but it was very disappointing. The cake didn't match any of the decor... and really, how difficult is it to remember to make purple flowers? Again, I was willing to forgive this mistake, as all of the guests LOVED the quality of the cake (everyone said it was the best wedding cake they'd tasted), but when I e-mailed the bakery to inform them of this mistake, they never e-mailed or called me back. This really is the last straw for me. I froze several of the flowers on my cake and plan on taking them to the bakery to discuss the issue with the owner in person. Unfortunately, if his response is similar to our other experiences, they will just give us a cupcake and send us on our way... -

I went to the bakery to pick out the type of cake and the person waiting on me was not helpful and she was rude. I ordered the cake and told her I would let her know about the color of the cake. I later went back to the bakery to instruct them on the color and I wrote down all of the instructions and had to correct much of the information that the girl had written down in our first interview. She had the wrong pickup date and time. This was critical since it was a destination wedding. My fiance went to pickup the cake and he drove 400miles with it. During our reception, when we cut the cake it had so many dowels in it that the pieces of cake were only about 3 inches x 4 inches. The cake was dry and not even close to what I had tasted at the bakery. The color was horrid shade of BRIGHT tourquoise instead of the pale blue that I had asked for. Very disapointing, rude staff and not what I would expect from 3 brothers. -

I ordered the Key Lime Pie for an anniversary gift for good friends. We were anxious to try it as there was so much hype about this being the greatest Key Lime Pie ever! Well, we were greatly
disappointed in this pie! It was not very tart, whipped topping was fake tasting and then the
crust was way too thick. I ended up throwing my piece of pie out today! Definitely a big waste
of money! Will never get it ever again!
I have had better Key Lime Pie at some of the upper end restaurants in the Houston area. -

Three Brother's Bakery provided a beautiful and delicious wedding cake that everyone talked about. Although the final product was amazing, the planning of this cake with Three Brother's was a nightmare. They are not organized and often had issues finding my file. The nightmare started after I placed my order with them. I gave them my card for the deposit which they never charged. I called back a month later to follow up and they tell me that my cake was going to cost almost tripple what they originally quoted. I asked to speak with the manager and let him know that was not acceptable and I was NOT going to pay a dime more than what was originally quoted. He honored the price and finally ran the deposit. After, I had months of the bakery not able to locate my file, confused about size, flavor, frosting. I was so stressed they were not going to get my cake right and if I changed I was going to lose my deposit. They told me days before the wedding that I did not have enough rhinestones to go around each tier of my cake. I ordered those rhinestones online and I knew I wasn't going to be able to find another to match the one I had and if I ordered them online again they were not going to make it in time. I end up buying ribbon which change the entire look of the cake but I did not have another option. After I buy the ribbon I go back to my Algebra days and calculate the circumference of each tier. Come to find out I DID have enough of the rhinestones to go around each tier and had some left over. The rhinestones also came in three layers which two layers had to be cut. They told me it was going to cost $60 as it was going to take them an hour to cut the rhinestones. I took them home and cut them myself and it took less than 5 minutes!! I end up taking those rhinestones back to them and had to return the other ribbbon I bought for no reason! When I take the rhinestones back they also ask if I have a cake topper, I had already gave them the cake topper the week prior!!! Three Brothers had a beautiful cake and it was delicious but the nightmare and stress involved in planning and organizing is not worth it at all. I will NOT recommend their services to my friends or family. -

Today, September 16,2017, I drive by Three Brothers and was happy to see my favorite bakery open again after the storm.
Stopped in for a cheese danish and coffee on my way down Stella Link to Central Market.
Ate in the car as no tables were set up yet. On the way down Stella Link I started getting really sick in my stomach. I was in bumper to bumper traffic all the way North on Stella Link and threw up 4 times. This was a life record as I have a very strong stomach.
Got on the phone and called the bakery . The same young woman answered that had waited on me.
I told her I was concerned the food might be tainted and that I had gotten sick four times in traffic. She actually had a long laugh saying it couldn't possibly be the food. I couldn't believe she never even asked if I was ok and when I told her I didn't like her attitude, that I did not think it was funny, the snarky one said she didn't like mine either. I guess have a great product and thriving business means you can hire people to treat customers any way they like. It
occurred to me she might be a family member of the owners. And never entertain the idea your food just might be impure. -
