We had such a great experience buying our engagement and wedding rings from Thomas Joseph and Sons. From the moment we stepped foot in the store on our first day looking at rings, we knew that this was the place for us. The customer service was always top notch and our every needs were always met. Michael Joseph Jr, who we worked with, always had our best interests in mind and helped us find rings that fit our desires and our budget.
Our rings are absolutely gorgeous and of the best quality. We looked at a few jewelers in the Twin Cities before going to Thomas Joseph, and we definitely agree that you cannot beat the price and quality of the rings at Thomas Joseph. We are so happy with both our experiences and our purchases from Thomas Joseph & Sons and could not recommend this jeweler more. Thomas Joseph and Sons was an amazing jeweler to work with! We spoke with many jewelers but after the first few steps into their space we knew they were the people we wanted to design our ring. Michael was very detailed and respectful of what we wanted. He found ways to incorporate our family diamonds into an exceptional design. The ring turned out beautifully! Thomas Joseph and Sons is the only jeweler I will ever use from here on out. I worked with Richard to design a completely unique engagement ring. This was not an easy process as I am picky, my fiancee has some serious metal allergies, and I wanted the ring to be truly unique is every respect. Richard was always helpful, knowledgeable, and available. He never tried to "up sell" me on materials or stones I wasn't interested in. The ring is perfect and my fiancee loves it, which is all that really matters! I simply cannot say enough about Richard and the entire team at Thomas Joseph and Sons. I've since bought two necklaces from them, which I am equally happy with. If you are in the Twin Cities metro area, I highly recommend this jeweler, especially for engagement rings.Thomas Joseph and Sons is the only jeweler I will ever use from here on out. Thomas Joseph and Sons is the only jeweler in Minnesota that I'd recommend. My husband purchased my engagement ring there and there was no doubt in my mind that we'd purchase our wedding bands there as well. We ordered our bands well in advance of our wedding day and he simply asked for some money down and we could pay them off whenever we were able to, as long as it was a month before the wedding. He also held the rings at the store until we picked them up the week of the wedding, for no charge. They always cleaned my ring before any shower or other big event and replaced one of the tiny diamonds that fell out a month before the wedding for no charge. We got both my engagement/wedding band as well as my husbands ring here. They do a WONDERFUL job and really take their time with you. You can ask questions and they'll do whatever to make sure that you are happy. Small jeweler= much better service. If ANYONE wants a very personal shopping experience when buying your rings, I would 100% recommend Thomas Joseph and Sons. My husband was able to go in and design my ring, and every time I go in to get it cleaned, they know who I am and they are amazing. There prices cannot be beat. You get so much more for what you pay for. Thomas Joseph & Sons made my fiance and myself feel very comfortable and listened the style and design we were looking for. Before I got engaged, I spotted a ring at a local jeweler that I fell in love with. We and my boyfriend (husband now) went to look at it too. Turns out that jeweler only allows you to set their diamonds in their settings and their diamond prices were outrageous. I was a little bummed. When I thought about it, I realized that if I was going to get a ring with ornate hand engraving on it I didn't want another ring. So, my boyfriend caught the hint and bought me a solitaire engagement ring and we went on the hunt for the perfect setting as my wedding ring.
Thomas Joseph and Sons came up in a google search so we decided to see what they could do (contacted other jewelers too). Linda was very quick to respond that she would try to look for a premade mold that had what I wanted to save me some money. Within the next few days she sent me various pictures and links for these but nothing was quite like that ring at the other jeweler. After that was exhausted, she had a wax mold made of the ring design from the other jeweler. I was in love! The price of the setting was exactly the same as the other jeweler and we could put our own diamond in! Perfect! We proceeded with this and paid incrementally until the week before the wedding where the paid off the balance. Now I have one perfect ring that is completely unique and what I wanted to the T.
