  Absolutely beautiful jewelry and very knowledgeable.

  My fiancee and I picked up our engagement ring this week. I am just thrilled to own such beautiful workmanship put into the gorgeous piece of jewelry. Thank you Christine for being so knowledgeable and helpful, you truly knew how to make my dream come true. Tom Duma's never ceases to amaze me with their beautiful workmanship.   My fiance purchased a ring from Thom Duma. When we went back to get the correct size and band, the staff was more than helpful. Also they were having Gabriel & Co sale so the guy from that company was there helping as well and he was also more then helpful and understanding. I would recommend Thom Duma to everyone looking for a local business, good quality, nice/professional staff, and all around good service.

  My fiancé went here for my engagement ring. Thom Dumas is proof that small local businesses provide the best and most personable experiences. They have a gorgeous selection of designer rings and jewelry. We fully intend of buying our bands from them.

  My husband and I got both my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Thom Duma and had a great experience both times. For the engagement ring, I went with my husband to give him a general idea of my preferences, after which he worked with Diane to design a custom ring, which was truly beautiful. For our wedding bands, we went back together and each chose our own ring. My band had to be fitted to my engagement ring, but since I needed the engagement ring back pretty quickly for upcoming engagement photos, they worked with the goldsmith to make sure that I would get it back in time. The folks at Thom Duma always strive to provide excellent customer service in a very friendly, comfortable atmosphere, which makes for a positive experience all around.

  Thom made us feel like family from the moment we walked in the door. He designed a custom wedding band to match my engagement ring exactly. He and the staff offered the highest quality jewelry and service.

  Thom Dumas isn't like the other jewelry places where they try to sell you and make you try to get a store credit card with them. It is a family owned beautiful store that has all the major brands. The service is the best I've seen & they have a huge selection!! If for some reason they don't have the ring your looking for, they will find it bring it to the store!!

  My husband and I purchased my diamond, my band, and his band from Thom Duma's in Warren, Ohio. I chose them because they were the only jewelry store in my area to carry Tacori brand rings. I chose the style of my ring and his long before we purchased them. They just happened to have my engagement ring in my size in the store, so I was unexpectedly able to wear it home when we bought it. My husband and I paid for our own wedding, and Thom Duma's really worked with us on a payment plan. They gave us a great deal and even gave us more than one extra discount. They took photos of the rings for us for our insurance, and we also have lifetime cleaning with our rings. I would recommend them to anyone. The staff remembered my name each time I went in to make a payment on our bands, and they were always very friendly and personable.

  My husband bought my engagement ring from Thom Duma, we bought our wedding rings from there also. We have been very pleased with Thom Duma jewelers. They are someone you can trust, won't rip you off....beautiful jewelry. In fact another family member is working with Thom Duma right now on an engagement ring setting for his hopefully future fiance'.
