I interviewed many florists for our wedding and after speaking to Hadassah I knew I had to hire her. Hadassah did the most amazing job pulling together our floral vision for our wedding! Hadassah was so easy to work with and took the time to send several mood boards and adjust as needed to finally get to the perfect end result. She was readily available via email and phone. I was obsessed with the colors and flowers that she chose to put in my bouquet and all the details of the day. It was HOT outside and Hadassah did a great job of keeping the flowers looking beyond perfect. Thank you so much Hadassah for your incredible work! We had a fantastic experience with Hadassah for our wedding florals. She was available for as many meetings/calls as we needed, provided a very thorough quote (that I asked to change multiple times), as well as a detailed look-book to allow us to see the vision for our wedding day.
I originally wanted an all white pallet for our wedding, but after some consultation, we decided to add subtle colors to the installments at the venue... I trusted Hadassah to chose those colors and coordinate everything and WOW I was blown away. Walking into our venue on the wedding day and seeing all the flowers... I just kept repeating that I'd never seen anything more beautiful! I'm so grateful to Thistle Do Flower Co for making my floral dreams come to life! -

WOW WOW WOW 10/10 recommend!!!
I honestly don’t know where to start! Hadassah EXCEEDED my expectations and delivered the most perfect florals for my wedding day!!! I strongly relied on florals to elevate my venue space and I was just completely blown away by Hadassah and how she truly made my vision come to life!!! I’m still waiting for the rest of the professional photos however I just couldn’t wait to share this review because I was so so happy with everything Hadassah did! From the beautiful bouquets, to the centerpieces, aisle runners, pergola details, cake flowers, STAIRCASE INSTALLATION (ugh I wish I had a better picture of this! ), bud vases in the cocktail space etc.! She killed it!! My wedding day was a dream come true because of her! She worked so hard to make my vision come to life and I whole heartedly appreciate it! Not only is she so talented but she is so sweet and so professional! Use her for your wedding you will not regret it! She has so much range and the ability to adapt to your personal vision which is so unique and amazing! -

My wedding hasn't happened yet, but Hadassah has been great throughout the planning process. I've gone to her with questions about colors and design and she's always ready to help. I also really appreciate that she's respectful of our budget has suggested alternatives to help us stay within that budget. It feels like other florists try to jack up the price at every turn. Not Hadassah! She is fair, creative, and cooperative. -

Our florals were easily one of the most stunning parts of our wedding. It was so special as the couple to make our way around the venue and see Hadassah’s amazing work at every turn. We received so many compliments from guests too. She helped us decide what types of arrangements and installations would work for the space. We shared our color palette, some inspiration photos, and the “feel” we wanted and she did the rest. She was always quick to respond to emails, flexible with changes we requested, and easy to work with. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! -

Absolutely Beautiful Flowers
I am so happy we found Hadassah for our wedding! She is affordable and is so incredibly talented. I really don’t know much about flowers, but Hadassah is so helpful and everything she put together exceeded my expectations. Everyone has been complementing how beautiful the flowers were! You can’t go wrong booking Hadassah for your wedding, but you better do it way in advance to be lucky enough to work with her! -

Amazing at a reasonable price!
I am so happy I hired Hadassah for our wedding in September. She was great and easy to work with, and very responsive whenever I emailed her to change something. I know flowers can get expensive very quickly but I thought her pricing was super reasonable. My favorite part of the wedding was our flower installation on the staircase, it looked amazing! -

Hadassah is a genius! We could not have been happier with how our florals turned out! I was pretty unsure of my floral vision when first starting the process and Hadassah worked with me to create something incredible!!! Despite not meeting Hadassah in person until my wedding day, she was an incredible vendor to work with! From the first planning phone calls up to walking into my reception, Hadassah executed our vision beautifully. Highlights include the beautiful flower comb she made for me and the floral bowtie she made for my officiant! Even with pivoting from an outdoor to an indoor ceremony, I was amazed at how she transformed our venue with her florals and decor. She was incredibly flexible and extremely knowledgeable, and I would choose her all over again (plus Thistle Do is the BEST name for a florist)! -

I found Hadassah back in 2019 and after two postponements, I finally got married in 2022. In the years in between, she was an excellent communicator and was very adaptable when the original vision we had no longer fit our needs. Hadassah was quick to adjust, understood clearly the changes we were trying to make (despite us not even being quite clear ourselves), and delivered an incredible second proposal. Then she proceeded to add a flower wall and another installation, despite the short notice. Hadassah also worked with our furniture rental vendor to get us an incredible chuppah when we were stressed and coming up short.
Hadassah’s florals for our wedding were absolutely stunning and exactly what we envisioned, and what we had talked about. There were no surprises or even tweaks! Any couple, or anyone planning any time of event, would be so lucky to have Hadassah as their florist. She is a gem, a true professional, and she made us feel safe and secure about the florals for our big day. -

I hired Hadassah to do my flowers for my wedding, and if you're lucky enough that she's available for your wedding, do not hesitate and book immediately. She's incredible. It's amazing I never actually got to meet Hadassah, but feel like I know her. Since having to postpone our wedding and her now having two weddings on the same day, she was not able to be there to set-up, but she still executed everything beautifully and her team came through and delivered! I can't say enough great things about Hadassah! She was a pleasure to work with. Her work is absolutely beautiful and affordable! You can tell she loves what she does. I'm not super familiar with flowers, but Hadassah was able to pinpoint exactly what I wanted and ran with it. I was going for a sweet, romantic vibe and she did it perfectly! My dress was blush (as opposed to your typical white), and she used flowers that not only complimented my dress but also the bridesmaids and groomsmen. I got so many compliments on my flowers and the arrangements throughout the night. If you're thinking of hiring Hadassah, do it! -

Dreamy and affordable
Working with Thistle Do was one of our best decisions when planning our wedding! Hadassah was so helpful in helping to bring my vision to life and made it better than we ever could have imagined. Her creative eye and knowledge of blooms is second to none and we were truly blown away. She even went above and beyond to create our elopement florals when we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID! We also really appreciated that she worked with us to stay in budget and offered recommendations on how to maximize the floral pieces, such as reusing our ceremony floral during the reception. Hadassah is a true artist! When it came to wedding flowers, I knew I didn't want the basic tightly packed bouquets , I wanted lush, whimsical, straight out of a fairy-tail flowers and Hadassah truly went above and beyond.
She made the process so easy. I told her the color scheme and shared what I was looking for both visually and quantitatively. She sent me a detailed 'vision board' with all the flowers she was planning to use, and worked with me change out some of the flower choices to add the ones I was partial to.
I loved that I wasn't confined to a 'package' like most florists. I was able to tell her how many bouquets/boutonnieres/extra pieces, etc.. that I was looking for and she provided a customized invoice perfectly tailored to my needs.
Because of Covid we had to reschedule our big day, but still had a small ceremony on the original date, and Hadassah was so flexible and responsive about pushing out the order by a whole year. She was also super gracious in pulling together a last minute bouquet and boutonniere for our small ceremony.
I can honestly say that just based off of reviews and pictures I trusted Hadassah 110% from the start to create the most beautiful floral arrangements and even then she created something more amazing then I could have imagined.
I promise you that picking Thistle Do Flower Co as your florist is the best decision you could possible make, especially if you're looking for something unique and customizable. -

Hadassah is so incredibly talented. If you are thinking of booking her for your wedding, my advice is to DO IT. I have a feeling she will be completely booked out for years to come. My jaw hit the floor when seeing my florals on our wedding day. I expected them to be amazing, but WOW... everything just completely blew me away and exceeded my expectations. Beyond that, she is so kind and understanding. Our day was originally scheduled for 8/8/20 and we had to reschedule due to the pandemic. Hadassah was so understanding and flexible with us. She was also SO understanding when we completely changed up several design elements just two weeks before our day (and added a lot more), and somehow she made it happen for us, which I imagine was a ton of logistics and behind-the-scenes chaos that we were not aware of. I am so thankful I found Hadassah and Thistle Do Flower Co because they completely made my wedding day!!! -

Gorgeous flowers
Hadassah did such an amazing job with our florals for our late August wedding. I was absolutely blown away when I saw our bouquets, and even more excited to see the venue! Everything was so beautiful and beyond what I expected. One of my favorite parts of the day was the florals! Hadassah is extremely professional and so sweet, which makes working with her that much better. We had an issue come about just before the ceremony and she quickly and easily took care of it. Do yourself a favor and book Hadassah right now!
We contacted her roughly a year before our wedding. We had a very informative call where we want over all the different florals we may need, and the overall vision of our wedding. Then, a few months out she provided a mood board that showed you the different types of florals you could expect as well as ideas for arrangements. And when we wanted to make a few minor tweaks, she was super receptive and made those updates right away for us!
Honestly, she was one of those vendors where I just immediately trusted her vision. She knew we wanted a unique framing floral structure at the altar that could then be used at our sweetheart table. And our centerpieces were growlers that we collected during quarantine. She absolutely nailed the wildflower bouquets, and honestly our guests could not get over how beautiful the whole wedding was, thanks to Hadassah and her talent!
Hadassah is so easy to work with, extremely professional, and will take the time to understand what you are looking for for your wedding. I hope to get a chance to work with her again in the future! -

I don’t even know where to begin when describing what an amazing experience we had with Hadassah. She was truly a dream. I had a general idea of what I wanted for florals, but not knowing much about flowers in general and what would work for our date and what sorts of things work in bouquets and stuff, I kind of just gave her a color palette and some pictures from Etsy and let her do her thing. Saying she nailed it would be an understatement. Our bouquets, centerpieces, floral arch, aisle markers..everything was exactly what I would have imagined. Hadassah was so great to work with! I was someone that didn't have a huge flower budget and had more of an overall/loose idea what I wanted as opposed to specific types of flowers and she did an amazing job taking my picture inspiration and creating beautiful florals, from bouquets to centerpieces. She also did a greenery installation at our venue that really brought the reception room to life! Her prices are reasonable, she is responsive and flexible, and handles drop off/set up/clean up making the whole day so seamless.

Absolutely hire Hadassah for your wedding, or any event where you need florals!! She was so easy to work with and really understood and transformed my vision from my words and inspiration pictures into exactly what I had pictured for my wedding day. I love flowers - If I didn't have such a black thumb I would cover my house in plants - and I knew I wanted that feel for my wedding. I can't even count all of the compliments that I have received on my wedding florals, and I think I've recommended her to at least five other brides. Hadassah was so easy to work with and did the best job ever, she is truly an artist that is going to exceed expectations. I knew we were going to have amazing wedding flowers no matter what just from looking at her photos online, but I was so amazed and did not want to put my bouquet down all day. I found myself the next morning outside in the rain taking pictures on my phone so I would not forget our amazing flowers. She listened to all our requests, used a wide variety of flowers and greenery, and she knows what to add to really make your feature colors pop. Her arrangements are romantic and whimsical and anyone would be lucky to have her as their wedding florist. We love that she does something unique for all her brides and you're going to get something one of a kind. -

I thoroughly researched every single florist that came up in the search results, hoping to be able to stick to a budget but still have gorgeous flowers for our wedding. I loved Hadassah's description of a "foraging florist." When we booked her, Thistle Do was only up and running for about a year, but you wouldn't know it when you meet Hadassah. She is so professional and organized. We met for coffee and my fiance and I didn't have a very clear picture of what we wanted. Afterwards, she sent us a proposal with inspiration photos and it was perfect! Everything we wanted but couldn't put into words. Plus, it was broken down and itemized so we knew exactly what we were paying for. She even wanted to come see the venue and arranged her schedule, driving at least an hour just to do a short walk through....then Covid hit.
We postponed and then eventually had to turn to plan C, downsizing from 150 guests to 21 and finding a new venue two weeks before the wedding! Through it all, Hadassah was flexible and was the one to say she would adjust the price based on what we needed for our new plan. She did not have to do this. In fact many of our vendors were not flexible and held us to all original pricing (or added on). So not only is she talented, but she's an honest, good person. To top it off, on such short notice she again wanted to be prepared and arranged to tour the venue ahead of time with us.
The big day came and her flowers made everything look so gorgeous. She was on time dropping everything off at different locations. She transformed the tiny indoors of a museum into feeling like we were eating in an outdoor fairy tale. She added little details everywhere! The bouquets were stunning and made all of the pictures really pop. I honestly couldn't have imagined it all being any more perfect. I would recommend Thistle Do to anyone who wants to add beauty to their special day! -

Choosing Hadassah as our florist was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. She's fairly new to the game but you would never know that from her work. Everything she created for our wedding was so beautiful and better than I could have imagined. She is so friendly and easy to work with too! Aside from filling out a questionnaire and having a meet up, I feel like I didn't give much direction, partly because I'm indecisive but also because I trusted her. Literally everyone said I had the most beautiful bouquet they had ever seen, including my photographer who said she does this every weekend and it's the best one she's seen! I added center pieces on somewhat last minute (a month before the wedding) and it didn't seem to be a problem at all even though I needed 23 centerpieces! Again, I didn't give that much direction but they came out so perfect and just the vibe I wanted. I could go on, but seriously, you won't regret booking Hadassah for your wedding day. She's professional, extremely talented, and incredibly intuitive. I will be recommending her to every future bride I come across! -

From start to finish Hadassah was so easy to work with. She new exactly what I was looking for and completely delivered. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner. And allowed me to make changes throughout the process as I figured out what I actually needed for our wedding day. My bouquet was everything I wanted. The flowers we got on our wedding day were a dream.
When Noah and I started looking at florists, we were a little uncertain because we really didn't know much about flowers. We reached out to Hadassah because her natural style was something we were into. Hadassah was willing to correspond with me on options. Noah and I decided to move forward with her and she was able to guide us through the process. She really took into account what our vision was for the day, and matched that with her style and expertise.
On the day of, we received the flowers and were in love. We received a bunch of positive feedback from our guests, and they really added to the beauty of our wedding day. The flowers were not only beautiful, but felt like they were personally created for our style and vision for the day.

This is one of those times when picking someone just starting out is the absolute best thing you can do. You get someone who really cares and gives 100%. Hadassah was communicative and attentive, SO affordable, and did the perfect combination of listening to what I want and then finding ways to make it much better.
I find most wedding flowers boring and generic and mine were anything but that. I went from being someone who didn't care much about my wedding flowers to having it be one of my favorite parts of the day. -

Thistle Do Flower Co was incredible to work with! After just 1 or 2 conversations, Hadassah saw my vision for what I wanted on my wedding day! Hadassah was amazing to work with, and choosing her as my florist was easily one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding! She was willing to try new things (like a floral arch, one that can be moved at that), and it looked like she had done it so many times before! Her lack of experience doesn't hinder her AT ALL, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality florist at extremely reasonable prices. She's the best!! -

Flowers were perfect
Wow! So happy we found Hadassah! She is incredibly talented and was surprisingly affordable. I love the fact that she forages and uses local, in season flowers and greenery. She created the perfect centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres from just a few notes and conversation and totally nailed it. Honestly, flowers weren't something that we were prioritizing but it turned out to be one of my favorite parts of our wedding. I love supporting women-owned businesses and hers is a start-up, even better! -

Hadassah did a phenomenal job with our wedding florals!! I got so many compliments on my bouquet and my bridesmaids’ bouquets. (And I loved our groom/groomsmen’s boutonnières!) Her prices are extremely reasonable and her variety of flowers and eye for beauty is priceless! You won’t regret booking her for a minute!! -
