Amazing staff & food!
A’BriTin was one of the preferred vendors of The Jerome Center. We went with This Little Piggy and the food was delicious! We had chicken, green beans, scalloped potatoes, salad, and dinner rolls. We started communicating with them pretty early on and they did a great job emailing and calling us with updates and suggestions. Since we also were having a winter wedding we had a hot chocolate and coffee bar. This was a hit with our guests! I also wanted to note how great the staff were on our day of. One of the chefs (chef Hannah) came outside to our bus when our party arrived and started communicating and helping us immediately! We just met her in that moment and she was one of the most helpful people on our day! So I would highly recommend A’BriTin because not only was the food delicious, but the staff was SO helpful!This Little Piggy Catering's reply:

Delicious food and excellent service
The Little Piggy provided German-style food for an Oktoberfest-themed event that was part of our wedding weekend in Northern Minnesota. The food was delicious and met with rave reviews from our guests - highlights included the brats, pretzels, spaetzle, red cabbage, German potato salad, and more. Cory and his team were friendly, easy to work with, and executed strongly on the day. We would highly recommend them for any event. -

Great food
We loved our barbecue style dinner! Our guests raved about it and everyone left with happy hearts and full bellies! They had some of the best baked beans that I have ever had! -

A Briton Catering - This Little Piggy
A Briton catering was wonderful to us. Prior to our wedding, Jessie and the contact crew were super helpful and responsive, they were able to answer all of our questions and helped us through every step of the process. The day of, our food was hot and delicious! The catering staff was friendly and super helpful as well. It was overall a super awesome experience -

Loved the TACO BAR!!!

Best wedding food!
My husband and I had Little piggy barbecue from A’BriTin Catering and it was amazing. The food was so good and we all know a few weddings that were beautiful but the food was not great. The communication and help when booking was easy and great to work with in a brides stressful time! The service, I was so amazed! We had a few servers that kept an eye on my husband and I and offered to get us more food so we didn’t have to get up multiple time. This was above and beyond service! They are a bit spendy which was hard to do but great food and great people! -

The perfect caterer for the perfect wedding reception!!
Our wedding reception could not have been more perfect, and that is due in large part to Little Piggy Catering! Kate, Chef Christina and team were beyond fabulous in every aspect. The chicken and steak fajita bar was delicious, the service was excellent, and our guests were blown away! I would not hesitate to recommend This Little Piggy for any catering need, and will definitely make them a part of of our next event! -

Compliments from all the guests!
This Little Piggy was one of three caterers our venue allowed us to use - at first we were a bit disappointed about the lack of options allowed by the venue, but we didn't end up needing more options after doing a tasting with This Little Piggy! We received so many compliments about the food and they were flexible in creating a menu that worked for us, especially when it came to the bar service. Do yourself a favor and try the mac and cheese. They were easy to communicate with and made it easy to adjust the menu, make payments, and the servers on the day of came and checked in with us several times. As is true with many catering companies, the add-ons can be expensive, but the food is affordable and delicious! Our experience with this company was great from start to finish. -

Yummy Food!
Usually, I am very unimpressed by wedding food (it's wedding food) and forget pretty quickly what I ate at who's wedding. But This Little Piggy was so yummy! We got BBQ for our day and people were complimenting us the whole night and even weeks beyond on our food and how good it was! The staff set up very quickly and also tore down just as fast. I thought the food the day of was even better than the tasting that my husband and I went to! -

Great service. Amazing Food!
This Little Piggy Catering was absolutely great to work with. From the initial contract signing to the day of the wedding Vanessa (our contact) was available to answer any questions and update our menu as needed. This Little Piggy was very easy to work with and met our expectations in regard to contract fulfillment and payment.
We received a TON of compliments on the food and it was DELICIOUS! The food on the day of the wedding was just as delicious as the day we did our initial tasting! Little Piggy arrived on-site, on time and there were no issues during service. They kept the food coming all through dinner service and were very friendly to us and our guests.
10/10 would recommend for a more laid-back BBQ wedding! -

Great Catering Service!
Great catering service! Our venue had a list of 3 options and we chose This Little Piggy. Staff was amazing! Communication throughout the entire process was extremely easy, and Abby and team were super helpful. They have different pricing options, so you should be able to find something that meets your needs and budget! We received so many compliments on the food! Everyone was raving about the mac and cheese! The late night pizzas were also a hit. -

We were extremely happy with Little Piggy Catering for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding. They were very easy to work and to top it off, they were prompt and on time even though there was a snow storm the day of the wedding. We had a buffet which worked really well for all of our guests. The presentation, taste of the food and service was everything we could have hoped for. The staff and bartenders were very efficient and friendly to work with. We highly recommend using Little Piggy Catering. -

EXCELLENT catering company! This Little Piggy Catering was amazing to work with! They went above and beyond what they needed to do, especially because our wedding was at a new venue. They were there every step of the way, including helping out the new owners.
And the food was amazing! We went with the whole pig, as well as the mac and cheese, and we wouldn't choose anything differently. My husband and I would definitely recommend This Little Piggy Catering. -

Just wanted to share my experience of the The Little Piggy Catering Inc. A+! Enjoyed the staff that came, they were very polite and courteous. The chef came and introduced himself and said he was from the catering company. He asked where the meal was to be serve and he mentioned he would wait until we done in the barn as to not to disturb us. We told him to proceed with their tasks as it would not be bother to us. Really enjoyed the meal and a had few left overs of the mac’n cheese and potatoes. The bride was happy to have another taste of the awesome mac’n cheese. Please share my appreciation to the staff of A Little Piggy Catering. We had about 100 guests attending this wedding.
I would definitely contact this catering company again in the future.

A This Little Piggy Catering provided amazing service for my daughter's wedding reception, which included over 380 people in attendance at the Historic John P. Great food, great service, happy bride and groom. :D I couldn't emphasize how easy they were to work with. I probably bugged Abby? with a million questions. We were planning a wedding long distance so lots of emails entailed. TLP answered very fast and clear communication. Made our lives so much easier. We had lots of changes and requests and they were happy and glad to help. One of the most important things to us was good food on our wedding day. TLP delivered. So many compliments from guests. The catering manager who was there the day of was super professional, friendly, and made us feel great about the service. I would use TLP again if I could. -

This Little Piggy Catering was awesome. We held a pig roast for my father's 75th birthday and they provided great service and delicious food without a hitch. James Gonzalez made sure that everything was planned and executed to perfection. Several of our guests requested their business cards because they liked the food so much that they are already considering this caterer for their upcoming events. -

We had a wonderful experience dealing with This Little Piggy! Special Thanks to Jame Gonzales who was on top of everything we needed with excellent suggestions. He helped with the amounts of food, size of tent, suggested the style tables that he thought would work. Every suggestion worked out perfect! He kept in touch throughout the whole process and followed up afterward to make sure everything went as planned. The crew that came to set up the tent, tables and chairs were very friendly and efficient. The food service crew was excellent as well! They kept the buffet table full and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. All of the food was amazing and our guests enjoyed it. -

This Little Piggy catering was amazing all-around! The food was delicious, and we got a lot of comments on it. We spent the bare minimum to feed all our guests, and still felt like we were getting first-rate food. They were very flexible and knowledgeable as well. -

We chose this caterer because they were contracted with our venue, Legacy Hill Farm. They were easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and had an affordable yet substantial menu. We chose the summer buffet option, which was about $15 per plate. It was tasty! And the best part is that we did not have to worry about food at all. We also used their cash bar service. This Little Piggy Catering did a fantastic job! -

Your grill meisters and servers were outstanding today. They are so personable, helpful, capable, polite, and fun. The food was grilled to perfection, the salads freshly chilled, the corn warm and buttery, the buffet table perfectly set to keep my folks moving thru smoothly. Your crew was proactive paying attention all the time; even picking up the paper plates from folks seated at the tables when they were done eating. Impressive! Our folks enjoyed every minute, as did I. -

I continue to be impressed with the food and service from This Little Piggy Catering! We enjoyed typical picnic food of hamburgers, hotdogs, potato salad, watermelon, baked beans and mac 'n cheese and it was FANTASTIC! For the kids This Little Piggy brought in an ice cream sundae bar, cotton candy and a slushie machine - the kids just could not get enough! Seth was once again so helpful and amazingly patient with our ever-changing requests but he and his team pulled off another amazing event for us! Not even a hot, humid day could squash their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you and we'll see you again next year! -

INCREDIBLE! I used "This Little Piggy Catering" to cater my backyard rehearsal dinner and was just blown away by how amazing they were. Seth was wonderful to work with and made sure that everything went according to plan. The set-up was perfect and the food was delicious. We opted for the whole pig and the guests loved gathering around and taking photos before watching the carving. The servers did a great job and even made sure to dish me up a plate of food when they saw how busy I was mingling. They went around to various tables to talk with the guests and clear their plates. They packed up everything at the end of the night and made the clean-up extremely easy on my family. I was beyond thrilled with my experience and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. -

Outstanding customer service and fresh, delicious food. We have a number of vegetarians on staff so opted to grill burgers, veggie-burgers and hot dogs...huge hit! I LOVED everything about catering through Distinctive Catering/This Little Piggy. We did the gourmet hamburger bar and it was awesome. Our guests still talk about the food 5 months later! The mac and cheese was to die for! I would suggest adding guacamole, blue cheese, bacon etc to the hamburger bar. We also did the grilled asparagus...it was good but didn't compare to the mac and cheese and burgers. Our wedding DID not have a backyard bbq feel at all even though we did hamburgers. We wanted something different for food and something that was "us" and this was it. We got the china which was worth the extra money to make it feel more fancy, it was our wedding ya know! They did a great job. The service was great too. I would hire them again in a heart beat if I needed anything else catered. I still dream about that mac and cheese by the way! It was so much fun serving food that was different from other weddings, our guests absolutely LOVED it!!!! -

The food tasted really good. Everyone really complimented how good the food was. The only issue we ran is to was nuts in a allergy issue with the cheese platter bride informed them on yet still had walnuts on it. The buffalo dip was really good but a lot of people did not get to enjoy it because there was not enough pita chips. But again the food was really taste.This Little Piggy Catering's reply:

We had TLP cater our 12/16/16 wedding in the midst of a pretty good snowfall and they pulled it off! From the beginning TLP was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We did have some trouble at first getting in touch with Abby--took about a week per response from her but eventually we had a phone call conversation and settled our contract. The only other thing we were disappointed about was that we were told there would be an additional keg brought along so we could host another if we wanted to. We were also told someone from the staff would tell us when our hosted kegs were running low so we could have the option of either hosting the next keg/or even bottles of beer OR just have the guests pay for their own drinks. No one came to find us/tell us and there was not another keg brought along. It didn't ruin our night or anything but we were just confused when we went to the bar and asked for a beer only to find it had run out already. Otherwise, very helpful staff and our food was great! Big hit for all of the guests! -

We were very happy that we hired This Little Piggy Catering for our wedding. The food was really good and many guests complimented it! We had the whole roasted pig, shredded chicken, green beans, baked beans, cheesy au gratin potatoes, salad and pasta salad. The servers were great and everything went according to plan! Sometimes there were a few misunderstandings or confusions via email with our agreement but once we called attention to it, it was sorted out quickly. -

Their office staff was very helpful gracious in answering all of my questions and made great recommendations on the food and services they offered (though it did take them a few days to get back to me and some points). The serving staff the day of my wedding was GREAT - they were very nice and all came up to give me a hug or congratulate us. The food was AWESOME. We had a fajita buffet and cheese enchiladas, and our guests raved about the food. Also, the ice cream sundae bar was a huge hit, and the piggy wing appetizers were the best! We got the Vintage Wedding Package, and it was definitely worth it to us. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone for their event. -

This little piggy is awesome for food!! We booked them and choose Slow roasted pork, mac and cheese, deluxe mashed potatoes, Caesar salad, and green beans. We skipped appetizers because of price. We also added on the elegant wedding package and water service. The food was great! We got many compliments on it and my uncle from Alabama said he was skeptical, but this BBQ was better than anything he had back home! The mac n' cheese was to die for! When I got my food it was a bit cold, but I only heard that from 1 or 2 guests. I did have my coordinator check on it so I do believe whatever was wrong was fixed. We did the food buffet style, and I was so happy we did. Often times at weddings you don't get enough to eat, but our guests easily did! We even got to keep the leftovers. The only downside to this vendor is the extreme increase in prices to get real plates/silverware, black linens instead of checkered, table busing, and water service. I felt like I had to do these things to make it feel more elegant and comfortable for the guests. -

Scumptious
This Little Piggy was delicious! They were helpful trying to get all we wanted for appetizers and the meal. Their Mac and Cheese was so good, when we tried it we knew we had to have it at our wedding. Our guests loved it all and their vegetarian option was great as well. Wish we had gone with the full pig just for the experience of having it right there for our guests to see but still tasted great! -

Overall worth hiring!
Our guests raved about our food. We did a burger bar with fun sides like mac and cheese. They commented they liked that it wasn't like every other wedding where you choose chicken or beef. Abby and her team were excellent at our wedding! They made sure the head table had everything we needed. The only downside to using this caterer was that they never received one of my checks so I had to pay to cancel the one I sent them. I did read in the reviews that this happened to someone else as well. Abby was the second representative from This Little Piggy that I worked with. The first representative seemed to not give me all of the information I needed. A few things Abby informed me of the month before the wedding were never explained to me when I began using the caterer. It sounded to me like there wasn't much consistency with their client on-boarding. Honestly besides this they did a wonderful job! -

This Little Piggy Catering
Our venue had an exclusive caterer (Distinctive Catering) so we chose This Little Piggy. The added fees are so crazy that we ended up doing a lot of our own things. The event production fee was completely ridiculous and unfortunately we know that this money does not go to the staff who puts on the event, so an additional tip is “recommended” for them. Our overall experience with the staff was great. Everyone was friendly and we didn’t have to worry about anything all night. Our bartenders were walking around with beer and wine for our guests all nights. Besides the added fees, we had a great experience with the staff and service. -

What an amazing catering company. Their food is outstanding! Totally willing to work with you on price to get you what you want. Pretty sure our guests are still talking about how awesome our food was. -

I know saying that this was by far the best wedding food I have ever had is pretty biased because it was my own wedding, but it was probably some of the best wedding food I have ever had. What made it so good was that it was food you actually wanted to eat. We had a whole roasted pig, watermelon mint feta salad, baked beans, summer quinoa salad, jalepno corn bread, and red German potato salad. I can't pick a favorite because it was all so good, but probably if I had to (after the pig of course) I would choose the watermelon salad. It was a hot day and that was very cool and refreshing. Everyone remarked though on how good the food was. Again, it wasn't froo-froo wedding food; it was actual food you want to eat and it is well done.
I would suggest doing one of their larger tastings so you can try the full menu. There were things we thought we would like that we didn't, and vice versa. It really helped us get a sense of their food and helped us pick the right things for us.
The service was also good at the wedding. The caterers were on time, polite, and very professional. I never heard any complaints about there not being any food or that something wasn't ready yet. They made sure the buffet line had everything it needed. They setup quickly and they took down quickly too. Part of how they keep the price down is by being efficient, and it showed.
The only issues we had with them were on the backend (the headquarters you could say). We booked them sight unseen (or untasted) because of the glowing reviews of their food (which are well deserved). Booking them was pretty easy and straightforward. Things got murky though when it came to communication. I would e-mail one person and get a reply from another. I wish they had appointed us a contact person like our bartending service did. It was, at times, frustrating trying to get things figured out because I had e-mails from three different people.
I would highly recommend them though if you want good food. -

Everything about this was great, expect for the fact that the veggie burgers were forgotten. Several of my bridesmaids are vegan, about five of my family members are Jewish and cannot eat pork. When we had our first meeting with Seth I asked about non-pork alternatives and he said they always provide veggie burgers for up to 10% of the guests. At our tasting meeting the spring when we finalized the menu I asked again about veggie burgers and were told it was included. While they were setting up for dinner they asked if everything looked good and I asked how they were going to do the veggie burgers. The young man setting up said they hadn't brought them, and that it wasn't in our contract. I told him what Seth had said about the veggie burgers, he said it wasn't in the contract and that they hadn't brought them and couldn't provide them. As our venue was my parents land, I ended up with bridesmaids and family in the house making their own entree for dinner. It was disappointing, and frankly alarming to be told flat out no. I would recommend them, as the food was great, but get the veggie burgers in writing.This Little Piggy Catering's reply:

delicious!
Great food, very delicious turkey and mashed potatoes. Asparagus was phenomenal. Overall price was a bit more expensive relative to other local choices, though had fancier variety of food. Very friendly servers at the event though and efficient set-up/take-down. They even carried the brides plate of food to the table for her! -

Amazing food! I will give them that. I was disappointed in a few things... I had vegetarian options for guests and I was not informed ahead of time to let my veggie guests know they had to ask for their meal. A family member of mine was also approached and asked to be paid their tip, which I thought was a little odd to ask for gratuities vs. being given them.
Overall the mac and cheese and pork were a big hit, our guests still talk about our food and how much they loved it. -

Good for our wedding at hope glen farm was served hot except for the chicken skewers which were lukewarm and tasted bad. They sent one person to serve over 200 guests which made for terrible service. I provided this feedback to them in an email but never heard a word back with an apology. I would not use them again!! -

The food was good, it wasn't prepared on site as they claimed it would be. The two servers were awesome and very polite. With regards to the management staff, we were very disappointed with the service. We had emailed about the location confirmation and got a very rude response from "Amanda". We tried to reach "Seth" on various occasions but never got a response. Make sure that you have an accurate guest count at the time of booking too, as they will not drop to a final head count. They have it in their contract (in tiny font) that they "may" not drop to that final count. So we ended up with a ton of food, even though we had a final count about 3 weeks ahead. Thank you for your review. I'm glad your onsite servers were great. I'm sorry that the management staff wasn't up to your expectations, I will make sure to address this with them. As far as the cooking onsite, we do like to whenever possible. However, on your wedding day it was pouring rain and the venue didn't have available shelter for our cooking equipment. We did make a day of decision as I'm sure you didn't want your food getting rained on. For the guest count, you are correct you do lock it as a minimum guest count when you book. We do however allow brides to add guest up to 5 days prior to the event. I hope you enjoy the leftovers. -

I appreciated that Little Piggy provided a lot of options for food so you can find the price range you want. However, I wasn't as impressed with the quality of the food unless you upgraded to their more expensive menu. I also wasn't contacted individually to go over details and basic questions until I reached out and asked. It would have been nice to have been called or contacted by the company to go over everything, rather than just e-mailing and reading about it. The company seems very big and sometimes a little hard to navigate. However, the owner of the company did call me and go over details a few weeks before my wedding to make sure I understood all the details, which I appreciated. -

Overrated wedding venue
Unfortunately I think the food was way over priced for what we got. I was looking forward to the pig roast for the wedding and it was completely dried out. They claim to have an award winning pig roast but it was far from that. The macaroni was cold along with the beans. The people from the catering company were very proffesional, but the food was just not good. When you're paying almost as much as the wedding venue for food you'd expect alot more. They also charged me 500 dollars to change my wedding date due to covid restrictions not letting us have our wedding on the original date. I deserve some kind of refund, this was not what I paid for or was promised for quality -
