We truly can’t say enough great things about 31:30, especially our coordinator, Kayla. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without her. She made everything feel seamless, and we didn’t have to worry about a single detail, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our wedding day. Kayla is incredibly organized, communicates clearly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything it right. Absolutely worth the investment. -

The best of the best!!! Alisha was the glue that held the wedding weekend together and took so much mental energy off our plate so we could take in everything as it happened. ThirtyOne:Thirty was the second thing we booked after the venue because we knew we needed help after getting the vision for the weekend pulled together. She was the perfect balance of supportive, warm, and direct with her communication so we had realistic expectations. I cannot emphasize how important she and her team were for our wedding weekend! We had some surprises and hiccups along the way and she + her team handled it all with grace and ease so we could be fully in the moment. We have had so many friends and family tell us what our wedding felt like us and our personalities, which is in large part thanks to Alisha and her team honoring our goals and ideas for the weekend. We are so grateful!!! -

Working with Kayla was truly the best decision I made for my wedding. She is the sweetest, most genuine person, and I honestly have no idea what I would have done without her. Leading up to my wedding, she made all my stress disappear so I could actually enjoy the last few months before our big day. She took care of vendor communication, kept everything on schedule, and made sure every detail was perfect. I cannot recommend Kayla enough, she truly goes above and beyond to make your wedding day stress-free and unforgettable. -

My experience with Miranda from ThirtyOne:Thirty was the absolute best. I cannot recommend her enough. She was so knowledgable and friendly and never thought a question was dumb. When we had personal problems while planning she was there for us even outside of the planning process. She really did become a friend and juggled every single portion of the process seamlessly. I cannot recommend their full planning services enough. The other team members who I didn't even work directly with were right there with us through the whole process too and so so friendly! The day of team was just as excellent. If you want to have the easiest wedding experience- go for this company! -

ThirtyOne events was truly AMAZING! Speaking from someone who was unfamiliar with the industry and did not realize all the details that went on behind the scenes, I do not know what we would have done without them on our wedding day. Miranda was our day of coordinator and she spent so much time ensuring that everything went smoothly; she handled vendor and venue setup, made sure our timeline was on track, and even waited on my husband and I all throughout the day. One of the many helpful things she did was during our first meeting, she listened to our wedding day vision and took notes of things we dreamed of during our big day. At the end of the meeting, she created a timeline that aligned with everything we told her so we didn't have to stress about what worked best. During our wedding day, I even had a bridal assistant with me the morning of to steam my wedding and bridesmaid dresses. Miranda and the whole team truly went above and beyond making sure everything went as planned. During the week leading up to my wedding, Miranda made sure everything was on track. She resolved any last-minute discrepancies, like realizing we were short on linens. Miranda took charge and ordered extra within a day's notice to make sure we had what all we needed. They also do signage and created our welcome mirror and table chart wording, which was a huge relief. ThirtyOne Events also has a sister company Sobremesa that took care of our rentals and a photo booth company, Malibooth which we also used. They have tons of recommendations and connections in the wedding industry which is also a major benefit to couples that use them. I noticed that every vendor I talked to when I told them ThirtyOne Events was our coordinator had such positive things to say about their services. I can confirm they were not wrong! Overall, if you are looking for a coordinator (and trust me, you need a coordinator!), I would 1000000% recommend them. We are so grateful for all the work they did for us and the peace of mind provided during our wedding planning season of life. -

We used Alisha at ThirtyOne: Thirty for our wedding coordinator in October 2024. We saw her in action at a prior wedding and knew that she was the coordinator for us. Her organizational skills are unmatched and she has a wonderful online portal with lots of helpful information and planning tools, then as the wedding gets closer she makes a fantastic master timeline that gets broken down to be distributed to different vendors, family members, and wedding party participants. On the day of the wedding she makes sure the couple is her priority and does everything she can to make sure all wishes of the couple are honored and handles any issues with ease. She made the wedding day run smoothly alongside the other members of her team on site. Two days before the wedding we had an unexpected emergency room visit and she was great at helping keep us calm and immediately starting to game plan what would need to happen if the wedding had needed to be postponed (which luckily did not happen). She was also great at rolling with the punches and helped make our dreams of incorporating our cats & dog into the wedding!
Mariah was our bridal assistant and she did an awesome job. I was super grateful to have her on hand while getting ready in the morning, she helped everything run smoothly and then continued to provide excellent assistance for the rest of the evening.
Additionally, we hired Alisha's team to run our dinner buffet. They picked up our pizza and doughnuts on the way to the venue, they set up our buffet and dessert table, and manned the buffet table. We also knew there would be lots of leftovers and they did a great job of distributing the leftovers to our guests so we didn't waste food.
Overall, all the staff at ThirtyOne: Thirty is fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is getting married! -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Kayla and ThirtyOne: Thirty Events for our wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. They went above and beyond a standard role of day-of coordinator, but rather helped us tremendously starting 2 months out. They were attentive to every detail, really easy to work with, and always available to answer questions or provide advice.
One of the standout aspects was their ability to bring together multiple cultures seamlessly, making sure each part of our wedding honored our backgrounds in a beautiful way. Their organization and foresight on the big day were AMAZING—they orchestrated everything with such skill that we felt free to simply enjoy each moment, knowing everything was in perfect hands.

This company is amazing in every way possible for what they do. They are well worth the cost, and great people that take care of everything. Like literally EVERYTHING!!!!! I didn't have to do anything but show up, they met with us plenty of times and were easily able to accommodate to our schedule. Super great communication over email or whatever method you choose. Handled all other communications and timelines for us, just above and beyound in every way possible. -

Alisha Richardson and her team made our wedding planning journey fun and painless. Their attention to detail, quick response, and professionalism demonstrated at ThirtyOne Thirty was unmatched. She has so much experience that we had the utmost confidence that any curveball thrown at us on our wedding day would be handled efficiently. If you need a coordinator, look no further than Alisha and her team. I was blown away with everything she did for us on our wedding day. Her assistants are amazing and so kind. Everything went off without a hitch because of this team. I was blown away with everything she offered for the price, seriously unbelievable. She took all the guesswork out of the weekend and allowed us and our family to just be present and enjoy our day. I cannot sing her praises enough and would hire again. She is kind, hilarious, and a serious workhorse. You can tell she is highly regarded in her industry as every vendor I talked to was thrilled she was our coordinator. If I could change anything, it would be to spend the extra money and hire her as a full wedding planner (she was that good). -

The day of was perfect and more stress free than I could have imagined thanks to this team! I could go on for hours about Alisha. She is an incredible person, kind, driven, and willing to kick some butt if needed. I couldn’t imagine planning our wedding without her, and would highly recommend her to anyone. We used Alisha as a full-service planner, and she was organized throughout the entire process, always working in the background to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. Alisha helped us plan our wedding from start to finish. She did a wonderful job recommending and communicating with vendors, stuck with us as we changed from a local wedding to a destination wedding, and helped us navigate the difficulties of a postponement. She helped us through countless hurdles during the planning process, often with a very tight turnaround time. Alisha and her team were also lifesavers on the wedding weekend. They went above and beyond and handled all issues throughout the weekend so we didn’t have to. Alisha, you are outstanding at what you do and we are so thankful for you! We couldn’t have done it without you! -

Hiring Alisha for the full wedding coordinator package was the best decision Pete and I made in planning the wedding. In addition to being creative (she added several amazing ideas to our reception!), kind, generous and organized, she is hilarious! We actually miss meeting with her now that the wedding is over. Her vendor recommendations were all people she thought would be a good fit for us, and they were all perfect. She so generously allowed my bridesmaids and the moms and I to get ready in her beautiful office space. She went above and beyond on every aspect of our wedding. You will absolutely thank yourself for booking her! -

We had the pleasure of working with Kayla at Thirty-One Thirty for over a year, using the Luxe planning services. This involved meeting monthly with Kayla. We had a clear vision of what we wanted and had already booked a few of our vendors before working with Kayla but it was reassuring to have someone there to ensure we were on track with our planning. She was also helpful in coordinating meetings and tastings with multiple vendors, being present when able to join on things like tastings and taking notes for us. She was very prompt with her communication which is an excellent quality in a planner, and she would send us reminders for things that we needed to do.
Thirty One Thirty also has a couple of sister companies (Sobremesa and Malibooth), both of which we took advantage of. Sobremesa had so many décor items were able to use for free because of the package we selected. In addition, the Malibooth photobooth was discounted which was a perk.
The week of the wedding was when Kayla really impressed us! She helped bring our vision to life, and everything went smoothly. Kayla was with us our entire wedding weekend (rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and post-wedding brunch). She led the rehearsal with confidence, set up the venue perfectly, and assisted with several errands (eg picking up our cake, meals, dropping off rentals, and so much more!) which allowed us more time with friends and family. An added bonus was that she took many behind the scenes photos and videos for us and shared them quickly. We couldn’t have done it without her! We are fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with such a great planner and will always think fondly of our time with her. -

We could not have had our wedding without Miranda and her team. We used ThirtyOne:Thirty for day of coordination services and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Miranda had us fill out a lot of questionaries and asked us a lot of details that seemed overwhelming at first, but those little details are what made everything flawless. I promise you are not thinking of everything that needs to be decided before your wedding! Miranda is a total rockstar and worked so hard. She did more things for us than I can even list (and I’m sure many things I didn’t even notice). I really can’t fathom how we would have done it all without her. Mariah was my bridal assistant and was incredible as well. One of the best parts was that we were also able to rent a lot of decor from Sobremesa, and they handled bringing everything to the venue and taking it back at the end of the night. Simply amazing!!! -

Hiring a wedding planner was the best decision I made while planning my wedding, and hiring Alisha and Thirty One Thirty was by far the best planner I could have hired! During our engagement and wedding planning, I also got pregnant and had a child, so having someone take care of so many wedding details so I could also focus on my other life events was so helpful. Overall, I don't feel like I stressed about our wedding day too much. On the day of, having someone come and steam all our dresses, and knowing that we didn't have to do any setup at the venue, allowed me to truly enjoy the day at hand. And the venue (Rogge family Vineyard in Raymore, MO) looked GORGEOUS. I didn't have to do any work. I am so thankful to Alisha and the team for helping to make our day so wonderful and while I hope to never throw another wedding again, I would recommend them over and over to anyone who asks.
