Most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen!!!

Guys, when I tell you that this cake blew us away.... it’s an under statement! This cake exceeded every expectation we had! Not only was it everything we asked for - but it was even BETTER! It tasted incredible, perfect in every way - inside and out! We couldn’t be happier! It was an absolute show stopper!
Also, I want to add how incredible they were to work with! We changed our venue 3 times AND our date AND even our color scheme 30 days before they wedding and needed to change the cake from silver to gold and they rolled with every change professionally, gracefully, and happily! They never seemed frustrated or anything but happy to help! Please do yourself a favor & Hire them!!! You won’t be disappointed!

Delicious Cakes!

This was probably our favorite appointment we had while preparing for our wedding! The cake tasting was so much fun and we really enjoyed putting together some different flavor combinations while designing our cake. We came in with a few inspiration pictures and walked out with a drawing of our perfect cake—complete with a space for a tiny figurine of our dog. All flavors that we chose for our cake were a hit and we are beyond excited to open our anniversary layer to dig in to that lemon and raspberry! We look forward to eating many more cakes from WOW Factor in the future.

Best Bakery in Charlotte

Do not look any further if you are in need for a wedding cake in the Charlotte area. We feel so privileged to have gotten to use Wow Factor Cakes at our December wedding. The cake tasted amazing, was set-up on time, and was absolutely stunning. We love the time that we got to spend planning the flavor and design ahead of contract and have not looked back since. The cake was the center piece to our wedding and it could not have turned out better. 10/10.

Amazing! Absolutely nailed my vision!

Yes! Yes! Yes! Stop what you are doing and order your cake from The Wow Factor Cake! As a second time bride insistent upon making up for my first horribly ugly cake, my bar was set super high and I was worried I’d be let down again. Not only did the end result WOW us visually but it tasted amazing too! My vision was captured every step of the way and I can honestly say everything was exceptional! I wish I could give more stars but I will shout THANK YOU for delivering!!

Brides, WOW Factor Cakes is Amazing!!

I had the best experience with Lei Christine and WOW Factor Cakes. I was referred to WOW Factor Cakes by a close friend and it was one of the best wedding choices I made. In light of the pandemic, Lei made it very easy to try the different cake flavors by sending us home with a tasting plate. She also was able to customize our cake flavor, we wanted one cake type but with a different filling. She made a separate sample for us.

On the wedding day, the cake was delivered exactly when she said and it was absolutely beautiful, not to mention delicious. I had family members decline a piece at first but after trying a bite of someone elses, ran to get their own piece. Brides, I highly recommend WOW Factor Cakes for your wedding day!

Short Notice Wedding Cake

Wow Factor provided our wedding cake in September, 2020 on relatively short notice. They executed our vision for the cake perfectly. There is nothing more that we could have asked for. They offer a wide variety of cake and frosting flavors as well as design options. The price was right in line with our budget, too. We highly recommend Wow Factor!

Amazing Cake and cupcakes

The Cake and cupcakes from the Wow Factor Cakes was perfect for our guest. The prices was reasonable too. They offered a lot of options but I’m a simple girl and went with a 2 tier cake almond flavor and well enough cup cakes which was a mixture of different flavors. You can’t go wrong the a moist cake that taste amazing!!!

Beautiful and Tasty Cake!

Wow Factor Cakes did an amazing job on our wedding cake! The design and tasting meeting were fun and relaxing and all their cakes were delicious! We had a hard time choosing a flavor! Marianne helped us select a cake flavor and helped us imagine a beautiful cake design! When my husband and I did our reception room reveal after the wedding ceremony, we entered the room and the first thing we smelled was the cake! From all the way across the room! It smelled heavenly and tasted amazing too. We loved our cake and Wow Factor did a wonderful job! Thank you so much!

Wow is right!!

I cannot say enough good things about Wow factor Cakes! They go above and beyond for their customers. They are professional and courteous. Communication is great and they were very helpful every step of the way. Our guest oohed and ahhed over our cake and it was delicious!

We LOVED our cake!

We absolutely loved our cake! It was a simple nearly naked cake with lemon, almond, and white cake layers. It was very moist and delicious, and soooo pretty! We got so many compliments. They were so easy to work with and so kind. Thanks WOW Factor!

Delicious, Beautifuk cake Helpful Vendor

The team at Wow factor cakes was so easy to work with! From our tasting to our wedding it was a breeze! They helped us design our cake and make it our own. In the end it was beautiful and tasted delicious. They were also so easy to work with, they responded within the hour to any emails and were on top of every detail. I didn’t have a single worry working with them!

I chose this to do our wedding cake and we recently got married on 7/14/18. we gotten so many complements about our wedding cake and they do fantastic job at what they do. It is the best wedding cake I have ever tasted. I definitely recommend that you use them for wedding cake.

Lei Cristine was amazing to work with! She was responsive, flexible, and beyond helpful. We met with her twice to discuss the design, flavors, etc of our wedding cake and a groom's cake. WOW Factor surpassed our expectations!! They were able to take our ideas and put all of them on a cake- unbelievable! Both of the cakes were beautiful and SO TASTY! We *almost* didn't want to eat them because of how amazing they looked. We are so excited to eat the top of our cake at our anniversary!

Their name says it all! Our wedding cake was beautiful and tasted even better! It was light, fluffy, and full of flavor. When we met with Lei she helped us narrow down our ideas and sketched the most beautiful cake that turned out even better in real life! It ended up being the focal point of our ballroom and looked like a piece of art! We were able to taste many different flavor/filling combinations. When we couldn't pick just one they let us make each tier a different flavor! My one regret at the wedding was that I didn't get to have a piece of each flavor! They calculated the price by the number of servings which made this process even easier. When our final numbers came in we ended up needing to take a tier out and they were able to do so without a problem! I plan to use Wow Factor Cakes for events in the future. When deciding on who should make your wedding cake this is a no brainer-use Wow Factor!

Wow Factor Cakes did an awesome job with our cake and desserts! We had an unusual design in mind for our cake and they delivered it perfectly. The cake was delicious, and the macaroons and brownies we ordered went by so quickly - our only regret is not ordering more! We worked with Lei Cristine and she was responsive and professional. During our tastings, this was definitely the best cakes we tried - they even threw in a few different desserts for us to munch on.

Our wedding cake and desserts were AMAZING! Truly, everything turned out perfect and all of our guests agreed! We went with a lemon cake which was absolutely delicious, just the right amount of lemon that didn't over power the hint of raspberry filling! It was beautiful too, every detail was so carefully done! From the cake tasting to the final product everything was wonderful, everyone was friendly and professional and helped make our big day that much more enjoyable and special! The price point was great too, especially for the quality of our cake and desserts!

Our wedding cake was incredibly delicious as well as beautiful! Lei Cristine was great to work with-she helped us design a gorgeous cake and worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! The guests couldn't believe wedding cake could taste so great! We did 3 different flavors for each tier (marble and lemon for guests and red velvet for our top tier)-many guests grabbed unwanted pieces from other tables to try the different flavors, and we can't wait to get to enjoy our tier!

My cake was gorgeous! They were able to make the exact cake I wanted. They were very affordable. Not only do the cakes look amazing, but they taste amazing too! Delivery and set up were included in the price. Stunning service! I highly recommend them!

Wow Factor Cakes was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen to me (bride) and designed the cake of my dreams. Not only did it look stunning but the taste was incredible. My husband knew exactly what he wanted and Wow Factor executed the cake perfectly. I also added a groom's cake and that was perfect too. Our wedding cake definitely had a "wow factor" to it and it was worth every penny!

We were so pleased with wow factor cakes! From start to finish we were so happy with our experience. Our tasting was such great experience and the cake is out of this world! Due to scheduling issues on our end the staff was gracious enough to work with us and we we're able to come in early before the store opened for our tasting. We were also able to get a beautiful cake in our budget as well and that's not always easy. The cake was exactly what we discussed when I finally got to see it in person and the color, which was based off a swatch of fabric I brought in, was spot on! I think the only thing I regret is not getting more of the almond cake with raspberry filling which our guests informed me was phenomenal! I can vouch for the chocolate though!

I have had cakes from Wow Factor Cake Design at 2 different weddings, including my own!! and they are literally the most delicious cakes i've ever had. Our wedding cake was 2 tiers of Carrot Cake, and one tier of Pumpkin, and all that is left is the top tier we saved for our anniversary! We met with Amy and described what we wanted, and she delivered it exactly. We could not have been more pleased!

Grooms Cake 11/21/2015 Whitney and Jamie Pennell: We surprised the groom with a cake that was a replica of a jar of Jif Creamy Peanut Butter. We The groom loves peanut butter. We gave WOW Cakes a jar of Jif Peanut Butter and asked for a replica of it. The cake was so real looking that the guests could not believe it was a real cake! It was hugh. The groom was so surprised. The flavor was chocolate peanut butter ganache. WOW Cakes did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend WOW Cakes. It was a lot of fun to watch the surprise on the grooms face. It will be something our guests will talk about for years to come. Thank you for making the groom feel extra special!

Our experience with Wow Factor was amazing. Amy was so helpful at our tasting/meeting and after that day, we never worried about the cake again! It was beautiful and delicious- exactly what we wanted.

We had a dream of a small wedding cake with other litter desserts for our dessert bar. WOW Factor delivered 100%! Our cake was gorgeous. The cake was made to match the pedal and ombre detail of my wedding dress. It was just perfect. The other desserts: cake pops, salty carmel brownies, lemon bars...they went flying off of the dessert bar. Everything was delicious. Working with WOW Factor was hassle free. I would recommend to any bride!

I now know why Amy's company is called "WOW Factor Cakes"... because it's the response that every one of my guests said when they saw my wedding cake. I had a very specific request for my grooms cake (which was a Yeti Cooler with a University of South Carolina logo on it - with beer bottles). What she produced was downright shocking. When people got to the rehearsal dinner, they actually tried to grab beers out of the cooler, because they thought it was real. And it tasted even better than it looked (which is shocking because it was unreal how amazing it was). She was professional, timely, and she is so incredibly talented. If you want a cake that tastes as good as it looks - Amy's services are unparalleled. I cannot wait to use her in the future for birthdays, baby showers, engagement parties for friends, etc!! I tasted just about every cake in Charlotte (and I'm a HUGE cake fan) and hers was simply the best tasting!

I can't say enough about how fantastic it was to work with Amy at WOW Factor Cake Design. My daughter's wedding cake was not only beautiful, it was delicious as well. We had our wedding cake made by Wow Factor and it went beyond our expectations! Amy was able to take our vision and design it into a beautiful and delicious cake! Throughout the planning process, she was easy to get in touch with and responded to all of our questions promptly. The day of, we had so many compliments on how beautiful our cake was and how it was the best tasting cake people have had! I highly recommend the almond and hazelnut and lemon and raspberry!

We LOVED our WOW Factor Cake Wedding Cake!! After I went on several cake tastings, I couldn't say no to WOW Factor for our Wedding Cake. Amy, the owner, was great to work with and she is so friendly! She was able to take some photos that I had provided her and created our design for the wedding cake! She also provided us with most of the desserts for our dessert bar. Everyone at the reception couldn't stop talking about how amazing the desserts were!! My husband and I were so jealous because there was not much left after the reception so we are planning on going back and getting a sampling of everything! They also designed our Groom's Cake for the Rehearsal Dinner and of course, they did a wonderful job with that as well! Overall, they were great people to work with and I would highly recommend them!!

I have had the pleasure of having cakes from Wow factor Cakes for three separate events. Each time, I have received exceptional service and cakes that were designed and TASTED amazing. The team at Wow Factor Cakes exceeded my expectations. The last cake I got from here was my son's birthday cake and it was the highlight of the party!! Not to mention that they are very reasonably priced. I will be getting married next year and can not imagine using anyone else for my wedding cake. So I am looking foward for another fabulous cake!!! Awesome service.

Believe it or not, as the groom, I was left with the task of finding our wedding cake. I LOVE sugar and my now wife not as much. WOW Factor brought the perfect blend that took me by surprise. I could taste the icing but I could also taste the delicious cake. Amy was patient and professional with me through changes in cake design and head count. One bonus was that they work with the Hilton and I was able to have my cake included in my package and pay one vendor. We had enough cake for everyone to enjoy but because the cake was so delicious, the family got ahold of the top piece so I guess we will have to come back on our anniversary and get another one.

We got our Groom's Cake and Wedding Cake from WOW Factor! They did an amazing job. Not only was the cake delicious, but they looked amazing! The Groom's Cake looked so real people didn't realize it was a cake. Everything was edible; it was fabulous. It looked so good, I had a hard time actually letting people eat it.

Everyone at WOW Factor was really easy to work it and let me call to double and triple check things!

My wedding cake was beautiful the lace design on my cake she got from my veil. The taste was amazing, people couldn't get enough of it, there was a lot who didn't like cake and love it, said it was the best cake they ever ate. Not only did Amy and the team make us an incredibly gorgeous cake, it was by far the most delicious wedding cake I have ever eaten, AND they provided a dessert bar. The dessert bar had macarons, marshmallows, brownies, lemon bars and meringues. It was spectacularly beautiful and we got tons of compliments on these edible favors! The cake was stunning and delicious. I went with vanilla cake with raspberry and chocolate filling because Wow Factor provided the cake for my bridal shower and the girls could not stop gushing about how fantastic it was! The cake was a huge hit and I can't wait to enjoy some of it on our 1 year anniversary!

My husband and I were SO pleased with our wedding cake from The Wow Factor! We wanted a cake that was simple but elegant, and when we went for our tasting, The Wow Factor had lots of pictures and designs for us to look at. We were able to quickly pick out the style and size we wanted, and the end result was absolutely stunning! We were extremely happy with our cake flavor choice as well, and the only disappointment was that we didn't get to eat enough of it on our wedding day! With the craziness of everything, we were only able to sneak in a few bites. However, our family and guests got to enjoy the cake and they loved it as well! Wow Factor Cakes made our wedding cake and grooms cake. The grooms cake was Howard's Rock from Clemson and the finished product was out of this world! I think wedding cakes tend to be overly sugary, but both cakes were so moist and delicious! Everything look so amazing and was so much more than I ever could have imagined. We got so many compliments on the appearance and taste of the cake. Everyone at Wow Factor Cakes was incredibly easy to work with. One of my favorite vendors!

I asked for and recieved a very non-traditional wedding cake of one of my dogs. No questions were asked. I wasn't judged. The cake I wanted was better than I ever thought it might be. Amy is a true artist and creates beautiful cakes that are breathtaking! My dog cake was perfect for us. She created the ticking and spots identical to the markings on my dog which was so touching as it was a gift to my husband and matched our themed vintage picnic wedding. The flavor was the best I have ever eaten. I received more comments on how wonderful our cake was than our food and even my dress! I would have paid triple the asking price! The cake was perfect and delicious!

According to my new husband "Freaking Amazing" are the only words you need to describe Wow Factor's cakes! Talk about yum...the cakes were all so amazing, it was hard to choose our flavors! The tasting was completely relaxed and we didn't feel pressured at all to "pick me" by Amy. The cakes were all so moist and delicious...I don't even like carrot cake, but I ate that whole sample piece - it was that good! Our wedding guests have all mentioned how tasty our cake was...and I think most people had seconds! Amy did a grooms cake for me-it was wonderful! I wanted it in the shape of a real camel-and the final product was amazing. OH MY GOODNESS! The cake Amy and her crew made for my daughter's wedding was absolutely stunning to look at and delightfully delicious to eat. The cake was 3 tier with chocolate at the bottom with a chocolate ganache filling....yummy. The second layer was a pumpkin spice which was not only appropriate for the time of year, but quite yummy as well. Everyone was so impressed with the rich flavors and how moist the cake was. BUT THE APPEARANCE...WOW...is definitely a good word. Amy made the sugar flowers that looked real. In fact, I had to tell people they weren't real, but made of sugar. They were absolutely stunning. Best of all, Melia, my daughter, plans to take them to Amy and have her put them in an arrangement for her to keep. Amy says the sugar flowers can be kept for a long time. How awesome is that.

Wow is right!!!! The cake was stunning!!! I came to Amy with some pretty unique ideas - I wanted something that no one had ever seen before - and Amy absolutely nailed it! She took inspiration from our reception venue, which was an art gallery full of brightly colored glass sculpture. Some of the guests actually thought it was a piece of art, they couldn't believe it was really cake! The sugar glass (her specialty) on the wedding cake was gorgeous, and the groom's cake (running shoes) was so realistic, our guests were in awe, and posting photos all night long. I absolutely could not have had a better experience, and I highly recommend Wow Factor Cakes. They are incredible, and helped make our wedding truly special. Thank you!!!

Amy and the team at WOW Factor exceeded my expecatations with my wedding cake as well as my grooms cake. From the moment you walk into WOW factor they go above and beyond to help and offer suggestions - and even gave me some quick samples my first time in. My wedding cake itself wasn't overly complicated but we did request sugar flowers and they were absolutely amazing. I heard from several guests that our cake was one of the best they have ever had - we did red velvet and white with raspberry and white chocolate. My grooms cake completely blew me away - I asked Amy if she could do a hockey puck as my husband and I are both big Pittsburgh Penguins fans and the cake was amazing. It was ridged on the outside like a hockey puck and the emblem on top was perfect - my husband was so excited he didn't want to cut into it. The grooms cake was white cake with cookies and creme filling and again - absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend Amy and her team!

WOW Factor Cakes is simply the BEST in Charlotte! As a Wedding Professional, and representative for my brides and grooms, WOW Factor is always at the top of my referral list to my brides. One Wedding that I remember specifically; the cake was delivered and when set-up, WOW factor noticed a tiny flaw that literally was very hard to see. This wasn't acceptable to them at all. I requested a special design groom's cake and was very pleased. The WOW Factor Cake Design was very professional and creative. They listened to what I had in mind and shaped it into a fantastic cake ! It was a doctor's bag with items coming out of it that reflected my son's character. Amy at Wow Factor Cakes created the cake for my July 2013 wedding and it was more than I could have hoped for! My husband and I chose a slightly non-traditional cake design and requested a monogram to match our invitations - Amy had no problems with our requests and created a perfect monogram. She did an AMAZING job with our suspended Hot Air Balloon Cake. Also, it was hands down the most delicious wedding cake I've ever tasted, the guests agree. She did a fantastic job of wrapping our anniversary cake so that it actually was just as delicious when we pulled it out of the freezer a year later.

I was so impressed with Wow Factor Cakes! From my first phone call all the way to eating our cake at our reception. The entire process was so smooth and easy! We didn't know what design we wanted when we got there and upon walking in, we saw all of the amazing display cakes and fell in love with one instantly! The cake tasting was so fantastic! Being able to call or pop into the shop is so great and helpful! The cake was delivered and looked fantastic and tasted amazing! I honestly can't say enough nice things about this husband and wife team! I will use them for any specialty cakes in the future!

Our wedding cake from Wow Factor was one of my favorite parts of our wedding day. It looked exactly as I had envisioned it! My husband and I had so much fun going to the shop to taste all of the delicious flavors that Amy had to offer. It was hard to decide! We also rented a beautiful silver cake platform for our cake. They were also very flexible when we decided to change the flowers for the top of our cake before the wedding. I would absolutely use Wow Factor again and would purchase other special occasion cakes from them!

We loved our cake! It matched our theme perfectly and came out better than we hoped when we picked in out 9 months in advance. And not only was it gorgeous but it was tasty too! We got the marble cake with chocolate mousse. Simple but yummy! We received lots of compliments on both the design and taste of the cake. Wow Factor Cake Design was fantastic from start to finish! =)

Our wedding was October 13, 2012. We had our reception at the Double Tree Suites- South Park in Charlotte NC and as apart of our package the cake was included through Wow Factor Cakes. We had a fantastic experience with Amy. She had a variety of cakes for us to sample for our cake tasting (which was a hard choice they were all delicious) as well as pictures for examples etc to pick our perfect cake. She was very accommodated with working with us on our budget as well as matching the color of my bridesmaid’s dresses with beautiful flowers. Our cake the day of the wedding arrived on time with no issues and was perfect! It was delicious as well as beautiful! I highly recommend using them for your big day! Amy was fantastic to work with. We knew immediately that her cake boutique was something special when we walked in and saw a vast array of gorgeous cakes. They were artfully displayed and nicely showcased Amy's talent and range of ability. There were cakes of all descriptions which would appeal to anyone's preferences. Our appointment began by sampling slices, served on what appeared to be Amy's grandmother's china. Lovely.... (I suspected that we were in just the right place.) It was nice to discover upon tasting the different offerings that the cakes were as light, moist and bursting with flavor as they were skillfully crafted. Fabulous flavor and skillful execution were equal in importance to us, yet not all bakeries merit five-star ratings on their giftedness in both categories. It was difficult to decide however, which flavors were our favorites, but it sure was fun trying to figure it out! When we showed Amy a photo of the intracately decorated wedding cake we had selected she did not miss a beat. Amy gave us three assurances: 1) She had made our cake once before 2) She possessed a mastery of the the old techniques which a cake as detailed as ours required 3) She was excited about the prospect of making our cake again. In a second meeting Amy showed me shades of white icing, in slight variance, from which I could select to compliment my daughter's wedding dress. We chose two. (She nailed it!) Our wedding cake was delivered when promised. It was a breathtaking masterpiece. It was incredibly moist and delicious. Our guests raved about our cake. This wedding cake far exceeded our hopes and dreams for what we imagined the perfect wedding cake to be. Thankfully, we had some leftover cake to enjoy and it was just as good over the next few days.

Not only was our cake absolutely stunning, it was also absolutely delish! I know that it is very difficult to get both gorgeous and tasty, but Wow Factor Cakes definitely allowed us to have our cake and eat it too! My only complaint is that I didn't eat more of it! Thank you, Wow Factor!

Wow Factor was recommended to me by both my Decor company and my co-workers who are Catering/Event Managers themselves so I did have high expectations for this cake. The cake was delivered to the Van Landingham Estate and placed in the Occulus. When I walked in and first saw the cake, I was beyond thrilled at how beautiful it was and how it matched my decor perfectly. The taste of the Red Velvet Cake went way beyond surpassing my expectations along with all of my guests. My brother actually had two pieces and that NEVER happens. My new husband and I decided to forego the longstanding tradition of saving the top layer just to have another piece the next evening. We could not let this cake sit in the freezer for a year and will gladly have another one made for our 1 year Anniversary!

Amy at Wow Factor Cakes was wonderful! The cake, for my husband and me, was probably one of the top things we considered for our wedding. We wanted something very simple, but striking and flavorful. We were more excited about the cake itself than the main course!
Amy met with us for a sampling of some of her delicious flavors, and she took everything we wanted for the cake and drew several sketches, right there with us, to give us an idea of what the cake might look like. She is very helpful in listening to what your ideas might be, always taking notes, and offering suggestions when you’re unsure. We had so many ideas and printed pages from the internet (ahem, Pinterest) and Amy condensed all of our ideas into one that was absolutely perfect.
And about the flavor: we finally decided on an almond cake with raspberry and white chocolate filling with amaretto buttercream icing. Heavenly!

We really enjoyed working with WOW Factor Cakes! We kept changing our mind about what we actually wanted and they were very easy to work with and flexible in changing flavors and quantities up until the week before our wedding. We got their "cake shots" instead of an actual cake and our guests LOVED them! What a cool idea, no one had ever seen them before. They were such a hit! They even helped us think of a creative way to display them to flow with our wedding theme and made sure we had the right size holes drilled to fit the cake containers which we felt was above and beyond. We were so pleased about the way our cake experience worked out, we would definitely recommend WOW Factor Cakes to anyone!

Wow Factor flawlessly executed my four-tier wedding cake in October and I couldn't have been happier! I was worried my simple design would have to be done just right and that's exactly what Amy and her team provided. The pictures are great and all my guests raved about the taste, too!

Wow Factor Cake Design is most appropriately named. Our daughter's wedding cake was absolutely unique and amazing. This fabulous wedding cake far exceeded all of our dreams and and high expectations. Amy listened well and caught the vision we had for the perfect cake. She offered great creative advice even in terms of very specific shades of white and off-white icing colors to achieve the exact look we were hoping to attain. I stood amazed at the reception, trying to take it all in as I looked at this incredibly beautiful work of art. Many guests commented that not only was our wedding cake the prettiest cake they had ever seen, it too was the most delicious. And delicious it was! If I could give Wow Factor six stars I would... To most brides the decorations or the dress or the flowers are the most important things when it comes to their wedding day. For me it was the food and the cake. I wanted a contemporary cake that was moist and wasn't overly sweet. Trust me when I say I've gone to almost every bakery from here to charleston to find my perfect cake. There were tons of bakeries that I loved their cake but I wasn't crazy about their decorations or vice versa. The day I went to the Wow Factory I was pretty nervous, I was afraid that again I would love her decorations but not the cake or the cake and not the decorations. We sat down and looked through some cake books while Amy went to get the cakes for our tasting ready. She came back to tell us that she couldn't serve us the cakes because she had just gotten her floors done and the cake had a strange taste to them. She asked if we could come back another day for the tasting. We agreed to come back and I'm glad we did. Her cake was light, moist and fluffy. It was everything I wanted in a cake!!! She made a beautiful 3 tiers white fondant cake with a sugar pink peony. The bottom tier was a red velvet which my husband loved. He is not a cake person but he loved it. I recommended Amy to another bride and she also loved her cake. I would recommend Wow Factory to any bride, trust me you won't be disappointed.

When I was planning my wedding last year, the one common recommendation I heard was Wow Factor Cakes. I would ask people where they suggested for gowns, catering, photography, videography, transportation, etc. - and the only question to which I got one answer was a "cake place" - Wow Factor. I knew I had to check this place out. My fiance and I arrived to a rich smell of buttercream and vanilla, and were greeted by the owner, who couldn't have been more friendly or easy to talk to. After listening to our ideas, Amy gave us several types of cake & icing to taste. Even the presentation on the samples was perfect, and my fiance commented on the generous portion sizes. We made the decision on the flavors then and there.

Over the next few months, I was in touch with Amy often to discuss the design of the cake. She had wonderful ideas on how to incorporate my colors, style of the wedding, and even wedding flowers into the cake. I was very pleased with how easy it was to get in touch with her; it never took more than 24 hours to hear back from her.

We were blown away at the reception when we saw our gorgeous cake illuminated in the spotlight! The detailed fondant flowers atop the cake, as well as the gorgeous swag & gold-dusted buttons decorating each layer, were exquisite. The almond-flavored inside with raspberry preserve & white chocolate mousse were delicious, and exactly what we wanted. Everyone commented on the incredible looks and flavor of the cake, which is exactly what I had heard from other brides who had recommended Wow Factor.

We would not recommend any other place. Even going inside the shop is fun; the cakes on display are all very interesting and different, and Amy and staff will truly drop anything to sit down and talk to you. Wow Factor is the most delectable bakery in the world!

As soon as my husband and I went into The Wow Factor Cakes for our initial consultation we knew that we had found the perfect person to make our cake for our big day. Amy was very professional and extremely friendly and the cake that we tasted was to die for! We showed her a few pictures of different cakes that we liked and she said that it would be no problem for her to make any of them and, we could tell by her portfolio that it wouldn't be. She was very accommodating and helpful and kept in touch with us throughout the process and up until our wedding day (a feat since we live in Arizona and were planning our wedding from across the country). When our cake arrived, it was beautiful and looked exactly like the picture we had shown her. It was delicious and a major hit with everyone! LOVE The Wow Factor Cakes!!!!!

The cake was more beautiful and larger than I thought. My cake had a lot of design elements in it and the stripes were perfect!! Everything was immaculate! The orange tulips looked so real. Most importantly, the cake tasted amazing! Thank you Amy!

I had a vision of what i wanted but it was kind of vague. Wow factor really took what little i had to work with and made the perfect cake, it was exactly what i had in mind. A lot of wedding cakes i have had look really pretty, but they dont taste very good. My cake was so light and fluffy and moist!! Beautiful and great tasting!
