My sister and I both came to the winner to select wedding dresses. The staff was so friendly and helpful and allowed my family and I to be involved in the process. Kayla was especially helpful in helping my sister and I select our dresses. She was so insightful and we could definitely tell she has a lot of fashion experience. Every dress she selected for us was so flattering and exactly what we were looking for.
I was personally so nervous for this dress selection process and Kayla took what little information I could articulate and brought me so many lovely dresses to try on. In addition to this she was very conscious of my budget.
Overall I was so impressed with The Winner, it was not only great service but extremely affordable and very inclusive of plus sizes. I would recommend this place to any future bride! -

The dress was $1500 and the veil was $200 very beautiful and they have layaway and they work with you I was very satisfied with this beautiful dress it completed my day -

Allison Sent on 01/25/2018The Winner had a great selection of dresses at affordable prices. Chantal worked with me and she was very kind and listened to what I wanted. She ended up working with me for two and a half hours without ever giving me the vibe that I should be leaving, and was very patient through the appointment. After that very long appointment, I did end up finding the dress, as well as a beautiful sash and veil! I highly recommend visiting this store, and I highly recommend Chantal as well! Thank you for a wonderful experience! -

When I showed up to The Winner I wasn’t expecting to find the one but I did. It was not a wedding dress but with the look of the dress it didn’t matter. It was the perfect one for me and they did layaway which worked out perfect for me. -

The only thing I didn't like was 4th e saleswoman tried to get me to purchase the sample - ewww. I wanted a new dress that had never been tried on before.

I had a bridal consultation and an appointment set up at the Winner. I did my research ahead of time for a dress I found on their website.
When I got to my appointment I immediately located the dress I saw on the website. When I picked up the dress to give to the sales associate she made sure to let me know that the dress I wanted to try was over 2k.
I said “I know.” Then she suggested a similar one that was cheaper than the one I liked even though I hadn’t asked her to. I chose a couple other dresses that were also around that price range.
Each time I chose a dress close to that price, she said “Just so you know this dress is over $2k or so.” She only said something with the dresses that were close to that price. She didn’t mention it when they were close to $1k or any other price. This absolutely ruined my experience. I went there because I had a great experience choosing my daughters prom dress and expected the same. I complained to the manager and she stated maybe it was someone new and inexperienced. But when she found out it was someone that had been there along time she made excuses for them instead of recognizing that the experience I had wasn’t great with the sales associate.
This was a very unfortunate experience for me. I did end up purchasing the dress, but with another bridal shop. They lost a sale because they assumed I couldn’t afford the dress.
