    Beautiful venue!!

    The Windsor helped make my day perfect!! This new venue is beautiful, it comes with a lot of great things you can use, and the staff is very nice!

    If you are looking for a great place to have your ceremony and reception, I highly recommend The Windsor!!!

    We absolutely LOVED our wedding at The Windsor! The venue is so beautiful and made our wedding feel very elegant and romantic. We are still getting comments about how amazing and prepared the venue was for our day.

    Melissa and Hayley were our coordinators and both were extremely professional, helpful and always prompt when communicating with me. Anything and everything I requested of them was completed in a timely manner and always turned out exactly how I wanted.

    We would definitely recommend The Windsor to anyone getting married! Our experience was simply perfect, and I was an extremely picky bride so that's saying something!

    The Windsor is a beautiful venue! The staff was responsive to our needs and gave advice when requested. The Windsor simplified planning since we were able to have our ceremony and reception in one place. It was convenient to have the venue offer the dance floor, linens, and tableware. The deposit check was returned promptly after our wedding day without any hesitation or reminders. Thank you Laura and Melissa!

    Absolute perfection

    The Windsor at Hebron Park was absolute perfection. We researched many venues across the Metroplex and decided to book the Windsor for three main reasons: the professionalism of the staff, the venue space, and CN catering. Doug and his team were professional and attentive, making our engagement and wedding easy, exciting, and fun. The ivy draped brick building is beautiful, along with the chapel and reception space. CN Catering (in-house) served an incredible, five-star meal, leaving our guests happy and full. We had many guests compliment the flow of the venue space and the delicious food (a special shout out to the crab wontons!) I recommend The Windsor to anyone reading this review and every couple looking to plan a gorgeous wedding. Thank you Doug, The Windsor, and CN Catering for an incredible experience.

    Everyone at the Windsor was fantastic! My husband and I were married there a few weeks ago. Melissa went above and beyond to answer any and all (there were a LOT) of my questions. They were worth every penny. The venue is gorgeous and it makes it easy to have the ceremony and reception all in one place!

    There were only two things that I wasn't crazy about...one wasn't a rule of theirs, but rather the city. No sparklers are allowed - the city views them as handheld explosives. The other was not being able to do my bridals there on a Sunday. The cleaning crew hasn't come through from the Saturday weddings and unfortunately for me, my photographer was only available on a Sunday for my bridals. But I did get a few there on the wedding day, so it made up for it. Again, not a big deal, just something to be aware of.

    I would definitely get married at the Windsor all over again. For a place that includes all of the chairs, tables, linens, bar ware and place settings, it is totally worth it! Nearly all of the places that we looked at were several thousands more expensive and didn't include all of the stuff that came along with the Windsor.

    Their staff even braved the ice storm in order to make our wedding happen. They went above and beyond for us with arrangements for that.

    Everyone loved the venue and couldn't stop talking about it and several of our guests commented on how obvious it was that Melissa loved her job.

    I loved my experience with them. So worth it all! Thank you Melissa and the staff at the Windsor at Hebron Park!!

    I got married last month and I wish I could give The Windsor 10 stars! As soon as I walked in I knew I wanted this to be my venue. It's absolutely beautiful! Laura and Melissa are amazing! They are so sweet and I never felt like I was just another wedding. They always responded in a timely manner and there was never a question that went unanswered. Compared to other venues I looked at The Windsor hands down was the best value. They include so much to make your special day one to remember. I can go on and on but to all the bride's still looking...your search can end here!

    Above and Beyond!

    I’m so happy that I got married at the Windsor! Doug and his team went above and beyond for us and in the middle of a pandemic worked so hard to make sure we had a fun but safe wedding! The Windsor is beautiful and unique! If you live in DFW it’s a very central location and easy to find! The Windsor looks very expensive but it is very affordable! Can’t say enough about this beautiful place!

    Perfect Wedding!

    We got married at the Windsor at Hebron Park on June 22, 2019 and it could not have been more perfect! This was the third venue we visited and we loved that it had a chapel so our guests wouldn’t need to travel to more than one location. Most of our guests were from out of town, so it was important to us that the venue be easy to find and have ample parking. The entryway was beautiful and overall the venue looked brand new. The lighting in the ballroom was beautiful thanks to all the windows. I was also excited to take pictures in the bridal suite because it is absolutely gorgeous! We received so many compliments on the venue and the food!

    The quotes we were provided with were very clear and itemized, so there was never a question about pricing. I also thought it was an excellent value since almost everything was included in the pricing. Every member of the staff was very professional and so kind and helpful with any questions I had or changes I wanted to make. On the day of, they made sure my husband and I had everything we needed, brought us drinks, and even made our plate for us! My bridal party was so impressed that they made sure we actually got to eat at our wedding!

    I highly recommend the Windsor! You will not be disappointed!

    Such a gorgeous venue for such excellent value. I loved the Windsor and so many of my guests mentioned how pretty it was. The food was great (we did breakfast burritos) and the service was impeccable. Can't recommend this highly enough!

    Beautiful venue with wonderful staff!

    Weddings in the middle of a pandemic are stressful, but Dan and his team at the Windsor made sure our July 18th ceremony and reception went off without a hitch! Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the chapel and delicious the food was. Dan was super helpful making modifications that made everyone feel safe, and let my husband and I experience the day we had planned for the last year. We are so happy we chose the Windsor at Hebron Park for our Wedding Day!

    My wedding was simple and elegant. Melissa was my planner and she made it easy to plan the wedding from Atlanta, GA. I am a new mother and only saw the venue once. So with little time on my hand to pay attention to the details, the staff at The Windsor was very flexible with my go with the flow personality and last minute changes. All my guest loved the venue and has already recommended it to other couples getting married next year. Thanks Melissa for making our day fun and enjoyable for all.

    The Windsor is amazing. I looked at 7 different event venues before finding the Venue of my dreams, the Windsor. They are an amazing all inclusive type of Venue that take all the hard work out of planning a wedding. Plus, the staff at the Windsor is so friendly and helpful. Anything you need, just ask and they are always willing to help. My wedding day was perfect and I give them all the credit! Thank you for being so awesome! I will certainly be raving about them for years to come and hosting other events there in the neat future! Anyone considering this Venue, look no further, book it!

    Amazing Venue with Excellent Service!!

    We hosted a dinner reception to celebrate the 'coming of age' event for our kids at The Windsor at Hebron Parkway. It is a beautiful venue with tons of open space and light and interior decor. We had a wonderful experience working with the staff from the start. Brooke Walker was extremely responsive and willing to answer any question at any time of day. We looked at several places around the metroplex during planning and this was the only venue that was willing to listen and accommodate our special requests. The food was great and the catering staff very professional and courteous. Everything from menu selection to food tasting to decor planning to the actual event went very smoothly and just as planned and we couldn't have pulled it off without the their hard work and guidance. We would highly recommend The Windsor!

    We had our wedding at The Windsor at Hebron Park last Saturday and we all had a blast! The venue coordinator, Melissa, was super helpful with the wedding planning and she always responds to your emails/phone calls in a timely manner. She always makes me feel much better and relax after meeting with her. And I love their open houses where we were able to found several of our vendors. The venue itself is new and beautiful. They have a very cute chapel and a very open reception hall with large dance floor. Overall, I loved and enjoyed working with Melissa and would recommend this venue to everybody. =)

    We used this venue for my sister's wedding, and it was perfect! The bridal suite is amazing, and Melissa and Laura are beyond helpful. They always respond right away, and are very up front and honest. The venue itself has that "sacred/magical" feel to it. And oh yes... the bathrooms are the bomb.com.

    I'd just like to say that out of all the venues I looked at, this one stood out the most. The staff sold me. Melissa Maxwell was absolutely incredible. It was the venue I've always dreamed of. Stunning doesn't even come close to the beauty. On our wedding day, I was a stressed out mess. Melissa checked on me through out the day and made sure everything was taken care of. I couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. Every day I wish I could relive our wedding. You will not regret choosing this venue.

    Beautiful Venue, Great Price!

    This venue gave us everything we needed and wanted for our special day. The team here is great to work with and even allowed me to have last minute visits with my florist just to make sure everything would work out great. With our families living out of town a number of people wanted to see the venue prior to the day of and the venue made accommodations for this as well. Even the day of, anything we needed even when it came to hammering our signs in the ground for people to know exactly where the venue was the person that worked at the venue was right beside us trying to hammer the signs in with a rock! Best venue choice by far.

    Gorgeous all-in-one venue!

    We absolutely loved our wedding at The Windsor!!! Everyone was so wonderful to work with and were always available to answer our (many) questions throughout the wedding planning process. The wedding itself was SO fun and all of our guests raved about the venue. I fell in love with the venue because of the red brick and ivy, but the staff, the food, the add-on's made it worth every penny!!! This is the perfect all-in-one wedding venue, and I highly recommend!

    Beautiful Venue and Excellent Service

    We celebrated our 30 year wedding anniversary on May 6, 2023 at the Windsor at Hebron Park. The venue is stunning! We had the best experience starting with the tour, tasting, to the actual event. My husband and I had the best time working with Sara! She was professional and personable and helped to make everything just what we asked for. She was readily available to answer any questions that we had and always a text, call, or email away. The staff was also very friendly and professional. Our family is still talking about the great time that they had and how beautiful everything was. Thank you Windsor, Sara, and CN Catering!!

    i am a recent bride but also a wedding videographer so i have seen A LOT of venues. if you want a BREATHTAKING venue this is the place. i saw almost 20 dallas venues before deciding on The Windsor ( i am that picky!!). it is absolutely beautiful and offers the most amenities in comparison to other venues (large bridal room, grooms room, GORGEOUS BATHROOMS, chapel, patio balcony, vases, candles, chalkboards, easels etc). ***This was the ONLY venue I came across that looked better in person than in pictures.*** All the other facilities I came across had dingy carpet, worn chairs, random stains on table cloths, and old looking dinnerware. The Windsor is only a year old so everything is in MINT condition. You will not get the "WOW!" that you want from your guests if you do not have a pristinely kept venue!
    There is plenty of space for guests to roam around. This was also a big plus because a lot of the downtown venues I saw were cramped and did not have an open layout. (also in downtown you will have to pay $1,500+ for valet for your guests or push that cost on to your guests) The Windsor is in a convenient location so I didn't have to ask guests to drive to the far outskirts of Dallas.
    In terms of staff, the Windsor team is amazing. Melissa and Laura were so professional, courteous, and went ABOVE and BEYOND their job duties for putting on my wedding. They emailed back promptly, went over everything detail by detail, and dealt with me when I was frantic and panicky in the days leading up to the wedding. I am so impressed with this venue and so glad i did not have to settle on a place that wasn't up to my standards!!!

    Brooke was so helpful and made the days up to and the day of my wedding stress free. I had so many questions and she was always just an email away with the answers. I felt at ease and had the perfect wedding at the most beautiful perfect venue!

    I just got married at The Windsor August 2nd, 2014. Melissa was extremely helpful from our first visit to the weeks following the wedding and then on our wedding day. She emailed me to remind me about a few things and I asked for many recommendations on other vendors and they all exceeded our expectations. Our day was perfect and went smoothly thanks to them! They quickly flowed with changes and helped to solve them.

    My day was absolutely perfect and I have the Windsor and their staff to thank!

    Incredible Customer Service and Beautiful Venue

    I am a wedding planner in the Dallas area and recently worked with Hayley and her team at The Windsor at Hebron Park. I am truly impressed with their professionalism, diligence, and quality of service. The staff is not only extremely helpful but very respectful. I cannot say enough good things about their team!

    As a planner, I can highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for the perfect space. The Windsor truly go above and beyond for their couples and vendors.

    I was the Maid of Honor for my bestfriend's wedding. We had to change venues a week and a half before the wedding and as soon as I found the Windsor, I am so glad we did. Laura and Melissa were extrememly helpful, especially since there were a ton of small details we had to work out with changing of the venues and they saved us from needing a day of coordinator. The responsiveness was excellent and at least one of them were available at all times.

    The value of the venue was extremely reasonable with everything it offers. The venue is very beautiful, therefore, you do not need much to decorate with and the savings there was very important for us. They also offer some additional decorations of their's that you can use. The size of the bridal and groom suite is the largest out of all of the venues we looked at, which was nice since there was a large bridal party. The flow of the wedding was the best we could have asked for since we had the reception and cermony in the same location. Even though we were in the same building, our guests were able to have the element of surprise more than once.

    The Windsor has preferred partners, but are completely flexible if you want to use another vendor. Laura and Melissa have great reccomendations on anything from caterers to bakeries to florist and gave us 2 reccomendations for each depending on our budget. Another added plus was the hotel they partner with. They gave us a great discount on the rooms and even offered shuttle service between the venue and hotel.

    If you, or anyone you know, is having a wedding, you definitely need to check this venue out!!

    Wedding Review

    We cannot say enough amazing things about the Windsor & CN Catering! They went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. The venue was stunning, every detail was beautifully coordinated and exceeded our expectations.

    The team was professional, attentive, and made the entire planning and day-of process feel effortless. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything looked and how incredible the food was, truly some of the best wedding food we’ve ever had!

    The Windsor was just perfect! We had the best time ever at our wedding and so did all of our guests. The venue is just beautiful. Melissa was amazing and was so easy to work with. She took care of everything and I never stressed or worried about anything! Everything was truly perfect. Thanks to the Windsor for an amazing day!!

    We got married at the Windsor on June 9th and my guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was. Every inch of the venue is picture perfect, from the bridal suite to the wrap-around patio covered in gorgeous green ivy and their in-house catering team (CN Catering) did a phenomenal job. Many people have told me that it was some of the best food they've ever had at a wedding.

    The team at the Windsor and CN Catering executed everything flawlessly and our wedding day was like a dream come true. Ashley helped us coordinate everything and she was SO awesome staying on top of everything throughout the planning process. She was always super responsive and went out of her way to accommodate every request.

    I honestly cannot say enough great things about the Windsor and I am so happy we went with them. Thank you to the Windsor and the CN Catering team for making our wedding day PERFECT. It was more amazing than we ever could have hoped for.

    Perfect in every way!

    The Windsor was exactly what we wanted- and came with so many things we didn't even know we wanted out of a wedding venue! The lighting, the bridal suite/grooms room, the patio with the string lights, the trees and vines outside, the sheer size of the venue, the breathtaking chapel, the photobooth! All of our guests had such a wonderful time. They handled all COVID precautions like a champ and had a plan for every detail. They really accomodated our every request! We looked at venues that were twice the price and an hour from our home. The Windsor had everything we wanted and was centrally located for all of our DFW guests - not to mention a 20 minute drive from both major airports. We could not have chosen a better team to work with or a more beautiful space to celebrate.

    Wonderful wedding

    The Windsor at Hebron Park and CN Catering were so amazing to work with. They are very flexible and caring for our needs, especially leading up to the wedding day. Our wedding day plans and events were executed so perfectly by the CN catering team captain and Windsor representative (Macie). They did such a phenomenal job and the wedding was beautiful. We can't stop receiving compliments from our guests on how beautiful and smooth everything went! In addition, the food was fantastic. Thank you Windsor and CN Catering! I reccomend them for your wedding!

    I don't even know where to start. Everything was absolutely amazing from our first visit to the end of the night of our wedding!

    We booked our date here after only visiting 2 other venues. From the start of planning to our crazy changes, they were absolutely wonderful. The venue is beautiful. The in house catering (CN Catering) was able to work with us on the food we wanted as we were looking for a more Mexican food feel. We met with the head chef and were able to work something out after our initial tasting. They set up second food tasting for us where we had dishes made especially for us even though they do group tastings. They were very patient with my constant inquiries and handful of changes I made.

    Day of, the attendant was very helpful in guiding our timeline along and we even got a gift bag from CN in our getaway car! I kept hearing throughout our day how beautiful everything was from our guests. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

    Greetings Brides & Grooms to be!

    Professionally, I have spent the last five years managing sponsorships for General Motors, managing events at large scale venues from Texas Motor Speedway to Kansas City Royals - Kauffman Stadium to the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, and never have been more impressed than I have with the accommodations of the Windsor at Hebron Park.

    The staff at the Windsor works incredibly hard to not only deliver your dream wedding, but also make it the most enjoyable experience for your guests. The banquet hall allows for an open area for many different floor plan arrangements, the kitchen allows for any caterer to come in and deliver the highest quality food and beverage, and the chapel brings an elegance and intimacy second to none. The Bridal Room and Groom's Room have excellent furniture for the wedding party to relax before the big moment, and the balcony offers great scenery for wedding pictures.

    The only complaint we have is that our wedding went by too fast! Special thank you to the staff of the Windsor for making our wedding day so memorable!

    Beautiful Venue

    We just had our wedding at The Windsor, and it was magical! We had 120 guests and it was a perfect amount of space for everyone. Weather was amazing on our wedding day, and the guests loved loved being out in the patio area during the cocktail hour enjoying their food and drinks. All the staff was AMAZING, super friendly and smiley the whole day and the guests said that they felt very welcomed. We had to change the order of the event for the reception the last minute, and they were so flexible with all the changes too.
    I just wanted to thank all the staff there on our wedding day who made it such a magical day for us and all the guests.

    Perfect Venue for a Perfect Day!

    Words fail to express how beautiful and magical The Windsor and CN Catering made my daughter’s wedding day. From the day we toured the facility until the day our security deposit was returned, they were beyond helpful, attentive and professional. Brooke and Macie were a joy to work with and treated our wedding like it was the only event they were managing. The venue is absolutely beautiful! My daughter and son-in-law wanted a wedding venue with a combined chapel and reception space. They also wanted to be the only wedding of the day. Not one of several pushed through in offsetting 5-hour increments. The Windsor has it all…stunning chapel, expansive reception spaces, beautiful bridal suite and staircase, ample parking and lovely outdoor spaces for pictures. Not to mention that it is all right in the heart of Plano/Carrollton. CN Catering did an outstanding job on the food and beverages. So many of our guest commented that the food was the best wedding catering they had ever experienced. CN’s monthly food tastings are expansive and provide a perfect opportunity to sample a variety of catering options. They enabled us to choose the perfect wedding menu within our budget. We did a buffet and I was nervous about how long it would take to get our 180 guests through the line, but it went very quickly and smoothly. Our wedding planner orchestrated the night’s events and toasts to eliminate downtime and optimize the buffet line within the evening’s flow. My only regret is that I did not have a 2nd bar in the reception space. I felt that the standard 2 bartenders create long lines for the guests at busy times throughout the evening. Thank you to the staff of The Windsor and CN Catering for a perfect and memorable day.

    My daughter was married at The Windsor at Hebron Park on June 6. We booked the venue about 16 months before the wedding, since we wanted to be sure to get the date we wanted.
    The wedding went very smoothly and I was not stressed at all, as on the wedding day all I had to do was come! Hayley took care of every detail!
    We all were very pleased with the beauty of the venue, the amount of space, and the convenience of the bridal room, grooms room, and with having the wedding and reception at the same in-town location.
    The Windsor hired a new wedding director after we booked and my only negative feeling was that we thought we were paying for Day-Of services when we booked and found out later that this was an extra fee.
    Do realize that the consultants don't work every week day, since they have to work on weekends for the wedding, so it sometimes takes a couple of days to get a reply.
    We were delighted with our experience with the Windsor and would highly recommend them!

    The Windsor at Hebron Park helped me have my dream wedding! The staff was great! The ay before my wedding I requested a change to the set up. The set up staff was off, and came to the venue and made the change I wanted. It was great! The place is easy to decorate and morph into what you want it to be!     The Windsor delivered the perfect wedding for me! After losing a huge deposit at a venue that unexpectedly closed, Laura and Melissa worked with us to stay within our new budget and even found the perfect caterer for us. Their Open House connected us with several vendors we were able to use for the wedding. The venue itself is breathtaking, creating the perfect setting for a perfect day. It was fun working with the Windsor team on ideas. We loved the fantastic bride’s and groom’s suites. Our guests were blown away by the wedding and are still talking about how much fun they had.     Great staff and atmosphere.

    Everyone was super helpful and hapoy to accommodate all needed changes. Our guests continue to comment about hiw nicely put together our wedding was. It wasn't too over the top...just enough...which was exactly what we wanted. We can't say enough about how good the food was! I made sure to taste everything on tht menu! Lol

    We had our ceremony and reception there about a month ago and everything was perfect! The chapel is absolutely beautiful and the reception area is great. They were very prompt in answering any questions I had leading up to the wedding. I love that they provided vases, floating candles and mirrors for centerpieces... it made decorating so easy! The building is so new and well thought out. And since it's such a new venue, they're constantly improving and getting new stuff and decorations! My one complaint is that they played the wrong song during the bridal party procession, when I had gone over the music list with them previously.

    Our wedding was held June 13th at The Windsor at Hebron Park. I booked last June after looking at the venue once. It is absolutely beautiful in the most simple and elegant way. I knew immediately that it was the perfect venue for my vision. The management checked in to ensure my planning was going well. My wedding coordinator was in constant contact with the venue staff closer to the big day and they were readily available to assist her. They have you come in for a final planning meeting and it was a tremendous help. I immediately felt better about all the details after the meeting. The Windsor does not nickel and dime you for extra things. Many additions to the chapel and ballroom are complimentary and a few things cost extra. I was able to add all additional items without having added very much to my total - which cannot be said for a lot of other venues (every little thing seems to cost extra at other venues). The rehearsal coordination was wonderful. Melissa did an excellent job coordinating everyone. We were finished in 30 minutes and had time for our wedding party to explore the venue. The day of the wedding Melissa and Tori were there to assist and ensure everything was running smoothly. Melissa and Tori also opened the doors for my father and I to the chapel and made us feel calm and ready to go! My husband and I spent our honeymoon gushing over the wedding and how amazing it was and it is all thanks to The Windsor and it's staff!

    The only thing I have to constructively criticize is when we initially booked, we were told that up lighting was done exclusively through the venue. This had changed at some point and our DJ was able to provide what we needed.

    We had a great experience working with Melissa and Laura at the Windsor. As we neared the wedding, I got a little OCD about the wedding floor plan, but Melissa was amazing at being flexible and helping me envision what the room would look like. They were so helpful on the day of making sure that everybody was where they needed to be and making sure the ceremony ran smoothly. I would highly recommend having your wedding here as they are so professional and make everything less stressful.

    I got married September 27, 2014. The Windsor staff and venue were altogether awesome. The time we spent there went so smoothly. Hayley was our day of coordinator and she was amazing. Not too pushy, but great at keeping everything rolling on the timeline we had lined up. It was on the higher end of our budget and they do up to 2 weddings per day so you really don't get to spend much time at the venue, other than the actual event. This is a bummer because the facilities for getting ready are great and would have made for great "getting ready photos." We were able to get some done there but most of them had to be posed because we were all basically ready when we arrived. Overall it was the fairytale wedding I had always dreamed about and all the components of the Windsor made that possible.

    The Windsor first venue that we looked at and after exploring other venues in the DFW area, nothing compared! The venue itself is gorgeous and the staff was incredible at coordinating the event and making sure everything went smoothly. I found it extremely easy that the venue exclusively uses CN Catering.I have been constantly getting compliments from our guests on how beautiful and perfect the venue was! I am so happy that we chose the Windsor -- you won't regret it!

    Many of our guest spoke of the excellent service and delicious food. Excellent service with the plated meal. Well oiled machine!! Very responsive to issues that came up. It was so great to have the ceremony and reception at the one location.

    Overall a fabulous place for wedding and reception. Suggestions. . Before wedding as guests arriving the passage past the restrooms/elevator should be blocked (rope or chairs ex.) so guests are not in that area and also the door to recepion area sb kept closed til after the horderved are finished, those side doors can be opened for more room. Wished they had allowed like noon access for bride also (flexability area). Other then that a really nice venue.

    The Windsor at Hebron Park did a wonderful job to help make our wedding day on July 13, 2013 very special. My husband I last year, had been paying Cappella Court Gardens in Carrollton, until we found out on the news that it was out of business, and we needed to find a venue quick. A good friend of mine, that I known for years, who goes to my church referred me to the Windsor. I went 2 days later and my husband I loved it even more than the venue we had before. The Windsor is very elegant and what I loved about it most, was the colors being neutral, so it is easy to decorate, and you can do whatever colors you choose. The staff is friendly, and they also worked with us, being that we had lost a lot of money to the previous venue. I was very happy that we were able to use our own caterer, bartender, etc for this venue. The reception area is really huge, and can hold up to 300 people. The ceremony chapel is nice but since we had 200+ guests, it did get a little cramped. The only thing that I would say I am unpleased with is how long it takes to get your security deposit back. The staff advised that it takes 3 wks, however, it has been almost 2 months and we haven't received ours as of yet. However, overall, this is an excellent, elegant, wonderful venue and I would recommend this venue to anyone! Thanks Windsor!!!

    Overall amazing

    I love the look of this venue! The brick and ivy outside made a great spot for pictures. It had everything we wanted in a location. It was important to us to have the ceremony and the reception is the same place. I loved that the chapel looked like a church but it didn’t have a ton of details to it so we could really decorate and make it our own. The reception hall was a blank canvas as well and the execution of what I wanted it to look like day-of was perfect. The day-of coordinator was on top of everything and made the entire day feel seamless. The only issue I had was with communication leading up to the wedding. We were passed off to 3 different people to help with our wedding and communication got confused and little lost in translation. At times I felt like it wasn’t very tailored to us as a couple. An example is with the catering. It was super convenient to have food and drinks right there at the venue. The food was amazing and I got nothing but compliments on how delicious it was. However, it was very stressful going into a wedding not having tried our actual menu. We didn’t get to try what we paid for - Terrifying! The way they do the tasting is in a mass group at one of their venues. It’s great to see what an event looks like and the displays of what your food can look like but I wasn’t expecting that. For the amount of money we paid I expected a more one-on-one tasting of our actual menu and the actual food we wanted to have. The event CN Catering put on had the most popular items present- but not all of what they offer. So I was disappointed. When I asked to try our menu I was told I would need to pay an additional charge. So my advice to the venue would be - don’t get to corporate and big for your couples. They are paying a lot of money for one day and being able to taste and see everything they are paying for should be part of the deal. Overall if I could do it again I would still choose this venue. But I would go into it asking better questions so I would have better expectations.

    I was so excited when I first visited the Windsor at their open house. The place was so beautiful, I know this was where I wanted to get married. Melissa and Laura have both been so helpful in recommending other vendors. Both have always responded to my emails and questions within a day! Their open house events are also nice to get to see the space decorated and helps you get ideas on what you can do with the space.

    I have really enjoyed planning my wedding, they have been great!

    The Windsor is a gorgeous venue, and well priced.
    The only downside to this venue is that you have to use their catering and bar services (CN Catering). The food was absolutely delicious, but we think that we probably could have gone a little cheaper with another catering service.

    It takes a little bit for the venue coordinator to respond, but she was very helpful and professional. On the day I was scheduled to take my bridal photos, it was raining so we couldn't do them in the original location. The venue coordinator let us come last minute and take the photos at the venue!

    I toured this place. The venue is impressive and everything is laid out perfectly. The chapel is gorgeous and you can tell they built this facility with all details in mind. It is very spacious.
    However, I was not impressed with the service. When I booked a tour, they stressed that I should not be late. I arrived 20 minutes early. They were 20 minutes late to give me a tour. The tour guide did well with the tour and was very charismatic, but a security guard (I'm assuming?) followed us the entire tour. He did not introduce himself so it was pretty awkward and confusing. I promise I'm not threatening, and they probably had to do that, but an introduction or explanation would have been nice! Before visiting, I was given a catering quote that met my budget. This quote was given by a different staff member. When I toured, the food and drink prices were not the same and the tour guide basically insinuated we could only afford pasta, salad, and bread. When he started calculating if we could afford to give one or two sliders to guests, I knew this was not the place I wanted to be. I was told that all catering is this pricey (it's not). This is not necessarily the part that concerned me, because venues all run a little differently and that's understandable. What concerned me was the apathetic attitude of the staff. My experience was not personal and nobody seemed to care if I was touring, if they were late to the tour despite telling me to be early, or anything about my wedding. This place felt like a wedding factory.
    If you want an all-inclusive venue and you have a generous budget, this may be the place for you. It really is an impressive venue.
