From beginning to end, Richard and his staff were nothing but responsive, friendly and amazing. The venue is beautiful and budget friendly. Highly recommend!

The Best Experience
If you are looking for a venue that is not a typical ballroom (though they have ballrooms as an option) you MUST check out The Loft at 350... Patrick and his staff are true miracle workers. My daughter found out less than 2 weeks before her wedding that their venue closed and they needed to pivot and find a venue. We all met with Patrick and he immediately made us feel at ease and worked with us to help make their dreams come true. We were able to have the wedding outside which was perfect. I truly could not say enough nice things about Patrick and his ENTIRE staff. They made their dreams come true. If you are looking for a venue that is attentive, on top of things and make you feel like you are the only ones that matter, give Patrick a call! They will NOT disappoint!

Unforgettable Experience!
The Wilshire Caterers did an amazing job for my wedding! If I could give them 100 stars I would! Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue is, the food and service! My bridal attendants were amazing and were always there to assist my husband and I. Richard and Matt were excellent to work with. They walked us through every step of the way and made sure everything ran smoothly. I can’t thank them enough for our wonderful experience and I hope to work with them again or even be a wedding guest at The Wilshire!

The staff was amazing!
The Wilshire was the last venue my husband and I visited and we signed the contract right away. Joel was our person and helped us with everything we needed she is amazing in every single way! Every time we had questions she was there to answer them all we truly felt safe!

Wedding of our Dreams at The Wilshire
I don't even know where to start. One of the top two best decisions that my husband and I made throughout all of our wedding planning, was booking The Wilshire for our reception. Joe'l, Kirby, and the rest of the staff and professionals at The Wilshire were outstanding. The food was amazing! We worked closely with Joe'l, who's one of the Director of Events. She made sure that we had plenty of food from cocktail hour brought to us in a private dining area near the bridal salon. There was so much food for us, we hardly got through a quarter of it, and everything we tasted was delicious. They were also kind enough to bring our dinner to us early and again in a private dining area so that we could actually eat and enjoy our meal. Many of our guests reached out to let us know how much they enjoyed the food at The Wilshire during both the cocktail hour and dinner reception, which seemed to be a pleasant surprise for them as most people expect good food during cocktail hour and mediocre food during the main course. However, at The Wilshire, you will get exceptional food during both! We had a bridal attendant, Mikayla, who took care of us and made sure we had drinks when we wanted. They checked in with us often to make sure that we were happy with everything. After the reception, we stayed at The Wilshire Grand Hotel, and Joe'l made sure that we had an extra meal each, packed and stored in our hotel room fridge for us to enjoy after the party. All of our guests seemed extremely satisfied with the bartenders as well, who were making mixed drinks and did an excellent job making our signature cocktails—they were delicious. I'm trying to think of something that the team at The Wilshire could do to make the service better, but I can't think of anything because we thought they were absolutely perfect. We are so happy with how beautifully our wedding reception went.

Affortable Amazing Beautiful Venue!!!
Omg guysssss Travisssss is amazing !! This will be a long post because it is very much well deserved!! First of all let me tell you how I came across this venue on Instagram!! I was looking for a venue for months! We was looking for a beautiful venue but affordable at the same time that offers everything we needed.As I was about to give up I came across this venue..met with a guy name Travis and the rest was history. Our wedding date was Feb 14th 2022 but due to the new covid strain we pushed it back to April 17th 2022.The theme was a Valentines theme for Feb!! So we had to have Valentines Day on Easter 🤣Travis worked with us and our budget,which was amazing.The staff helped out as well which they did not have to! They added extra details to my wedding!!!! Food was amazing esp the steak stir fry! That right there is a must have you guys lol with the rice! My guests talked non stop about how much fun they had and was very please with not only the staff but the decor of the place.Alot of people never been to a wedding so as a first time experience it was wonderful!! Travis is so down to earth that we will remain friends.In a couple years for my husband 40th birthday we will celebrate there!! Also every year on the 17th of April we will have dinner at Grill 350 just to celebrate our love.Thank you guys so much and y'all will be seeing us again very soon!!

Still getting compliments!!
After selling our last venue after a covid delay , we landed on The Wilshire. Joe'l helped us every step of the way, she made a very stressful process easy, right down to a zoom call for our final meeting, due to my schedule conflicts. The food was amazing! The grand ballroom was perfect , everything to the lighting to the friendly staff and bridal attendants. The selling point for us was the hotel is attached, and even though we had a "no kid" wedding , our guests were able to bring the kids to the room and have a sitter or check up on them as needed. Even the hotel was great about grouping is together. We are Italian and picky about our food, but everyone was raving about everything they had. The staff was great. I was having so much fun, I didn't get to eat my dinner, plus I knew I'd get it on my dress , and they boxes up my dinner and sent it to the room and brought me chicken fingers so I wouldn't make a mess. Little stuff like that I definitely appreciated! Everyone complimented on how the day went so smooth and how everything was in one place and easy for the older generations. I would definitely recommend this venue!

Amazing Venue!!
My husband and I fell in love with The Wilshire Caterers on the day we went for a tour. The venue was elegant and stunning. It was also incredibly convenient as you are able to have the ceremony, reception, hotel, and after party all onsite. We worked with Travis throughout the wedding process, and he was extremely professional, friendly, supportive, and very responsive the whole time.
Angela was my bridal attendant, and she was amazing. When I arrived at 10AM with my bridal party, Angela helped us bring all of our belongings to the bridal suite and helped set everything up. The suite was stocked with champagne, wine, beer, and soda. Angela was a huge help with things I didn’t have time to set up the night before. She put together my card box for me and she asked me where I wanted the rest of my items for my wedding set up. Throughout the whole night Angela was also on top of everything by making sure my husband and I both ate enough, provided us with drinks, and kept everything on schedule for us.
Originally, we planned to have our ceremony outside, however the weather did not cooperate, and it was a rainy day. We ended up having the ceremony in the Tuscany Ballroom. Angela immediately transformed the ceremony room beautifully with lanterns down the aisle along with candles and up lighting. Our Maître d', Junior was also outstanding. Prior to the Ceremony he gave us instructions and we were able to do 2 walkthroughs for our ceremony. Junior also made sure that the entire night went smoothly. Junior and his staff made sure everything was perfect from the ceremony, cocktail hour, and our reception in the Grand Ballroom. As for our reception, it was more than what my husband and I could have imagined. The Grand Ballroom is absolutely stunning and it really looks like a fairytale. We couldn’t have been any happier on how everything turned out.
When our guests walked into the main lobby, they all were immediately greeted with a welcome drink of champagne and sparkling water. All of our guests still can’t stop raving about how amazing all the food was from the cocktail hour and the reception. They still tell us that this was the best wedding that they ever attended. Our cocktail hour was a huge hit and the bartenders were perfect at making everyone’s drinks. The vodka luge and the martini bar were also a huge hit that our guests loved.
I highly recommend The Wilshire Caterers for hosting your Wedding, or any other type of an event. This venue will not disappoint! Travis, Angela, Junior, and the entire staff were amazing, and we are so thankful to them for making our Wedding Day so perfect.

I had my wedding at the Wilshire in August of 2021. It was originially scheduled for May, but with Covid we decided to move it to August with hopes that things would get better. My now husband and I had viewed quite a few wedding venues before signing with the Wilshire. We felt like we were at a car dealership with every venue besides the Wilshire. When we entered the Wilshire we were greeted by Joe'l and in awe of how beautiful the venue was. She made us feel like we were old friends and she is a huge reason we signed at the Wilshire. Joe'l answered so many emails beyond promply and reassured me constantly that everything would be perfect. The Wilshire was very reasonable and made our dream wedding a reality. When we had to change our date it was seamless. Joe'l couldn't have been more helpful every step of the way. The week of our wedding was a nightmare with people cancelling because of covid and Joe'l was so accomodating. Our wedding was the best day of my life and I thank the Wilshire for that. All of the staff including my bridal attendant was so attentive. My hair jewelry had fallen out and broke prior to arriving at the Wilshire and Joe'l and my bridal attendant were glueing it back together and putting pins in my hair. The food and space was beyond amazing. My family and friends couldn't stop raving about the cocktail hour, dinner and venetian hour. We had an entire room dedicated to just desserts. It was truly amazing and everything was delicious. The drinks were always flowing and the bartenders were great as well. I thank everyone at the Wilshire, but most importantly Joe'l for giving us everything we asked for and more. You are truly incredible!......Completely not connected to the Wilshire we did have our after party at Grill 350. You rent the space by paying a nice amount for two hours of cash bar for your guests after the wedding. All I will say is that if Gina is the one you are dealing with do not spend the money. We contacted the manager Travis after the situation who made things right, but what a not so nice way to end the night. She saw me in my wedding dress and did not once come up to say hello (we had been dealing with her for quite sometime) or congratulations. Instead she sat outside the open room and rolled her eyes at our guests who were nothing, but respectful of the space. She was rude and should not be in an industry like this. If it's anyone else, but her I would highly suggest a two-hour get together for your guests after the wedding.

Spectacular Staff
Our wedding was everything we imagined and more. Travis and his whole team at the Wilshire made it such a smooth and magical day. Everyone was so friendly and truly were there to help with whatever we needed. The rooms were stunning and the food was delicious (nobody can say they walked away hungry!). Can’t imagine a better wedding anywhere else.

Have your wedding at the wilshire
I honestly am sad that our wedding happened already and that we don’t have anything else to communicate with the Wilshire about haha. I literally love them all! My bridal assistant Samantha 👏🏾👏🏾 Deserves rubies and gems. She made my wedding day so smooth and simple. Anything that I needed the think about she was there. Just wow.
Travis Weiss was our contact at the Wilshire and we actually love Travis. My family often talks about how great he is at what he does! Truly amazing. We loved our experience working with them. Even with having our wedding day delayed 16 months they were so understanding and willing to work with the many date changes, questions, emails, covid thoughts, etc.
I will recommend the Wilshire forever. I am looking forward to another family event that we may be able to do there.

Absolutely Amazing Day!!!
I would love to call this venue a hidden gem. My husband and I wound up switching venues due to Covid restrictions a month before our wedding date and we are extremely happy and pleased with everything. We worked with Travis and from the moment we toured he supported us all the way. He was super calm, supportive and very responsive. My bridal attendant was Amanda and she was super helpful throughout the day she made sure that the room my girls and I got ready in was stocked with all types of drinks and checked with me in every detail from all my signs I made to if we needed anything. She even helped pack everything up and made sure it was in our suite by the end of the night. Junior was our maître d’ for the evening and throughout the night made sure everything ran as smooth as possible. From the outside you would not believe how big the place is on the inside. We were able to have ceremony, cocktail, and reception in three different rooms. We also wanted to be somewhat traditional and did not want to do a first look so we did a first touch which was even in a separate room. It was also a big plus that there is a hotel attached so we did not have to worry about transportation.

All of our guest could not stop raving about how excellent cocktail hour was. Everyone loved all the food. The vodka rack and martini bar was also a bit hit. As for our reception. It was more than we could have ever imagined. The room was absolutely jaw dropping and couldn’t believe that it was our actual wedding. The staff was very friendly and professional and was able to deal with our rowdy crowd.
We will definitely go back here for any future events we may have. I almost didn’t want to write this review just so I can keep this place my little secret.

I don’t know how anyone gets married anywhere else
Getting married at the Wilshire was one of the best decisions we made concerning our wedding. We set our date about 16 months in advance and worked with Joe’l on the planning—all the questions and tastings and etc. Joe’l was always quick to respond and set my mind at ease when I worried about something I didn’t need to. On the day of, Kirby kept everything running smoothly as our maitr’d and Angela kept my dress clean (and bustled!), bouquet handy, and me hydrated as my bridal attendant on our hot July wedding day. The grounds and interiors are beautiful, the food was amazing, and our guests had a great experience and LOVED the cocktail hour with all its options and stations. Our package included a cake from Palermo’s, so that was one less thing to worry about! We also had our rehearsal/welcome dinner the night before at Primavera in the same building, and we were glad guests could stay at the hotel the night after (or before) and didn’t have to worry about transportation. It was a beautiful wedding. There are many terrific ways to get married, and terrific parts of our wedding, but the Wilshire really made everything as easy and glamorous as it was.

Wilshire Grand Wedding Venue
My husband and I knew from the moment we walked into the Wilshire that this was a place with class and elegance, which is what we were looking for in a wedding venue. It also had a hotel attached and space for an after-party, which were all great perks! We worked with Joe’l Falco throughout the entire planning process. In short, Joe’l was amazing. She never said no. She accommodated every request and truly helped our vision come to life. She was responsive, professional, and not to mention, a lot of fun!
The wedding day was perfect. We began in the morning in the bridal suite on the lower level of the Wilshire. Having all the girls getting ready in the same room on site made the day seamless. We did not have to worry about transporting people or things from our getting ready location to the venue, because we were already there. The bridal attendant showed up with champagne, wine, and soft drinks. She organized the room with all of the things that the bridal party and I had brought with us.
My husband and I decided to do our first look and bridal party photos in the garden out back, and we were so glad we did! Not only did the photos come out amazing, but we also did not have to worry about transportation (once again) to another location for photos. It was convenient and gorgeous - just what we wanted. Additionally, we had our ceremony on site, which again only added to the convenience of everything The Wilshire had to offer. Our guests were also greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival, while waiting for the ceremony. To note, we did have an unforeseen event take place on our wedding day that caused the timeline to be altered. Both Joe’l & Junior went above and beyond to make everything seamless, not only for my husband & I, but also for the guests.
Cocktail hour was extraordinary. Everyone could not stop raving about how delicious the food was, and how much food there was! The room looked gorgeous and absolutely set the vibe for the party that was soon to come! We found that this cocktail hour absolutely stood out from others that we have experienced and really think it set The Wilshire apart.
Our reception was more than we could have asked for. The room looked stunning. I remember looking over to my husband as we saw our room completely decorated before all the guests came in and saying “This looks gorgeous, I can’t believe this is OUR wedding.” The bar was fully stocked, the staff was welcoming and professional, and they made our 250 guest wedding a night to remember. Joe’l and Junior absolutely ran the night seamlessly.
The venue took charge of everything that day and my husband and I did not have to worry about a thing. We would absolutely recommend the Wilshire!!

You won't get any better than The Wilshire!
The Wilshire truly made our wedding day. If you are thinking about them for your own, stop reading this and book them now - you WILL NOT regret it! First, the staff are incredible. You and your partner will be supported from start to finish. We never felt so special as we did when we were being taken care of by their team. From the moment we emailed with John, the Catering Director, shortly after our engagement we knew we were in good hands. He answered all of our (many) questions promptly and positively, and helped steer us in the best direction regarding everything from the cocktail hour to the after-party. We know the venue hosts events all the time, but John makes you feel as if you are his only client and he's there just for you. Kirby, our maitre 'd was THE BEST. Upbeat, super friendly, and engaged in even the smallest details of our day. And Angela, our bridal attendant was awesome! So friendly and helpful - she just took excellent care of us. She even stood outside with me in the cold to get help us capture some winter wedding shots. The most important part was that the staff - from those mentioned above to the bartenders, waitstaff, and more - took care of all of our guests (not just the bride and groom) and made sure that everybody had what they needed. They chatted with our DJ when the music was too loud. They had my dad's drink waiting for him at the bar as soon as he started walking up, and no guest dealt with a line while waiting for their own. They never left plates uncovered when guests weren't at their seats for dinner. Everything, big and small, was covered by this exceptional, experienced team. Of course, we can't stop there. The venue is as amazing as the staff. The rooms are beautiful and you can adjust the lighting to be almost anything you need. There are lovely, private bridal salons for you and your crew to enjoy while getting ready that day and a lot of pretty, different spaces to capture photos in. Plus! It's connected to The Wilshire Hotel which was a huge bonus for us. We didn't want to deal with shuttles and sad hotel after-parties at the end of the night. We wanted our guests to feel like they could literally roll from one room to the other (all while staying inside in the cold of December) and it was super convenient for everyone, including us! Lastly, the food! Not only will you not go hungry at The Wilshire, but your guests will rave about the quality (and quantity!) of food for days. I'm still dreaming about the cocktail hour and dessert cordials.
Our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and we know that's largely in part because of The Wilshire. We can't thank the staff here enough for all they did for us, and any couple would be lucky to have them host their wedding!

Besides being an absolutely beautiful venue, the staff at the Wilshire is top notch. There was not enough the staff could do for us. Leading up to the wedding we worked with John who was very professional and fun! He never made me feel like I had to do something a certain way and that it was my vision and he would do anything he could to make that come to life. This included some special requests that resulted in him having to make a lot of phone calls but ultimately pulling through to have everything come together exactly the way we envisioned. The day of the wedding the staff was on their game and whenever my husband or I needed something they were there (a few times with what we wanted before we even asked!) Can not thank Joel, Junior, and Samantha enough! Joel was our girl from day one she answered a billion questions in a timely manor and was there every step of the way. The day and night was perfect. Our guests were all blown away from the amount of delicious food to the great hospitality from everyone.

Great experience!
We had our wedding here and could not have been more happy. Joe'l did an amazing job working with us the entire time. They made sure we had everything we needed. They were able to accommodate all of our requests. Our guests could not believe how much amazing food and drinks we had. The service was amazing. Junior did a great job making sure everything went smooth throughout the entire event. It was the best day of our lives!

Working with Jon and The Wilshire Caterers was a dream come true for my wife and I. They went above and beyond to make sure that things went better than planned. The ambiance was amzaing, the food and drinks was wonderful and the staff was available all night to take care of the bride and groom with whatever we needed. Definitely comes highly recommended.

Best wedding ever!
I have completely run out of adjectives to describe our wedding day on 4/26... it was incredible! We met with the Wilshire 2 years ago as our first venue appointment, fell in love and booked the next day! Joe'l was an angel throughout the entire process (not to mention rapid email responder, therapist to calm my nerves, hair stylist, etc. etc). We are still getting calls from our guests to comment on the food, decor, experience, service - you name it. My bridal attendant, Sam, was the sweetest and most thoughtful person who genuinely cared about her job and made sure I was comfortable the whole day. The entire team was so happy and positive, our day was just magical! My husband, our entire family and myself are so grateful to the Wilshire for providing us the wedding of our dreams!!!!

My organization, Missionaries On The Move, had an event at the Wilshire on May 11th and the service was impeccable! Joe’l and Kriby made the event even more special with their hard work and kind ways. They were there every step of the way to ensure the event was a success and took place without any hiccups.
This is our 3rd annual fundraiser gala at the Wilshire and every year it’s always been a great experience.

Best day of my life! Thank you Joe’l and team for making my wedding day so memorable. I had so many questions and requests but everything was handled just how I wanted with professionalism and promptly. I highly recommend Wilshire, beautiful venue, great food and I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of they took care of all the details. Let’s do it again!
I could not be happier and more appreciative of the staff at the Wilshire. We had our rehearsal dinner in the Loft, and our wedding in the larger banquet hall. Everyone was so kind, accommodating, and genuinely happy for my husband and me. Special shout out to Joe’l not just for running a tight ship and making sure pictures, cocktail hour, etc., did not run over, but for also being a wing woman and making sure I ate dinner. Also, a special shout out to Angela our bridal attendant who helped me in an out of my dress, made sure everything was bustled properly, and took everything from the bridal suite up to our room. I can’t say enough positive things about the Wilshire- the food, the drinks, the ambience, and the people made for an amazing wedding 😊

Best choice ever
I don’t know what else to say but this was the best choice we made. When deciding our venue we were stuck between 3 options. One of which was the palace in Somerset. I am so grateful we went with this option. The staff knew what I needed before I knew what I needed! The whole team was extraordinary. Joe’l worked with us for the price to make sure we could have our dream come true and that’s exactly what it was. The guest from the wedding are still talking about how good the food was. I was so grateful when they sent us home with some. I can’t reccommend this place enough.

A Beautiful Wedding Day
My daughter had her wedding at The Wilshire Grand on December 30, 2018. It was an absolutely beautiful day. The facility was beautiful, the food was outstanding and the drinks were terrific. All of the guests truly enjoyed the reception and still talk about what a terrific time they had.
Joe'l, the wedding consultant, was extremely helpful right from the beginning. She was always positive, helping guide us and readily answering any concerns or questions right up to the wedding. Joe'l made sure that everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding too.
Amanda, who was the bridal attendant couldn't have done a more outstanding job. She took care of every little detail from the day prior to the wedding up until the time we left the day after. Every need was met. We didn't have a thing too worry about.
My husband and I were truly able to enjoy our daughter's wedding!! I truly couldn't have asked for more.

Where do I begin!! WE LOVE THE WHILSHIRE!! The staff and the space are just amazing. My husband and I worked with Joel who is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and amazing to work with. From beginning to the very end she was at our side. Her and the staff at the Whilshire helped bring our wedding vision to life it was personal, heartfelt, top notch and Epic in all areas. The food was delicious, the service was excellent our guest are still talking about it!! We were able to have our dream wedding at an affordable price that offered everything we wanted. Our ceremony was held in the Tuscan room and had the cocktail and receptionat was held in the loft. I highly reccomend the Whilshire for all events and cannot wait for an opportunity to work with them again. Professional, high quality and memorable. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have wed at the whilshire!! Thank you to Joel and the Whilshire crew you guys rock!!

We loved the Wilshire
We just got married at the Wilshire in November and could not possibly recommend them enough.
Everyone we met was so helpful. We used the in-house florist and photographer and did everything through them. John (the catering director and our point person for the whole weekend) was unbelievable through the whole process, with his attention to detail and the amount of time he spent working with us. We had endless questions for him and he was so responsive every time.
Then on the big weekend the whole staff was amazing, Angela the bridal attendant in particular who did everything (including literally sewing my tux shirt and my wife’s bustle back together after a hectic stretch on the dance floor). The food was also great—everything from cocktail hour through dessert.
The venue itself was beautiful, and we loved how convenient it was to have the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, afterparty and hotel rooms for our guests all in one spot without even having to go outside.
We just can’t speak highly enough about everyone involved in making our wedding at the Wilshire so special.

It was the best day ever!
My (now) Wife and I had our reception at your venue on December 1st and we were simply blown away by the entire experience. Overall, it was such an outstanding day and we are so thrilled that your team executed flawlessly on such an important day for us. Everything from top to bottom was just hands down amazing, but I did want to point out a few bright spots:
The staff overall were just great to work with and the food was outstanding. The bartenders and wait staff were very friendly and the chef executed very well with all the dishes that came out.
Junior and Angela were amazing hosts for us the entire evening. It made the night so easy for us, having them there every step of the way. They anticipated our needs and did so gracefully, as they had such a delicate touch is making sure every detail was executed against the entire evening. We cannot thank these 2 individuals enough for their attention to details and for being such a pleasure to work with.
John Bowes delivered an evening that Samantha and I will be talking about for the rest of our lives. From the moment we met John, we knew we were in for a special treat - he is actually the deciding factor in choosing your venue for our event, as he has such an excellent Sales presentation. Although he is an excellent Salesman, his delivery is even better. He guided us into making the best choices for our evening and gave us direction on the right touches for the guest experience. He was incredibly responsive, attentive, professional and just down right amazing. In fact, we want to get married again just to work with John and have this experience all over! I cannot be more appreciative of John and his effort in delivering a spectacular night for us and our guests.
Every person we have talked to has been raving about our wedding and we are just so thrilled to have chosen your venue for our wedding. You have an amazing staff and you should be proud of them.

It is the best place to have a wedding well as go to one. The staff are so professional, friendly and respectful. Everyone is on the same page and they absolutely make sure that your wedding day is nothing but amazing.

Portuguese/Italian Wedding.... We got married June 3 2017. I cant believe its been almost a year from the GREATEST day of our lives. We were married on premises and it was the best and smartest choice we could have made. The entire staff, but more importantly Joe'l and Angela are the stars of this great venue. They made every one of dreams come true. Let me start with the food, being a Portuguese/Italian family that was our number 1 concern. Rest assured the food is PHENOMENAL and PLENTY. Second, the decor was amazing, we lucked out for a fantastic day for an outside wedding, but they assured us that if we had rain they would take care of things for us indoors. The staff is truly amazing, I cant say it enough. Third, Joe'l is the greatest person you can work with, every request we had big or small she said yes to. I still cant believe some of things we got to do/have at our wedding. Angela was our bridal attendant, she is on the same greatness path as Joe'l. She helped us have a fantasic wedding. We had a huge candy bar table (HUGE!!!) and she set it up for us. I felt so bad for her, bc we did get a little carried away. Angela and Joe'l helped us with everything, they made us feel so special and taken care of. Im telling you book the Wilshire Grand you will not be disappointed. If you know anything about Portuguese and Italians they are honest and will tell you to your face about any complaints they might have. This is the first time I never heard a complaint from our families, they loved it as much as we loved it. Im telling you, we still hear about our wedding from our friends and families to this day. Ill also admit we still talk about it all the time, its something we want to relive and because of the staff and great day we had, we will always have the wonderful memories of our special day at the Wilshire Grand. I had my daughter ‘s Bridal Shower on March 18, 2018. Everything was Excellent! The food was delicious: cavatelli & broccoli was the best I have ever eaten ; as well as the eggplant rolatini, chicken Francaise, fried calamari, and Caesar salad! Travis,the owner , paid special attention to every detail. The room was gorgeous and the staff was extremely helpful with gifts being displayed, unpacked and repacked. The Bridal Shower was Perfection!

We had our wedding in the Grand Ballroom. It was amazing! The food was top notch, especially cocktail hour, the dance floor was huge, and the place is laid out very nicely so you can customize it as much as you'd like. I worked closely with Joe'l who was helping me and my husband make all our arrangement at the venue. She was wonderful! Easy to get in touch with and was right there by my side the day of the wedding. We also worked with Angela who was the bridal attendant, and another attendant, forgive me, whose name is escaping me. Everything about the venue was absolutely lovely and people loved the place! If you book in the Grand Ballroom you have access to the bridal suites to get ready the day of. The loft wasn't booked so we were able to take photos in that room which was beautiful too.

For starters, I have one word for this place and it is IMPECCABLE ! My husband and I were so pleased by everything the Wilshire offered us on the day of our wedding. The process from viewing the venue, to selecting the cocktail hour options, to the food tasting (which by the way was spectacular, especially the mango salsa salmon), to the day of. The service was out of this world. My guest were so pleased with how the waiting staff took care of them. The bartenders were so professional and kept everyone happy. The food was out of this world. There was so much to offer. My guest left happy and full ! Sam, Junior and Joe'l were such a pleasure to work with. I was so taken back by the amount of hospitality that they all offered us the day of the wedding. This was our first visit to the Wilshire Grand and it will not be our last. It has been almost a week and my guest are still talking about the venue. I couldnt have asked for a better wedding, with such great staff and wonderful accommodations. Where do I begin?! Everything was absolutely amazing and John went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and we were comfortable. The bridal salon was perfect, it fit about 10 girls in there and the men had their section as well, it filled with everything we needed!! Super clean place, the main ballroom was just beautiful and lighting was great as well. Cocktail hour was amazing, all I heard people saying was how delicious and the assortment of food was excellent and the open patio everyone loved too!! Everyone loved the printed menu of our names and dinners, and everything again was excellent!! Our sweetheart table was perfect, we had a great view of the entire evening (when we sat for 2 seconds haha) absolutely nothing went wrong on our wedding day!!!

We had our wedding here and there is absolutely not one complaint. Everything about this place is perfect and beautiful. Especially John Bowes! Very loving, Very accommodating and sweet. He made our wedding night greater than anything we could have ever expected. He is incredible at his job, he exceeded every single expectation possible. As for the rest of the Wilshire staff, we can't thank you enough! The place was absolutely beautiful and you gave us a night we will never ever forget. Thank you for making us feel like we special every step of the way..

We had our wedding at Wilshire in October and all of our guests could not stop raving about the venue, service and food! The timing of our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception flowed so well and was well planned by the team. Travis and team really made the day perfect.

We just had our wedding there Friday November 17th, 2017 and there is no amount of time or words to describe how perfect the night was! John Bowes, Kirby, Junior and Angela were exceptional! I had not one worry in the world that night except to enjoy it and mingle with our guests. They flawlessly executed even the tiniest details perfectly. The atmosphere, the food, and staff were exceptional. This was the first and only venue I looked at, and falling in love with this place was my first instinct, and if I had to do it all over again I would not change a thing! Most of my guest list came from Westchester, so having the hotel attached truly added a special touch, adding convenience for my guests was very important to me. The hotel was comfortable, clean and friendly. I wish one of my unmarried siblings will get married here when the time comes so I can enjoy this special place as a guest. The Wilshire caterers went above and beyond, and we are so happy and grateful for the best night of our lives there <3

I just had my reception here almost 2 months ago, I have nothing but good things to say about all of the staff members that helped me that day. That day there were more than just my maitre'd to help me. It was great working with John, as well. He was very responsive and comforting with any worries I had. I would use them for any big event or when I need a big venue. Definitely recommend.

We had our wedding on Saturday 11/11/2017 and I can honestly say it was the best day of our lives. The Wilshire Caterers was absolutely amazing. The place is just beautiful. The staff is phenomenal. Everyone RAVED about the food. The plates are reasonably priced. Joe'l, the events coordinator was helpful and accommodating since the moment we met with her to book our wedding. She was there the night of our wedding and made sure everything was perfect and it was. Angela, the bridal attendant was wonderful, as well as Junior, Kirby, and the rest of the staff. The cocktail hour stations were absolutely astonishing as well. The staff was accommodating with our families and made sure everyone was satisfied. I can't say enough good things about this place. I, ONE THOUSAND PERCENT, recommend this place for your wedding. I'll never forget it.

The Wilshire was beyond all our expectations for our wedding. As soon as we visited the venue and met with Joe'l, we knew we wanted to book it. Joe'l was AMAZING to work with and truly made the wedding planning experience so smooth. She answered all my questions, was very patient with us if we changed our minds or were indecisive, and made sure we had the time of our lives on our wedding day! My bridal attendant, Angela, was fantastic, making sure I had everything I needed, and was where I was supposed to be at the right time. The maitre d's, Kirby and Junior, were phenomenal as well. We had our ceremony in their beautiful outdoor space; however, if we had needed to have it inside due to weather, they set it up beautifully as well! The food was fantastic, the dessert room was outrageous (in a good way!) and the service was impeccable. I could not have been happier that we had our wedding here - it was the most perfect day and not without the help of all the staff at the Wilshire!

My wedding was a fairy tale wedding , the kind you dream of as a little girl. The day was perfect the entire staff made my husband and I so happy . We had our wedding at the Wilshire Caterers this past weekend, and I cannot be more happy with the outcome. Joe'l, Angie, Junior and team were amazing and so helpful throughout the day. They were so accommodating with our guests who had to come early for Chinese Tea ceremony and even had everything ready for us. Our DJ was running late due to traffic and Junior was able to keep me calm and ensure me that the ceremony would go off without a hitch.. and with music!! Food was plentiful!! Our guests kept telling us how amazing the baked brie during cocktail hour was.

The team at the Loft at 350 were phenomenal! They made our wedding day one to never forget! From the moment we booked to the last song of the night they were wonderful to work with each step of the way. They completely took care of us but more importantly they cared for our guests with great service! I would highly recommend them for any event! The food was outstanding and John and his team are truly amazing! They gave us a stress free day where we could completely relax and enjoy the ride. I cannot thank them all enough for the hard work they put in for our special day! WE LOVED EVERYTHING!

My husband Nick and I got married May 20th 2017, and had our reception at the Wilshire ! Not only was our day one of the most breathtakingly beautiful days ever but, the entire planning process was magical. John Bowes the catering manager, is so much more than that. if a bride is lucky, like I was too work with him, then their wedding planning will be a smooth ride. He is a true professional who has the upmost attention to detail & care for his brides. My bridal attendant Angela was a godsend ! She took care of us all night, & even took our stuff up to our suite & had 2 meals & cake in case we got hungry. Our maître d' Junior made our night go smoothly & made sure we there for cake cutting etc, & so much more. We were greeted w/ a red carpet. Guests could flow freely from inside which was gorgeously decorated, complete with our custom ice sculptures, & martini bar. Outside was the gorgeous gazebo & patio complete w/ fountain & fireplace. The downstairs had both grooms & brides room w/ an elevator that goes up straight to either cocktail hour or where the hotel rooms are. The food was one of my guests favorite & most talked about part of our wedding. We are foodies & were wowed by the food. It was a beautiful place to be married, we were treated like family and royalty. I can't say enough great things and I hope someone I know gets married here soon so I can go back and be a guest ! Our wedding, on July 8th, 2017 at The Wilshire Caterers was truly a fairytale. We booked our wedding back in September of 2015, and from that point forward, we worked with Joe'l throughout the entire planning process. She responded very quickly to any questions, inquiries, and requests we made & she also made herself available to us at the venue at times she may not have normally been there. Wilshire really worked within our budget to provide us exceptional food & service. On the wedding day, my bridal attendant, Samantha, showed up early to accommodate myself and my bridesmaids, and I can't say enough good things about her. She was AMAZING. Not only did she take care of my bridesmaids & me, but she also made sure to check on my husband & his groomsmen as soon as they arrived at the venue. She was on top of her game from 7 a.m. until 12 a.m. I was completely relaxed the day of and I owe a lot of this to Samantha. She helped lace and bustle my gown (neither task was easy), and she was also incredibly warm and friendly to all of our family, too. Her energy was amazing. Junior was our Matre'd, and from the moment we were introduced at our rehearsal, my husband and I knew we were in good hands. He clearly is a pro at this. Last but not least, Kirby was present on the day of our wedding helping out as well. Kirby was incredible! He was always there to pull out my chair, get me a drink, let me know when food was at our table. I felt like a queen! The ballroom looked gorgeous, our ceremony outside was set up perfectly, and the cocktail hour room was very nice. There was enough seating for people to chat & eat, our ice sculpture came out beautifully, and people have even commented on how clean the bathrooms were even at the end of the night. The entire presentation of the venue was immaculate and modern, and all of the staff did a phenomenal job. Also, they had all 3 entrees waiting for us in our bridal suite!!! We are so happy we went with the Wilshire!

My daughter was married at the Wilshire on July 2nd. It was perfect from beginning to end. We were so fortunate to have Joe'l as our event planner. She went over and above what we would have expected. She was always cheerful and easy to work with. Our bridal attendant was Samantha who was so sweet and helpful she was an absolute pleasure. I only mentioned two people, but there were so many others that made our day perfect. The wedding was a little different, since we brought in couches and didn't have a traditional sit down dinner, and there was never a "no you can't do that" mentioned. Everything we asked for they provided. The food was over the top excellent and the dessert room was spectacular! My husband and I were delighted when we went to our room after the party, and Joe'l was kind enough to have platters of food waiting for us since she knew we hadn't eaten. From start to finish our wedding say was perfect. Joe'l and Angela at the WC were a huge reason. Joe'l worked with us for a year leading up to the day and felt like a family member by the day of the wedding. Angela and Joe'l helped us all day long and were so accommodating to me and my guests. Angela was with me from 8am to well after midnight. She helped me tremendously with my dress, making sure everything ran smoothly, putting all our stuff in out hotel room at the end of the night and so many other details. I would recommend the WC to anyone looking for a stress free wedding. My husband and I ARE SO HAPPY! People are still calling to tell us how much they loved our wedding. The cocktail hour and dinner food is AMAZING!!! Book here!!!!!!!

If I had to plan my wedding again I would choose the Loft at 350 again in a heartbeat. The catering hall is amazing and the people are even better. The hotel however was nothing but a problem. Would make sure you have contacts and proof of everything when dealing with the hotel.

I've worked in the Wedding Industry for 5 years so I've seen many venues. The Wilshire is hands down the best venue to have a wedding reception at in all of NJ. The professionalism, service, and food is top notch! Junior helped us plan our wedding and was always very accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless. They're truly there with you every step of the way, which is great considering how stressful wedding planning can be. Our wedding day exceeded already high expectations given the impeccable track record The Wilshire has. The presentation of the food, the food selection, and staff made our day memorable for us and our guests. If you want to have a memorable wedding with people who truly care about your special day, book your wedding with the Wilshire Caterers and you will not be disappointed. Well, it's weeks later and people are still raving about my daughter's wedding. The food - the service --everything. We were on Cloud 9 after the wedding...it went so smoothly I couldn't believe it. After I dropped off all the stuff the Wednesday before I felt relaxed and calm and that feeling stayed with me the whole night of the wedding. Kudos to Angela and Junior; they were absolutely top-notch. And, kudos to the chef and his staff..I've rarely been to a wedding where the meat is prepared and served exactly how it is ordered (and we are grateful for your accommodating that strange "no ingredient" vegan request).
Some people seemed to have missed the cake and the cordial bar, but oh well, the served dessert was OUTSTANDING. I've never seen FULL-size desserts on a sampler. Finally, thanks for arranging for that fantastic weather - lol. Our guests enjoyed the outdoor patio during the cocktail hour, complete with fire pit, fountain, etc.
We enjoyed working with you, John Bowes...I know that you deal with so many families year-round, but yet somehow your personal and friendly vibe is not lost on anyone.

We had a great experience using Wilshire Caterers in The Loft for our wedding! Joe'l was fantastic in taking care of everything from beginning to end. She took care of even the smallest details (as well as some free therapy when we were stressing out before the wedding). Kirby was an excellent Maître D' and made sure were taken care of on the day of our wedding (even finding us a secret bottle of scotch that was in the back). The bridal attendant was great too.
We used the Primavera Restaurant inside the Wilshire Grand for our rehearsal dinner the night before. Everyone was raving about the all the food at the rehearsal dinner, the cocktail hour and the reception. We inquired about having a Whiskey Bar during the cocktail hour. They were more than happy to make that happen and our guests really loved that added touch.
We couldn't have asked for more than we received from the Wilshire team. You can tell that everyone involved has a tremendous amount of experience. What impressed me the most is I am sure everyone there was working on many, many weddings, but they always made us feel like the only one. Would strongly recommend to anyone!

My husband and I had our reception in the Loft, part of the venue at the Wilshire Caterers. We had an amazing experience working with everyone at the venue. From the first moment we talked with John, we knew that we had to have our reception here. The staff made our planning incredibly easy and stress free. They helped to make the vision for our big day a reality. Words really can't describe how beautiful everything was! Our guests enjoyed all of the delicious food and presentations were absolute gorgeous. The bridal attendants that we had day of were also fabulous! They were there for even the smallest of things. A big thank you to all involved!

My husband and I made the right choice by hosting our Wedding reception at The Wilshire!!! Plus it had the added bonus of being connected to a hotel (pet friendly too)!
Joe'l and Samantha treated us like VIP and I seriously felt like a princess!!! The rest of the staff were all great too! The food was amazing that even my toughest food critics guests (including myself) enjoyed every bite. Cocktail hour, entrees, dessert, the special martini bar, signature drinks, shot waterfall were all excellent. I can go on and on. All of my guests truly enjoyed the wedding and they told me that the food was delicious! Many of them also told us that it's one of the best, if not the best wedding they ever attended! It was more than perfect, better than I could've imagined. Thank you so much for making our wedding reception a memorable and unforgettable experience.

First, THANK YOU! We would have never been able to get married on 7/23 if it wasn't for you. Lauren had an amazing time and all my guests said that it was a beautiful place and no one would have known that it was put together over the course of 4 days. Lauren's bridal attendant Samantha was spectacular! Even my family & friends noticed how great she was. I just can't say enough about her. Another person who stood out was a black gentlemen that was kind of like Lauren's helper. When we were getting ready to line up for the ceremony Lauren ask if you had any RedBull. It was just Lauren, myself, Samantha, & this gentlemen in the hallway and as quick as she asked he darted into the restaurant, reached into his own pocket for money, & bought a RedBull. That was really cool. I honestly meant to repay him for the kind act but getting married made me forget to do that at the end of the night.
To any couples searching for a venue... LOOK NO FURTHER! This is not only a beautiful place with multiple options to have your wedding/reception in, the staff is top shelf.

There are not enough words to say how amazing our wedding day was! Travis, omg, Travis, what a delight to work with! He is so attentive, so sweet, so helpful, we couldn't have asked for anyone better to have worked with through our entire 1.5+ years of planning. Junior our maître D' was incredible. The night of the wedding everything went so smooth, and it was all thanks to him and his team. Angela my bridal attendant was super awesome and cool. Always making sure I had what I needed, making sure I ate and always looked my best! Still two weeks later I keep hearing from our family how this was the best wedding they have ever been too. The food was AMAZING! The services absolute top notch, 2 servers per table making sure all guest were always taken care of! Even with 260 people (whom drink A LOT) the bars were never packed, which was awesome. Carl and I truly wish we could do it all over it, because it was just THAT GOOD! Totally, totally 1,000 times, YES, we recommend The Wilshire Caterers, they made our wedding night an unforgettable one!! LOVED IT!

I came to the Wilshire knowing exactly what I wanted for my big day. I had a vision of a fairy tale wedding down to every detail. I cannot begin to tell you how PERFECTLY the team at the Wilshire executed my vision and then some! I didn't have to worry about a single detail because everything was taken care of. They were friendly and a blast to work with. Always treating us and our guests with the utmost respect. The decor- Phenomenal, the staff- sweet as can be, the food- INCREDIBLE. If I had to do it all over again, you can bet I'd be right back there reliving the wedding of my dreams. The grounds were immaculate and provided the best backdrop for our photos and memories that will last a lifetime. We had guests calling for days after saying "best wedding ever" and we absolutely believe it was because of all the hard work and execution from the team at The Wilshire Grand. The worst part about the wedding is that it's over and we won't get to work with Travis, John and Junior any longer. An amazing group-my wedding dream team!

Wow! It’s been a month since our wedding at The Loft at the Wilshire Grand and our family and friends are STILL raving about this venue, food, and service. My husband and I visited 8 wedding venues before coming to see The Loft, and as soon as we stepped into the room, we fell in love with it! The ambiance and decor were exactly what we were looking for. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at The Loft.
John Bowes is a professional who knows how to pull off a great wedding! We decided just the week before the wedding to do a receiving line and John let us push up the ceremony time by fifteen minutes so that we could still fit in a receiving line for our 175 guests. Throughout the planning process, John was always accommodating to our schedule when we needed to meet in person and was responsive to all of my emails. John and his staff were everywhere the day of the wedding - you couldn’t go down a hallway around the Wilshire without seeing someone from catering ready to help you. Our bridal attendant, Cecilia, made sure that we had something to eat during the cocktail hour and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the night. She also brought us two extra entrees and put it in our bridal suite so we could enjoy our wedding dinner (in its entirety). Our maitre’d, Kirby, was extremely positive the entire night and coordinated with our DJs, photographer, and musician throughout the night to make sure everyone was on the same page with the timing of the toasts, cake, and everything else that was happening. The entire staff throughout the venue was professional and attentive. On top of that, the food throughout the night was amazing. I have been getting so many compliments about our cocktail hour, how much food was there, and what a great variety it was.
The Loft was truly the perfect space for our wedding. We also used the back room for a kids space and our photobooth. The venue and the staff were amazing!

At this point I consider John part of our family. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us on our wedding day. It was because of him I had NO stress and NO worries. HIm, as well as the entire staff at the Wilshire were professional, caring, trustworthy, and on top of their game at all times. They were always one step ahead of us which made me have a perfect day. I wish I could give MORE stars. If you want a stress-less wedding, and a beautiful wedding, you NEED to have it at the Wilshire. People are STILL talking about our wedding and how beautiful it was. Perfect perfect venue! John, the director of catering and his professional staff made it all happen. They could not do enough and Took care of every detail! The food and service was exceptional and this place is gorgeous! We had a breakfast the morning after my daughter's wedding and it looked like another wedding! Flawless in every way from the moment we arrived to get our make up and hair done in the bridal rooms to the morning after! They were so wonderful in every way and made our dreams come true! Having a hotel attached to this wonderful catering venue makes it perfect too! The rooms were nice size and comfortable.

This review may be a little late (got married here August 28, 2015) but I cannot say enough POSITIVE and AMAZING things about this venue. They go ABOVE and BEYOND to satisfy their brides. Travis was our wedding coordinator and was very responsive to any request or question I may have had (and I had a lot!). Anything I needed, Travis made happen! Even down to the night of the wedding when we looked at the floor plan, I needed to have a table moved and Travis and the team were on it! I had a very large Italian wedding (255 people) and I was worried about feeling tight in the ballroom but it did not feel like that all! We all fit very comfortably and every table had a great view of the dance floor! The food deliciously amazing and abundant (you have so many options and so much food to chose from)! The service could not have been any better! My bridal attendant always made sure I had a glass of champagne in my hand, helped me with my dress in the bathroom and even to bustle it, she even made sure my husband and I had food to take back to the room after the reception! She was perfect! It was also great to have the hotel right there! I did not have to worry about shuttles, the rooms were really nice and breakfast is included the next morning, we we all enjoyed after partying all night long!
When I say that the Wilshire will go ABOVE & BEYOND I truly mean it! I had a very unfortunate situation with my wedding dress two weeks before my wedding (review under sassy chic boutique) and when the Wilshire Caterers and the Wilshire Hotel found out about what happened both stepped in and helped foot the bill! They truly care about their brides and what to help you have the wedding of your dreams! I highly recommend this place! It is the absolute best!

After all the planning leading up to the wedding it's hard to believe it's over. We all had a wonderful experience working with Travis and Wilshire Caterers who orchestrated and executed the evening so well from the beginning to the end. Our guests were taken care of every step along the way and the wedding ran smoothly and seemingly effortlessly.
Travis was always available, either by phone or in person, to address any concerns or questions that any of the families's had. And he helped facilitate solutions that worked for both him and our families.
We especially want to thank Angela who, with her calm, efficient and friendly manner was always one step ahead in anticipation of the bride's needs. She was attentive,helpful and always pleasant even as we made sure that everything that we had left in Bridal Suite was accounted for at the end of the evening. Although she had responsibilities beyond taking care of the bride nothing was too much trouble to help us with.
We also want to thank Kirby for managing the reception, moving our guests from room to room in a timely, well organized way without any delay or confusion. Small details were no bother. He even held on to my glasses which I didn't wear under the chuppah, handing them right back to me as I walked out after the ceremony. He checked in constantly throughout the evening just in case anything came up that needed to be taken care of.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you and your organization.

Several years ago, I attended a business meeting at The Wilshire Grand Hotel. I walked in and thought, "This is where I'm having my wedding." When it came time to plan the wedding, my fiance and I looked at several recommended venues, but none came close to the value and service offered by The Wilshire Grand. Travis was available for our every question. The food was endless and delicious. They were able to EXCEED our every request. Our guests, months later, are still raving about how much food there was and how delicious it was. With ongoing renovations, the site gets even more beautiful each time I visit. The staff was beyond professional and our bridal attendant, Cecelia, catered to our every need. They were so easy to work with and the price for what we go was MORE THAN FAIR. The Wilshire Grand made my wedding day dreams come true and I highly recommend what I believe to be NJ's best kept wedding venue secret.

My daughters wedding (175 guests) was a wonderful night and it was all because of John Bowes from the Wilshire. I totally trusted every one of his recommendations and he made a spectacular wedding that my family and friends will never forget! The service, the food, the venue-I couldn't have asked for anything more! Rehearsal dinner was at Primavera Restaurant on the premises of the Wilshire, and we worked with Dominick who did a wonderful job with the dinner (57 guests). We also did brunch Sunday morning in the Regency Ballroom at the Wilshire (70 guests), and the food was catered by Primavera Restaurant, but was really organized by John. We used the in house florist, Flowers by Connie, who did a spectacular job and was a pleasure to work with! Additonally, we used The Russ Bennett Band affiliated with Hank Lane Orchestra who have one of their offices in the Wilshire. They kept the party going till the wee small hours of the morning. I just can't say enough as to how wonderful a night we had and how comfortable we felt, almost like family,with the entire staff at the Wilshire making my daughters wedding a dream come true! Thank you John! FYI - we had 25 rooms block booked at the Wilshire and that worked out very well and really convenient for all of our out of town guests. I would very highly recommend the Wilshire Caterers for any event and ask to work with with John Bowes-he's the best! I would be happy to speak to anyone that wanted a first hand account of my event.

My wedding was a fairy tale and it was everything I have ever dreamed of as a child. The whole day went by so fast. If I could repeat my wedding day, I would definitely have it again at the Wilshire Grand Hotel. My husband and I chose a venue different from a ballroom and the Loft was a perfect example. My flowers were beautiful and the flowers and the decorations were exceptional. I enjoyed every minute of my wedding day and loved it. Travis did an amazing job with accommodating my every need. My guests all had a blast and they loved every minute of my wedding.

I had my wedding at the Wilshire Grand on Friday, October 30th in the Loft. From the moment we went to visit the place I knew that was where I wanted to have my wedding. Travis's personality sold us on the place. We liked him more than any other sales person at the other venues we went to visit. Travis was amazing and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to all my emails and calls, and made you feel like you were the most important person. On the day of the wedding my bridal attendant, Cici and the Maitre'd, Kirby were wonderful. Kirby and Cici made sure we had everything we needed on the day of. They got me drinks and were always checking to see if I needed anything. They were actually more helpful than our wedding planner. They kept me on task and on time. My husband got a lipstick stain on his jacket from hugging a guest and Kirby got it out. They went above and beyond for us, and I just can't say enough good things.
The guests are still talking about the wedding, saying it was the most beautiful wedding they attended. Everyone loved the food, and I usually don't like wedding food very much. The cocktail hour was amazing, even though we didn't get to go, I heard great things about it. Cici brought us some of everything into the bridal suite so we did get to try the food. When we got to our room at the end of the night they packed up an extra dinner for each of us and some of the food from the cocktail hour. We ate on that food for the rest of the weekend. If you want to have an amazing wedding, I suggest the Wilshire Grand.

The Wilshire grand caterers was fantastic for my daughter's wedding. Travis Weiss was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end accommodating us with any request that we had with pleasure. The food was fantastic the venue is beautiful and the staff is exceptional!
I would not recommend the Wilshire grand Hotel, we had at least 30 rooms reserved for our family and guests, the rooms were clean and very nice. Our guests were very comfortable. The problem was The Wilshire grand Hotel's elderly security man, he was rude and obnoxious with nothing but insults all night long to my family and guests. He was very unprofessional and I was starting to feel harassed and stalked by the end of the night. I caught him at one point with is ear up against One of my guest rooms! Needless to say this was not a very pleasant way to end such a beautiful day for my daughter and her husband.

The Wilshire is breathtaking when walking in and that is what we loved about it. Every room in the venue is beautiful. The service and the food were amazing as well. Working with Travis through the whole step of our wedding was awesome. He is one of the nicest guys we know. We didn't want our planning to end cause we loved meeting with Travis so much. He was so on top of things and would answer any of my emails right away. Angela and Junior helped us the day of the wedding, I have never felt so calm through the whole planning till I met them. We were so happy with everything and would recommend this venue to anyone looking to plan their next celebration!

Thank you Wilshire Caterers! Everything was amazing. Kathleen & Rashon's wedding on Sunday was an absolute blast. From the moment I walked through the doors of the Wilshire Grand with Kathleen and Rashon, I knew we were at the right place. The ambiance was was breathtaking; each room was as pristine as the next -- absolutely beautiful. Travis and his team were an absolute joy to work with. I love his fun-loving attitude and his ability to relate to people. He was extremely accommodating to our needs and made all our requests happen. He simply gets it; definitely in the right business. Everyone we came in contact with on his staff was unbelievably kind. Travis introduced us to Junior, our maitre d', the day before the wedding. Junior went above and beyond, a pleasure to work with. On the day of the wedding, I watched the way he related to his staff; I knew then we were in good hands. Thank you Junior for making my job easier. As the wedding coordinator as well as a family member of the groom, I was able to enjoy the wedding while Junior worked behind the scenes and his is team was amazing.
No words can express how happy everyone was. Our guests were overwhelmed with joy. Facebook immediately started blowing up with comments about how beautiful the wedding was and how beautiful the venue was. Kathleen and Rashon could not be happier. They visited quite a few venues before deciding on the Wilshire Grand. I highly 100% recommend the Wilshire Grand. If I had to do it all over again, I would head right over to to the Wilshire Grand in West Orange, New Jersey.

From the moment we went to the the Wilshire Grand and met John Bowes we knew right away this was our venue. We left and said to each other, we are not looking anywhere else this is it! I'm so happy we made that choice! John was amazing with the planning process,from answering every little email to making sure every little detail of the day was perfect. He made us feel like we were his only priority. The wedding was nothing shy of amazing!! The food was incredible, cocktail hour even wowed me!!! The martini bar was as huge hit also. My bridal attendant Angela was awesome!!!! She made sure i had everything i needed all night from food, to drinks, and she even had my clothes laid out to change into after the wedding. She made my day so smooth and me so calm by being so amazing! Kerby our mater dei was also amazing making sure our drinks were always full and that everything ran smooth all night long! As people were leaving all they kept saying was how amazing the food was and how beautiful the venue was. The re done ballroom looked amazing, as well as the fire pit which everyone loved hanging out near outside. It was truly a fairy tale wedding for us and i wish i could do it all over again. I'm hoping we have another wedding to go to at the Wilshire sometime in the near future so we can experience it all over again! 5 stars is not enough for what they do!

Travis is a doll!!! He is easy to work with and literally 'ran' to fullfill all my wishes. My husband and I went in with a certain price point in mind for our daughters wedding, and Travis worked closely with us to give us the price and value we wanted--he and his staff are so professional, considerate, kind, compliant and flexible. The Wilshire was recently renovated---it looks great, although it looked great previous to the renovation! Travis said he likes to keep everything looking top-line---and it does.
Everything went smoothly---even the weather cooperated for a lovely outdoor ceremony. The only complaint--and Travis and his staff jumped on it the moment I requested assistance--a couple of buffet items had run out during the cocktail hour--I spoke to Travis at one point and another time to one of his amazing matre-de's--within minutes they gladly and graciously replenished those items.
HIs staff is utterly considerate, polite and conscientious. I'd go back for my other 2 daughter's weddings for sure.
Travis is a really nice guy and a fair and honest businessman.

I am the type of person who never writes reviews due to trust issues. That all ended when two families married off their children at the Wilshire caterers. When making this decision it almost impossible to be objective and when making these choices, one must put the trust in someone. That trust was put into the hands of Travis and staff at the Wilshire. This was the best decision of our lives. Travis took us by the hand and assured me things would run smoothly. If there are those who believe in people and are reading this review, sit back, enjoy the event and let Travis and his wonderful staff do their magic. If you want a 5 star wedding, and remember it, have it at the Wilshire caterers.

Working with John Bowes and his team was amazing. From the moment we arrived at the Wilshire Grand we knew that was where we wanted to have our wedding! (We actually called and cancelled 2 appointments that were scheduled for later that day.) John was magnificent and walked us through every step of the planning process, providing his insight and expertise and making us feel as though ours was the most important event on his calendar, exactly how a bride and groom should feel when planning their wedding. The week of our wedding we had a few relatives dealing with medical emergencies and he was caring and flexible with our final headcount. The night of our wedding, we hosted 322 guests and from the moment we arrived, not one detail was overlooked and my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing! Jr (our maitre d) worked seamlessly with our DJ and was on top of our every need and want. It's been almost a month and we are still getting phone calls and messages from our guests to tell us what a great wedding it was - some even saying "the best ever!" We cannot say enough good things about the beautifully redone ballroom and garden area, the delicious food and the amply flowing cocktails! If we had to do it over, I'd 100% go back to the Wilshire Grand!

Just amazing! John made everything so simple and stress free! The crew put everything together perfectly the day of! It was a venue that was completely professional & stress free - everything turned out picture perfect. I would recommend this venue to any bride who wants a perfect wedding day!!!

We just had our wedding over the weekend and the compliments keep coming in from all of our guests. John and his staff made our night run smoothly and perfectly. The food was amazing and there was plenty of it. There are not enough nice things to say other than that we highly recommend The Wilshire Caterers because the quality of their service and food is unbeatable.
