Caroline and Brittany were great! My caterer did not show on my wedding day and they bent over backwards and went above and beyond to not only get me 130 plates of food delivered for my guests within 30 minutes and then served all of the food as well. I never once felt stressed or worried because i knew it was being taken care of. I don’t have enough good things to say. I would recommend this venue to anyone and be able to have the peace of mind knowing things will be taken care of, even if your worst fear happens.

The Willow House and Social Barn Ultimate Weekend Package was the perfect setting for our wedding. We wanted to share our mountains with family and friends and were able to have everyone all together for a spectacular celebration. The accommodations as well as the wedding venue itself were beautifully decorated and so very welcoming. The creekside property with its waterfalls and gardens is beautiful. The staff is helpful, gracious and accommodating. Our guests said they felt so at home and were treated like family. We are so very blessed to have been able to have our wedding at the Willow House and Social Barn. We highly recommend it!

We couldn't have asked for a better location to host our wedding weekend! Lodging for guests, beautiful scenery, private but easy to get to; The Willow House checked all the boxes. We took advantage of the many locations on site and hosted our rehearsal dinner out back by the waterfall and enjoyed s'mores by the Groom's Cabin fire-pit on Friday. Our family and friends traveled from all over the country to celebrate with us, and all loved that they were able to stay on the property together. Weddings go by so quickly so having that extra time together was precious. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend The Willow House and Social Barn for your event! The whole process with Ms. Caroline and Brittany was super smooth and very accommodating.
The day of the event ran absolutely perfect! We did not run into any hiccups. As the bride, I had zero stress!
We had the weekend package with seven cabins. The entire property was beautiful! We or our guests were not ready to leave! The cost initially looks a little pricey; however, it is well worth the penny!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect here. The staff was so accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The house and entire venue were breathtaking, the pictures don’t do it justice. Being able to spend an entire weekend there for the wedding was the best part! It was a fairytale.

Willow House & Social Barn was an absolutely perfect setting for our wedding weekend. It was beautiful, elegant, and serene, and our guests were comfortably accommodated in both the main house and the cabins on the property (not to mention the multiple Airbnbs and hotels in the area). The price tag cannot be beat for what Caroline and her husband provide during your weekend stay (all inclusive decor and use of the beautiful Willow House and grounds for two nights). We highly recommend this place for your moderately sized wedding events!

We could not have asked for a better venue. Mrs. Caroline is of oustanding character and dedication when it comes to her clients. Her and her husband made every effort to aid in us having a smooth sailing wedding day and rehersal dinner. Our guests had more than plenty of options when it came to lodging around the venue and in the vicinity of Maggie Valley, so we didnt have to worry about a thing, really. We enjoyed every moment of beauty and convenience that this wonderful place had to offer and would recomend it to anyone looking to have a beautiful and relaxing wedding.

The Willow House and Social Barn was beyond what we could have imagined. We searched for forever and knew immediately it was the place. Caroline was wonderful at communicating with us throughout the whole experience, and went above and beyond to make all of our dreams come true. The venue is clean, beautiful, and full of everything you’d need to make your day perfect. Our day wouldn’t have been so flawless if it wasn’t at The Willow House. We will forever miss the weekend we had and never forget the memories we created there. I highly suggest booking them right away.

The Willow House and Social Barn and Caroline were awesome. All the extras made it so easy for our destination wedding. Caroline saved our wedding and made it 100 times better than our original elopement. So convenient to be able to stay at the venue and have it all in one place.

This venue was the perfect place for our wedding! The view was spectacular and the spaces used were beautiful. They also let you use their inventory of wedding decor, which I loved because it saves you on some expenses.

My husband and I found The Willow House the weekend we got engaged in Maggie Valley. It was perfect! Caroline was a pleasure to work with and our day was could not have been better. Our families enjoyed the house and the cabins. It was so nice having everyone right there for the full weekend.

Very generous and open-minded about all the details. We had a lot of decorations and ideas and Caroline was very willing and excited about all of it. We had a dusk ceremony on the bridge over the creek and it was absolutely wonderful.

Our wedding at the Willow House & Social Barn was everything we could have dreamed of and more! The venue is breathtaking, sitting right on a river, with views of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. We had our rehearsal dinner on the back porch of the Willow House and had our entire bridal party stay at the house as well. It was so wonderful to just walk upstairs at the end of the night! The Social Barn is the perfect location for a reception, with amazing wood details and enough room for plenty of guests, food and a dance floor. Miss Caroline is such a wonderful business owner as well. She was super responsive to all of our questions and had lots of decor items that she rents out for your big day. She provided a wedding coordinator, Holly, who was a dream to work with - providing creative ideas and beautiful styling! We could not have asked for a better location, venue, or experience and recommend the Willow House and Social Barn to all people looking to get married!!

I can not say enough amazing things about this gorgeous venue. This venue far exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding! Caroline and her husband were so helpful and accommodating. There were so many gorgeous place to take pictures. We stayed the weekend in the house and it was so relaxing, listening to the waterfall right outside the door. We could have stayed forever! We also loved being in the heart of Maggie Valley, yet tucked away in a private in a private little cove. We choose to get married over the gorgeous covered bridge at the entrance to the property. It made for amazing pictures of our ceremony. Definitely the most beautiful venue I have ever been to by far! Dream come true venue!

We chose this spot for 2 reasons: 1 mountains of NC and 2 Friends and family were close by. It was absolutely PERFECT and everything we wanted. We had all of our friends stay in the main house so that the party never really had to end, while family and other friends stayed in the nearby cabins or hotel at the end of the road. The venue had a perfect backdrop and the barn had more space than I originally thought. It poured during our rehearsal dinner so while we wanted to have it in the backyard, we moved it to the covered area of the barn and it worked out perfectly. Caroline worked with us every step of the way and gave us great suggestions on table layouts and how things typically run. Overall, perfect venue and staff!

The property is stunning, inside and out. Caroline and her team were helpful and very welcoming and the entire process was wonderful.

Our wedding at The Willowhouse and Social Barn was a dream come true. The venue was perfect for exactly what we were wishing for! Caroline and her husband were nothing but accommodating. The venue is removed from the main road so we felt the right amount of seclusion There is a gorgeous mountain view behind the beautiful social house and the barn was perfectly simple and elegant, with the gorgeous chandeliers and lighting. There is a lot of flexibility to make the layout of the wedding personalized to your liking! (You can have it outdoor or indoor.) We wish there would've been some powerful ceiling fans in there to keep our guests cool, but the open barn doors with the cool mountain air made it manageable. The yard was beautiful, however our wedding party and family had to dodge doggie poop while taking pictures. The yard was freshly mowed and the gravel parking lot was rolled the morning of as promised! We were anxious when we were only able to have 6 hours for our price (we didn't think that was realistic) however, Caroline and Kylie ended up letting us use the venue the night before the wedding for our rehearsal and gave us early entrance the day of. There's no way we could've set up the day of the wedding and had time to get ready to come back for the wedding ceremony (and we had a fairly short reception). The electricity was great. Our two criticisms: there was a lady who we did not know about who was helping manage the property on the wedding day. She did not represent Caroline and Kylie well. She was not welcoming and was very demanding. She was not knowledgeable about our previous conversations with Caroline and Kylie. Our second criticism is that there was no exact specification of what the prep kitchen offers. We were very pleased with the ice machine for our 175 guests! But, we had to adjust our menu the week of when we discovered we wouldn't be able to keep our food hot. Overall, we would recommend this venue to ANYONE! Thank you!!
