This venue made us feel like we stepped into our very own fairy tale. Full of rustic charm and beautiful flowers, the Bluebonnet Barn was everything we could have hoped for and more. This place was the first and only venue we toured, and meeting Janet really sealed the deal for us! Her attention to detail as well as her obvious love for this venue were very apparent and her thoughtful suggestions helped us to craft our perfect day! The exhaustive rental list included everything you could ever want, and the luxury Walk-Away package was worth every penny! -

My daughter and son-in-law were looking for just the right venue for their rustic themed wedding. The Wildflower Barn was the perfect place for their special day! The venue is beautiful and Janet and her staff were beyond awesome to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and were able to offer suggestions when needed. The flexibility that comes with venue as a DIY venue was fantastic. It's a pet-friendly venue so the bride and groom were able to have their fur baby attend the festivities as well, and their dog loved the venue as well! Janet and her staff were so courteous and attentive to our needs ensuring that we had the best experience possible. They also worked well with the other vendors that we hired. The happy couple were overjoyed with how their wedding turned out. I definitely recommend this venue for anyone planning a rustic style wedding. -

Amber is truly gifted! She really listened to the bride and groom,, and worked with us on the 'must have' wedding pictures. She did an incredible job capturing priceless moments, both small and big. We love everything she created, and cannot recommend her enough. -

Amber was everything we could've hoped for and more. When looking for a wedding photographer, two things were really important, skill in taking beautiful pictures, and a kind, patient, but confident personality and Amber had it all. She was such a calming presence on the day of our wedding and we felt like we were in the best hands when it came to capturing everything we had worked on. We put our trust in her and she delivered completely. Her pictures are stunning and her vision is flawless. We are so happy we chose Amber to document or special day! -

We had a very small and intimate wedding at the Meadow Barn and it could not have been a more perfect setting for our special day! From the moment we saw the venue, we knew it was where we wanted to get married. The natural beauty and the dozens of twinkle lights made for a perfect backdrop. This venue also has very affordable prices, especially for smaller scale events. The team at the Wildflower Barn was also so flexible with moving our date due to the pandemic. We also rented tables and chairs directly from them, which was so easy! If we were to do our wedding all over, we would pick the Wildflower Barn every time! -

Amber was so helpful with developing our timeline, drafting a list of must-have photos, ideas for second locations, and keeping us all on track on our big day. She was great at posing us which we were very grateful for as we are not super natural in from of the camera.
Our family loved her too!
We used her 4-hour package which was perfect for some photos before the ceremony, ceremony, family photos after, and an hour of couple photos at the end. We got our highlight gallery 1 week after our wedding and the photos are stunning! -

We loved having our wedding at the Wildflower Barn! The owners were very helpful and flexible. Our photographer Amber who was recommended by the venue, did an amazing job on our wedding photos. Our guest complimented and loved the outdoor atmosphere of the venue. The owners made our wedding planning easy, especially since we had to make a lot of changes due to the current pandemic. We would do it all over again if we could, definitely recommend! -

The Wildflower Barn was truly an experience that all our guests loved and enjoyed. We had so many compliments about the venue and if we had to do it again. We would. The owners and management were very friendly and professional. They took care of since our first tour up until the day of the wedding. The venue allows you to bring your own drink, food, and decorations. A huge plus in our book to customize our wedding to our likeness. We had an amazing time and we’re glad we choose this venue. The pictures and video really came out well with the scenery. The venue also provides rentals that you can purchase, a service for cleanup, photography, and list of recommended vendors to help. -

Wedding at Wildflower Barn
Guests from all over U.S. loved the beautiful barn and patio setting complete with lights in the trees and bluebonnets in the field. Janet, Amber and Bri were so kind and responsive every step of the way. The wedding exceeded everyone’s expectations! -

Amber Sent on 11/21/2017The Wildflower Barn is truly a magical place and at an affordable price! We got married at the red Bluebonnet barn in late October and it was amazing. The oak trees are stunning with the twinkling lights and the red barn is so rustic and beautiful! We loved this venue because it was stunning, in our budget and gave us so much flexibility on chops in vendors. You can rent so many things through the barn such as tables, chairs, drink troughs, yard games and so many more things to make your wedding perfect! The other thing we loved about the barn is our day of coordinator Valerie and the VIP walk away package!! These services are so essential to having a perfect stress-free wedding!! Valerie helped me throughout my whole wedding planning process. She. Is. Amazing. She talked on the phone with me often and helped me work out so many issues that arose. Valerie always helped me feel less crazy during the planning process because she had a solution to everything and also helped save me money to keep me in budget for my wedding. She was more like a best girlfriend to me than just a DOC. We feel so blessed to have her during the wedding planning process and on the day. Valerie set up all of our decorations, stayed super organized, kept us on schedule during the day, and always had a smile on her face! She made our day SO perfect despite crazy cold/windy weather conditions and at times nutty family members. The VIP walk away package made our exit after the wedding so smooth by packing up all our stuff so nicely and loading into the car. The sisters who worked our event were lovely and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend every bride and groom to find it in their budget to hire a DOC and VIP walk away package. Our guests have repeatedly told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Thank you Wildflower barn, Valerie and owners for making our dream wedding come true!! We will always have a fondness in our hearts for Hill Country and the memories we made there!

I had the worst experience of my life with this barn! And you know I still do!!!
Our wedding wasn’t first planned for October 3rd 2020 but covid hit and we had to safely move it to March 26th 2021 HOWEVER they whew zero understanding and charge us to live the date because a pandemic hit and shut down the whole world, anyway we pay it and it gets worst because the pandemic isn’t getting better and all my family is from out of countey I explain them that my dad might had issues with traveling due to diagnose with cancer but didn’t care we ask for our money back (we pay about $4000) they said the where only giving us back $150 because that’s what the contract said, I try to talk to them and again a HUGE lack of humanity from them, we use a lawyer to help us get some money back ( we propose them to take the day and negotiate something because we knew both parties are hurting us and then) they took forever to respond the lawyer and now they don’t want to give our mi way back, they don’t want to give us a date either. This not only very unethical but so nerve racking, we lost so much money that we could invest in some other place and probably are not going to have the wedding we wanted because it’s such a huge investment. Unfortunately we are now here empty handed without that money, without a venue and disappointed thanks to this place. I just hope karma pays back, no one deserve this specially no bride to be
