  Perfect Fall Florals!

  If you are getting married in the Napa/Sonoma/Bay Area look no further than The Wild Orchid for your special day. Jane was amazing to work with from the start. She was organized, responsive, and understood our vision right away. She was so flexible with re-scheduling due to COVID. On our wedding day, we were blown away at how amazing our flowers looked. Jane and her team exceeded our expectations and created the perfect fall floral aesthetic.

  Stunning florist!!

  Jane, the owner of The Wild Orchid, could not have been more friendly, fun, or easy to work with for our wedding flowers. She responded quickly to emails and was always happy to answer questions. Having little talent for decorating, Jane was more than willing to offer suggestions for our floral decor based on the style of our wedding as well as the type of flowers my husband and I particularly liked. Although it is a non-specific description, I kept describing our goal look as "natural", and Jane absolutely knocked it out of the park. She provides summaries of her plan for each aspect of the floral design, and those summaries are very representative of the actual product, which made it easy to picture our wedding without actually seeing it. If you're looking for a wedding florist, stop your search because Jane and The Wild Orchid is as good as it gets!

  Fantastic!!!!!

  Jane was so so so great to work with! Our flowers were amazing and it was such an easy process to work with her. I would highly highly recommend her if you are seeking wonderful flowers and an easy wedding vendor partner!

  Jane was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she helpful in guiding me towards a vision we would love for our flowers, but she iterated on our vision and refused to settle for anything we did not absolutely love. She really took my horrible description of what I thought I wanted and turned it into the most incredible bouquets and table arrangements. She was also very responsive over email, and super flexible when I emailed her last minute to add in a few additional flower items. We're still getting complements from her on our arrangements and I'm so grateful we found her.

  Jane was absolutely amazing! From the minute we met and shoed her pictures of what we were thinking, she already had ideas of how to make my dreams a reality. We had an idea to incorporate lanterns on the table with flowers spilling out. She actually purchased the lanterns for us to use! She is so creative and created such stunning pieces for my wedding. Jane even made me a flower crown and dropped one off for my hair trial. She is personable and really makes the wedding process go smoothly which is a great stress reliever. I can't say enough good things about her. She helped make my wedding day so special and I am forever grateful!

She patiently went through my Pinterest board photo after photo, and kept me in the loop with flowers that fit the venue and wedding vibe I was going for. When the wedding day finally came, there were no surprises - she delivered everything I had asked for and beyond. She truly made my wedding dreams come true. I cannot sing her praises enough!

  If you're looking for stunning flowers for your wedding in wine country, Jane is absolutely your girl! Jane was referred to us through our wedding coordinator, and from the start I knew she was exactly who I needed. I had a rough idea of what I wanted (colors, bouquet sizes, etc.) but was very upfront with Jane that I wanted her expertise in making my vision shine through the arrangements. The first thing she did was take a look at my Pinterest board, then we had a phone consultation where she asked me a lot of questions that I hadn't even asked myself (which was a great thing! She knew how to get me to articulate what I was going for). After that, she created a vision board that showed me examples of what she understood to be my ideal color scheme and some arrangements that I would love. I was absolutely shocked that she nailed it the first time. We decided to move forward with her. As the wedding approached, I decided I wanted to make a couple of adjustments to the floral order, and Jane totally accommodated it. Overall, I absolutely loved my bouquets, the centerpieces, even my flower-dog's collar, and I have Jane to thank for making everything come together!

  Would Recommend!

  I loved working with Jane on my wedding day flowers. We only met in person once and I threw at her a bunch of my ideas, not sure if they made sense, Jane was able to pull together the most perfect bouquet for me. She was responsive, communicative and lovely to work with. I highly recommend her to all brides to be!

  Jane was the best! Talking to her about the wedding was like talking to a good friend. She was as deeply interested in the beauty of our reception and flowers as I could possibly be. And her work was lovely. The colors, the freshness, the way the tables looked with the candles and flowers, were all amazing. Better than I imagined. And more affordable than all the competitors we compared to. Such a deal on every level. I couldn't have been happier. Also, worth noting that Jane (The Wild Orchid) was recommended to me by Lisa Bravo of Bravo Wedding and Events, who was also wonderful. They have worked together before, and they were doubly great together. Due to so much experience, they really rolled on their own once the initial floral decisions were made and, since I had so much to get done, this was welcome. At the same time, Jane was always flexible, available and within easy reach for any changes or questions. And we did have several changes, some coming late in the game, but that was all handled with aplomb, no problem at all.

My girls looked beautiful with their bouquets and my bridal arrangement was stunning. She transformed a very simple wooden arch into a work of art and the floral colors pop in my wedding photos. I received compliments on the flowers for the entire night. Jane was easy to work with, reasonably priced, prompt with responses and just an overall joy. My only regret? I didn’t get to spend more time with her (she is the sweetest). She took my forested venue and complemented it rather than try to take away the venue’s natural beauty (some florists go way over the top with flowers). The work that Jane does is nothing short of magical and I can’t thank her enough.

  The Wild Orchid provided the most beautiful table arrangements for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner. The entire process- types of flowers, style of arrangement, payment, delivery- was seamless. Jane was very easy to work with, always punctual with email responses and filled with great ideas but also good at listening to the client's wishes. She took my "vision", added the most wonderful touches and made a final product that was beautiful and appropriate for the setting. I asked for natural table flowers and she delivered- combined a flower the bride loved with succulents, perennials, and local twigs- just perfect!

  Jane was awesome and worked with me a month before my wedding. While everything was in transition to plan C. I was on a tiny budget and things turned out fabulously. I was incredibly happy with my flowers and she worked with me to the end.

  Jane was thorough & great to work with. She & I spoke several months in advance and worked out all of the details, then just touched base the week of our wedding. There was no stress, and everything worked out perfectly.

  I love working with Jane during my wedding planning process. She was always incredibly responsive and really willing to work within my budget constraints to make us gorgeous arrangements for our special day. You can tell that she really loves her work and wants to make sure that you are happy as her clients. I would definitely work with Jane in the future and recommend her services.

I live in the East Bay, was getting married in Napa and Jane was in Sebastapol- we only met briefly on the day of the wedding, when she kindly dropped off our bouquets at our hotel in Napa (for our photos) before making her way to the ceremony then reception (St. Helena). She is willing to work with you regardless of the distance!
  
  So we never met prior to the wedding. With that being said... You MUST hire Jane. She's the best of both worlds- She works within your budget, but manages to produce floral pieces and arrangements that look like you spent a fortune. She's patient and flexible- and was able to give me the "Look and feel (+colors)" that I wanted, even though the flowers I initially wanted were out of season (again without having once met in person!). If there was one thing that went flawlessly at my wedding- it was the flowers! Thank you Jane for making our wedding day extra perfect ;)

  The flowers for my wedding were amazing! Jane did a beautiful job with the bridal bouqets and centerpieces, well with everything. My theme was brown and yellow with lots of sunflowers. They were utterly amazing and everyone kept commenting on how gorgeous all the flowers were. She did a wonderful job and her prices were within budget, which was hard to do in the "wine country" area.

  Jane was wonderful to work with. She came up with great ideas and had a portfolio to back them up. She is very professional and flexible. She made bouquets, grooms flowers, and centerpieces as exactly specified. I would highly recommend her for anyone's wedding or special occasion.

  Jane was a pleasure to work with! She was artistic, professional and extremely flexible. She worked closely with me to tie together my wedding ideas, colors and theme... and the result was stunning! She's on top of my list if I even need a florist again. =)

  Jane was an amazing vendor who worked closely with me to create flowers to match the colors and theme of our winery wedding. Choosing flowers was tricky for me because I didn't know how everything would come together but after meeting with her just once before our wedding and letting her know our wedding colors and my favorite types of flowers, she was so responsive with different ideas I trusted she would be able to create the right combination for us and she did so with time to spare! Jane created everything within my budget and even became our contact for setting up all of the decorations for our ceremony. I didn't know exactly how things would turn out but was so happy when I saw everything after she had finished. Our friends and family commented how beautiful the decorations and flowers were and many sent us photos of the decorations. I found Jane on Craigslist and feel so lucky to have worked with her, definitely contact her if you are looking for a florist in the Sonoma area!

  Jane is so organized and she makes you feel so comfortable. The last thing you want, is to feel like you have to micro-manage on your wedding day, but with Jane, she took care of everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I will be sending her photos and hopefully she'll post them on her website. It will show how truly of an accomplished florist/designer she truly is!
  Also, Jane in an amazing listener and truly has an eye for design. She is not the type of florist who takes your ideas and creates something different from what you wanted. My wedding had a tropical theme and with a few pictures and meeting with her, she created exactly what I wanted. It was like she took the ideas and images right out of my head and made it happen!

  Jane thank you soooo very much for the wonderful job that you did on all of our wedding flowers. They were all so very beautiful and I can't thank you enough for all the hard work you put into all of the arrangments. Having you do all of the flowers really took a load of worry out of my hands during such a stressful and busy time. Ican't wait to see some of the photos.
