I went in to the studio thinking that I wanted a certain style. I tried it on and instantly knew it wasn’t for me me. My stylist let me friends and family pick out what they saw me in then listened to each thing that I did/didn’t like about each dress. She took those comments and then picked the perfect dress based off of all those things.

The BEST Experience
I had such a wonderful experience at The White Magnolia! Johna was the best bridal stylist and was so helpful! She made wonderful recommendations and was so helpful the entire appointment. I’m so happy I found my gorgeous wedding dress at The White Magnolia! I loved that I had the entire boutique to myself during my appointment. It made the experience much more personal and intimate. The White Magnolia was the second shop I went to and I could not have asked for a better experience! Parker was professional and prepared for my appointment as she had 4 gowns pulled and waiting for me based off of my notes in my appointment setup. Parker is the reason I found my dress! I would have never put on the gown she pulled - and it was the one!! I am so thrilled with my experience and would recommend The White Magnolia to every bride in the area.

The Best Shop!
I found my dress here and it was an incredible experience! I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision and I loved the atmosphere. I had an appointment early on a Friday morning and there were no other brides shopping at the time so it was quiet and I felt like I had the space to really look for my dream dress. There was a great variety of choices in a range of prices, styles, and sizes and everyone was so sweet!

I found my dress at The White Magnolia Bridal in Greenville!!! It was a very relaxed, comfortable, and beautiful experience. If you are a non-traditional bride, please keep reading. As a non-traditional bride with plans for an international elopement, I felt welcomed and supported in my vision of the big day. Before my experience at White Magnolia, I was nervous about trying on dresses because I felt pressure from society's expectations. Specifically, how a wedding typically looks, the reaction a bride has when she finds her dress, or the people she brings to the appointment. I broke every rule in the traditional wedding book and felt freed from those societal expectations at White Magnolia. Anna-Kate, our bridal consultant, matched the energy of myself and the bridal party. My White Magnolia experience was light and full of laughter, and I did not feel pressured into making any decisions. Although, the first dress that I tried on ended up being the dress. :) For all readers, here is the take-home message from this review. White Magnolia will show significant efforts to match whatever experience you want and however, you envision your day. Every bride is unique, and you will be treated that way at White Magnolia.

I went to many bridal shops while looking for my dress and let me just say the White Magnolia (Greenville, SC) was the best experience of them all. They tailored the experience to fit my needs, had dresses picked out and ready when I got there based off a style quiz I took before hand, and we felt like the only people in the shop. I found white magnolia bridal on TickTock and was absolutely obsessed with everything they posted, so obviously when I got engaged this was the first place I knew I wanted to go. I went to the Greenville location and prior to my appointment was asked to send over some information including my Pinterest board. When I arrived there were already about 6 to 7 dresses picked out for me that were based off of my Pinterest board looks. This not only took a lot of stress off of me but I absolutely loved everything that my stylist chose! By the end of the day I had found my dress, who would’ve known it would’ve been the very first one I tried on! So thankful for this bridal shop it was so fun and just the best experience by far!

The White Magnolia Bridal, Greenville made my wedding dress shop experience wonderful! Booking an appointment was easy and the staff at the store are super quick with their response time in email. Next, my stylist, Caroline did a fantastic job helping me find my dress. I could tell that she really looked over my inspiration pictures and knew my vision. The best part was I never felt overwhelmed by all the dresses in the store - I tried on at most 7 dresses in total and I found the one! I loved having a private appointment and a dedicated stylist - Caroline, again was literally the best! My bridal experience could not have been any better. As soon as I arrived, beautiful gowns had already been pulled for me to try based on what I had said before coming. My consultant listened to what I disliked and liked most about each gown to help her find the perfect gown for me. Every one so patient and allowed me to try on so many styles to help pick out mg favorite style. Everyone in my group felt so welcomed and we had the best time celebrating this happy season. My experience at The White Magnolia was absolutely perfect! My stylist, Johna, went above and beyond making my appointment personalized and special. She was familiar with my venue and spent time looking over the dress styles I sent a few days prior to my appointment, so she had a handful of gowns already pulled upon my arrival. I was so nervous I wasn’t going to know when I found “The One” (and it was a tough choice because everything I tried on was beautiful!), but Johna gave great advice and kept the experience truly fun and stress-free! The best place to say "yes to the dress!"
I had the BEST experience at The White Magnolia in Greenville! I made a pretty last minute appointment (like 4 days before I wanted to come in) and they were so accommodating. I arrived and my stylist - Johna - had everything set up and ready. I had filled out the pre-meeting form and provided a link to my pinterest board of dresses so she already knew what styles to pull. Thank goodness because they were all amazing and I had such a hard time deciding among those. Johna was incredibly patient and so helpful during the process and asked questions along the way that truly helped me make my decision and pick the perfect dress! She made suggestions that allowed me to make a few customizations to really be the dress of my dreams and have a beautifully custom gown! I can't say enough amazing things about my experience here!

After 3 bridal appointments across many states and not finding a dress I loved, Johna at The White Magnolia helped me to find the perfect gown that made me feel confident about my body on my wedding day! The Greenville location was super clean and organized, and I loved that there were not many other brides there. I was able to fully focus on my experience looking for my wedding gown. Johna Lutz (Manager of the White Magnolia) was my stylist when I was searching for my wedding gown in June of 2021. I am a planner by nature, and I enjoy having personalized experiences/ events leading up to major milestones in life, such as a wedding. Johna made sure that my experience at the White Magnolia was catered to my tastes, while also giving me the autonomy to explore dress racks and a wide range of accessories, sometimes making decisions I never even saw myself making. She was a fantastic sounding board for my mother and sisters, gave invaluable dress advice, and made me feel excited, confident, and beautiful throughout the entire duration of my appointment. I left my first bridal appointment ever with my dress, and plan to return for an accessory appointment as well as to have my dress cleaned and preserved after my wedding. I would highly recommend the White Magnolia Bridal collection and team to any bride in the downtown Greenville area, or in any other location where the White Magnolia also has a storefront!

I absolutely loved my appointment at the White Magnolia. I have been to another store in the Greenville and left that appointment frustrated at not finding anything and at the lack of personal attention...it seemed more like they were wanting to sell that day. I was apprehensive about trying another store, but all of those feelings went away when I met Hailey at the White Magnolia! Prior to my appointment, she asked me to send her my Pinterest board and then upon me coming in, we sat and chatted more about my style. She certainly took plenty of them to get to know me as a person and a bride, not just another sale. She picked out 5 dresses to start with, and the first one she put me in I fell in love with. My grandma was unable to be with me on the first appointment, but Hailey was able to schedule another appointment on the following Saturday when my grandma could make it!! I have been so pleased with going to the White Magnolia and with my dress. I can’t WAIT for my dress to get in and wear it on my wedding day! I could not have asked for a better experience!

Magical experience
I am not at all a sentimental person, and I viewed finding a wedding dress as more of an obligation than an experience. This completely changed the moment I walked into the White Magnolia and met Johna. The subtle nods to me and my groom throughout the shop and the professionalism and attentiveness of Johna made it a fun experience from the beginning. But the way they made me feel, well, bridal was a feeling I wasn’t prepared for. It turned out to be the most wonderful and moving moment this far through our planning process. I recommend them noo to anyone looking for a shop- especially someone who is a bit lost and overwhelmed about the thought of dress shopping. They can make it so easy for you.

The BEST experience!
I just recently got my dress here and it was an amazing experience. They do by appointment only, and I was the only bride there. The space has great light and is very quiet and cozy... it’s the perfect environment to find the right dress. Everyone followed mask guidelines, which made the whole experience very comfortable during these times. Johna helped me find the perfect dress, and I can’t thank her enough. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a stress free environment.

The Best Bridal Boutique in Greenville!
I had an amazing experience shopping at The White Magnolia for a wedding dress! Johna was so helpful and made my dreams for a dress come true! My time at The White Magnolia was so much more enjoyable and personal than the other bridal boutiques I tried. I was anxious about finding the perfect dress but Johna was so encouraging and patient, and she was able to find the perfect dress for me. I look at the pictures of my dress daily because I am so excited! The White Magnolia has a great selection of dresses to choose from and they are all so beautiful. Johna was amazing and I wish I could have her assist every bride in choosing your gown for your big day! No matter the style, no matter the budget, this bridal shop has something for everyone! The staff at The White Magnolia are so sweet and welcoming, and they are so helpful! It can be stressful trying on gowns, and the girls here make it so easy and stress free! Greenville's BEST bridal boutique!
Working with Johna in this gorgeous bridal boutique was a DREAM! She prepared several dresses for me in advance, each perfectly curated with my interview and Pinterest inspiration in mind. I felt so welcomed and heard! When I had some "overwhelming-first-appointment-anxiety", she was the ideal consultant greeting me with patience and understanding. She even squeezed in an additional time slot for me the next morning to come back and, ultimately, say yes to the dress of my dreams. This extra time to collect my thoughts without pressure not only sold me on my dress, but also on proudly purchasing from this particular boutique. I couldn't have imagined a better bridal gown shopping experience!

The best dress shopping experience
This was the first store I went to for a wedding dress and I had no idea at the time how lucky I was to have chosen them. The experience was amazing and Johna was the best consultant. She took the time to study my Pinterest board and really understood my sense of style and fashion. I loved every dress she pulled and ended up buying the first dress I tried on! I waited to buy my gown and did go to 2 other bridal shops afterwards and there was no comparison. I drove back from Asheville to buy my gown there even though a bridal shop in Asheville could have the gown shipped. The dress selections and one-on-one customized attention at the White Magnolia in Greenville are an absolute dream for a bride-to-be!

Amazing private bridal appointment!!!
Hannah and Johna were both amazing! Going into the appointment, I had no intention of buying a dress that day because I wanted to shop around more, but Hannah and Johna ended up finding me the perfect dress that I couldn't say no to! They both had browsed my pinterest board before my arrival, so they knew exactly what look I was going for. I was the only appointment in the bridal shop for the majority of the time, which was great because it gave me a more individualized experience!!

Hands down the best place to go for finding THE DRESS! They were so accommodating and sweet. I had Sydney as my stylist and she was so intentional about letting me take in every moment. She let me try on dresses as many times as I wanted to, until I really found the one. She was patient with me and asked me questions to make sure I knew what I was looking for and what I wanted on my big day. She was also so intentional about reaching out to me before my appointment and making sure my time at the store was maximized. I had so much fun trying on all the lovely dresses and their selection felt endless! Also, for y'all who ball on a budget like me, their dresses range in price and they have a great selection of very affordable dresses. The perfect experience!
I would not have found my wedding dress without the help at The White Magnolia in Greenville, SC! I had been to a few shops but still wanted to look around some more. I thought i had found a dress, but before finishing up we as Johna if there were anything other dresses she would recommend me trying. She searched through the racks and came back with one that i had passed over. After trying it on, she was 100% right and the dress was perfection! She helped us customize the design to be exactly what I wanted and it was the perfect dress!

Cannot say enough good things about this shop! Johna was the best bridal consultant I could've had. This was the first and only shop I went to and I found my dress within 30 minutes of my appointment. Johna had looked through my Pinterest board and she picked dresses for me that were identical to the ones I had dreamed of trying on. As an indecisive bride, I was expecting my wedding dress shopping experience to be time-consuming and stressful, and The White Magnolia made it the exact opposite. It was a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. The boutique itself is beautiful, modern and spacious, and having private appointments only ensures that you have all the time and attention you need. Based on my Pinterest board, Sarah had already picked out a couple dresses for me, and then I was able to look through their many gorgeous dresses to select more options. I narrowed it down to two favorites--unknowingly, I had chosen the two Sarah had picked out for me at the very beginning! I bought my dress that day, knowing it was the one for me (which was totally unexpected). I highly recommend TWM to any bride!

The white magnolia was truly an amazing experience. Johna was super sweet and helped me find the dress of my dreams. She understood my strict budget and was very accommodating. She made myself, my mom and grandma and friends feel welcomed. I liked how when I tried dresses on, If I didn’t like the dress more than the previous one I had tried on, she put it in the “no” pile. This made it super easy to narrow down the dress without liking 10 at a time. My sister also bought her wedding dress here. TWM is unlike any other chain bridal places. I didn’t want my dress to look like everyone else’s I had seen and I didn’t want it to be the typical style of the summer. These dresses at TWM are each unique and beautiful and classy and I recommend TWM to everyone. As soon as I put on my dress, I had the biggest smile on my face and everyone knew it was the one. I felt like a princess and it was truly a fairytale come true. Huge thanks to Johna and TWM.

As a local wedding planner myself, when it came time to choose my wedding dress, I knew I needed and wanted to go to The White Magnolia Bridal. While it felt different walking into the store as a bride and not as a wedding planner, Johna and Sarah truly made me feel like a bride. They were attentive and so sweet...they were able to help me feel beautiful and confident... and they were able to tell which gowns I liked most. Our experience at The White Magnolia was so sweet and personal. Making an appointment was easy, and the day of the appointment was perfect. For starters, you are the only ones there. My daughter was able to try on gowns without any distractions from other customers. This was our first stop, so of course we went to a few other places before deciding on the perfect dress. We came back twice before placing the order. Jana has a selection of gorgeous gowns in many different styles. There is something there for all tastes. My daughter settled on an Augusta Jones gown, and we were able to request custom changes and sizing. Very little had to be done to the dress in the way of alterations. The studio is also very charming and accommodates several guests for your appointment. I think my daughter felt very special for this special experience. The location of The White Magnolia makes dress shopping day fun because There are so many fun restaurants close by and convenient parking options. Jana is very sweet and knowledgeable, and she makes everyone who walks through the door feel special and pampered.

I found this gem of a boutique shortly after they opened. I went to David's bridal the day before and I was very turned off by the atmosphere & service. Walking into The White Magnolia was a complete 180 from my experience the day before. Johna had a cute sign outside welcoming each bride that would be coming that day. Also, I was the only bride during my time slot (this is for every bride). This made the experience feel SO personal! Johna didn't make me feel pressured to make a selection and she also encouraged me to try on dresses I wouldn't typically pick out. I had so much fun! My experience at The White Magnolia was absolutely amazing. Johana was wonderful to work with and was so helpful throughout the entire appointment. She made sure to stay within my budget and did not push me into a dress or style that I didn't love. It was wonderful to have the entire store to yourself with all of the focus on finding the right dress for you. The White Magnolia was the first and only place that I shopped and I could not have had a better experience!

The White Magnolia was the first and only boutique I visited when looking for a wedding dress. Johna was a pleasure to work with during my appointment. She was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I happily made my decision to purchase my dress within a week of my first visit.

The space is absolutely beautiful and unique! Love that there is something like this in Greenville. Their gown selection is smaller than most stores but well curated. It is a newer boutique and they have a few kinks to sort out. The manager, Johna was extremely attentive during our bridal session and although I was disappointed to walk out empty handed, I would say their service and follow up was very good!

For being downtown not the best store. Hot and cheap
My dress budget is $6,000-$10,000. With that I could’ve gone to a nicer store, but being downtown I had high expectations. My friend paid $75 for alcohol when every other stores had alcohol free of charge and I should’ve had more time paying that. I’m glad we didn’t though because I couldn’t find a dress for me. It was super hot and I thought it was just me until my friend said something and they turned on the AC half way through the apt. When you’re changing out of heavy dresses it should absolutely have AC. The staff was nice, but pushy. I tried on dresses that were less then $2000 since my budget was higher then their normal shoppers I should’ve gone somewhere else. Looking at myself in there mirror I felt cheap. I shouldn’t have acted fake just to make them happy or so it wouldn’t be awkward. The associate was nice, but made me feel bad about sweating and could tell I wasn’t feeling the dresses, but tried super hard. If you can’t spend a lot of money on your dress this is the place to go! Not designers felt more like knock off designers, so even though the dresses weren’t my taste. The experience could’ve been better. When you’re downtown there are standards to uphold.
