I loved my experience of finding my dress. I had recently moved to FL so my mom and sisters and friends from home couldn't join, and they were so nice and allowed me to bring my laptop to set up a video call with my mom and sisters. We ended up finding the perfect dress, and the ordering and pick up process was easy and fun. They also helped me find a veil that I had tried on in the store with the dress but didn't buy that day and it was hard to track down at first, but they communicated with me a lot over email until we finally found it! Highly recommend the White Magnolia JAX. -

I’m a bigger girl and was nervous about shopping at a boutique but fell in love with their dresses after seeing the White Magnolia on social media. I figured I’d at least try and booked an appointment. Not once did I experience anything but positivity and excitement from everyone working there. They had a HUGE selection of dresses in my range in so many different styles. I found my dream dress here and the staff really made the experience so wonderful!! -

I had the best experience choosing my dress at White Magnolia. I had been to one off the rack place in Tampa before hand and it was so far above and beyond that experience I am so glad I didn’t find what I wanted before I came here. My stylist was an Angel and she helped hand pick some dresses for me that were SHOCKINGLY my style and it was not uncomfortable and awkward. I felt right at home, I laughed, I cried, I enjoyed every second of this day and am so grateful it’s where I found my dream dress! -

Of the seven (yes, SEVEN) bridal shops I visited during my wedding dress search, the White Magnolia was definitely the best overall shopping experience I had -- even though I ultimately found my dress elsewhere.
When I first moved to Tampa, I literally drove by this store every single day on the way to work and always thought it was just the cutest place. I said to myself that if I ever got engaged, I needed to try on dresses there. Well, pigs started flying somewhere, because I'm actually getting married -- so this was one of the first places where I booked an appointment.
As the date neared, my stylist Kinley emailed me a questionnaire to fill out, as well as a "bridal profile" link where I could browse their entire inventory on their website, filter by price, designer, or dress silhouette, and favorite the dresses I liked in advance of the appointment. No other stores I visited had this kind of setup, and I thought it was really cool. Kinley also texted with me at length about what I was looking for and browsed my Pinterest to get an idea of the styles and fabrics I was eyeing.
When the actual appointment day arrived, my future mother-in-law and I walked into the shop and thought it was just as cute on the inside. I loved the clean layout, the exposed brick, the chandelier, how light and airy it was... all of it. It's just a lovely store. Kinley led us back to our own private dressing area, which was quite spacious and pretty, and even had a welcome sign with my name on it set by the window.
I tried on probably 5-6 dresses but really gravitated toward the Maggie Sottero ones, and adored two of them in particular. One I liked everything about it except the neckline, and didn't know how I would change it, and the other I really liked overall except I preferred the train on the first one. Both were fitted gowns and I still had an A-line gown in mind from a previous store visit that I couldn't get out of my head... but that second gown made me think I should just get that. I thought I would show photos to my bridesmaids and get their thoughts. After we left the store, Kinley texted to say the second gown was actually discontinued, so if I wanted that one, it would have to be the sample in the store. After showing photos to my bridesmaids, they said to go with the A-line from the other shop instead.
I will say, the prices on the dresses here were more reasonable than I expected them to be. I really did anticipate them being pricier but was pleasantly surprised when I saw the price tags. One thing that gave me pause was they have signs in the dressing areas that say not to take photos until you've said yes to the dress. Now, it wasn't really enforced here and I'm glad since I couldn't have my bridesmaids with me (they all live out of the area/state), but that was definitely a concern of mine going into this appointment. Otherwise, this was a wonderful experience -- and even though I didn't "say yes to the dress" here, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other brides. -

I highly recommend TWM to other brides looking for a fairytale experience! My mother and I were treated like queens but I never felt like I was being sold to. From the moment I walked in it was all about what my preferences were, times I had felt my most beautiful, and the first dress my stylist put me in was the one. After trying many other locations and dresses TWM felt right and was the perfect fit for me. I highly recommend them to brides looking for the ultimate experience. -

I booked an appointment with WMB back in November and they were able to accommodate me despite my last minute request. Rachel was my stylist. I was hesitant to come here since I am a plus size bride and boutiques typically don't have many styles to try on. Rachel reached out to me and asked about fits and styles I liked and asked me to send pictures of dresses to her. When I arrived to WMB Rachel greeted me promptly and immediately made me welcomed and at ease. She had 5 dresses pulled, a few were exact ones I previously sent to her that I liked. I thought I would spend hours going through dresses to find one I loved, but I found THE dress within the five she pulled. The survey you fill out before going and having the stylist to reach out to find out your preferences, etc really helped Rachel pull dresses specifically tailored to my body type and style preference. I had such an amazing experience here. Rachel was amazing. I facetimed my bridal party to show them the dress and Rachel brought out champagne. This experience was above and beyond any expectations I had for dress shopping (which I had actually been dreading for over a year). This should be your top place to dress shop in Tampa. -

My fiancé and I are currently long distance, so instead of being able to spend time together on Valentine's Day this year, I was able to do the next best thing and wedding dress shop!
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The White Magnolia has a beautiful collection of gowns and I was able to find the dress of my dreams there!
One of the things that I found to be the most impressive was the staff. My consultant, Ashton, reached out beforehand so that I was able to understand the process beforehand and so that she could get a handle on my personal style. Decision making can be a bit hard for me, so I was a little nervous going into this experience, but Ashton and the rest of the White Magnolia Team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the doors.
There was only one other soon-to-be bride in the building at the time, so we were both able to have our own space and get a completely one-on-one experience. Ashton did a wonderful job of pulling dresses that matched my Pinterest board and what I thought was my taste. She also did an excellent job of encouraging me to explore a few styles a little outside of my comfort zone. I actually ended up picking a dress Ashton pulled for me that I never would have picked for myself! The staff does a an excellent job of letting you try what you want and giving you space to see yourself in the dress and envision what you will look like on your big day.
Our budget was $2000, and we managed to buy a dress and a veil and stay under budget!
I brought my mom and my sister, and they were very comfortable the whole time and were able to interact with the friendly staff and have any questions they had answered. As far as covid restrictions go, we felt very safe. The staff wore masks the entire time and requested that customers do the same. I was allowed to remove my mask to view my final 3 picks with a veil on in order to more accurately envision what I would look like. It made the reveal that much more exciting and emotional.
I had a wonderful experience at The White Magnolia. If you live in an area near one and are still deciding on where to shop for your dress, I would completely recommend this lovely bridal boutique. I'd live the day all over again if I could! -

A Dream experience!
Absolutely perfect experience!! Baylie was so kind and welcoming. The salon was beautiful and every little detail was personalized for my appointment! There was a welcome sign at the door for me, a sign with my name and wedding date in the bridal room, and even little signs for my guests and a "say yes" sign. We were offered water, champagne. Everything was clean and smelled wonderful. Baylie totally understood what I was looking for in a gown and helped pick some great dresses for me. She also picked up on subtle things that helped move the appointment in the right direction (when I didn't like a certain detail/dress). I never felt rushed or pushed to make a sale. She did everything to make it the most special day and ultimately find the right dress! I was so pleased, which was tough do because I had a horrible experience the day before. I traveled from out of town to try on a specific dress at a different store and had the worst experience (spoiler: it wasn't there). It put a dark cloud over my trip and I honestly did not expect for things to get better. However, The White Magnolia was an absolute dream! I could not have asked for a better experience and am honestly thankful the other place failed me so bad so that I got the chance to fully embrace my appointment at TWM!! A million stars if I could give it! LOVE LOVE LOVE! -

I actually found my dress at a sample sale that The White Magnolia Bridal collection was hosting. I had never even heard of a “sample sale” and didn’t think I would walk out the door with my perfect dress. I went on a whim with my made of honor and it was the best decision I made! They girls there were great with moving the process along during the sale and they celebrated with me when I found the one! I even got my veil on sale with it! Perfect day besides the rain but that didn’t stop me from taking my dream dress home that day 😍 -

I was so welcomed at The White Magnolia and it was everything I could've asked for. My stylist was Baylie and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I went in very unsure of what I was looking for and what would fit me well. She asked what I liked and didn't like about every dress I tried on, and ended up pulling a dress that had everything I had said I loved in one. She was supportive and really knew what she was doing, and she really made the day so fun! I fell in love with my dress the second I put it on, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had a wonderful experience at this Bridal Boutique. All the stylists were so nice and welcoming. Alyana was great and was so helpful. She made my family and myself feel so at ease and we absolutely enjoyed the appointment. She wanted to make sure I felt great in the dress I chose! I never felt pressured into selecting my dress and my stylist kept my budget in mind. I was able to find a Watters gown, my favorite bridal designer, and absolutely love it!

My experience at The White Magnolia was an absolute dream! I went with my sisters and mom who had flown into town to go wedding dress shopping with me for the weekend. The team was extremely welcoming and sweet and let me try on whatever dress I had asked to. They were so helpful, answering all of my questions and really made me feel special on this day I had looked forward to since I was a little girl. I actually left the salon with not one, but TWO dresses on my first day of dress shopping! We had celebratory champagne to top off the perfect day! Not only did they help me find my dress, but they also gave me a great recommendation for alterations AND even helped me preserve my dress after my wedding! Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Absolutely loved my experience at White Magnolia! Rachel was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable. This was my first bridal dress shopping experience and none of the other places compared. They have a nice variety of dress styles and the staff is very friendly. The store itself is very trendy and so cute.
I am very indecisive so I knew wedding dress shopping would be hard for me. The first dress I tried on I just loved! I thought it was too good to be true. Amazing experience! This was actually my last of 4 appointments at different boutiques around Tampa. Something about this place was relaxed and laid back, no pressure but also still fun and exciting and welcoming! The staff was knowledgeable, handled my entourage with grace and sure enough helped me say "Yes to the Dress"! The store is easy to navigate in your price range as well. They also have great accessories to choose from! I am also a shorter bride than "average" according to my weight and measurements. They helped me get a custom hollow to make sure the dress was proportioned to me perfectly without ruining the integrity of the dress. This is a must stop for your dress shopping! The most MAGICAL experience!!!!
The White Magnolia was my second and last appointment! Alayna was amazing from the time I submitted my inquiry, to the moment I said yes to the dress! TWM is very organized, decorated beautifully and they have a wonderful selection for all budgets! Before my appointment I filled out a questionnaire where Alayna was able to get a better feel for what I was looking for. When I came in she had already pre-selected gowns that she thought I would like based off of my style, and then we were able to look around and grab as many as we would like to try on! I ended up going with a beautiful gown that Alayna has selected for me and it was the second dress that I tried on. She even brought out a veil that matched PERFECTLY that I ended up getting as well. My experience was amazing at the TWM and I would highly recommend stopping in if you're on the hunt for your dream dress! -

I have followed this dress shop on instagram for a long time now, and I knew I had to make this my first and only stop to find my gown. Ecstatically Exciting
The White Magnolia was the first bridal shop I visited and I’m so glad I did so! From entering the store to exiting- every step of the way was a wonderful experience for my family and I ! After some of the most stressful/emotional dress shopping experiences (which I definitely knew were going to happen), I was able to get in to The White Magnolia (Jacksonville) at the VERY last minute. The ability of The White Magnolia to be accommodating to my crazy schedule was just the beginning of what would be a perfect experience. To say they were amazing would be an understatement!! Everyone in the shop was more than kind, creating an overarching feeling of positivity and comfort!
I can't thank Tara enough for her words of encouragement upon my arrival and just overall good vibes during the whole process! She made it so relaxing and kept me in good spirits despite how awful the rest of my experiences have been! I was able to find the most amazing dress in a relaxed/private environment and I really couldn't have done it without The White Magnolia and Tara!
10/10 I would recommend The White Magnolia, I really could go on and on about how elated I am about the process and finding the perfect dress here... -

This is THE BEST bridal shop! I recently found my dress here and all of the girls there a super sweet, nice and are very accommodating. I felt like I had known them for years. My father is paying for my dress from out of state and they worked with him through email and phone for payments. They answer emails and phone calls promptly. If you are looking for your perfect dress, they have dresses for every budget and style...and all of the dresses are absolutely stunning! I can't wait to go back for my fittings! -

I had a wonderful experience working with the lovely ladies at The White Magnolia! We had the entire store to ourselves and Mabry did a fantastic job of narrowing down what elements I liked in dresses until we found the perfect one! It was a very personal experience and you never felt pressured to buy a dress. They even offer to steam your dress and veil a few days before the wedding so it looks perfect! My mother and sister-in-law also had a wonderful time chatting with Mabry and looking at dresses. Highly recommend! -

I had the most amazing experience at The White Magnolia! I had previously had two other bridal appointments in the day and was starting to feel like I wasn't going to find my dress that day. Myself and my crew walked in and were greeted by Kara (who is so sweet) she helped my friends and family pick out dresses for me to try on. She helped me narrow down my search and actually ended up saving what she thought was the best dress for last so that I could feel content in knowing I had tried everything else I had interest in, in the store. Sure enough I tried on the last dress and she knew it, I knew it, and my mom did too! She grabbed the veil and that was that. Everyone was crying and I had picked my dress! Kara was so sweet and I would recommend all of my friends not only to The White Magnolia but also to Kara! -

Where do I start?! The White Magnolia was so accommodating from the start! First, they are amazing at replying to any inquiries in a quick manner. Secondly, I love that they try to grasp an understanding of your style and vision of the wedding dress of your dreams. Jumping to the day of my appointment, I got a flat tire just 30 minutes before and they were so understanding and helped me reschedule for the next day (knowing stress was not going to let me enjoy such a big day for a bride to be). When I walked in to the boutique, I was floored. It is so gorgeous and the staff is so kind! Gabi was my consultant - I literally could not have been happier with my experience. It was my first time trying on dresses, so, as you can imagine I had no idea what I was walking in to. The White Magnolia has a great variety dresses, simple to extravagant. My decision boiled down to two dresses that were so different from one another. Gabi asked me great questions to help me follow what was in my heart. To seal the deal, they offer a great variety of veils, and then my decision was made when a long floor length was placed just above my low bun. Seriously, Gabi knows what she's doing, and she does it great! I couldn't be happier with my choice, and I highly recommend soon to be brides to check The White Magnolia out. Plus who wouldn't love popping the bubbly when you say "yes" to the dress! -

The store is lovely, with a well-curated selection of dresses at a variety of price points. I started my shopping here with my Maids, and ended up doubling back after trying the other local vendors who claimed to have more affordable options. The experience was fun, the staff was patient, and the value and quality of my dress were perfection. -

I loved my experience at TWM Tampa with Gabi! She was so chill and I never felt pressured to buy anything. I feel her approach allowed me to find out that the vision I originally had was in fact opposite, which in turn lead me to saying YES the the dress! I didn’t even want to take the dress off when I was done. Every employee I interacted with was so professional and even when we found out my dress was no longer able to be lengthened Gabi was quick to let me know and already had alternatives to offer. I highly recommend if they are in your price range. -

I had an AMAZING experience at The White Magnolia! Mabry was my consultant and is an absolute sweetheart! The shop is super cute and stocked with beautiful dresses. We were in our own room and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! I would HIGHLY recommend The White Magnolia. I called for a last minute appointment, really I had just gotten engaged the night before and my mother was in town so we wanted to go try dresses on. Rachel was so sweet and helpful! She really focused on me and what I liked. The selection was gorgeous, but not overwhelming. The studio and the whole experience makes you feel really special and important! I ended up saying yes to my dress and we toasted at the end with champagne. It was a wonderful experience and 1000% recommend finding your dress here! -

This place was amazing for finding my wedding gown! I had already been to several places and was feeling very overwhelmed by all the choices. The process of choosing and trying on gowns at White Magnolia was great and I found THE dress during my first appointment. They really help you to narrow down what you like and feel good in! They have a nice variety, too! I didn't feel like I was trying on the same dresses that I've seen at all my friend's weddings. -

LOVED my experience with The White Magnolia in Tampa. My consultant, Gabi, was absolutely amazing and lovely to work with. I had really no idea of what I wanted but she caught onto every little detail of what i was saying and what I liked and didnt like about each of the first dresses I tried on that she ended up picking out the perfect dress for me. I can’t wait to wear the dress and am so excited for my wedding and can’t thank Gabi enough for all of her help. They were so accommodating and very sweet. I had such a wonderful experience at the White Magnolia Bridal Boutique in Tampa, FL. Alayna was my stylist and she was so great. She was super professional but incredibly friendly and personable. She was very nice about offering dresses out of my budget and wanted to know what I was comfortable with.
With each dress I tried on she gave a great “intro” to the dress, designer and style. She listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each.
I found my dream dress at TWM all thanks to Alayna’s suggestion. She was amazing!! She suggested a dress that was COMPLETELY my style and the second I stepped out she knew it was the one from my smile. She was also very accommodating with me leaving to try on more but ultimately coming back later that day because I knew that was the one.
The store was beautiful as well and overall the best experience I had! -

I loved having the shop shut down for just me and my family to shop. I left thrilled with the dress I had ordered and loved it even more when I went to pick it up. Olivia Sent on 07/21/2018After searching ALL OVER Orlando for months I decided to widen my search. I stumbled across White Magnolia Bridal one day while I was working over in Tampa. I popped inside their adorable brick building adorned with crystal chandeliers to see their selection and was immediately impressed. I found several Lazaro & Hayley Paige styles I hadn't seen in Orlando. If you want to stay under a certain price then they have the store divided up by price to keep you on track! I had never seen a store that had such a wide price range, they really cater to EVERYONE! Before my appointment I went to their website and read about their procedures because they have some things that they ask you not to do, and I followed all of them. THEY ARE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!! Having amazing gowns is one thing, but it really takes a consultant who knows what they are doing to guide you through the process. I had tried on gowns at 5 other salons and no one led me through the process like Kara did. She helped me rank the dresses and then narrow them down, she also did not let me linger around in them or take pictures in them. If it wasn't THE ONE then we would move on. Which is exactly what I needed. Because all of the dresses are BEAUTIFUL but there is one out there that is perfect for you. I really cannot say enough good things about my experience. OVERALL, I cannot recommend The White Magnolia Bridal Collection enough. Thank you for helping me find my dress because I was loosing HOPE <3
