I said yes to my dress!

The boutique is beautifully designed with private rooms, marble floors and a stunning photo op wall. They have a great selection of dresses, which is organized and easy to navigate. Brittany was my stylist and made my shopping experience fun and easy! She selected great options for me to try on and asked me thoughtful questions to help me narrow down my selection. I went back for my second visit this past weekend and said yes to the dress! I wanted to make a few customized changes to the dress, which their seamstress will be able to accommodate (for an additional charge). I highly recommend The White Flower and Brittany!

Say yes to your dress here!

From beginning to end, Hanna was so incredible! Such a kind, charismatic, patient & genuine person. She cared SO much, she created ✨THAT DREAM MOMENT✨ that any bride is looking for. She took the time to figure out what I wanted, took the time to literally put me into the final 2 dresses and compare & contrast to figure out what I really wanted, had me try them both on in different lighting to make sure the dress is what I wanted, she was an amazing stylist! She made my girls and future mother in law feel included throughout this whole process. I am telling you, if you are looking for a dress, I highly recommend this bridal store and highly recommend to have Hanna help you throughout this process. She made it so fun!

The store was so beautiful & aesthetically pleasing. Super clean! And ugh, the backdrop for photos? Loved it.

Thank you, White Flower!

Although I purchased my wedding dress elsewhere (in Naples, FL), The White Flower took me in with open arms to do my alterations. They also kindly stored my dress for me for what ended up being a couple of years (rather than a couple of months) due to COVID. I was so grateful that my dress was in safe hands. Taye & Mary were incredibly patient and detailed through multiple fittings and alterations until my dress fit like a beautiful, lacy mermaid glove. Best place for alterations!

I did my bridal dress alterations at this boutique and absolutely loved the final results! I bought my dress elsewhere because I only recently moved to San Diego. The dress was not one they carried in store (Maggie Sottero Nola), but they really took a dress I loved and elevated it to a dress I was obsessed with. I had a vague idea about the sort of alterations I wanted, but when I met with Mary it was clear she was the expert. She suggested a bunch of small alterations (e.g., moving over a button) that really made the whole dress come together perfectly. She also managed to get a beautiful French bustle on a dress with a substantially longer lace train than the rest of the dress. She has magic hands! I got my dress dry cleaned here a couple weeks after our wedding & will be returning to get it preserved when I am ready.

The best bridal boutique in San Diego!

The staff was welcoming as soon as you entered through the door. Brittany, my stylist, made sure to go over the Covid guidelines and helped us feel at ease.

I loved my whole experience here. From walking into our suite to try on dresses, to finally saying yes to the dress, Brittany did such a great job of picking out styles I asked for. She even gave suggestions I never considered.

After I said yes to the dress, The White Flower made sure to keep me updated with my upcoming appointments. Mary (head seamstress) also did an amazing job with my alterations. She even suggested a pair of dangling earrings that went so well with my dress. She is so knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend my friends/family to look for their perfect dress here!

Complicated Dress Made Easy

Mary was AMAZING. As soon as I walked in for my first fitting, I could tell she knew what she was doing. She was so easy to work with and took my complicated dress (so many layers to figure out how to bustle) and bustled it with such brilliance, you couldn't even tell. She taught my sisters how to do the bustle and was so efficient. It was so easy to dance in when it was all done! I loved working with Mary!!

From the minute I started looking at gowns, I was drawn to Essense of Australia because of the detail on their gowns and their price point. My sister had found her gown at White Flower a year earlier and had a good experience, and the boutique carries Essense so I scheduled an appointment to go during a trunk show. It was 11 months before my wedding and I had no expectation of finding my gown that day, but I absolutely did. All the consultants at White Flower are lovely! They are attentive, and helpful but absolutely know when to step back and let you work through your own thoughts and emotions on each dress. The boutique itself is cute, intimate and very comfortable. The consultants stayed in touch with me throughout the process and I never had a problem scheduling an appointment when it was convenient for me to get down there. I wasn't sure if I wanted a veil but the first one that I tried on was perfect, plain and long to complement and compete against the dress. I received so many compliments on my dress and the dress looks stunning in all the wedding photos. I would absolutely recommend White Flower Bridal to any bride who's looking to start her wedding gown search.

I was suggested this shop by my future sister in law, who tried on gowns here when she was getting married and she loved the experience. So I made an appointment, which was pretty easy with a quick phone call. I got a text confirmation and they even offered me a later time that had opened up, which was really sweet but didn't work with our schedule.

The girl who helped us, was wonderful and asked what I was looking for and helped pick out some that were within what I was looking for, and a few just for fun. I tried on all the gowns as we're surprised on how much I loved all of them! Even the "for fun" options were awesome, I felt like she really understood what I was looking for and would like! She wasn't pushy about anything and really wanted to make sure I loved my dress! Soon after I got a sweet handwritten card from her in the mail, which got me even more excited about my dress.

I sent a few emails back and forth with the shop about when my dress would arrive for me to try on. And they were super helpful and quick to respond! My fitting was quick and easy! And they helped me set up an appointment with their alterations!

I love White Flower and would totally recommend everyone to check them out!

I really can't emphasize enough how amazing this place is. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for in terms of wedding dress shopping. The girls that work there are the best, extremely knowledgeable, and actually listen to what you like, what you don't like, and your budget. Plus they have their own alterations branch so you have everything you need through them. I was able to create a customized Essence of Australia gown that was unique and absolutely blew my guests (and now-husband) away! I have recommended the White Flower to several people already and will continue to do so. Thank you SO much White Flower!!!

I can not stress enough how amazing this place is! I literally just want to hang out there will all the employees. They are all amazing and made me feel like a queen! I had Courtney and Natalie as my bridal consultants and they made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I even said yes to a two piece dress which I never thought in the world I would buy a corset and skirt. But I put it on and never wanted to take it off. When I went back to buy the dress I put it back on and hung out (dancing) in the dress for almost an hour!! This boutique is the cutest place ever and so big and open which makes it easier to feel comfortable and not overwhelming. Do yourself a favor and visit this bridal boutique!!! :)

I went to several different types of boutiques and chains while shopping. What I loved about White Flower:
1.) The store itself is super cute and comfortable (actually makes a huge difference).
2.) Most of their dresses were not within my budget, but there were still PLENTY to try on and look at. There was a huge selection for all different styles.
and, probably the most important...
3.) Brittany, my consultant, was so friendly and professional. She was never pushy about buying a dress, and we tried on as many dresses as I needed to. She even recommended that I could come back if I needed to (I found my dress at the second appointment). I really appreciated how open and non-pressuring she was. The wedding dress shopping process can be stressful because it's a big decision, and is often a huge part of your budget. I felt that White Flower really understood that, so it was a relief to not be pressured or rushed into making a decision.

The first bridal store I've ever been too and the experience could not have been better!!
Courtney was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and made the appointment super fun. They really know what they're doing and can help the most indecisive bride-to-be to find her style.
I came here with 4 of my friends and also brought along champagne with me for the girls. The White Flower provided us with waters and a plate of cookies.
I got to try on 10 different dresses during my appointment, all within my price range, but I never felt pressured to buy anything. It almost felt like Courtney was just part of our group and was having as much fun as us (but with a ton of more knowledge about the dresses of course).
I would DEFINITELY recommend The White Flower!! If you haven't been here yet, make an appointment NOW! :)

I checked out about 6-7 different bridal stores in San Diego, and White Flower Bridal Boutique was for sure the BEST! All of the staff there were so friendly, warm, and accommodating; I felt like they genuinely cared about me and finding the best dress for me! The boutique itself is chic and wonderfully decorated, full of light, great mirrors, and a lot of space. They even offer little treats, and champagne if you find your dress!! They were very responsive during the shipping process, even when I had a crisis over the holidays- Fedex couldn't deliver my dress before I left town and it was sent back to the boutique a few days before Christmas! They made sure to get the package and even reshipped it to me free of charge. The dress I got from this boutique was absolutely flawless and the price very reasonable. Everyone thought my dress was unique and beautiful. I highly recommend White Flower Boutique!

I had an issue with having to last minute look for a dress since alterations from another bridal shop had ruined my wedding dress. I went to the sample sale here and I can't even explain how helpful my stylist Katie was. My wedding is in less than 2 months and she was extremely helpful in getting a feel for what I was looking for. I didn't end up choosing a dress here but the service was so above and beyond that I still felt like it was worth mentioning how much I appreciated their service. If I had more time, I would've definitely looked at their non sample dresses and probably would've found something since they had such a large variety of unique dresses.

I had an amazing time trying on and ultimately purchasing my gown and accessories at the White Flower! My first appointment was with Brittany, who made me feel comfortable and provided great suggestions after I showed her pictures on Pinterest of styles I liked. She also helped me extend out of my comfort zone and try different styles, which was good because I ultimately did not buy what I thought I wanted. Since I had another appt at another store that day, Brittany let me know that the designer of the dress I liked was having a trunk show later in the year and I could get that dress on sale at that time so I went ahead and booked a follow-up appt for that day. After a poor showing at the second store, I was certainly glad I made my follow up. When I came back for the trunk show, I worked with Stacey, another sweet and helpful attendant at the store. While the original dress I liked had been sold at a sample sale, Stacey was able to find a similar dress by the same designer that I actually liked better. I loved that I was able to take photos while in the dresses as well so that I could look at myself in them from a different point of view. I said "yes to the dress" and we had champagne! A few months later I went back for an accessories trunk show and purchased a beautiful belt, earrings, and headpiece, and my dress happened to have just come in so I was able to try my dress on with the accessories which was nice. Every experience with the staff was personalized and professional, and my gown and accessories were beautiful. They did not have alterations on site at the time but had great recommendations (they do have an onsite person now). I would highly recommend this store.

I found my wedding dress (for my June wedding this past summer) at The White Flower's sample sale. The sample sale was such a great way to search for a dress, and it was made even better by Stacey who was my consultant while there. I had a one hour appointment, and only one other bride was there - and as a bonus, we had different tastes. :) Stacey gathered all of the dresses I was interested in, helped me in & out of each, and gave really great feedback (along with my two friends who graciously came with me on a weekday morning). Stacey's attentiveness was so refreshing, and made it such a fun & pleasant experience - such a contrast to my experience at the bigger shops. After the wedding, Stacey sent a lovely note on behalf of her & the boutique, which was a nice personal touch.

The White Flower was the second boutique in San Diego I went to on dress-shopping day, and it turned out to be the best! I was discouraged from not finding something that excited me at the other boutique, but after trying a few one, my consultant Stacey encouraged me to try something I normally wouldn't think to try and LOVED it. The service was great, they are not pushy. They just want to find you the perfect dress. I even needed to think on it for a day since it's a pricey decision, and she let me with no questions asked, moving around her schedule to let me come back the next day!

I definitely suggest taking a weekday appointment to avoid the weekend craziness and get a calmer, more personable appointment. I also appreciate that they gave me the Black Friday rate despite me coming 4 days before Black Friday!

I had a wonderful experience at White Flower. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I went in for a trunk show. When I was realizing more and more that the designer’s dresses just weren’t my style, my consultant took pity on me and pulled out a couple other dresses from the back. She was so tuned in to my feedback on each dress that she pulled out a handful of dresses that were spot on. I found a beautiful flowy A-line gown (at half the price I was expecting to pay on a dress!). White Flower is very customer centric and really does everything they can to give you the best experience as possible. I highly recommend Kathy but all of their staff was helpful. Thank you White Flower!!

This place is amazing! I came here with some of my bridesmaids about a month ago to have my first ever appointment to try on wedding dresses. Ashley was the sweetest person I could have ever imagine helping me. She was honest in the sweetest way and her opinion (along with my girls) truly helped me to find a dress I loved. The selection here was amazing and they had SO many I loved that I kept liking each one more than the last, which made it so hard - but an amazing problem to have! She knew it was my first time trying on dresses and knew I wasn't quite ready to commit, plus I had an afternoon appointment I was heading to. Instead she encouraged me to keep looking and even made me a future appointment to come back for their trunk show - this way if i picked the dress I loved, I would get a discount,

Well...I tried on dresses at two other places and was still pretty confident White Flower had my dress, so a month later I went back and this time Stacy helped me. We pulled a few other new dresses to try but right when I put on the original I knew. Stacy was so amazing, she popped some champagne for me and my girls and let me hang out in my dress and take pictures for as long as I wanted!

I just went back last week and this time got to be with both Stacy and Ashley and they were amazing - I ended up purchasing my belt and bracelet from them as well, this time during their accessory trunk show.

Both of these girl's patience and no pressure sales attitude made me fall in love with this place and I can't wait to get my dress in a few months! They don't do alterations here but do send a VERY detailed list of people that they recommend, so that is extremely helpful. Best experience dress shopping from anywhere else I've been (whether for myself or my friends). Thank you girls!!

Last year I booked an hour-long appointment during The White Flower Bridal sample sale about two weeks in advance. Over the phone they informed me of the sizes of the sample dresses they have in stock and asked me what my budget was to make sure that I would be able to find a dress that would fit me and my budget. There were two other appointments going on at the same time, but the space was large enough for each group to have its own space. I brought along three friends to my appointment where we selected five dresses with my consultant, Stacey's, help. Stacey listened to what I liked and didn't like and observed my reaction to each dress. We took photos of all the dresses I tried on, which helped me to find a dress that had all the elements that I liked about the dresses I tried on. I had so much fun trying on dresses in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere and found a gorgeous dress at a great price.

Since I purchased my dress far in advance I had it stored with White Flower for several months and almost forgot what it looked and felt like to wear it. Luckily I had 3 fittings and at each one I fell in love with my dress more and more. Mary the seamstress is lovely and made helpful suggestions on the alterations and fit of the dress. On my wedding day the dress looked and felt like it was made for me.

I would recommend The White Flower Bridal to all of my friends and would also offer to tag along to their appointments!

I highly enjoyed my consultation at the white flower. I had a rather large group with me and they were very accommodating. I came in for a Essence of Australia trunk show and they had a lot of gowns to choose from, including some sample gowns that were not even in production yet. It was cool to try on the gowns in front of the designers and give them feedback. My consultant, Cathy, was very sweet and made sure to pull things that were close to my budget and in the style I was looking for.

In the end she pulled a gorgeous gown by a different designer and still gave me the trunk show discount so that it was close to my budget. They pass out the champagne when you pick a dress and always have little drinks and snacks on hand. My only complaint was that my dress came in two months earlier than they told me it would, so I had to pay the final balance with only 15 days notice. Wasn't a big issue for me, but if you're cash strapped it could cause problems. They also get very busy in the spring and it can be three weeks or more before you can get a weekend appointment.

Other things to consider, they do not do alterations, but they do have a list of recommended seamstresses so I didn't find this to be an issue. I also chose to use their cleaning service to preserve and clean my gown after the wedding for $300.

The White Flower was the 5th bridal shop that I went to and I'm so glad that I saved the best for last! The store itself is adorable and all of the associates really made me feel like a bride. I forget the name of the woman who helped me but she was amazing!! She was able to understand me and my style so quickly and picked a dress I would not normally see myself in. The minute I walked out of the dressing room, my friends and family gasped and I knew it was "the one"! I had a wonderful experience and would encourage any bride to visit this store!

White Flower was the third store I went to in search of my dream dress. I was so happy to have found this fabulous boutique, as I found my perfect dress in a matter of moments! The girls aren't pushy and they aren't just trying to make a sale. They set up individual appointments so you feel like you have actual time to decide for yourself how you feel about the dress. They don't do alterations, but I actually preferred the option of seeking out my own tailor. They do offer you a preferred list of tailors they are familiar with in different price ranges. Overall I am so happy to have found this boutique!

I could not be any happier that I bought my wedding gown from White Flower! My consultant was Brittany and she was extremely positive and supportive throughout the entire process. Considering I had 6 people come with me, there were a lot of opinions. Brittany took everything in stride and ultimately helped me pick my wedding gown. I could not be any happier with my selection and highly recommend White Flower for any bride-to-be!

Such a wonderful bridal boutique! They made finding my dress the easiest part of planning my entire wedding. Everyone that works there is so sweet, and when I made my appointment I had the entire store to myself. It was so relaxing and really fun- plus they found me the most amazing dress.

I didn't end up purchasing my dress from The White Flower but had such a great experience trying on dresses here with Christina. I was about 15 minutes late to my appointment on a Friday afternoon and I called to let her know hoping that they would be able to hold my appointment and she did so with no problem. I told her what I liked and she brought out several dresses that were all really similar to my style. It was the first time I tried on the dress I ended up purchasing! The only reason that I decided to purchase the dress elsewhere was because I live up in LA and didn't want to have to drive down for fittings.

The ladies at White Flower are exceptional! They truly turn dress shopping into an unforgettable experience! I felt so special, having the boutique all to myself and my friends/family!! I had a wonderful experience at White Flower! They are warm, helpful, and very professional! They also have a beautiful selection of dresses, veils, and accessories! From trying on dresses for the first time, to having my dress altered, to the preservation process, White Flower is attentive and makes the bride feel special! I would highly recommend spending a day a White Flower- You'll feel like a princess!

Everything about this boutique is wonderful! The place is clean, the staff is super friendly and I found my dream dress at an affordable price! I really thought the dress buying process would be incredibly hard and tedious...but I was in and out of The White Flower in 30 minutes!!! I came on a Saturday for their most recent Sample Sale (Special Event, By appointment Only). I would check their websites often or contact the store itself to find out when the next sample sale would be. I would guess...off season times for weddings...But anyway! I told them my price range and they led me to the rack that is within my budget. Better this way so that I wont waste my time and their time trying on dresses that I cannot afford. They definitely are not there to pressure you into buying, they want what is the most practical for you. I picked out 3 dresses. I liked all of them but the last one, WAS THE ONE! MY bridesmaids eyes sparkled when I wore it...Best thing is....IT WAS MY SIZE!!! Less alterations needed! And for a St. Patrick dress...phew the price was awesome too! Sample sale dresses need to be paid in full FYI. They wrapped up the dress and now its sitting in my closet! Definitely a great experience, and according to one of my bridesmaids...we were drinking fancy good quality champagne when I finally said YES TO THE DRESS!!! (:

The entire staff is very professional and very friendly! Very cute and clean boutique. They have tons of accessories to choose from and love the selection of dresses. I did not know what kind of dress I wanted but I found the PERFECT dress with my Mom, Mother-in-law & Sister-in-law. I would recommend all my friends here.

I can't even begin to explain how thankful I am for all the ladies that helped me or to Courtney who helped me pick "The One". I came in to my appointment having no idea what I wanted to wear. Unlike most brides the whole dress shopping gave me anxiety and I just wanted to get it over with but that all changed. Courtney made it so easy and fun and I couldn't be happier with the choice I made.

I visited this boutique with both my sisters and Mom. The setting was perfect, they greeted us with waters and snacks right away and made us feel at home! We were comfortable during our entire visit(mind you they block out 1.5hrs just for the bride to cherish the memories with family/friends)! I told the lady who was helping me what I was looking for and she had the PERFECT dress in mind! Sure enough, she listened to what I wanted and picked my DREAM dress! I would recommended The White Flower Bridal boutique to everyone! I am so glad I was referred to The White Flower shop to look for my wedding dress! I had planned to go to three different shops the day I got my girls together to go dress shopping and the White Flower was first on my list. We were given an entire store to ourselves, including a ton of dresses in my price range! (no temptation, phew!) I tried 6 dresses on and the 4th one was THE one!! I totally had a moment with my mom's and friends and knew it was perfect. I believe it was Jessica who was our bridal associate that day, and she did a great job of helping me pick the right dress. I didn't feel pressured or pushed, and she was super accommodating to find exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend the White Flower girls to any to-be brides!! It was such a fun and memorable experience.

This boutique and the staff made dress shopping a great experience. They were so personable. Brittany took the time to listen to the elements I wanted and didn't want in a dress.She didn't try to oversell me, which I appreciated. She kept in touch with me in the months it took for the dress to arrive and was willing to answer any question I had. They even came to my first fitting to add their expertise and knowledge. The seamstress that they recommended was great (in her work and pricing). I appreciated their handwritten note that we received just two weeks shy of being married. I wish I could shop for a dress again!

The girls at White Flower were amazing. Each appointment is private and you have at least one lady waiting on you hand and foot. They will skype call your best friend from across the country so you can get her opinion and will help you make a decision you will be happy with.

The white flower is the best! They have an amazing selection of beautiful dresses and are so helpful in picking out the perfect dress! They have also been very helpful with referring a seamstress and giving direction on when to begin alterations.

If you want to feel like a princess, this is the place. THe shop itself is so personal and inviting, when you are trying on dresses at an appointment, you have the whole place to yourself (or with 1 other person) with locked doors, so you really get special attention. Water, snacks and champagne (with purchase of course) are a real nice detail. Stacy, who helped me pick out my dress, was endlessly patient, kind and didn't try to sell me on anything I wasn't crazy about, which I greatly appreciated. After I bought the dress of my dreams, she sent me a handwritten congratulations card which I really liked... a very thoughtful business move. And lastly, my dress was spectacularly perfect for me. =)

I loved loved loved my dress! Brittany helped me during my consultations and was so sweet! I felt really comfortable with her. Brittany was actually the bride that picked the dress I ended up wearing! She knows her stuff! Some of the dresses can be pricey, but I was able to find a few to fit within my budget. The White Flower is my recommended choice when it comes to finding a wedding dress. I traveled from Arizona to find my dress in San Diego and decided after all the great reviews I would make an appointment. I was not disappointed. The dresses were all beautiful and the selection was great. I told them my price point and they kept me in my price point and were so helpful. I loved my dress and everyone was in love with it too. The White Flower was the second bridal boutique I went to and my dress ended up being the first dress I tried on there. I would never go anywhere else for a dress. It is private appointments only so you are the only one in the shop with whoever you bring. I told them my budget and they did not bring me a single dress over my budget (unlike the other bridal shop I went to)! Before I tried on each dress, they told me the cost of the dress. As soon as my dress came in, they called me just to come in to see it. They kept reminding me when important deadlines (such as time to get alterations) came up. They also kept checking back with me to see if I needed anything. Overall, fantastic! They made finding the dress a wonderful experience and have been so responsive and helpful the entire time.

I absolutely loved my experience at The White Flower. It is a personal, one-on-one experience with a very professional staff. You really feel like you are being treated as a princess. They also will lend you their opinion (if you want it) but in a very professional way that I completely trusted. I felt so comfortable and so taken care of. They also gave me a great recommendation for a place to find bridesmaid dresses that I appreciated. I thought their selection of designers and gowns was perfect in that there was enough variety to try everything I wanted, but it wasn't too overwhelming.

Courtney and everyone at White Flower did a great job with my wedding dress! I did a round of shopping at the LA designers and Courtney was even more professional than them! She closes the whole shop so she can focus on one bride at a time and then she tastefully directs you to dresses within your budget. I ended up perfectly fitting all her samples so I got my dress for half the price! Who can beat that? Then she helped me perfectly accessorize and informed me of sales so I didn't have to pay full price for those either. She has impeccable taste and style so everything in the shop is just beautiful. This place is first class all the way!

Courtney and her team are fantastic, and I highly recommend them for professional, personalized, and warm service. I purchased my Justine M Couture wedding jewelry (necklace, earrings, bracelet, and hair comb) from White Flower. I highly recommend attending a Justine M Couture trunk show at the White Flower to find beautiful accessories for your wedding that will become family heirlooms.

Justine, the owner and designer for Justine M Couture, was at the trunk show. The array of lovely jewelry could have been overwhelming, but Justine, Courtney, and their colleagues made the process of selecting accessories fun and easy. They have a great sense of style, and they helped me select pieces that I love and that worked wonderfully for my wedding. Their helpfulness, combined with the great space of the store, made the trunk show very enjoyable.

I ordered some pieces at the trunk show and some pieces later on. The ladies at White Flower were always responsive, helpful, and delightful!

It does not get any better than this boutique. The dresses are amazing and the service is like no other boutique in San Diego. The shop closes down for your appointment so it is just you, the consultant and your friends or family. Friends and family are not local? That is ok...you can skype!! I had a hard time (to say the least) deciding on a dress and Courtney was soooo patient with me. Let me come in and try on the dress without any pressure. Once I bought the dress, the service did not stop. She helped me find accessories, set up alterations appointments, and even helped me get a rush bridesmaid dress even though it was not originally ordered through her store!

Hands down, this was one of my favorite parts of my wedding process.

Courtney was amazing! After searching and searching for the perfect dress I was beginning to think that I would find one I was happy with, but not get that feeling that everyone talks about. I found a dress I liked in a magazine and went to see if it was in the boutique. Courtney didn't have it, but she ordered it all the way from Australia! She called me right away when it arrived and I rushed in to try it on. We both agreed it wasn't the perfect dress, BUT she knew exactly what I wanted and went to her office and pulled out my dress! It was amazing. I put the dress on and got that feeling of this is my dress. It was perfect. She listened to exactly what I wanted and how I envisioned our wedding and she helped me find the perfect dress. She was amazing throughout the entire process of ordering the dress, alterations, and the final steaming. It couldn't have been a better experience. I bought my dream dress at The White Flower and had my dream wedding dress shopping experience with Courtney!! About a month after I got engaged, I ripped a picture of a dress out of a magazine and said "this is my wedding dress..." After finding that The White Flower carried this designer and this dress in particular, I made an appointment. From the moment I walked in the store, I felt like I was the only bride in the world with Courtney! All appointments are private, which I loved, so you can have the entire store to yourself to make this important decision. After trying on the dress I saw in the magazine, I had that "it's the one" moment and have never loved a dress more. Courtney was so sweet and helped me every step of the way! I was there with my future mother in law and sister in law and because my parents were in another state, she was able to Skype my parents in so they could be a part of the special occasion! They loved it and were very thankful to get to have some part in the experience. Later, when I went to San Diego for my bachelorette party, I took all my bridesmaids to see the dress and the appointment was one of my most special memories. Courtney let us look around, sip champagne and let me try on some of the dresses for the girls. They loved it and I had such a special moment with these girls, thanks to Courtney. Courtney was sweet, helpful and friendly and kept me updated every step of the way about my dress order. When it came time for alterations, she took special care to find a seamstress in Arizona for me and I was again, completely thankful to her for taking some of the stress off and making it the perfect wedding dress experience for me. The White Flower is cozy, beautiful, clean, and a bride's dream for a wedding dress store and I would absolutely recommend it to any bride looking for their dress!

I cant say enough about Courtney and her team. I had gone to a few wedding dress shops before learning about the White Flower - and I found that wedding dress shopping was exhausting, and that the sales ladys were pushy and rude.
BUT - Im so so so happy that I found out about the White Flower. The experience was amazing, and Courtney was the NICEST ever :) Every email that I sent her she replied quickly, ever worry that I had she calmed me down, and when my dress didnt fit (EEEKK) in May she gave me advice and calmed me down. On the day of my wedding I felt FANTASTIC in my dress and it fit me PERFECT. Mary did amazing with all of the alterations - and even scheduled an extra session before the wedding to make sure it fit just right!
I would recommend her to EVERYONE - its a unique and tranquil experience to go into the White Flower. Congrats Courteny to your new expansion for the bridal party side!! Its going to be amazing!

The White Flower was the third store I went to when looking for my wedding dress. I immediately felt at ease in Courtney's store--she has a beautiful boutique with gorgeous gowns, of course, but the added piece that really makes her stand out is her down to earth personality, professionalism, and talent at helping you find the right gown for YOU.

Courtney let me take my time picking out my favorites. She was happy to insert her opinion when I asked, but has never been pushy. Once I had a good selection, she had me try on the dress she thought would be my favorite first (without telling me)--and she was right! This was MY dress and I am so happy. Of course, I spent forever trying on other ones and she was consistently patient with that--and all my other questions about little details throughout.

She was wonderful to work with the entire time, including after the wedding. I always felt like she truly wanted my day to be perfect and that her first priority was that--even after I made a deposit. I didn't realize how much interaction you might have with the place you buy your dress (color selections, fittings and alterations, customizing your dress, accessories, etc.) I am so thankful I chose somewhere that I can trust.

Courtney was available to reassure me I would get my dress on time when the power went out in San Diego (she texted me), she has been a great resource for dry cleaning and preserving my dress and advice on giving advice when selling it, and I have since recommended her to all my close friends getting married in the future. I can't wait to visit her new bridesmaid store, too.

I could not recommend her more highly.

Courtney at the White Flower Boutique was an absolute joy to work with! The first time we stepped into her store was the first time I felt like an actual bride. She make you feel so special and important. She closes up shop and lets you and your family or friends browse all she has to offer. I ended up getting my wedding dress that day and when I said 'yes' she popped the bubbly and my sister, mom and I had a toast. It was a truly special moment that I will never forget.
Courtney was very patient and helpful when it came to little changes I needed to make it my perfect dress. She was always available to me for the entire 11 months and kept me in the loop about all details dress (especially because I live in Florida and wasn't able to be there until the wedding week).
It was a great experience to work with Courtney and I would highly suggest checking out her collections!

My dress experience was a little mixed. I went into great stores, horrible stores and everything in between. What I loved about The White Flower was the fact that you have a private experience with Courtney and you have her full attention. She carries only a few lines and not a lot of other stores have her lines, if any. I loved the uniqueness of my dress!

She knows good customer service, is very helpful, clean and professional store and has fair prices (but, they are not inexpensive dresses).

I ultimately ended up borrowing a dress to save on money, but had the best experience at the White Flower. Intimate setup, absolutely stunning and unique dresses, and great great service. I did find the perfect dress, and the prices were shockingly low for the quality! If I didn't borrow, this would have been the store I would have bought from! =)

It was an absolute pleasure to do business with the ladies who run White Flower! The shop is gorgeous without being the least bit intimidating...it was the perfect wedding dress shopping experience. I worked primarily with Brittany and she was the best person to work with ever! She was so sweet and helpful, without being the least bit pressuring. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a bridal gown. The only caveat is that you need to have a bit of money to spend...this is not David's Bridal. But that was evident in every aspect...you get what you pay for, and the dresses, service, and overall experience here was wonderful!

I did not want the big-group-big-production style wedding dress shopping experience, so I really valued my time at White Flower. They only do appointments and the space is not overcrowded with dresses and people. There was no pressure to buy and no rush to make a decision. Amazing place to find your wedding dress!

I bought my beautiful wedding dress at White Flower and my entire experience was perfection. Hannah was my stylist for my wedding dress and her warm and sweet personality helped me find the dress of my dreams. Mary is an alterations queen and basically re-did the entire bottom of my dress. She worked so hard to make sure my dress was exactly how I envisioned it, and it truly turned out perfect. The bussle that Mary did for my dress was so beautiful and natural looking. Unfortunately, my bussle completely ripped by the last few hours of the night---it could not withstand all four hours of dancing. Regardless, I am still so happy with all of the work Mary did on my dress. She is so sweet and warm, it was like having my mom with me during all of the appointments when my mom could not be there. Could not recommend White Flower more!

Great experience with Cavin and her team!

So excited to write this review! It seems like 10 years ago but I bought my dress on my first visit to The White Flower in May 2022. The shopping and dress trying experience was super fun and I certainly felt like the stylist listened to everything I shared in my pre-appointment vision. All of the dresses she selected were great and I actually bought the very first dress she had me try on!!! :) She nailed it! Once my dress arrived we had a little hiccup with the initial viewing appointment but I must say Cavin took care of me and should teach a master class in professionalism and customer service in all she did to make it right. She was genuine in her desire to make it the very best experience for me and I couldn't be more grateful. Fast forward and I met Mary for my alterations appointments and she, too, was professional and fabulous to work with as we tailored my dress to perfection. My wedding was in Tuscany, Italy, so Mary also worked with me on how we could transport it to Europe and shared specific advice on how to care for the dress when we arrived. I was so comfortable in the dress I kept it on all night. It was fitted but I could breathe and sit and dance...and eat! (the most importantly) Thank you to Mary, Rosa, Cavin and team for everything!

Beautiful Dresses need a Mary!

We purchased a dress from White Flower in 2019 for an August 2020 wedding. We purchased a Martina Liana dress and then COVID hit. The Stylist we worked with were very kind and patient. Fast forward one year, we had original thought to get the dress altered outside to save money but we decided to just let Whiteflower do the alterations on the dress. Since it had such intricate lace, we thought it would be more prudent to let the alterations team work on the dress. This was the best decision we made.
The alterations team at this store are 100% Professional and the top of their game. This is a huge investment, and we wanted someone who we could trust to get the job done. Mary, the head seamstress, is an artist. Her work is impeccable. She knows exactly how to make the dress fit the brides body in the most flattering way. She did an amazing job with my daughters bustle. She had a very long train that we wanted to bustle for the reception. The gown had a beautiful scallop design and she was able to place some additional snaps at the bottom to make the dress look like the bustle was part of the original design. She also made a beautiful veil for the dress and made great suggestions on length and accent pieces.
The wedding was this past weekend, and the dress was perfection. The fit was amazing. Mary was able to enhance the fit to show the dress off in such a flattering way.

I love this place and I'm so glad I found my dream wedding gown here. The service was above and beyond which made me feel like a million bucks. The place was cute and intimate and I wasn't overwhelmed with dresses.

Let me start by saying that I entered the wedding dress process with very low hopes. I set up the appointment so that it coordinated for visiting out-of-towners, but on the day of I was thinking "I should cancel--I don't even want to go anymore!!!" Fast forward to meeting Courtney at The White Flower and all my worries went away. It was the most amazing experience! The salon is appointment only so it's basically closed to all but your party, which gives you the attention you didn't know you wanted. Courtney was incredible, helping me try things on in my price range and putting me in a variety of styles and shapes so I could truly get an idea of what I liked on me, as opposed to what I thought I liked based on magazine photos. It was really fun trying new things, and Courtney would add a lace strap or a sash or some other touch that helped me see the potential in each dress.

When I found "the dress," Courtney was excited for me, but very low pressure. She didn't try to force a sale (although we ended up buying it that day anyhow), unlike some other salons I had been to with friends. The following fitting process was easy and the seamstress was a genius--she took up what I thought was an impossible hem in a way that I never even knew it had been altered. The one star off on "Flexibility" is that fittings only take place Wednesday evenings and Saturdays, so they book up pretty quickly.

Overall, I loved my experience (and my dress!) and I am kind of sad that I don't get to visit the salon anymore. Then again, you might just see me slowly walking by the salon and gazing at the gorgeous dresses in the windows. =)

I loved working with Courtney and the girls. They were always so warm and helpful. I came here after going to so many different stores in San Diego. Even though I saw really beautiful dresses in those stores, I always checked Yelp after to see how they are on the follow through with service and final quality. What I've found so far is that The White Flower has the best and most consistent reviews. At that time, their stock was a bit pricey but for the experience, peace of mind, and the beautiful collection, I think it's worth it. Now I know they added more affordable lines. They are very responsive, accommodating and really very helpful. I recommend working with them.

Gorgeous Dress Selection. Great Owner. The hours are by appointment only so it can be hard to get in touch with them, but I always had to meet late in the evening and she was willing to work with me. Be prepared to spend some money; quality isn't cheap!

I cannot say enough good things about Courtney and her shop. I was one of those brides who could not seem to find "the dress" after trying on many dresses in many stores. I had really liked Courtney's store after I first visited and although I did not find the dress on my first visit, she was more than willing to let me come back for another appointment and look again. She is extremely patient and helpful, and did not pressure me at all. Just talking with her made me feel less stressed out about finding my dress. I felt like she honestly wants every bride to find that perfect dress, even if it is not at her store. They have beautiful dresses, and although their designers are a little more expensive, they do have some that are still reasonable and sometimes you can get samples as well.

I was even able to customize my dress a little bit and made it a strapless sweetheart rather than the v-neck straps, and in the end when my dress arrived and I got to try it on, it was exactly what I wanted! Her alterations people do an amazing job and although the dress was a little big when it arrived, it fit absolutely perfect after the alterations, it looked like it was designed just for me. Throughout the whole process, Courtney and the other girls working at her store were a pleasure to work with, and were always responsive in getting back to me and answering any and all questions I had. If you are searching for your wedding dress and her store is within your budget you MUST check it out.

After trying on over 100 dresses all over San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles, I bought my dress at The White Flower. My experience there was wonderful.

I had 2 appointments there before I finally decided on a dress. And I came back to "visit my dress" and also for 3 fittings. Each time I dealt with a different salesperson and Courtney was there most of the time. They were always very helpful and pleasant to work with. They never pressured me to buy anything and even told me that if I waited a few weeks for the trunk show, I would get a discount, which is what I ended up doing.

I felt that they were honest with me when they gave me their opinions because when it came down to a choice between wearing an accessory from their store or an accessory from somewhere else, they would often tell me they preferred the accessory I got elsewhere.

The boutique itself is small but beautiful. The selection of dresses tends to be on the more mainstream side, which is typical of small boutiques. That being said, I didn't want a typical dress and I still found my perfect dress there.

Their dresses are mostly in the $2,000-$5,000 range.

Fittings are only scheduled on weekdays. No weekend or evening appointments for fittings unless you want to drive to the seamstress' house. Alteration fees were paid directly to the seamstress and she charged a flat rate, which I liked because I didn't feel like I was being charged for each little thing she did. And the seamstress was very willing to make the changes I wanted. And you don't have to use their seamstress if you don't want to.

The bottom line is they have a small but good selection of dresses. They were very helpful before AND AFTER I made my purchase. My dress arrived on time, the fittings were done on time and not at a rushed pace, and my dress looked amazing.

Beautiful dresses

I had an overall good experience with White Flower. I shopped at 4 different stores between LA area and San Diego and bought my dress here. My consultant, Kali, was lovely and helpful. Mary and her team completed beautiful alterations. Dresses and alterations are moderately-high priced, but in my opinion, super high quality.
Room for improvement:
I had requested custom beading (actually removing beading from the original design) and it took a month and many emails to get the final order /invoice confirmed. Then they forgot to charge tax on the custom beading and included it on my final invoice without a line item for it. So I was a little surprised by the extra cost.
When scheduling alterations they ask for 6-8 weeks before the wedding date but then didn't have availability for me until 6 weeks. Better communication with the designer and estimated shipping date could have meant for better scheduling on the alterations appointment, especially since I had to work around my normal working hours to make the appointments.
Lastly, the hem of my dress had not been completed at what could have been the final fitting, and all the pins had been taken out. It seems they were very busy, and mistakes happen. Luckily there was another week of time to fix it before I left town for the destination wedding.
In the end the dress was complete, beautiful, fit perfectly and received many compliments. I would just streamline the process a little more to reduce some stress!

I loved Courtney (owner) and she helped me think outside the box - presented me with a completely different dress than I'd envisioned, and it ended up being the one. And she informed me of a trunk show a few months later that would take 25% off the dress, so I ended up buying then and saving a ton!

Unfortunately I was a NYC bride getting married in San Diego, so it was harder to stay in contact with them being so far away. I would have loved a little more information about timing of the dress, and timing of the ordering, since it was ordered over a month after I called to purchase. Would probably not be an issue for a local bride:)

I purchased my Lea Ann Belter gown during a sample sale in December 2013 and the gown was all that plus much more! It was most definitely the dreamiest gown a girl could ever ask for and I knew it the minute I put it on! As cliché as that sounds – and everyone tells you that you’ll just know – you really Just. Do.

Should you plan on purchasing your dress or coming to try on dresses at the White Flower, make an appointment. They're always busy but they definitely have the most beautiful selection of gowns in San Diego to choose from - trust me, I went to a few different places between San Diego and LA! They were also very prompt in returning my calls and answered all the questions I had for them. My only hang-up is that I read so many great reviews about the White Flower about the impeccable service they offered to those who purchased a gown at their boutique but I feel that the service I received was slightly different and I assume this because I purchased it during one of their sample sales. I really wish that I got that A-star treatment other patrons mentioned in their reviews but I only felt “special” in that sense when I actually purchased the gown. Maybe it was really busy that day but when someone is looking for the dress of their dreams, every girl wishes for the type of “pretty woman” experience that goes along with finding THE gown…and minimizing that experience ‘cus one decided to purchase it during a sample sale shouldn’t really matter. We all know that everyone has a budget and we shouldn’t be treated differently for it. Please don't get me wrong - the ladies were all very helpful but I didn’t like feeling rushed or less important than the girl in the next fitting room. I gave them a 4 out of 5 on value but let's be real, they sell high-end gowns, don't come here looking for a cheap gown - reality is, they're a BOUTIQUE.

Don't be afraid to make an appointment with them - you might just find THE gown of your dreams!

The ladies here are amazing! The boutique is appointments only. When you have your appointment, you're assigned to one of the girl who help you look for the dress and helps you in and out of each dress! There's 2 side to the store. One side is $2500 and up and the other side is below. They're all very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them!

Originally this vendor was great. Once I received my dress this turned into a nightmare. The staff was rude, insulting, and very unprofessional. Long story short they gave me the wrong dress but tried to play it off like it was correct. The original dress I had tried on was custom made for another Bride and they failed to disclose this. After spending a ridiculous amount of money on fittings (almost the same price as the actual dress). they finally caved and let me swap out the dress for a different sample. Still not what I was envisioning, but it worked. Overball, businesses can make mistakes but it is the way that you handle the mistakes. They were so rude, yelled at me, my mom, and my Bridesmaids. Not unitl the very end was there an apology. Every person has the right to feel beautiful in their wedding dress and due to the insults given, I did not get that. Overall everything worked out but they should have been way nicer and more professional in a situation that was not my fault.

Natalie & Brittany truly helped me in finding the one and made the whole experience memorable.I found out I was pregnant a month later.

Courtney, the owner of this Boutique calls me and tells me over the phone that she is going to be blunt with me and tells me that the dress will not look good on me. There is no way she will work with me to try to fix it and that the seamstress has already told her that will not work with me. Courtney continues berating me recommending me to lose the deposit that we had paid already for the dress and to start looking for a new dress. I was shocked she said this, throw away nearly $900? Like nothing? No. Listening to her outrageous suggestions to also payoff the whole dress and try to sell to a bridal boutique, but be ready to lose a huge chunk of money on the dress if doing so, I was devastated.

She discriminated against me for being pregnant and bullied me the whole time on the phone, during the time I picked up my dress and tried it on. For an owner to treat me, a customer, like this is unacceptable! Be careful going here! I was discriminated and bullied by Courtney the owner.
