I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue than The Wheeler House!! I had followed this venue for YEARS on instagram and always knew I would be interested in touring. Once we toured the venue and heard about their amazing all inclusive package we booked immediately. Our wedding coordinator was Emma Ray and she was FANTASTIC. She made wedding planning a breeze and was always available to answer any questions I had. I never once felt stressed in the process thanks to her. She was amazing day one and made sure everything was absolutely perfect and just the way I wanted it! Our guests raved about how helpful Emma and all of the staff were, as well as how delicious the food was! The venue was beautiful and every aspect was stunning!
We were on a pretty tight budget and this venue was great about allowing us to DIY certain aspects to save money where we needed. I seriously couldn’t dream of a better place to have a wedding!The Wheeler House's reply:

I truly cannot imagine getting married anywhere other than The Wheeler House. From the start, they made the planning process feel so smooth and enjoyable, and our wedding day was absolutely beautiful.
Kelle, our day-of coordinator, was incredible. She handled every detail with so much grace and care - even when little things came up, she took care of everything so we could stay fully present and enjoy the day together. That meant so much to us.

Having our wedding at The Wheeler House made for such an amazing and stress-free day. We loved that The Wheeler House included a caterer, DJ, and cake—it truly felt like a one-stop shop. Having so many major vendors already included made the planning process much easier and far less overwhelming. They also provide a list of preferred vendors for photography, florals, makeup, and transportation, which made selecting the remaining vendors incredibly easy. I booked one of their preferred floral vendors, and it was such a great experience since they already knew the space, the layout, and what would look best for the overall design. We also booked one of their preferred transportation vendors, which was just as convenient because they were familiar with the property and logistics, making everything run effortlessly.
The entire staff at The Wheeler House was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and consistently positive from the moment we booked through our wedding day. Having one location for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception kept the day flowing beautifully. We also loved having both indoor and outdoor options. We had a winter wedding, and while the southern weather allowed us to be outside, knowing we had a stunning indoor backup option gave us so much peace of mind during planning in case of rain or colder temperatures.
We also booked The Wheeler House cottages for our wedding weekend, which made getting ready and overnight accommodations extremely convenient. Having our family and bridal party together all weekend made the experience even more special.
While The Wheeler House may initially seem more expensive, we absolutely got our money’s worth. Because so much is included, we had fewer vendors to coordinate on our own, which saved us time, stress, and additional costs. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue in North Georgia that offers incredible value and includes so many essentials, I highly recommend The Wheeler House.The Wheeler House's reply:

The historic home, the beautifully maintained grounds, and the stunning barn all come together to create a wedding setting that feels both elegant and inviting. It was truly my dream venue!
What truly sets The Wheeler House apart, though, is the incredible staff. They were attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day flawless. Laiken and Ashley were prompt with responding to any emails I sent and answering questions - they both made the process so easy! Emma Ray was our wedding coordinator and I cannot say enough good things about her!! We never had to worry about a thing—she is truly incredible and an amazing asset to The Wheeler House. Working with her was so much fun!

From the moment we toured the property, we knew it was something special. The charm of the historic house, the rustic elegance of the barn, and the beautiful outdoor ceremony space all came together to create the perfect setting for our big day.
What truly sets The Wheeler House apart, though, is the incredible staff and how thoughtfully they’ve designed the entire wedding experience. From the start, they made planning effortless and stress-free. Their list of preferred vendors was such a lifesaver every vendor we found through them was professional, easy to work with, and aligned perfectly with the level of quality and care The Wheeler House provides. It made searching for florists, DJs, and caterers so simple, and we always felt confident that we were in good hands.
Throughout the process, the team went above and beyond from the delicious tastings and prompt, friendly text check-ins to see how planning was going, to the detailed final meeting where every last detail was covered. We always felt supported, guided, and genuinely cared for.
On our wedding day, everything ran flawlessly. The staff handled every detail with professionalism, kindness, and such calm confidence that we could truly relax and just soak in every moment. The Wheeler House made my dream wedding come true! We just got married there this October and from the moment I finalized a date with them (which they book up QUICK) to the moment I walked down the aisle, they were 100% helpful, professional, friendly and on point! I worked mainly with Laiken throughout the process and then my day of coordinator, Emma, who was fantastic! I never knew how stressful planning a wedding would be, but it was worth every moment once the big day finally arrived. It was nice working with the preferred vendors that The Wheeler House uses, they all work together so well and it takes the stress out of planning. I live out of state so sadly I wasn't able to make it to one of their open houses, but every vendor I spoke to over the phone was very helpful and answered any questions that I had. You will not be disappointed if you choose The Wheeler House for your wedding day, it is an absolutely beautiful venue. The outdoor space for the ceremony is elegant and so pretty. The barn is gorgeous inside with a huge chandelier and fireplace. It's so amazing to see everything bare bones and then how it completely transforms once all the flowers, decor, food, people and music make everything come alive. The actual Wheeler House itself is the perfect backdrop for all the pictures, which really ties it all in. Our families also stayed in the cottages just down the road from the venue and it was the perfect touch! The cottages were so beautiful inside. Its perfect for families or the wedding parties to sleep and get ready in. We were happy we stayed there, it came in handy that they were so close. All my guests had so much fun, I received so many compliments on how perfect everything was and that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've ever been too! I couldn't be happier or more pleased with our experience!! Dream Wedding Venue
My husband and I had our wedding at the Wheeler House this past August and it was more than a dream! We signed a contract in January with 8 months to plan, and the Wheeler House made everything such a breeze. Our coordinator, Laiken, was so attentive and sweet, and organized the day perfectly. The venue itself is gorgeous. If I could relive it all over again, I would. I got married at The Wheeler House this past June, and it was absolutely amazing! The venue is all-inclusive, which took so much stress off my plate, and having an in-house coordinator made the planning process a breeze. I didn’t have much wedding knowledge going into it, but the team was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions with patience and care.
The venue itself is stunning, and I loved knowing there was a backup plan in case it rained. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire day, and the air-conditioned barn was a huge plus for our summer wedding. I also highly recommend doing the all-day package—having the house to get ready in made such a difference and added to the overall experience.

Working with The Wheeler House was an absolute dream! The venue is perfect for a historic feel with polished details - my dream was for this to be a true souther backyard vibe and it was exactly that! Every member of the staff is so kind and they are always available to help anytime you need them throughout the planning process. I loved that they are all inclusive so you know your event is going to be staffed with the best vendors. They also have tons of recommendations for other vendors - dress shops, rehearsal dinner venues, hair and make up, etc. Kelle was my venue wedding coordinator and she was perfect! She was very informative and helped make the day perfect, her timeline and coordination of all vendors was so great and it’s because of her that I went into my wedding day feeling relaxed and was able to enjoy every moment. I was a Wheeler House bride this past April and it was hands down the best decision we could have made while wedding planning. Ashley and Emma were the best ever at helping us plan our day to fit our wedding wishes. If there were any hiccups on our wedding day, I had (and still have) no idea about them. We rented out the cottages for our bridal party for two nights and it was an incredible experience to have everyone together the night before and after our wedding! We had an absolutely incredible experience with our wedding at this venue!! From the start, our day-of coordinator Kelle was absolutely amazing—she worked with us beginning 60 days out and brought such calm, thoughtful guidance to every part of the process. As someone who can be pretty indecisive, I really appreciated her helpful recommendations, attention to detail, and willingness to answer all of our (many!) questions. She was also so kind and accommodating with our last-minute changes. One of the biggest things we loved was that the venue was all-inclusive—it made planning so much easier knowing that the DJ, food, and cake were all taken care of and included. The venue itself is stunning and full of charm, with so many beautiful spots for photos, and the getting-ready area was spacious and comfortable. I have a severe ant and bee allergy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure the property was clear of fire ants, which helped me feel safe and relaxed—something I’ve honestly never felt at an outdoor event before. We also rented the Wheeler House cottages for our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and out-of-town guests, and they were perfect—clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient for starting the day early with hair and makeup. We had our wedding on April 30th this year at The Wheeler House and it was an absolute DREAM!!! Everyone was so polite, kind, and responsive from the very beginning. Our coordinator, Ashley, was the best! She was flexible, answered all my questions, and kept me feeling positive and prepared! We also had THW package, which included arriving at the venue at 10am, and included vendors: Events by Dezine as our caterer, Confection Perfection as our cake baker, and The TC Show as our DJ. Each vendor was incredibly perfect and DELIVERED with their services - our guests loved the food and cake, and everyone was dancing all night thanks to our DJ, Brett! I will recommend The Wheeler House over and over again - we're so blessed to have had our special day here in such capable and helping hands!The Wheeler House's reply:

The Wheeler House made our wedding an absolute dream come true! From the moment we connected with Ashley, we knew we were in great hands. Planning a destination wedding from out of state, on top of being in an active-duty military relationship, can be overwhelming, but Ashley’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. She took the time to walk us through the contract, patiently answering all of our questions and ensuring we fully understood every aspect of the planning process. She even was able to add a call-to-action clause in case my Husband was deployed. Her responsiveness and dedication gave us so much peace of mind. The all-inclusive package was a lifesaver! It was incredibly efficient, allowing us to focus on enjoying the experience rather than stressing over the details. Every vendor included was top-notch, and the coordination was flawless. On our wedding day, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—not just for us but for our guests, many of whom had traveled long distances to celebrate with us. The Wheeler House was everything I wanted in a wedding venue. I wanted to be as stress free as possible during planning and on the day of the wedding, and they delivered. Most things were already included in the package (catering, DJ, cake, etc...) and we also got great recommendations for other vendors.
Ashley, the coordinator, made the lead up to the wedding and the day of go so smoothly. She answered every question I had quickly and was always so nice to talk to. She even had drinks and appetizers ready for us as soon as we were finished with the ceremony!
I'm not exaggerating when I say almost half of our guests said this was one of the best weddings they had been to and people are still raving about how good the food was! From the moment we inquired about The Wheeler House, their communication was impeccable, seamless, and thoughtful. Our day-of coordinator, Laiken, walked us through every step of the process leading up to the wedding and executed our emerald green/gold, vintage vision beautifully. The venue itself was truly magical - with its romantic, rustic charm that set the perfect backdrop for our special day. There's something to offer every couple, from the historic house with beautiful wrap-around porches and a pool table for the groomsmen, to the outdoor ceremony space with newly installed turf and tall trees, to the breathtaking barn with high rafters and draping. The staff is professional and our coordinator, Emma, went above and beyond to make sure our day went off seamlessly. It's a common misconception that you sacrifice quality with an all inclusive option but that couldn't be farther from the truth with The Wheeler House. We will be recommending this venue along with our family & friends over and over again.
Separately, our wedding party stayed at The Wheeler House Cottages for our entire wedding weekend and it made our experience so much more enjoyable, continuing the celebrations after the wedding and having everyone in one place for ease. The houses were clean and comfortable and the staff was accommodating, letting us check in far earlier than the arrival time.

From beginning to end, the Wheeler House was the perfect venue choice. Besides the fact that it is so incredibly beautiful, they were always reaching out for help and were a pleasure to work with. They made everything so simple and easy. Highly recommend attending their open houses as well. You’re able to walk the grounds, talk with wheeler house staff and preferred vendors, and also do a tasting of their menu choices (endless options with outstanding food- many of our guests said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding). Our Wheeler House wedding was magical. We knew we wanted an all-inclusive venue because we didn’t want to spend a lot of time planning and stressing over too many details. The venue itself is stunning—there’s not too many details to stress over when everything is so charming on its own. And the wedding package included everything we could think of: a caterer, DJ, cake, tables, pews, linens, beautiful drapery and lighting in the barn, easels, and an incredible day-of coordinator and her lovely team to help everything run smoothly. The staff at The Wheeler House were incredibly friendly and professional. They were always there to answer our questions and help us with anything we needed. I would recommend Wheeler House time and time again to brides-to-be! Their team is warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to respond thoroughly to my (many) emails :). The venue itself is gorgeous. We used the barn for our ceremony and reception to escape the summer heat, and it was both beautiful and comfortable for our guests! The morning of our wedding came with a huge thunderstorm, but by early afternoon, the staff had cleaned up the yard of all the twigs, leaves, and branches that had been blown around, and it was like nothing had ever happened! We were able to take photos as normal, free of flooding and debris! Kelle was our day-of coordinator, and she was WONDERFUL! She is kind and calm, yet efficient, and her expertise helped me to be at ease on our wedding day. Getting ready inside the house was also a pleasure! There was more than enough space for myself and my 4 bridesmaids to get ready in the same room together. Despite it being an older home and getting married in the summer, it was very comfortable!

The most perfect wedding day. Everything we could have ever asked for. We got married here 4/13 and could not have asked for a better venue and team.
Over the course of a year from start to finish, TWH team was so helpful and attentive. Laiken was incredible with all of our preliminary questions/tours/etc. Emma, our coordinator, was PHENOMENAL. She answered all of my never-ending questions quickly and thoroughly.
On the day of, she was a STAR. Helped with everything from decorating, turning the venue over from ceremony to reception, helped deal with all our questions and needs, and helped the day run so smoothly.
It was flawless, not a single hiccup (and even if there was one, we had no clue). She and her team handled everything with a smile. We got there at 10 AM, wrapped up at 10 PM, and even after a 12 hour day they were all smiles making the day as magical as possible.
The venue was so perfect and beautiful. The vendors included in the package were wonderful. All of our other vendors not included in the package (floral, photo/video, make up/hair, etc.) were referred to us by TWH and they were all amazing partners as well.

Holy Moly. The Wheeler House is an absolute dream. This was the first venue my husband and I toured and we were in love. There was an ease about everything from the moment we toured the venue. Everyone told me something would go wrong on wedding day and it would be okay, however if something went wrong, I had NO CLUE. The entire staff was amazing. The cottages were great and so convenient. I had the most magical wedding at the Wheeler House on October 7, 2023, and it was a dream come true. Ashley, our coordinator, made everything so easy and stress-free. The convenience of having most of the vendors provided by the venue made the planning a breeze.
We rented the charming cottages for the weekend, which turned it into a memorable and fun experience with our wedding party. Getting ready at the Wheeler House was so relaxing, and the timing of the fall season was perfect. The setting was simply beautiful.

I cannot say enough great things about The Wheeler House and their wedding planning process! From the moment I toured the venue, to booking them for mine and my husband’s wedding, to the vendors, to the coordinator (Eden Walker), to the rehearsal, and wedding day, EVERYTHING was outstanding! Eden handled all of the details, leaving me to enjoy the process and excitement for the special day. Once the wedding day arrived, as far as I know, the day went better than I ever could have imagined. If something was wrong, she handled it without having to come to me. We had our wedding at The Wheeler House on 7/1/23 and it was beyond perfect. All of my dreams and visions came true and it was absolutely beautiful. Our coordinator, Emma, went above and beyond to make sure our day was nothing short of spectacular. We met with her twice before our wedding date and went over little and big details. We discussed things I would have never even thought about. For our rehearsal, she was very thorough with our whole wedding party about who needed to be where and when. On the day of our wedding, Emma and her team made sure each piece of decor was placed where it needed to go and no detail was left untouched. They did a phenomenal job of bribing my vision to life. Leading up to the ceremony and even during the reception, Emma made sure the day flowed smoothly by keeping track of the timeline and letting us know when we needed to do certain things. My husband and I keep talking about how perfect our day was and that we wish we could relive it over and over again. Working with The Wheeler House was the best decision I could have made for our wedding! We toured the venue and immediately decided that was it and booked. They put together super realistic payment plans as well and provide a comprehensive guide to getting you started with wedding planning. Since this is an all inclusive venue it is completely effortless to coordinate and get everything prepared. The vendors that work with TWH contact you and are sure to make your day everything you want it to be. The day-of coordinator that is included with the venue was probably the best thing we could have asked for. Emma Ray was so sweet and was helping us and answering questions way before the day of. she did everything she could to make our day as smooth and seamless as possible. I can’t think of 1 think that went wrong! Anything we needed Emma handled it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I am so glad we got Emma as our coordinator! Got married at The Wheeler House on May 12,2023. It was the best experience I could have ever asked for. Our wedding coordinator Madeline was on top of everything. She helped keep everything organized months leading up to the wedding and on the day of she made sure everything ran smoothly. Without her help it would have been a mess.

I want to thank The Wheeler House for making our wedding day flawless. Event planning/management is stressful, and I know tensions/emotions are high, especially with weddings. Women dream about this day their whole lives.
The Wheeler House Team is fantastic. They didn't let our big surprise slip one time! Thank you for keeping the llamas a secret. Even the bubble machine that I was so worried about was superb.
When it started raining, the team jumped into action and calmed my nerves by drying the furniture and resetting everything. The day went by perfectly; it wouldn't have happened without your professional team.
Also, my father is so impressed by how all the leftovers and the decor were packed and labeled, I believe that is all he is raving about now. The Wheeler House has left such a great impression on him and my entire family.

March 19, 2023 - A wonderful wedding venue!
The moment my fiancé and I arrived at The Wheeler House for our tour (which they were wonderful to schedule with) we knew it was where we wanted to get married. We had done our due justice and toured multiple venues beforehand, but none seemed as perfect for us as The Wheeler House.
They were fantastic when it came to communication, scheduling, and both major and minor details such as providing a last minute sand ceremony table, etc.
Our coordinator, Georgia, was wonderful at all of our planning meetings and truly helped prepare us for the big day. Then when it finally came along her and TWH staff as well as the all inclusive vendors were very timely and prepared for the events of the day.
All together we could not have picked a more beautiful and welcoming venue for our wedding. The perfect place for our perfect day ❤️

Pure Joy. Pure Joy is what awaits you when you book with The Wheeler House. Wedding planning is stressful, and every bride wants their day to be as smooth and as seamless as possible. We had our wedding at The Wheeler House on January 21, 2023. It was the most perfect day! Everything went so smoothly thanks to Ashley and her team, as the bride I didn’t have a worry about anything. She made sure everything was set up according to my ideas and vision for the day. Throughout the whole planning process she was there to answer all of my random questions. We used all their preferred vendors, minus the florist option as my aunt is a florist. All their vendors were so easy to work with and made the day extra special. Our experience with the Wheeler house was absolutely above and beyond! The service and professionalism was top notch! We got married in the summer in glacier national park in Montana in August… But wanted to be able to have a reception with our family and friends somewhere close to home. The Wheeler house was very convenient and we’ve always loved, the historic elegance of its presence and driving by often. Being that we booked very spur of the moment, we were able to get a last day in December which wound up being just perfect! Laiken was so on point with helping us with decisions in vendors needed, tastings, and decor. Our evening went off so smoothly. Everyone is still talking about what a fun evening. Perfect Wedding Day at the Wheeler House!
Our wedding at the Wheeler House was an absolute dream come true. From the beginning, the staff at the Wheeler House were responsive, kind, and supportive in making our dreams a reality. They also partnered with and/or recommended several local, high-quality vendors too which made planning our wedding a breeze when we began looking for caterers, DJs, and decor rentals. The option to use the house as our getting-ready space was also incredibly convenient and made for great getting-ready shots. Our wedding coordinator Ashley was the cherry on top - she was SO organized, professional, and ready for any challenge we threw at her (even getting makeup stains out of a wedding dress).
