I found The Westside Warehouse 10 months before my wedding date and I couldn't be more blessed to have chosen them as my wedding venue. From the beginning to the end, perfection. The Westside Warehouse is a gold mine ducked off in a quiet yet picture perfect area. Once you have chosen The Westside Warehouse, be prepared to have the best celebration in your life. I was provided with recommended vendors with extraordinary service. Don't hesitate to set up a viewing and have the best time you can have. Its a WIN! -

This venue was amazing! We had the most amazing wedding and loved every minute of it. The venue is so unique and has great outdoor space. Julien and Anne were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. You can really make the space feel like yours. All of the decor and furniture is beautiful. Everything was perfect! -

We hosted our reception here in June 2023 for our extended family as we had a micro wedding the previous year. The event was lovely and I would 100% recommend for any of your events. Julien was extremely accommodating and we sincerely appreciate his patience and diligence in answering all of our questions. We were not able to do a site visit prior to booking this location so there were lots of questions about the space and set up. The day of the reception we were able to bring all of vendors and decorations in that morning. They also offered furniture like farm tables of all sizes, chaise chairs, decorative pieces and other antique/ eclectic items! There is a prep kitchen on site for caterers. There were rooms on site to get dressed as well. We hosted about 90 guests and there was plenty of room to move around. It wasn't directly off of a main road, which we preferred, and there was ample parking for guests. The reception was amazing and I didn't want the evening to end! -

The Westside Warehouse gave us the flexibility to choose our own vendors, which was wonderful so we were able to have the food we wanted catered (from Heirloom BBQ) and really made our reception our own. Their furniture added to the character of the reception. We were able to comfortable host ~130 guests with plenty of space between tables and a very large dance floor. We added the cafe lights and leveraged the nooks for our photobooth and the dessert/coffee station.
Anne and Julien were wonderful throughout the planning process and answered our many questions. Thank you! -

My husband and I hosted our wedding reception at the Westside Warehouse in May of 2022... y'all, it was perfect! The folks at the venue were a dream to work with (shout out to Julien for all his help) and the venue itself is gorgeous. It was big enough to easily fit our 170+ guests without crowding, but not so big it felt overwhelming. I also loved that it was a bit of a blank slate... I was able to turn it into the colorful festival of my dreams!
Adding to the loveliness are two patios that are available for use as well as on-site antiques that can be used as decor (if desired). With permission you can hang things from the rafters, and (even better) you can bring in your own vendors, booze, and whatever else you need!
The pricing was really reasonable for an in-town venue, especially when you add in no surcharges for your own vendors. Be prepared to bring in your own chairs for a seated reception and supplemental tables for a seated dinner, but Julien is a great resource and he can give you some vendor recommendations if you need.
There is literally no where else in Atlanta that I would have preferred to have our reception - this was perfect :) -

My wife Anna and I feel like we found the perfect hosts and venue for our wedding. Anne and Julien were so inviting, courteous, and flexible from the first time we toured the space, to the day of. Some of the many highlights I’ll share;
Anne and Julien made it some easy on us to create the wedding we envisioned. They consistently asked us if there was anything we needed and even offered direction based on their experience.
They allowed us to use any of the furniture they had in house and even came the day of the wedding to set up pieces based on our scribbled blueprint.
The days leading up to the wedding Anne was emailing us to offer up last minute things for us to not have to worry about; left over flowers, ice, extra drinks…. Just a subtle way to let us know she was thinking about us and wanting us to feel at ease. We definitely trusted them and had no doubt we were in good hands. And Julien is such a pro. No questions we had went unanswered, and he had so many great ideas.
During the wedding, I would see Anne walking the floor just to make sure everyone was okay. She was attentive all the way through and genuinely enjoyed seeing us take in our big day.
My wife and I have already and will always refer anyone venue shopping to Anne and Julien at Westside Warehouse. We cannot thank them enough for being such a vital part of our wedding. -

Highly recommend the Westside Warehouse, Anne and Julien for your event!
One can see from the photos that the venue is beautiful and spacious. What one can’t know from the photos is that Anne and Julien are kind, accommodating, patient and committed to giving their clients a wonderful experience.
Anne and Julien saved our event from an incompetent and disorganized wedding planner/caterer. Many things were missed by our coordinator (chairs, for instance…yes, chairs) and Anne immediately jumped in and ultimately arranged a solution when the coordinator could (or would) not.
All during the event, Anne was there…providing items forgotten by the coordinator, as well as taking care of a million little things to make sure everything went smoothly.
I am deeply grateful for the loving care she showed our family, the event, and me in particular…I lost track of how many times I hugged her in thanks for her efforts. -

Stunning Space
This place and the people who own it are stunning. We originally booked the space with the idea of having over 200 people in attendance. Through the pandemic that was reduced to around 70. And the space was still perfect for that size. We also originally planned to be married in December but 5 days before our wedding we both tested positive for COVID-19. Anne worked with our vendors and was able to move to a new date and we had the wedding we always wanted. Both Anne and her son, Julian, were incredibly kind, accommodating, and flexible as we navigated planning a wedding in a pandemic. Their excitement for us and attention made us so happy to have begun our marriage in their incredible space. In terms of the space, we chose to have both ceremony and reception there and it was an easy transition between the two! We ended up having cocktail hour inside due to cold weather but there is a lovely outside patio setting that we planned to use if it was a little warmer. All of that is included in renting the space. We also loved the private parking right in front of the venue for our guests. Bringing and storing alcohol, including multiple kegs, in their big refrigerator was also another way they took care of details that made the day so much smoother. I could go on and on. I highly recommend!! -

Working with Anne this past year was incredible. I fell in love with her beautiful venue as soon as I walked up to the gorgeous antique front doors. Anne and her son were very flexible and easy to coordinate with. She allows you to select all your own vendors which was a major plus for me. You can also borrow gorgeous antiques from her shop to add to your wedding decor. I mean... what more could you ask for? The venue is an absolute GEM in the city of Atlanta. Even the bathrooms were decorated beautifully and sparkly clean! I would recommend the Westside Warehouse a THOUSAND times over to any bride in Georgia.❤️❤️❤️ -

Ms. Anne is the Sweetest
We were looking for a raw space with character that allowed for outside catering and alcohol. This venue met all of our expectations and we were still able to fit it into our budget. The owner, Ms. Anne is beyond accommodating and super sweet. She was responsive and easy to work with. I wish her continued success in booking future events.

I am a corporate event planner but when my daughter decided to get married that was a completely different experience. I am so thankful we found Anne and The Westside Warehouse. Anne has taken this warehouse space and paired it with her flair for antiques making the space a perfect pallet to create your own wedding vision. We were allowed to utilize many of her antique pieces into the space creating a beautiful atmosphere. So many venues dictate your choices to the point that all weddings start to look alike. With The Westside Warehouse, you are able to make your own choices from caterer to florist and everything in between. Looking at the different events held at the warehouse, you see how each has it's own unique touches. So refreshing not to see the same thing over and over.
Working with Anne and Bill was incredible. They made themselves available and where very hands on during the wedding and reception. Many thanks to making this an incredible experience. Absolutely no regrets on any decisions made.

Unique and Gorgeous Wedding Venue. Awesome owner! Support Westside Warehouse!
I’d like to express just how happy and pleased we were with Anne and the Westside Warehouse. We had a really good feeling about Anne from the very beginning, particularly after our initial discouraging encounters with outrageous venue prices coming in from all the wedding industry behemoths. Anne has been a small business owner for years and primarily sold antiques as the warehouse used to be antique shop. In recent years, Anne reinvented her business to adapt to the ever changing market/industry and converted her warehouse to a venue space. After my fiancé checked it out, while I was golfing, she came home shaking with goosebumps and said she found the place!! It was with Anne at westside warehouse.
Throughout the process Anne worked with us. During the day of our wedding she realized our coordinator needed help since she was understaffed, and Anne must have spent the whole day helping out with preparations. The next day when we came up to help clean up the cluster of things we had to leave behind she helped. She certainly did not need to do that as it was not part of the deal or contract, but I believe she did it out of the kindness of her heart.
The venue itself was gorgeous and fantastic, the guest absolutely loved it. We had 140 guests and the size was perfect. It even fit our 6 piece band, a dance floor and photo booth with room to spare. Anne was amazing and went above and beyond to help make sure our special day didn’t fall apart and we even got to use Anne’s old antiques for our wedding which is totally our style. Would highly, highly recommend! Support a small business woman like Anne! Support Westside Warehouse!

We had the most unbelievable experience working with Anne & Westside Warehouse for our March 2019 wedding! We feel so lucky to have found her! Over the course of the planning process, we developed a special friendship & bond with Anne -- she almost feels like family :) Anne was incredibly accommodating to our vision and bringing our dream wedding to life! She truly went above and beyond on every idea, request and "drop by" to plan out our day. She was available and open to discussing all of our ideas. When the day arrived, Westside Warehouse was the most perfect backdrop to our day... From the blank canvas of the main reception room for our ceremony/reception flip, to the furniture warehouse space as an eclectic happy hour space, to an intimate candle-lit back patio... Our guests RAVED, and we were able to create a magazine-worthy wedding at an affordable price. Westside Warehouse is a hidden gem! We're just lucky we got in when we did before this place most certainly will be booked every Saturday. Only downside is that your wedding flies by and then all of the sudden it's over! But we will be back to visit :) We love you, Anne! -

This is hands down the best venue in Atlanta for any event. Anne Flaire is an angel and this venue was the best decision we made. The space is warm, inviting and charming. Just like Anne. We love the venue because it’s so beautiful that it does not need much in terms of decor, yet it allows you to be as creative as you want to be and you can totally transform it. It is very budget friendly and allows flexibility that makes wedding planning easier. Anne has been a calming presence throughout our planning and was available for questions at all times. Both Anne and Julien were hands on in helping us get everything together. -

I cannot recommend The Westside Warehouse enough! The space is stunning and versatile, but the best part is the owner Anne Flaire. Anne was super easy to work with, and she was a joyful calming presence on our wedding day. Her impeccable taste meant that we didn’t have to do too much decorating. We took most of our photos inside the space because it is so beautifully decorated with antique furniture and architectural elements.
We had a wedding ceremony and reception with 180 people in the space, and it worked out perfectly. The ability to bring in our own vendors meant that we were able to work with only people we loved, as well as save a ton of money. I think that choosing The Westside Warehouse was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. -

If they have your date available book this hidden gem now! The best decision we made is having our wedding at the Westside Warehouse. Anne and Julien are so incredible to work with, the space in incredibly beautiful but enough of a clean slate for you to create the look you want, you can use any of her antiques and she'll move them into place for you, bring whatever vendors you want which helps you save lots of money... I really can't say enough good things about the Westside Warehouse. It's evident that Anne and Julien want you and your guests to have an incredible experience. I can't thank you enough for making our wedding day dreams come true. -

A Great Experience
The Westside Warehouse was nothing more than amazing. I searched millions of venues for my wedding and each venue I went to look at, I compared it to Westside. I walked in and it immediately took my breathe away. The first time I walked through those amazing doors, I envisioned how I would set everything up. Anne and her son were amazing, they were always there for a walk through or even a phone call away. There are so many different options of using this space and I think that is what I love about this venue. -

Magical Day & FANTASTIC experience!!
The Westside Warehouse is so beautiful and the PERFECT place to host your wedding. We had a December wedding (ceremony and reception) there and it was so perfect! What made it so perfect was Anne Flair. She is so great to work with and just the sweetest lady ever! I can't recommend this space enough! It truly was a magical day for us! -

Julian Sent on 05/31/2018First off, I have to acknowledge how frustrating it can be to find a good event space. In the months leading up to our wedding, most of what we found was either too expensive or just not good. Once connected with Anne (the venue owner) everything fell into place. Anne was so accommodating and basically helped us figure out our details as we went along. Seriously big shout out to Anne!! She was so kind and helpful with whatever we asked.
The space really speaks for itself. Since it’s so beautiful we didn’t need to do a whole lot of decorating which really helped us save. It rained pretty heavy on our day but since it’s a nice indoor space it didn’t really put a damper on our wedding. There’s also a lot of really awesome places to take photos including a lot of old walls, train tracks, and a rustic gazebo.
Really a well rounded space with all the things we were hoping for! Definitely some great memories because of Anne and her awesome space. Thanks Anne!!! -

Deshell Sent on 02/26/2018My husband and I cannot recommend a better venue for a wedding! The ceremony and reception was exactly what we wanted plus MORE! Our experience with Anne was totally amazing! She has antiques that she’s collected over the years that add jaw dropping character to the venue. So thankful that Anne allowed us to use them during our big day on New Years Eve!
We had to deal with a cocktail hour location change due to the brutal winter weather just days before the wedding! This could’ve been extremely awful and uncomfortable for our guests. However, Anne was there to keep us all calm and warm as our guests were transferred.
Thanks for helping us create wonderful lifetime memories! -

Eclectic beauty!
If you are looking for an eclectic vibe for your venue, look no more! The Westside Warehouse combines modern warehouse elements of high ceilings, iron windows and doors and concrete floor with their beautiful French antiques to soften these contemporary elements. Anne and Julien (the owners) could not be more lovely to work with. Highly recommend! -

Beautiful surprise
I was honestly shocked at how much I fell in love with this place, especially since my initial venue fell through. I was bummed and then quickly thankfully it didn’t work out. This venue was probably the 5th place I toured and after viewing many online. Online doesn’t do this place justice. It has so much character and photo ops. It gives a dreamy whimsical feel to me. With the right planner/designer, this place is everything. Now when I booked we were allowed outside caterers, alcohol and bartenders. I’m told some aspects of this has changed, which might be unfortunate because it played a huge role in why we picked them. We had a discount as well for choosing a Sunday. The owner and her son are great to work with, especially her son. So kind, helpful and you can tell he truly is a nice person. It was great working with them. Not a fan of their phone system, it’s pretty bad but I will say they answer emails fairly quickly and often. I was a bit sad we couldn’t use our decal. It was an oversight on our part in the contract but still a shame. Overall I would’ve picked them again for the price, flexibility, character of the space and great customer service. -
