The Westin South Coast Plaza is amazing! It is a convenient and amazing location and has great amenities. Sheena was super helpful in setting up our first look at the waterfall terrace, and with our after wedding suite. She was helpful and professional. I totally recommend the Westin South Coast Plaza for any of your wedding needs.

The perfect venue for a wedding. We held our reception here and Sheena was so awesome to work with. Very enthusiastic and helpful. The cost per person was a little high to begin with but we were able to negotiate to stay with our budget. The location was PERFECT especially during Thanksgiving weekend. Our guests were able to walk over to the South Coast Plaza without having to worry about finding parking and it is very close to SNA airport (free shuttle, too)!. The grand ballroom was just gorgeous. Our guests were so impressed because the Westin is very high class :). Our A/V team also was able to set up the afternoon before which saved so much time/stress for the day-of. Thanks for making our wedding reception so memorable!

The Westin was a great wedding venue for us. The Waterfall Terrace was a beautiful spot for the ceremony, and the Plaza Ballroom made for an excellent reception party. It’s also minutes away from the airport, and right across the street from South Coast Plaza shopping center, making it a great location.

Sheena Mehta, the Catering Sales Manager, was very helpful throughout the planning process, even when we were requesting changes through the last week. In addition, Amber Caldera, who assisted us with our room block, was very quick to respond to any adjustments that we needed to make to our room block.

Overall, we highly recommend the Westin for any special occasion.

We booked our wedding room block and luxury suite at the Westin South Coast Plaza. Amber and Alexandra were both so helpful. They gave us great advice on the number of room blocks to start off with and got us set up with a special room block booking page on their website. Our guests were very pleased with hotel. It was clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. For the day of the wedding, the staff was very accommodating when the Hummer limo showed up for me and my bridesmaids.

Also, since it was Mother’s Day weekend, they sent gift baskets to the mothers of the bride and groom with mother’s day cards. For my husband and I, they sent up champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. I highly recommend the Westin South Coast Plaza to anyone looking for a room block for a wedding in the Orange County area.

I had a great experience having my wedding ceremony and reception at this hotel. Mary the coordinator was fabulous! If I had the chance to do my wedding all over again, I would still do it at this hotel.

The chef and staff were incredibly flexible with the menu and the different locations in the hotel for the reception. I still have guests commenting on how amazing the food was!

We had our wedding ceremony at the Terrace Gazebo and reception in the Terrace Pavilion. We worked with Martha during the planning process and I appreciated her timely responses (by both email and phone) to any questions I had. Martha made sure that the children at our wedding had a room to hang out in during the reception and that we were able to bring in a keg of green beer (for our St. Patrick's Day wedding). We had one issue with the room block (it was difficult to reach the woman in charge of the room block) and some of our guests had issues booking rooms. However, once notified, the Westin fixed the issue and made sure all of our guests were able to make reservations under our room block. Martha was available on our wedding day and made sure that everything went smoothly. Note - if you plan to take photos outside of the Westin, you will need the "authorization" form the Westin provides, and the permission of all other buildings on the grounds. For instance, we were unable to have any photos taken on the bridge. Other than this photography issue (there are plenty of other amazing photos opps!), the Westin was the perfect venue for our wedding and I am so please with how the day turned out!

It has a beautiful interior. The service was professional. They catered according to our special needs. For Orange County it is on the pricier side.

Beautiful place in the Terrace Pavillion! Te sunset was a great addition to the cocktail hour! Wouldn't change a thing!
