Wedding Dress Purchase

I’m so happy I got my dress at The Wedding Shoppe! This was the first store I looked at and even though I knew I found the dress I didn’t want the fun to end and tried a few others. Nothing compared. The staff was friendly, helpful and made me truly feel like a bride. Tracey helped me find my dress and she couldn’t have been any sweeter. She was patient and really listened to what I wanted. After I purchased my dress, I had a different sales person each time I went and everyone was wonderful to work with. Even the owner herself helped me out. Kathy, the seamstress who was recommended by The Wedding Shoppe was WONDERFUL! Sweetest woman you’ll ever meet! I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend them!

Dress of my dreams!

The Wedding Shoppe was the first place I went to search for my dream dress! Little did I know it would come down to two very different but gorgeous dresses picked by my parents. After trying them both on, I couldn't make a decision and needed to sleep on it, Donna was great, she helped me try on a ton of dresses and was there when we came back to make the final decision between the two my parents picked. Donna was amazingly helpful throughout the process and very patient with me, and I can't thank her enough for that!

Best Bridal Shop on the Main Line

Planning a wedding can be stressful, but the Wedding Shoppe experience was one of the most relaxing parts of the planning process. It was the third of four shops I had visited, and by far the best experience I had of the four. I remember my first appointment. We were running early, and the Wedding Shoppe was kind enough to take us for an earlier appointment. Andee helped sort the through the selection of gowns to find ones that matched both my personal style, body type, and overall vision for the big day. Within the hour, I had found a dress that I absolutely loved. My family and I were able to save some money on the dress by purchasing this Monique Lhuillier gown at one of the shop's trunk shows. The veil was also complimentary through the trunk show. The dress arrived within the designated time frame, giving me plenty of time to have alterations done. I also purchased my hair accessories there, and Andee provided me with honest feedback on my shoes when I was struggling to decide which ones to wear. She also helped me select bridesmaid dresses through The Wedding Shoppe- a beautiful champagne gown with a pearl neckline. We all looked and felt our best that day. I'm so grateful for all of the fabulous women at The Wedding Shoppe for playing such a huge part in making me feel like such a confident, pretty bride.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I got at the Wedding Shoppe. I had been to several bridal salons in New York and Philly and this place was by far the best. Their dresses are stunning, they have great variety for pretty much any type of wedding venue or time of year. But just as important- the staff is fabulous! They were so sweet and knowledgeable, I never felt pressured at all, they just kept finding options that worked well for my body type. I can’t recommend them enough!

I bought my dream wedding dress at the Wedding Shoppe! I love looking at dresses online and The Wedding Shoppe had the most beautiful selection of dresses I have ever seen. I'm so so happy with my dress and cannot wait to wear it with the perfect veil. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I had fun trying on different styles and loved working with Traci. I worked with Pattie at The Wedding Shoppe and she helped me find my perfect wedding dress. She worked fast pulling dresses of different styles and listened to my likes and dislikes. In doing so, we finally got to the one. It had all of the elements I was looking for, plus more. It wasn’t until I worked with Aida, the seamstress provided by the shop, that it truly became MY dress. Aida was absolutely amazing with her talent! I was having issues with the fabric irritating my very sensitive skin and she was able to adjust the neckline so that it sat just right without making me red and blotchy. Overall, I was very happy with the service at The Wedding Shoppe and beyond happy with Aida.

My fitting specialist was extremely professional, and indulged me in trying on a number of dresses. She was helpful in offering her professional opinion. I felt no pressure to buy anything (although I did), and truly enjoyed my experience there. I also got my dream dress on a fantastic sale!

I found my Rosa Clara gown here and we worked with Cindy for fittings. If you purchase your gown here, request Cindy. She made multiple trips to the shoppe to accommodate me being from out of state. She really knows what she's doing and I totally trusted her. She met me two days before the wedding for a final fitting and even dropped the dress off at my house before heading into Philly for our wedding on Friday morning. Cindy is the best and super talented. The Shoppe itself is super pretty too!

As a bride from New York City, I had the good fortune to shop in all of the large bridal gown stores before going to The Wedding Shoppe with my future mother-in-law on a lark while my fiance and his dad were playing golf. My experience in NYC led me to believe I would never find a gown I absolutely fell in love with that was within budget. The pricey gowns and pushy salespeople never made the experience or the dress feel right.

That all changed when I walked into The Wedding Shoppe. I worked with Donna who was an absolute doll. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was. She pulled and suggested a bunch of dresses I might not have pulled myself. I tried on a few gowns, and while they were - again - nice, I did not really fall in love with any of them. That is - until I put on one of the gowns Donna suggested looked better off the hanger. I immediately fell in love with it. The best part was, it was on sale for well under my maximum budget.

Even though Donna could tell I loved it, she told me to go home and think about it. Quite the opposite of the pushy consultants I encountered in New York's most famous bridal gown salon. So we left and went to try on more gowns at another local store. This only served to confirm I had found my gown at The Wedding Shoppe. So we went back there, Donna helped me get into the gown and brought us Champagne for a toast.

I got an incredible and beautiful gown for a great value and worked with the loveliest people. Being from New York, I was skeptical that I could find a gown anywhere else, but I am so glad I found The Wedding Shoppe.

I said, "YES TO THE DRESS," on Friday afternoon, April 25, with my mother and Marie Tegler at The Wedding Shoppe in Wayne, Pennsylvania. It was a fabulous day and I knew from the moment I saw the Rosa Clara gown online, I was going to search until I found it! It was everything I thought it was going to be and more. I did not try another single dress on after I slipped into the Rosa Clara. I just knew!

The decision was not only easy to make because of the beauty of the gown but also because Marie Tegler was wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the doors of The Bridal Shoppe. We connected on so many levels. She was down to earth, sweet, honest, and had a wealth of information on all of the designer gowns.

On my drive to The Wedding Shoppe, I had no idea that I would find the bridal gown of my dreams but I did and I am forever grateful for Marie Tegler, Rosa Clara, and the experience. Best day so far!

After many failed attempts to find a perfect dress I finally ventured to The Wedding Shoppe. Within 15 minutes i found a Monique Lhuillier gown that was absolutely stunning and perfect. They were so helpful with every detail and the seamstress Ziba is amazing! Donna was my sales consultant and she is so fun to work with and so amazing! Love this place! You definitely won't find any gowns like the ones they have anywhere else!

I just have to express how much we are so grateful to have found you guys for my wedding dress! I came in looking for this one dress in perticular (my dream dress) and I found it during a trunk show! When I showed my mother and my sister the dress, when they came with me, they fell in love with it as much as I did! You have no idea the compliments I have gotten and still get to this day about my dress, veil and shoes! You guys did such a great job helping me out and our seamstress Cydni Kuhn was an absolute doll! She did such a fabulous job in making the dress mine and fitting me so well! The Wedding Shoppe is great! I worked with Lindsay to pick out my beautiful wedding dress. I went in knowing I wanted to add cap sleeves to any dress I tried on and she helped me and my mom pick out dresses that would look good with the addition. The shop itself is very cute and very comfortable. They have a great selection of dresses if you are looking for a classic but modern look. The seamstress I worked with through the shop, Zeba, was very professional and did beautiful work. My mom also purchased her dress from the shop and was very pleased with the selection for MOB's--not the typical "frumpy" selections. I highly recommend working with these guys!

I bought my dress, shoes, and veil from the Wedding Shoppe. I was very impressed with how they worked with me since I was on a short timeframe. They told me not to worry and took care of everything. I only found my dress 4 months before the wedding, but they put a rush on everything, received it a month before, and ensured all of my alterations would be completed and to my liking by the wedding. They certainly delivered and that was one less thing I had to worry about with all of the preparations. The staff is very friendly and professional. The quality of products and service was exceptional.

I bought my Carolina Herrera wedding gown here at a sample sale for a fraction of its original price. Marie was a great salesperson, and did not try to cajole me into buying the dress, nor did she try to hurry me along as I made a decision (despite the fact it was near closing time). Also, they were happy to let me come back after I bought the dress just so I could try it on for my mom. Cindy, the seamstress, did amazing work and was so fun to spend time with. I lost over 30 pounds between buying the dress and the wedding, so the dress needed a lot of work!

Overall, I could not have asked for a better dress-buying experience. I went to pretty much every bridal store in NYC when my sister wed two years ago, and the Wedding Shoppe was just so much more relaxed than any of those places. The only problem is, there are so many gorgeous gowns that it's hard to pick just one!

I ended up buying my dress from The Wedding Shoppe. Marie, who helped me try on dresses, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel like I was the most important person in the world while I was there. I'm smaller than most samples and she did a great job clamping the dresses so that I could get a real idea of what things would look like altered. She was also very honest about the dresses and helped me find one that I really loved. I pulled a few on my own and then asked her for suggestions and she pulled the dress I ended up buying. I was very happy to give my business to her and to The Wedding Shoppe.

The dresses here are a little on the pricey side, but there is a relatively large selection.

I would recommend The Wedding Shoppe to anyone looking for their dress.

I bought my Monique Lhullier "Scarlet" dress from the Wedding Shoppe. My dress shopping experience was everything I had ever imagined thanks to the staff at the Wedding Shoppe. Donna, our salesperson was very helpful and patient. In fact, she gave us a heads-up that there was a Lhullier trunk show the next weekend and we could get a discount if we bought the dress then.

Karen, the seamstress they designated to me was INCREDIBLE. I was a petite bride (4'11'' and barely 90 pounds) needless to say my dress needed a ton of alterations. Karen was calm and collected the entire time and assured me that although the dress looked crazy and big at first, it WOULD be beautiful. And it was!

I purchased my Jenny Packham gown from a trunk show at the Wedding Shoppe. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. My seamstress, Cindy, was so sweet and extremely talented. The Wedding Shoppe made dressing shopping so easy. It was totally worth my trip from Baltimore to Wayne, PA every time. Patti the owner is fantastic and on top of everything. I found and ordered my dress less than 6 months before the wedding day and my vail 6 weeks before the day. She had everything rush delivered and here in time for alterations. She even pointed me to the cutest little shop around the corner to get a garter monogramed. If i had it all to do again, i would drive the 2 hours straight back to the Wedding Shoppe without any hesitation.

The Wedding Shoppe provided a great dress buying experience. It is a smaller wedding shop, which allows for more personal service and fewer people in the salon during your shopping experience. They have an excellent selection from low-mid range prices all the way up to the upper echelon designer gowns. I chose a dress off the sample rack that did have some minor things that needed to be fixed. The seamstress provided by the shop was fabulous and fixed every single thing I asked. I also had her completely change the neckline, which she did with no troubles. Overall, The Wedding Shoppe had great gowns, good service, and fabulous alterations.

I chose the Wedding Shoppe because they are one of the few vendors that actually carry Jenny Packham in the US (East Coast especially). There was a particular dress of hers that I couldn't get out of my mind - so for a small fee they were able to order a sample size for me to try on at my appt (it was a design from last year). I tried on a few others, including the wedding dress version of the famous Kate Middleton Jenny Packham (which was also stunning), but nothing could compete with the dress I had in mind. It was gorgeous and I fell in love immediately. Cindy is the seamstress there and she is a doll. She knows her way around a wedding dress and know whats works and what doesn't. My dress fit like a glove and my only regret is I can't wear it every day!

The service I received from the Wedding Shoppe was wonderful! After looking for my dress at at least 15 other bridal salons, I walked into the Wedding Shoppe and the first dress the saleswoman found was "the one"! She was more than happy to have me come back multiple times before ordering the dress and they worked with me on the price to bring it into my budget. My veil was perfect and was much more reasonably priced than other salons. The personal attention and relaxed atmosphere of the Wedding Shoppe made my dress shopping experience unforgettable!

My bridesmaids also ordered their dresses from the Wedding Shoppe. Again, my sales woman worked with me on the price of the dresses to make them more reasonable for my bridesmaids.

I highly recommend the Wedding Shoppe for all of your bridal attire needs!

I purchased my wedding dress from the Wedding Shoppe in Wayne, PA. As soon as you walk in, you feel like a princess bride! Everything is so pretty, all done in white, and elevated areas for the bride to stand on as she tries on her dresses. They have a big selection of dresses and a bunch of designers. When my mom and I along with my maid of honor and wedding planner arrived, they had a reserved area for me. Immediatley, my dress cordinator sat down with me and asked me all about my wedding. What I had in mind, what I invisioned my self in, how I met my fiance, what my style is, etc. They NEVER once brought up cost, or asked for a budget...which I found typical of many other places I visited. Instead of pulling dresses for me according to what she thought I liked, I was able to look and choose my self. The second dress I put on was the dress I knew I had to have....and they knew it too. The response time took a while for my dress to come in, it was a Rivini and it was brand new at the time and had to be made for me, but it was well worth it. I got my vail also from the same place which came in so quickly. The day my dress came in, I was able to come try it on and they encouraged me to come back to see it as often as I liked and never had a problem with me bringing anyone with me and as many people as I wanted! My seamstress was incredible. She made my dress fit me like a glove and there was not one flaw. We did order our flower girls dresses also from here and I will say they did take a while to come in, so order in ADVANCE because we got them literally the week before the wedding. I had such a positive experience with the Wedding Shoppe. I felt like the perfect bride and that is exactly how we were treated!

I worked with Donna at the Wedding Shoppe and would recommend her to any bride looking for their dress. She works fast, is honest, and is truly committed to making sure that brides have the dress of their dreams. I loved working with her and felt comfortable enough to tell her exactly what I was thinking for a particular dress (not always easy to do with mothers, sisters, bridesmaids present). Dina was my contact-- she was GREAT. They're busy there but she made me feel special and gave me lots of attention. I went to several shops in Philly and NJ and this one was the best, with the loveliest selection, atmosphere, and staff.

Cindy did my alterations. She was patient and excellent. I have some sewing experience, so I can attest that she did fine, careful work worthy of your biggest day.

Bought my dress here, and I absolutely loved it. My main motivation in reviewing is to highlight Cindy, the seamstress who helped tailor my dress perfectly! I had several fittings with Cindy, she was very helpful and great to work with! We also ended up hiring her to help with the day of my wedding, after realizing that no one else could get my dress on and do the bustle so easily and perfectly! She was very helpful on the day of, not only in helping me get dressed, but lining up the bridesmaids to spray them to help with their staticky dresses, fixing four of the male bridal party's pants due to them being incorrectly fitted. So glad we had her there, loved working with her!! I felt like such a princess in my dress :)

This shop was so lovely. I visited a dozen or so bridal stores before I made it to this one. They understood what I was looking for and were able to help me find just what I was looking for -- my perfect dress. The staff there really takes the time to listen to what your wishes are and allows you ample time to make decisions, not pushing you through the process. Their seamstress, Cindi, who helped me, was delightful as well.

I had a wonderful experience with The Wedding Shoppe. My wedding planner recommended that I go there to find my wedding dress and it was the first (and last) place that I went to. I found my dress (and veil) on my first trip and cancelled my other appointments! They have one of the best designer selections in the area (no need to go to New York--they have all of the major designers here). I also got my bridesmaid dresses from here. I must have visited The Wedding Shoppe 6-7 times before my wedding day between getting my dress, my bridesmaid dresses and alterations. Each visit was very pleasant and the owner and sales people were extremely helpful and accommodating. For example, my dress designer sent me a sketch of my dress with my name spelled wrong on it and Patty, the store owner, was nice enough to make sure that I got another sketch with my name spelled correctly in time for me to display the sketch at my bridal shower. I actually had a very bad experience with a different bridal store when I was a bridesmaid recently (the bride was informed a month before her wedding that the bridesmaid dresses were never ordered...). So, I cannot emphasize enough how nice it is to find a store like The Wedding Shoppe. Highly recommended!

I went to the Wedding Shoppe to find my wedding dress because they had the designer I wanted: Jenny Packham. I found the dress I've been dreaming of here. I decided to get my dress altered here too because the dress was very delicate and I wanted my seamstress to be comfortable/familiar with my dress' designer. It did take my dress almost a year to come in - but this was the designer being in London and not the salon's fault, so make sure you have enough time before your wedding to order. The only feedback I would give to The Wedding Shoppe is that sometimes the service I received via phone or at the reception area was rude. I understand there are times when the consultants are with appointments but they really should have a dedicated receptionist or cashier. Often times when I would call to check in on my order (due to the fact that it took almost a year to come in) and the person answering the phone would be rude to me which was pretty unsettling to me as I was spending a significant amount of money purchasing my wedding dress there.

I recently purchased my wedding dress from The Wedding Shoppe and I felt at east at this bridal shop. I felt welcomed by the staff as soon as I walked through the door and everyone was very friendly and professional. This shop was over my budget but I was also in a rush for a dress so I needed to select a dress from the samples, which is better than what most stores were willing to do for me and since it was a sample, I received a discount. I found a dress I loved and their on site seamstress did a marvelous job with alterations and adjustments to the dress. Their hours are convenient and they're staff was extremely helpful. They were even recommending dresses to me over the phone before I even entered the shop since they knew I was on a tight timeline. All of their dresses are high quality and beautiful and the staff is knowledgeable of the brands and styles. If you're in the market for a wedding dress, do yourself a favor and stop at the Wedding Shoppe.

This little shop and its employees have been great to work with. My only complaint is that I had set a budget (which I informed the lady about) and yet she showed me dresses above what I wanted to spend. I therefore wound up spending much more on a gown than I had wanted to. My gown just came in, so I hope everything is great!

The wedding shoppe has an excellent selection of hard to find designers. They were the only shop in the area that I could find my dream Monique Lhuillier dress! They made the ordering of the dress very easy and the seamstress Cyndi was amazing!

Dress shopping started off pretty traumatic when I visited 2 shops and was overwhelmed and not finding anything I liked. I went to the Wedding Shoppe, and just the layout of the store makes it much more manageable. I've purchased dresses for events in the past at this store, and I've had mixed experiences. But in the end, my dress is perfect, and I love my bridesmaid dresses. There were a few hiccups between a wrong size BM dress being ordered, and some pricing issues, but I highly recommend using this store for bridal gown searching. And I cannot say enough good things about Ziba, the seamstress. She knew I wasn't 100% sure what my dress needed to be my "perfect dress" and she made suggestions, and alterations that turned out better than I could have ever expected. She was flexible, and wouldn't let me take the dress home until she was sure I was totally happy with it. Definitely request Ziba!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has one of the best dress selections in the Philadelphia area, and is a lovely space. The staff was helpful about selecting dresses and letting me try a bunch of them on. I ultimately selected a sample dress, which was in great shape and enabled me to get a nicer dress than I would have been able to otherwise. I wasn't terribly impressed with service after the dress was purchased - often we would come in for a fitting and no one would be at the front desk, no one would acknowledge us, offer water, etc. When I bought a white bridesmaid dress for the rehearsal dinner they were a little pushy, and when I called to purchase it the following day they said that my salesperson wasn't there, and I would need to call back the following day to order it. Not a big deal, but it seemed less professional or flexible than I expected. Ultimately, I would recommend the place (and 10,000% recommend the seamstress who worked on my dress, who I'll write a separate review for), but there were some small service hiccups that were overshadowed by the great selection.

Donna was my consultant and she was wonderful! She helped me stay within my modest budget and I ended up buying a dress from here even though it was only my second day of wedding dress shopping.

The issue I ran in to was when it came time to receive my wedding dress. In order to save a few hundred dollars in taxes, I was having my dress shipped to my mother in law's house out of state. The woman at The Wedding Shoppe INSISTED that UPS only delivered before 5pm and that someone had to take off work to be home to sign for it. I said this was not possible & she became very rude about how I should just pay the tax then and have it sent to me in PA. She also yelled in the background to her co-worker, who apparently agreed.

After I personally contacted UPS and they told me they did in fact deliver until 9pm, the woman on the phone was still very rude and condescending, calling me "hun" frequently, and ignoring my comment that UPS did deliver late. She took my information, never apologized for being wrong and/or rude, and quickly got off the phone with me.

Brides are stressed and, I realize not everyone is, but I am on a budget. Dealing with rude people when I am a paying customer is not appreciated.

Hopefully, I will receive my dress in one piece & alterations will go much smoother.

I bought an organza lace, 2008 Rivini gown. The staff was friendly, and my rep made me feel perfect in the dress of choice. After purchasing the gown, the several times i came back, they didn't seem as friendly - or maybe they didn't remember us. When the gown came in, the seamstress was pretty booked up and i had to rearrange my schedule to fit hers. In the end, the dress was perfectly fitted! =)

I had a wonderful experience with The Wedding Shoppe while searching for bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. I was looking for a designer that could provide a similar color, fabric, and style while providing options for a wide variety of body shapes. The consultant at The Wedding Shoppe was able to help us find dresses for all my bridesmaids that complimented each girl while still looking cohesive and beautiful! I had a great experience at the Wedding Shoppe but I think it was primarily because a friend of mine was working there at the time I went to pick out my dress. We went through the store (amazing selection) and she allowed me to pick out a large number of dresses to try on. She picked out a few based on my description and what she saw me in first. Of course she picked out the PERFECT dress for me and as soon as I put it on I knew. She also picked out the perfect veil for me. She left before my wedding date, so I was helped by other staff members when my dress came in and the fittings had to be coordinated. The other staff were fine, but it wasn't the same personalized service I was used to (they hadn't gotten my commission and it was obvious that I was not their priority). The seamstress I had (Mary) was a miracle worker and I can't recommend her highly enough. Similar to the previous reviewer, I also had a significant delay with everything I ordered (dress, veil and dress rehearsal shoes).

Overall, I had a very positive experience with The Wedding Shoppe. My mom and I went in one evening around 6:45 p.m. (15 min before they closed), just to see what the shop had. I met with Marie. She looked at me, grabbed 3 dresses and put me in a dressing room. I purchased the 1st dress I tried on. A little out of our price range, the dress was just unbelievable!!! The only frustrating experience was the ordering of my shoes. I ordered the shoes about 3 months prior to the wedding. I was told they would be in in about 6 wks (from the time I ordered). After 6 wks, I was told several different stories...1) your shoes are in Calif and will be shipped tomorrow. 1-2 wks later (in March), I was told that the shoes would be in at the end of Feb, but it was already March. 1-2 wks later, I was told that the shoes were on back order!!!! I received them 2 wks before my wedding. It ended up being fine, but it was a little frustrating to be told 3 different stories.

This was my least favorite dress shop that I went to when trying on dresses. They were stuck up and snooty, and you could tell they thought they were better than everyone else. They didn't listen to me when I was telling them the styles I was looking for and their inventory is very limited. The ONLY reason I went back a second time, and got my dress from them is because they were the only local store that had the trunk show of a designer that I really loved. Every time I had to walk in there I dreaded it because they weren't friendly. They messed up my measurements for a dress that was made for my body it came in and required many alterations despite my body not having changed. They took my bust measurement with my bra on (?!?!) and so the cups were HUGE regardless of the alterations that could be done. The best thing that I have to say about the whole thing was the woman who actually did my alterations was a dream, so nice, so flexible with my hard work schedule. Will be happy to never go to this store again.

I left my bridal consultation feeling extremely pressured and unhappy. My consultant was very pushy, claiming I had to decide to purchase the dress I liked before I left because it would be gone if I took time to think about it. When I insisted I wasn't ready to decide, she was very rude and rolled her eyes at the other consultant. For the thousands of dollars I will be spending on a dress I really didn't appreciate the attitude and pressure. Needless to say, I did NOT buy my dress at this shop.

Worst Experience

I was referred to go to the Wedding Shoppe so I made an appointment online which was fairly easy. I spoke to Pattie via email and phone and she seemed very nice and I was really looking forward to the appointment. Overall, however, from the moment we got there it was a horrible experience- Donna did not help clip the dress or anything and most of the time I was left making my own “tweaks” just to see how the dress should really look on me. She got mad whenever I said I didn’t like something - was not attentive at all to us and the place didn’t even have shoes (where the other salons I went to had- I did bring my own shoes but it was just very uninviting) My experience as well was that the high end designers they carried that I wanted to try on they only had the cheapest options from. I understand with samples they are going to get dirty and rip but this was next level. The dresses were in terrible condition. I read too somewhere about how they felt like a Pretty Woman moment- which is exactly how I felt - like I wanted to come in with my receipt from another store say big mistake and leave. Worst shopping experience of my life.

Went to look for bridesmaid dresses with girls who are all different shapes and sizes so we were just looking for something similar. The consultant who helped us was nice, but her own hair and clothes were nothing short of bizarre. And when my size 14 body wouldn't fit into any of the size 8 or 10 dresses they had, she suggested I just put the smaller dress on and hold the top up. She didn't seem to understand the idea that it was too small. And no mention was made of larger sizes being available anywhere in the store. We also shopped around and found that not only was their selection not up to par if you're more than a size 8, they were very pricey compared to other shops in the area.

If you are looking for a pleasant bridal experience, take your business elsewhere! These kind of moments should be fun for you, family and friends, and this place made us feel the complete opposite of that. We were there are Saturday 1/20 and were very rushed (we were there for maybe 30 minutes when we had an hour scheduled) and it was made very clear by the woman "helping" us that she'd rather be doing anything else. I could not believe the amount of rudeness and flat our disrespect she showed to us. I didn't catch her name (because she didn't introduce herself) but she was older and had short blonde hair. I didn't care if we had found the world's best dress, there was ZERO chance I was giving money to a business that conducts themselves in this manner and treats their customers poor at best. Again, if you're looking for, what should be, a fun and exciting day with your family and friends dress shopping, stay away from this place!
