Cute chairs!

Beautiful chairs! Quick set up and breakdown. No complaints. Keep in mind theythe have a minimum for orders and sometimes they have discounts during certain parts of the year.

Elegant and dreamy!

Love the team at The Wedding Linen Co.!

To be honest, I only really went with them because they're the only linen company I contacted that had the color sashes I wanted (dark green). Price point was about the same as other companies, but you could tell they are extremely professional in their communication and brand compared to others. Their website makes you feel like they have everything you need for the elegant and dreamy wedding you want!

I made an appointment to see their showroom and they had great advice in helping me choose the right linens for my event. Whenever I made a small change afterwards through email, like second guessing my choice of linens, they were fast and eager to send me photos of their products and change my order when I wanted. I also had my wedding at Hale Koa and that venue has a shorter set-up window than others, but they are used to it and made sure everything was ready by the time needed. I definitely recommend them and would love to work with them again for other events!

Fantastic Service

I had a great experience with wedding linen company. I really had no idea that I needed better linens, and that ivory could really elevate the look of the reception area. We ordered floor length linens for the tables, gold chivari chairs, and specialty linens for our sweetheart table. They took time speaking with us during the consultation as we looked at all of the various options at their office, and helped us make a decision. Throughout the process, they were very responsive to any changes to our guest count. Overall, I highly recommend hiring them!

Thanks to the team at the Wedding Linen Company! We rented chair covers, pipe and draping, and up lighting and were pleased with the overall look. The WLC team were responsive to my questions and emails and worked with us to accommodate our budget. They were reliable and professional, and working with them was hassle-free.

The Wedding Linen Company was an amazing company to have at our wedding. I first found out about them through the Bridal Expo and fell in love with their work. I emailed them and soon after, we were able to schedule a meeting to see the different types of linen they had to offer. My husband and I went to their office and met with Paulette, however our appointment was not noted as scheduled. Nonetheless, she was able to sit down with us and we were able to pick out the type of linen we wanted for our wedding. She came up with a contract and I provided my initial payment. Throughout the planning process, the company was very thorough and flexible with any changes that needed to be made. On the day of, their team arrived on time to set up the reception area. When I first saw the ballroom, I was amazed at how BEAUTIFUL the linens turned out and it was breathtaking to see how they transformed the ballroom. I HIGHLY recommend the Wedding Linen Company to all of my family and friends.

Malia and Khandis are very personable and respond quickly to emails. I was very pleased with the pipe and drape services and other rentals. They were on-time with set-up and clean-up and very professional.

We are the RUBIOs and tied the knot on July 22nd, 2017. We hired The Wedding Linen Company for pipe & drape, linen/chair covers and sash, cake table cover, and uplighting. We love Malia and her entire team! Our wedding reception at the Honolulu Country Club was so beautiful, we are so happy with the appearance of our reception. Malia and her team covered 375 chairs including a head table for 12 and also lite the room with 10 uplighting lights. Our wedding guest were amazed every single chair was lined which really set the mood for the rest of the evening. We are so glad we hired The Wedding Linen Company!

Must, must, MUUUUSTTTTT book! They were a breath of fresh air when planning our destination wedding. Malia and Kandis were so quick to respond to all our bajillion questions and they even threw in suggestions out there in terms of what would complement which linens we chose. Also having not seen any product up front up until the wedding, we were a little worried but right when we walked into our reception room, we were sooooo amazed with how everything looked! We had a head count of 117 guests and we rented chiavari chairs, overlays, runners, matte napkins, and the uplighting from them and everything was as we'd hoped and imagined! Also, we had tons of last minute changes in terms of head count and arrangements per table that even I was starting to get lost but they were on it the entire time! They were perfect...if we had to re-do our wedding, we'd choose The Wedding Linen Company over and over again!

The Wedding Linen Co. was beyond the best at what they do. We found them at a wedding expo and fell in love with their beautiful display of table linens, backdrop decor and chiavalri chairs. It was a pleasure working with both Malia and Kandis. I met with Malia to take a look at the different types of linens they had on hand. She had asked me what my theme is, colors are, and how my floral arrangements will be. I even showed her our invitation, just so she can see the look I was going for. She nailed it! she was able to help me choose the perfect color for the linens used at the reception guest tables as well as cake table and our head table. They also provided us with beautiful chiavalri chairs. I do suggest, if its in your budget, change out all your banquet chairs and use chiavalri chairs. It adds so much more to your reception and makes it look so much more elegant. You don't even have to put chair covers on them because the chairs are so beautifully designed. The Wedding Linen Co. has a variety of chairs to chose from that can suit any event =) and they provide it at a good price. It was a pleasure working with Malia and Kandis, they are both so pleasant as nice and always gets back to you asap regarding any questions. Their prices are all so reasonable as well, don't just settle for plain linens that your venue offers, go for linens that fit your wedding day decor, go with the wedding linen co. They will help you decide whats best and give you suggestions. Malia also helped me choose what color uplighting to use at the reception. And again the color she suggested was perfect. Malia works close with the other vendors as well, especially with the florist. They will guide you along the way to make sure the decisions you make when it comes to the small details will make your vision and idea a beautiful reality. Although they work behind the scenes, they deliver, set-up and break down at the end. They truly are the best at what they do! =)

From the very start, Kandis and Malia were amazing, they were attentive, flexible and just all around good people. They listened to us as we described what we wanted our reception to look like. And they literally turned our dreams into reality! We were pleased by how many guests came up to us to compliment the decor of the room! We wanted something very clean and simple with just a tiny hint of sparkle, and the wedding linen company definitely delivered and then some!! Thank you WLC TEAM!! They were the best! We would totally recommend The Wedding Linen Co to other couples. Malia and Kandis were so helpful and responsive. They were super flexible and accommodated my changing ideas in coloring and last minute table add ons. The linens really brought out my autumn theme and pulled the room together. Email them!

The Wedding Linen Company is top notch!
From their very responsive and knowledgable staff, to their super cute and beautifully designed showroom/office, and also the wide range of linen and chair options, it was a no brainer to book with this company.
They provided the mahogany chiavari chairs, linens for our cocktail tables, guest tables, and sweetheart tables (along with pinning), and napkins for our event and it could not have turned out more beautiful! They even special ordered chiffon runners for some farm tables used at our event that were gorgeous!
Their level of service and execution was impeccable, including very timely pick up/clean up of items that was done so respectfully so that while our guests never felt rushed out of the event, everything was cleaned up within the timeframe allotted to us by the venue.
I cannot recommend The Wedding Linen Company enough for anyone in need of their services. You will not be disappointed. :)

Malia is very responsive over email and phone. I was planning the wedding remotely so had to describe what I wanted via email (which i'm not the greatest at) but she understood what I wanted. She even sent me some pictures to confirm that it was what I wanted which helps because again, trying to plan decor through email can be hard to visualize. Right before the wedding, she is prompt about confirming if there are any changes, setup/breakdown time, etc. We loved how the reception ballroom looked that night, she totally nailed it.

Working with Malia was great. She was very responsive to all my emails and also gave me great suggestions and ideas. I showed her a picture of what I wanted our sweetheart table to look like and she made it come to life at our wedding. It looked beautiful!

I also rented their chaivari chairs, and I was really hesitant to do so, but I got a great deal on a flash sale so I immediately booked...be on the lookout for those!

I had the unique experience of being a wedding planner professionally for several years and THEN being a bride. From the minute we were engaged I knew it was an absolute MUST to have The Wedding Linen Company supply the linens, runners and sashes for our wedding day. They are one of the first recommendations I make to all of my clients to complete their wedding vision and without a doubt in my mind, I knew they would bring my wedding vision to life.

They are hands down the best linen supplier across all the islands. The quality of their linens is undeniable and their service is top notch. They take such great care of their inventory and I've never had to worry when it comes to their team. They have one of the fastest response times of all of my vendors and they truly make you feel taken care of on the wedding day.

Our meeting with The Wedding Linen Company was such a treat. They have a show room where you can play around with the different linens to see what is the best fit. Kandis made the selection process a smooth one in being thorough with showing us their inventory. They are always honest in sharing their opinions and helping you to feel confident in your choices.

Malia is such a professional - they followed up with me to finalize details prior to the wedding whereas other vendors I had to initiate. Their pricing is straight forward and the quality is great. So happy we booked the Wedding Linen Company. Try to use them for multiple items; used them for chairs and uplighting and everything was wonderful.

The Wedding Linen Company did a fabulous job at my wedding! I walked into the ballroom and everything looked exactly the way I pictured it in my head. They provided all the linen from our napkins, chair covers, and they provided the decorations for our sweetheart tables. Kandis was super helpful and easy to work with. We got a lot of compliments on their design for our sweetheart table. The Love sign behind us was a beautiful touch.

We got our head table and cake table linens as well as draping from Wedding Linen Company. I primarily worked with Kandis but the entire staff were very friendly and responsive. They were knowledgeable about our venue and experienced with their protocols. Would highly recommend them.

The Wedding Linen Company was a joy to work with. We rented chairs and cake table and head table linens from them. They were responsive and sweet and their showroom was a great place to visit to gather ideas. They even had the linens our venue was using so we could stage our table it would be on the day of our wedding. Also, they were familiar with our venue so they could give advice on what would make the event more memorable and impactful.

Malia & Kandis were very easy to work with. It's best to visit their office to see the various linens, chairs, napkins and lounge furniture that they have available. I am a visual person and it was a lot easier to put together the linen choices by actually setting a round table they had available in their office...even their centerpiece that they had came in handy. Very responsive to emails and calls. Usually responding within 1 day. Also very flexible in regards to changes and updates as it got closer to my wedding date. They also have discounts through the year on their rentals; which I took advantage of for their lounge furniture (I didn't originally intend on having this but after reviewing the discount it worked well with my cocktail hour / reception for extra seating). Overall highly recommend this vendor for your rentals of linens, chairs, lounge furniture and they also offer lighting & draping services.

I met the Wedding Linen Company at the Hawaii Bridal Expo. I really liked what they had and was very interested in the chair seat covers and the lounge chairs. I contacted them and booked them within a few days after I met them. The contract was very clear. They also were very accommodating. Deliver and set up went well. My reception was beautiful. I would use them for other parties.

Malia & Kandis were a pleasure to work with :) We had Chair covers and Tiffany blue sashes for the chairs and also napkins rented from them for our wedding. Pricing was reasonable and set up was completed just as requested. The product was just lovely and looked spectacular in the reception room! The Wedding Linen Company was great--they had a great selection that matched my price range and were really helpful in matching colors that best suited my wedding scheme. I also didn't realize how much of a difference linens could make! I think they really tied together the elegant look that my husband and I were going for. We initially didn't think about getting chair covers, table covers, etc., but when we saw how it elevated our reception, we're glad we went with the Wedding Linen Company!

The Wedding Linen Company is a great company to go through if you want beautiful décor for your wedding. I was first introduced to them when I attended a wedding/bridal expo at the Koolau ballroons, when they used to be known as Chair cover express. Their decorations were beautiful and at such an affordable price. I had meetings with several companies to look over their linen and check out their options but The Wedding Linen Co won me over because of their customer service and their ability to respond quickly to requests.
Kandis was my main contact from the company and she was a great help. Before I made any decisions on colors and textures, I first went to their warehouse to look at all their different options. I was looking for table linen, chair sashes, and up lighting. I had an idea of what I wanted so when they brought out something I liked, I went ahead and picked it. I did make changes as the wedding day came closer and Kandis went ahead and made all those changes for me.
The day of the wedding, I was impressed at how our reception ballroom turned out. It was absolutely beautiful! Color scheme and atmosphere was everything I imagined - a very soft and romantic feel. The canopy for our sweetheart table was absolutely beautiful – this is what I was looking forward to the most. With all the decorations and flowers (done by another vendor), they exceeded my expectations. Thank you TWLC for being part of making my wedding day beautiful!

Kandis was so easy to work with! She responds promptly to questions and her recommendations and advices were easy to follow. Because my wedding does not meet their minimum count, I had to setup my own chair covers and sashes. I was worried but Kandis showed me how to do it when I visited their location. She also explains the flow and effect of different fabrics. All in all, a pleasure to work with!

The Wedding Linen Company provided my wedding with my dessert tablecloth, pink cloth napkins, and our gold sequins tablecloth for the sweetheart table. They looked exceptional and definitely stuck out from the rest of the guest tables! They were easy to work with and very professional. I would definitely recommend again!

Where do I begin? First of all let me say this is the groom that's providing this review. I guess it's only right for me to provide this review since I was the one that had the most contact with Chair Cover Express Hawaii now known as the Wedding Linen Company. For this review I'll simply refer to them as Chair Cover Express since that's what I've known them as. Chair Cover Express basically has two wonderful people there Malia and Kandis. Kandis was such a pleasure and wonderful person to work with. From the beginning she was patient, understood our needs, and just very thorough in everything she did. She answered all of our questions and provided us with ample examples and photographs to help make our decision making process that much easier.

Of all the things that went into making our wedding what it was, dealing with Chair Cover Express was the least stressful of them all. Again, this had everything to do with the way Kandis handled everything and made it so easy for us to decide on what we wanted and the colors selection. On our wedding day we've had nothing but awesome compliments from our guests. Everything was set up so beautifully I could not have asked for anything more and there was nothing that I would have changed. We pretty much had everything, from the chair covers, to the sashes, to the table covers, the table runners, the uplighting, and the pipe and draping. We are so glad that we went with Chair Cover Express. If we had to do it again we would definitely go with them again! For those of you about to get married I highly recommend Chair Cover Express and I highly recommend the uplighting and pipe and draping. Those two things made such a huge impact and difference on the entire setting. It just created a feeling of elegance and class, just like Chair Cover Express Hawaii aka the Wedding Linen Company! Having a destination wedding, the one thing that is extremely important is the person's responsiveness. Malia made me feel at ease about the entire process. I rented the beautiful gold chiavari chairs for my venue and it gave an elegant and classic touch to my wedding. So the quality of the rentals were superb and the quality of service was exceptional. This was one of the few vendors I had least stress over (which is huge when planning a wedding!)

Kandis & Malia were great. Malia was very prompt in returning our inquiry and setting up an appointment. Kandis was very helpful and patient with us as we tried to figure out what specific colors we wanted everything to be. They also gave us some suggestions for other vendors that they have worked with that we were in need of booking.

They setup everything on time and it looked great. The team also showed up on time after the reception to take everything down and helped us move some things that were still on the tables.

Absolutely loved Chair Cover Express!!! They made our night look so elegant and beautiful! Compared to other weddings I've been to, the ties to the chair stayed on the entire night. Definitely worth every penny. Make sure you see them @ the Wedding Expos. I know they give a great discount!

Chair Cover Express Hawaii had a great selection to choose from and was very professional and easy to work with. We were also able to do some last minute changes with no problem at all. We would definitely recommend obtaining your wedding table and chair cover needs from them.

Malia and her team at Chair Cover Express Hawaii were beyond amazing. At the last minute, I wanted to change my initial plans for the linens and chair covers at my wedding and she may the change happen smoothly and without worry for me. She really listened to what we wanted and executed it perfectly. I was completely speechless when I walked into the ballroom of my wedding reception. Kandis and Malia are beyond amazing!! Thank You for answering all my questions and for helping out. The event was beautiful with the chair covers and sashes. It added that final touch to the whole setup ;) This was the best deal I found anywhere throughout the US basically...and being able to actually have there own people in Hawaii to setup and take down was a PLUS :) We had 3hrs between ceremony to setup for reception...traffic took some of our time since we drove from Koolina to Waikiki, when we arrived to Tikis??!!...chairs all covered and oh it looked so BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! and ofcourse took some weight off our shoulders :) Thank you again for your great service...

Malia and crew from Chair Cover Express was able to transform a large empty room into a beautiful sight to behold under very unusual circumstances. Advised within just 40 hours of our wedding reception that the venue would not be open due to impending dual hurricanes, with 58 members of family and guests flown to Hawaii for the occasion, stress is an understatement. Yet, despite not having access to the room until 2 hours on a day ahead of the scheduled reception was able to do her artistic magic and the results were amazingly beautiful, complete with backdrop for musicians and colorful uplighting as well. The chairs and tables were beautifully draped with color coordinating trim that highlighted the entire area. Guests were oooohing and aaaahing throughout the evening over the transformation. Malia and her company were flexible beyond expectations, reliable, professional, and worth every dollar spent. With her artistic genius our photographer and guests with iPhones have beautiful photos to remember a very special evening. MAHALO to Malia.

Malia at Chair Cover Express is so awesome to work with!!! It really makes the wedding planning stress-free when you get to work with great vendors. My friend told me that Chair Cover Express has pretty reasonable pricing so I contacted Malia to set up a consultation. She has a very cute showroom in Halawa that was very convenient for us. At the showroom, she has on display a bunch of her linens and sashes--- it was so helpful to see it all in person!

When you meet with Malia, you instantly feel comfortable and you can tell that she loves what she does. She asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and an estimated count and was able to work up a quote during my consult—loved that! We booked her because we knew we’d be in good hands.

The month leading up to the wedding we had a few changes/additions along the way and she was also so helpful. I loved how she even helped me brainstorm ideas for the church decorations and head table—she was always willing to offer some advice and I truly appreciated that!

The day of the wedding—everything looked perfect! I loved the chair covers/sashes, head table draping and cake table draping. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and family for their future events/weddings. Thank you, Malia!

Malia from Chair Cover Express Hawaii was a wonderful vendor to work with for our wedding. She is personable, sweet, accommodating, communicates well (i.e. responsive to email), and I HIGHLY recommend her for wedding linens & décor for your wedding or special event. You won't be disappointed!! Not only does she puts out the best quality in her work, but also provides quality chair covers, table linen, up lighting and more at a reasonable price.

When I met with Malia at her showroom, I was impressed with the quality of her linens and was happy with her suggestions. Malia provided our linens for our parents’ tables, table runners, head table, cake table, and our head table back drop. My husband & I loved the final outcome of our wedding. Her linens are so beautiful, and look and feel luxurious. It was beautiful! We could not have asked for anything more!!!

Malia also made time to meet and was very responsive over email and phone. And right before the wedding, she corresponded to confirm if there were any changes to the previously agreed upon contract. There was no uncertainty that she was reliable and trustworthy.

Quality rentals

The linens are of high quality with no imperfections. They have a bunch of options for specialty linen and chair arrangements that are of high quality. The linen/chair rentals we used helped to elevate the look of our reception! They do have a showroom so you are able to touch the fabrics and can do table mock ups with the linen (super helpful). They are super responsive to emails/calls (their office is only open M-F).

I was hesitant to rent linens and furniture due to the cost but I am SO glad we went to The Wedding Linen Company. Their showroom is gorgeous and their staff are wonderful. We rented white linens for our tables and selected assorted napkins which made our tables look amazing on the night. We also ended up renting some additional lounges and cocktails tables too which ended up being a great idea and let the guests relax and enjoy the atmosphere in comfort. We used the Wedding Linen Co to rent table linens and chairs for our wedding at Halekulani. They transformed the space into something amazing, we loved it! The company was super easy to work with even when I had last minute quantity changes, and their chairs and linens are of a high quality. Highly recommended to anyone getting married in Oahu.

Me and my husband booked them for their amazing chiavari chairs and uplighting. They had a good package price for their uplighting and there are not many vendors in Oahu that rent out chiavari chairs. In general, they were very friendly, supportive, and communicative from the very beginning of our wedding planning. They have great linen that are in a reasonable price range as well. Definitely worth booking for your wedding.

they provided me with the information I needed nothing that overwhelmed me. Too much info can be a lot to swallow planning a wedding. The ladies of Wedding Linen Co were very responsive, flexible and professional. Their office is central and easy to get to. They accommodate visual samples in office to give you an idea of what things will look like. I’m a visual person. Very accommodating as my numbers kept fluctuating. I would recommend them to any bride with any sized event. They made it such an easy process.

I used the company for my chair covers and sashes. I had to pick them up and drop them which was a 20 minute ride outside of honolulu in aiea. They were ok for the chairs they didnt have the right type of chair cover but they turned out nice.
