  Lifesavers

  I cannot say enough good things about Carolyn and Adria. We live in Kansas City but got married in Eureka Springs, and even though we had a small wedding, we knew we'd need someone to help us plan and coordinate along the way and also day of. We couldn't have made a better choice with these two. They were SO easy to work with, provided many suggestions, and made our day of run flawlessly. We had a series of unfortunate events in the months leading up to our wedding resulting in us needing to adjust our budget, and these two were immediately on top of it to adjust and make sure we still had a wedding we loved while also assuring me everything was going to be ok. Their ability to plan, coordinate, and follow through is amazing, and every vendor they referred us to knocked it out of the park. Communication with them was so easy and I always felt like we were a priority. We've had nothing but complements on our wedding and honestly it's all thanks to Carolyn and Adria. Thank you ladies for everything!!

  Fantastic , wonderful

  These ladies were top notch and made our wedding a fairytale!!! Attention to detail is an understatement...kept everything running smoothly! Enjoyed the whole experience!!

  Amazing and stress-free experience!

  There are not enough stars in the world to express how amazing Carolyn and Adria were with planning my wedding. They were professional, kind, understanding, and made my day enjoyable and completely stress free. My wedding was planned in a relatively short amount of time (4 months) and they were on top of everything down to the last detail. My favorite part about working with these ladies was the amount of time they gave me through both texts and emails, which really helped to ease the stress of planning from our first conversation to the last. I met with them in person several times throughout the planning process and it was awesome to have their help with things like the florist, layout, etc. My day was beyond perfect and I have these ladies to thank for it. I HIGHLY recommend these ladies! Thank you Carolyn and Adria!!!

  Carolyn and her team were prepared and 100% on top of things throughout our planning experience! Extremely experienced and knowledgeable about the wedding industry, they gave us plenty of suggestions and advice to have a successful wedding. They not only made our planning experience and wedding day easy, but went above and beyond making it beautiful and everything we wanted. Our guests gave us tons of compliments on the party, and we could not have done it without the expertise that The Wedding Lady provided. They are personable and friendly which was very important to us. We highly recommend The Wedding Lady if you want a trustworthy and fun wedding planning experience!!

  As someone who used to believe that I could plan and handle all of my wedding details on my own, I am so thankful that we reached out to The Wedding Lady. Carolyn and her team made such a positive difference in our planning experience, as well as the day of the wedding! It was so nice to be able to lean on her experience and expertise while making decisions throughout the planning process. She provided helpful suggestions and insights that we wouldn't have otherwise known. On the big day, Carolyn coordinated between all of our vendors, handled all of the decorating, and kept us perfectly on schedule throughout the evening.   Just to start out, Carolyn was hands down the best wedding-value-per-dollar investment we made in the entire process. Full stop.
  
  We hired her to help us early on in the planning process, and here were a few of the early-on contributions: venue selection (our original fell through, and one of her recs was the perfect place...we also had another in mind that she helped veto, which was also 100% the right decision in hindsight, which as first-time planners we don't have), decision making w.r.t. decor (especially if you have kind of a hodgepodge of decorations that you'd like to use), and lots of random emails/texts helping us stay on the path toward our original vision.
  
  Later on, she helped with getting vendors in line, the day-of schedule (along with our photographer), social media presence (our guests already had the hashtag showing up in their searches from her initial posts) and advised us in how to talk to vendors. This is particularly important, as some people might take advantage of you if you don't know what's up going into the process.
  
  Finally, day-of. Holy moly this was probably my (groom's perspective) favorite part of the full Carolyn experience. I was only at the venue for about an hour with some friends helping with chairs, and she and her crew set up our decorative vision (with some of her much-appreciated flair) while we went and relaxed. Throughout the evening, everything (and I mean everything) went extremely smoothly (I think we got off schedule about 12 minutes, and that was due to circumstances outside of her control).
  
  Many of our guests complemented us with how the evening went (smoothness, decor, food, booze quality, fun bartenders, awesome band, etc.), and Carolyn was integral to that vision. Hire her.

  My wedding was extremely detailed and had a huge guest count. Carolyn and her team worked so hard and it was gorgeous. She helped me with all the things that I had not thought of, as well as contacted and handled all the vendors. My family loved working with her. She really is great!!

  We hired Carolyn as both the coordinator and florist for our daughter's wedding on 4/28/18.
  After meeting with her a year before the wedding, we knew that she understood the rustic elegance my daughter was looking to create for the chapel ceremony and stable reception of the venue. With my daughter living in a different state, we then worked together online to stay in touch and update each other with ideas and pictures to make my daughter's ideal wedding come to life. The flowers were beautiful and the evening flowed smoothly without any issues. We've received countless compliments on how beautiful the venue looked. In addition, most of our guests were out-of-state family members who flew across the country for the wedding. We wanted to be able to spend time with our families, so it was nice knowing there were no details to worry about, and Carolyn was there to make sure we stayed on schedule with our timeline during the reception. What a relief... the evening was a huge success!

  The most important thing we could about Carolyn to ANY NWA Bride-to-be is this: HIRE HER - NOW! You will look back on it as the best wedding planning decision you ever made. She and her husband Lee became not only my favorite people ever during my planning process, but people my husband, myself, & our parents and all now consider our dear friends. Carolyn’s calming, sweet, and detail-oriented nature and understanding motivation any time we experienced the inevitable “wedding freak-out” always managed to put my “hot mess” bridal stress at bay. She worked nothing short of miracles to get every last thing we wanted and stayed within our tight budget, dealt with a variety of strong personalities in my family trying to interject their own ideas while staying true to what she knew my vision was, used her amazing contacts to remedy a very last minute catering catastrophe, met with me for more hours than oncan count, went above and beyond what we originally agreed on by ordering and arranging all the flowers for our rehearsal dinner herself the day before when my now mother-in-law didn’t have any decor planned, and was an absolute gem about it all. My wedding was better than any vision I’d had for it because of her hard work - it was classy, elegant... just PERFECT. I will be eternally grateful for the wedding and memories she created for us. The best part was this bride had zero stress and was able to totally enjoy my big day with all of our family and friends, all because Carolyn worked tirelessly behind the scenes coordinating the timing, set up, and every last detail without one hiccup. We cannot thank her and her husband Lee - who also stepped up at the very last minute to be our officiant AND our DJ, and created the most beautiful ceremony and most fun playlist ever ... they are simply amazing people and worth 50 times the low costs she charges for her services. We can’t say enough about how thankful we are and how much we adore this talented woman!

  Mrs. Carolyn did an amazing job on all of our decorations for my wedding! She goes above and beyond to ensure you are getting exactly what you want, even if you have no idea what that may be! She takes extra time to address the smallest details that I never would have thought of. My bouquet was simply gorgeous and it was my favorite piece of the entire event. Thank you, Carolyn!

Using my grandmother's antique cut glass pieces for the floral containers, Carolyn designed each arrangement to custom shape and size. Her attention to detail made every table unique and gorgeous. She also suggested ways to help make our event go more smoothly. Thank goodness she was there to help this groom mom through the planning and presentation. Highly recommended!

  If you are looking for someone who will be there for you every step of the wedding planning process, The Wedding Lady is the person you need! I was never a bride who really had a vision or any idea really of what I wanted my wedding to be like. Carolyn advised me and guided me the whole way and I could not be more grateful to her. When we first met, she told me I could call her or text her anytime with questions and that was a lifesaver! I would get ideas and random times throughout the day and just text her and she would always be quick to reply. She took care of all the little details that I never even thought about!!

  If you are looking for the best wedding coordinator in town look no further because The Wedding Lady is it! Carolyn Lee is a dream maker! I reached out to Carolyn with only a month to go before my big day and she helped us to make our dream wedding come true. She and her wonderful assistant Cindy made sure every last detail was flawless from coordinating all the vendors to arranging masterful floral centerpieces.   We cannot thank Carolyn and her husband Lee for being the best team we could have imagined for our wedding. Not only did Carolyn help us plan our wedding in 3 months, but she also did all the beautiful flowers and made sure everything we had envisioned was carried out for our special day. Her husband Lee was our officiant and DJ, and even though they must have been exhausted by the busy day (they did SO MUCH!), they didn't show it at all! We highly recommend them for any wedding/planning/floral needs. Our wedding day was perfect (even with the rain!), and it was all thanks to Carolyn and Lee.

  Carolyn made our wedding day a breeze! Those are the words every bride wants to hear! The day went so smooth and I never had to lift a finger. She spent WEEKS trying to find succulents for my bouquet while working within our budget, and just when I had decided I would be ok without them, she surprised me on my wedding day with the most beautiful succulents!
  Overall, Carolyn met with me, my mother, and my now husband multiple times before the wedding and she made countless trips to both our reception site and ceremony site to make sure my ideas could become reality! She probably pinned more to my Pinterest page than I did! As a student in the middle of completing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, I can honestly say my wedding would not have been possible without her. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for The Wedding Lady!

  I HIGHLY recommend using The Wedding Lady, Carolyn Lee to coordinate and plan your wedding. Matt and I's wedding would not be the same without her! Carolyn made everything so smooth and easy throughout the planning process, I was able to just enjoy being engaged. She takes time to go through every aspect of your wedding down to the very smallest detail to make your dream wedding a reality.

  My fiancé and I were on a fairly low budget, and we knew we wanted a casual, party atmosphere rather than a formal reception. However, we did not know how to make it all happen on the wedding day, while still allowing ourselves and our families the free time to enjoy the wedding without stressful duties.
  I contacted several coordinators, but after comparing services and prices, we went with Carolyn. She told us that she could be the person to handle the “day of” tasks such as coordinating with vendors, making sure rentals and food got delivered on time and set up, decorating the reception venue, and anything else we might need that day. Basically she would be there to make sure the wedding and reception ran smoothly, so that we wouldn’t have to worry about anything else besides celebrating with our friends and family. This is exactly what I needed, and Carolyn delivered on all of her promises! I was able to talk back and forth with her and share ideas during the months leading up to the wedding via text, email, and Pinterest, and we also met a few times in person to sort through the details and make sure everyone was on the same page.
  Carolyn also did our flowers (bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, table arrangements) and they looked so beautiful!
  Carolyn’s husband Lee was also a part of our wedding, as he ran the sound system for us and played all the music we selected for the ceremony and reception. Everyone had a blast on the dance floor thanks to Lee! For those working with Carolyn on a tighter budget, I would definitely recommend skipping the expensive DJ and simply having Lee play music you love!
  Overall, Carolyn was great to work with, and honestly worth every penny. Even if you’re on a smaller budget like we were, the stress relief alone makes paying a coordinator well worth it! Carolyn is professional, kind, and hard-working, and we couldn’t be more appreciative. I would highly recommend The Wedding Lady to anyone!

  It was truly a beautiful day in every respect. My daughter and her new groom were ecstatic, all family and friends enjoyed every moment. The Wedding Lady made it all happen even more perfectly than we could have imagined. If I had it to do all over again, I would choose the WeddingLadyNWA!

  At the beginning of the wedding planning, we had no idea that it would be so involved to plan a wedding outside... Seems pretty simple when you first get the brainstorm!!
  
  We were very fortunate to have had Carolyn suggested to us by a mutual acquaintance. Carolyn came to our property, numerous times to discuss layouts, rental items, and numerous details that had not been thought of previously. I am notorious for procrastinating… And Carolyn continued to guide and prod me along with phone calls, texts, and numerous meetings. Which was really necessary!! Lol. There is so much work involved, it was almost overwhelming had it not been for Carolyn and her knowledge and experience with wedding planning, and the follow through with it all.
  
  Our property was transformed from a mowed field, into a beautiful wedding site, with the lights, and the tents, food, cakes, a bar with bartender, the band, photo booth, and a fire pit.. It was so very pretty, and on the actual wedding day, and there was nothing we had to stress over, because Carolyn, and Adriana were in charge! She took care of all the deliveries, the set up, the timeline of events, and even the cleanup.
  
  Thank you Carolyn for all of your hard work, We thought it was a great success, and I think everyone that attended thought so too!!
