  The best wedding planner ever!

  If you're planning to get married, the first thing you should do is to hire a wedding planner - this is the line we read all over Internet when we were looking for the wedding ideas.
  As we wanted the destination wedding, we started looking for a planner. We sent many e-mails to different sides, but Dash really outshined everyone. We just sent her a simple question, and soon we knew everything we wanted and more. She was transparent, clear and professional.
  After our first Zoom meeting we knew we wanted her to organize our special day.
  We were particullary worried about the paperwork, but Dash and her team made it all go smoothly. She booked every single apointment in different cities and we finished it all in a shortest period possible.
  She helped us choose the venue, went there alone and filmed us everything, like we were actually in the spot. She gave us the best ideas and connected us with the most amazing people.
  On the wedding day, she came earlier to prepare every single detail. It was raining all day long, and it made us change our plans for outdoor wedding. She just handled everything, made compromises and made deals with everyone included. We hadn't even had a chance to stress about it, she just made it happen, and it was more beautiful than we had ever imagined.
  We will never be able to stop talking about the kindness, hospitality and treatment we had. We would do it just like that a thousand times more.
  We are forever grateful for meeting this beautiful lady.

  Wonderful!!!

  So wonderful!

  Dashiell is everything I was looking for in a wedding planner! Since I live in the US and our wedding was in Italy she took care of every last detail without a fuss. She coordinated not only the wedding day, but also the events surrounding as well as travel for our guests! I can’t say enough about how amazing she is and what hard work she put into making our day perfect. Even when there was a sudden storm she didn’t panic and made sure all the necessary arrangements were taken care of so we could keep enjoying our special day without stress. I’m so grateful we found her!!! :)

  Our Experience with Dash

  Chris and I had the honor to work with Dashiell - The Wedding Knot. When we started our journey to plan our dream destination wedding in Italy I emailed at least 20 different wedding planners to find the perfect one. We chose Dashiell because she was so genuine, personable and really seemed to care about having our vision come true even before meeting her in person. When we met her in Italy in October of 2019 she took the time to plan our stay, showed us venues, and other vendors like hair and make up. She stayed with us for every venue walk through and even through my make-up and hair trial! Dashiell took the time to help pick the perfect place while also respecting our budget. I knew then I was in the right hands and had nothing to worry about! A few months after planning Covid happened which created a new challenge for everyone. Dashiell was flexible and kept in touch with many facetime calls and chats without any hesitation to answer all questions. She was positive and even when I lost all hope and almost called the wedding off she refused to let anything ruin our dream wedding. She took the time to check in on us and make sure we were ok too! She even sent the cutest christmas card with her son : ) Fast forward 2 years, postponing the wedding 3 times, and the challenges with vendors that come along with the pandemic we finally made it to Italy for our dream wedding. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was not left out and even helped plan our week with the family so it was perfect. She knew our vision and I could trust her with creating it. Even the day of my sister and mother commented “wow she really knows what you want”. By the end of my wedding day my face muscles hurt from smiling so much haha. Thank you Dashiell for helping our dreams come true! Not only did you help us plan our dream wedding but we also gained a friend : )

  We can't thank Dashiell enough for perfectly translating our wedding envision!

  Dashiell has been one of our fave PROS because she had the capacity of listening and putting into action our wishes and desires. From the very beginning of our first call, she showed us good relationship skills. We were looking for a person who would be able to assist us throughout the entire wedding planning process being in the States and for us it was really important to maximize our time and arrive on the day of without setbacks and stress. Everything went very smooth and the vendors she had suggested turned our wedding into a fun and memorable moment! Our family and friends have a really great time and we will always cherish these memories in our hearts! Thank you Dash!

  Best investment we made for our wedding in Italy

  We looked at a lot of different options when deciding who we would use for our wedding vendors, and this was actually one of the hardest ones to make. We are both very organized and thought that we were probably capable of planning the wedding on our own (this is how we approach our "normal" international travel, and it's always served us well). Since this was our wedding, we decided to take advantage of a planner/coordinator as a "luxury" that we were allowing ourselves for this special occasion. We had no idea that hiring Dash would easily be the best money we spent on the entire trip. It was fun to work on our first round of planning this wedding, and we discovered just how valuable it was to have someone "on the ground" in Italy to scope out venues and find other vendors to fit our needs. Dash was helpful in finding great options for us that we would not have been able to find on our own, despite our penchant for researching and planning trips. We had just about everything planned before Covid hit, and to make a long story short, we ended up re-planned this wedding several times as the world was continually updating travel policies and adjusting to the pandemic - each time with Dash's unwavering help. Actually, not just Dash's help... also her moral support, optimism, and great attitude about how wonderful our wedding would be once we finally got to Italy. I honestly don't know how we would have gotten through all of this without her, and she was the reason we were able to stick with our plans and finally have our dream wedding in Tuscany.
  Dash is just wonderful, and that's enough of a reason to hire her. But there are a few other things that make her really, really, really good at what she does. The first is her command of the English language. While it's not usually difficult to find people who speak English, Dash's English is seriously impressive for someone who is not a native speaker. With some of our other vendors, we found ourselves trying to simplify what we were saying to make sure they could understand us. This was never an issue with Dash, even when using colloquial phrases that most non-native speakers wouldn't know. I'm not sure if I can over-emphasize how important this was when we were trying to communicate with others. Especially for our photographs, when we were trying to give more nuanced descriptions of what we wanted the photographer to capture, Dash was there to translate flawlessly. She's also masterful at being both kind and demanding - and always at the right moment. There were times when she needed to get OUR butts moving on something, and her communication of that was always effective without being mean. And when anything didn't go right with one of our other vendors, she was there to make sure that they fixed everything. Those were just some of the moments when hiring Dash paid for itself. She also negotiated with our vendors and saved us a TON of money based on what we were originally going to spend.
  Outside of the planning - which was excellent - Dash was just fun to be around. I can tell you that we liked her so much that we wanted to make sure that she was part of our photography session. And when all of our wedding activities were over, and we had moved on to the remainder of our travels around Italy, we made sure to take some additional time to meet up with Dash for lunch. Our mutual contractual obligations to spend time together were over, but we chose to spend some time on our honeymoon getting together with her! When we go back to Italy, she'll be one of the first people we reach out to.
  So if you're not working with Dash, you're missing out. I'm sure there are a lot of wonderful wedding planners out there, but with Dash's fantastic personality, her truly excellent English, and her vendor contacts (some of whom you simply cannot find through Google searching), Dash was easily the best money we spent, and we wouldn't ever hesitate to recommend her with 100% certainty that it will also be the best money that you spend on your wedding.

  Magical wedding!

  We first met with Dashiell 2 years ago trying to plan a destination wedding in Italy for 2020. She was super attentive and responsive to us and had a kind and fun personality that we were drawn to. Everything was going according to plan until the pandemic hit. Dashiell is so amazing, we had 3 wedding date changes and 2 extra backup dates and she had to coordinate all the vendors for all those dates, provide us options for other vendors and she did all that while making it look like it was a breeze and no stress for us. She was able to keep calm with all the curve balls this year had to offer and plan the best wedding. Our guests referred to it as a "fairytale wedding" and the “the best wedding they had ever been to.” Everything was so beautiful and seamless, and Dashiell always had an answer to all our questions and provided solutions to everything. She was the best wedding planner we could ask for and made us feel like family. We miss her so much now that the wedding is over!

  Dashiell was giving from the first day more then 100% and was always there for us. She helps to organize a 3 day wedding party from a Civil ceremony in San Quirico D'Ordcia, to a Pre Dinner in Montepulciano and a Chruch wedding in the dream church Madonna di San Biagio and the party in Villa Bossona. Dashiell was better then all my expectations and make our dream wedding come true.
  When we lost our mind, she was there.
  Dash is so sympathetic, lovely and full of power. We felt directly very close with her.
  It was our best decision to book Dashiell.

We were all smiles and very relaxed all throughout because she handled everything very well. She knows the run around and she has wonderful contacts in the industry.   Dream wedding ♥️♥️

  I got married last year and my wife decided to do our wedding in Italy ... I found Dashiell throw a website for recommend wedding planner and she didn't disappoints me.... Everything was perfect everything was planned in best way .... All my guest was happy and the most important my wife was happy ... Even the bill was good i was sure I will spend double of what I spend but she managed my spending very good .. high recommend.
