The staff at The Wedding Avenue were all so nice! They did a great job working with me with my budget and the pictures were great! Everything was communicated in an organized manner and they were prompt in responses. Turn around time for pictures to be sent to us were in a great amount of time, didn't have to wait too long and they sent us a beautiful USB engraved with our names and wedding date. We also hired them for videography and the sneak peek video was so beautiful, they picked a lovely song for it and it made me so excited to see the full video. Turnaround time for full video was quick! They did a lovely job capturing everything I requested on video and we are so glad to have these beautiful memories for life! We are very happy to have hired this vendor and I would recommend them! -

Ilya is the absolute best! He traveled across Florida (to Tampa) to capture our special day, staying in the action to snap all of our perfect and imperfect moments! His skill, professionalism and kindness is remarkable! Anyone who is lucky enough to have him in their corner is truly blessed! The turnaround time for photos was remarkable and he even re-edited photos for me after upon request for no extra fee. I also got the photo book (add on) after and gave it to my hubby for his birthday, it is the most beautiful keepsake. I have nothing negative to say about Ilya, I am forever grateful for him!-

We have met other photographers but no one we were comfortable with. So when we met Ilya, talked with him for a while and saw his portfolio it was obviously that what we needed. Worst experience ever
Where should I even begin.. COMMUNICATION WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Let’s start with engagement photos.. in our contract I stated where the venue was and I asked if the engagement photos would be taken there via email. The photographer confirmed. THE DAY OF the engagement photos I sent a courtesy message reminding them of the photos and giving them an ETA. I was at my makeup and hair trial when the photographer called me stating he doesn’t remember saying he would go out that far and asked if he could have more money. Completely distasteful. At that time, I said yes we did and I can send you a screenshot of the proof. I sent the screenshot within two minutes and he text me back oh right I must’ve missed this…. FIRST OFF… you should never message a client accusing them of not having a conversation BEFORE DOING YOUR OWN RESEARCH PRIOR. It was so unprofessional! I started talking to my hairdresser about the situation and she says “Ooof, if I messed up I would’ve just swallowed it at that point and save myself the embarrassment and bad review.” Fine enough I let it go. Different photographer came at approximately 3:01PM, our meet up time was for 3PM. Normally the photographers should be there before you and early for the obvious reasons. Still no problem, I can’t blame him for not getting the notice early enough due to the situation with the company. Photographer was kind, didn’t give a lot of direction. I asked when we should expect the photos by, he said about two to three days I can send at least one or two. Given that it was a holiday coming up, I waited until after. I messaged the company and asked them hey I was told I’d get the photos, just wondering the ETA. Wedding Avenue (whoever it was) messaged back stating it normally takes 2-3 weeks, and then says.. “HOW ABOUT THIS? I’ll send you all the unedited photos and YOU pick the ones you want me to edit (yes you’re reading this correctly.” I replied back and said oh.. I thought normally the photographers edit the photos and not ask their clients to pick it out for them. He replied back to me RELAX TIFFANY. We’re already working on them. So to imply you never started working on anything until I messaged and then like magically same day the photos were ready. My fiancé wasn’t a fan of most of them, but it was ok. Weeks after I realized I needed more hours for my package, I got quoted incorrectly and then corrected them based on what their page states. Got a response back saying oh yeah sorry. I asked if I could be called.. no response. I asked if I could be called again and after they confirmed the date and time.. THEY NEVER CALLED. I was done after that. I called them and let them know I was no longer interested in doing business. The person who answered told me the photographer who sold me the package no longer worked there (news to me because nobody told me, but I could see why). Then tells me he will call me later this evening to see if I could get my deposit back. Do you think I got a call back? In the entire midst I was patient and kind. There are a lot of other vendors in the Miami area. I’d suggest you go with someone else. Maybe their IN group is more equipped and professional but definitely not their MIA. Oh and I almost forgot, I think their Instagram must be locked or hacked because they started a completely different Instagram and I found this out after my hair stylist asked to see their work. I really got screwed on this one. -
