It is hard to sum up how perfect our wedding at The Wayfarer was. We dreamed of a "farm" venue that didn't scream "big red barn" and this was it. Rolling lawn, perfect ceremony location, well appointed getting ready suites, and the dream dinner table under the trees. The progression of our day moved throughout the property and felt both dynamic and intimate.
The perfection of the property aside, Kelly and her team were fantastic to work with. Kelly gets down to business, has EVERY detail covered, and kept the day flowing seamlessly. They offer a full suite of rentals, some of which we used and some that we did not (because I had a very specific vision). Kelly let us bring in our own decor items but we could have easily worked with her to rent everything from glassware and plate ware to doing floral design. I did love that the venue rental fee included seating for the welcome hour, the cocktail hour, the dinner tables and chairs.
I honestly couldn't think of one thing that I would change, we would choose The Wayfarer and Kelly's team over and over again if we had the chance. -

I planned my wedding without ever getting to see the Wayfarer in person until we arrived for our destination wedding. They were able to accommodate our wedding with only 8 weeks notice and I am forever grateful! Kelly and Erica made the process seamless and really put my mind at ease.
On the day of they were life savers! They made sure everything went according to plan, even after another vendor ( not one they had recommended) had messed up they worked to make sure that I still had everything I wanted that day. The indoor barn area is gorgeous and intimate and the dinner table under the canopy of trees was beyond beautiful. I am SO happy I chose the Wayfarer to have my wedding. I chose not to have my florals done at the wayfarer because I had already hired one before I found the venue and I will say that I wish I had used Kelly and Erica for the florals so if you have the chance to definitely use them! Lion their bartender was a hit! Many guests commented after the fact on how friendly and social he was.

The Wayfarer is simply magical!
From being surrounded by trees to dancing under the string lights at night and the gorgeous long table they set, the venue is nothing short of a luxurious and whimsical experience. It felt like an upscale Alice in Wonderland moment. Kelly and her team are outstanding. They help you with everything and I mean EVERYTHING. Unloading your car, filling up your petal cones, organizing all of the welcome drinks, setting up the timeline. My head is stuck in the moments they executed perfectly. THE FLOWERS!!!, Erica is a magician I think. Her floral arrangements at our dinner table, to all the other little floral arrangements around the venue, on our welcome sign and my bouquet were to die for. I can’t tell you how many compliments we received on the venue itself and the flowers. This goes to show this team is beyond outstanding at what they do. They are also great at calming down the bride and groom. They know how it works and how high emotions can run that day. They are more than just a team who creates a gorgeous wedding venue. They’re like your sisters. They are the dream team. Helping with every single detail down to the place settings. Being under a canopy of trees and lights was magical. My husband and I still talk about how we want to go back to that night and do it all over again. Kelly’s team is what you need and what you want. We love the Wayfarer. -

Where to begin, Kelly are Erika are the best! They helped make our wedding everything we wanted. The communication was great from start to finish. I never felt overwhelmed with the planning. Kelly was with me every step of the way. Our wedding was everything we wanted & more! I am very thankful for finding the Wayfarer for our venue. -

The. Best. Day. Ever.
I’ve always dreamed of a garden wedding with a beautiful white barn to getting married in. When we first started looking for venues I found the Wayfarer and knew this was the place. We had a few venues picked out but once we were at the Farm I couldn’t even remember the names of the other venues. I was in awe and it didn’t stop there.
Kelly and Erica have made the most amazing experience possible for couples getting married. Communication was always quick and efficient, they answered all my questions, no matter how big or small. The attention to detail that they provide is above anything we could have expected.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. It was the most romantic wedding and they made my dreams come true.
We had Erica do our floral arrangements as well and they were stunning. The flowers lasted almost an entire week after the wedding. The bartender being included was great and the fact that they were able to set up and tear down everything without requiring family to have jobs at our wedding. We wanted to make sure everyone at the wedding was a guest and could fully enjoy it.
Our day was absolutely perfect and went by in such a blur! If you are thinking of choosing the Wayfarer Farm for your wedding, trust me you will not regret it at all! -

While my fiancé and I ended up selecting another venue that was better suited for some of our intangible needs, I felt compelled to write a review based on how fantastic my interactions with Kelly were. It was clear she was willing to go above and beyond to help coordinate my wedding day from afar (we are planning an out of state wedding). I definitely recommend working with The Wayfarer. -

Such a great experience
Kelly and her team were amazing!! Our whole wedding day went so smooth because of them. My mom and I didn’t stress about a thing. Her supporting staff were so kind and AMAZING. Very grateful for Kelly and this beautiful venue, for helping make our wedding day so special and memorable. -

We had our mini-wedding at the Wayfarer last month and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Had there not been a global pandemic, we truly wouldn't have had to worry about a thing. Kelly and Erica are detail-oriented, professional, and kind. They were incredibly flexible and understanding with the need for us to significantly downsize our wedding due to Covid-19.
Our ceremony and mini-reception were set up so that guests could social distance and there were precautions in place to keep everyone safe. And, through all of this, they managed to make our wedding feel so, so special and delivered on the vintage aesthetic that had led us to choose them in the first place.
Kelly and her team did our florals as well, and they were absolutely gorgeous! -

My husband and I got married at The Wayfarer on June 22nd of this year. The venue is a beautiful place and somewhere we thought would accommodate our family quite well. Kelly however, is the most unprofessional woman I have ever met. From the moment guests started to arrive Kelly was extremely distasteful in the way she spoke to our family and close friends. My husband and I had decided to not have a shuttle for our guests. We approved this by Kelly, and she assured us that it would not be a problem. My mother had just parked her car and was helping another guest park his when Kelly YELLED at her "this is what happens when you don't get a shuttle." Not only does my mother not have control over this, it had added stress to her day from the get go that she is supposed to enjoy after many months of planning and preparing. This is not the only incident we are upset over. After dinner I went to the bartender to ask for another "vodka lemonade" which was our signature drink. She responded by raising her voice with me saying "did you not read the contract it is only served during happy hour?!" I told her I had forgot that was on the contract (as I have many other things to worry about when planning a wedding) and asked her why she was raising her voice with me. She proceeded to tell me that my guests were "too drunk" and she was going to shut the bar down. My husband and I only had 60 people at our wedding, which was 90% family. It was an extremely laid back reception, therefore guests were hardly drinking. I found out many more situations that had happened with Kelly the next day by my family and guests, and not a single person had a kind thing to say about Kelly or the bartender. I will not go in to more detail about how rudely Kelly spoke to our guests, but I will say that she is extremely unprofessional, and does not know how to handle a group of people. My husband and I did not let this ruin our day, because we were surrounded by such wonderful family and close friends who were happy for us. I understand that a wedding needs to be in order, however, instead of Kelly single handedly putting a damper on a crowd of amazing people, I suggest that she either hires someone who can be polite, or finds a different line of business.
