I fell in love with this venue the minute we walked in and sold after meeting with Abigail Groff (event specialist). Abigail was absolutely amazing with providing all details during our tour and executing excellent customer service throughout the process of booking our venue until the day of our Wedding! There was never a hiccup or issue. We cannot say enough, how delighted and satisfied we are with how everything turned out. Every staff member made our day so special and provided excellent and professional services. My guests are still talking about the venue, staff and overall how amazing the food was. We truly had an amazing wedding!

My perfect wedding day!
I would like to say that my entire experience with The Waterfall was great every single staff member that I dealt with were amazing.
The food selection at the waterfall is much better than every venue we visited. All of my guests were incredibly impressed with having the cascade room, the cocktail room, and the outdoor area altogether for my wedding the guest were able to, mingle around without feeling crowded into one space. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this experience was the comments from my guess were really complementary of the venue.
The Waterfall is a must place to consider for your wedding. Ask for Diandra. She will take very good care of you.

Exceeded my high expectations.
I visited five venues that could host up to 200 guests located in Philadelphia, DC, and Wilmington. The Waterfall's reputation for both beauty and catering was absolutely true. I can't explain how much fun our guests had because the delicious food was non-stop. I worked with Diandra through the planning process. She made everything happen with very few emails and phone calls over a year. During the day-of, all of the staff were attentive and highly professional. If The Waterfall or one of its sister venues are available, do yourself a favor and book them.

Amazing Wedding Experience 6/22/23
My husband and I knew during our first consultation that this was the place for us to start our union together. This place is breathtaking. The people working there are very professional, attentive and pleasant. Every guest at our wedding had an amazing time. The head chef there is fantastic. His food was nothing but top notch. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how much food there was and how everything was so delicious. People thought we spent way more than we did. This place definitely went all out and made sure our day was special. Thanks again Waterfall for making our wedding a day we both won't forget.

The Waterfall was Wonderful!
We worked with Diandra Carrol from the Waterfall and it was wonderful! We loved the atmosphere and it was perfect, we got to pick our meals and the stations and it was delicious! They took care of everything and us so well we didn't have any complaints at all.
I would have any party or event at the Waterfall moving forward - it is worth the price tag.
The tour was beautiful and everything was explained in great detail and the process was so easy.
I would recommend again and again, our special day was even more special thanks to everyone at the Waterfall! 10/10

The wedding venue of our dreams!
We knew from the moment we walked into the Waterfall that it was the one - the wedding venue of our dreams! Our priorities when searching for a wedding venue were 1) affordability, 2) all-inclusive, and 3) great food. The Waterfall hit the mark for all three because we had a 200+ guest list, all of whom RAVED about their experience with the never-ending food from cocktail hour to the dessert bar, top-shelf open bar, and courteous staff. Communication throughout the process was on point, with us never having to wait very long for a reply (which is a big deal because other venues were not as communicative when we were just inquiring). On the day of, Diandra worked with the Waterfall staff and our vendors to make our day seamless and stress-free. If you want an affordable venue that also provides top tier food, drinks, and service, look no further than the Waterfall. You won’t regret it!

I would choose the Waterfall every time
My husband and I got married at the Waterfall on Saturday 6/10. We used the outdoor gardens for our ceremony space and then had our reception inside in one of the ballrooms. When I tell you that the amount of food, and the quality of the food, was amazing, I mean it! There were times I wished I was a regular guest so that I could spend more of my time eating because I didn't have enough time to try everything! We had Diandra as our coordinator and she was the best. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our two year engagement. We also got super lucky that we were the only event happening the day of our wedding (there are two ballrooms) so the Waterfall team was super flexible with us and accommodated almost all of our requests. Our bridal attendant the day of was incredibly helpful, she brought me and the bridesmaids food/drinks/anything we asked for really prior to the ceremony and helped make the day as stress free as possible! The venue was set up exactly how I imagined it in my head and all of the staff were friendly and fun - at one point my mom was dancing with the waiters! This venue is a hidden gem and I am so happy to have had the best day of my life there.

I will be here all day. From the moment I walked through those doors I knew they were the space I had been longing for! BEAUTIFUL ceremony space BEAUTIFUL chandeliers and a staff that deserves 10000 stars . We lost our original date due to
Covid but Dan was accommodating and helped us keep the weekend for the following year . It was so much food that people are still talking about how our wedding was the one for the books . TOP TIER my only regret was not asking for some of everything lol but as a bride we never really eat. I am already planing to renew our vows again soon! We could not be happier with all the services provided by The Waterfall and their staff. The food was amazing and beyond plentiful. Our guests are raving about it a week later. The venue is beautiful and delivered on all of our needs. Most importantly, and most notably, the staff were top notch. The captains and managers assigned to us on our day made everything run smooth and seamless. This is one of the top notch venues in Delaware from the decor, service, food and most of all the staff. The staff was with us every step of the way. What an amazing team and venue
The venue is absolutely stunning and the food is amazing!
During the whole wedding planning process, I worked with Jessica and I can’t even put into words how amazing this woman is! She was super friendly and efficient and was always a phone call/email away when I needed her during the planning. The absolute best!
My husband and I fell in love with The Waterfall the minute we walked into the building for our tour. It was an immediate decision. There’s so many great places for pictures, no matter the wedding. The food is absolutely amazing, and the options are endless. The staff is beyond excellent!! Unfortunately, we were one of the couples that decided to reschedule our wedding due to COVID, but The Waterfall was super accommodating and supportive. Beautiful Wedding Venue
My wedding at the waterfall was amazing! The staff there made sure my day went as smooth as possible. It was so nice to have them check in with us to make sure everything was going well and see if we needed a drink. The cocktail hour was to die for. There was something for everyone. I had guests coming up to me saying, “wait we still have dinner after this? I’m already stuffed” and that is one of the main things I’ve been told is how much food there is and how good it was. They even made sure to pack us up some food from cocktail hour, dessert and whatever was left of our dinner. The outdoor ceremony area is absolutely gorgeous and even though it is on Philadelphia pike you wouldn’t know it. We were in the cascade room so all night our guests could spend time outside. It was nice for them if they needed a break from the music or were just not a fan of loud music. I can’t recommend the waterfall enough.

Everyone was raving about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing their food was and the abundance of delicious food at cocktail hour and dessert. We booked with Jessica. Her and Dan were awesome making sure all of our requests before hand were met. I had a special request for cherry vodka and they made sure to have it and all the bartenders knew my drink without me ever getting one for myself. The day of Gina was our bridal attendant and she kept us on schedule made sure I had anything I needed. Yes its expensive just like all wedding venues but the Waterfall is gorgeous and your guests will love it.

The perfect wedding
I recently got married at The Waterfall on a Thursday (more affordable on weekdays). We worked with Jessica from beginning to end and she was amazing! Very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. She was patient, transparent and the ultimate professional. She was actually getting married during the time of our planning and I never noticed a gap in service. I would definitely recommend her to family/friends and would request her for future events should I host them there.
The Waterfall itself is a beautiful venue for couples in the tristate area and beyond. It’s immaculately clean, the decor is high end, and the waterfalls throughout are the perfect touch. We held our ceremony outside and held the reception in the Cascade ballroom which is the more modern, chic, and elegant option (in my opinion) but the other ballroom is just as beautiful and is perfect for more traditional/customary weddings. The outdoor grounds were freshly landscaped, and during rehearsal the day before, Jessica helped the wedding party get in order and chimes in or made recommendations when needed. (It is a long walk from the building to the outdoor ceremony platform so be prepared!)
We were able to have a first look or the reception ballroom during cocktail hour before any guests entered and although we didn’t need to change a thing, I appreciated the courtesy. The wedding party were also accommodated in a bridal suite stocked with food and drinks hours before the wedding started. We luckily didn’t have to share the venue that day with another party so the men and women were able to be separate and out of guests view. Besides Jessica, we also had a bridal suite attendant (whose name escapes me, sorry) but she kept us on point with timing and made sure the room remained stocked and comfortable.
Our wedding was perfect, the food was delicious and the staff were so professional. Our guests are still complimenting us on how elegant and classic the wedding was and we honestly could not have pulled it off the without the staff!

What an Amazing Venue
Let me start off by saying what an AMAZING venue!!! My daughter’s wedding was held at The Waterfall on September 1, 2019. We knew we were going to be in good hands from the very first meeting with our Event Specialist Nicoleta. She did a superb job and was so great to work with. She was so accommodating throughout the entire planning process. Every question we had she answered right away. This venue is beyond beautiful!! The food is delicious and they give you so many options to choose from so you can tailor a menu that is perfect for your event. The cocktail hour is outstanding and my guest could not stop raving about the dessert bar. Everything exceeded my expectations!!!! My daughter’s ceremony was held at the venue and the outside ceremony space is breathtaking. Everything from the ceremony space, the grand ballroom and bridal suite is top notch and beautifully decorated. My guest absolutely loved the venue and the food!!! The staff was wonderful and so attentive. A special thank you to Mike, Deneen and Amanda who served as our Maitre D, Captain and Bridal Attendant for the evening. They were excellent!!!! My Dream wedding came true

A dream come true wedding day!
My daughter's wedding was on 6/7/19. Everything about this venue is top of the line. Jessica worked with us through the planning process and was always available for questions and answered emails the same day they were sent. The taste testing was as if we had our own little celebration and the staff were all so professional and helpful. There aren't enough words to express how amazing the wedding day was. Our wedding coordinator, Amanda, was so much fun to be with. She made sure the bridal suite was equipped with whatever we needed and she had as much fun as we did. The cocktail hour is an event all its own, and the staff had a surprise for the wedding couple I will not divulge. Our guests are still talking about this venue and that it was the best wedding they've ever been to. You can't get a better compliment than that. All a parent wants is to have their child's wedding day be all they dreamed it could be and the Waterfall made her dreams come true.

The Time of Our Life
Amazing does not describe the time we had at The Waterfall. I had the best day of my life with my new wife and family and friends. The staff, the FOOD was all at a level 10 and up. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at The Waterfall. From the very moment I walked in for a visit, I knew this was the place I would have my wedding. They always made me feel like a priority and were willing to work with all of my ideas to make my wedding perfect. Nicoleta, my event specialist, was amazing and truly felt like a friend by the time my wedding came around. Everything was set up just as I imagined and I brought in a lot of stuff! The Waterfall is a beautiful venue with beautifully landscaped grounds and gorgeous marble interior with glass fixtures and beautiful chandeliers. The venue is absolutely beautiful but the staff and food are amazing. The abundance of food is nothing like I ever seen before and taste delicious. All of the staff are there to help you from the minute you walk in till the time you leave.We never wanted for anything! The staff works like clockwork with smiles on their faces! There attention to details is impeccable. My guests left saying “this was the best wedding they ever attended!”

WOW experience!
What an amazing venue!
Everything was perfect from the food to the service, the ambience! The bride and groom were catered throughout the event! The same attention was given to all our guests!
The gorgeous decor inside and out set the tone for the experience we received. The Waterfall created an experience that will be remembered by all our guests and us!
Everyone commented about the amazing food, LOTS of food, every dish was perfectly made, the drinks were all premium liquor and so nicely done, the garden with the waterfall and fire pits perfect for pictures and some relaxation!! The staff are professional and they get 5 star excellence!
Worth mentioning the honesty of a staff member who found a gold bracelet in the garden and gave to the groom. The bracelet was gifted to the groom by his mother the day of the wedding and belonged to his deceased father! He had not realized he lost it. Tiffany, the server, saved the day!

The Waterfall is a beautiful venue. The food is plentiful and delicious (cocktail hour display and variety are out of this world). The staff are incredibly helpful both to me (a Day-of Coordinator) and to the couple and their guests. They made my job easy, were super attentive, went above and beyond and together we created an amazing event for the bride and groom. They even added something extra special that brought a tear to everyone's eye. I would definitely recommend The Waterfall to other clients looking for a wedding venue.

My venue search
The waterfall was my second venue I attended ( I saw 13) and I loved everything about this place. The outside is beautiful and they have a waterfall that’s will fit into all my picture opportunities. As soon as you walk through the doors of the Waterfall you fall in love. I wanted a sunset wedding and this venue was able to provide that for me. I cannot wait to say my I do’s and have an amazing time with friends and family

Most beautiful place ever
Once you step foot into the waterfall you will fall in love. The facility is so pretty! You hardly have to decorate. But what will capture you is the outside part. I have never seen such a beautiful place. It was absolutely amazing. Another thing that will wow you is the amount of food that's included with the package. I could not believe it! Some of my guests thought the cocktail hour was the dinner because of the amount of food that's offered! You get healthy portions for dinner as well. And if that's not enough wait until you see the dessert set up! Our wedding was better than I could ever hope for

Dream come true
5 stars isn’t enough to truly define the experience I had on my wedding day at the waterfall.
The entire staff made my whole day, seamless. I worried about nothing !
My guests were 100% satisfied and impressed with the food selection, dessert bar, and the overall venue.
I was assigned a wedding attendant and she was legit by my side the entire time. She took pictures on my phone, held my drink, held my lipstick and truly took care of me that night. I wasn’t expecting that level of care and personal attention and it made all the difference.
I cannot say enough great things about my experience at the Waterfall. I am so pleased with their entire performance and they made me feel like royalty. I would recommend any couple looking for a wedding venue, to seriously consider the waterfall. They do not disappoint !

This Venue is Unicorn Magic
We got married at the waterfall 10/6/18 and I'm so glad I listened to advice of others and took the time to actually look around to take it all in because his venue is gorgeous and truly were there for you every step of the way. Really breathtaking.
I'm very type A and the coordinator (Jessica) was so chill along the way of the process and promised all the decor would look perfect --I honestly don't know how but that staff literally took the pictures out of my head and made it happen.
THE FOOD. I can't even. It was BANGING top to bottom. I need someone to get married here just so i can eat there again...i swear...Their sushi was even amazing-- we had the sushi station and i was kind of thinking it would be supermarket sushi but IT WAS SO GOOD!!! LEGIT SUSHI.
The staff were SO nice i can't even explain. They were there for you to ask if you were hungry, needed a drink, etc. At one point one of the guys, (now i forget his name) ,in the middle of an almost melt-down during the wedding, i asked him "Hey can you just get people out of my way so i can go upstairs because everyone keeps coming up to me!" He led the way like my own security guard. LIFE SAVER. OH. And the Bridal Attendant...OMG-I feel terrible cuz i can't remember anyone's name!!! BUT good lord. I feel like I need to invite this woman to Thanksgiving Dinner cuz' she was the real MVP ya'll. Then the matred'-Just as attentive and fabulous.
I can't say enough great things about The Waterfall and honestly in the future, I want to have more events here. THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING. You made my wedding the most gorgeous and best time of our lives! XOXO

Best Day Ever !
Our daughter's wedding at the Waterfall on 10/27/18 was absolutely beautiful! The staff was excellent and we felt like we were treated like royalty! From the day we booked the Waterfall to the day of the wedding, we never had one concern or problem. So many of our guests told us that it was the best wedding they had ever attended! With 2 other daughters, we will definitely be back!

The Waterfall was incredible!
My husband and I have not stopped receiving compliments about our wedding at The Waterfall! The Waterfall's staff are friendly, warm, and incredibly accommodating.
Our dog was an important part of our wedding ceremony, and we were worried about how we were going to get her back home without missing too much of the party. They allowed for her to remain in the bridal suite on site, as long as we continued to check on her throughout the evening.
The food, the atmosphere, and everything about our event has continually been described to us as "unreal".
Brides - if you are looking to throw an amazing wedding, look no further than The Waterfall. They are committed to making your every last wish and dream come true.

When we signed the contract for The Waterfall last year for our wedding we knew this would be the best venue for us. We were originally given a coordinator that we loved an connected well with. About 4 months before the wedding, we were contacted by The Waterfall letting us know that our original coordinator had left and we had be assigned someone else. At first I panicked because it was so close and "what if we didn't get along as well." Well, my new coordinator Nicoleta put the other coordinator to SHAME! She communicated well, she was sweet, caring, and genuinely cared about how our day would plan out. I could not have asked for a better person in charge of our wedding and am glad that things happened the way that they did.
When I walked into the venue on the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of, there was no sense of panic or worry in the entire building. My bridal attendant Amanda was AMAZING and she honestly made my entire day. I did not have to go far to look for her because she was never far. She took care of my husband and I with a grace that I have never seen before. I am so grateful that I got paired up with her. They also gave us the option to change our inside ceremony to an outside ceremony because of how beautiful the day was. They made the transition seamlessly without any guest knowing that we had made a change within an hour of the ceremony.
From my friends and family, everyone has come to the conclusion that this was the best wedding that they have every been too. They stated that the staff was welcoming, the food was amazing and delicious, and the venue was beautiful and elegant.
Thank you to the staff at the Waterfall for making our wedding day one of the best days of our lives!

We had our wedding here last week and it was amazing. My guests were so impressed and the beauty of the place and amount of food they served. We had a blast. I cant say enough about The Waterfall!! Our wedding was simply amazing!! From start to finish, staff at the Waterfall treated us like royalty! The venue is breathtaking and doesn't need much decorating at all. They take care of everything! My room was set up prior to my arrival. I didn't have to do anything but relax and get pampered on my big day! There is so much is included in the wedding package eliminating the need to hire tons of vendors. We did both ceremony and reception on site and it was seamless. Most importantly, the food was incredible!!!! There is an enormous amount of food and drink served. Our guests have told us it was the best wedding ever!!! Mainly due to the amount of food and service throughout the evening. My coordinator Nicoleta was a rock star!!! She made planning my wedding fun rather than stressful. The Waterfall is simply amazing!!!!

We worked with Nicole for 09 Oct 2017 wedding and she is amazing! I always wondered if people exaggerated their reviews. Nope! From the beginning, The Waterfall was fantastic. Nicole responded to all my emails and calls within 24 hours. She dealt with my OCD like a boss! I stopped by the venue at least 4 different times to test out centerpieces. Nicole was always happy to accommodate. I arranged a surprised Darth Vader visit for my husband and Nicole was great with the coordination. The food... Oh Em Gee!! You don't need a sit down with all the food from the cocktail hour. All our guests were full! Over 30 different passed hors-d'œuvres. Multiple stations (several to choose from) of food: pastas, Caribbean, carved meats, cheeses... I can't even name it all! For the dinner, guests ordered tableside which saved us from having to collect meal info beforehand. My husband is vegetarian and the chef had some wonderful options for him and not boring roasted veggies. Oh, and do yourself a favor and get the butternut squash soup as the starter. It's all sorts of fantastic! Cost is on par with similar venues like The Palace in NJ, The Merion (a sister property), and The Venetian. I love that the Waterfall hosts a max of two weddings at once. We selected the Cascade ballroom but the Grand is also beautiful. The Cascade comes with the stunning outdoor patio area. It's like an oasis back there! Location is close to major highways and hotels. The entire Waterfall was accommodating and professional. At the end of the night, they neatly packed all our things. They also set up our centerpieces for us which was super helpful. We also met one of the owners, Marcus, one day and it's clear he cares about his venue. The Waterfall renovations took it from drab to fab. Marble everywhere. Chandeliers. Waterfalls, of course. If you are looking for a venue, we recommend The Waterfall without hesitation. We love the place so much, my husand I and I are planning to return for our 1 year!

The Waterfall was perfect!! My husband and I just got married this Sept. They were so incredibly accommodating, and they met every one of our needs. Melinda was so great, and guided me through every step of the way. I never felt overwhelmed or stressed. They thought of everything! During the reception every single worker was extremely attentive. Seriously they brought you whatever you needed! You have your own bridal suit, which is filled with different alcohol and food from the cocktail hour. Also, if you ask they will bring you anything you want up to the bridal suit. We even had our own bridal attendant which was so great! We were in the Grand Ballroom which was the most beautiful room I have ever been in. They are able to customize so much (napkins, table cloths, lighting, food options, etc.) to make your wedding exactly what you want. We had our own private bathroom in the ballroom just for our guests, along with the bar inside as well. The cocktail hour space was breathtaking. Both inside and outside were available to us and it was so beautiful. Not only were the staff and room spectacular, the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! They offer you so many options for everything!!!! Over 40 hors d'oeuvres are passed around, along with different food stations! We picked pasta, pizza, southwest, mashed potato/mac n' cheese, and the street vendor station. They were all incredible!!!! Not to mention other different food options that we didn't even know about before the reception. Then came dinner which was so great! The food tasting was so much fun and they give you SO MANY options to choose from, and each entrée is incredible! Then, the best part!!! The dessert!!!! There were soo many dessert options it was inane. Most weddings you just have cake and maybe an ice cream bar. However, The Waterfall went above and beyond! I had my wedding at the Waterfall on June 25, 2017 and it was amazing. From the moment I visited the Waterfall, I fell in love with the place. I worked with Melinda. She was very patient, fun, and very accommodating. She made suggestions and addressed all my concerns. I also loved the fact that you are able to taste everything before the day of your wedding ( considering I ate very little on the day of). But the venue provides you with an opportunity to try the cocktail stations before you select so you know what you are getting. I am from a very Caribbean family that loves spices and flavor and they all complimented my husband and I on the choice of venue. Trust me it is so worth it.

I got married at the Waterfall last month, and I don't even know where to begin on all the wonderful things I could say about this venue. Rachael was our planner, and she was truly wonderful as well! From the first moments we walked in the door to see the venue, to every perfect detail that they made come to life on our wedding night, the Waterfall was the best decision we made for our wedding! The staff was all attentive and friendly, the food was AMAZING (I am still getting compliments on how much everyone enjoyed it!), and the atmosphere that was created for our special day and night was truly unmatched. I may be biased, but it was the best wedding we've ever been to! ?? Highly Recommended!!

Best decision we made regarding the wedding! The venue is gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the service was top notch. Now understand this ... I think food and alcohol is the most important part of the wedding. Being a serious foodie from Philadelphia its very hard to impress me. However, The Waterfall did it! When I went to the tasting I thought the entrees were just ok but the stepped up and showed out at the wedding. People were floored by the cocktail hour food/drinks. My wedding was almost 4 months ago and people still talk about our wedding. Signature drinks were on point! They allow you to have 2 different signatures on top of their very extensive top shelf bar. Dessert stations were a huge hit. I still envision my friends father wide eyed, running around with cotton candy in both hands on the dance floor. LOL! When we originally booked we had Maggie taking care of us. A few months before the wedding we got a call saying Rachel was taking over. My initial reaction was "What?!?!?!?" I was so worried but everything was amazing. Rachel picked right up where Maggie left off without any trip ups. The only suggestion I would have it a "pay it forward" situation. I would have let a couple come to my wedding if I got to go to someone elses. I kept saying we had such an amazing time but I want to be a guest at our wedding instead of the couple getting married. So if anyone out there needs a beautiful couple to fill in for some last minute no shows just give us a call. :)

While I was extremely appreciative of what The Waterfall offered for my 40th birthday last August (2016), I am not one to write reviews (I’m so bad!). I felt compelled to write this one since my family and friends have not stopped talking about my party, four months later. To start with, the choice was between Dupont Country Club and The Waterfalls since both have a great ambience. We decided to go with The Waterfalls because in addition to its ambience, it also had great reviews for its food.
Well, best decision ever. The process was seamless from beginning to the end. Our planner Melinda was personable, with a sweet spirit and very helpful, never too busy to answer our questions and she offered helpful insights. On the day, the ambience was beautiful. We are not Americans and the Waterfalls researched and served the most popular dish from my country. That was the first surprise! It was delicious. During the course of the party, the staff presented us with another surprise! It was a nice thoughtful detail that was appreciated by everyone present, and guests immediately whipped out their phones to record the moment.
The food and drinks were flowing in abundance, each dish was delicious and presentation was very classy! The wait staff was nice and very well dressed. The ambience made our pictures look great. Folks who attended and even those who only saw the pictures on social media still comment on how classy the party was/ seemed. But more importantly, I had such a great time; I was so relaxed as though I was attending someone else’s party, since The Waterfall staff had things under control. My husband, a worrier, had the time of his life, and did not have to worry about a thing. If you are particular about great food, a classy ambience and love to be treated right, then you’d love this venue for your special occasion.

I cannot begin to thank Bill D. and his staff for making our wedding day the MOST BEAUTIFUL of our lives. We were truly felt like royalty there. The staff made the day flow so smoothly. The venue is truly breathtaking and worth every penny. It's been almost a year since our wedding ( sorry for the delay in this review!!!) and I STILL have family and friends talking about the food. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy it as much as our guests did, however, we do get to live vicariously through them as they speak of "lamb chops on swords"! The food that I did have was outstanding. The combination of the venue, food and staff truly made our wedding amazing and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had and that it was the "best wedding" they've ever been to! Ahhhh, if i could only go back to relive it. Thank you Waterfall!! I'd recommend this venue over and over again.

Absolutely amazing first meeting to end of the event. We found the Waterfall on accident and immediately thought we couldn't afford it, but David worked with us to meet our budget by helping us find a Sunday in early December. This venue being all inclusive helps so much with planning an out of town budget wedding.
Everyone is still raving about the food! Service! Drinks! And beauty of the venue. It's gorgeous! We used the Cascade room fir our 100 guest. Our wedding attendant, Althea, was very helpful and sweet. We got married in a terribly cold day and she made sure the bride was as warm as possible! Having my coat ready between takes, asking if I was alright, and stealing me away into the warmth.
Waterfall sets up your decor for you. Offers valet and coat check services. Gives guest a midnight snack (wrapped sandwiches) as they leave your event. All smiles and all class! And multiple surprises throughout the night!!!
I'd get married here again and again without hesitation. It's worth the travel.

Was able to have a stress free wedding venue experience because of how great the staff organized everything!! There was a ton of food options! Everything about having a wedding at the Waterfall is a wonderful experience. From the original booking, the open house invite, the tasting and the wedding day itself was absolutely stunning. They take care of everything and once you are quoted a price that is what you pay - no hidden fees. The staff and the owners cater to your every need. Our guests were delighted and so were we.

We cannot thank The Waterfall enough for how amazing they made our special day! Every single person on their staff took the time to personally talk to me and make sure that my husband and I were well taken care of! Our event coordinator, Rachael, made us feel incredibly at ease after some unforeseen circumstances and she even made sure that my favorite food was in the bridal suite as I was getting ready! Wow! She is an incredible person and I would recommend her to anyone! David even took the time to sit with us and make sure that all of our questions were answered. I can't stress enough how comfortable everyone made us feel, which is so important during a time like this. They knew exactly what they were doing and had a plan for everything. It was a relief to know that every situation was handled, and professionally at that!
I haven't even started about the food yet. Our guests continually told us that they couldn't believe how not only was there such a large amount of food, but everything tasted EXCELLENT! Not only that, but they also told us that it was the best wedding that they have ever been to, from the gorgeous venue, to the incredible food, to the organized and friendly staff!

I would like to preface this review stating there are not enough words to do it justice for how amazing they were to make our wedding into the most memorable day of our lives.
The Waterfall had TWO beautifully decorated ballrooms to choose from, and a newly renovated outdoor terrace for a ceremony. The venue wasn’t the only thing that impressed us, but meeting with David (Furst) as well. From the moment he greeted us, you can sense that he was very personable, professional, experienced. As we concluded our appointment, my fiancé and I said to ourselves “Did we stumble upon a gem? How could we have not heard of this place before? Every other venue we visited after that pared in comparison to The Waterfall.
Throughout the wedding planning process, we kept in touch with David, and bounced ideas with him on what our vision was for the day. When the big day finally came upon us, I stumbled upon David giving his staff the rundown of the schedule and their assignments. It was evident throughout the evening that The Waterfall worked as a cohesive unit to make the evening a success. Not only did David get his team aligned, but he also worked with our other vendors (DJ/MC, Photo/Videography, Photo Booth) to ensure a seamless transition from ceremony procession through all the reception activities. Lastly, all of the staff were friendly, attentive and efficient, and we only wish we had a chance to thank each of them individually. We specifically would like to thank our bridal attendant MonJay, our captain Lakira, and our Matre’D DeNeen for all their support throughout the day.
I hope as you read this review and are considering The Waterfall for your wedding day that you can see how appreciative we are to their team. We have attended almost two dozen weddings in the past 2 years, so our expectations were high – but The Waterfall far exceeded them.

My now husband and I looked at the Waterfall almost two years ago, the cocktail room and outdoor facility was not yet built but they had drawings of what they planned to design it like and fast forward to this year, it looked exactly like the picture! It is incredible how fast they build and it really came out beautiful. While booking, The Waterfall staff was extremely accommodating to our request and very flexible. It was a no brainier, we knew this is where we wanted to get married instantly. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and something very different than the rest. We got married on 9.18 and the everything went as planned without a glitch. We had a bridal attendant named MonJay who was absolutely fabulous, She was attentive to me and the bridal party all night, if I needed anything, she was there and took care of the request in a flash. I was very happy to have her day of because she really helped us out a ton. The General Manager David and Melinda, our event specialist were amazing. They really listened to my requests and made sure it happened, no questions asked. They really made the day happen and they were a pleasure to work with. The food is like no other, our guests are still raving about it. The cocktail hour alone could feed a small army, with so much variety and 32 butlered hors d'oeuvres to go along with it. The bar was top shelf and open bar which is a huge perk. The entrees and the wait staff took orders table side and almost every table had a person catering to them. They also had snacks at the front door for guests as they departed, which was unexpected and a perfect addition. All and all, our wedding was everything we dreamed of but what really made it was the venue and the incredible staff. Thank you to everyone who made it the best day of our lives. -Sal and Amanda

From the moment my wife and I stepped inside the foyer of the The Waterfall, we knew this was the place where our lives would change forever, and we wanted to share with family and friends. The WaterFall is AWESOME. They were so accommodating, respectful, and catered to our every need. Melinda Wentz was our coordinator and she was phenomenal to work with. Dave the GM, and Kevin the maître D really made us feel at ease. Even one of the owners was there and very involved making sure everything was to our likening. We're still getting a plethora of calls from guest about the great time they had and how great the food was. I literally have not stop thinking and smiling about that day. Everything went great, from the big details such as the decorations to the small details such as making sure that us and our bridal party was feed. Our guest are still raving about how wonderful and well organized our wedding was. We are still amazed at how good the Hibiscus Juice and Ginger Juice tasted. That was a special piece from our culture that was made flawlessly by the waterfall. I would recommend the venue to everyone looking for a great place to have their wedding or any other event!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best. venue. ever. Try to imagine a wedding full of endless possibility, everything you'd ever want and more, and you'll find it right here. I had never heard of the Waterfall until I started going to bridal shows. It was the 9th & last venue that I looked at. The first time I walked into the main lobby I thought I was in some castle in a different country or a fairy tale. When I toured the ballrooms, cocktail hour room & outdoor space I was absolutely blown away - there is NO WHERE in the surrounding area or probably even anywhere close that is comparable. The whole time I just couldn't believe it was real because of how beautiful it truly is. And then they sit you down and go over everything that is included in their package. This is the part where I was saying imagine anything and you shall receive. I'd be sitting here typing all day if I went over everything so all I can say is that guest after guest kept coming up to me and saying mainly these 3 things - The food is amazing, this venue is amazing & I've never been to a wedding like this before. We had an amazing night that no one will forget. David & the staff was very professional, very kind & very organized. I wasn't worried about the timeline of the night, not even once!! which is how it should be, but it says a lot if you know me. I'd 110% recommend this venue or at least going and checking it out.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff at the Waterfall went above and beyond our expectations. My daughter's wedding and the celebration afterwards was outstanding in every way. We had our son's and new daughter-in-law wedding here on Friday June 24, 2016. It was absolutely "AMAZING" from start to finish. The weather turned out perfect, the ceremony outside was beautiful, the cocktail hour was so much food, our guest thought that was the dinner, the Cascade room was simply stunning, the food was sooooooo good, everything was delicious, the dessert room, OMG!!!! can you say everything and then some, the guest are still calling and raving about it. The staff especially Kevin was amazing. I know amazing is a strong word, but there are no other adjectives to describe the level of service and commitment Waterfalls gave to us. They made everyone feel so special, you asked and the delivered. My daughter-in-law wants to do a "Do Over", they said it was such a perfect day and night for them. From meeting David and his team back in August of 2014 when there were tarp all over the place to walking down the aisle and dancing under the magnificent chandelier in the Cascade ballroom on May 2016 I could not have been any happier with everything!
Our consultant Stephanie was amazing! she was super responsive and helpful. We loved everything about the waterfall from the decor to the service. My guest are still talking about how full they were from the wedding and how the servers took great care of them. We are very thankful and great full to all the staff members who worked diligently to make our day very smooth!

The Waterfall was the perfect location to hold my Memorial Day weekend wedding. We had our ceremony outdoors with the beautiful pillars and waterfalls. Such a gorgeous view especially for pictures. Cocktail hour was amazing!!! So much food! My guests believed that was the reception because they were stuffed with amazing food! The grand ballroom is absolutely gorgeous. It has its own bar and bathroom in the room. I can't say enough about Maggie who helped me coordinate everything. She made the planning process so easy. The entire staff to include my bridal attendant Danielle, and the maitre'd were so nice and provided amazing customer service to all my guests! And the bartenders were awesome! My guests keep talking about how much fun they had at my wedding and how amazing the customer service was. Thank you waterfall!

We had our wedding at The Waterfall this past weekend and I cannot say enough good things about our entire experience, from the day we booked until the day of our wedding. Maggie and David did an excellent job of helping us through the planning process and never made us feel like they didn't have time for us, no matter how busy they were! Every time we walked through the door (which was many times in the beginning to see all of the changes!) they knew who we were and greeted us by name with hugs and handshakes. They really made us feel like we were their only clients! Even during a very busy month of May they were always available to help us! On the day of our wedding the ENTIRE staff did an excellent job of keeping us and our guests happy. Danielle did an amazing job, making sure we had water, beer, food, and anything the bridal party wanted during our pictures! During the reception we were never confused about what we were supposed to be doing or what was going to happen next; the staff always made sure we were one step ahead and knew what was going on! Our guests have not stopped talking about the food, both how much was offered and how good it was! We LOVE the waterfall and would recommend it to anyone! Thanks for everything!

All I can say about this venue is WOW. This was the very first venue I looked at but still wanted to look at a few others to see what else was out there. At the end I knew that nothing else I looked at would compare to The Waterfall. Not only is this venue truly breathtaking but the experience in general was simply amazing. Maggie, David and all of their staff were incredible to say the least. Our guests were in awe when they saw the venue and raved about the service and of course the endless amounts of food desserts and drinks. Every bride and groom deserves to feel like royalty on their wedding day. It may sound cliché but we really felt like a queen and a king... Truly the best day ever.

If I could give the Waterfall a 10/10 I would. Everyone there was spot on, very professional, and personable. Brett made the planning process so simple. Our staff Billy, Ebony and Quinn, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, you guys were beyond amazing. The food was to die for, and so much of it. I mean a cotton candy machine ?!?! I could not provide enough praise for this venue and the staff. From the day we selected this dream venue, everything was wonderful. They worked with us to set up our payments that would work better with our timeline & finances. Communication and responsive was A+. We had so many questions and were never made to feel like we were a bother. The ceremony was outdoors and was positively beautiful. The staff was so attentive and helpful. The cocktail hour (I hear) was so extensive that my guests thought it was the meal. Everyone was blown away by the food. The surprises never ended! Where do I begin? From the very beginning, Maggie was my point of contact (and boy did I have a LOT of questions!). She was always very responsive, made me feel like I was the only bride she was dealing with, and no matter what the request she was able to accommodate. It was absolutely UNBELIEVABLY easy and stress free with her by my side.
The wedding was executed perfectly with every detail I requested and this venue literally took my breath away! When we booked, there was no cocktail room and no outdoor space so we took a leap of faith as they were under construction...everything exceeded our expectations. My guests are STILL raving about the venue, the food, and the service. Maxine was the server who was with us all night and she was amazing! Such a doll, always made sure my groom and I had full drinks, full bellies, and were having the best time. I can't say enough about her...she was the best.
I am sad to no longer be dealing with everyone at the Waterfall and hope that I am able to attend an event there again soon!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

We had our wedding at The Waterfall in Claymont, DE on October 3, 2015. We absolutely loved the venue and had such an amazing wedding! Maggie, our event coordinator, was wonderful! She was so enthusiastic, helpful and really sweet. Our Matire D and bridal attendant were also so great! We had our reception indoors due to the cold/windy weather after a hurricane! But it was still so beautiful! Although my husband and I didn't get to eat much, our guests could not stop raving over the food. There is a separate room for cocktail hour which later turns into the dessert room. My husband and I wanted as much time for dancing as possible and the staff did a great job serving the food quickly so we could dance the rest of the night. We are filipino and they actually surprised us with a filipino station during the cocktail hour! It was so thoughtful of them to do that! We highly recommend this venue for a wedding! The food is excellent, the drinks were great and the service was awesome!

The Waterfall made our day perfect. The plan was to have the ceremony outdoors on their beautiful site, but with the heavy rains caused by the nearing hurricane we were forced to move any outdoors activities indoor. Brett and the rest of the Waterfall staff went above and beyond to make the indoor ceremony space feel and look spectacular. Our guests have not stopped talking about the food; the setup, quantity, and how delicious everything was! Brett is such a sweetheart and is amazing at what she does; along with our Maître D - Quinn, the serving staff and our bridal attendant - Maxine (Max). I cannot praise them enough for making our day so perfect and even when I felt rushed, Max would remind me that it was our day and we were on my time.
My husband and I were also surprised by the staff during the reception with a rose ceremony, which was a wonderful gesture. From the valet for our guests, the beautiful venue, amazing food and drinks and the exceptional staff; I would highly recommend the Waterfall to anyone getting married.

This was truly the wedding of my dreams. From the moment my husband and I went to view the venue in April 2014 up until we picked up our stuff the day after our wedding we were amazed at everything. Bill our coordinator was amazing and responsive every step of the way and every member of the staff went above and beyond what they needed to do to help make the night that much better. Maxine our bridal attendant made sure we were comfortable and made sure we ate and had drinks and everything we needed. Quinn the Maitre'D was outstanding he checked in with us constantly to make sure we were doing okay. The food was out of this world. My cousin who is a chef said the food was outstanding!! I had the absolute time of my life I could not have had a more perfect day, perfect venue, perfect everything and the food, staff, everything about The Waterfall made it that much better. Thank you so much we wish we could do it all again out guests can not stop talking about everything that evening!

Everyone there could not have done a better job. I couldn't imagine having our big day anywhere else. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran so smoothly and took care of us and our guests. I'm still getting messages from family and friends telling me this was the best wedding they have ever been to thanks to the staff here. The grounds are absolutely astonishing to top it off. Look no more.. this is the place to choose.

My husband and I were so pleased with The Waterfall! We worked with Maggie, and she did an excellent job coordinating every last detail. She was extremely helpful and very easy to contact if we had any questions. The venue itself is amazing, they just remodeled the inside and outside areas and everything was beautiful. The food was amazing and there was so much of it, we got so many compliments from our guests. The employees are so attentive to all the guests and extremely personable. Overall a wonderful experience.

I just wanted to take the time to praise the staff at the Waterfall. What an experience! You can't even imagine how many times I heard that night that it was the best wedding anyone ever attended. Brett, our wedding coordinator, kept telling us how much food there would be, and that no one would go hungry but not only was there so much it was absolutely delicious. I didn't think it could be possible to not have one single glitch, but thanks to all of you there truly was none. Maxine and Andrew were incredible. My family felt like royalty, and our guests were so well attended to by the rest of your staff. You all do your job so so well...from the moment we walked through those doors until we left literally pulling away...with Andrew throwing sandwiches to Justine to make sure her groomsmen were fed for later that night. He went through everything on our check list making sure we left nothing behind. Seriously, I'm so amazed with all you do. Thanks for all your hard work in making it such a perfect day. I can't go on enough. I'm looking forward to reliving the night with family and friends and hearing more about all those memorable moments.

We had our wedding at the Waterfall on 8/22/2015 and from the moment we walked in, we knew this our venue. We saw many other venues, but nothing blew us away like the Waterfall. Throughout our entire planning process and even through the day of the wedding our coordinator Brett was with us, and she was a pleasure to work with, super responsive, helpful, and always professional. Billy, one of the owners created a delicious menu for our guests and really worked with us on the food, alcohol, and desserts. Our guests are still raving about how amazing the food was at the cocktail hour and reception. (there was a lot of food) - and it was delicious!! The venue is gorgeous, the cocktail hour room and outdoor patio/ceremony space is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen with water, fountains, and fire, there is nothing like it. On the day of the wedding Brett and our maitre'd made sure everything went smoothly with all of our vendors, with set up and timing, and ceremony. There are so many positive things I have to say but this would be a never-ending review. If you're looking for the perfect wedding hall, look into the Waterfall!!

I was meaning to write a review for weeks now. Should've done it earlier. The Waterfall hosted my wedding of 500+ guests. Brett, Maggie, and all the staff and managers were absolutely amazing. Our guests were super impressed (especially with the food!). The facility was beautiful and they really did take care of everything. I definitely needed help pulling this wedding together, and the staff were incredible and the whole day went smoothly! THANK YOU so so much for making our day so special! Definitely recommend this venue.

I would like to express what a WONDERFUL job The Waterfall did on making our special day memorable. I stumbled upon the Waterfall, talking my then Fiancé into seeing just one more venue. Once we walked into the Waterfall we just knew that this was the place! Fortunately, they were setting up for a wedding and Maggie kindly showed us around, giving us a sneak peak of how gorgeous their wedding events were. One word – Breathtaking.
After little convincing, we were dead set on booking this venue for our reception. Maggie di Girolamo was our personal Event Specialist and she was that and much more. I had refused to hire a Wedding Planner. Thank god I did because Maggie had everything under control. My reception went as planned and I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
It didn’t stop there!! They had a special surprise for us during our reception which they shared with everyone there. That day my husband and I felt like royalty. The Waterfall provided us with our personal Maitre D’ Andrew Stetson. He solely focused on the needs of the bridal party to which we never had to ask for a thing. Talk about being on point, he was on point.
Waterfall fulfilled all my needs. The food was phenomenal and plentiful. –guests are still talking about it. From the cocktail hour to the delicious dessert buffet with all the fixings. Even though our wedding took place in March there were plenty of beautiful places to take pictures inside and out. Also the accommodations were endless. I even got to make a signature drink – the Ty-ni-ni which was a hit.
Maggie and Andrew are a dynamite team and made the most important day of our lives unforgettable. Not only for my Husband and I, but for our friends and family. They get 4 thumbs up!!!!
Thank you Waterfall, Maggie and Andrew for making our wedding reception extraordinary! I suggest this dynamic duo to any and every one. You can thank me later.

I am writing this review from an event planners perspective. First of all the space is fabulous. If you haven't visited them recently put them on your list. From the very first phone call they were attentive and accommodating. They work hand in hand with planners to ensure that the bride and grooms vision is carried out. I worked with Bill and his team. Bill was available when I needed him and gave A+ service. He always had a workable solution to anything the bride and grok. Wanted. The maitre d Robert was exceptional. He was 100% on point on the day of the wedding and the rest of the team was amazing. Absolutely nothing was a problem. I can confidently refer Waterfall as a premier event space from experience.

My husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. We were extremely impressed with the venue as it is absolutely beautiful! We are so happy that the recent renovations/remodeling were completed just in time for our event! The food was impeccably arranged and very delicious! Most of all, and this is most important, the staff proved themselves to be professional, capable, and more than eager to accommodate our needs. Brett Ebling was our coordinator through most of the planning process. She was absolutely fabulous! She returned calls, reminded us of dates, and agreed to help out with setting out our table decorations while we were in church (which Maggie then assumed). On the actual day of our event, Brett was gifted with her own pre-wedding shower and so Maggie took over for our actual day. Maggie was just as accommodating and joyful! My family and friends were impressed with the wait staff as they carried out their duties with smiles, making sure guests were directed to the right places and taking care of gifts and food. Keneka, the head waitress, Ryan (I wish I could remember everyone's name) were extremely helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. From the waiters and bartenders during cocktail hour to the main part of the event in the reception room, each reflected the importance the Waterfall places on its guests. We were very happy with every step of the process and highly recommend the Waterfall to anyone wanting to celebrate anything at a beautiful venue! You will not be disappointed!

We had an incredible time at the reception and the Waterfall team is a big reason for that. Working with them was every bride’s dream- they were so organized, timely, responsive and experienced. I never once worried about our reception and what a relief that is! They certainly have this line of business nailed down and do what they do SO well and with such professionalism and attention to detail. Working with them for the past year has been so wonderful. I worked with Bill from booking to the day of the wedding. To say that he made everything easy is an understatement. Bill went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect. Every message was returned, every question answered, I couldn't have asked for a more professional, talented person to work with. The Waterfall is very lucky to have Bill, if you have the chance to work with him you will see what i mean!
Additionally, their level of customer service was unparalleled- The food was incredible and all of our guests enjoyed the amazing cocktail hour and their meals thoroughly- that is not something you find at a wedding!!! I would do it all again there and would not change a thing!
The place is absolutely gorgeous, the grand ballroom is simply breathtaking, the dance floor is huge and accompanied all of our crazy dancing. The cocktail hour room and outside area are perfect. We got some wonderful pictures outside by the fountains and firewall and couldn't have been happier.

Our wedding at The Waterfall was everything that we dreamed it could be! The staff at The Waterfall, particularly our wedding coordinator Brett Ebling, were extremely helpful to us throughout the planning process. The money that we spent was well worth it, and all of our guests have been telling us for weeks that ours was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. I believe this is because of the exceptional food, decor, and overall vibe at The Waterfall. Everything about the rehearsal and the wedding day was perfect. I would highly recommend The Waterfall as a wedding or event venue to anyone who asks.

My wedding was absolutely perfect. The venue is incredible. The newly renovated cocktail room and outside ceremony space is amazing!!! I worked with Brett and she couldn't have made my planning and wedding day go any better!! The food is spectacular!!! I still have people commenting on our wedding about how beautiful the place was and how delicious the food was!
