For me, the most important decision in my wedding planning was the venue. I made extensive lists and spreadsheets comparing 50 venues or more and Betty's Creek was a clear contender for the short list. Then we did the venue tour, I was crying happy tears getting in the car when we left, I knew it was absolutely perfect. Tracy and her team made the entire process so easy and the venue was absolutely perfect. I loved the rain backup, I loved the honeymoon cottage, the lodge where I got to spend the with my girls before the big day. Having the venue for an entire weekend instead of just a few hours made it so special for everyone who was traveling from out of town. If I had to do it all again, I would pick Betty's Creek every time.

If you are considering a venue in NC, Betty's Creek should be at the top of your list, no question.

This venue was the best decision for our wedding! From the views at the pavilion, to the Honeymoon Suite and the Lodge. You can’t go wrong with this venue. The team on property was so accommodating and made the entire process of having a wedding there a breeze. I can’t thank Tracy enough for having us be their first wedding of 2021. We will definitely visit in the future and The Vineyards at Betty’s Creek will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

The Vineyard's at Betty's Creek is a magnificent wedding venue. We knew from first look that this was the perfect place for our daughter's wedding Tracy was so helpful in showing us around the property and explaining all the options available for the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony ad reception and the brunch. While making suggestions she was also quite open to any other ideas we had. During the wedding planning process we continued to communicate with Tracy with our questions and she always offered a helpful response. She allowed us to come back and view the property several times to help us as we planned decor and table settings. Wedding weekend was perfect. Tracy was spot on with everything we needed and even helped us find babysitters for some of the children for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding...and the girls who babysat were amazing. Tracy always knew what we needed and was several steps ahead of us throughout the weekend. She even tracked the weather and came to let my daughter know her options for the ceremony since radar was showing a shower around the time of the ceremony. Our guests gushed over the venue and and the wedding weekend and how smoothly everything went. Many of them said it was the prettiest spot for a wedding they had seen. Bottom line - we would not change anything....venue is amazing and Tracy and all her staff were equally amazing. Thanks you Betty's Creek and staff for fulfilling our daughter's dream wedding.

This was the most beautiful mountain venue with a such a great staff! I couldn't have asked for a better venue for my wedding.

We've only done one wedding but I would have a hard time believing that there is a better venue manager than tracy from here. Type A, get shit done attitude, we couldnt have been happier with how well she does her job. Of course stunning venue, but tracy absolutely puts this place over the top.

We had hands-down the greatest weekend of our lives getting married at VBC! They make it more than just an event, it was a whole experience! Tracy was a rockstar in every way. She knows the venue like the back of her hand and made the entire experience such a pleasure! And did I mention the surroundings and view? The Vineyards at Betty’s Creek is the most gorgeous place you could ever imagine. Our guests were so blown away and we are still pinching ourselves that was were able to get married there!

The Vineyards at Betty's Creek was the most perfect venue for our daughters wedding.
It is a gorgeous venue in the Blue Ridge mountains. We had both our Rehearsal dinner and Wedding here. Our immediate family and bridesmaids stayed at the Lodge from Thursday-Sunday. This made for both a vacation-wedding combined. The Vineyard's staff was so friendly and organized. We arrived at the venue and observed that the outdoor staff was planting annuals and busily working on the beautiful grounds. They were so nice and friendly when we talked to them. Tracy Masterson made sure everything went off with no glitches, her 2 wedding day workers seemed to work nonstop for 12 hours. She and our wedding coordinator worked beautifully together and made certain that the wedding was perfect. Rain was in the forecast and Tracy worked with us to ensure that we still had the wedding of our dreams. Tracy was so friendly and professional. The best weekend of our lives surrounded by family and friends for this happy occasion would not have been as wonderful without Tracy. We have total admiration for a job well done.

I can't say enough good things about The Vineyards at Betty's Creek & their venue manager, Julie Sylvester. We looked at a LOT of different venues in WNC, and none of the others came close to rivaling the picturesque views & rustically elegant buildings of VBC. I seriously wish I could live there! Every building on the property, from the event pavilion down to the groom's cottage, is decorated to perfection. The grounds are lush & green, with ponds & creeks running throughout & flowers everywhere. We got TONS compliments on the setting; everyone said that it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to and I promise you it had nothing to do with us or the decorations... it was definitely the beauty of the property & the fantastic view of the Smoky Mountains.
I also have to mention the venue manager, Julie, who is FANTASTIC. When we booked they had not even broken ground on the event pavilion & normally I'd be wary of booking without seeing the event space, but after talking to Julie I had no worries. Julie's taste level & attention to detail is unparalleled! Every detail of the pavilion has had much consideration put into it... to the point that each individual board used was stained a different color to match the existing buildings on the property. Julie & her husband have made by hand the chandeliers & many of the tables/fixtures available for use, and I'm confident that they will continue to add beautiful, unique pieces to the collection. And Julie & her staff were so helpful during both the planning process & the day of the wedding, to the point that I felt like I had a second wedding planner. She is clearly respected by the other vendors in the area, and has great working relationships with them all. Also, she's just SO nice :)

I could honestly go on forever about how wonderful it is, but I'll just finish by saying that if you're getting married in NC you absolutely cannot do better than VBC! Go check it out, you won't regret it!

The Vineyards a Betty’s Creek was everything we had hoped for and more. Tracy and the rest of the staff was extremely responsive and helpful from the moment we booked the venue. They were open and honest about every issue through a difficult COVID season, and extremely respectful of our individual circumstances. Once our wedding weekend arrived, everything ran smoothly with little effort from us. The grounds were beautifully kept, the indoor spaces were very clean, and the people working were friendly. I don’t think we could have found a more perfect wedding venue! Highly recommend to all of our friends and family.

This venue is absolutely beautiful! The view from the back deck of the main lodge includes wonderful long range views of the mountains. We loved how secluded the venue feels while still being only about 15 min from downtown Sylva, making it easy for guests to get to. One really nice option for this venue, which we did, is that you can rent it for the whole weekend. And since the main lodge has 5 bedrooms and a cooking area, our families stayed on the premises all weekend, which was really convenient and easy. We held our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception, and brunch the next morning all at the venue. I highly recommend this venue!

The staff there, including even the people tending the lawns and vineyard were gracious and helpful. Wedding management staff went above and beyond. They do need to add some ramps for handicapped elderly attending the weddings.

I am so grateful to have found such an amazing place to get married. It was truly a fairytale wedding and I will always remember this day as the most special day in my life. Tracy and her staff made it a dream come true.

Our June 2021 wedding at The Vineyards at Betty’s Creek was a dream come true! Tracy and her team were incredible in working hard to ensure such that. The views are spectacular and so is the hospitality. Our wedding weekend memories at VBC are ones we’ll treasure forever. Having so many ceremony site options and the on-site lodging are some of the amazing accommodations there. I could go on and on bragging about this venue but really just go ahead and book it! I promise you won’t regret it. If I could relive my time at VBC, I would do it again and again. Thank you Tracy and the VBC team for helping making our dreams come true!

The staff was quick to respond and helpful, the campus was absolutely beautiful and all of my guests had a great time. I really enjoyed celebrating a three-day event at Betty’s Creek including our wedding. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. I think my favorite thing about the venue was seeing all of our guests stare off into the mountains with their loved ones.

Unparalleled beauty, convenience, service, attention to detail, and accommodating to budget. This venue is spectacular. From our first outreach to our last goodbye after a weekend of festivities, the venue manager Tracy was an angel. She was able to assist with all of our needs. We were blown away by the beauty of this property- which was second only to the preparation and responsiveness of the owner/venue manager. No criticisms to offer. Purely magical!

Our day could not have been more perfect, and stress free. Tracy was such a wonderful asset to our wedding. The views were breathtaking, and the transitions from each space were flawless. We wish we could relive the day, and we will treasure our wedding weekend forever!

We got married at the vineyards at Betty’s creek on June 22, 2019. It was an absolute dream. Not only is the venue beautiful but the staff made our experience truly special. They were very responsive and catered to every need we had. It actually rained on our wedding day which means we had to get married on the covered bump out that the venue offers. I was super bummed at first but Tracy took control and alleviated my concerns. It far succeeded my expectations and I couldn’t have imagined getting married at any other site. I still am in awe that I got to get married in this beautiful place. The memories we made here will last forever. Super thankful for this venue and this team.

We were more than pleased with the staff at the vineyards at Betty Creek. They handled any questions quickly and effectively. My daughter thanked me for giving her a fairy tale.

My family and I rented out the venue for thanksgiving since my fiancé and I were getting married thanksgiving weekend. Everything went off without a hitch, from the Thanksgiving day celebrations, to the wedding itself. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff and venue manager Tracy were and how smoothly it made the day go!

Julie and all of the staff at Betty's Creek did an amazing job and made our wedding day so special! They helped with everything from planning, reaching out to vendors, and making sure every last detail was perfected the day of. I couldn't speak more highly of Betty's Creek and their staff and look forward to going back to visit with my family!

The venue exceeds all expectations. The view is second to none. Tracy, the venue manager, is absolutely amazing to work with. She goes above and beyond to work with your planner to make sure your day is flawless.

We had people coming in from all over the country so it was important to us that we had a larger airport nearby so we had out guests stay in Asheville and shuttled them to the venue for the wedding. Our Friday activities were in Asheville which was a great, entertaining destination for all of our guests traveling in and Saturday was in Sylva at Betty's Creek.

Talk about a hidden gem. My husband and I got married at VBC this fall, and couldn't have imagined a more beautiful setting for our wedding. Tracy Masterson (the venue manager) is a master of all and when vendors dropped the ball, Tracy was there to pick it up. She ensured that everything went smoothly and because of her we had the most perfect wedding imaginable. VBC will be by far the prettiest venue you will visit, but having the support of their staff is the cherry on top- they think of every little detail you and your planner don’t and will ensure that your perfect day is just that… perfect.
