We had my daughter’s wedding here a few weeks ago, and I truly cannot say enough about how amazing Amy and Barry were. The entire event ran so smoothly, was absolutely beautiful, and most importantly, I actually had fun. I never expected to feel as relaxed as I did, especially after all the planning beforehand, but Amy and Barry made everything feel easy and stress-free.
Amy was the bridal assistant I never knew we needed. She was incredible — keeping everything organized, running smoothly, and perfectly on schedule. She truly protected both the bride and me from all the stressful minutia we didn’t need to know about, allowing us to simply enjoy the day.
The staff as a whole was exceptional. The captains, bartenders, and waitstaff were attentive, professional, and kind throughout the entire evening. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and our guests are still talking about it. The culinary and back-of-house teams worked seamlessly behind the scenes to make the night flawless.
I genuinely love Amy and Barry — they are amazing — and we are beyond grateful for the care, professionalism, and heart they put into making my daughter’s wedding so special. -

VCLS was the first venue we toured. After seeing the space, meeting Barry & Amy, and learning about what they offer and how they run their weddings, it ended up being the ONLY venue we toured, and we locked in our date just a few days later. VCLS seemed like a perfect match for us, and we were excited to start planning our wedding with them.
It became obvious throughout the planning that Barry and Amy had every detail accounted for, but they still worked with us every step of the way to ensure our wedding was exactly what we wanted it to be. Their level of professionalism and communication is top-notch, and we appreciated their willingness to work with our other vendors to ensure every box was checked.
As the weeks and months rolled on approaching our date, we kept reading new reviews every week from other couples who had gotten married at VCLS absolutely raving about their experience. We knew we were in good hands, but could all these other weddings really have been that amazing???
Well, after planning everything with Barry/Amy and celebrating our wedding on 12/13/25 at VCLS, our expectations were met, exceeded, and blown out of the water.
Barry helped execute the beautiful ceremony we planned with perfection, which rolled perfectly into a spectacular cocktail hour. The food and drinks at cocktail hour were incredible, as expected - their food offerings and menus were so inventive relative to other weddings we have been to, and the quality was as good as we’ve ever had. The reception and dinner service were also outstanding - dinner, dances, speeches, and most importantly partying all blended together perfectly. We also want to give a shoutout to the VCLS staff - several guests made comments to us about how great they were.
We cannot thank Barry, Amy, and VCLS enough for giving us the wedding we dreamed of and could not recommend them any more highly.

Two wise decisions recently made in our family—firstly, our daughter and now son-in-law choosing to get married, and, secondly, choosing Village Club At Lake Success as the venue. From the start of our planning process to the end of the wedding, Barry, Amy, and their fabulous staff had it all under control. We added two extra things to deal with—kosher food and having a tent on the patio for the ceremony. The kosher food was handled beautifully and deliciously. Any potential tent problems were completely alleviated by Barry and the wonderful tent company, Preferred Events LI. Any emails and phone calls between Barry and the bride, groom, and the parents of the bride were answered promptly and professionally. Everything that was promised was delivered, and more. Oh—did I forget to mention that the bride is a corporate event planner who expected perfection with every detail? She appreciated Barry’s expertise and experience. A joyful experience for all! -

If you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue — stop searching! Our daughter’s wedding was nothing short of spectacular, and we owe it all to the incredible team — Barry and Amy, who made every single detail flawless from start to finish. Our decor was created by the genius team @ Lawrence Scott Events.
From the very first meeting, Barry and Amy treated our family like their own. Their organization, creativity, and commitment to excellence were unmatched. They listened, guided, and offered expert advice every step of the way — from early planning and vision boards to last-minute details the night before. Their communication was seamless, their responsiveness unmatched, and their passion for what they do shines through in everything.
The day itself was pure magic. Every moment flowed effortlessly — from getting ready in the morning to the final dance. Barry and Amy orchestrated the entire event with such precision that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every second, inlcuding the After Party. The bride and groom didn’t miss one moment of their day — and to wake up the next morning to a message from them saying “It was the best night of our lives” says it all.
The venue itself is elegant, warm, and perfectly set up for a celebration that feels both grand and personal. The staff went above and beyond, the food was exceptional, and the service was impeccable.
We cannot recommend The Village Club of Lake Success highly enough. If you want a wedding that exceeds every expectation, surrounded by a team who cares as deeply as you do — this is the place. 10 out of 10 in every way! -

From the moment I walked into VCLS, I knew this was the place where I wanted to have my wedding. The ballroom and grounds are absolutely stunning, and there was more than enough room for our 200 guests. Even though it rained, there were gorgeous indoor photo opportunities — we can’t wait to see the professional shots! Most of our vendors had worked here before and were excited to be back.
Communication with Barry and Amy was seamless. They reassured me when I had questions, answered emails quickly, and even made my heart-shaped challah dream a reality. It’s the little touches that matter! Barry made this part of wedding planning stress free and he sure knows how to run a venue. Not to mention, he is very flexible and accommodating.
Guests are still raving about the food and drinks. We had amazing options like the foodtini station, tacos, passed tomato soup & grilled cheese, and exit stations which included popcorn, cookies, and pretzels. It was a hard decision on what to choose for the food since there were so many options and we saw this first hand at the food tasting! The entire VCLS staff was incredible, making sure every guest felt taken care of all night.
A special thank you to Amy, who was by my side from 3 PM until midnight and who fixed my dress just an hour into the reception when the bustle broke (she fixed it in half a second!). The next day, she also sent me 300 photos so we could revisit before we got the professional photos back. Amy had everything under control from the minute we stepped foot into the venue the day of the wedding and she was also there for my bridesmaids if they needed anything.
I HIGHLY recommend VCLS!!! I’m sad my wedding day is over but I am so happy I chose this venue. 1000000/10!!

Totally bitchin’ wedding!
Barry and Amy were amazing leaders managing the complete itinerary and map line of the wedding. The planning and organization was phenomenal and the team was able to add last minute details like throwing the bride’s bouquet to all the single ladies attending wedding. The bar tender and servers provided good services at all times, I would recommend for the servers to ensure all tables had at least 2-3 samples of the festival of desserts. Sincerely, we would recommend to friends and family Lake Success Golf Club as a party venue for any type of party. As we hear feedback from most of the guests attending our wedding, the wedding was worth remembering since every detail was well executed from the food, to the dj playing an eclectic variety of music, to the wedding cake and the photo taking experience. In regards to the food, the hours de vours and the creamy risotto in the vegetarian dish were so delicious and left guests wanting for more, which attests to the great quality of the meals. The mini desserts that we, the couple, tried were absolutely tasty without being overindulgently sweet. Our selection of beverages was classy and small (Bellinis, bloody Marys, prosecco, white and red wine, vodka, sodas, and seltzer water), though we’re very well made and servers ensured everyone always had a drink. The views of the venues are incredible during late summer since there was some breeze that could be enjoyed even with a sunny afternoon. Also, the team was so diligently on placing our wedding-party favors on each table setting. We are incredibly thankful and pleased with the overall turned of events at Lake Success Golf Club; we genuinely can’t wait to have another family celebration here. -

I just had my daughter’s wedding at the Village Club this past weekend and I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was. When I looked at the place we were so impressed with Barry and the venue that we hired them on the spot.
I was in touch with Barry through the whole process. I asked for recommendations for florists, music, lighting, cake. Every recommendation he gave me I used and we were so very happy with everyone.
My daughter was able to have her dream wedding outside overlooking the golf course and the lake. The indoor/outdoor space for the cocktail hour was wonderful. The food at the cocktail hour was fabulous. I have been getting phone calls all day with guests raving about the food.
They brought me into the ballroom to see it before the guests came in. It was stunning. The service for the food was unbelievable. You never had an empty glass of water or an empty wine glass. The food was absolutely delicious. We had went for a food tasting about a month before. They took their time at the tasting to make sure we were satisfied with everything. It was hard to decide on entrees because everything was so good.
Amy the bridal attendant was fantastic. She was by my daughter’s side from 10am in the morning till 1:30am. Anytime she needed something, whether it was more lipstick or a glass of water. She had sneakers waiting for my daughter under her table when she wanted to take her heels off. She thought of everything. She took pictures for us and sent them the next day because she knows we don’t get the professional pictures right away.
Everything was perfect and amazing about my daughters wedding and I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone. -

The Village Club at Lake Success was the absolute perfect venue for our June wedding! We knew when we first toured that it was the best set up and matched the feel we wanted for our wedding. We could tell during the tour that Barry was an expert at what he does and he made us feel excited and taken care of right away. Throughout planning, he answered our questions so quickly and easily and we were always welcomed to stop by the venue and see the new renovations they made or just see the place we fell in love with again. We loved that we were the only event being held there that day and the guests loved that they were able to get outside during cocktail hour to take pictures in front of the stunning golf course. It unfortunately rained on our wedding day, but Barry and the team set up a beautiful indoor ceremony for us and so quickly turned it over for the reception. Our guests keep telling us it was such a beautiful and magical wedding! The food was also beyond incredible!! From the tasting to cocktail hour to dinner and dessert, we enjoyed every last bite and know our guests did too. Harrison’s parents are vegan and they were easily accommodated. Amy helped me with all my bridal needs from getting dressed to driving us out on the golf cart to the bridge for pictures in between downpours and always making sure I had what I needed and wanted. We are so grateful we got pictures outside!! Barry and Amy are an incredible team and run such smooth, gorgeous weddings! Our ceremony started a little late due to transportation delays and Barry and Amy both made sure we had our full time with our band and guests during the reception. We are so happy we had our wedding here and we hope one of our friends get married here in the future so we have the chance to come back!! -

Our wedding could not have been more perfect last night and we are still on cloud 9. Amy and Barry went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we were happy. My husband and I knew this would be our venue right away and all our expectations were exceeded. We are getting non stop texts and call from our guests raving about our wedding. Not only are the grounds and venue stunning the food was to die for. Everything was perfect - the venue, the set up, the food (especially that Mongolian beef), the staff, the cocktail hour, the reception, the after party… everything just worked out so perfectly!
From the warm welcome from both of you guys when the busses rolled in, to the packaging up of everything at the end of the night (even the ranch dressing)… literal perfection from start to finish!
We hope to be back at The Village club one day and I know Troy is looking forward to a round of golf at the club in the spring (if that’s still on the table).

From the moment we saw the Village Club and spoke to Barry we knew this was our perfect venue! We had toured a handful of other venues prior to visiting VCLS and no one made us feel as relaxed and stress free as Barry. From the moment we booked through the end of our wedding day Barry was always available via phone and email at any time to answer questions and check in. On our wedding day Barry and Amy were beyond attentive and made sure everything was perfect! During set up, Amy realized our welcome sign was broken in the corner and she coordinated with our florist to bring some extra flowers to hide it. It looked beautiful and we wouldn’t have even known it was broken! During the night, Barry and Amy made sure we always had a drink in our hand so we never had to go to the bar, brought up a sampling of all our cocktail hour food to the bridal suite to make sure we ate and had a few minutes to ourselves and kept the night running perfect and smooth. Anything we needed or wanted, Barry and Amy were right there. Amy also helped coordinate my surprise dress change keeping my second dress locked in a separate room so no one would see it and helped me change and make a second entrance! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. Having been to many weddings on Long Island we were looking for a place we hadn’t been. VCLS has the perfect indoor/outdoor cocktail hour area and the ballroom for the reception is stunning and has an outdoor area as well for guests to get some fresh air during the party. The lake on the property is also beautiful. Since VCLS only has one event at a time, we had the whole venue to ourselves, which we loved and our guests could move around throughout the venue without worrying about bumping into another party. The food was delicious and our guests are still raving about how good the food was and how much food there was! No one left hungry. Thank you so much Barry and Amy for making our day so perfect! \\This is the easiest review to write. I am so happy to be on the other side of the wedding planning and report back that this venue completely exceeded our expectations. Barry and Amy are an unbelievable team. From the start of the wedding planning all we heard was ok we can make that happen. There is never anything completely shut down that you want done. Barry and Amy take your requests or wishes give their best advice and then work with you to make it happen. There was a lot of things that became issues or stressors before the wedding and the venue was not one of them.
Getting to the venue the day of the wedding was so exciting. Barry and Amy not only are setting up for the wedding day but they are working with the entire bridal party/ bride/groom/families and their staff throughout the entire day. It truly seems like there is more than just the 2 of them for how over the top their service is and how they pay attention to every detail. They make you feel so important throughout the planning and the day of the wedding. For example: They truly make the entire wedding day about the bride and groom. I as the bride was starting to lose steam and Barry went out of his way to get me a refreshment while Amy was standing with me. They make sure each step of the wedding day goes even better than you imagined it. Amy also is with the bride the entire day and you do not need a day of coordinator because she is truly the best person to have with you the whole time. She is 5 steps ahead of you the entire day. While she is the best support and cheerleader for you she is also taking photos that she sends back to you the next day so you have some of your own. She keeps everyone on schedule and takes any issues away from. you so you can focus on yourself.
The food was OVER THE TOP. So many people complimented the food. They have so many options that are new/ different and creative. Their menu is very long and truly caters to everyone. Cocktail hour there was so much food and the service was incredible. The staff was nice, professional and extremely thorough.
The night was so perfect that no one wanted it to end. We are so so thankful that we were able to have our wedding at the Village Club. The whole venue has been updated and continues to be adding new refreshing features every time we go. They work hard and care so much about all their clients.
Barry and Amy are not only unbelievable at throwing a party but they truly love and care for all their clients. They bring you in to throw your party and you leave being apart of their family. I would redo this night 1000 times if I could. I am so thankful that we were able to finally do this day after a lot of hiccups and couldn't be more thankful that they were the ones running the show.

I had the most wonderful experience celebrating my daughter’s wedding at The Village Club at Lake Success on 8/17/24. Barry Rosenthal is an exceptional director with his attention to detail from start to finish. He and his amazing staff executed things seamlessly, even when faced with last minute weather challenges, and two very emotional families. Rain clouds blew in just moments before we were getting ready to let our guests into the beautifully decorated outdoor terrace. Barry brilliantly made some 11th hour adjustments and our guests ended up enjoying the fantastic cocktail hour first while he organized his team to move the flowers, chairs and all the décor inside. Our guests were well fed and happy as they enjoyed our gorgeous indoor ceremony afterwards. It was so exciting to look behind the curtain and see how the magic happens.
Amy, their bridal attendant provided all the TLC that our large bridal party needed during the day and well into the evening. She was so lovely, warm and efficient, directing everyone well into the late night, even helping to patch up my daughter’s dress when the bustle broke. There is no need to hire an outside party planner or “day of” specialist, when you have such an amazing team like Barry and Amy running things here.
And then there was the FOOD! Everyone was raving over the beautiful and delicious choices that we served at the cocktail hour, reception and “after party”. Chefs Dan and Rich prepared the most outstanding food that we can remember ever having at a wedding. They were able to successfully cater to several of our guest’s specific dietary needs, while they were delighting all of our party guests.
Thank you to everyone at The Village Club at Lake Success for making our daughter’s dream come true.

There are not enough stars in the world to rate the village club at lake success. I went to a party here 15 years ago and the lobby, grill room, ballroom, the entire venue made such an impression on me that it was the only place I ever wanted to get married. Barry and Amy made our wedding better than anything I could have ever dreamed of. The space had been beautifully updated since I first saw it 15 years ago, and having such an amazing staff to answer every single question and plan every detail of our day Made our wedding the best day of our lives. Guests cannot stop talking about the food, the gorgeous venue and how every single detail went by so smoothly. I hope one day I can go back to this venue as a guest because every single guest said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Thank you Barry, Amy, and the entire VCLS team -

Our dream wedding!
Our wedding at Village Club at Lake Success was magical. The venue was beautiful with the updated flooring, paint, window treatments and carpet. The ballroom is spectacular but the way it was transformed for our ceremony and reception truly felt like a dream.
Barry, Amy and their staff made the planning process and the evening seamless and stress-free. Everything flowed so well. They were so kind and there was such attention to detail. We were able to relax and enjoy. We felt taken care of.
Another unforgettable aspect of our wedding was the food and the service. Our guests were raving about food. The dishes were creative, beautiful, and delicious.

I would highly recommend The Village Club at Lake Success to anyone! Our wedding was absolutely amazing. Barry & Amy were such an incredible team to work with. Barry will answer your questions very quickly and is so helpful throughout the entire process! Amy is great the day of the wedding to make sure the bride has everything she needs and that everything is running smoothly. They are so wonderful. They will work through any last minute issues with you! For example, we decided to move the ceremony from outside to inside because of the weather (pretty last minute) and Barry was very accommodating with his staff to make the move very seamless. He even put the Chuppah inside the ballroom to make the room even more special and beautiful than I ever could have imagined! The food is also AMAZING - we got so many compliments on the food from our friends and family. The ballroom is just a beautiful room and with the view of the lake, it's really an amazing venue. We cannot recommend Barry & Amy enough and this venue, and would tell everyone to get married here! -

If you're in search of a remarkable wedding venue, look no further than the Village Club at Lake Success – book it immediately! I found myself in a wedding emergency situation when my original venue canceled just 27 days before the big day. Luckily, when I reached out, Barry informed me that they had my desired date available.
As someone who never had a clear vision of my dream wedding day, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The venue and the staff exceeded all expectations. It was an exceptional combination of a stunning location, delectable food, and an outstanding team. Amy and Barry, in particular, are an unbeatable duo, ensuring that every moment goes smoothly and you feel completely at ease on your special day.
From the moment you arrive, the grounds are absolutely breathtaking, with the ceremony space overlooking the pond and golf course – an ideal backdrop for photos.
My guests had the time of their lives, and the reviews for the food and drinks were nothing short of rave-worthy. I couldn't have chosen a better venue!

While there are many Country Club Venues on Long Island, there really isn’t any one Country Club anything like The Village Club at Lake Success. Why? Not only is the Village Club beautiful (for an outdoor ceremony/cocktail overlooking a lake or indoors with an outrageous brick wall). The staff are pleasant, they happen to have AMAZING food, and a knockout sushi presentation. There's a bridge to capture that picture, and then..... there are 2 people that just make it all; well, perfect! Barry Rosenthal and Amy Chachkes.
The bride and groom wanted a ‘farm’ feel in a contemporary setting; it happened. While we did rent items, Barry made sure to repurpose them. For our tasting, Barry answered a lot of questions, and Amy joined us. There were 6 of us with different ideas, questions and attitudes and they listened to everything. We came up with a menu that didn’t ‘break’ the bank, yet was everything to all of us. They actually talked us out of a few of the ‘extras’ when they clearly could have sold us.
On the day of my son and DIL’s wedding, the staff was friendly, professional and clearly understands Barry’s vision. They saw my 90 year old mom, and my DIL’s 96 year old Gramma, and made sure to put a ‘reserved’ sign at a table at the cocktail hour so they’d have seating close to the door.
Amy is Barry’s left hand; she pretty much can complete his sentences. They work ‘that’ well together. She is just a gift. She made sure our August wedding was super cool indoors. She helped with so much, kept us running on time and just made everything easy. We did have a day of coordinator; but Amy was that as well in addition to being our bridal attendant. They worked flawlessly together. My sandals, which had fit perfectly at home, kept slipping off as I walked. Amy had double sided tape, which was a godsend. She has an arsenal of tools and tricks for sure. While she's there to make sure the bride is truly taken care of, she was there on the day of for all of us.
As our guests were leaving at the end of our amazing evening, I had brought in unique cookies and desserts. I thought they’d be displayed on a round table, simply for guests to take on their way out. Barry, could have left things like that, but he arranged for the farm barrels to be brought up front, and an unbelievable looking display was waiting complete with flowers, unique baskets, vases and lights.
Normally, months after an affair, one can always find something to ‘pick on,’ or change for ‘the next one’. Our wedding was in August. We are almost into January, and there is not one thing comes to mind to change. Forever grateful to Barry Rosenthal and Amy Chachkes for making our kids wedding an amazing night to remember. -

Dream come true wedding
My husband and I just got married on November 12, 2022. The entire day was a dream come true. Barry and Amy are so organized and everything went so smoothly I felt so stress free. Barry is very responsive with emails and tells you like it is to help everything get done and prepared. I also had a kosher wedding and the food www PHENOMENAL you wouldn’t even know the difference between kosher or non kosher. I am so thankful we had the best day of our lives. We got married in March 2022 at the VCLS, and Barry did such a fantastic job throughout our entire wedding planning process - From the big things to the minor ones, we loved working with him. He got to know us and our families, and we felt confident in his ability to execute all our asks including timeline/flow of the wedding day, the food (which was kosher and amazing - our friends/family still compliment how delicious our cocktail hour was), and coordinating with all our vendors. Amy worked closely with him on the day of the wedding and made sure my husband and I had everything we needed - They were so warm and wonderful. Our wedding was better than any dream, any fantasy, and any fairytale, and that was almost entirely because of the Village Club at Lake Success. Friends and family called it a "hidden gem," with incredible food and service, gorgeous views, and an overall classy and sophisticated ambiance. Nestled between NYC and the expanse of Long Island suburbs, the Village Club beautifully defined the wedding of our dreams. We booked in October 2019 and had envisioned something absolutely grand--something our guests wouldn't have experienced before. Then, the pandemic started. We had heard of other venues struggling to help couples through this time, but were relieved to know that the Village Club was willing and able to work with us even with all of the fears and uncertainties the pandemic brought upon us all. Because of that, we decided to keep our date no matter what because we knew the food and service at the Village Club was THAT good and absolutely worth it. However, when most restrictions were lifted right before our June 2021 wedding, the Village Club worked above and beyond to exceed the expectations we had set almost two years ago, long before the pandemic ever started. And to be honest, our wedding was even better than that. I'm being completely candid when I say several guests--close family aside--told us that our wedding was the best one they had ever been to. Barry and his team are truly the best in the business. Putting our complete trust in them was the best decision we had ever made (besides deciding to get married in the first place). Leading up to the wedding, every question, every concern, every idea we had was addressed promptly and resolved flawlessly by Barry. His experience, leadership, and professionalism are commendable and admirable attributes, and we are so thankful we were able to work with him. The day of our wedding was exciting, busy, chaotic, and beautiful--the attentiveness to us as a couple, all of our needs, and of course all of our guests, reassured us that there is no other place like the Village Club and no other team like Barry's. On a personal note, Amy was a tremendous help to me whether it was fixing my dress, getting me from point A to point B, or making sure I was eating a proper meal. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. We thank them all from the bottom of our hearts for everything they did to deliver the wedding we envisioned. I cannot recommend them enough! -

Our original venue cancelled our wedding after our covid postponement but we were lucky and blessed to come across The Village Club at Lake Success. We fell in love with the place the moment we saw it. Working with Barry was a pleasure. He was super responsive and helpful at all times. He would be answering emails and calls at all hours of the day. He made sure that his team delivered on the day of the wedding. Everything ran smoothly and was beautifully. He even got us iced coffee to drink since we were exhausted from being up since 5am. The bridal attendant Kevin was like my personal entourage. Anything I needed, he was able to help and make sure the day ran efficiently. All of my belongings were nicely packed and tucked away at the end of the night. I had nothing to worry about because he made sure everything we needed was attended to. Our guests are still raving about the food especially the cocktail hour which has some awesome options like paella served with sangria as well as the sip & bites. The dessert parade was an awesome touch for the end of the night. Everything that we tasted was delicious. I wish I can relive this day and attend a wedding as a guest next time at The Village Club at Lake Success. Thank you so much for making our day perfect! Love Anna & Alex! -

Husband and my wedding dreams a reality. Throughout the entire planning process during the pandemic, Barry Rosenthal was constantly responsive, optimistic, honest, and an ear to listen as I was completely crazed as to what was going to happen. When we were able to plan our wedding with only 4 months to go, he went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The day was pouring rain, and despite that, it was absolutely beautiful and couldn’t have been more perfect. Barry made sure everything went by completely seamlessly, and that all special requests were met. Everyone says something always goes wrong at a wedding - but not this one!! 10/10 recommend. -

6.5.21- Where to even begin with this review!! If you are looking for a stunning venue with amazing food and staff then SERIOUSLY look no further. Barry went above and beyond in SO many ways to make sure myself and now husband were taken care of the entire night. We had a few mishaps with vendors and he was there every step of the way to ensure things got taken care of so that we did not need to stress. Barry, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for throwing us an incredible wedding and bringing so much zen to our night. Kevin, my bridal attendant was also SO incredible I don’t even know where to begin. Kevin, thank you for taking care of me and our bridal party all day into night. You made sure all of our needs were being met and were always one step ahead of the game. You are such a pro and brought the best energy to our day. Our friends and family have not stopped raving about how amazing of a night this and how beautiful the venue grounds were. They also could not get over how absolutely delicious, incredible, and creative the food was. If you are looking to have the BEST wedding with the most attentive staff and the most incredible atmosphere you have found your spot. 5 stars for Barry and the Village Club, for making a stressful Covid wedding planning process as pain-free as possible and pulling out EVERY stop to make our party unforgettable! Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of amazing food and no detail spared. Throughout the planning process, Barry was super accessible and quick to reply with absolutely everything; even during the height of the pandemic, we did not worry about a thing. The food and beverage service in general was impeccable, and the venue and grounds were stunning in every photo. So many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, even in spite of the pandemic (and we appreciated all related precautions being taken). Barry totally understood the springy, indoor-outdoor vibe we were going for and nailed it. THANK YOU to this very hardworking team for giving us the most special day beyond all expectations! -

4.23.21 - Best day ever!
The Village Club at Lake Success was such a perfect venue for our amazing day and the grounds are beyond gorgeous plus we were blessed with perfect weather. Barry was the most honest and accommodating person to work with. Having booked pre-pandemic for October 24, 2020 and postponed — I sure did have a TON of questions/concerns leading up to our big day and he was always available for me. On our wedding day he went above and beyond to make sure we were fully taken care of all night long, I couldn’t have envisioned anything better. Kevin, who was our bridal attendant was simply amazing. So professional and experienced, I connected with him instantly and he made sure I got EVERYTHING I asked for, plus took care of my complicated bustle :-)! If you are looking to work with great people and for a unique venue - then look no further! -

When we first visited the Village Club back in 2018 we knew it was the place we were meant to get married! We started counting down until our 5/8/20 wedding date. And then Covid hit...It was soul crushing! We were 2 months away from having our dream wedding at our dream location and then life as we knew it changed. We postponed to July 2020 thinking everything would be ok by then...it wasn't. We then had to make the decision to postpone to May 2021...a full year from when we were originally supposed to get married. And now unfortunately postponing again to 8/5/21. I'm sure many brides can relate to this but I've also heard horror stories about how wedding venues were not being as accommodating. Not the Village Club! Barry has been AMAZING through it all! Even after having to postpone 3 times, he has been there every step of the way being in constant communication with us. And even though he may not have all the answers as to what August will look like, his positivity, reassurance and confidence in wanting to make sure we have the wedding we envisioned, and promising to keep us in the loop, makes us feel that the decision we made almost 2 1/2 years ago will ALL be worth it!!! As challenging as this past year has been, my fiancé and I are thankful we picked a venue that understands what couples have been going though and are so sympathetic. We cannot WAIT for our wedding in August! It's the first time in almost a year we have felt excited again! I can't wait to come back on here and write another review (and share pictures) on how magical Barry and the Village Club team made our wedding day...because I know without a doubt they will make it happen!!! -

Village club is a dream come true
Our fairytale wedding was 12/5/20... yes that’s right during covid. It’s easy to find a venue that can throw a good party if you have the right vendors and all things are going well...however, it’s another to find people and a company that can be your saving grace during a crisis. Barry Rosenthal and the staff at village club did just that! We originally set our wedding date back in 2019 and it was planned for 200 guests. Of course with covid and current state regulations things did not go as planned and we had to cut to 50 people. We were considering pushing and then possibly even canceling but we really wanted to get married on that day. Barry and his team assured us that they can make it happen. We were skeptical at first but Barry came through with an in depth plan, contingencies and back ups for any scenario. We trusted Barry through the process and he exceeded our expectations EVERY SINGLE TIME. Our day was absolutely magical from start to finish. Barry coordinated everything with our vendors, made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing and each of our guests had an amazing time. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests were all accommodated based on their level of comfort. If you’re considering whether or not to get married right now or push your wedding off I would highly recommend sitting with Barry at the Village Club before making that decision. -

Im so grateful I found the village club of Lake Success after having to cancel my original wedding plans they were extremely flexible and accommodating. Working in the wedding industry it was hard for me to find a venue, Once I went there I was blown away how beautiful it was and friendly the staff was. The grounds are gorgeous. Also having the best Wedding designer helped Pejy Kash Events. His guidance of the venue was so helpful and he helped make our day unforgettable. All my guest are still raving about how beautiful everything was and how great the food was! I would definitely recommend it!!! -

Nicole Sent on 07/21/2018My husband and I got married at The Village Club on April 21st 2018 and I cannot even express how amazing the entire experience was. We worked with Pejy who is by far the best coordinator and we had Tom and Kevin work with us day of. The room looked amazing and the the food was absolutely unbelieve that I still get people calling me raving about the food. This is a live golf course so prior to our reception there were people still golfing but honestly the staff works to well together that you don’t even notice. We took pictures all around the grounds and I didn’t even notice the golfers. If you’re looking for a place that has great food, single wedding at a time and beautiful decor this is the place to go.

WORTH. EVERY. PENNY. That is all that needs to be said about my experience with the Village Club at Lake Success. From the moment we went to look at this venue, I fell in love with the gorgeous ballroom and facilities. Our wedding liaison, Tracy, did a terrific job from top to bottom. She was very honest and up front with us from the get go about the financial end of things which we appreciated it. Also, her recommendations for the best food and details were on point - especially the chicken and waffles entree and the Fall Harvest table as our guests were departing. She answered all of my annoying questions quickly and never made me feel like I was a burden. I asked her opinion on everything from table cloths to cake design, and I really valued the honest responses she was able to guide me with. Our guests RAVED about the food, especially the sushi station. Our bridal attendant Kevin was great and made sure we got to try all of the food - I was determined not to be one of those brides who was too busy to eat!! The ballroom was gorgeous, especially with the extra lighting. Our photos on the patio, bridge, and grounds came out so beautifully with the fall foliage. Everyone on the staff made us feel like their top priority and attended to a very detailed itinerary and list of requests that I had provided. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and smoothly run experience - you won’t regret having your wedding here!! -

It all fell together so seamlessly which I think speaks volumes on the quality of attention and service I was given by my Wedding Coordinator Pejy. My fiance and I booked the venue after having looked everywhere on the Island and being disappointed. I was about to book with a venue in Manhattan, when on a whim I figured I would stop by and see this venue since it was on my way home. Talk about Meant to be. I was met by Pejy who I cannot praise enough, He was a delight to meet in person and made me feel like We could make this happen....especially since My fiance and I wanted to get married by December and it was September. Well let's just say you can plan a magnificent wedding in three months, but with the right help. Pejy gave me several great vendor options, and made sure we stayed on budget and on our timeline. I cannot repeat myself when I say my experience at the club and with Pejy are truly one of a kind and I will forever be grateful to him for his true care and attention to our special day. The Village Club itself is a beautiful Venue, It's truly unlike any venue on Long Island. It's sheek without being sterile, and right next to Lake Success which adds to the beauty of this venue. The food was amazing, My guests were all beyond shocked at the quantity let alone the quality of the food. I'll be honest the day of my wedding I gave myself little expectations except the mindset of I'm marrying my best friend and my family will be there so that's all that matters, but...When I saw my ballroom I was shocked, It was everything I had imagined and more. My Maitre D' Kevin was also the kindest most understanding attentive Maitre D I could of wished for. He helped make the entire night flawless, and I've heard from many friends who had weddings, that they didn't have time to eat or time to enjoy their own wedding. That was not my case at all. He made sure we ate and partied all night

Our wedding day exceeded our expectations! Everyone raved about the food, both at cocktail hour and dinner, as well as the service provided. Everyone was extremely professional and attentive to detail. Any special requests we had were met during our reception. Drinks were great and the dessert parade was beyond! From the outside, starting on the golf course, landscaping, the patio outside of the ballroom, to the building itself, there are so many different backdrops to choose from for photos. We wish we could go back in time and have our wedding all over again. We hope to be guests at The Village Club at Lake Success one day. 10/10 would recommend! -
