The Views at Sunset Ridge were a dream venue when it came to our wedding with them this past May 5th! My name is Alexandra Haimes, and Justin and I both agree that from the beginning, this family-owned company was willing to work with us to help achieve our vision and all the special parts we wanted to come together to make our wedding special and memorable. Although they typically don’t do weekday weddings, they happily allowed us to use Monday May the 5th since the date has special significance to us. This was the day we met, we got engaged, and thanks to our Sunset Ridge family, got married as well! They were extremely pet-friendly and worked with us to have our 3 fur babies present at the wedding for pictures and it really made our day all the more special! The day-of coordinator helped our wedding day run seamlessly from our arrival; keeping us on time but allowing for fun and special moments as we got ready, helping me take a steadying breath before walking down the aisle, and created a breathtaking indoor ceremony space that nearly took my breath away almost as much as my husband did when I walked down the aisle.
They coordinated what we wanted from their decor, recommended our baker, florist, and DJ who all did a fantastic job helping our wedding day come together. From decorations that matched Justin’s and my vision, to beautiful flowers that helped tie the wedding party attire and ceremony space together, and a gorgeous wedding cake that tasted even better than it looked, Sunset Ridge was there for us through it all. They also catered for us, and our guests loved their taco bar as much as the dancing.
Altogether, Sunset Ridge helped us bring a lot of different moving parts together to help Justin and I create a beautiful, unforgettable, and really happy wedding day. Thank you to you all for everything you did to contribute to making our day special, and celebrating our new little Haimes family like we were your own! -

Dream Come True
My husband and I were married at the Views at Sunset Ridge in August of 2022. Leslie, Ashley, and Allen were a dream team. So many guests complimented us not only on the beauty of the venue (gorgeous), how nice/convenient the space was (superb), and how good the food was (yum!), but ALSO on how smoothly the entire event ran. The coordinators and staff at Sunset Ridge think of everything, and they make both day-of running and advance planning a breeze. Have a question? They have an answer. I cannot recommend this place and these people enough!

Most amazing venue
I can’t even begin to compliment this venue enough. The transition from ceremony to dinner to reception is so smooth!! They took so much stress away from my husband and I ❤️❤️ Sadly, we had an unfortunate situation with one of our wedding party members in which she snuck liquor to the venue and became overly intoxicated. We asked that the wedding party member leave. The venue remained so professional and helped us deal with a truly disheartening situation on our special day. Each staff member was so kind. Our grandparents were so well taken care of from the serving staff bringing their food to them, to the staff being so sweet when helping them get on/off the elevators. We have a couple of friends getting married in a few weeks after us, and they were already saying how much they wished they would have selected The Views at Sunset Ridge. The venue has such a good relationship with its vendors, our DJ (best of the best) came early to setup because he enjoys working with them so much. I had several friends tell me it was the best wedding/venue they have ever been to! I cannot recommend them enough. -

The two things that set the Views at Sunset Ridge apart from all the other wedding venues in the area are the owners and the view. From the start, the interactions I had with the owners were simple and familiar. A family owns and runs this venue and it’s obvious that, to them, this is more than just a place they rent out for weddings. During the planning process, I only had a couple of vendors that I felt came close to being as excited about my wedding as I was, and TVASR was one of them.
From the start they were easy-going and understanding, even with a Type-A bride like me, and their ability to accommodate was astounding. On a few tours of other venues I felt as if my partner and I were interacting with a car salesmen as it was all about the nickel-and-dime. If we wanted the non-plastic chairs, that was extra. If we wanted the bridal suite, that was extra. If we wanted more than just a few hours, that was extra. But, with TVASR I kept being surprised at what was included in the price.
Comparable pricing in the area left you with a 1-room venue that perhaps included some plastic tables and chairs and a few leftover decor items. With TVASR the price included 3 floors (all that flipping a single room mess begone), several outdoor ceremony locations, staff for parking, a “decor closet” (but what is actually a very large room with enough decor to beautify 3 different wedding styles), an unmatched bridal suite, a groom’s room topped off with a bar and pool table, beautiful hand-made wooden tables with wooden chairs (that don’t need any chair covers), not to mention draping. They also offer MULTIPLE colors of linens, MULTIPLE plate options, MULTIPLE types of glassware/silverware…need I go on?
And despite all that they offered there were no sneaky fees popping out of the fine print…because that’s not what this family is about. They care and, I frankly think, take pride in the weddings that take place at their venue. As if that is not enough, TVASR also had options for a photographer and an in-house chef. The chef provided my fiancé and I with one of the best tastings we’ve ever had. We were wanting something off-menu and the chef seemed to really enjoy the challenge. He surpassed our expectations with his creativity and the options he presented us during the meal (the sun-dried tomato pimento cheese he created for us is still something I find myself thinking of).
We were in love with their venue. We never missed an open house, even after signing the contract, just because we so thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with the owners…and the view. From the moment I set foot on the top floor, with the panoramic windows that provided a sight that rivaled that of Rock City, I knew I wanted a sunset dinner for our guests. Nothing else could match it. TVASR offers a venue that is romantic and breathtaking all in the same space. It is something that is completely unrivaled. It is everything that could be hoped for.
Unfortunately, a year into our two-year wedding planning process, our wedding plans shifted. We found ourselves needing a micro-wedding verging on elopement which left us with no other choice than to change our venue. Even with that news, the owners never ceased to surprise us with their flexibility and empathy. They understood that this was a loss of my partner and I’s dream wedding and their response felt like that of a friend. They did not first and foremost remind us about contracts or fees. They were sympathetic and understanding. And, even though our wedding now looks much different than we planned, we still hope to one day have an anniversary sunset party on that top floor.
Long review made short, I could not recommend this venue, and family, more. If you are curious, follow them on FB and visit their website to subscribe to their email announcements. They don't go long in between open houses and a visit will be all you need to fall in love. If you are looking for an easy-going, romantic, absolutely perfect venue…The Views at Sunset Ridge is positively it. -

Wedding made easy!!!
I cannot say enough about the family who owns this venue. they are so amazing, tentative, and made everything so easy! they surprised us with a firework show at our grand exit! It was truly magical!!! would do it over and over again with these people!! You won’t regret it!!! Buy the coordinator package if you want an easy start to finish! -

Amazing Wedding Venue!!
The first time we toured the venue, my husband & I fell in love with the views! On our wedding day, the staff was so helpful, and made everything go smoothly as guest came to the venue. They have been a huge help with decorations, setting up, send offs, and so much more! My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our day! -

I got married here on May 18th. It was absolutely the most stunning venue! Ashley and Leslie were very helpful and helped make the day go as smooth as possible. We got the weekend package so we had our rehearsal dinner there, and Ashley was very helpful in setting up and decorating everything for that! Afterwards, my bridesmaids and I all stayed the night. They brought in beds, sheets and pillows to accommodate us, and then in the morning as they served us breakfast, they got all the beds out to help make the room nicer for pictures and give us more space.
They were very accommodating with all the decorations we brought in ourselves and let us pick items they have in stock to use as well!
Everything about our weekend was perfect, and this venue and its owners made it that way!
My husband and I are so thankful we chose TVASR and we recommend it to all future brides and grooms looking for a venue for such a special day!
I’ve attached some pictures I’ve received back. Sadly, most of them are taken outside, but you will still be able to see just how beautiful their entire property is! -

The most amazing venue, staff, and views!
I will never be able to put into words how incredible Ashley and Leslie were to work with for our wedding this past April! I have never seen another venue that has as much to offer as this one. From the awesome getting ready areas to the beautiful views this place has everything any bride or groom would ever want. Ashley and Leslie worked with us throughout the whole process to ensure that everything went off without a hitch on the day of our wedding! They helped ensure everything we wanted was executed perfectly down to the last detail! I can not recommend this venue or its owners enough! -

I got married at the Views at Sunset Ridge on May 10th. My husband and I were extremely impressed with not only the venue itself, but the amazing individuals who helped everything go so smoothly. Ashley & Leslie were very attentive and made sure every aspect of the wedding went as planned while ensuring I was stress-free. These two ladies were my coordinators for the day and were always one step ahead of the game. The venue has a beautiful view on both the inside and outside. There are hundreds of places to take pictures. The indoor venue is huge and every inch of the place is gorgeous. Not only would I recommend this venue, but every one of my guests raved about how incredible and accommodating it was. I LOVED working with the Ashley & Leslie. These ladies were so kind to everyone involved and conscious of every detail. -

The views at the venue are absolutely breathtaking, but not only that the people were of some of the most accommodating venders we dealt with throughout the entire wedding planning process. We used the venue for the weekend package and they always had delicious food set out for us for lunch and breakfast. This group of people worked their tails off to make our day special. They worked through the night from Friday rehearsal dinner to Saturday morning to tend to our needs while our bridal party stayed the night and moving tables all over the venue to get it set up to decorate first thing in the morning. They helped with the entire clean up process. Ashely and Leslie treated us as if we were family. There is no amount of words that I could use to give this place the reviews that they deserve.

Catilyn Sent on 07/25/2018My husband and I were fortunate enough to stumble across this venue on Wedding Wire back in December. We went and saw it in person while it was still in the construction phase, we were sold immediately. The venue is stunning, the views are breathtaking and the staff were impeccable.
The owners are fantastic as well. Leslie and Ashley helped us every step of the way.
Leading up to the wedding we were able to meet with our vendors pretty much anytime we wanted. We had multiple meetings. Some spur of the moment. :)
The week leading up to the wedding they were very accommodating and flexible about us dropping things off and setting things up early.
The wedding weekend was a breeze. I was given a walkie-talkie so that I could communicate with the staff without having to run all over the venue. They were so helpful and eager to make our special day as perfect as possible.
Our wedding was the weekend after another wedding which left guest and the wedding party unsatisfied. I was impressed when the venue called me that week to assure me that our wedding would not suffer.
Overall, we give this venue and the staff 4 thumbs up. -

I was the very first wedding in this venue, and I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. The views are UNBEATABLE. That alone should convince you to have your wedding or big event there. On top of that, the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I visited the venue when it was still under construction but decided to book them regardless because I could immediately tell the staff was committed to putting the venue together on time. Surely enough, the venue came together beautifully!! The staff worked day and night to get it looking absolutely gorgeous. They were incredibly helpful the whole way through. I was a very worried bride because it wasn’t finished when I first visited, but they allowed me to visit many times to reassure me. They were there for me the entire wedding weekend to make it absolutely perfect. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better wedding experience. Thank you to these wonderful people for helping my day be everything I wanted and more!! -

Channing Sent on 06/24/2018We got married at The Views at Sunset Ridge in May. My husband and I fell in love with the venue the first time we saw it. On our wedding day, the staff was SO helpful. I had always dreamed about getting married outside under a cross. The Views was MORE than willing to let us decorate the way I dreamed! They were more than willing to move chairs from the ceremony site to the reception (even though it was over 90 degrees outside). The entire day was so smooth and stress-free. My husband and I after the wedding reflected on the entire day, we said we would have not changed a single about the wedding day. I seriously could have not dreamed about our wedding day anywhere else. The Views at Sunset Ridge helped our wedding dream come reality. I would recommend this venue to ANY bride!

The views at sunset ridge went above and beyond for our wedding. They accommodated our traditional Hindu ceremony and all the various traditions with full flexibility. We really felt like we were in great hands on our wedding day. The staff was extremely professional and helped keep the day on track. We can't say enough about how great they were toward us. We would highly recommend them to anyone. The icing on the cake, beyond the staff, is the views from this location. The incredible photos with mountains in the background came out stunning. Book this venue now if you can! -

Flawless Wedding
We just had our wedding here on May 30th,2021 and it was absolutely wonderful. From the stunning views to Ashley catering to our EVERY need-the day was flawless.
We had originally scheduled our wedding for May 24th, 2020 but had to postpone due to COVID. During that time, Ashley and Leslie were incredibly understanding of the circumstances and immediately helped us to rebook for the next year with no penalties.
There were SEVERAL emails sent back and forth as you can imagine and I will say that the responses may not have been immediate but they were always answered. I found the best way to get ahold of them is to call Ashley- she picked up every single time and was able to answer my questions instantly so it was a much more efficient way of communicating rather than to email.
In addition, I had hired lots of different vendors which began to get complicated as I was making myself the middle man between the vendor and the venue- don't do this. As soon as I told Ashley things were getting too chaotic doing this, she was very receptive to having the vendors just contact her so that she could answer all questions. This served to be a huge relief for me!
I have seen a few reviews about the elevator and will say that we had an instance where we had problems with it (due to too many people on it at once) BUT that was a risk we took- as we had our cocktail hour on the second floor and dinner on the third while the reception was on the first when we knew we would have guests who would not be able to use the stairs.
I can not praise Ashley enough for how amazing she was on the wedding day. She was incredibly accommodating, listened to any changes I wanted to make on a whim, and was constantly checking in, not to mention she remained to calm the entire time! To any brides- the best way to reach her on the day of is via phone cause hello- she is running around all over the place!!
This venue could not be more stunning and the management could not have been more accommodating to us.

You will not regret choosing The Views at Sunset Ridge! I had been looking at their beautiful venue online for a while before we finally went for a tour. Meeting Ashley, Leslie, and Allen sealed the deal! They put our needs and dreams first.
Their venue comes with access to a decorating room filled with just almost everything you will need! This can really help a tight decorating budget. Their staff carried themselves professionally and friendly throughout the entire process.
We also recommend looking into their on-site catering! Not only was the food delicious, but it helped the whole night run smoothly since it was being prepared and served by their staff. BONUS: we were able to use their dinnerware, which they completely setup and decorated according to Covid guidelines.
We could not have asked for a smoother wedding ceremony and reception. They flipped the downstairs room from an elegant ceremony room to a dance floor while we ate dinner upstairs. So much fun!

My daughter was supposed to have gotten married in May 2020 but because of the pandemic she ended up getting married in August 2020. They were very helpful in this pandemic planning. We had to change many things to make the guest feel safe to come to the wedding and they had great ideas.
The venue was beautiful and amazing. They made it very easy to plan a wedding. They were always available and they had great ideas in decorated the venue. On the day of the wedding they took all the stress off of us. They made sure the day flowed wonderfully. We had an issue with an outside caterer at the last minute and they took care of everything.
My daughter had her dream wedding and I would not change anything. I would definitely recommend them -
