This was our vending venue we chose and we honestly couldn't be happier! From the beginning of the process, Shelly and Kim were there for any support and questions that we had. Without any additions, the venue is so naturally beautiful from the ceremony site under the trees to the rustic barn. The packages and pricing offered is truly the best around, that we knew immediately it was the place for us. All the included vendors are wonderful and easy to work with. At the end of our wedding day, we both truly couldn't believe how amazing and perfect the day went. Everyone involved helped make our day so special here and all of our guests left so happy with telling us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had been too. I honestly could go on and on about how amazing this place is. -

Amazing venue and professional staff!
We had our son's wedding at Diamond C last week and I would HIGHLY recommend the venue. We had 200 guest and we were incredibly pleased with the customer service and professionalism that Shelly ( owner) and Kim F ( wedding planner) gave towards the wedding. Not only did Kim assist me with coordinating all the vendors but she also was INCREDIBLY helpful and organized during the day of the wedding and rehearsal ( and my many calls and text prior to the big day). We made several last minute changes to the ceremony and reception area and each one of the changes was met with a smile and immediate approval. I can not say enough about Kim the wedding planner and her assistant Tom they both went out of their way to make not only our bridal party but each and everyone of our guest feel welcomed. The food through Green Apple catering was fantastic! The flowers through Sue Ellen's florist were stunning and the additional vendors Kim recommended at my request exceeded my expectations ( Palacio Events made the extra decorations I requested happen amazingly) ! Shelly and her husband were kind and helpful and went out of their way as well to help us make modifications to the barn that made things comfortable for our guest as well. I also loved that the venue has a TON of decorations that you can use. They were constantly checking on us and making sure we all were having an amazing time!! We also brought in an outside dj ( Jonathan Cortez ) and he MADE THE PARTY!!! I could go on and on about how wonderful the experience was! I have already had 3 friends from the wedding ask for the venues information for their children's wedding because it was so fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend this wonderful team and STUNNING venue. -

Greatest Day of my Life
This Past Sunday I had the blessing of marrying my best friend. Both of us searched high and low for the best place to have our special day at, and that place was the Venue at Diamond C Ranch. Shelly the owner was absolutely amazing, kind and so sweet and understanding to all of our needs and questions. The venue itself is breath taking and we even had the pleasure to be the first to be able to stay in their new Motel rooms they just built and again amazing and made the night for us so easy. The venue itself is on their ranch in Myakka Florida with breath taking trees and landscaping. The Barn has amazing wood work and a beautiful spiral staircase and two rooms perfectly made for the bridal party and groomsman. Did I mention that this venue includes almost everything you need from planner to food and cake and even flowers and DJ. Every vendor was truly amazing and all of our quests raved about everything. I just can’t express how truly amazing this was and made all of our dreams for our wedding come true! Thank you Shelly for everything you do! -

AMAZING Property and Venue !!!!!!
I used The Venue at Diamond C Ranch for my January 16th wedding and it was absolutely amazing ! Shelly , the owner is the sweetest lady you’ll ever meet and we hit it off at the first meeting ! I really REALLY loved the fact that this venue only does 1 wedding per weekend . We were allowed out to the property several days leading up to the wedding which seems like a small thing but it made my husband and I so much calmer because we weren’t cramming every task into one day . We brought out all the alcohol on Thursday , did the rehearsal Friday and brought everything to get ready , my dress , shoes , detail stuff , unity stuff , etc out so the day of the wedding I only had to bring myself . It provided a great calmness to the day . The property itself is absolutely stunning with huge old oak trees that made for phenomenal pictures . The barn itself is stunning as well . They just redid the roof using wood slats before my wedding and it’s absolutely beautiful! A great unexpected upgrade !! Lol inside the barn they have a grooms suite and a bridal suite on the bottom and top of a beautiful staircase (which also made for a great first introduction for my new husband and I) ! The space in the bridal suite was perfect for my bridal party and moms to get ready in and we were all very comfortable and not crammed in (3 moms , 2 bridesmaids , my maid of honor , me , and 2 hair and makeup people each with assistants) . Shelly’s pricing is very fair and she is easy to work with. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a barn type wedding that you can make beautiful ! -

Shelly and her team at Diamond C Ranch are wonderful. My husband and I were married here this past Saturday, and it was truly the wedding of our dreams. We loved the flexibility to plan how we wanted to; choosing who we wanted for catering, how we wanted to decorate, bartending, etc. Most places similar to this had a short list to choose from, and Diamond C Ranch stood out to us because of their openness. -

My husband and I fell in LOVE with the venue!!!! It is the most beautiful, elegant, and perfect venue for anyone who loves the outdoors and rustic/elegant feel for there wedding! Shelly was very pleasant to work with and recommended the BEST decorator/coordinator for our wedding! We received so many compliment on the decor and beautiful venue! Lovely property, highly recommend. -
