I cannot say enough good about Kyle & Katie! They were super easy and relaxed throughout the whole process, and we couldn’t have picked a more beautiful place to have our wedding! They went above and beyond, and were always there to answer questions, etc. I’m so glad that we chose this venue, I believe our wedding couldn’t have been anymore perfect if it wasn’t for this venue. Thank you guys again, for everything!

The Venue at Beagell Farms was absolutely perfect for our vision! Our wedding was everything we could dream and more! Katie and Kyle were so helpful in the process of making it all come together! They are full of wedding knowledge and had recommendations for every kind of vendor we needed. We chose to be married in the trees, mid September and they were more than accommodating! They were ready for all weather needs and able to put up tent walls for the rain! Luckily the rain held out for us and our wedding was stunning! We especially loved their dance floor and the beautiful landscape for photos! We can’t thank the Beagell’s enough and highly recommend this venue for any upcoming weddings!

The Venue at Beagell farms met all of our needs for our wedding. It may have rained for a brief period on our big day, but their tent was large enough to accommodate everyone that attended. The grounds crew was on hand all weekend to assist and cleanup only took us an hour the following day.

The Venue exceeded all of our expectations. Katie went above and beyond working and coordinating with all of our vendors, which took the stress away from us. The setting is picture perfect for the laid back vibe we wanted for our big day. It rained right up to our ceremony time and Katie and Kyle checked in with us multiple times to see if we wanted the ceremony inside or outside the tent. They were very quick to accommodate our outside decision and dried all the benches off when the rain decided to stop 5 min before our ceremony began. Our guests have not stopped talking about how amazing the venue was. The Venue is a hidden gem and we are beyond happy that our wedding vision was not only met but exceeded our expectations.

From the very first tour visit to the day of our wedding, Katie and Kyle Beagell were an absolute blessing to work with. Katie was efficient and responsive through email and text. She is exceptional in what she does, making sure we didn’t miss the necessities we needed for the day. Their venue is exceptionally beautiful and our guests cannot stop raving about it. We are so thankful to have had the two of them as our venue. The Venue at Beagell Farms accommodated all our requests and more. Their refurbished barn served as the perfect drink station. Any area at the venue served as the perfect back drop for your photos. Anything you needed and anytime, they were there. They made sure we enjoyed our most awaited day even when unexpected moments arises. They kept us calm, stress free, and never once made us feel unwanted. We are forever grateful to have had our wedding at this venue, it is definitely a place where many dreams can come true. To the Beagells, thank you!!

This is a beautiful country setting for a wedding. They've thought of everything. What I appreciated is the personal attention given. It is not a cookie cutter experience - each couple is treated as though this is THEIR day.

I live in NC, am from NY so we planned to get married in the area. A place we originally had planned to book fell through, and I was scrambling to find a place with only a 8 months to plan from 600 + miles away. A friend recommended this venue. My sister-in-law and I 3 way called Katie and in 30 minutes my sister-in-law was able to be onsite. Katie called me on FaceTime to do a tour of the property. She calmed all of my fears of planning so far away immediately! Communication with Katie during the planning phase was super easy. She provided helpful tips, guidance and hospitality during all of the visits I and my family made. During the week of set up she was present on site or just a call away. Her family was present during set up to answer questions or help us with last minute things. Parking was easy, with plenty of room for all of our guests.

Aside from all of the logistics, the place is beautiful! Its has such great views and is easily customizable to meet your vision. The whole farm is the perfect backdrop for wonderful photos. It's got a rustic charm that is unbeatable. Each and every one of our guests commented on how gorgeous The Venue is, and how impressed they were.

What a beautiful wedding we went to at the Venue!! The tent held about 300 people and there was still room to dance and move around without being over-crowded! The decor and chosen vendors were amazing to help customize any wedding to their liking! Not to mention the barn and pond/landscape was beautiful in its self!

Our wedding was truly the best day ever, and we are so thankful we chose the Venue.

As a sister of the bride, the Venue worked so well for what my sister was looking for. The owners were so patient and helpful through the whole setting up/day-of/tearing down process. They were always easy to contact if we had questions, and they had a lot of what we needed on site already. The scenery was beautiful, and the day was perfect!

My family had a great experience with this venue for a wedding! Katie and the Beagell Family were so friendly, helpful and it kind of just felt like you were part of the family! They were so accomadating to letting us arrange things nearly however we wanted. They had some bigger pieces of furniture and decor on site that were so helpful. We were allowed plenty of time for setup and tear down, which really made our family feel like it was our venue to use! Not having the the limit of a certain amount of hours was so very helpful and took off a lot of stress! This venue has a lot to offer and they are continuously adding and improving even more!

We had my daughters wedding at The Venue at Beagell Farms on August 18th, 2018. It was a great experience from the time we toured the venue until the wedding was over. They were very accommodating and helpful. We struggled with days of rain prior to the wedding and the morning of the wedding. They worked hard to make sure that rental drop offs were handled properly so that the ground was not tore up for the wedding. It was a pleasure working with them and I would definitely recommend this venue to other couples.

If you are looking for an outdoor venue with amazing views then look no further. I am so happy I was able to have my special day at this venue. It is absolutely stunning and the pictures you can capture are beautiful. The owners are amazing to work with and will do anything to make sure you have what you want for your day! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

My friend got married at The Venue. Her wedding was gorgeous! Everyone loved the picturesque backgrounds and spacious tent. The Venue was so accommodating to all our needs! I would definitely recommend to others looking for an outdoor venue!

I am a family photographer in the Binghamton area and have been fortunate enough to use The Venue at Beagell Farms for many photo sessions over the past year. First and foremost, Katie is always so helpful and has answered any questions I have very quickly. Furthermore, I can't say enough about the venue itself. The grounds are always kept neat and tidy, and Katie and Kyle are constantly working to improve different areas. The families that I work with are always quick to mention how beautiful of a location it is. I look forward to continuing to use the beautiful Venue at Beagell Farms!

After attending a spectacular wedding at the site, we inquired about having our son's graduation party there. It was perfect. They were able to host a smaller event such as ours with the same attention to detail and accommodated all our needs. It was a beautiful setting for an evening event. There was plenty of parking, perfect for staging food and great for yard games to keep the guests occupied. We couldn't have had a better venue for the event. Thank you Beagell Farms for a memorable graduation party my son will always remember.

I attended a wedding at The Venue at Beagell Farms. It is a beautiful property with gorgeous views! Between the farm house, trees, pond and bar in the shed it had multiple places for fantastic photos. The wedding tent was huge and decorated with lights and even a chandelier over the dance floor! Outdoor tables were lighted under the cloth to produce a fairy quality to go along with the lights in the trees. Just magical! I would highly recommend this venue for any celebration!

If you are looking for an gorgeous, scenic outdoor wedding venue this is the place for you! Including pond(s), ceremony site with benches and arbor, old barn with bar and cocktail hour area, lots of land for pictures, and a brand new tent.

As we walked around the farmhouse toward the outdoor venue, we knew in that moment we chose the perfect spot to celebrate my daughter's wedding. The entrance on the hill overlooking the beautiful tent set the tone. We were met with pictures of the the happy couple on the small barn leading up to the built in bar, and beautiful flowers. The decor was perfect from the cake table and card table to the restrooms! Under the spacious tent all had plenty of room for eating, mingling and dancing not to mention a beautiful view of the pond close by. The hired staff were extremely professional and took care of all of our needs. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants an outdoor wedding. Our friends and family are still talking about it!

Katie and Kyle do an amazing job with their venue. They were both very attentive and responsive. Very helpful when we set everything up and took things down. Katie was also very flexible with letting us come look at the venue multiple times. The venue was so gorgeous as well. We really loved having our wedding there.
