  So much heart in one place! An incredible venue with an intimate vibe, very cool design, and amazing staff!

  I recently worked my first wedding at The Unique Space and I absolutely loved it!!
  
  Lauren was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process. She truly cares for her couples and it definitely shows. As a planner, I appreciate that so much! Cannot say enough good things about her - she is killer!
  
  On the day of, we had two site reps who were both great as well. They were quick to jump to our needs, checked in often, and made sure everything was running smoothly throughout the day.
  
  Also, this probably goes without mentioning, but the overall design and vibe of the space is just next level! They obviously put a lot of TLC into the venue - it truly is a unique space and was so fitting for our one-of-a-kind couple.
  
  The grooms were so happy on their wedding day and that is due in LARGE to Lauren and her team. I just appreciate them all so much and cannot wait to work there again!

  The Unique Space is such an amazing venue. There's a lot of open/warehouse spaces to choose from in the arts district in downtown LA, but this one offers some actual decor, which is so helpful when working with such a "blank canvas". There is also a rooftop with the most amazing view of downtown LA - which is the perfect backdrop for photos! Everyone we worked with at the unique space was very helpful during the planning process and the price was comparable to other similar venues we looked at - the difference that made us choose the unique space was that it came with SOME furniture and they have to COOLEST decor with trendy wallpaper mixed with exposed brick! They allow you to bring in your own vendors which is amazing. However - there is NO KITCHEN so it's best for food truck catering. We didn't use a food truck and it was a challenge to find a catering company that could create a kitchen on site. I did end up spending a bit more in rentals to rent all the needed equipment including 2 generators because they did not provide enough power outside for cooking, which was NOT explained to me during our initial walk thru. That was a little frustrating, but manageable. Overall I am so happy with our experience and our party, so it was the right choice for us, but bringing in your own vendors in a blank space isn't necessarily the cheapest option! ALL of our guests raved about the "uniqueness" of the venue - that they had never been to a wedding like ours! There's a lot of flexibility for different kinds of ceremonies and reception set ups. We did an informal ceremony with a cocktail party (with a full food menu). It's definitely a cool space and creates a very unique and special event!!

  This space is absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I fell in love with it the second we set foot inside. The open floor plan with brick and white pillars was exactly what we were looking for. Our contact leading up to our wedding, Kate, was fantastic, she answered every question we had, promptly emailing us back. Our guests loved the venue, the parking lot was great for our food trucks and for privacy. The only thing we didn't love was the parking, most of our guests uber-ed from local hotels, but the few that drove had some trouble. Overall very happy with out choice, it was exactly what we wanted looks wise.
