Everything went perfect, they were very responsive to all my questions, sent plenty of options and quotations, booking process was easy, pricing was better than I was able to find on my own, sent plenty of reminders and information regarding traveling and much more. Great Experience
After planning a wedding the last thing we wanted to do was plan a honeymoon trip to a destination we had experience with. The tropical travelers group, specifically Jennifer, planned our entire honeymoon for us. She communicated quickly and efficiently. We arrived to St. Lucia and had a bottle of wine from her and the group as well congratulating us. We stayed at 2 resorts, one being an all inclusive and one more of a boutique style resort. We had wonderful experiences at both places. Jennifer and her team made our honeymoon dreams come true and we remained stress free while planning our wedding. It was great having such a nice trip to look forward to.

Honeymoon in Jamaica
The Tropical Travelers, specifically Jennifer, Maribeth and Kristy were great helping my husband and I book our honeymoon in Jamaica. They offered several options of what we were looking for in our price range. They were honest about what we could get for our budget. They notified us immediately anytime there was a change in our flight schedule. They made sure we had all the correct forms filled out for leaving the country and confirmed our passports were valid. They were very quick to respond whenever I had questions. Once we arrived at the resort, we had a little issue getting wrapped up in high pressure sales meetings. I reached out to The Tropical Travelers with my concerns and frustrations. Kristy immediately called the resort and straightened everything out. I was so thankful for her quick attentiveness. We were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation pressure free. I will definitely reach out to The Tropical Travelers next time we plan to travel. Especially out of the county, I was at ease knowing someone experienced was there to help us. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the Tropical Travelers.

Amazing Experience!
We worked with Jennifer and the Tropical Travelers when we were booking our honeymoon to Hawaii and we would ABSOLUTELY recommend their services!! We told Jennifer which islands we wanted to go to, when we wanted to go, and how much we were willing to spend, and she took it from there! Even though we were slightly difficult because we had to keep changing the dates before booking, she responded quickly and professionally and was always able to accommodate our needs.
The travel process was also totally seamless! We didn’t have any issues with flights, rental cars, or hotels, and everything was just so easy for us. She also somehow got us the most amazing ocean view room at an incredible resort!! Everything about working with the Tropical Travelers was easy and convenient, and you should definitely use them to book your trips!

Jennifer and Tropical Travelers were recommended to us by my sister in law. Jennifer was amazing to work with. My wife and I wanted to travel for our honeymoon. We came across The Tropical Travelers on a friends Facebook page so I decided to reach out. Once I sent an email, I received an email back within 24 hours. Jennifer Byrne was fantastic. We gave her where we were looking at, what we were looking for and our price range. We even had an issue with our passports and she was patient enough to wait it out with us. All in all great experience. I even received emails each day leading up to the trip reminding me things not to forget. Everything was drawn out simply for us which took a lot of the stress away while planning a wedding.

My husband and I found tropical travelers on wedding wire and were quickly answered by Jen! She was amazing and so responsive and informative! It helped that she had been to our resort and many sandals resorts herself with our ultimate decision! We hopped on a phone call with her and told her everything we wanted in our honeymoon as well as a price range. She booked everything for us and made the whole process so easy. When already planning a wedding who wants to have to worry about planning a honeymoon! Jen and her assistants take care of it all, our honeymoon was perfect! Just what we had wanted and more. Rachel was also very responsive and helped us out when we got closer to leaving with our documents and information on traveling with covid. We could not have been happier with The Tropical Travelers. Jennifer and her team were extremely helpful in planning our honeymoon during the time of a global pandemic. Tropical Travelers were the first travel agency we had ever used. A friend of ours had recommended them and gave us the name of the agent he worked with. Working with Denise was awesome!! we had a ton of questions and she put our minds at ease. We told her what we were looking for and she sent a few different options followed with her own reviews of the resorts since she had stayed at them all. That is one aspect I loved about Tropical travelers is that all of the places they send their clients too, they have personally spent time there and can give honest feedback along with tips/recommendations and also set us up with some of the best experiences while we were traveling. Denise planned everything for us and it was the absolute best experience we could have had. Especially with it being our first time flying out of the country. She even checked in on us while we were at Unico and sent us a bottle of champagne to our room. It was truly amazing working with her and we can't wait to work with her in the future! Amazing! The smartest choice we made!
Planning our honeymoon with the Tropical Travelers was the smartest thing we've done! They listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect match! The planning process was smooth and easy, didn't have to worry about a thing!
When we went on our trip, we encountered a few hiccups upon arriving at the resort, and Jennifer was on the phone instantly fixing the issues we were having with the resort.
Then a hurricane hit and evacuations started happening. Jennifer was working until 2:00 am (our time, I think it was 3:00 or 4:00 am her time) to help us find a way out. She not only got us booked on a flight when everything seemed to be sold out, she checked in on us multiple times the following two days as we journeyed home to make sure things were okay and we didn't need anything.
Once arriving home, Jennifer and her team filed all of the paperwork with our travel insurance and helped us get reimbursed for not only the out of pocket expense to get home, but for the remainder of our trip that we missed.
WE WILL ALWAYS USE TROPICAL TRAVELERS WHEN TRAVELING!
I can not even imagine the nightmare we would have endured had they not been fighting for us every step of the way!

I wanted to reach out and say how great my travel agent Deanna DiCampli was to work with planning our Caribbean cruise. She is absolutely amazing and makes booking travel pleasant again! I had never been on a cruise before but she made the process of booking our cruise as well as our flights seamless for me. We had a small window for our travel dates and wanted a cruise going to very specific locations yet she was able to make it all work. She answered all of my silly question while making sure I didn’t feel silly asking them. Over the past few weeks, she has helped me with multiple last minute details and she does it all with a cheerful attitude, even when I know it is a lot of work for her. Jenn Carr at the Tropical Travelers was amazing. She organized my sister's 40th birthday in Cancun earlier this month and we LOVED the resort she recommended and had a blast staying there! I especially appreciated the little details Jenn did for us: rooms were next to each other, my sister’s room was decorated and had champagne and cake for her, and the resort even left chocolate truffles in our rooms, which was incredibly sweet. After listening to what we were looking for, she recommended Jamaica ... which was absolutely AMAZING! From start to finish our honeymoon was perfect and much of it was because of the recommendations and background work of Jennifer and her staff. Fantastic Experience
My husband and I recently used The Tropical Travelers to book a trip for our wedding anniversary. Jennifer worked closely with us to plan our celebration. I am super picky, and she was patient as I went back and forth between two resorts as I tried to find a room with the perfect view. She offered her opinion, sent tons of information, and helped me to feel good about my final choice. Once we settled on the perfect place, she took care of the rest. Our trip was perfect! We have used The Tropical Travelers for multiple beautiful trips to the Turks & Caicos islands. They have booked a home for a large group for us and have also booked for just the two of us at Seven Stars (AMAZING!). We highly recommend staying at Seven Stars. It is truly a five star experience. Recommended resorts based on our feedback
Jennifer from the Tropical Travelers helped us plan a trip to Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica. Before deciding on that location, she called me with a few questions to determine what we were looking for. Based on our feedback, she provided several options - all of which looked/sounded great and received excellent reviews. What I liked most about her, is that she had personally stayed at each of the places she recommended, and had helpful information that you can't find on the resort's website.
We will use Jennifer for all of our tropical vacations in the future.

Tropical Travelers Fulfilled my Dreams!
For our 50th wedding anniversary, we arranged with Tropical Travelers to take our kids, spouses, and grandkids- all 16 of us to the Xcaret Mexico resort in February. It was the most magnificent trip for the entire group. The hotel they recommended was perfect -all-inclusive, and top-notch. The various included parks were so much fun for all ages. We were treated like royalty by the hotel at the bequest of our travel advisors, Jennifer and Rachel, who arranged our flights, transports, and oceanfront rooms so there was nothing to worry about at all. I think it would be a perfect place to have a wedding or celebrate any occasion, but I am sure glad I had the Tropical Travelers to aid me in the planning.

The Exumas!!!
Jennifer gave us several options based on our honeymoon needs. She made several recommendations and we ended up at Sandals in The Exumas. It was a beautiful property and experience. We had an amazing time and didn't have to worry about a thing. The flight scheduling and transportation were on time and the room options was perfect. Thanks to Jennifer and TheTropical Travelers. Above and Beyond Expectations
I reached out to Jennifer and her team for help planning my wife's 40th birthday surprise trip. As you can imagine, doing a surprise trip is pretty nerve-wracking and I wanted every detail to be special. Jennifer was so wonderful finding the perfect place that fit my laundry list of must-haves. Not only that, but when we arrived and there was a question about moving us to a different room, she was able to get on the phone with the resort and immediately had us upgraded to the nicest room on the property. They ensured that all of the in-between details were taken care of as well. Perfect airport transfers, amazing off-resort tours...it really was everything we were looking for and so much more than we expected. I don't' think I'll take a vacation again without calling them first.

Deanna nailed our beautiful tropical getaway!
All 6 of us had a great time. I would definitely book another cruise or destination getaway with her. I was surprised at how organized a ship of 3,000 people could be. We had four stops on our cruise and everyone of them were easy to get off, plan an excursion and get back on. The ship was clean and there were plenty of entertainment. The food was amazing and the drinks were refreshing. Totally worth it and would do it again!

I was given Deanna DiCampli’s contact information from my co-worker as my husband and i were struggling to plan a vacation. The Tropical Travelers recently helped us book a trip to Cancun (The Excellence Playa Mujeres ... on a separate note, amazing resort!) and they were wonderful at not only booking, but answering questions and making sure we were prepared to travel internationally. Their prices were about $400 under even the resort's "best price," and they were super honest about flights (we could book those cheaper, so we did that on our own and then forwarded them the information). I highly recommend them!

My husband was given Deanna DiCampli's name & number from a co-worker to help us plan & book our vacation to Mexico for our 20th Anniversary. Deanna was great. She took care of everything booking our hotel & air fair. She also sent us links for the area to do excursion off the property. We were also able to fill out the Immigration forms online so we didn't have to do it on the airplane. Note you still have to fill out the form on the airplane on way home.
Deanna was great, staying in touch with us from booking, a few days before leaving, while we were away and checking in to be sure we got home safely and had a great time. She also wanted to know if there were ANY problems. There were none.
This was our 13th trip to Mexico, and have used at least 8 different travel agents and travel companies over the years, ( I won't name names) we have to say Deanna was a pleasure to work with.
We look forward to booking our next trip with Deanna she is the Best!!!

I have worked with Tropical Travelers 3 times to plan trips and each time has been a wonderful experience. The first time I worked with Kristy to plan a surprise 40th birthday trip for my husband. She was extremely helpful in narrowing down places that might work for us and we ended up having a fantastic stress-free trip to St. Lucia. Our next two trips we worked with Jennifer Byrne and the experience was also fantastic. We were interested in going to Turks and Caicos for the first time and Jennifer was a wealth of knowledge and recommendations. Most recently Jennifer helped secure a room in our desired hotel in Aruba and had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. These personal touches as well as not having to worry about some of the planning details is awesome. I will not hesitate to reach out to The Tropical Travelers next time we are planning a trip and would recommend them to anyone.

Jenn Carr of The Tropical Travelers was our destination wedding coordinator. From the very beginning she was very easy to communicate with and she explained everything to us very well. Any questions we had, she had an answer. If we had a request, she bent over backwards to make it happen. We spent most of 2017 planning our wedding. The first month of the planning process we were out of the country and she stepped up and handled everything for us very smoothly and efficiently. When planning a destination wedding, it is so comforting to know not only you are being taken care of and that you have an advocate on your side, but that your guests are also taken care of just as well.
Our wedding was held at The Hard Rock Riviera Maya on 11/9/17. Jenn asked many questions about us and our group to find the perfect fit for us regarding our resort choice. She hit it out of the park! This place was like "Heaven" on earth! (That's the name of the adult only side of the resort!) :)
Coming from the bride herself, I can attest to the fact that every single detail was absolutely perfect. We had 106 VERY HAPPY guests as well! In order to coordinate that many people for a trip to Mexico, and not having a single complaint shows that Jenn Carr of The Tropical Travelers is top notch. If you are contemplating a destination wedding, she's your girl! I truly could not be happier with her services or with the way it all unfolded on our big day!!!

After we booked with our first trip with Denise to Punta Cana , I knew shed be the perfect fit for our honeymoon. We chose Hard Rock Riviera Maya for our destination wedding location. We did so after meeting with our amazing travel agent, Jennifer Carr, from the Tropical Travelers. Jenn was to discuss our preferences and narrowed it down to what we believe was perfect spot for our destination wedding. She was also very helpful in communicating with the staff and any of our guests who had any questions. This alleviated a lot of stress from us while planning our big day. She is a true professional and I highly recommend her for any of your travel needs.
Upon arriving the staff was very attentive and friendly. We are very happy with our wedding planner Belen Herandez. She did a great job at helping us plan all of the tiny details to make our special day run smoothly and beautifully. She was excellent and very nice to work with. We were even assigned a butler, Carl, and he too was very helpful anytime we needed anything.
I also want to mention the salon Posh located in the resort. I believe my stylist’s name was Reyna. I was nervous about hair and make-up traveling somewhere I had never been. I showed her a picture of what I desired and after only a few seconds of looking she was able to duplicate what I wanted perfectly.
The food was great and our friends and family enjoyed the restaurants and wedding reception. The 24 hour room service was also a very nice bonus! Everyone said what a wonderful time they had at this resort. If you are thinking about a destination wedding I highly recommend Jennifer Carr checking out this resort! Just imagine the wonderful pictures and memories you will treasure forever with the crystal blue water as your background.

I worked with Melissa with Tropical Travelers to help plan my destination wedding at Secrets Silversands a few weeks ago. I would not have been able to do this without her. My husband and I didnt know where to begin when looking for locations, and she recommended a specific hotel chain to look into because they take care of their bride & Groom. We ended up picking Secrets Silversands for a few different reasons, but one most important decision was the price for our guests. Melissa worked with our guest list of 100 people, not all came to our wedding of course, but she handled all the question inquiries that came through throughout the year of our engagement. Handled the booking of over 40 guests (some backed out do to personal issues) the ever changing requests, loading in flight information, helping find flights for many guests, helped us with our hotel contract, deciding what wedding package to choose, the list goes on. If i had to of dealt with that all alone, i would have been so stressed. There are so many other things i could list that Melissa helped us with, but the most important piece is that this company is one we will use again, and definitely trust. My husband and I needed some recommendations for travel this May. We were looking for something all inclusive adults only and not outrageously expensive. He found The Tropical Travelers on TripAdvisor and reached out for there advice. They were helpful and extremely responsive in exploring different options that met our preferences. Had it not been for The Tropical Travelers we would not have known about the newest resort in Riviera Maya, Unico 2087. Jen from The Tropical Travelers shared as much information as she could on the newest resort that hadn't even opened at the time. Needless to say we booked and the booking process went very smooth. Even after booking Jen and Erica were available for questions. For example, I wanted recommendations on different excursions. Erica was able to offer her opinion and even researched private tours for us. After our final payment they sent a booklet of our travel information and a cute little pouch. The pouch also included two luggage tags. I thought this was a nice touch. They also sent a email to check in with us right before our trip and checked in again through email while we were on vacation. We don't usually book travel through a travel agent but after this experience I don't imagine we will travel without their advice!

We've worked with Jennifer for many years and she really does take the stress and headaches out of planning a vacation. She asks good questions and listens to what you want and responds with several options that fit what you are looking for. She has great attention to detail and is totally up on the latest, best resorts and villas.

Denise is a Godsent. She worked in our budget, strict timeline, and ever growing list of things we wanted for our honeymoon. She was responsive and genuinely interested in making our experience great. Because we didn't know where we wanted to go, there was a lot of back and forth. She was very responsive, which is a blessing when you are trying to plan and coordinate a million other things! She suggested multiple countries and resorts until we found the one that was perfect for us. I really appreciate that she followed up before we left, even though we had booked well in advance.

We were fortunate to book our wedding and honeymoon with The Tropical Travelers. Both caribbean destinations Jenn Carr, our booking agent, did a fantastic job of helping us choose the best locations and resorts that fit our style and budget. Our Tropical Travelers team, Jenn and Erika, are an amazing group and we would highly recommend! They seamlessly and professionally managed to transport 75 of our family and friends internationally for an incredible vacation. She gave us the perfect recommendation for an incredible resort within our budget (Secrets Maroma Beach - Riviera Maya - absolutely amazing) and everything was done conveniently over email! Our travel documents were sent to us in a package and were extremely easy to understand - we were even given advice on how to avoid airport timeshare people! We could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using them in the future.

I cannot begin to tell you how much my fiance and I LOVED working with Denise Perkins from Tropical Travelers for our honeymoon! Denise was so in tune with our wants and needs and was prompt in returning my every email.
First of all, the Secrets St. James resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica that Denise recommended was absolutely the most beautiful place we had both ever been. The scenery from the moment flew over the bright blue water was stunning and only continued to get better as our airplane landed and our trip went on.
The transfer company that Denise set up for us was phenomenal! We had a nice, clean, private car and a wonderful driver who offered us a drink as soon as we got in the car. He was such a sweet man and I knew right from then that we were also going to love the people of Jamaica. That feeling only became more prevalent when we realized everyone we came across during our entire trip was so warm, friendly, and genuinely caring.
When we got to the hotel, the bell man welcomed us excitedly and made us feel right at home and the woman we check in with upgraded our room just because we were early and couldn't check in for another 2 hours! We would've waited all day, just gotten some lunch and hung around the hotel, and not have cared one bit, but the staff was so amazingly over-accommodating - we couldn't believe it!
When we did get into the room, we were stunned with how beautiful it was. It was spotless, spacious, had balcony view of the pool and ocean, and the set up was to die for! The service at Secrets was over the top excellent in every aspect. Every restaurant had unbelievable food and there was never a wait to be seated or get your meal!
All in all, Denise planned the perfect vacation for us and we will be using Tropical Travelers for every vacation we take from now on!

I had such a great experience with Tropical Travelers and Denise Perkins. She was responsive, gave me options, very flexible with our group and tried her very best to provide the highest level of service. Having worked with other travel agencies in the past with fairly negative results, I was blown away by the quality of Tropical Travelers. She made sure our group was comfortable and had all the information we needed, communicated with the resort about our wishes and gave us the most economical yet highest quality options available. I would absolutely recommend them and I will be using them again for any other trip I plan!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Jennifer Byrne with the Tropical Traveler. Jennifer was recommended to me by a friend, and I couldn't be more thankful for the introduction. She planned an amazing, once-in-a-life time trip for my honeymoon 2 years ago.
When my husband and I planned our most recent vacation, Jennifer was our first call. She took the time to listen to our requirements and appropriately match them with the most wonderful all-inclusive resort ever, El Dorado Casitas Royal. We have stayed at a well-known all inclusive resort several times and were hesitant to try a new place. Thank goodness we listened to Jennifer, as this resort absolutely blew us out of the water! The service was impeccable, the food was divine, and our entire week was a 5-star event. I felt like a celebrity, and there was nothing that could have made our trip more perfect.
Jennifer handled every little detailed, which allowed our trip to be completely stress-free, as well as negotiated a phenomenal deal on our behalf. I can't wait to book our next fabulous adventure with Jennifer Byrne and the Tropical Traveler!

I booked my honeymoon through The Tropical Travelers and it was AMAZING! They are unlike any other travel agency. They reply almost instantly to my emails and were always asking questions about what we wanted for our honeymoon, instead of just sending us magazines or links to look ourselves. We told them we wanted a quiet, romantic, adults only, all inclusive honeymoon to a destination we in the Caribbean we had never been before. Also, we wanted to travel somewhere that was not usually traveled to. After dealing with all of my criteria and spending time with me looking at different options, they sent me Coco Bay Resort in Antigua. It was PERFECT! They got us a seafront cottage at this boutique resort with our own plunge pool!! Airfare, airport transfers, accommodations, drinks (adult drinks) and food were all included in the trip and planned to perfection. Because we booked through The Tropical Travelers, who knew the GM of the resort, we got a complimentary bottle of champagne, a complimentary bottle of rum, candles lit all throughout our room one night when we got back from dinner, and the best seafront cottage on the property. We definitely would not have gotten VIP treatment if we had booked through Expedia or another website like that. Not only that, but when it came time to depart our plane's engine went out. The Tropical Travelers were there every step of the way and got us back to Coco Bay Resort and a new flight out the next day with no trouble. We certainly wouldn't have gotten that amount of help if we had booked anywhere else. The honeymoon was AMAZING and so is their service and dedication. www.thetropicaltravelers.com

Jennifer Byrne organized our vacation at The Eldorado Royale, Riviera Maya and it was one of the most enjoyable vacations we ever had. Jennifer was attentive, quick to respond and had the familiarity and knowledge to recommend and arrange the details that raises the level of holiday to the exceptional one.

We had a great experience dealing with Jennifer at The Tropical Travelers! She listened to what we were looking for and what our budget was and set us up with the MOST FANTASTIC honeymoon at Secrets Maroma Beach in Mexico! The locale, people, service, beach, pool, drinks and food were all absolutely amazing! It was truly wonderful to have everything planned out for us (especially after the stress of planning a wedding) and to just be able to go on our Honeymoon and truly enjoy the experience without having to worry about flights, car service, dinner reservations etc!
We have been telling everyone how fabulous Jennifer and Secrets Maroma were so much that our good friends just recently booked their honeymoon in November with Jenn at Secrets Maroma!

My husband and I just got back from getting married at Now Jade Riviera Cancun in Riviera Maya, Mexico and Jennifer Carr was our travel agent. Jenn was extremely helpful throughout the whole process - she booked the rooms and transportation for about 40 guests of ours, was quick to respond to any questions we had, and also sent us tons of photos of the resort and wedding setups before our trip since she had been there a few months prior. It was so nice to have one less thing to stress about while planning a destination wedding because we knew all our guests were in good hands with her help! The resort itself was beautiful and all of our guests had a blast. My husband and I are already discussing our 1 year anniversary trip and we'll definitely use Jennifer's services when the time comes.

My Husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer through the Tropical Travelers. They were recommended to us through friends and family to help us to find a nice honeymoon spot. We had heard such great things about them that we though, "why not?". Well Let me tell you, We were extremely impressed. She was able to answer ever small question that we had from flights and times to what we needed to do when we go to our location. It was great. She was very quick to respond and if she was gone on a trip she made sure someone was there to answer our emails and calls. Quite refreshing since it was our first time going out of the country as well as flying. If you like me, anything can make you nervous. But Jennifer and The tropical traverlers were there through all my checking and rechecking of making sure everything was set to go. Needless to say, The trip was amazing (we went to Jamaica) and the service from Tropical Travelers was AMAZING! I highly recommend anyone who is traveling, near or far, use them. She guided us to the perfect resort for us (El Dorado Casitas Royale in Riviera Maya). She made everything so smooth by arranging private transfers, honeymoon package, etc. We thought that we had a mishap at the airport, where we immediately called Jennifer. Before I had time to hang up the phone she had called the airline to confirm that everything was okay. We will definitely use her for all future trips!

Jennifer and The Tropical Travelers were amazing. My wife and I really did not have to worry about anything. Jennifer helped us secure Secrets St. James, in Montego Bay, Jamaica. She was even at the resort months prior to our arrival and sent us photos of what we could expect. It really helped us when choosing the actual wedding location at the resort. I'm glad we took her advice and changed the location to the beach! It was amazing! The resort was phenomenal! We had about 35 guests fly down and join us for the Big Day. Everyone had an amazing experience! Jennifer communicated with our guests and the hotel frequently about confirming rooms, rates and shuttle services. She kept us in the loop on everything. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome!

We dealt with Kristy Hall. Neither of us had ever used a travel agent before and she was just what we wanted. She offered suggestions without ever being pushy, took all of our feedback and returned with new ideas and she managed to save us a some money, too.
